10/10 wedding planning service
I utilized Custom Loves day of coordination package and could not be happier with the service I received. Sarah specifically made my wedding day extremely easy because she communicated effectively and was very organized. She had a great sense of how I wanted everything to look and made it 1000 times better than I could have ever imagined. If you are looking for a planning service that cares about your input and wedding day details, this is the company for you. 10/10 recommend using them. -

From start to finish, Custom Love Gifts & Events, with Lindsay as our coordinator, made our wedding day an absolute dream. Lindsay was incredibly thorough and ensured that every detail of my vision came to life. Her level of care and dedication was evident in everything she did—from making sure we had moments to breathe and relax, to capturing candid, joyful moments on her phone that we will treasure forever.
On the big day, Lindsay handled everything seamlessly, making sure we had food, drinks, and all the little essentials we didn’t even think to ask for. Her expertise and warm presence allowed us to fully enjoy the day without any stress. Thanks to her, our wedding was not only beautiful but also ran flawlessly. Perfect coordinator
Beverly was very sweet and accommodating. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of and even encouraged me to take a minute to rest during pictures. She decorated the table for the donuts and placed the donuts on the stand without hesitation for me during a very busy time! She was in contact with me several times during the planning process answering my questions. Would 100% recommend their services. -

Every detail was taken care of with care and love! Cici was the very best! She took care of all the details, had an awesome team, and really took care of our families the entire evening. She would check in with all of the parents, the bride and groom, and really went above and beyond to make this evening a very special event! We highly recommend CiCi!! She was fun and professional, paid attention, and was on top of all of our needs! Thankful to have had her as our son and daughter-in-law’s coordinator! I have coordinated several weddings, so I do not say this lightly. She goes above and beyond!

For our wedding in July of 2024, my husband and I used Custom Love’s “all-inclusive” package which was a subset of their company called “All in the Details”. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Our lead planner, Yessica, was amazing all throughout our 17 month engagement. Once we booked our venue, she helped us with all of the rest of the details of our big day. As someone who struggles to make decisions, Yessica made this process so easy and fun! She provided us with great options for catering, DJ, officiants, florals, etc. that all fit well within our budget. On our wedding day, she and her team were absolute rockstars. My husband and I were able to just relax and fully enjoy our day completely stress-free knowing that we were in such good hands. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day went. We would absolutely recommend using Custom Love and All in the Details for your big day! -

Beth and her entire Custom Love team were an absolute dream to work with and completely exceeded my expectations! Beth was my day-of wedding coordinator at Mountain Mist Farms and she made sure the day went smoothly. The month before my wedding she created the ideal timeline and was very responsive to my endless wedding planning questions. She even called all my vendors the week before to verify arrival times and final details. On the day of, she did a beautiful job of decorating the venue and making sure everything and everybody was where they were supposed to be. We had a huge bridal party and a lot of family, so that was definitely an undertaking. She even made sure to find our elderly family members appropriate seating and served them dinner. She had our favorite food and drinks ready for us, and even packed up my car when the night was over. It was truly an stress-free day, all thanks to Beth. -

I cannot begin to express how happy I was with Custom Love Gifts, Events, & Prints. Our wedding planner Diana was outstanding. She worked with us for two years and was always so calm and professional. Her demeanor saved me from pulling my hair out on several occasions. She knows her job, and she does it exceptionally well. The way she decorated our space and her ability to solve problems at the drop of a dime are fantastic. My husband is not easily impressed, and he was not only impressed but says, "Thank you!"
Custom Love's ability to keep you organized and in constant contact is beneficial when planning a wedding. They provide other services and vendors (who are all amazing). They are always willing to listen to your ideas making it a point to work with your vision. I appreciate their patience and understanding (especially since this was our destination wedding). I would wholeheartedly recommend Custom Love Gifts, Events, & Prints for any and all special events.. especially weddings. If it's possible to be perfect... they have attained that status. -

Lindsay with Custom Love was a wedding savior! We had another planner in the beginning that didn't work out and when we found Lindsay, she made the process so much more enjoyable. She is well connected with other great vendors and our wedding day went perfectly! Custom Love also did our canvas print and other signage & Lindsay picked up our flowers, set up our ceremony & reception, and took care of all of the final pieces. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the day and be fully present in the moment and that was all thanks to the trust I had in Lindsay & her team. She was fantastic! Everything we needed we got out of our coordinator from Custom Love. We got the “Day of” package. It rained up until the ceremony time, and then God smiled on us by calling off the rain for our outdoor ceremony. However everything was either wet or hadn’t been put out because of the rain. In no time at all, our coordinator had squeegeed the deck, dried the chairs and had our ceremony ready to go. Everything was beautiful. Important to note is that she never made us feel stressed (even when the caterer was extremely late). I only even knew about the caterer, because he told us how he had messed up himself. Our coordinator kept it moving, and kept us out of the chaos. -

I really wanted unconventional plants and more unussual decore and the first few people I called were not willing to break from the usual. Lindsey worked with me to find solutions that both saved money and looked great. She works on a flat rate, so I never had to worry about her upselling. She even worked with the zoo to get dozens of free plants including trees and was super flexible and knowlegable. I am very glad that I got to work with custom love gifts and highly recommend it! Thank you for helping to make my wedding everything I hoped for dispite the rain!

All the planning and coordinating with venues and vendors was handled very professional. She made our day perfect for us. Lindsey went above and beyond what we could have ever asked for. On the day of our wedding she was on site early and made sure everything was completed and set up, she made sure our time line of events was on time and all our guest were taken care of. Hannah Sent on 06/02/2016Lindsay was the day of coordinator for our wedding day and she did a phenomenal job! We met with Lindsay twice prior to the wedding (once as we started planning and once a few weeks before) and she recommended vendors and locations as well as advice and creative ideas! From there, we planned out the wedding and vendors we would use. The week of the wedding Lindsay spoke to every vendor and made sure they were ready for our wedding. Lindsay met us at the venue the night before our wedding and we talked through all of the final details. The day of the wedding, when Lindsay walked in the door she had everything under control. She handled the timelines, vendors, setting up, arranging flowers, etc etc. she literally handled every possible detail! And all we had to do was be in the moment, take pictures, and have a good time! She took care of everything and eliminated so much stress! She was organized and had a calming effect on everyone! I not only highly recommend her, but firmly believe her services are a necessity if you don't have anyone coordinating your wedding day. Doing everything ourselves would have been a nightmare and we are so glad we had Lindsay there to handle everything so we could just enjoy our wedding! -

We chose Custom Love for day of coordinator services, and we are beyond grateful for Diana! We honestly don't know what we would have done without her on our wedding day! She was kind, professional, and organized, and she ensured the day ran smoothly and as planned. With the help of her assistant, they set up the ceremony and reception spaces exactly as we envisioned, and they cleaned everything up at the end of the night - even loaded it in our vehicle for us! It was such a relief to not have to worry about this. Diana checked in with us throughout the evening as needed, making sure we ate and our guests were happy. She truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you! -

Don't waste your time with them, because they wont waste theirs on you. Through the entire process there was a lack of communication and responsiveness on their part. They would hardly, if at all, ever get back to us on our questions. Often sending the wrong things that were asked of them.
Two days before our wedding, our planner bailed on us and left their assistant to pick up the pieces. while the assistant was sweet, she had no preparation or idea of what was going on with wedding, or even knew who were part of the wedding party. All things that were discussed months in advance.
Overall we felt forgotten, unattended, unimportant and easily dismissed by them. What is the one of the most important days of your life, is just another day for them. And that is the biggest flaw in with this company, a lack of care.
