Michele is absolutely fantastic!!! From the very beginning she helped our vision come to life and on the day of the wedding we were taken away by how beautiful the arrangements were. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Michele’s fantastic floral skills

Michele has been an absolute pleasure to work with, she exceeded my expectations on our floral arrangements. She is truly talented and passionate about her job and knew how to execute my dream floral design without hesitation. I look up to Michele in my ways because she gave me helpful advice when it came to weddings, since I haven’t been to many weddings in my life and didn’t know much about them. Florist of my dreams

Words can’t capture the sheer magic that our wedding day held, and a significant part of that enchantment was woven through the breathtaking floral arrangements created by Michele. From the moment we met, her passion was evident, and it radiated in every arrangement she curated for our special day.

Michele not only listened to my vision but elevated it beyond my wildest dreams. Favorite Flowers for August Wedding

Flowers were a central part of our wedding, being the inspiration behind the decor, colors, dresses, and even our cake and signature drink flavors! I very much enjoyed working with Michelle, our florist at Custom Floral Designs, who helped my floral vision come to life. She obtained all my favorite flowers for our August wedding, as well as suggested some additional varieties which were perfect to fill in our ceremony arbor decor, table bud vases, and bouquets. Additionally, I appreciated her flexibility in working with me and the baker to adorn our cake with the perfect blooms!

Overjoyed!

I don’t believe I could have found a better florist! From the moment I met Michele she was so flexible with availability which is so important with my busy schedule. She was so personable and genuinely nice and I can’t believe her creativity. I showed her only a few inspiration pictures and that’s all she needed to really capture what I wanted my wedding day to look like. My flowers were so unique and unlike anybody else I’ve seen she really is a visionary. Thank you again Michele!

Amazing!

Michele put so much time and effort into every detail of my flowers for my special day. I sent pictures and Michele matched them identical if not better. I requested headbands of fresh flowers and she did it and made them look better then the pictures I sent, she is truly what her name is.. “Custom flower design” This florist exceeded my expectations in everything she did and HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND her if you want beautiful flowers on your special wedding day.

Custom Floral Design made our wedding dreams come true!!

Michele's flowers are absolutely STUNNING! I received so many compliments on them all day, the truly exceeded my wildest dreams for my wedding day! Above all, Michele does not only amazing work but she is such wonderful person to work with! She was so organized with the planning, and made sure we could get the flowers of our dreams that was also in our budget. My husband and I are so grateful for all the hard work Michele did to make my wedding day so exquisite!

Michelle made all my wedding flower dreams come true! I had been looking and looking for someone to get me excited about my wedding flowers and my sister and I came across Michelle at a wedding fair and I fell in love with her flowers - specifically her bouquets. I brought lots of pictures to my consult and my mom who knows a ton about flowers and she basically said yes to all my ideas and was completely responsibly priced compared to our other options we had explored and none came close to how professional Michelle was at every step of the process. I am so happy with how ALL my flowers came out! Wish I could keep them forever!

As a bride, trying to plan each and every detail... Custom Floral Design owner Michele took amazing care of us! Our wedding was a rustic theme. I didn't know how everything would come together until the moment Michele arrived with all of the flowers, it was a dream come true! I was given Michele's name from the people at The Refuge Golf Club. She had done a number of weddings prior to ours and knew the venue and exactly what was needed.

We went over to her home and we sat down and talked about the things we wanted for our wedding and she came up with really fun & elegant ideas.

The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. She came and set everything up. When I walked into the room it was beautifully decorated. The flower arrangements were beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. She went out of her way to find a couple of things that I thought would be fun and made sure they were added to the flowers.

Michele was a delight to work with and I know she will do a great job for you to!!

My daughter was married in December 2014, and we would highly recommend Custom Floral Design in Andover, Mn for any occasion.
Our experience with Michelle was wonderful, and her pricing is very affordable.
We not only had her do our flowers, but also our centerpieces for all the tables. She even decorated the church and set all the centerpieces on the tables for us at reception venue, so we didn't have to do anything on the day of the wedding.
We had many compliments on both .. the arrangements and colors were beautiful. Our flowers were silk in blues, purples and white .. just gorgeous !!! Michelle is very sweet and willing to do whatever needed to make the event perfect!

