Beautiful work and definitely recommend!

Karen was so great throughout the whole process! She made all of our paper goods from the invitations down to the table numbers. I can't count the number of compliments that we received from guests on how beautiful the invitations and menus/itineraries were! Was so fun to work with and got everything done on time regardless of how many revisions we had!

Perfection is the best word to describe these wedding invitations

I went to a bridal show last year with my daughter and noticed these amazing handmade custom wedding invitations. I set up a meeting with Karen, who helped us to pick out the most beautiful wedding invitations that I have ever seen! I received so many compliments on them. I also purchased the seating chart and triple table cards. Her work is nothing more than perfect!!

Wonderful wedding invitations! Absolutely fabulous!

Working with Karen was one of the best pets of planning my wedding. She sits and talks with you to fully get to know you to ensure she makes the perfect invite for your big day! I got nothing but compliments on my invites and I recommend her to every bride I know! It adds a personal touch and is very affordable! She is willing and able to work with anyone’s budget which is awesome!

Beautiful Invitation Suite

My fiancé and I wanted a "traditional" invitation to go with our classic and timeless wedding. Everything we saw online was a stack of paper wrapped in ribbon; not what we were looking for. I hadn't wanted to go custom, because I didn't think we could swing the price tag. Until I met Karen. She met with my family because my fiancé and I live out of state, and allowed us to join in via FaceTime. For the first time, someone was listening to what I was envisioning for my invitations. Not only did she immediately start pulling colors of papers and card stock, but she even put together a mock invitation while we were on the phone!
Our invitations are absolutely breathtaking and exactly what I was looking for; without the shocking price tag that other custom invitations designers were quoting. And that's including the rush fee! Karen and her wonderful staff completed our order in just two weeks!
Our guests have begun receiving them in the mail, and everyone is blown away at how beautiful they are! I keep receiving compliments on them, and I've heard a few times that they're the prettiest invitations people have ever seen!

From the beginning of our first conversation where we met at Novi Bridal expo I knew Karen would be the one to make my vision come to life. Our wedding inspired by the 1920s Karen put her expertise to work and her creative mind to create my one of a kind invitations. Karen was not only the one who designed my invitations but was also with me every step of the way when I needed custom cards made. She also created our one of a kind seating chart so personal to us and was with me every step of the way to make it perfect. I have made a friend through this experience and will remember Karen for all my future custom creative writing I will need in our future!

Chelsea and I wish we would have found Karen prior to ordering our invitations at an "on-line" site. Karen was wonderful to work with. When our "on-line" invitations arrived in pieces Karen came to the rescue and offered her services at very reasonable rates. She is very creative and has an impressive display of her work for you to peruse prior to making your choice. We really appreciate her relaxed and thoughtful attitude as it made the entire process enjoyable for us. No internet web site can give you Karen's high level of service or professional advice based on her years of service to many in our community. We will never again order wedding invitations on-line. Karen's office is conveniently located and she will schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.

I can't explain how amazing my experience with Karen was! She is such a wonderful person and was so invested in making sure our invitations and table numbers we're going to turn out exactly as we wanted them to! The amount of time she devoted to us, from introducing herself well, to having us over to come up with our own personal design, to inviting us back over to see the drafts, to handcrafting every invitation, to showing us the final product, was absolutely amazing to see. It's obvious she enjoys what she does and we couldn't be any happier with our experience. We have gotten so many people who have reached out to us just to express how beautiful our invitations were and how they have never seen anything like them! So thank you, Karen, so much for all of your hard work and for taking such good care of us. You were part of the introduction to the wedding for our guests, and I believe that after seeing the invitations YOU created, everyone is even more excited about our big day! The products are extremely beautiful. The designer/owner really listens to your needs and desires no matter how long it takes. You will want to have all of your cards and invitations made by Custom Creations!!

Karen is a wonderfully talented woman with a unique and lovely set of skills. She takes great care and time to learn your style and help you design every facet of your invitation, creating something you will not see anywhere else. She is amazing at helping you stay within your budget while still producing something brilliant. I came away with items completed two weeks ahead of schedule and a new tradition of serving myself a cup of tea with fine china. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait for my next event that requires a collaboration with Karen!

