Crystal Peak made our dream wedding into a reality. The beautiful scenery and decor indoor sold us! The food was delicious and seasonal drinks were fantastic as well! The added bonus was how amazing John and his team were was start to finish. John responded to our emails as soon as he could and answered any questions we had. The price is very fair for everything you get with your venue packages! Our day went very smoothly and we were able to enjoy our meals, and still have time to dance/chat with guests. I can’t think of anything negative to say about Crystal Peak!

This venue needs more attention- highly recommend!
We recently got married at Crystal Peak and John and his team absolutely exceeded expectations! They are highly organized and will make your special day worry-free. Every question I had throughout the planning process, John would respond quickly and with solutions. The ceremony space is beautiful, the reception area has plenty of room for eating AND dancing, and the bridal suite is lovely for getting ready. We had two vendors that required set up: a flower wall and an artist. John made sure they had designated spots and everything they needed. The food was DELICIOUS, there was never a long line at the bar, and cleaning up at the end of the night was a breeze. I was a little worried that we would have to set everything up and designate a clean up crew at the end of the night, but the team took care of it (just make sure you bring boxes with clear labels). Crystal Peak has fair pricing, delicious food, a beautiful location, and a fantastic team. HIGHLY recommend!

When it came to the planning prior to the wedding day, to the rehearsal to the wedding day there was never a doubt in my mind they had everything covered! They made the day of stress free (as much as it could be for a bride) and they were very attentive ! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a venue that takes care of so much for the bride and groom day of !

Incredible Venue and staff!
Crystal Peak was absolutely incredible! The service and attention to detail were unmatched, and the food had all of our guests raving. John, the owner, went above and beyond to cater to our every need and made us feel so special. Even during cocktail hour, he brought drinks and hors d’oeuvres to us while we were taking pictures, so my groom and I were able to relax and enjoy the moment.
His staff were amazing organized, attentive, and working seamlessly as if they were all family. Everything ran so smoothly, and I am completely blown away by how perfect our day turned out at this venue. I would highly recommend Crystal Peak to anyone looking for a beautiful space with exceptional service!

Perfect venue, perfect agenda, perfect team
I loved working with John Roller and his team. He has been doing this for so long that it is seamless and perfect. The food was abundant and incredible and he is not only overseeing the flow but also in the kitchen as the chef that is making sure dishes come out great. His team is friendly and always smiling. John took the time to have us tour the beautiful venue between getting ready for another event, plus the tasting was like an experience of eating at a 5-star restaurant. The agreement was completely transparent with everything priced out as well as any add-ons. He keeps you informed every step of the way with reminders of what to bring for the final meeting. He is versed on the ceremony line up and walk in as well. Everything was so inclusive and so much effort was put in by him and his staff to make the day perfect. I am so happy I did something right for one of the most important events of my life by working with John Roller and his team at his gorgeous venue. You know it was great when all your friends and family members change their Facebook photo to them outside by the koi pond or in the celebration room!

John and crew were outstanding! They went above and beyond expectations to make the day as perfect as it could possibly be! There were dietary restrictions as well as religious customs to uphold and every aspect went well. This wedding brought together guests from different cultures. Bride was from Malaysia and groom from USA. Guests were from USA, Singapore, Finland, Australia and Canada. Customs were honored without any problems. The food was outstanding! Guests raved about this event for weeks afterwards. Crystal Peak is THE BEST!!

Bringing two worlds together!
The bride and groom travelled from Singapore. The parents travelled from Malaysia and Pennsylvania. The wedding party came from Singapore, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, The Netherlands, Arizona and Malaysia!
Several dietary issues were involved due to customs and a few allergies. There were handicap issues. Nothing seemed challenging to John and his professional crew. They were exceptional! Timing and presentation of the buffet was flawless. The bride and groom had to make a "costume change" mid-reception to honor custom. Despite all of the nontraditional challenges, everything went off wonderfully. John orchestrated the event and kept everything flowing. The food was hot and tasty and raved about by local and international guests. Staff was attentive, very kind and available to help out in any situation that might occur. It rained. Staff was there with umbrellas and their uplifting personalities! It was fabulous! Crystal Peak also catered the rehearsal dinner offsite due to scheduling conflicts. Once again, John was present with his incredible staff to be sure the food was hot and everthing went smoothly. I would highly recommend John Roller and Crystal Peak as the best place for any reception and best caterer. Even in the rain the grounds at the venue was beautiful!

