  I was in search of a fun and personalized bridal shower gifts when I found Crystal Plus. They had the perfect set of wine glasses at the right price. Personalizing the glasses was super easy and I was very impressed with their quick turn around time. Will definitely order again soon.

  I ordered a crystal ring holder with my and my husband's initials and our wedding date engraved at Crystalplus.com. Their personalization process is easy with many options. Their engraving service and quality is also fast and perfect. Highly recommended!

  I was looking for a small gift to give to my wife during our wedding rehearsal dinner but wasn’t sure what I wanted to give. A friend of mine recommended Crystal Plus, told me to check out their items, and I’m very glad I did. I ended up choosing the Waterford Wedding Ring Holder and it was perfect. I had her initials engraved on the piece and she loved it. It was the perfect piece to hold her wedding ring. Will definitely be using Crystal Plus for future orders!

  I ordered my sister's wedding gift here. I got a Kate Spade vase that has a kind of "rose" finish to it. Really lovely! The finished product, engraving and all, looks even better than the preview they send you. The "view cart & personalize" process is fun too, I actually got side-tracked looking through their free artwork library. They have a huge selection!

  Terrible Experience & Workmanship

  We ordered our Wedding Champagne flute pair and added engraving and silver fill at additional cost. One flute was perfect but the other flute was missing the silver fill in some areas. When we contacted customer support, they refused a refund and asked us to ship back the badly done flute. We shipped back both the flutes so they can make sure the two look the same. However, when they were shipped back to us after being "fixed", we found that the design was indented and the fill looked very dark. It was obviously very rough work. The good flute and the bad one were like night and day! We are so disappointed in the workmanship.
  When we contacted customer support, they told us to ship back at our own cost for a refund of the original "sub total". This means we will pay for shipping both ways just to get a refund on an item that they damaged.
  
  Beware shopping here if you want quality work on your products!!

  I will not use them again!! Ordered an award it came in two pieces…

  Ordered an award it came in two pieces at the end of 2022. I placed a second order for the same piece 4 months later but asked if they could attach the base to make it one piece. I was then told that the bases are attached. I then told them that my base was not attached on my first order. They then proceeded to tell me I could spend my time and money and ship the first purchased award back to them and they would fix. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager that I should not have to pay to send the award back for them to fix a mistake/missed step on their part. The manager said if I would have told them within 48 hrs they would have fixed their mistake and not made me pay to send it back. I disagree and believe now that I have spent almost $300 with them they should stand behind their product but most importantly when they skip a step in their manufacturing process not make my pay to fix their mistake! I will not use them again.
