The hero of our winter solstice wedding

Nicole was truly the hero of our winter solstice wedding. From start to finish, she was everything we hoped for and more—professional, thoughtful, and an absolute force of calm and creativity in the middle of a snowy, slightly chaotic day.

Her photos were pure magic—she captured the light, love, and emotion of the day so beautifully. But beyond her incredible talent behind the lens, she went above and beyond in so many ways. When our bouquets were accidentally delivered to the wrong area of the venue, she literally ran across the property in snow and ice to retrieve them—without even being asked—so we could have them for our portraits. Who does that? A total legend.

She kept us organized and gently on task, making sure we got every single shot we wanted while still letting us enjoy the moment. She even managed to handle a few delicate family dynamics with grace and finesse—no small feat! And she was a baby whisperer—our one-year-old flower girl smiled in every photo thanks to her magical touch.

Even when our timeline got thrown off by the early sunset and weather, she stayed later than scheduled just to make sure we got all the shots we needed. She was calm, kind, creative, and completely indispensable.

If you’re looking for someone who can bring beauty, warmth, and a can-do attitude to your wedding day and deliver absolutely stunning photos—you’ve found her. We are beyond grateful.

Absolutely Perfect Photos

Nicole was an exceptional professional from start to finish- from the initial phone call to discuss options and expectations to her questionnaire to understand family dynamics and what groupings we hoped to get. She was incredibly organized, patient (with 6 little kids!), and took the lead in giving directions so our family photos felt efficient but not rushed. Nicole arrived as I was finishing getting ready and she got right to it to take photos of details , which allowed me to relax and soak up every moment. My FIL described her as a hummingbird because she was everywhere taking photos of everything while almost being unnoticed. She is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. There was also a small mishap with my name spelled wrong on one of our signs and Nicole was able to photoshop it and you would never be able to tell. The best decision we made to have the most perfect photos from our day!

Amazing!!!

This review is 5 years too late and our praise can't be overstated. We hired Nicole for our elopement, and she went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Not only did she capture stunning photos, but she was also incredibly attentive to every detail. When my wife's eyelash glue failed, she didn’t hesitate to run out and get more, ensuring everything was just right. Her dedication and care were unmatched, and we would hire her again 100 times over. Nicole is the absolute BEST!

Nicole photographed my legal wedding ceremony (during Covid) and then came all the way to HAWAII to shoot my big wedding celebration a year later! She is now about to shoot my maternity photo's and I couldn't be more excited. Nicole is so unbelievably professional, caring, genuine and funny! All of my photo's are absolutely stunning beyond words and I will treasure them forever. Epic Photos!!!!

My wife and I got married in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in July 2022. We planned the wedding 2 months prior and had no idea where to begin, so we joined a Facebook group for Intimate Weddings and Elopements. We asked the group for photographer recommendations. As you would imagine, we received hundreds of suggestions. One that popped out to us as our favorite was Custom by Nicole Photography. We contacted her and she immediately responded and the dates were available. She was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. We setup a call and reviewed what we were looking for. She was very accommodating to our needs, as my wife has a lot of health problems, so she asked if Nicole would covid test on the day of the wedding and she had no problem doing so. During the wedding, Nicole was very professional and also personable/easy going. We felt super comfortable with her. She gave us a sneak peak of our wedding photos a few days after the wedding and we were absolutely floored at how amazing they were. We had a vision in mind of what we wanted for our wedding photos and she went above and beyond our expectations. A month later, she gave us the entire portfolio. We were so happy with how they came out. We can't thank her enough for capturing every single moment from our wedding. We would 100000% recommend Nicole as a wedding elopement photographer. She is incredible, not only as a photographer, but as a person. I hope we can hire her again in the future to do some more epic photos.

Nicole is incredibly talented

My husband and I got married in October 2021. We are so thrilled we hired Nicole to photograph our wedding. She was professional, kind, and extremely prepared. Her work is absolutely beautiful. She met with us at the venue a few months before the wedding so we could walk through the day and understand where we'd like certain pictures taken. That meeting actually helped us plan the whole day, she was ahead of our own planning! She was a wonderful presence on the wedding day. She kept the focus on us and captured some beautiful moments. We are so thankful we'll be able to have these gorgeous photos to remember a very special day. I highly recommend Nicole for any special event, she is very talented!

