Saved the Wedding...
CTO Bridal saved the wedding! My bride's original veil designer was unable to fulfill the order and CTO came through in a HUGE way! Every year we give away a free wedding and not only did they have a veil that the bride LOVED even more then the first, she donated this veil to our Event Pod Bride!!!! If anyone ever asks should you hire a wedding planner, the answer is YES!!! You never know what may happen but when it does you need someone in your corner. Cereatha (owner) of CTO is the most patient and kind hearted soul on the planet. Not only was she there every step of the way helping with suggestions and referring us to great vendors, when I needed her the most she stepped right into action. My wedding venue shut down on 7/11. My wedding was two months away. I called her in hysterics at 11pm that night sharing what happened and when I tell you that two days later we found our new venue it was nothing but her! I was ready to quit and not even go through with the wedding. She reassured my husband and I that these things may happen but to never let them stop you from your end goal. I would have never made it to 9.23 without her. My wedding went off without a glitch. It was perfect!!! People asked me how I was so calm on my big day and I owe it all to her because I knew that she and her staff had everything under control. In addition, I was able to outfit my bridal party and myself through her. Did I mention how gorgeous my gown was!!! She is literally a one stop shop for all your bridal needs. I wish I could give her more stars! Cereatha I truly can’t thank you enough for all that you did for Phil and I. I am forever grateful for all that you have done and the timeless memories you helped to create. We love you!!!! -

CTO Bridals is a part of the program Brides for America which provides free wedding dresses for brides of deployed military members. They had an event that I could not attend yet the owner rearranged her schedule to come in on her day off so that I could find a dress. I did find a dress and it was beautiful! Cereatha was wonderful, very professional and personable! They were great! -

Cereatha was AMAZING! I don't know what we would have done without her! She has a lot of packages to choose from, and her prices are great. We had her help on the timeline, rehearsal and wedding day coordination. She coordinated all of our vendors times for us. The rehearsal would have been a disaster without her. Her and her assistant had everyone where they were supposed to be at the right time. The day of the wedding, she kept everyone in line and dealt with the issues that I didn't have to be involved in. Overall, she made sure the day went as smoothly has possible for my husband and I, and we couldn't be more grateful! I would recommend her to any and everyone! -

Cereatha and staff was absolutely amazing from the time I walked into the door until the time I walked out. I was able to come in and choose as many dresses as I wanted to try on without feeling rushed or as if I chose too many. Her and her staff was extremely patient with me. I went back and forth between dresses because there was so many great choices to choose from and I even tried on a couple of dresses twice. They were so kind and sweet about it and helped me in and out of every dress. They have price ranges for every budget and the selection of dresses is phenomenal! I was adamant about not depending over $800 for a dress but still have it have that high end look and that's exactly what I got at CTO Bridal. This boutique shop really gives you one on one attention as I was the only one trying on dresses during my appointment time without any interruptions like you have at the larger bridal shops. The atmosphere is truly amazing. They also offer many other wedding services which I'm sure I will be checking out. Everything about this boutique is perfect! I wouldn't change a thing about my experience here and HIGHLY recommend Cereatha and team!!! -

My first experience was fabulous from the start. I had driven past the business and thought it was a good idea to stop by since I was looking for a wedding dress. I called to see the hours of operation and Ceretha (owner) offered to come in whenever I was available. There were multiple dresses in plus sizes that I was able to try on and many others in stock if I wanted to order. I narrowed down my selection and arranged a time my friends and family could join me in picking the perfect dress. It is an understatement to say my experience was perfect and very difficult to express how simple, stress free and personable Ceretha made my experience. After choosing my dress I did a price comparison and was pleased to have gotten the very best price. Ceretha offers many other services and she was very nice to offer me advice regarding my honeymoon, rehearsal locations and floral consultants in the area. I also purchased many of my wedding accesssories at CTO. After looking at various businesses I choose the very best at CTO. I have already referred two of my newly engaged friends to CTO. -

I purchased the most beautiful dress, vail, and hair piece at CTO Bridal. My experience exceeded all of my expectations!! Cereatha was extremely helpful, patient, kind, and very thorough!! She listened to my preferences and helped guide me to picking out the right style gown for my shape. The gown selection is very unique!! The dresses are of great quality and are also affordable! The boutique is in an old house which gives it an "at-home" feel! The boutique and experience overall was ALOT more personal than a franchise type store like David's Bridal etc. Cereatha was my dress consultant And also the owner of the boutique. She kept me on schedule with appointments, and important dates! I was able to get alterations done on site (which turned out perfect) As well as dress preservation. My ENTIRE experience at CTO bridal was perfect! -

CTO bridal was the perfect place to shop for my gown. She is welcoming and makes the experience personal and one to remember. Not only does she carry beautiful gowns, but she also has a large selection of plus size gowns that are beautiful and fit everyone's style. We also are renting out suits through CTO. Love that I could do both mine and the wedding party at one stop. CTO truly wants each bride to feel like the queen they are. We also booked her for day of coordinating and she has been so helpful in the planning process as well as response very quickly to any questions or concerns I have. -

I had the absolute best experience. I went to look at bridesmaids dresses and ended up just having to try bridal gowns on. I found my dream dress and had to bring my mom back the next morning to purchase. The owner Cerethea was absolutely amazing to work with!!!!!!! So sweet and went above and beyond and now she's even helping us book a honeymoon through her travel agency!!!!! LOVE!!!! -

