This review is way overdue. Jason and his team at Curiocity Catering have been our go to caterer for many years now. Not only have we had his team cater our private events at our farm, but also my father-in-law's company annual picnic several years in a row. Curiocity is also a preferred vendor for our wedding venue. Don't be fooled by the food truck. These guys are full service at our weddings and offer bartending staff, service staff and event coordination if needed. Absolutely Perfect!

Jason and his team were our first and only choice for our wedding catering! We knew we wanted a food truck meets fine dining vibe..but we never expected we'd find something as amazing as Curiocity!! Jason was incredible to work with. He was so easy to communicate with, very responsive, and helpful in making our food choices. Not only that, but he stuck with us for two years while we rescheduled for COVID. Now the food..oh my gosh, the food!! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was and our biggest regret was not having extra room in our stomachs to eat more!! If you're having any doubts, don't! Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you, Jason, for everything! You truly helped give us the wedding of our dreams!

We can't get enough of Curiocity!

I am behind in writing reviews, but it's still important to sing the praises of Jason and his team. We got married just before things shut down in March 2020. We knew we wanted a food truck, found Curiocity, and set up a tasting. The food was incredible, and we hired them right away. We were unsure how the food would scale up, if there would be enough food to fill our guests up, and what the logistics of food service would be like during our reception, but we had no reason to worry. Curiocity takes pride in their work, and it shows. We are so glad we hired them.

Here's how much we loved Curiocity's food and service: We tracked them down a year later for an anniversary lunch! Jason was amazingly accommodating. He treats clients like family. The food was just as good as we remembered (and we learned there are new and exciting additions to the menu... Lucky for all you wedding planners!). Your event will be better for hiring Curiocity!

Exceptional Service!

Our experience with Jason and Curiocity Catering was exceptional!!! From beginning to end, everything worked out pretty smoothly because Jason’s energy was easy to work with. Jason and his team were super professional, on time, very fast workers and very friendly people. Jason is very passionate about his work and it shows in the food. The food was super tasty and all of our guest loved the food! It was overall a pretty amazing, stress-free and impressive experience and we highly recommend Jason and Curiocity Catering!

We had a backyard wedding. We wanted it to be causal and elegant at the same time. CurioCity Catering completely understood our vibe and was able to create a catering experience that was just that. Choosing a venue space that is not specifically made for wedding can be tricky and because of this we had to rely on our caterer for multiple services. Jason’s team was our caterer, our bartenders, they helped convert the space from ceremony to reception, they cleared the tables, they took care of all of our barware and utensils. We hired Curiocity Catering for our wedding and we are so happy we did! When we fist tried their slider and truffle fries we were sold! Jason was easy to work with through the whole process of planning the menu and amounts. Everything went super smooth the day of our wedding, and everyone LOVED the food! People could not stop talking about how good it was! Jason and staff did such a great job serving the food and making it very personal.. Jason even took the initiative to walk around and serve the extra sliders to people! We would highly recommend!

We had Curiocity cater our wedding just under a week ago and it was OUTSTANDING! First and foremost, the food is incredible. Diverse but cohesive, delicious but not heavy, adventurous but comforting. But Curiocity was even more than their amazing food. Their customer service, accommodating "can-do" attitude and attention and care allocated to the client is nothing short of exceptional. I did most of my correspondence with Shawnta while planning my wedding and she went above and beyond to stick to my budget while also accommodating some extra requests on behalf of some of my guests. Overall, the food was exceptional and so is the business overall. They're absolutely the best and I will recommend them again and again!

Curiocity worked with us to get the price within our budget but still accommodated everything we wanted: apps, water station, coffee station, cheeseburgers and one of the best orders of french fries I've ever had- and don't get me started on their Strawberry salad! We had so many of our guests rave about the food, especially the sliders. Our family is used to corden bleu or just the general wedding food, so having a food truck was awesome! We had Curiocity cater our wedding last month and it was everything I could have imagined! As a passionate foodie this was the perfect blend of healthy, vibrant, innovative cuisine prepared with passion. Jason helped us design a menu that our guests were completely wowed with! One of my favourites, the parmesan truffle fries were a huge hit. In addition to a beautiful dinner we had a gorgeous cheese board and a few late night offerings. We were lucky to have so many amazing vendors help us out to make our wedding as fantastic as it was. CurioCity was crucial to that effort. The menu was spot on, the truck was clean and attractive, they fed 150 guests no problem, and the biodegradable dishes were perfect. They also stepped up at the last minute to help us with appetizers and bartenders for our cocktail hour. Yummy!