I was supposed to be married this past June and unfortunately (or thankfully, however you want to look at it) my wedding got called off! I had already ordered my wedding invitations with my ex fiancé and Karen had just e-mailed me a couple days after to tell me they were ready. My wedding had been called off just a few days before so obviously, I was devasted. My ex wouldn't even speak to me (he called it off because he said after three years he just didn't love me anymore) well aside from that, I was left paying for everything. I had a $2,800 wedding dress I still had to pay off for a wedding I wasn't having and I lost all of the deposits for everything. I knew I obviously still had to pay for my wedding invitations and all of Karen's hardwork but, I wanted him to pay! Karen went out of her way to call him for me, even though she didn't have to. Yes, he came with me to pick out the wedding invitations but he did not sign for them. By law I was required to pay for them and how unfair is that due to me paying for EVERYTHING for a wedding I'm not having because he changed his mind. Karen called him simply stating the money was due for the invitations and he paid for them! She even had one of her workers deliver them to my house. June 24th would have been my bachelorette party and I finally opened my wedding invitations to burn them in a celebratory fire. They were gorgeous and I was disappointed I was never able to use them. Karen personalized these invitations for us and incorporated one of our pictures from then Virgin Islands where we got engaged. We were having a beach themed wedding and Karen didn't stop trying until she made our picture of one of the beaches we took on our trip work perfectly ! Even though I loved burning his money in the fire, I saved the beautiful starfish that were on each of our invitations. Karen went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted and she was so sweet and helpful about this whole blessing in disguise.

I was so thrilled with how our wedding tri-fold cards turned out. Guests were commenting on how cute and personal the cards were. Karen was so wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone for all sorts of ideas. She also made a personalized card for my groom, flower girl, and both mothers. They were a perfect addition to their gift! Thanks for everything, Karen!

I don't even know where to start. Karen was fantastic. She made the invitation of my dreams! I am someone who notices all the small details in life and my invitations had so much effort and fine detail it was amazing. My friends and family were blown away and felt so special opening them. I received so many compliments. Karen also did my triple cards for the table numbers and seating chart which turned out better than I could imagine! Everyone loved them. She added beautiful detail to our special day. Not only is her work impeccable her custom service is great! She was calm, friendly, and flexible with us as we planned. If you want your invitations/ other creations to blow your friends and family away-- go with karen you will not regret it! Thank karen!!

Words can not express how beautiful my wedding invitations are and how creative Karen is! From the materials, to the colors, to the wording to the added artwork, to the touch of bling, my invitation is truly a work of art! The guests' excitement and the comments I received were overwhelming to me! "Your invitation took my breath away"..."The most gorgeous invitation I've ever seen"...."I had to sit down before I fell down when I opened your invitation"...."The most unique invitation I've ever seen"...."My daughter asked me if those were real diamonds, and honestly, I didn't know what to tell her"......."What a classy invitation".
The only down side to this invitation, is now, the pressure is on me to make sure the wedding lives up to the bar that has been set so high by the invitation! Lol!
Thanks so much Karen! You set the tone for the type of wedding event I have always dreamed of! You're the best!

Karen at Custom Creations & Invitations is neat - sweet...petite...and one of the most favorite parts of our wedding planning. She is so amazing with her knack for designing just what you envisioned...but really didn't know before you got there! She helps you to discover all the possibilities and the end result really is awesome and sets the tone for your entire wedding. She pulls out beautiful papers and ribbons and lace and doo-dads and designs it with you while you are sitting there and then helps you write your custom wording as well. If you want a very personal experience and gorgeous invitations I wouldn't go anywhere else.She really just wants this to be a special time for you. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great, personalized service.

I would hands down recommend Custom Creations & Invitations to any bride that is looking for the "Wow Factor" for wedding invitations! Karen is extremely creative with her ideas and special designer touch. She was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning and literally makes you feel as if you are her only customer. She patiently sat down with my mother and I, as she showed us a plethora of options for invitations. I ended up purchasing our wedding invitations and triple cards for the tables at our reception through Karen. Since sending out the invitations I have received numerous phone calls and text messages saying that the invitations were gorgeous and extremely elegant! I even had one guest write a note on the back of their response card saying that it was "by far the best wedding invitation they have ever seen, and that they couldn't wait for the wedding". This is the perfect way to set the tone for your big day, with sending out custom invitations. Karen was great with communication during the entire process as well. We were able to talk, text and email so that everyone was on the same page. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product! :-)

I came to Karen at Custom Creations with literally no ideas for my wedding invitations, other than I wanted them to look elegant and follow our Christmas theme colors (deep red and gold). The final product was simply amazing! I felt like my (now) husband and I were able to really create something so unique to us, with Karen's guidance and expertise of course. There were so many different options in every price range! I plan to use Custom Creations for every major life event in the future!

