Heather brought my autumn wedding dreams to life! She handled not just our florals but all the tablescapes at our wedding, dressing our ceremony site, and styling our cake with real florals. Our flowers were the perfect boho, textured, autumn vibes. Heather is also creative and dedicated to personalizing your wedding to you. My husband and I are big craft beer people and my late grandad had a bunch of vintage beer taps that I wanted to incorporate somehow in the wedding decor. I mentioned this to Heather in our first call, and she totally ran with it, had ideas, and made them happen. She sprinkled them across our tables in arrangements and gold bottles. I had talked to multiple florists, and I knew immediately I wanted Heather because of the care she took in getting to know us and our vision and her willingness to make things uniquely ours. -

I can’t even explain how much expertise you will receive when picking Heather as your florals vendor. She offered so much guidance when I didn’t even really know what I wanted. I showed her my Pinterest board and she made it come to life. My wedding flowers were the most gorgeous ones I’ve ever seen! I got so many compliments and it’s all because of Heather’s wisdom and responsiveness. -

Simply the best!
Heather did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! Going into my initial phone consultation, I only had a vague idea of what I envisioned and wanted for the florals for my wedding. Heather did such a great job talking through everything with me to determine what I would need and more. She had so many great suggestions. All of our flowers far exceeded our expectations, and at a great price! Thanks to Heather, I was a very relaxed bride on my wedding day because she handled the centerpieces on the tables and they were so beautiful. We have received so many compliments on all of the gorgeous florals at our wedding! Heather is so talented and all of my flowers were exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Custom Florals enough! -

Heather at custom florals is THE BEST. She took the inspiration photos I had and made them even better than we could have imagined!!!!!! She was so organized and easy to work with! Her florals are absolutely gorgeous. She even had all the boutonnieres and wristlets labeled for who they go to! I was blown away! If you need a florist for your wedding.... CHOOSE CUSTOM FLORALS! -

Absolutely amazing!!
Heather was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding on 10/22/22 and her work was absolutely stunning! She was so easy to reach and communicate with during the entire process and took everything we had said we wanted and made it look better than we could have imagined, down to the boutonnieres. In my opinion, her quote was extremely reasonable for the amount of florals we had and her work was absolutely stunning. Even her team was so kind; when we were there getting ready they were sitting up and were so sweet. The flowers were fresh and bright - when we came back from our honeymoon they were still thriving and beautiful! I cannot recommend Heather enough if you're looking for florists for your wedding! -

The first time I spoke with Heather over the phone, I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for my whole life. She got me and understood my vision for my wedding day florals. I knew I wanted peonies for my fall wedding, and Heather confidently told me that was not a problem and she could get me peonies to have in my bridal bouquet. I almost cried tears of happiness. Heather was responsive over the phone and back and forth in email, which was essential to me. We went back and forth closer to the wedding, and she understood my vision and helped to answer all my questions. On the wedding day, she made my vision and dreams come to life…BUT BETTER. She made the most beautiful eucalyptus garland for our barn doors, my dream bridal bouquet, and made the reception tables come to life. She is also such a sweet and kind soul and I would recommend anyone to use her services!!! -

Heather was an absolute delight to work with. She was so accommodating for my limited budget and I didn’t feel pressured to add more flowers than we could afford at all. My bouquet was better than I could have expected, and our table décor was perfect. Everything turned out beautifully and we got so many compliments! -

Beautiful flowers, wonderful service
My mother and I met Heather at a wedding showcase at my wedding venue. We had spoken with other florists but didn't really feel as comfortable with them as we did with Heather. She was friendly and helpful and we instantly felt like we could trust her. After discussing our ideas with her she assured us that she understood what we were looking for. From there, we scheduled a meeting at her house where we talked things over and we felt right at home! We really enjoyed being there and talking with her and she felt like a friend after that day! She is professional, talented, and responsive. She provided BEAUTIFUL bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. She also made a spread for the outdoor chapel and provided greenery, gold candle votives, and mini white pumpkins for the farm tables that she set up which was super helpful because we didn't have to worry about bringing them. Everything was beautiful and we couldn't have been happier! -

Heather was the perfect florist for our wedding. She was very flexible with what hours worked best of us when it came to communication and assisted in working with a budget by providing very unique ideas! She suggested using fruit for our tables in addition to our centerpieces - it was a hit visually and our guests loved it! The bouquets were STUNNING. She's absolute pro and I would recommend Custom Florals to anyone currently looking for a florist to help guide and/or make your vision go into fruition. -