Michelle did such an amazing job on my flowers! I received so many complements on how beautiful and unique they were. I dried my bouquet because I love it so much. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would definitely recommend custom floral designs to everyone!!! Michele and her whole staff were so awesome to work with! The flowers were so beautiful, and lasted for days after the wedding! I was referred to custom floral designs from 4 different people, and now I know why! We even shopped around for price, and the price and quality we received was amazing!!
If you are just now shopping for your florist, call Michele! She was so much fun, had sooo many great ideas, and really highlighted my wedding day!

Michele with custom floral is spectacular! All of the floral arrangements she did exceeded my expectations, from ceremony decor to bouquets to centerpieces, everything looked absolutely beautiful. Not to mention she is incredibly accommodating. I probably changed my mind 5 times and she was always more than willing to work with me. The flowers were definitely one of the highlights of my wedding!

Michele did an amazing job at my daughters wedding. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She delivered the flowers to the reception site and the church. The flowers arrangements, bouquets and boutineres were everything we had hoped for and more. She does her business out of her home which provided us with flexibilty and her studio set up was very nice. Michele is extrememly personable and willing to accomodate for any changes that needed to be made right up to the day before the wedding. Being in a service industry myself, I don't hand out 5 out of 5's easily. She truly deserved 5's in all area's. Thank you Michele for making my daughters wedding day so memorable!

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful and I would definitely go with this florist again in a heartbeat. We did some of our own flowers for our centerpieces and she did some as well. The florist was willing to put our centerpieces that we planted on the tables for the reception and the ones that she did as well. We brought the centerpieces that we planted to her the day before and she transported them to our reception venue and put them on our tables. She was also prompt and on time with our flowers for the ceremony and pictures. Our flowers lasted the entire day (bouquets/boutineres with out wilting). She was great to work with and catered to what we wanted for flowers. She also was very good at working within our budget too!

We LOVED our flowers and decor!! They were the most gorgeous flowers ever. Michelle was excellent to work with and came up with wonderful idea to stay within my budget. When looking for a florist, I researched and met with various vendors, and decided to work with Michele. I am so happy I did.
The flower quality was fantastic, Michele was very easy to work with and she had so many great ideas. Also, her prices were very reasonable. I can't say enough how highly I recommend Michele and Custom Floral Design. I don't think you could find anyone better!

Michele was great to work with! She works out of her home, which makes her very flexible. She really understood what we were invisioning, and really took our flowers above and beyond that. They were beautiful, and the price was wonderful as well!

My wedding flowers looked absolutely beautiful! Michele completely captured my fall floral vision! She did a beautiful job with our bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for the bridal party and family members. I gave her a color swatch to match and she did a wonderful job getting the perfect colors for the floral and wraps. It was great working with Michele- while a few emails went unanswered or took a couple of days to hear a reply- Michele made up for it by being willing to meet us with whatever worked best for our schedules, even if it met making an appointment for the very next day! Thank you so much, Michele, for the beautiful flowers!

Michelle was very easy to work with and provided us with some beautiful flowers for our wedding!! The bouquets were amazing and such a nice mix of lillies, roses, hydrendas, and other flowers. Perfect for what we were looking for. Michelle also made us floral decorations for the pews and flowers for our cake.

Michele did a fabulous job of putting together what I had envisioned, and using her creativity to tied all the lose ends together for me; for a seamless look. I got soo many complements on the floral; the room was SOO fragrant that you couldn't even smell the candles I bought, as I wanted a light fragrance in the room to create a homey feeling! It was like we were in a flower shop, smelled soo good, I have never been to a wedding before that smelled so fresh!!

Custom Floral was nice to work with, I sat down with Michelle and talked about my ideas and she brought in the different flowers and colors I envisioned to make beautiful bouquets. She even put brooches in my bouquet and in the bridesmaid's bouquets for no additional cost. The flowers looked great and we received a lot of compliments on them. The only complaint I would have is that I requested some changes to the bouquets in our final appointment a couple weeks before the wedding but the changes were not made when we received the bouquets. Also the flowers were dropped off over an hour early and I had to call and have the flower delivery person come back and pin the boutonnieres on the guys, as that was part of the agreement. Other than that everything was really nice and the flowers turned out beautiful!

Michele was great! She did both our personal flowers and our reception table decor. She was very flexible with set up and changes that I kept making to my arrangements. The flowers were better then I imagined (I gasped when I saw the reception decor it was that great). My only negative comments are that she does not respond to email, and she never sent me an official invoice before my final payment (I just sent her summaries of our conversations via email to document our phone conversations). In the end it was more than I imagined and everyone loved the flowers and decor and I got the highest quality of flowers at an affordable price. She was worth every penny.