I discovered Custom Creations and Invitations at a Wedding Expo. I had been looking online at handmade inviations for my wedding already, so the items at Custom Creations and Invitations were right up my alley. I was very excited to find out I could have a meeting with the owner of Custom Creations and design an invitation that was unique and exactly what I wanted for my event. They had beautiful papers, designs, and accents. I had a specific look I wanted, and they were able to execute it perfectly. I decided on a tri-fold design with wrap around lace and pink and gold accents. The invitations were made very quickly and the company was very easy to work with. I loved them so much I went back and got mini ceremony programs and menus that matched. My guests raved over how beautiful and fancy my invitations were. I would recommend Custom Creations and Invitations to anyone who wants exquisite, unique and breathtaking invitations. I will definitely be back for baby shower invitations! :-)

Karen was the best I was able to design my wedding invite just the way I wanted. I highly recommend her if you want a unique invite. So many people called me after they received their invite to tell me how beautiful my invitation was. I only had one issue and that came when it was time to mail out the invite. The heavier the invite the more you will pay to have them mailed. I had issues with the post office on sending them out they measured and weighed in at one rate but some post offices wanted to charge me to have it delivered as a parcel which was expensive to do so I had to make sure I went to the RIGHT post office who didn't require me to do that and also one post office didn't deliver the invite due to missing postage as when it was sent to the person's actual post office to be sent out to delivery they too wanted to have it shipped as a Parcel so refused to send them the invite until remaining postage was paid....it was an headache to send the invites off.

Karen with Custom Creations was truly a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and accommodating to all of my needs. I got invitations, place cards, thank you notes, and programs made for my wedding and they were all beautiful and the quality was top notch! I got SO many compliments on my invitations- many of my guests told me they were the most beautiful invites they had ever seen! I had a few unique requests that Karen accommodated without a problem. She also gave great suggestions when I wasn't sure on a decision that needed to be made. I have a very hectic schedule and she was always able to work my appointments around it. She was so much fun to work with and made these important details of my wedding perfect! I highly recommend using Custom Creations for all of your invitation needs!

Karen is extremely talented and will do a beautiful job. She truly cares about the work she does and will do everything she can to make your invitations absolutely perfect. She is knowledgeable and really tries to work with her clients to get them what they want within their price range. If you are looking for a completely unique invitation that is absolutely stunning, then I highly recommend Custom Creations & Invitations. Mine were perfect and exactly what I had envisioned.

Karen and Jean at Custom Creations and Invitations are absolutely wonderful! The process of designing our custom invitations is one that my husband, mother, and I will never forget. Each little detail of the invitation down to the perfectly selected crystal buckle was executed to perfection. As soon as the invitations were received by my guests, my then-fiancé and I were flooded with calls, emails, and texts about how they were the most beautiful invitations that they had ever seen. I still smile when I walk into a family member or friend’s house and see the little invitation sitting in their curio cabinet or on a coffee table. In addition to the invitations (that my guests still rave about) I also ordered my table numbers, programs, and seating chart from Custom Creations and Invitations. Each added an additional touch of elegance to my big day. For any bride that wants to make her special day that much more perfect, I highly recommend Custom Creations and Invitations.

When I first went to Karen I had an Idea in my head of what I wanted created . Karen changed all that for me . She came up with a beautiful unique invite . She went beyond my expectations and had so many wonderful ideas. I trusted her advice and professionlism . I ordered my menus,thank you cards and table numbers. My guests raved on how beautiful everything was . She is flexible on pricing and her ideas are endless. I am a very happy bride . I will use Karen again to create my baby shower invites when the time comes.

I found Custom Creations & Invitations on The Knot and one weekend that I happened to be in Detroit, my mother and I went over to Karen's studio to meet her and check out prices. By the time we left Karen had designed my invitation and promised a date for my mother to return and review the proof.

The results were AMAZING! I've had people commenting on their RSVP cards how it is the most beautiful invitation they had ever seen.

The best part? Karen was able to not only create exactly what I wanted but the price was amazing as well. $5 per invite! Karen and her team pour their hearts into these invitations and it shows.

