    Professional, accommodating, and smooth wedding catering

    My wife and I worked with Cupini's to cater our 50-person wedding. Katy was a pleasure to work with and was very prepared for our initial consultation at the restaurant. Correspondence up to the date was clear and professional. Some last-minute adjustments to the number of seats and requests to change some aspects of the order were quickly accommodated. The food, as expected, was delicious, and the service team the day of our wedding was very friendly and helpful.

    The service Cupini's provided, end to end, was excellent and never left us worrying. If you're looking for a smooth experience offering peace of mind for your event (and excellent food!), we highly recommend Cupini's.

    It was great! Everyone loved the food

    Cupini's was great to work with, always answered any
    questions I had in a timely manner. We were able to do a taste tasting with them to pick out our food choices for our wedding. After the wedding everyone talked about how good the food was it was a really great experience.

    Amazing Food

    Cupini's is always fantastic. But their catering knocked it out of the park! Katy Higginbotham and her team left no detail out. Service was impeccable, professional, and worth every penny! Everyone raved about the food - of course! :)

    Duncan was phenomenal. He was so laid-back but still was professional and knew exactly what we wanted. He knew exactly how much food would be enough and everyone LOVED the choices. It was seriously delicious- restaurant quality wedding catering! People are still talking about the dinner! Thank you!!

    I used Cupini's to cater our wedding reception. Cupini's did a fabulous job with everything! I heard our guests raving about the food the whole night. Duncan, is great to work with and really does listen to what you want. Their great about changing the menu around, so that you get what you want. If you want a caterer for your event that is reasonably priced and delivers nothing but excellent quality food, it's Cupini's; hands down!

    People raved about the food all night. But what I appreciated most as the bride was how easy they were to work with. Duncan was awesome he was professional and laid back. The servers the day of event were upbeat, considerate, and looked liked they enjoyed being there instead of standing around just serving food and pouring water. These people impressed both me and my dad and that is something very hard to do. Don't let me diminish the food, I contacted them because someone I know referred them because of how delish it was, I was just impressed by the business side of their catering to boot and found that it can make all the difference in the world.

    I was thrilled with the service from Cupini's. We did an Italian style plated buffet and the food was delicious. The best thing about having Cupini's do our catering is that they can do it all. We did the food, the cake, the bartender, the table and chair rental, the linen rental, and cleanup/setup all with Cupini's. I didn't have to worry about one thing all night long! They did it all, and they did it professionally.

    Normally you wouldn't expect a buffet to be that great. However, we chose the pasta primavera, mostacioli and meatballs, and beef cannelloni with garlic bread and salad. We also got appetizers as well. Everything was fresh and delicious. If you consider going with Cupini's for your caterer, you will get to try out all the food at a tasting. Try the cake, because it was amazing too.

    I couldn't choose just one flavor for the cake, so I got each tier a different flavor! I kept getting so many compliments on the food and the cake all night long.

    Everything went so smoothly that whole night regarding the catering. They really have a lot of experience with this and will do a great job for you too.

    We did 3 great dinner choices and even had the cake made by Cupini's. Eddie was wonderful to work with!

    Cupini's is not only a wonderful restaurant, they have an amazing catering service as well! The staff was wonderful, the food and cake was perfect. We had passed appetizers during a cocktail hour, the food was a buffet and the cake was AMAZING!!! We had a few guests with special dietary needs and when we met for our final meeting, Eddie told us that it would be no problem to have special plates made up and held for those specific people. I don't think I have ever tasted a wedding cake as good as the one we had. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I would strongly recommend Cupini's!

    Cupini’s – Westport was a vendor with permission to cater at our reception venue, Boulevard Brewery. Eddie Cupini was so easy to work with. We had a great first meeting with him and sampled so much food. I loved that he and his father cared so much about the quality and taste of their food…we knew they were going to do the best job possible for us. The servers, menu, linens and silverware were all handled by Cupini’s. The display of food at the reception was elegant and colorful. We served their package called "Heavy Appetizers II" buffet-style. Our guests were absolutely impressed with the food and kept asking who we order it from. They made the process amazingly easy.

    Cupini's catered my reception. My husband and I chose to provide our guests with appetizers, and we were pleasantly surprised by how filling everything was. The staff that worked the buffet of appetizers were very professional, and helped to make the reception run smoothly.

    I am not much for sweets and most icing is way too sweet for me. The first time I ate the passion fruit mousse cake, I fell in love. It is wonderful. We chose the passion fruit cake with foundant icing for a clean look. I could eat this cake everyday (if I didn't care about my weight...haha). In fact, I get a slice everytime I have lunch at Cupini's!

    I loved working with Eddie Cupini and his staff for our wedding. The food was fabulous and affordable and also beautiful!

    Also...Definitely get your wedding cake with them too. It is the best cake I've ever had!

    Cupini's killed it!

    We booked Cupinis for our wedding about a year out from the big day. Katy was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. All of our guests LOVED the food, we heard many raving reviews! Would 10/10 recommend Cupinis to anyone for their event catering.

    If you have never eaten at Cupini's, do yourself a favor and go have some delicious, authentic Italian food!

    Cupini's blew the other caterers out of the water. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced.

    We hired them for catering, bartending and cake cutting. I continue to hear how tasty all the food was, and I'm sure I will be hearing this for years to come! We chose the buffet option and had salad, bread and 3 different pasta options.

    We provided the alcohol, ice, mixers, fruit and cups for the bartenders. They cut the fruit and got everything ready. Their only downfall was they had giant pours! I would recommend talking to them beforehand to discuss this.

    We also brought in our own cake and had Cupini's cut it for us. We provided the cake, plates, napkins, forks and serving utensils. They had a very minimal charge for this.

    Overall, this caterer is fabulous!

    Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was too! I am so glad that I spent the little bit extra and went with Cupinis. The staff was also spectacular. They were really good at clearing the tables and walking around asking people if they needed refills. Everyone at the wedding commented on how much they loved the food and how professional the staff was. The cake that they made for us was also delicious.

    10/22 Kallin Wedding

    Food was delicious and catering flowed perfectly at the reception. Leading up to the event there were a couple of time when communication was difficult. A few challenges with Zoom and getting the invoice to the my Mother in law but outside of that everything was good. I would recommend this vendor.

    I'm writing this review just after my 1 year anniversary, we had our rehearsal dinner at Cupini's in their event space room. I am so happy we used them and highly recommend if you are looking for a simple, nice dinner with delicious food. The room fee and food prices were very reasonable and being able to bring in our own alcohol (we purchased wine from Costco) was huge! The rehearsal dinner expense is secondary compared to the wedding reception but it is a big expensive! I wanted to keep things simple and just have a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with our friends and family. Cupini's was perfect and by far the most affordable option I was able to find. While I chose a cheaper route the dinner definitely didn't seem like the cheapest route. The icing on the cake is that 1 year later my guests are STILL talking about how good the food was!

    The service was great but the food was cold, I understand it's hard to cook for 200 people but my husband and I started the buffet line, and the food was already ice cold.
