They're the best of the best. They worked so quickly, fit me into their schedule when I had a somewhat small window to work with, and did FLAWLESS work on my dress. My wedding dress truly fit like a glove. They even added a bustle and it was done so perfectly it looked like the dress came that way originally. All-star professional work.

I LOVE LEI! I had to have bra cups inserted and had to have my bustle done. I absolutely loved the bustle she did for my dress. I didn't really like some of the bustle styles I was seeing online so I was definitely happy when she showed me the style she did for my dress (and of course I can't remember what it was called). She was on time and always great at responding quickly. Thanks Lei!

Custom Fit To You did a wonderful job tailoring my wedding dress. They are very busy and initially may be difficult to get an appointment, but they were able to fit me in and were so easy to work with. The end product was beautiful and the pricing was very fair.

Custom Fit To You are the best! Lei was also the best. She was very helpful and worked around our schedules. Because our bridal party was a bit large and we had mother of the bride and grooms dresses, aunts, etc., to coordinate, Lei made it so painless! She coordinated with us and even came in on her days off. She opened up on 2 Sunday to accommodate our schedules. She also made our very HUGE parties feel welcome and we all had a blast. I can tell you that scheduling may seem frustrating at first, but it's because Lei and her team are phenomenal, and I highly recommend scheduling as soon as you have your arrival date.

The work done on my beaded dress was far from easy and Lei and the gals at Custom Fit To You made me look and feel more beautiful than ever before! I highly recommend Lei and Custom Fit To You!

Lei and her team did the alterations for my wedding gown for my august 2014 wedding. I cannot express how thankful I am for them. I lost weight after ordering my dress so when it arrived it was much too large for me, needless to say it was very stressful! It was a very tricky alteration and Lei was always so patient with me. I am so grateful I had Lei to make sure my gown was perfect. I felt beautiful and comfortable in my gown on my wedding day and for that I am so grateful! I would highly recommend working with Custom Fit to you for your alterations needs. They are pros!

Lei is amazing at what she does. She made me feel comfortable and I never got worried about how my dress would turn out as I had at another seamstress I had first met with. Custom Fit to You did great work for both my dress and my mom's dress. The only problem was they are very busy so get in early! :)

These ladies are the best in the business!! I was very nervous when I was selecting where to take my wedding dress to be altered for obvious reasons. I definitely made the right choice by selecting Lei at CustomFit2U. They did an amazing job!! Plus Lei and Andrea are great ladies that made the whole experience really fun. I also received my viel and a flower from Andrea with August Veils. She did an amazing job and it really added a lot. If you are looking for someone for alterations or a Veil, I STRONGLY recommend Andrea (August Veils) and Lei (Custom Fit ToYou) since they are very detail oriented and do an amazing job!

Lei and the seamstresses at Custom Fit to You are amazing! I went here after one of my friends had such a good experience here last year and I was not disappointed. The dress fit PERFECTLY and they even did one more small alteration than originally planned and didn't change the price. These ladies were awesome and really great to talk with! I live on the complete opposite side of town and would still recommend this business to anyone in the Portland or Vancouver area.

Amazing work! These ladies totally to the time to help make my wedding an experience! I was completely stressed out about family and the tremendous amount of work that was needed on my dress and Lei at Custom Fit To You completely put my mind at ease. The dress was 6 sizes to big and the ladies at the Loft took a bad sales job and created my dream dress! AMAZING! Trust me, go to them. I am a walking example! i took my dress somewhere else and now I'm paying twice as much because these ladies had to go behind and fix my dress! I cried, I was so happy! AMAZING!!! Thank you!

Andrea made me a BEAUTIFUL custom veil! It was just perfect! They also made me a custom bolero which was also just perfect!!! Overall, I enjoyed working with these ladies! I would say that the pricing was a bit higher than I had expected, but the product was great! They are fun ladies to work with! Lei brought in my dress the day of my wedding and made sure that we knew how to take it out of the bag. Yuki is a delight! I went in with her to do my final fitting and she was incredibly helpful! She really listened to the changes that still needed to be made, reassured me of everything and let me and my maid of honor enjoy the moment! She even offered to take our picture!

Lei did an amazing job on my dress! She had to bring in my dress about 4 times as I slowly lost weight from my first fitting until the wedding. The dress fit me so perfectly the day of! She did a great job with the bustle on my dress that had a long train, and added crinoline to the train to help fill it out. One of my appointments I actually cried tears of joy because it looked so great! She also brought in my mom's Mother of the Bride dress after it had been ordered many sizes too big. She is a great seamstress!

Lei did a beautiful job altering my wedding gown! I had to have the hem taken up, the bodice taken in, a bra sewn into the gown, and a sash sewn onto the waist. I felt her prices were very reasonable, and I spent much less than I thought I was going to have to on alterations. I did have some difficulty getting in touch with Lei at times, so give her a day or two to get back to you, especially if your wedding is at her busy time of year (July/August). Other than that she was great to work with, and I would definitely recommend her to other brides, and I plan to use her services in the future for alterations on a bridesmaids dress for an upcoming wedding I'm in.