She is located in Metro Detroit but will take orders from anywhere.. I HIGHLY recommend using her for your invitation needs!

Karen at Custom Creations and Invitations did a beautiful job creating my invitations for my wedding. Going into the whole process was a little overwhelming but Karen was able to capture my vision as to what I wanted within my budget. My guests are commenting on how beautiful our invitations are and how they want to frame them. I highly recommend future brides to go with invitations from Karen's company. How wonderful it was that we found Karen. She worked closely with us to design our wedding invitations. Her ideas were excellent and her selection of papers unbelievable. We received so may wonderful compliments on the invitations. The coordinator at the facility where we had our wedding was so impressed she place Custom Creations & Invitations on their preferred list of vendors. I actually found the entire process to be relaxing as well as enjoyable.

Karen was WONDERFUL to work with! The invitations are beautiful and the quality of her work is exceptional. Everything was completed promptly and she was very organized throughout the process. After seeing how beautiful she made my invitations, I also decided to have her make programs, wine bottle collars, small favor tags, and thank you notes for my wedding. She is a joy to work with and is very accommodating! I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends :)

For anyone who is looking for absolutely gorgeous invitations definately needs to check out Custom Creations & Invitations by Karen Bailey!!! She does absolutely AMAZING work and can work with any budget!!! She is definately worth checking out even if you are on a budget. We got beautiful custom design invitaions (reception card, RSVP card included!!) for the same or less then what it cost to order from David Bridals and they are TOTALLY UNIQUE!!! She also does an amazing job with programs, seating charts, place cards, table numbers, save the dates, thank yous, shower stuff, and so much more... she does it all! I cannot sing her Praise enough!!!

My husband and I went with Custom Creations and Invitations to do our invitations and seating chart and we could not have been more pleased! We met Karen and in about an hour we had created a one of a kind invitation that said "me." We really enjoyed that it was custom made and that no one else had anything like it. Karen was so great to work with. She responded back to emails almost as fast as I got them out! She also always threw in little freebies, such as printed flowers on return labels, and making extra envelopes. The cost was very reasonable that we were able to add in extras that we did not think we could have afforded! Karen also did a wonderful job with our seating chart! People are still talking about both! We definitely would recommend Custom Creations and Invitations.

Karen was very helpful and patient with us as we worked to design a wedding invitation for our daughters wedding. They came out wonderful and we couldn't be happier. We got many compliments on them. She also did the programs for us and they came out great as well. She is very knowledgeable and does many creative things based on what you are looking for. We highly recommend her.

Karen and her staff are dedicated individuals who put their hearts into their work. It is a labor of love. They are friendly and worked with us to give us the invitations and printed material of our dreams. Each piece is hand made with exact precision. Karen worked with us to design our invitations to our complete satisfaction. Many of our guests said they were the most beautiful invitations they've ever seen. Karen also made my table numbers, thanks you cards and my seating chart placed into an antique frame. All of these were done to our complete satisfaction. I'm very satisfied with her work and feel we created unique wedding invitations way beyond those of standard invitation companies. The staff are very friendly and Karen is dedicated to giving her best to every order. If you are looking for something very special she provides this great service.

I really enjoy working with Karen. Being a wedding planner I am always asked do you know if I can have my invitations made and at a reasonable cost. My answer is absolutely! Karen has done the invitations for a couple of my brides and they are always amazed at how beautiful they are. Now that I am getting married in July she can create mine. I visited the Wedding expo in Novi Michigan in January of this year where Custom Creation had a booth set up. With only 5 months to plan a "Black tie" wedding on a limited budget, I turned to Custom Creations to take my idea for the perfect invite from my thoughts and make a reality. Mrs. Bailey was able to do this in one setting. We received so many compliments on the invites and I was proud to say it way my idea but "Custom Creations" made it a reality. The atmosphere is pleasant, this is a home office and we were treated like family as we received a very warm welcome. This is a Very PROFESSIONALLY group of people. I am happy to say our day went well and I attribute that to hiring the right people to lend their expertise.

I stumbled upon Karen at a bridal show after scouring the internet for invitations that weren't too "cutesy" - I'm just not that kind of bride. She was a joy to work with and was soon throwing ideas out so fast it made my head spin. Our initial planning appointment took a few hours, but in that time we had paper colors, font, and wording picked out. I had a draft from her within a day or two. She was very communicative throughout the whole process so I knew I never had to worry about how my invitations were going. They were even done earlier than she estimated! With all the stress that wedding planning can bring, this was one area that was just a breeze. Thank you Karen!

