I am so happy i chose Custom Dream Gowns for my stunning wedding gown. They were so helpful and responsive with all my requests and questions. I was able to customize my dress free in two different dress styles i loved. I received my gown in 45 days and the quality and fit are 5 stars! Not only was my dress flawless, but the customer service was unparalleled. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I just received my gown and can not give them a good enough review. The gown is breathtaking. The workmanship is perfect, the quality is exceptional, and the service was outstanding. I would have no hesitation to order from them again. This gown far exceeded anything I had hoped for. Thank you again to the staff who truly gave me my dream gown. -

magnificent! I fell in love with two wedding dresses one for the reception and for the ceremony and both were not within budget. I contacted Custom Dream Gowns and was able to have them custom made for the price of one gown. The fit and quality is amazing and absolutely gorgeous crystal beading. I cried tears of joy. This was the best purchase I've made and I am so thankful for the excellent and responsive customer service from the gown specialists. I recommend for every bride who wants a no alteration wedding gown. The best! -

High quality wedding dress and very flattering.
Perfect fit! They added padded bust cups and boning. Great fabrics, seams, beading, fully lined. beautiful long train.
Customized my dress with a sexy sweetheart neck and dropped waist for free. All my questions were answered quickly and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars. -

Sara helped me pick colors, lace & customize certain details that no other bridal store could do. They truly go the extra mile to ensure your questions are answered quickly. I was able to pick a wedding dress that I loved (out of budget) and receive a gown with stunning quality and custom fit (under my budget). They truly have experienced designers and gown specialists that are dedicated to creating exactly what you desire. Custom Dream Gowns delivered on time and above expectations. I am so appreciative of this company for designing my mother's dress and my wedding gown. One tip would be to make sure you follow the measuring guide accurately. The gown specialist was able to catch my error in measuring my hips which should be the fullest part including butt. We would have spent double for this quality and fit. Great customer service and designers. -

I am very happy with custom dream gowns for going above and beyond in designing my couture wedding dress. I am from Sweden and their gown specialists were knowledgeable in assisting me with my requests and many customizations. Beautiful dream dress was delivered on time and when I saw it...I cried! My dream wedding gown made by Custom Dream Gowns is so beautiful and everything I wanted. Sara and her team helped me with my dress customization. I had them change it to a strapless sweetheart neckline, keyhole back, Alencon lace, custom length train to match my veil. Very beautiful dress which fit me unbelievably well. They made a difficult and important decision easy. I saved so much time and money. Awesome! -

Very surprised and happy with my wedding dresses. I ordered a ceremony and a reception wedding dress for my fall wedding this year. Both are made with premium satin and lace. Excellent seams and handsewn beading crystals. My mother and her bridesmaids have orders in as well. Excited to have custom dresses made to measure that are so amazing. -

I absolutely love love love my custom wedding gown! As a curvy bride, I tried on more than 50 wedding dresses and could not find the perfect fit. Alterations costing 1/3 of the dress cost is ridiculous! Therefore, I contacted custom dream gowns who was a God sent! They made my glam bridal gown with a stunning crystal bodice and gorgeous train. I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments on my gown. I thank Sara and her team for doing a spectacular job in making my dream wedding dress a reality. -

VERY disappointed...
I found my dream gown (Jim Helm 8663) but could not justify spending thousands of dollars on a dress for one day. I should have known better even though I was comforted by the great customer service in the beginning.
My dress came while I was traveling for work so I missed the 48 hour window they give you to return for a portion of the purchase price. We are eloping so time was of the essence as it was. The dress did not fit (after extensive measurements provided and losing weight in between ordering and receiving!) The dress was also missing boning that was requested, and the inspector signed off on.
I contacted customer service but was told there was nothing to be done - but to have a great day! I filled out a survey and nothing.
I share some of the blame for trying to save money - but upon bringing to a dress maker who has to now rebuild the dress, she said it was poorly put together and she has to do the entire front. She did say the lace was decent quality. No the best, not the worst she has seen. I am paying double for the dress to make it wearable. I truly regret my decision and am so disappointed in the dress and the lack of customer service.
I admit I usually never write reviews, but I am hoping my experience does not happen to anyone else.

I ordered a dress with Custom Dream Gown, and was totally let down. The boning was visible in the bust area, and the dress looked like a choir robe. I also actually needed lavender and this dress looks like a light purple ? I choose per color swatch, but upon arrival it was darker than I requested. I would just suggest you do not use this vendor, unless you have allowance to make other plans. I basically returned the dress, because it was not the look I was going for. I wanted a sheer overlay for the jacket, and she used chiffon instead. She stated I should have been clear about what material I wanted. I am not a seamstress, I just showed her what look I wanted. When I requested for her to make another sheer overlay, she stated the dress was already shipped.
I had the most terrible day at my son's wedding because I was not happy with the last minute selection I had to make. I was counting on Custom Dream Gowns to make me look great for the day , and that just did not happen. I am still grieving because I hid the whole night, the last minute selection did not work out either. It ruined a once in a life time event. She refused giving me a complete refund and kept 30% of the cost. I understand that, but I felt the dress looked cheaply made and I had to purchase another dress. Again, do not use Custom Dream Gowns unless you have amble time to make another selection. I have never been so humiliated in my life. -