Beautiful work

Nicole recently shot our wedding adventure photos and they were absolutely amazing. She was clearly very experienced and knew exactly how to pose us so that we'd look natural. Beyond all expectations!

There is no one who puts as much passion into their work as Nicole. She truly cares about every angle and capturing every experience. She is exceptional as what she does. When I hired Nicole it was for our wedding the photos were so perfect that we hired her again for our maternity shoot then again for our new baby shoot. Every shoot exceeded expectations. She will make you look good no matter what day you are having. I believe she cane to my house within two weeks of delivering my baby and the photos were fabulous! I have worked with many other photographers before and let me tell you NO ONE holds a candle to the type of work she does. Nicole is destined for greatness!

Bear Mountain Elopement

My husband and I are from Chicago but wanted to do a small ceremony with just our parents and siblings at Bear Mountain. Because of COVID we we relied on Bear Mountain Inn's preferred vender list. We could not have had better luck with finding Nicole. Our pictures are amazing. I would honestly travel to New York just to use Nicole again. She knew great locations to go for photos and when it was too foggy to take photos at the top of the mountain she was able to come up with alternate locations quickly. I honestly couldn't be happier with how our photos turned out and all our family and friends keep raving about how good we look. I 100% recommend Nicole.

Simply the best!

Nicole is truly gifted. My fiance and I booked her for our engagement shoot at Minnewaska State Park after stumbling upon her work while searching for a creative photographer with a non-traditional style. Nicole delivered that and so much more. She made us feel very comfortable, helped with posing/ facial expressions, and the shoot flowed effortlessly. Nicole braved a downpour and still managed to get stunning photos of us after the rain had passed. We love every single photo we received and cannot wait to share them with guests on our wedding website and frame our absolute favorites to put on display in our home. Nicole will absolutely be our go to photographer for all future special occasion shoots in the tri-state area.

Perfect photos from a perfect day!

From the moment we met Nicole at our venue, we knew we had picked the perfect photographer. She figured out what time sunset would be on our wedding date as well as the sun’s expected positioning to advise us on the perfect ceremony start time would be for photos—something that never would have crossed our minds! The photos were absolutely stunning and we love that she captured a lot of candid shots over the course of the evening. Nicole really went the extra mile to capture the event from different angles—she really does the job of two, maybe three people! Worth every cent

When researching photographers , once we came across Nicole’s page and saw how absolutely stunning her work was we knew we wanted her as our photographer for our lake placid elopement - then our wedding day came and Nicole was so great to work with - we loved how interactive she was- posing us and giving us pointers and also just genuinely friendly to us and our guests - it truly was wonderful- we just received all of our photos and we are blown away at how beautiful they are - trust me, you’ve found your photographer. Nicole's dedication, talent and creativity cannot be matched

I have been following Nicole’s work online for nearly a decade. As a fellow photographer, her portfolio has continued to inspire me over the years. Nicole will look at an ordinary, everyday scene and see something most people don’t. She uses her camera to translate her creative vision to people, allowing them to appreciate a beauty that would otherwise be invisible to them. When I got engaged, I was 100% certain I wanted her to be my photographer. From start to finish, Nicole was incredible to work with. At our engagement session, my husband and I were impressed at her attention to detail and focus. She gave great direction and had a vision for every setting throughout our shoot. The photos she captured were stunning. After this, I couldn’t wait to see what she would achieve at our wedding. Over a year later, Nicole knocked it out of the park again. The day of our wedding, she made the process of taking photos so fun and enjoyable for our wedding party and our families. Everyone felt comfortable and free, and the photos reflect this. She puts forth an immeasurable amount of effort to ensure that she captures every important moment on your wedding day. When I received my wedding gallery, looking through the photos was like re-living the day. She portrayed it so beautifully, it’s difficult to pick my favorites. The BEST photographer!!!!!