Working with Karen was SO MUCH FUN! She made it easy to get creative and really design whatever I wanted. She opened her office up freely so we could see all her options and she gave excellent advice and suggestions. She did a wonderful job adding special touches and really made me feel as an individual.

I used Karen's for my invitation, menus and programs. My invitations were beautiful absolutely amazing! The menus were triple cards and looked very good on the tables! The programs were nice but I think over priced.

Karen was absolutely fabulous. As a bride with a small wedding and a budget to match, she was able to craft wonderful invitations that matched our tone and price range; she can work with small events and large scale ones as well. Karen is very personable and the initial consultation met my expectations. Additionally, she was able to craftily include appropriate wording for the Catholic Nuptial part of our celebration, and that was the portion of the invitation I was most worried about. Despite an error on the response card envelope that forced me to make another trip after it was corrected, I was very pleased with the end results.

I spent weeks looking for invitations that were unique and showed off my personal sense of style. After looking at books of cookie-cutter invitations, I'm so glad my planner recommended Karen and Custom Creations. I walked into her studio and after looking at exotic papers, beautiful ribbons and so many designs, we were able to create invitations that were perfect. Our invitations were so stunning, people said they couldn't throw them away. In fact, one of our guests from Germany took them door to door to show them off to their neighbors in their small German town! If you want something special, custom and will set the tone of your wedding or event, you will not be disappointed with what Karen and her staff will create.

Karen was great to work with. My husband and I were looking for invitations that we both could like and with her help we created a completely unique invitation and program. Within one hour of sitting down with her we had hand picked ever detail from paper type, color; ribbon type, color; invitation wording, font, etc. It was so fun to actually be able to pick each of those details. It was hard looking at other places where everything was already picked and I just could not find anything I loved that was not extremely expensive. We also came to Karen with a budget and she worked around that. Our invitations were very unique and we received so many compliments. Many people usually do not even remember the invitation and throw them away, but this was not the case with ours. Karen also did our programs that coordinated with our invitations. It was a create little booklet that held all the information nicely. Karen not only is a great designer but she is so helpful with every aspect of the wedding. She offered a lot of assistance with wording, poems, dedications, etc. Everything was great!

When it came to invitations and guest lists, I was probably a vendor's worst nightmare bride. I was a huge procrastinator, but Karen made sure that everything was done on time and looked fantastic! She even wrote the notes from the bride and groom in the programs for me so I didn't have to worry about it. With Custom Creations, you can be as involved as you want to be and always come out with a good product in the end. I would definately use this vendor in the future for baby showers or anniversary parties, etc.

I thought I would never find an invitation that suited my taste for my peacock themed wedding. I didn't want it to be cheezy or over done, Karen spent 2 hrs talking with me about my likes and my thoughts of my day to the point where we came up with a BEAUTIFUL wedding invitation. Omg I'm so PLEASE & cant wait to send them out. Word to the wise when making a custom Invite. Be aware of the postage!!! only reason why I say this is because the $2.80 postage per invitation was an unexpected cost we had not budgeted for.

When I stumbled across Karen's website there was literally no one in my area that offered custom wedding invitations. So what did I do, I drove over a hour to see Karen. The first thing I admired was Karen's passion and excitement towards working with you, on your invitation creation. She will work within ANY budget, and truly puts her heart into what she does. Simply put, Karen's work is AMAZING. She truly cares about the work she does and will do everything she can to make your invitations perfect. Since all invitations are special creations you know for a fact that your invites will be as unique as you are.

I really liked my invitations - they were completedly quickly and ready for pick-up within my expectations. The printing was a little lighter than I would have liked. Overall I received very positive feedback on my invitations, the only negative comment, the color of the ink. Some said it looked faded or as if it had rubbed off in the envelope.