Incredible wedding venue!
John and everyone at Crystal Peak went above and beyond for my wedding reception. We had about 85 guests and were on a tight budget. John worked with us to make sure that every detail was captured within our budget. Not only that, but our guests gave raving reviews of the food choices. The whole venue staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests with food allergies were taken care of. John and his staff embodied our vision for setting up the decorations we brought and packed them all up so quickly and with great care. I would 1000% recommend Crystal Peak to anyone looking to get married in CT! I have nothing but amazing things to say about the whole experience from start to finish!!

Most Beautiful Venue!!
John and his team at Crystal Peak are absolutely amazing! They were the first venue we looked at on our wedding planning journey and we booked them right away! We knew we wouldn’t find another place that has everything they offer, extremely reasonable prices and did I mention it’s absolutely beautiful there! The whole property, venue, the outside grounds, plenty of parking, it was absolutely beautiful and perfect! It has been a pleasure working with John. He’s very attentive and quick with responses. They have an unbeatable menu and so many options to pick from (we are foodie people!) We absolutely loved that they had a large selection of hors d’oeuvres that would be passed out. We had our food tasting back in February and the food was to die for! Everything we tried was so good. Two days before our wedding we had our final meeting, our rehearsal and our rehearsal dinner there. We brought all our decorations and discussed with John how we wanted everything set up. They literally decorate everything for you and undecorate and box everything up for you when your wedding is over! The other places we were going to look at didn’t offer that so that was a HUGE plus! No one wants that added stress. All we literally had to do was show up and enjoy our special day. John was very helpful and involved in the rehearsal. He worked very well with our officiate (Karen Mowad – Love her!!) that day. The rehearsal dinner was amazing and his staff was so kind and on point. He runs a very well managed and organized place. Our wedding day was our perfect fairytale! John and his staff were great with checking in with me to make sure everything was running smoothly and we had everything we needed. I truly appreciate how easy they made everything for us and we felt really taken care of and they made sure we had the best day of our lives! They helped carry the train on my dress, directed us in our important timeline, they made our wedding day calm, relaxing and a breeze! This place is a gem and literally has it all! Book your wedding or any special event there, you won’t be disappointed!! We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know and of course we hope to be back one day for any special event we have in our family. Easy to work with, very responsive.
The food was amazing. We did the buffet with open bar and the lines moved quickly. The venue does not have great acoustics, so you should have your DJ set up ahead of time to do a sound check.

Thank you for your review. We do quite a few events here and haven't had complaints about acoustics. Sometimes it has a lot to do with the DJ's equipment and yes I agree with you that the Dj should be set up early and do their sound checks.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Crystal Peak. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive, happy, profssional, and pleasurable to be around. We just had our wedding at Crystal Peak, and aside from just being a beautiful venue to have it at, the entire process was made easier by John and his amazing team. From tours, tastings, random questions that came up, decoration ideas, the rehearsal, and execution of the wedding day- John was extremely helpful and the staff was nothing short of attentive and wonderful. They have everything handled to make your wedding day smooth and stress-free. And the food is incredible- we had so many people tell us they enjoyed everything from the huge selection of apps to the dinner buffet options. John really knows what he is doing.

From the very beginning going there to see the venue, we met with John and we were immediately taken away by the scenery and the venue. John was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. He made everything very easy. We went for our tasting and the food was so delicious it was hard to choose! The staff was beyond wonderful, while having our rehearsal dinner, our wedding was pretty much set up before we were done so we got a sneak peek. The food was all packaged up for us before leaving. the day of the wedding went very smoothly John and his staff took care of everything, we worried about nothing. And the FOOD was incredible!!! We also had a brunch catered the next day which was equally as enjoyable.