Nicole was beyond incredible!!! We could not have picked a better photographer. We absolutely LOVED working with her!!!! Nicole photographed our entire wedding ceremony and reception...as well as another smaller intimate ceremony and our rehearsal dinner which occurred on the prior night...as well as a last minute extra photo shoot that we added on, thanks to Nicole, so we could get photos in sunny weather the day before our wedding (which had a rainy forecast). So we spent A LOT of time with Nicole and we can really say with very strong confidence that she is totally and undeniably AMAZING. Not only did she take incredibly stunning photos of everything and is super talented, but also she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nicole has a wonderful personality that kept us calm and reassured -- which is so important because she was such a big part of our entire wedding experience, which extended over the course of a whole weekend. Nicole was also super flexible and creative. She really went above and beyond -- she made sure we got all of the photos we wanted, found the most beautiful spots with the best light and best backgrounds, and facilitated our fun and enjoyment. Our ceremony was on top of a mountain and when the weather forecast wasn’t looking good (and Nicole was coming to photograph our rehearsal dinner the prior day), Nicole suggested we could take additional photos/time while the sun was shining -- and then she rearranged her personal schedule to make it work. We are sooo grateful to have those additional photos and wouldn’t have even thought of that idea without her. And her second photographer/shooter (Joel) was totally fabulous too!! We loved him as well! Nicole was very detail-oriented but also was fully aware of the big picture, whether it was relating to the actual images that she was photographing or relating to the people she was helping us coordinate and the events she was a part of. Having the balance of the big picture and details is the best combination. And all of these positive feelings/reviews aren’t just coming from my husband and me alone -- we actually got so many compliments during and after the wedding about Nicole! Our family and guests loved interacting with her and proactively came up to us to tell us how great they thought Nicole and Joel were. Nicole and Joel were capturing all of the amazing moments (but didn’t get in the way!), they were making sure not to miss a thing, they were nice to everyone, the photos look amazing so far, and people kept asking us how we found such a terrific photographer!! And on top of all of that, she was so easy to work with throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She was attentive, responsive, helpful, and had a positive attitude the whole time. We had a lot of unique requests and unique setting (e.g., our guests took a chairlift to the summit of a mountain for the ceremony), and she worked through it all with us. She made the whole process so enjoyable and stress-free. We are beyond grateful to have worked with Nicole (and Joel) for our wedding!!!! We can’t recommend Nicole enough!!!!

Nicole is amazing!

A couple of weeks before my intimate wedding (of 20 people), I was scrambling to find a photographer and Nicole came highly recommended to me by one of her peers. Amazing Wedding Photographer!

Nicole is an absolutely AMAZING photographer! From the first time I contacted her up until we received our final wedding photos and fusion video, Nicole was easily accessible and answered any questions that I had immediately. Leading up to our engagement shoot, Nicole helped us choose a location and choose our clothing. Before our wedding, we spoke constantly and she even helped me when I needed opinions on other wedding details. On the day of our wedding, things could not have gone smoother! Nicole and her team captured the most beautiful pictures in a completely natural way. I can not believe that we were able to find a photographer like Nicole, that not only has amazing talent, but is so thoughtful, caring, and considerate. From the moment we met her we were in love with her work, and her amazing down to earth personality. She went above and beyond for Jesse and I, driving over an hour and spending almost four hours with us at our engagement shoot in the Catskills at a place very special to us. In the interim between our engagement session and our wedding day, she was constantly making sure every single one of our needs was met, and even spent an hour with me talking through every worry and stress I had while planning the wedding, both the photography aspects and everything else I wanted to incorporate into the day. The day of the wedding, not only was she professional, and considerate, but she even made it possible for me to visit my deceased mother's grave on the day of. When working with her, she treats you like family, and really puts herself on a whole other level as a photographer. We are just so amazed by her, and we will not only be using her for years to come, but will recommend her to anyone and everyone for photography services. I cannot say enough great things about Custom By Nicole. She was so accommodating with everything and her quality of work is unparalleled. Her professionalism and courtesy is what really sets her apart. She will walk you through the entire process and make sure you're comfortable with everything. If I had to do it all again I would absolutely book Custom By Nicole immediately. From the initial consultation, to all the details they were able to capture in the photos themselves, she really works with you on such a personal level. She made everyone comfortable so everything looks natural looking and relaxed. She really take the time to get to know you and your personality, so she was able to roll with the punches on the wedding day. While she captured every aspect of the wedding perfectly, she was never overbearing and never in our face.