Be sure to keep your receipt for the price decided upon at your meeting. Also be sure it is clear what the final draft of the invitation is. There's so much you can do with your invite, so make sure you get what you want! Karen helped us put together the perfect invite. It does take quite a bit of time and energy to choose the papers, wording and fonts so make sure you set aside enough time to do so.

beautiful invitations, but complications ruined experience

Karen was so sweet and gave us beautiful custom invitations that resembled our specific details. All of our meetings were personal and intimate. We had cake and tea with planning and she gifted us our favorite type of wine upon pick up in a cute gift bag. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and have great admiration in what she does. I loved my invitations and loved the idea that I wouldn't have to do anything. However, that wasn't the case. Upon receiving them you meet with her and look everything over. It was my fault I didn't notice that the return date for RSVPS were a month and a half later than the date we agreed on. She remade them but made me feel like it was my mistake that they were wrong and that it was an inconvenience to her and that she was doing me a favor by not charging me for them. She ended up mailing them to me which I really appreciated but I did have to go through and repackage all of them (which we agreed upon, because I just wanted them sent out!). I also realized we didn't do an accommodation card, which I didn't realize when we were planning because I never really have sent invitations to a wedding before, but thought maybe she would have mentioned it since she has such experience. The other thing I was really disappointed was there were a handful of typos on the addresses. She told me that she copy and pastes them from the list you send her, but there were mistakes in names like my parents, bridesmaids, and relatives that I clearly would not have spelled wrong and confirming it against the list I sent with the correct spelling. There were also a handful of addresses of people that moved (I mentioned that I knew I had roughly 10 that were expected to move, that she said just email when you find out) that were well in advance of our pick up which she never responded to the emails and that had to be corrected as well.

I loved my invitations, but felt it was over priced for what I thought I was paying for. Looking back I think I would have just made my own for a fraction of the price. They may have not been 100% custom and hand crafted beautiful, but if I was going to have to do the work anyways it could have just been way cheaper. Don't get me wrong our invitations were BEAUTIFUL, but the after experience and thoughts of what other wedding details we could have spent the money on instead gave me remorse. That being said I also think it 100% depends on the type of wedding you want to have, your budget, and what details are most important to you.

Karen creates beautiful invites, however the process to get them is very stressful. In the beginning we were excited to go through the custom creation experience. After numerous meetings Karen would confuse our order to the point I felt I had to take a picture of everything we created or worked on at the end of each visit. She would not admit to her faults but blamed me and my team for her short comings. It was very difficult to get a price out of her but when we did all she could talk about is how good of a deal she gave us, when it really wasn’t a great deal. We gave her instructions and she constantly talked down and insisted on how it was her work and she had to be represented fairly. We did end up getting a beautiful invitation. However in the end it was the most stressful vendor out of all we hired.

BEAUTIFUL product, HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL process. I have literally used Karen's services for 8 years, Karen has done 3 weddings for our family. Additionally, we hired Karen annually to complete projects for our Women's luncheon. Over the years working with Karen has become more and more difficult. It had gotten to the point that she cannot track changes to the projects and mixes up information, she cannot use Excel so trying to follow her financial process is a nightmare, after receiving 2 paid in full receipts I received a letter that I had a balance (I received the letter 10 minutes after I spoke to her on the phone and she never mentioned it) and she does not see any of this as a problem. Karen has become totally money focused, yet she spends hours telling you how much she is doing for you for free (I have always paid whatever she quoted), she is only concerned about her needs and how she wants it done. Karen will never admit to being wrong or apologize. If there is a problem, it is always the clients fault. Again, Karen's products are phenomenal. Unfortunately, for me, the product no longer justifies the process.

Don't be fooled. No customer service. All about her getting her money. She would not allow me to change my order even after 20 minutes. Screamed at my mom on the phone when discussing a matter. You only have 5 days to pick up your order or will be charged extra. You have to pay in full before receiving your complete order.

Gorgeous invitations, nightmare of a process. We contacted Karen in December to discuss invitations for our April wedding. As we live out of state, we knew we would have to talk via phone/email. . Several times during this process, we were reminded that creating our invitations was more difficult than usual, because we are out of state. Then WHY offer this service?!
Several times Karen was extremely pushy with what she believed our wording should be, RSVP date should be, etc. We understand suggestions, but if we say no, let it go. We paid for the service (entirely WAY too much, might I add). Additional charges were added on left and right. We would send emails with no responses for days (i've saved every single email to prove this). When a mistake was made on our invitations, she was quick to begin printing labels to go over them, however, we never asked her to do this. She then was very very rude to me when I told her we did not have time to have these mailed to us, the invites had to go out.
Bottom line, if you live local, it is probably much easier. However, if you live out of state, I would not bother. This was the only issue I had planning my entire wedding, and it was a complete nightmare.