Dream wedding come true
We choose Crystal Peak not only because it is absolutely stunning, but because there are angels and butterflies on the ceilings and walls. My fiancé‘s mom passed away when he was a child and the butterflies represent a past life and the angels to us represented a sign from his mom that we should get married here. We met with John the owner and Chef at Crystal Peak. We chose our appetizers our menu and he walked us through every single process from the beginning to the day of with no issues patient even though I called him multiple times and emailed him 20 times asking a ton of questions about decorations and what we could have and what we couldn’t have. He made this process seem absolutely effortless on his part. He was so patient so kind and so understanding about everything that I wanted and how I saw the vision of our wedding being. I couldn’t have asked for a better Venue atmosphere food deserts and quality from the serving staff to the owner all had immense repertoire. You are making the best decision by choosing Crystal Peak

Amazing Venue!
Planning a wedding can be stressful, but it doesn't have to be! John and his staff were so helpful from the time of the initial contract all the way through the day of our wedding. Every question was answered quickly and any concerns we had were addressed. The venue coordinated with our other vendors and the staff at Crystal Peak kept our timeline running smooth.
The food was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about the food. We had so many options to choose from and John was able to make recommendations for us as we went through the tasting. The guests loved the selections we chose, and our families are still going on about how delicious the food was!
I had prepared a lot of DIY details and when I got to the venue on the day of the wedding, everything was just as I had envisioned. It did rain on our big day, but there was a backup plan discussed in advanced and executed perfectly. I cannot thank John and his staff enough for the best, stress free we could have asked for!

Hidden Gem
My husband and I got married here in September and still talk about how lucky we were to book Crystal Peak as our venue. The price was the best of anywhere we looked but you'd think it was the most based on the superior service we received. From the first meeting, to food tasting, our rehearsal dinner, and wedding day, every part of planning with Crystal Peak was amazing. You don't even need a wedding planner because John and his team take care of everything! They set up all our decorations and coordinated the day, checking on us the entire time to make sure everything was perfect. We still have people talking about all the fun they had and the amazing food! I can't recommend Crystal Peak enough!

Absolutely Amazing!
We cannot thank John and everyone else for the incredible day we had at Crystal Peak! Everything ran perfectly, on time and in such a professional manner. The food was delicious and all of our guests were raving about it and the service. Their wedding coordinator was fantastic with finalizing all small details and timelines, and also running our rehearsal dinner. We are beyond grateful for everything Crystal Peak had to offer us for our wedding day and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding experience!

The best wedding venue
We could not be happier with our experience with Crystal Peak. We had a long wait with our wedding being post poned due to Covid, but Crystal Peak worked with us to guarantee our wedding would go on! Any questions we had throughout the process were answered very quickly. John made the entire process very easy and stress free.
We had our tasting, and rehearsal dinner at Crystal Peak and enjoyed both experiences.
Having the entire bridal suite for the hour prior was so nice for everyone to get dressed and enjoy some down time.
The weather did not allow us to have our ceremony outdoors as anticipated, however Crystal Peak was all ready for setting up indoors and made it just perfect for us! Also since we could not do posed photos outdoors due to the hurricane, the upstairs served perfect for our photos! We also enjoyed having our hors d’oeuvres and drinks while taking photos.
All staff the day of the wedding did a great job setting out decorations and making sure everything was perfect! Any requests I had were done and made the day so smooth. The end of the night, everything was packed up and made easy to leave without any stress!
The food was exceptional and everyone loved the many choices! I highly recommend the ice cream bar add on because that was a huge hit!
We thank everyone at Crystal Peak for making our day the very best and having exceptional attention to details!! Thank you for boxing up my dinner so I could finish eating it when I got home!!!
Most importantly, thank you all for being their during Hurricane Henri!!!!

John and his staff went above and beyond all expectations. Staff was professional and attentive and never intrusive. The food was raved about by very picky guests many with culinary experience. Crystal Peak is very clean and the venue is gorgeous. They also are very involved with charitable organizations. Pricing is reasonable. Bartenders kept up with demand. Arbor area is perfect with handicap access. Everyone left happy, full and raving about Crystal Peak!!

The best day we could have asked for
We could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding. From John’s flexibility with moving the date due to COVID, to the AMAZING food, to his attention to detail, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. John stayed in contact with us every step of the way, answered whatever questions we had, and really treated us like old friends. We couldn’t recommend Crystal Peak enough.