She was very flexible with my budget and really made everything work for us. She was willing to go the extra mile and when you're planning a wedding, that's what counts the most. She created hundreds of beautiful wedding photos for us and we find ourselves looking at them constantly.

Talk about going the extra mile, my husband and I came home to a beautifully wrapped gift that contained a few gorgeous photographs with custom mats, customs postcard, and stand to celebrate our first married Valentine's Day. Nicole has a rare gift for taking pictures from interesting and usual persepectives and locations. She always finds the most scenic places with beautiful lighting, making for the most gorgeous photos. Her eye picks up every detail within a shot. My wedding photos are priceless. I adore them, I revisit our wedding often by looking at them. Not only did Nicole capture wonderful, intimate moments between myself and my husband...she also captured so many funny and unique photos of family and friends. Through her camera lens, she captures all of the small details you want to remember, along with the joy of the day. I was able to pass along wonderful photos of not only us, but of my guests as well....it was a nice gift to give back to everyone. Nicole is an amazing photographer and gave us just what we wanted for our engagement and wedding photos. We wanted to do a "copy" of the "The Singing Butler" by Vettriano, and wow. She got the image so close many of my friends thought it was the original painting. Our wedding photos were beautiful, artsy and fun. She captured all of the details of an amazing day.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole throughout my wedding planning process. When I started planning my wedding, Nicole was the first vendor that I reached out to. She had previously worked with two of my close friends & I knew from the start that I wanted her to be my photographer for my wedding. I have been following Nicole's work for a couple years now and I am always surprised at how talented she is. She has a true talent for capturing moments. What I love most about Nicole's work is that she is able to capture emotion in a very authentic way. I first worked with Nicole for my engagement photo shoot- Nicole had the ability to put us at ease right away and she made the experience a fun one for us. I was so impressed at how professional she was and that she really took advantage of our time together to capture as many great shots as she was able to. I remember being at my friends wedding years ago & noticing how hard Nicole was working & how she seemed so into what she was doing that she barely took a break. Nicole went above and beyond for our engagement photos. She covered every angle, every style, and every look that we requested and more. She sent us so many great photos we don't know what to do with them all! My Maid of Honor says she can't stop looking at them! Nicole is a master at the editing process as well. She was able to work with flaws in the background, and they never showed up in our final pictures. We were working on a very short timeline, and she was even able to get us a few photos the very next day for our invitations that needed to go out the same week. I can't recommend her enough. I only wish she was available to do our wedding day. You will not be disappointed!

I never thought I would be this type of post-wedding person but when I get some free time, I find myself looking at our wedding photos over and over again and that's all thanks to Nicole! We didn't realize how much we would miss even though we were the center of attention. I'm so grateful that I am now able to peak into these special moments of the day. Seeing the fellas hanging out prior to the ceremony, my husband as I walked down the aisle, all of the emotion from his family and the couple of candids of my parents that I know I will treasure for the rest of my life...four months after the wedding and I am sitting here in tears thinking about all of these unbelievable moments that I can feel a part of all because of Nicole and her assistant. From the moment she welcomed us into her home, I knew I wanted her on our team of professionals on one of the most exciting days of our couple life. This was reconfirmed during our engagement shoot as Eddie and Hunter, our dog, simultaneously began to lose their patience after four hours of shooting and Nicole remained completely calm and focused. While it was only the three of us at that time, I had a feeling that she would be able to keep control during the notoriously known disorderly formal shots on the wedding day which I wanted done quickly prior to the ceremony so that we could take part in the cocktail hour and we did! As the wedding day progressed, Nicole displayed that calm presence which fit in very well with everyone. I know that she was there for the whole day but I honestly do not recall seeing her much which in my opinion is a great quality of a photographer. Nicole has this way of working around everyone else while still getting those great shots. Anyone can take a picture but it takes someone amazing to capture the moments and emotions that occur while life is swirling around us. Nicole is absolutely that amazing someone and I still cannot believe how lucky we were to have her as a part of our day!

