  Chef Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He went over and beyond to ensure that our event was a success in terms of food taste, presentation and service. My guests and myself LOVED the food that was prepared. It wasn’t too salty or bland. It was seasoned to perfection! Chef Kevin will always be my go to whenever we need a chef in the future. His quality of service is impeccable.

  Amazing Chef With Great Professionalism!!

  From the very beginning, Chef Kevin was a joy to work with, so very kind and his professionalism was Top Notch! Our actual tasting was wonderful and fun. He also had no issues working within our budget! The day of the wedding his Sous-Chef was in charge of our wedding and did a fabulous job and definitely had control of the event...making sure our guests were all served and happy! Highly Recommend!!

  Love at First Bite

  Chef Kevin and his team created a delicious meal for our November wedding. All of our guests kept going on about our southern cuisine and kept asking about where they could get more of his delicious mac n' cheese! I can't end the review without raving about the helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our guest experience top-notch! Chef Kevin was awesome to work with and couldn't recommend him enough.

  Culinary Affairs by Chef Kevin provided 5-Star service at my dinner party. The shrimp shooters, crawfish po'boys and jambalaya egg rolls were a huge hit! My guests were thrilled by Chef Kevin's presentation of the food. The stations made my event made the space functional for my guests. The staff was timely, friendly and professional. Trust me, if you are planning an event and need a reliable, experienced and extraordinary catering service, you must call Culinary Affairs by Chef Kevin. I promise you will tell somebody about the experience. Thank you Chef Kevin!!!

  Wonderful chef and caterer!
  
  If you are looking for a great chef to cater your wedding then Kevin Johnson is the best. His menu options are varied, reasonably priced, and beyond compare. I contacted Kevin when my first caterer notified me that they would not be able to work my event. I explained that I wanted a Caribbean themed wedding with the cuisine to match. We discussed dietary needs of some of my guests and budget. My requirements also included a taste test, contract, and wait staff option. Kevin stopped by with the taste test menu selection and I instantly fell in love. The fish with mango salsa and Bahamian rice were a symphony to my taste buds. The jerk chicken was cooked to perfection and I could not wait for the big event.
  
  A week before the event, I realized I forgot to provide a menu option for the children attending the wedding so I contact Kevin in a panic. He helped to calm my nerves, provide a kid-friendly meal alternative, and kept it budget friendly also. On the day of the big event, the food layout was wonderful. My husband and I could not have been happier with the presentation. His staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient (maybe too efficient since they took my cake plate while I was away. lol) Did I mention, Chef Kevin packed a plate for the bride & groom to take away to the wedding night suite? (This is very much appreciated since you do not get much to eat on the wedding day). Great customer service and presentation with a smile.
  
  Overall, it was a night to remember and Chef Kevin was a huge part of making my 'Caribbean' dream wedding come true.

  I had a plated cultural fusion dinner served for my wedding. I worked with the amazing duo, Chef Johnson and his wife in bringing my wedding dreams to light. Kevin knocked it out of the park with the food and service, he even gave us a leftover goody bag at the end of the nigh for us to enjoy later. Thank you for not making food something I had to fret about.
