Nate and Megan
Nate and Megan are so attentive, considerate and passionate about what you want for your day. They always have a backup plan to the backup plan of what could or what would happen. The attention to detail is always crisp, considerate, and always has every thought of what you need for your day planned out extra chairs if the path for the bride is smooth it’s always crisp and clean special for your photos that you need for your day, your music is always played just at the right time at the correct moment for you to have that special moment with your special person. I will always suggest them for friends and family to come and have their special day and have the attention to detail taken care of with Nate and Megan. 💞💗💖 -

Unforgettable Wedding Experience!
Not only was booking and communication with Carrie and Lori a breeze, but Megan our coordinator and Josh our photographer the day of were nothing short of professional and down to earth. We had some weather coming that bumped up our ceremony a couple of times, and Megan was in the know and kept in contact to help move the goal post. We didn’t have any weather issues, AND we saw dolphins after our ceremony! I didn’t have to worry about a thing!! Absolutely worth every penny to get to show up, experience a beautiful ceremony, and walk away knowing it was all taken care of. I would 1000% recommend these folks if anyone is thinking about getting married down in Destin. Let Crystal Beach Weddings take care of you on your special day!! Thanks so much you guys! -

Geoff Stucki was simply wonderful during our entire destination wedding process!! From a very Type A person, I felt I could actually relax in SC & all would be great once we arrived in Destin, FL. It is simply a testament of Geoff’s top-notch service! Our wedding day was amazingly awesome & we are so grateful for our wonderful day of ceremony officiant; DJ; and John (our photographer)! The title says it all. Every little detail was managed to perfection and the outcome was breath taking. My Bride’s wedding day worries were swept away by Crystal Beach Weddings and our planner’s professionalism and resiliency. If you decide to use them for your wedding, you can be confident that your wedding will be stunning. We knew it was meant to be when a storm threatened the start of our ceremony, about 1/2 mile away, but suddenly turned a moved on. Crystal beach weddings made our wedding day something we will never forget. They were so easy to get in contact with and to help you make sure your dream beach wedding would come true.
We also went with john starrett for our photography and he was PHENOMENAL. We are obsessed with our pictures and how he worked with us. He is very personable and just all around great person who makes you feel comfortable taking pictures on your big day.
Our wedding day was stress free and easy with the help of these two companies. We are very thankful and wouldn't have changed anything! -

Crystal Beach Weddings was amazing to work with. I always dreamed of a beach wedding and they brought that vision to life. I'm in Texas, so I had to trust that everything would end up beautiful and it sure did! Elizabeth was so honest and answered my millions of questions in such a timely manner. I'm such a worrier and she did the best to take those worries away. All of their recommended vendors were amazing as well. Highly recommend their packages for anyone looking for a beach wedding. -

A friend at work recommended Crystal Beach Weddings and I'm so glad he did. Elizabeth, Nathan, Megan, and Chris were the absolute best at making sure everything was taken care of from the pre-planning, decorations, food, cake, bar tender, photographer, etc. We literally just had to show up. Everything was absolutely perfect. They are the nicest people and helped make our special day that much more special. Thank you all so much!! -

I cannot express how pleased my fiance and I are about Crystal Beach Wedding company in Destin, Florida. We live quite a ways from Florida, so to even begin by phone or text was suburb. We didn't have a contract made up yet and I asked for many recommendations; such as, hair and make-up team, a bakery, photographer for engagement pics down in Florida. We went down there to see exactly where we were going to be getting married. Austin took us right to the exact location....it was PERFECT!! He was very helpful in all areas. I would highly recommend this company to any future couples who want to get married on the beach there. 100% stress free and so many great options to choose from. This company is top-notch! -

Talysa Sent on 11/03/2017II always knew that I wanted to have a beach wedding and Destin would be the perfect place to have it. Destin is such a beautiful place with gorgeous beaches, great food, it's just always been one of my favorite places. The plus is that I already live in Florida and I only lived 2 hours away from Destin. I found this company before I was engaged and knew that I always wanted to plan my wedding with them. The fact they have packages are amazing because everything is done for you at one place. That makes it so less stressful. So for anyone from out of state, this would be perfect for you! The customer service that Crystal Beach Weddings provide is PHENOMINAL! When I called, the first point of contact was Austen. He is truly amazing! What I loved so much about Austen was that he literally answered EVERY single question I had. Talking with Austen and the time he took with me made me feel special and confident in making Crystal Beach Weddings my choice in helping plan my beach wedding. Once I was assigned my wedding coordinator was when the real magic happened. Her name is Isabel Ramento. I cannot brag her enough. She is truly an AMAZING person! She worked with me from beginning to end making this process so easy and stress free. She's beyond sweet and really wants to make sure your day is what you want it to be! Even though I wanted a beach wedding, I didn't want a beach theme wedding. I told her that I wanted casual glam just with the venue being on the beach. She totally got me. Isabel really went beyond her means to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for my wedding and was always on hand for texting or calling when I had a question. I'm so grateful to have met you, you becoming my coordinator, and for becoming my new friend. My wedding was really one to remember thanks to you. I thank you so much Isabel and Crystal Beach Weddings for giving me my dream wedding. The first few photos provided are from one of their package photographers, The rest our from guest. <3