Nicole came highly recommended by another photographer. She was very helpful with wedding day questions. She was very friendly and professional. It was an amazing day and throughout all of the festivities aside from the group photos we didn't even realize she was there. I've worked with several photographers and Custom by Nicole is truly the best. I couldn't of picked a better photographer to capture my daughter's first Birthday. Nicole did an absolutely amazing job capturing our wedding day! We had very little time to plan our wedding and we could not have been luckier to have Nicole available on such short notice. Looking at our wedding pictures is like reliving the day all over again. Nicole captured every moment with incredible detail and perfection. We have received endless compliments on how great the photos came out. Unfortunately we have some family members and friends living abroad who weren’t able to attend our wedding, but we were able to share our special day with them through all the beautiful pictures Nicole took. Nicole and Ashley were wonderful! The way she posed us for pictures was so creative and the candid shots were amazing. Nicole does a great job of capturing the emotion in every moment and looking through our album is like reliving the day. We get emotional just looking at them. She also got all of our photos to us very quickly and there were way more to choose from than I expected. I was so lucky to stumble upon Custom By Nicole’s website when I was searching for wedding photographers. From the moment I saw her work I HAD to have her at my wedding. I was obsessed with every picture that she took on my wedding day. Not only were all of the photos beyond amazing and gorgeous, Nicole and her assistant Jen were such a pleasure to work with. Being that I live in NY and she is based out of Penn. I didn’t in fact meet with her in person until the day of my wedding. Let me tell you that didn’t matter because we had numerous phone conversations and I felt like I had known her for years! After the first time I spoke with her on the phone I was immediately comfortable and confident in her professionalism and experience. She was so organized and on top of things that I don’t know what I would have done without her. I loved the fact that you can customize her packages and that you get a cd with all the photos she takes at the wedding… retouched! Having Nicole photograph our wedding was one of the best wedding decisions we made!

I felt immediately at ease and comfortable with her from the very first meeting. She is great to work with, her prices and packages are affordable for any budget and the quality of work surpassed my expectations.

She was very well organized and managed to get tons of photographs of us, the bridal party and our families in the limited amount of time we had for formal pictures. She is great at capturing the love we felt that day as well as the beauty of our surroundings. She definately has a great eye and manages to make everything look amazing and artistic.

She also took amazing photographs of the reception which was great since we were unable to see everything that was going on so it is fun to look at the photos and see what our friends/family were up to. We also added the photobooth at our wedding reception which was a big hit!

We are always getting compliments on our wedding photos and album.

After much research we selected Nicole because of her personality, her portfolio, and the great packages all at reasonable prices. We kept in touch right up to the day of the wedding. She showed up at our location, was a pleasure to work with (especially considering we had a very large bridal party) and took great shots. Somehow she was able to get pictures of everything, not just the main events but the side conversations/happenings as well. She did this all while flying under the radar.

The pictures were ready after a few weeks and the album was complete shortly after giving her our list of photos. The pictures are fantastic. I have received so many compliments on how beautiful and artistic they are. I also heard several times that some of the pictures could be in a magazine.

She is also a graphic designer and the layout of our album was extra special because she has the talent to blend pictures together and put special touches on individual images. I believe that is a great asset as a wedding photographer, instead of just having all the pictures lined up in the book.

I can't say enough good things about her work and highly recommend her!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Nicole! From start to finish she was just incredible. We live in VA, so we planned long distance. I interviewed photographers over the phone, which is much more difficult than doing it in person. When we decided to hire Nicole, she said that she was actually going to be on vacation in Washington DC (where I work) the following week, so we arranged to meet for coffee and get together in person to sign the contract and pay the deposit. She was on vacation with her husband (who is also a sweetheart by the way) and she most definitely did not have to take time out of her vacation to meet with me. But she did, and did so with a smile. We spent a good amount of time talking about the wedding and details too.
Next came our engagement session. Though we live in VA and were getting married in NY, we wanted to do our engagement session in PA where we met and where I went to college. She was more than willing to travel (I think it was about a 2 hour trip for her) and only charged $75 for the travel. I expected her to take about 2 hours with us, so imagine my surprise when she spent FOUR hours doing our engagement shoot! And she didn't charge anything extra for her additional time. She took over 700 photos of the engagement and they came out absolutely incredible! Not only did she put up a facebook teaser of about 40 photos three days later, but we had our DVD of all the amazing images within a week!!! I was absolutely floored by her level of service.
The wedding day was no different. She arrived on time with her assistant (who ended up being her husband John. It was nice to see him again and they worked well as a team. They were all business and unless I told people that they were married, no one would have known. I appreciated that level of commitment to the job!) At the wedding she was unobtrusive, I barely even noticed her! And yet, the shots she took were breathtaking. The posed family and bridal party photos went well and were over quickly enough that we were able to join our cocktail hour, which was something I requested. She captured our dances perfectly and just completely captured the sheer joy and overwhelming love of the day. We got married in September, a busy wedding season for most vendors in this area. Keep in mind too that hurricane Irene had caused a ruckus not too long before - which left her without power and out of commission for a while. Even with her being "behind" due to all of this, we had our DVD with all 1080 of our incredible photos just over a month after the wedding. (Of course, waiting for wedding photos feels like an eternity, but a month really isn't long at all in the scheme of things.)
All in all, Nicole was absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. No one tells you how much photography costs and I will admit I was shocked at prices at first - not only for Nicole, but for the others we looked at as well. Her prices fell pretty much smack-dab in the middle of the range we found, but the quality of her work and the professionalism of her services makes her priceless. She was the best money we spent on our wedding, hands down. Thank you so much Nicole!!!!!