I selected my attendants dresses and my wedding dress at CTO Bridal. They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Cereatha and her team guided me through the dress shopping process from my initial exploration visit, to finding the right gown, to also finding matching accessories such as my veil and dress sash. My wedding was weeks ago and I am still getting comments on how beautiful the dress and veil were. I found CTO staff to be personable and they made lots of effort to be flexible and accommodating for not only me but my bridesmaids as well. It was a great experience working wtih them and I would recommend them to others. -

I bought my wedding dress from here and I absolutely loved it and the service I received. She was very helpful with pricing and let me make payments. Also, I tried on the dress on several different occasions to show different people and she was very kind and respectful about it never seemed to bother her one bit. I loved the fact that she had beautiful dresses that were not size 0. I am a size 8-10 and had trouble finding sample dresses that fit elsewhere but her shop is perfect for girls with curves. -

CTO Bridal was by far the best place I visited when looking for a place to get my bridesmaids dresses. I was so happy to find a place that had a different selection of dresses that didn't look the same as Davids Bridal and the other typical bridal stores - and they were the most reasonably priced which was a HUGE plus! Cereatha was fabulous and helped me with everything in regards to the bridesmaid dresses, including finding a seamstress! I would definitely recommend CTO Bridal to anyone planning their wedding! -

I could NOT have done it without CTO Bridals!
When I first got engaged I didn't even think about using a wedding
coordinating service because I thought I would be able to/want to do it
all myself. I soon realized planning a wedding can become very
stressful, time-consuming and even scary at times. I was referred to
CTO
Bridals from a good friend and from my first conversation w/ Cereatha,
I
knew I needed her. She was such a breath of fresh air for a busy bride
like myself. Working, going to school, moving and coaching consumed my
time and I found myself not having the time I would have liked to plan
my wedding. Also, we had a short engagement of only nine months, so
there was a lot to do in a little time.
Before you get into it, you don't realize all the little details you
will have to worry about. You may visit different wedding websites, buy
magazines, ask people you know for ideas and references, but you often
end up right back at square one. Cereatha's level of expertise and
vendor relationships in the field took all the guess work and
uncertainty out of the process. I went from being worried and stressed
to excited and happy while planning the wedding. She was able to see my
vision and match me with vendors who delivered top quality, even on a
smaller wedding budget! Cereatha was not only able to make great
suggestions, she was available to come with me to scout locations, cake
tastings, dress fittings, and florist meetings to name a few. Her
support was exactly what I needed and it put the FUN back into planning
the wedding.
My wedding day was honestly THE BEST and I know that the help of CTO
Bridals made it the wedding of my dreams. If I had it to do all over
again, I would definitely use CTO Bridals, only sooner! I could not
thank Cereatha enough for being there for me and helping me relax and
enjoy the happiest day of my life :)

Getting married is a big deal, it is stressful and time consuming. I had no idea where to start with dress shopping. I knew of big companies, but I am so unique and like less generic things. I literally just googled dress stores and CTO came up. At first I was a little hesitant because it was a small boutique. It ended up being the best decision of my life. The dresses there were AMAZING. I had gone to several stores and tried on over 50 dresses and not fallen in love with any of them. There were parts I liked but none stood out. When I went to CTO I LOVED 3 dresses. Like most girls I grew up thinking of the perfect dress and had "fallen in love" with several dresses on Say Yes To The Dress but each was over $10,000. CTO has the same high quality dresses with out the sticker shock. And to say that the service was perfect is not doing it justice. The owner was so flexible and accommodating. I had a very large bridal party of 13 and I got our bridesmaids dresses there too. She hosted a very nice event one afternoon for all of them to come in and get fitted and order them. It was so stress free. From first moment in the shop until the day I left in love with my dress It was the best experience any girl could ask for during her bridal experience! -

Cereatha at CTO Bridals was wonderful from start to finish!! She was very proactive - always one step ahead of what I was thinking before I had to ask/say anything. I am a procrastinator but a perfectist and the same time. She kept me on schedule and on task throughout my entire wedding and it made everything seamless. In the time of "crisis" during my wedding process, she was able to pull strings quickly to get any issues resolved.
Cereatha was with me at all my bridal appointments and showed up promptly even when she had other important personal matters going on. I'm not the one to usually write reviews/blogs, but it was justly warrented for her. From one former bride to any other reading this, you can't go wrong with CTO!! -

I was able to find a beautiful dress for about 1/2 the price of the other dresses I was looking at. I had tried on so many dresses at that point, but mine was perfect. My only complaint is that it's a little out of the way, but it's worth the drive. -

Residing in New York my November wedding date was fast approaching..I began to feel very overwhelmed. I contacted Cereatha from CTO bridals. We have known each other for a few years. Immediately CTO bridals went to work I received my invitations, placement cards, and souvenirs. All my worries were over. Waste of Time
My mother and maid of honor drove from NC to attend my first fitting appointment. I should have known not to try to support this business because my maid of honor had told me she had left two messages just trying to make an appointment. When I called, the person apologized that we had called multiple times with no return call and blamed it on their phones malfunctioning. I made the appointment for a month later only to be told when we walked in-the seamstress is running late..
We waited 20 minutes and had to ask for an ETA...the person called the seamstress and couldn't locate them. My mother, my 2 maid of honors and myself walked out. Not only did CTO waste my time, they wasted my mother's and maid of honor's time! I was embarrassed after planning such a beautiful experience with the people that love and support me most. So much for trying to support this black business..They lost not only my business for my alterations and accessories, but my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses too! Dont waste your time! Go somewhere else! -