Heather did an amazing job with our flowers at the Barn at Silverstone. She really listened to what I wanted and worked with us to bring my vision to life! Everything came together perfectly and looked amazing because of all the detail she put into her work. She really went out of our way to help us pick beautiful and affordable choices. Heather worked her magic for our wedding beginning with our first interaction at the Lancaster Bridal Show. Super friendly and inviting from the start, she squeezed in a preliminary meeting (both timely and physically) with my mother and me in between 2 wedding dress appointments in the area – I was on a quick timeline as I live in NJ and was home near Lancaster for a few days. I am pretty clueless when it comes to flowers, but I had a budget: Heather listened to my overall wedding vision of the venue, colors, fall season, etc. to sketch her ideas for the ceremony and reception florals, embellishing with iPad pictures to bring her ideas to life (remember, I don’t know my flowers). In a matter of minutes, she was able to take almost impossible-to-replicate magazine inspirations and alter them to work in the high-ceilinged barn and outdoor space where we would be married. For our fall (November 3) wedding, she envisioned the most beautiful combination of vibrant exotic flowers – highlighting my love of color and the fall leaves changing in the background, all while creatively finding ways to use the arrangements in both spaces. My family and I had some pieces (votive candle decorations/ escort cards, fabric pumpkins, wreaths, and mantle swag) pre-made, so our live flower priorities were the arch splash, 2 aisle entrance arrangements, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces, including a king table showstopper.
At our final meeting, despite some miscommunications about the homemade decorations, Heather was able to incorporate the different decorations to remain within my budget. She communicated multiple alternative options with a caring and enthusiastic attitude through emails and phone calls to keep the ideas intact and displayed utmost professionalism the entire lead-up to the wedding. WHAT A DREAM IT ALL WAS! Her visions of King Protea, ranunculi, succulents, hydrangea, chrysanthemum, and vibrant orange and red roses complete with various natural textures of pine cones, cotton, and much more were truly stunning!! She was at the venue early to place the centerpieces and present the bouquets to my bridesmaids and me (which were breathtaking: she could not have brought my autumn statement vision to life any better). Thanks to a windier-than-expected day and an outdoor ceremony, Heather stayed until the last hour to put the center splash on the arch to protect it from the weather. I was able to see her in my final dress, hair, and makeup right before the ceremony started, and in that moment, I could not have appreciated her work and camaraderie more. Heather was such a professional about everything, and she delivered an amazing product. I had so many compliments on my bouquets, and when we entered the reception, she had transformed a classic barn into a gorgeous fall rustic elegance. Thank you for being so willing to share your creative juices, so pleasant to work with, and for “getting it.” I would love to have the opportunity to cross paths with Heather again. -

She was flexible during the planning process to meet with us (as we were traveling from Virginia) and discuss what we wanted for our big day. Heather had such amazing ideas for our flowers and executed her designs with perfection! The flowers turned out even more beautifully than I could imagine, even on a 90 degree day! She even took the time to include small details (like the lace from my mom's dress) into my bouquet. Our guests raved about how beautifully the flowers complemented our venue space. If you are planning a wedding in the Lancaster/York area you MUST look Heather up! She was an absolute dream to work with!

Hayley Sent on 11/04/2017If you want gorgeous flowers with wonderful service, look no further! Heather is the best florist around! She did an amazing job with our wedding flowers this past May! I really really wanted lilacs for my wedding but sadly PA weather doesn’t always allow for lilacs to grow close to your wedding date. I was pretty bummed by this. However, when Heather delivered the flowers on our big day I completely forgot about the lilacs! The bouquets were just so gorgeous and overflowing with so many greens and blooms. No lilacs were needed to make these arrangements beautiful. Heather is super creative too! I had acquired many pieces of sterling silver tea sets from my grandmother, which I wanted to use for my centerpieces. Heather was able to take all the pieces and turn them into the most amazing centerpieces! We had them in our house for weeks after the wedding! They were just too beautiful to get rid of! (Honestly, I still have a ton of the dried flowers!)Each centerpiece was unique, no two were the same which in my opinion was truly gorgeous, but they all still made a cohesive design. I received the most compliments on the flowers. In fact, I had a family member who has been to 21 weddings in the past 3 years and she told me that my wedding had the best florals out of any wedding she has been too! (And I truly believe she was being honest) That is how amazing Heather is! I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for beautiful, creative and well-priced florals! Heather is the best!

I knew as soon as I saw her work at my friend's wedding that I had to have her do mine as well. Her work is absolutely stunning! She perfectly captured the look and feel that I was going for. From day one she really seemed to understand my vision, and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for the wedding day. The flowers were absolutely amazing! My bouquet was more than I could have ever asked for, and the girls' kept saying how much they loved there's as well. Everything was absolutely perfect! She is also an absolute joy to work with. Very responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what I envisioned. She made working with her so easy and stress free, and I never once doubted that the end result would be exactly what I wanted. What more can a bride ask for? I could not have been happier!!!! Everything was beautiful, and well within my budget for what we asked for! If you're thinking of booking Heather, do it! You will not be disappointed!

We loved working with Custom Florals for our July 2022 wedding! Heather is incredibly sweet and a joy to work with. While some florists wouldn't even speak to us for less than $10k, Heather never balked at our budget and helped us make the most of it with really beautiful, creative solutions.