Nicole's work is absolutely amazing! She has an amazing eye and tremendous talent. We are blown away by how beautiful our engagement and wedding pictures are. From the moment we met, Nicole was very easy to work with. She was always available via phone and email and was quick to answer any questions that we had. She always gave her input and opinion in a professional manner. It can be difficult to act natural while having someone you don't know very well take pictures of you, but Nicole made this very easy during our engagement shoot, and for our wedding we were very comfortable. Prior to signing a contract with Nicole, we did a lot of research, as photography was of utmost importance to us. Many photographers in the Hudson Valley are very overpriced, but we felt that Nicole was affordable, especially for the quality of her work. Her turnaround time for proofs is very fast. I believe we had our engagement pictures one week after we took them, and we had our wedding photos when we returned home from our honeymoon two weeks later.
We are so glad a friend recommended her to us!

I don't even know how to begin to describe how happy we are with the photgraphy services we received from Custom by Nicole. She did not just show up on our wedding day and take pictures. She called me well before the wedding and discussed exactly what we wanted. She was very prepared and professional when she got to the venue. She somehow took almost a thousand pictures and I never felt like she was in my face or dragging us around to take pictures. I was recently in a wedding, and I saw a complete difference in the way that photographer was compared with Nicole. She is very creative and artistic and took absolutely beautiful shots, all done in somewhat of a hurry (becuase we started our ceremony late...). The cost was more than reasonable. You will not find a better price. We had all the pictures on disc and proofs in an album when we got back from our honeymoon. All pictures were excellent quality. We had the album less than 2 weeks from when we confirmed all the pictures. The album is beautiful and we have the disc so that we can print anything we want from anywhere we choose. She responds to emails very quickly and was a pleasure to work with. She also brought an assistant who was awesome. Aside from being a wonderful photographer, working very quickly, and having great prices, she is very pleasant and easy to work with. If I ever need a photgrapher again, I would definitely call Nicole and I would recommend her to anyone. I love my album and all our pictures and can't stop looking at them!

Nicole is absolutely amazing!! I honestly can't say that enough. She is so very easy to work with and she gets it. She really gets a feel for how you would like to be portrayed through your photos that will last a lifetime. Weddings are not cheap and your special day goes by in the blink of an eye. Nicole was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Because I was planning my wedding from another state, I had to do a lot of communication on the phone and internet. Nicole was so quick to respond and immediately made me feel comfortable choosing her as our photographer. Nicole and her assistant were extremely professional and truly captured every aspect of our wedding without disrupting it like most photographers do. We have more wedding shots in various locations than anyone else I know and they are truly awesome. I liked that I was able to get my proofs in such a short time frame and the rights to my pictures without having to pay a separate fee. We just received our albums and they are absolutely beautiful! For all couples planning a wedding, there are many vendors and choices to make. After using Custom By Nicole for our wedding photography, I feel comfortable in saying that if you choose Nicole you will have one less thing to worry about. Turn around time was amazing (pictures uploaded to her website and album completed and delivered to our doorstep within a week). No unwanted surprises (copyright issues, waiting months for proofs, hidden costs); you get what you pay for in a very timely manor. Very professional but personal incorporating any specific shots we wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using Nicole.