Dream wedding!
Thank you so much John and staff at Crystal Peak who made sure our special day back in May was everything we needed and more. From beginning to end, Crystal peak was so hands on and supportive. This was the first and only wedding venue we saw and knew it was the one. Everything we needed was provided and included in the package. There was no need to hire a decorator or florist. We DIY our centerpieces and the staff arranged them exactly how we wanted. They even made me a separate meal and hors d'oeuvre because I don’t eat meat or dairy. We had both ceremony and reception here and it was beautiful. The ceremony was outside and the reception inside. It was such a beautiful day and the weather was perfect. My husband and I would recommend Crystal Peak! They will take good care of you. You won’t have to worry about anything. Wouldn’t even need to hire a wedding planner/coordinator.

Crystal Peak went above and beyond to make my daughters wedding special! Their service to our guests and the wedding party were above our expectations. Amazing venue, great price, even better food
John and his staff were awesome to work with. Being a first time bride, I had 0 idea what I was doing and John answered every question I had with no hesitation. The food was amazing, they set up and took down my decor for me, they literally took every weight they could off my shoulders. 10/10 would recommend them for your wedding needs!

John is an amazing venue coordinator and caterer. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. We had several guests with dietary restrictions and we were so impressed by how far John was willing to go to accommodate them. The attention to detail from the entire staff at Crystal Peak is astounding. I am so thankful that my husband and I decided to have our wedding here. It was truly magical!

Amazing venue!
The owner/chef of this venue was beyond amazing! He’s so detail oriented and was so flexible with all the unknowns due to COVID. He was there to help us with anything and answered our questions so timely. His staff was also amazing! Dawn and him are so coordinated it’s amazing! The food and drinks were also amazing! We had our rehearsal dinner with them as well and the it was delicious! Everyone from our wedding and rehearsal were so blown away. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue.

My now husband and I had the pleasure of working with John Roller to make our wedding day one for the books. John was always a phone call or email away; wonderful to work with! Above and beyond during uncertain times!
Our wedding was scheduled during the summer of 2020. When the pandemic hit, we were unsure of how everything would turn out, but John went above and beyond to ensure we could still have the perfect day. He thought of every detail and took care of everything so we didn’t have to worry. He was extremely flexible and has very fair prices. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Absolutely Amazing
Our experience working with Crystal Peak was nothing short of amazing. We booked 2 years in advance for THE date of 2020 (October 10th). As we all know wedding planning took a turn for the worse in March. I, like many other brides, was incredibly stressed and nervous wondering if my dad would ever come to fruition. I sent countless emails to the owner John asking how restrictions would change this or that-he was ALWAYS so responsive and reassuring and willing to be flexible so we could have our reception within state COVID guidelines. He was willing to put tents outside to accommodate a larger gathering and then was willing to change the gathering to indoors just 2.5 weeks before the wedding as we would be entering phase three just 2 days before 10/10. Planning was so stressful during this time and I am so thankful, now more than ever, that we chose crystal peak for our reception. Not only were they accommodating and flexible leading up to the wedding- but the day of they were nothing short of amazing. Both John and his daughter Amanda were highly attentive bringing both myself, my (now) husband, and the bridal party food and drinks during cocktail hour while we took pictures. They kept us in pace and the night went seamlessly. The space itself is beautiful both inside and out. They recently upgraded the chairs, there’s a beautiful staircase and stunning chandeliers. I brought with me lots of decorations and John and his staff set it all up for me and it looked even better than I could have ever imagined. Being a bride in 2020 was no easy task-but my experience with Crystal Peak was amazing start to finish and I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple.

Last Minute Dream Wedding
We have so much gratitude for John and his team. After moving our wedding from Rhode Island to CT with only 5 weeks to go, this past weekend was everything we could've dreamed of and more. No Regrets Whatsoever
John was such a fantastic vendor to work with; my now husband and I have no regrets whatsoever about our choice. When we were in the process of searching for a venue to hold our wedding reception, John stood out among the vendors we were considering for his friendliness and transparency about the wedding packages he was offering. We didn't feel overwhelmed with information or feel like anything was lacking--John's wedding package offered us a ton of options and worked very well with our budget and wedding guest count. We loved that we had plenty of delicious food choices, the choice between sit down or buffet style, and of course the open bar. My fiance and I also were able to have a taste testing of the hors d'oeuvres and some of the meal options months in advance before the wedding, which gave us a nice sense of what the food would be like at the wedding itself. John was also very flexible with working with us on wedding planning while both my fiance and I were out of state. He also had a very good discerning eye for recommending other vendors to us, for instance, our wedding cake baker and DJ/MC. Our wedding cake was so delicious and there were no leftovers; our DJ/MC was such a joy to work with and brought lots of fun and life to the reception. Finally, John's excellence in caring for us- & his wedding clients in general- really shone through when COVID-19 happened. John remained very patient & understanding throughout even when we lost/couldn't have half of the originally expected guest count at the wedding. He was one of the crucial people who helped us to still have our wedding and make it a beautiful day both in spite of and even (in a way) because of the difficulties we faced in wedding planning during COVID-19. In the end, we had a smaller wedding than we originally planned for, but John did his very best to ensure that we had a beautiful wedding reception. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely and had high compliments for the food and the atmosphere. My husband and I are truly grateful to John and his incredible team for helping us with our wedding and we cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