Suzanne Sent on 10/19/2017I booked my wedding with Crystal Beach Weddings in October of 2016 for September 30, 2017. I was assured during the booking process that everything would be taken care of for me and that the choice I had made would make my day stress free and complete from beginning to end. I have to say I was concerned, planning a wedding so far from home. I was so pleased to see that the assurance I was given was not in vain, I arrived in Destin two days before my wedding and as promised, made a less than 30 minute stop to pick up our Marriage License, visited my venue, met with Beth Saturday morning , and I could not believe that I had made all of my choices and everything was ready for me to have my amazing Beach Wedding that I have dreamed of my intire life! Chef Tom provided us with an amazing meal to share with our guests, Amanda (my photographer) was awesome, creating photo opportunities I am so grateful to have, my DJ worked with me and insured that I had every song that we requested available for our reception, and my cake was delicious and beautiful! I do not want to leave anyone out... thank you so very much Rhonda for enabling me to feel so confident in my choice from the beginning, to everyone that I have mentioned, and anyone I may have forgotten along the way that got me all the way through my last dance stress free! I will remember forever remember, all the care that was freely given by the entire staff of Crystal Beach Weddings!

First of all, David is great and got all the information to me that I needed in a timely manner. He made the suggestion of adding a day-of coordinator, and I'm so glad I chose to hire one. Victoria was amazing and having her there took what little stress was on my shoulders that day completely off. She took care of everything! I highly recommend having her there for just the day especially if you're like me and planned everything on your own. It was nice to have her there to deal with everyone else so I could just focus on me and the best day of my life. The music was perfect, the set-up was simply beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch. This company is the best! -

Rough Start but Amazing Ending
We got off to a rough start due to lack of communication but in the end they pulled through! Austen and Madison were great and did everything possible to make our wedding perfect! The weather was crazy which meant we had to move the time and location but they worked everything out! -

Joyal Sent on 09/26/2018First, I want to say that CBW gave me my DREAM beach wedding! I did have some trouble getting call backs, other than that everything was GREAT! I had a few things that happened before my wedding. I had not been contacted by the officiant or the photographer, but they both said they had emailed me. The photographer called me & asked what pictures I wanted for the wedding. In the contract, it does not specify that the one hour of photography does not include anything inside. I wanted the photographer to start 10 minutes before the wedding & take a few pictures of me & my parents. Then, I wanted him to start taking pictures when I came out the door of the townhouse to walk to the beach. Our wedding was at our townhouse on a private beach. The only access to the beach is through our townhouse. The photographer started talking about extra costs for location changes & fees, telling me they would be low quality pictures that would be okay for social media but that was it, & then quoted me a price of $480 on top of what I paid CBW. This was my first freak out! I called Crystal Beach & explained what happened. They asked me to give them a few minutes & they'd call me right back. They asked me what I wanted to do, & I told them I would like a new photographer. Again, they asked me to be patient & they would fix the issue. It wasn't even 15 mins & they called me back with a new photographer that was AWESOME . Carrie Alves Photography was phenomenal! My 2nd freak out was on Wedding Day. CBW told me they would be at the location to set up at 2-3 for a 5:45 wedding. They arrived at noon. Again, they reassured me it would be fine & they were right! Nathan & Megan (setup crew) were GREAT & helped make the day perfect! The first colors were wrong & they even went & got the right one. Kim Cannon was our officiant & was WONDERFUL! CBW uses the best vendors and are GREAT at what they do! I would definitely recommend CBW. They know what they are doing & do it well! Just have faith!!! -

Our wedding was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for, it was just my husband and I and we just wanted a very simple ceremony with an officiant and photographer. Crystal Beach was by far the best price we found for what we were wanting and booking through them saved us from having to find and coordinate an officiant and photographer separately. There was some rain on our wedding day and Lori reached out that afternoon and adjusted the time of our ceremony with us and our officiant/photographer so that we could avoid the rain. Our officiant, Roy, did a beautiful job and so did our photographer. Our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased with them. The only negative that I found was the communication. After booking we didn’t hear from anyone for around 3 months. I made several attempts to contact to see if we were paid in full as I never received confirmation of that, and every email and phone call went unanswered/unreturned. My husband finally made a post in a Destin group on Facebook and finally someone reached out to us after that and gave us a number to contact with any further questions, but moving forward when I contacted that number with questions I still got no response. We did finally get an email with information a few months before our wedding and then we received a phone call a few days before to confirm details. To me, the lack of communication wasn’t a huge deal because we had a very simple package booked with no guests and very few details to iron out, but I have if I had been having a larger wedding I would’ve been absolutely panicked at the lack of communication. That being said, I was ultimately happy with how our day turned out and again feel it was well worth what we paid for it. -

Horrible communication! We set up an appointment with Rhonda Ramey and drove from Alabama and she did not show up due to complications with her dog. She sent someone else in her place. If you are not planning on using the location they provide then they will not provide a service. It was said to us that we could sign a contract with their location and change it to our location at a later time when we decided where all of our guest were going to stay. We signed and put a deposit down. We booked a condo, changed locations and informed the company and months later they say they can not do it there because it was public beach. We only had a couple months to find a new company that is approved for wedding on the public beach. Check out Okaloosa County Parks for a list of approved wedding vendors that have paid for the yearly permits because they have not! Even with COVID and all the craziness they refused to give deposit back. They were super nice before we put our deposit down and it all went down hill from there! If you are thinking about using them I wish you the best of luck because you guys are going to need it! I strongly suggest you guys check out barefoot wedding instead. They were 1000% easier to work with and made our day very special and stress free! (And more choices with ceremony decorations! )