Nicole is the best! She was captured every single detail of our day. I can't say enough great things about her!

The quality of the pictures are phenomenal!!They are very crystal clear.
(She is worth every single penny!!)

The turnaround time in getting our pictures back to us was very short. Other brides could not believe that we had our pictures back in about two weeks.
Our memory book shows her artistic workmanship.

Nicole is down to earth and personable in addition to being creative and talented. She asked what we wanted but she also took the lead which was great and made things very easy. She was fast and direct but not pushy. She fit right into the crowd and you didn't even know she was there. We enjoyed having her take pictures of our day and the photos are breathtaking! She is truly an artist.

Working with Nicole was an excellent experience. She is extremely professional, she has great ideas for different types of shots and her pictures are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed working with her, and would recommend her to anyone! Nicole also got the pictures to us, retouched and put into an album and a disk, less than two weeks after the wedding. She gives you the rights to all the pictures which gives you freedom to print whatever and as many as you'd like with no additional cost. I cannot say enough great things about Custom by Nicole. You will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough about Nicole's photography. Our wedding picture's came out beautifully. My friends and family keep telling me they look like something out of vogue! Her style is what I was drawn to. I can't stand those stand there and look at the camera, now smile shots. With Nicole as the photographer ever picture is a piece of art. Also, she was able to photograph our autistic son perfectly (this is sometimes difficult to hold his attention). Her detail shots are very artistic. The candids came out beautifully too.

During the wedding she was very unobtrusive and professional. As soon as she arrived at the hotel she was taking shots.

I didn't have to pick a package either. She was able to do what I asked for at a very reasonable price. The finished product was delievered within a few weeks!

We would recommend her to everyone- In fact I already have people asking me for her info. Great job Nicole! And thank you for capturing our special day!

We could not be happier with our wedding photos and I would not hesitate to recommend Nicole. Nicole was kind and understanding right from the beginning, answering all of our questions and asking us ones that we hadn't even thought of that made everything go much more smoothly. The day of the wedding she arrived early and checked out the place to find just the right locations for pictures before I even knew she was there. She gave suggestions on poses for the more formal shots, but was never imposing and always allowed us to add our own personal touches. During the ceremony and reception she was always discreet and respectful but still managed to get some amazing, intimate candids.

If I could give Nicole more than 5 stars I definitely would. We got our picture disk back within a few days and the album of prints back in about a week and we couldn't be happier. We absolutely LOVE them.

I wish I could give 6 stars out of 5 for value for cost. Nicole took our engagement photos and wedding day photos. She is professional and calm. She is never bossy or pushy about something. We were very nervous doing our engagement photos because we weren't used to "posing". She made us feel at ease, which helped a lot for the wedding day because we knew we could just act natural and she would get amazing shots. She finds art in nature and inside a reception hall. She knows exactly how to frame a shot, focus a shot, and really made us both look like models. Our family and friends told us how nice and talented she was. She spent hours in my hotel room before the wedding and I felt like she was one of the girls. She is so easy to get along with and yet gave us perfect wedding photos. Don't take our word for it - go to her website and look at the weddings she has done. We can not say enough about how great she is.

Excellent experience overall: Shes on time, friendly, reliable, considerate and knows exactly what shes doing.

We had 2 sessions (outdoor engagement and wedding).

Nicole is professional, she made me and my husband feel comfortable taking pics in public places for our engagement photo session (we went to central park)

On our wedding day, she dedicated time to everyone so that nobody will feel left out. She is also very down to earth.

Nicole is very good in working under pressure when about 10 people are getting ready at same time and a lot of back and forth. she maintain a proffesional attitude to ensure she gets the best shots she can. It was a great experience working with her and hope to hire her service again in the near future.

Nicole treated us with a personal, friendly touch, which immediately drew my now-husband and I to her. Professional and clear as well as flawlessly organized. She is comfortable around strangers/new clients, and is respectful and discreet during intimate wedding moments when one would want the moment photographed candidly. Her work is beautiful! She returns calls and emails promptly. During our engagement and wedding shoots it was sometimes difficult to follow her direction. Overall, I am happy with her services.