Couldn't Have Asked for A Better Location !
We started with John at Crystal Peak back in March 2019. We loved the venue and really hit it off with John. We kept in touch and established what we wanted for our perfect day. As was the case with many weddings this year, Covid through many curve balls. John and his staff at Crystal Peak went the extra mile in order for us to have our special day. From the initial meeting, we could tell that John loves what he does and that we would be taken care of. The food selections were abundant and the quality exceeded expectations. During this pandemic, John worked with us every step of the way to ensure safety and meet the guidelines. He took the initiative to get a tent set up outside for the post-ceremony celebrations. On the day of our rehearsal, we dropped off décor with no clear idea how to put it. On wedding day, Crystal Peak’s staff had set it up better than we could have imagined. Wedding brain had me forget where I put the tags for the favors, but to my surprise, Crystal Peak had found them in the box and put them on the packages for me! Dawn was with me every step of the way leading up to the beautiful stone staircase outside, guiding me to the altar, keeping me hydrated, and getting me anything I needed until the night’s end. I'm savoring every last bit of leftovers, wishing I still had some of the apps from cocktail hour. Friends and family keep talking about how beautiful the ceremony space was outside, and for being mid-July it was shaded and perfectly cool. I would recommend Crystal Peak 10/10 times !

Don’t get married anywhere else!
This place is an unbelievable wedding facility! I got married here and it was the best day of my life. The food was incredible and my guest couldn’t stop raving about it. A Blessed Day
John and his staff are the ultimate professionals. They made us feel assured that everything would be the way we wanted it to be, and it was. John guided us through every aspect of our reception including suggestions for a DJ, photographer, transportation and a photo booth. In other words everything.
His planning materials were extremely valuable in helping us make our menu choices. The appetizers and meals were delicious as evidenced by an avalanche of praises from our guests. Everything was done in a professional manner by a staff that was attentive and friendly. The same was true for our rehearsal dinner also held at Crystal Peak. In summary we were very pleased and satisfied to the point we are hosting another dinner for 200 at Crystal Peak.

Caring staff, amazing food!
We are so thrilled we had our rehearsal and wedding at Crystal Peak. We got lucky with a beautiful autumn day for our outdoor ceremony at the venue. We were wed in the garden surrounded by trees, to us it was magical.
Our guests had a wonderful time, and we've gotten so many compliments about the amazing food. The staff is attentive and professional, we were so glad to have them with us on our special day. We loved working with John. Not only is he an amazing chef, he is very accommodating and patient.
The Litchfield area is absolutely beautiful in autumn, and we loved knowing that out out-of-town guests got to experience a lovely autumn day at a great location like Crystal Peak.