I chose Lei at Custom Fit 2 You after purchasing my dress at Charlotte's as they were the closest to my work/ house. Plus I liked the idea that they specialized in wedding gown alterations rather than just a normal tailor. My wedding dress is all lace and needed hemmed and taken in ALOT I was worried about how it would turn out but their seamstresses know what they're doing! I made my appointments early wanting to beat the rush of wedding season. Lei called me back right away and I had four total fittings since it was lace they really wanted to make sure they got it right. For a complicated dress taken in 4 inches, hemmed, and bustled (4 point over bustle, two layers) it was $300. I didn't think that was bad at all. The hem alone was $150 again being all lace so they needed to remove the lace and reapply . They were a little blunt in tone sometimes but friendly enough and got the job done which all that really matters :)

Fittings:
My wedding dress was a tulle ball gown. I had to have the bodice taken in, hem taken up, bra cups sewn in, sweetheart neckline altered, and replaced the sash. My alterations required two fittings.
We had decided to put in the bra cups last minute. I had tried my dress on with the cups pinned in. I had texted Lei and asked her if I could come in for another fitting to ensure that the cups were sewn in correctly but she never responded to me.
I had paid Lei extra for my veil and dress to be steamed and pressed.

The day of:
My MOH and mom went to pick up my dress for me. Lei was supposed to be at the Loft at 8:15 to 8:30. She didn't show up until 8:40. Lei said she was late due to traffic.
My mom took the veil out of the bag once she got to the venue - it was wrinkled. We laid the veil out to try to get the wrinkles out - unfortunately they didn't - so I decided to not wear my veil.
My dress also had two very visible light brown stains. I thought I was going to have a panic attack. Luckily, one of my bridesmaids brought Tide Wipes and were able to get the stains out.
I wish I would have had the opportunity to try my dress on with the cups properly sewn in. When I put on my dress I had a lot more cleavage than I had intended. My boobs looked great but I would have preferred them to be more modest on my wedding day.
The length of the hem, the sweetheart neckline, and my new sash was perfect luckily.

Overall:
The alterations turned out great overall. I loved the new sash and sweetheart neckline, the length was right. The only thing is that I wish that I would have had another fitting like I had asked for to check the cleavage situation.
Lateness, wrinkles, stains - It was a lot of last minute stress that I didn't need on my wedding day. The issues didn't ruin my dress but I wish that I didn't have to go through the drama.
If I were to do it again I would probably go to another alterations place.

I really can't say anything positive about this company. I had Lei as my seamstress and she never seemed to be in a good mood. But I wouldn't have minded if the product I received was good, but unfortunately it was very frustrating dealing with this company. My dress was too long and I was tripping on it all night at my wedding. I had tripped up a couple times at the fitting, and when I had said it seemed too long she said I just have to stand up straight.

And then my dress was too big on my final fitting. So when she had to take it in again she charged me an extra $150. But is it my fault she didn't take it in enough the first time? I mean I could understand if I had lost weight and it was my fault, but I had been in five days before when she took the measurements, I hadn't lost any weight and it was still too big.
Also there was a hole in my skirt I asked her to fix. I assumed she did when I picked it up the day before my wedding it was still there! And I didn't want to pick up my dress the day before, but had to because she didn't measure it right! Anyways, I didn't even bother with the hole, I was so mad and it was the day before I had to just forget it.
Honestly my dress alterations were the worst part of my wedding. Do not go here if you want any sort of value or stress free alterations.

I had the worst possible experience at Custom Fit to You. DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS OR YOUR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES ALTERED HERE. I had my wedding gown and my bridesmaids dresses altered there and it was the biggest mistake of my wedding planning experience. She moved locations and did not tell me and then tried to blame the whole thing on me not keeping a text she sent me. The text she sent me had her old location and she failed to update me that she had moved. When we went to pick up my dress and my girl's dresses she did not have my bridesmaids try on their dresses. When they finally did at home, none of them (NONE OF THEM) fit. She does not answer or return phonecalls so you can only text her. So I texted her about the situation and she related that it would cost an additional (to the $50 that I had already paid per dress) $100 per dress to fix them. She barely did ANYTHING to the dresses. She literally sewed and cut material in the shoulders and made the arm holes too tight for my bridesmaids. I had a family friend fix the bridesmaids dresses for free (bless her heart) and she said Lei did a $10 job. It was so bad. My dress was ok, but up close you could see it was not the best. On top of that during my reception I got lifted up during the dancing and the zipper's seam started to unravel. My mom luckily brought a sewing kit in our emergency kit and was able to sew my dresses zipper back on, which was not ideal. Overall, my experience was awful and I will never suggest Custom Fit to You as a seamstress.

This was by far my worst wedding vendor. They had my dress for 6 months. I asked them to sew a shawl for the ceremony to make it less open. They did such an unprofessional job. The seams were not straight. It was sloppy, I looked in the mirror and cried because it looked terrible, I asked to come in for a final fitting before my wedding because I was unhappy and Lei yelled at me over the phone. It was the worst customer service. When I finally came in for my dress 2 days before the wedding,they were cooking sausage in the kitchen with all the dresses hanging there. I had to leave without the shawl because my mom said it looked like a straitjacket. She threw a cash refund in my face. Threw the dress in a bag without hanging it, and didn't say a word. This was the worst service ever. I would never recommend a bride going here.