Curiocity Catering did such a fantastic job with our wedding. We had a small wedding last September on the beach and Curiocity Catering went above and beyond to make it special. Jason worked with us since the beginning. He was very responsive to our concerns and made sure everything was perfect. We were so lucky to found Curiosity Catering. We loved our delicious menu! My family hired Curiocity Catering for my baby shower last August. Jason was very responsive and help us pick up the perfect menu for our tea party theme baby shower. The tasting was PHENOMENAL. They make the absolute best food. The Pink Lady Salad is to die for. The chicken tacos are delicious. Their sliders are the best I've ever had, and their truffle parmesan fries are just incredible - no ketchup needed.

After the testing booking them was a given. The prices quoted were incredibly reasonable, and even included these awesome disposable wooden plates and utensils that fit our rustic wedding perfectly! We even added an Ahi appetizer sight unseen to the list.

The day of the wedding they did not disappoint. They arrived and parked at our venue and got to work, by the end of the ceremony they were ready with appetizers. Their servers were friendly and fast - ensuring everyone got to try the appetizers. It was all as good as I remembered from the tasting. Then they quickly served all 65 people at the wedding. Cleaned up and they were gone - not a trace, no disaster in the kitchen! I don't know why anyone would hire a normal caterer when they could hire an awesome food truck like Curiocity!

Shawnta was such a pleasure to have at the wedding, she made our day even brighter. She even kept us on task and reminded me when it was time to serve dinner and cut the cake. And they had plenty of food! Shawnta had promised us she never left anyone hungry at a wedding and she didn't lie - we were all STUFFED.

Our guests RAVED about the food, and still are. If you want to eat well at your wedding and ensure that people remember your wedding because of the food look no further - just book Curiocity Catering!

These guys catered my wedding and the food was off the charts! Its unlike any other way to have your wedding catered. The food is made fresh on site in their super cool looking truck. The food from Curiocity really speaks for itself. They do all sorts of catering for events and weddings. I will be recommending them to all my friends!

Jason and his staff catered our 100-person wedding. It was perfect and everyone loved the food. Our wedding was semi-formal / black tie optional, and they accomodated us perfectly. The guests especially loved that it was different than the usual fork-and-knife "chicken or beef" type food. Jason is also very flexible in getting staff and bartenders and doing whatever services you need (cleanup, water, etc). I'd recommend Curiocity for any style wedding.

It was also much more experiential because my guests could go up to the food truck and order their food, or to the other stations offering more variety. Jason & his team are all about exceptional service and they were friendly, efficient, and made the food looked visually beautiful. As far as aesthetic goes which I am a huge fan of, the Curiocity Food Truck looks modern, clean, and artistic. It is not too busy with flamboyant artwork, and the team does a good job of adding small details (plants, lighting, etc.) to make it look pleasing to the eye. They even use awesome plateware which is eco-friendly and stylish, sustainable disposable dinnerware. Ultimately, I would genuinely & highly recommend Curiocity Catering for any event.

We were concerned about people being fed in a timely manner, but this really wasn't an issue. Our coordinator advised us to excuse our guests table by table to cut down on long lines and a free for all, and this worked really well. Everyone seemed happy and well-fed.
We also used Curiocity for our bar service. They handled our specialty cocktail requests without any problem, and did so efficiently enough that there never was a long wait. And, the drinks were gooood.
Clean up was taken care of, primarily, by the Curiocity staff, and I never noticed any mess.
I would happily recommend Curiocity for your event!

First and foremost... the whole menu is AMAZING! My mouth is watering as I write this review. Curiocity catered our wedding and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. My husband and I love food trucks and are quite foodies, so this added a perfect personal touch to our wedding reception. We had an outdoor wedding, so it was the perfect mix of casual yet elegantly prepared food. We also loved that they use organic and sustainable ingredients that are sourced locally. For cocktail hour the staff tray passed ahi tuna and prepared a chef's charcuterie table. For dinner we had the brandt beef sliders, parmesan truffle fries, deadliest catch (seafood) risotto and the strawberry...

Despite how busy a wedding reception can be, my husband and I made sure to actually sit down and enjoy every bite. I am so glad we did!

Jason was incredibly friendly and flexible throughout the planning and day of. Pricing is great, and quite reasonable for the fantastic quality of the food. Keep in mind that they are quite busy, so he may take a bit to respond to emails and phone calls. (for all you type-As out there) However, I never had a concern about whether or not the service would be good. There was a slight time miscommunication at the reception, but it was quickly and discreetly resolved between their staff and our coordinator. Overall, we (and our guests) were thrilled with Curiocity Catering and would highly recommend to anyone!