Epic scenery, service and experience!!!
After looking all over Massachusetts and Connecticut I found Crystal Peak. Immediately I knew John was going to be awesome. I brought my son, who was 2, and I had dropped something on the ground and he ran right over to help me out, The grounds for the ceremony are amazing. They have 2 rooms inside for a cocktail hour, and another for a reception which are stunning. There is an entire bridal suite upstairs to get ready in prior to the wedding. Not only is the place beautiful, but the experience we had with them was perfect. Prior to, we had a dinner tasting and got to taste all of the appetizers. The food was the best food I have ever eaten at a wedding before, and I had so many of my guests compliment how wonderful their dinner's were. Even though all of these other aspects were great, the best part of our experience was the way we were treated. First of all, we are 2 women, and never once did we feel as if we were being treated differently at any moment, by any of the staff. Next, the staff was so attentive. Starting with Gina who instantly made me relax because I had forgot some of my decorations at the wedding rehearsal. She offered to come up early the day of the wedding to unlock the venue so we could bring some stuff over. She also (the day of the wedding) did anything and everything I needed, or any member of the bridal party, she was so efficient and polite, she was so helpful in so many ways. The service staff was on their game, during cocktail hour while we were taking pictures, they constantly brought us drinks and more appetizers. We had a few vegetarians and they went and got them a plate of just food they could eat. They also easily dealt with any allergies, or food restrictions for our dinner. My father in law, who doesn't often give out compliments was singing Crystal Peak's praises. I had so many people comment about how attentive the staff was. I recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have amazing service, wants to be treated with respect. They will make your dream day happen without hesitation. I have had so many of my guests say this was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. For the price they offer for open bar, amazing food, and epic service, you CAN'T beat it.

The Perfect Wedding
We had our wedding at Crystal Peak and we cannot say enough great things about our experience. The venue, the owner (John), and the staff completely exceeded our expectations. Crystal Peak was breathtakingly beautiful both inside and out. The outdoors was great for photos and for our ceremony, and the inside was perfectly decorated for our reception. The cocktail hour, open bar, and food were all delicious (especially the mac and cheese, a guest favorite). The taste testing event to decide what food to have served on our big day was also a great time. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the food, venue, staff, and owner. Many said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to!
John and his team went above and beyond to make sure our big day was the way we wanted it to be. They made sure our gifts, extra food and decorations were packed and ready to go at the end of the night, helped direct guests when needed, and worked with our other vendors (DJ, photographers, photo-mirror, and justice of the peace). John was patient, personable, easy to get ahold of, and prompt with responses. He made sure our planning process and wedding day were smooth. He had plenty of helpful suggestions that made planning our big day less stressful. The staff were so helpful and attentive; they even offered to bustle my dress. Crystal Peak even gave us a discount for my husband serving in the military as a way to say thank you! We are completely satisfied with our decision to have our once in a lifetime day at Crystal Peak, and we would highly recommend it to anyone else looking to do the same.

Super happy with the service provided!
Crystal Peak was just what we were looking for in a wedding venue. The ceremony was outside where there's a koi pond and waterfall so it was an excellent backdrop for photos. The hot dourves and buffet were delicious. We really had no need to hire a day of coordinator because they took care of everything. They provided directions for the wedding party during the ceremony, directed the guests to the cocktail room and organized everyone for introductions. The bartender and waiters were attentive and considerate of our guest's needs. Overall, we definitely got our money's worth especially since they were so focused on making our day stress free.

A great venue for a wonderful celebration
My husband and I loved having our ceremony and reception at Crystal Peak. The service was professional, and the food was incredibly delicious. John was very accommodating to us and our needs with our 4 month old. The day went seamlessly thanks to their thoughtful guest list preparations and I was able to purely enjoy my day. All of my guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever attended. I can't give a higher compliment myself!

I can’t recommend crystal peak enough for any couple looking to have a wedding. Unlike many other venues John is flexible, professional, and genuinely wants you to have the wedding of your dreams. From a huge menu selection that can be customized to the beauty of the onsite ceremony area this place is truly a hidden gem. That coupled with amazing staff, a day of coordinator, and prices that are extremely affordable all make Crystal Peak the ideal place to get married!

Perfect wedding
We were able to relax knowing everything was under control by John. Not once were we concerned or stressed about John or his staff. The food, the organization of John and the staff, the venue itself... absolutely everything was PERFECT and I could not have asked for a better day.

We could not have asked for better, my husband and I highly recommend Crystal Peak, it’s a perfect/beautiful place for a wedding. From our initial meeting with John Roller to our final Goodbye everything in between and leading up to the wedding went so smoothly, I as the bride did not have to worry about a thing!!! My husband and I were blown away by the venue itself but mostly by the care and support of John, his wife Jen and all the staff. Anytime I emailed John he would get right back to me within a day, he’s so easy going, understandable and a very hard worker, he will make sure what you need on your special day will be there. My husband and I were so pleased with everything leading up to our day that we even decided to have our rehearsal dinner there and boy was that a hit. Best food in town!!! John you are a fantastic cook! My husband and I just want to come down for a dinner one day. Everyone was talking about how delicious the food was, from the loads of appetizers to the dinner and dessert! Thank you so much!
Being the bride you would think I would have to decorate...but no...Johns staff all decorated the venue beautifully for us. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing, talk about lucky. Everything was literally perfect. We seriously are so so so glad we choose to celebrate our love at Crystal Peak. It was a perfect fall afternoon too, so you can only imagine the pictures, the venue is situated on top of this hill, absolute perfect place to capture your love. I can’t say enough, Jon and I are truly thankful and so glad we chose Crystal Peak as our wedding venue. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