Michele was very nice and had some great ideas for our wedding. She was very open to suggestions and really tried to give us what we asked for. It would have helped to have a better example of our centerpieces to have a frame of reference for size but all of the flowers and centerpieces looked great!

Michele was great to work with and quick to respond with any question I had leading up to the day. Her prices were reasonable, and I appreciated that I always worked with her, rather than being handed around to multiple people, like the bigger florists might be. On the wedding day, our flowers weren’t how I was picturing, but she went above and beyond to make it right and ensure I was happy with the end result.

Michele was easy to work with and the flowers she put together for us were beautiful!
My only critique is that I said I wanted no greenery in my bouquet so it would go with my color palate and she had green leaves and buds all over my bouquet. Also I wish she would have calculated the tax with my final total during the consultation.

I worked with Michelle on my wedding flowers and just showed a picture that was similar to what I wanted and the flowers I wanted used and let her figure it out from there. She did an absolutely beautiful job on my flowers and I will recommend her to anyone in the area.

I did not have a good experience with this vendor. The day of my wedding she dropped my flowers off at my church without checking in or even saying hi to myself or anyone in my family. When I saw my flowers she had left already. The white calla lillies were brown at the tips already and looked old. I called her about the poor quality of flowers she delievered and her bad customer service and she kept making excuses and said she didn't know what she could do. My mother called after a bit and asked her to bring some white roses or something that looked better. The roses she then brought were the worst looking roses I have ever seen and I have seen better looking flowers at the grocery store. My family and wedding party were not impressed with the flowers at all and were suprised how poor of quality they were. The week following my wedding I called the florist and asked for a partial refund as she had offered but now refused to give me one since she brought roses and proceeded to argue with me saying they all looked nice. I found her very unprofessional as she often sent me texts rather than calling me. I think the quality of flowers was the worst I have ever seen and I spent quite a bit of money on them. This was the worst part of my wedding and I am glad everything else went well but I would not recommend this company.

This had to be the worst experiance I've had with a business owner. I have never had to write a bad reveiw for a business before, but am so disappointed that I wanted to warn future possible brides. I went to a Bridal fair where Michele had a nice booth set up and I immidiately fell in love with her bouquets. I entered a drawing to win $100 worth of flowers and was very surprised to get her call saying I was the winner. Since then we met and discussed my order which went smoothly.. but then when I cut a few things out of my order she seemed to not want to do business with me. I cut my order in half because I chose to make a few bouquets myself. Well after 2 weeks of phone tag and 2-3 emails she finally returned me an email stating she would only oner the Gift of $100 worth of flowers IF I purchased a full Wedding flower order. Was never told this prior! The order should have been about $230 and instead she said I couldn't use my discount and wss $100 more. Then wehn I told her my disappointment the very next day she told me my Wedding day was now booked and I had to go else where. TERRIBLE business and very disappointing. :( Warning to future brides or flower shoppers.. Now I have one month to get the rest of my flowers before my big day.

If you won a discount for this florist, steer clear. She continuously deletes your emails and texts so you have to resend them more than 2 times. Michele will not communicate with you for weeks, and when you are able to communicate you have to report or provide all of the same information you previously had and she will tell you what she believes you should want for your flowers rather than listening to what you're telling her you want. Discount or not, the money you could save is not worth the hassle of trying to communicate with this individual.

If you are one of the brides that won a drawing at the wedding fair then avoid this floral shop. Michelle is nice but she is horrible with getting back you. I meet with her and I decided to cut down on some of my flowers to save cost. I wrote her the same day that I meet with her and she didn't write back right away. I just thought that she is busy. She didn't write back for 11 days and that's after I wrote to her and asked if she had gotten my previous text. She said that she wasn't sure because she usually deletes everything and I had to resend it. I asked her to resend a quote to me since I cut out some of the floral and she said that she would get back to me, but didn't get back to me for another 11 days, I texted her once again and she didn't answer for two days!! It was a lot of back and forth and if you try calling her she lets it go to voice mail. Another bride on here said she said that same problem as me. I really wish I read this before hand. It would of saved me a lot of time. It was almost a month before my wedding and I decided that her crappy customer service was not worth it anymore. Good luck to anyone that goes to her.