The absolute perfect facility
We could not have had a better experience than what we had at Crystal Peak. John and his staff are absolutely wonderful - always there to handle whatever needed to be done, so accommodating, and genuinely nice people. Our day's event coordinator, Dawn, was incredible.
Since many from our wedding party were travelling from out of state, we also had our rehearsal dinner here, which I would also recommend.
At our reception, the food was stellar - they have so many options to choose from and are so accommodating. Our guests raved about their meals for weeks afterwards!
Both rooms were beautiful. We had to abruptly move our ceremony inside due to an approaching storm, and the staff was able to relocate everything in ten minutes - they transformed the new ceremony room into the most intimate and perfect setting.
We would, without question, recommend Crystal Peak to anyone looking for a vendor. We were so thrilled with how our day went and could not imagine picking anywhere else for our reception and ceremony location. We highly recommend John and his team.

Jeff and I are so pleased with John Roller and his staff at Crystal Peak. Nancy in particular was so kind and considerate to us during the reception. All of the staff were friendly and very attentive to our 150+ guests. The food was exceptional. Our guests commented on how they were immediately brought the appetizers during the cocktail hour. Everyone was happy with the delicious food. I wish I still had some of the garlic mashed potatoes. John was very flexible and allowed us to set up in advance. He was very accommodating to our DJ. We were also able to bring our cake and cupcakes the day before. The venue is gorgeous, inside and outside. John, Amanda and the rest of the team from Crystal Peak catered my wedding in June and they were absolutely phenomenal from my first meeting with them to the day of the wedding. So many of our guests complemented the quality of the food as it certainly exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the exceptional service and the professionalism of their catering staff. John was super responsive and helpful with any questions that I had regarding the rentals, set up, and general questions. They went over every single detail with me to be sure that everything went smoothly the day of. The set up for the event was executed just perfectly. Overall, the quality of the food and the exceptional service cannot be beat--I highly recommend!

Transitions from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception was so smooth and having all three in one location made it easy for our guests. The outside ceremony location was beautiful with flowers blooming. Their waterfall is the perfect spot for outdoor photos with your friends and family. We had the absolute best experience at Crystal Peak, and we would highly recommend it to anyone! From the moment we first inquired about prices all the through the wedding reception, John and his team were top notch. The food was incredible (I had the crab-stuffed sole in a lobster sherry cream sauce and my husband had the New York strip with crispy onions and rosemary demi glaze)-- we loved that the appetizers are passed in unlimited amounts, meaning the chef makes more of the ones people like the most! The actual facility is beautiful, inside and out, and we loved the option to rent out the entire facility for our wedding. We initially thought the dance floor might be odd, since it is in the back, but it was perfect and we had the entire floor packed until the end of the reception. We took pictures outside next to the waterfall, pond, and on the bridge. It was beautiful start to finish, and the service was the absolute best. John and his team were committed to making our day perfect, and they succeeded!

We were very impressed by the care and detail John and Jennifer Roller have invested in their facility, and in the personal attention, care and detail they invested in our wedding day. They made sure everything was perfect, and it was. They are genuinely wonderful people and very easy to work with. They were very accommodating, friendly and flexible while we were planning our wedding with them. The prices they charge are extremely reasonable for what is included in their wedding packages. The entire day was flawless. The food quality and quantity was superb as well; not your typical wedding food! Our guests couldn't stop raving about their meals and how nice the facility was. My experience with Crystal Peak began 7 years ago when my sister had her wedding there. This was the first wedding I had been a part of and I was thoroughly impressed with them with every aspect of planning my sister's wedding. The event was phenomenal and we heard many people tell us that it was "the best wedding they had ever been to!" A few years later, when we wanted to plan a surprise party for my sister, we went with CP because we knew John would throw another great event for us, and he did just that. When I got engaged and began thinking about picking a place to get married, I had no doubt in my mind that I wanted to go with John and Crystal Peak, and I am so happy we did. John is one of the absolute best people you can find in this business. He oversees every aspect of every event and settles for nothing but perfection. A huge selling point for us was his absolutely wonderful food and we were so happy with the choices we made! Our wedding day and night were absolutely perfect! We had been planning all along to have the ceremony outside. It was pouring rain in the afternoon and John was the one texting me telling me he would still do everything he possibly could to get our ceremony outside, and he did! We made it just in time, and John and his staff made sure we were ready for whatever came our way. John worked side by side with us to make sure our wedding was everything we thought it would be. He seems to always be available to answer questions- and his timeliness in responding to email and phone calls in incredible! He made every single thing we wanted happen and we are so grateful to have found John and Crystal Peak. The only way to describe our wedding is to say that it was absolutely perfect, and John and the Crystal Peak staff made it happen!

I can’t not thank enough the Litchfield Inn! I was very nervous about planning a wedding from outstate, but John, the manager, was super responsive. He answered emails within minutes, and was always available on the phone. I visited the venue just 3 days before the wedding and requested to be moved to the main ballroom, already setup for other event, and he agreed to it. My wedding day was flawless, the room was beautiful, the hotel grounds elegant and timeless; the food was excellent, drinks well-balance. Every detail was well managed, better that what I envisioned. Dawn the coordinator was great! super friendly, and accommodating. Thank you Litchfield Inn for hosting my dream wedding.

I could not have been happier with my choice in this venue! John was so amazing and worked so hard to make sure our day was absolutely amazing! They really do go above and beyond. Every email, phone call was returned so quickly, all my questions answered and they even helped calm my nerves! By the time my event came, I had trusted them so much i just dropped my wedding stuff off to them and told them to do whatever they thought would look great and they did! It was amazing! so much more than I could have ever imagined. The food was amazing (Umm, chocolate lava cakes with raspberry sauce and home made whipped cream, need i say more?!) I thought that because I had picked this venue due to our limited budget that it was not going to be as nice as other places and let me tell you, John and his staff made me feel like I was at a million dollar wedding! We did our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and wedding reception with them and I am so happy that we did! They continued to impress us each and every time! John and his team at Crystal Peak were great from beginning to end. The day was seamless and Gina guided us through the day perfectly. The food was great as well. We had nothing but compliments from family and friends.

The outdoors where the ceremony was held was beautiful. The food was excellent and the venue itself was nice. The staff worked well with us and was there to make sure everything ran smoothly.

We recently had our wedding at Crystal Peak and they were amazing. John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the day was everything we wanted. They took care of us and were on hand for anything we needed. It was raining right before the wedding and we were desperate to have the wedding outside they gave us every chance to go outside and set back up as soon as the rain stopped. I can not speak highly enough of Crystal Peak and John, the venue is amazing, the room for the wedding party is great, the food was excellent. Great place to have a wedding.

My wife and I could not be any happier with Crystal Peak. We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Crystal Peak and the service that John Roller and his staff provided us from through the entire process was wonderful! The outdoor ceremony area at Crystal Peak is the best we saw when we were looking at potential venues to host our wedding. John, the owner, is very hands on through the entire process, which we really liked. He stayed in communication with us during the months leading up to our wedding and made sure we got everything we wanted. The food was excellent and the wait staff was great.
We could not be any happier with how everything turned out. It was a perfect night that we will always remember and Crystal Peak was absolutely the best venue for our wedding!
I would definitely recommend Crystal Peak to any couple looking for a great place to have their wedding.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our wedding was at Crystal Peak. My husband and I worked with John and we were very pleased with the high level of service we received. Everyone was professional and the price was very reasonable. They were able to work with any of the requests we had and made the whole planning process as straight forward and painless as possible. The food was out of this world! We went for a tasting about 5 months before the wedding and afterwards I would get cravings for their food. I couldn't wait for our wedding day so I could have their prosciutto wrapped chicken again. Everyone raved none stop. The grounds are beautiful and our photographer and videographer were able to get some pretty amazing shots. Everything about Crystal Peak was exactly what we were looking for.
