  Beautiful Venue

  I had my wedding here and everything turned out absolutely amazing. Diane and the rest of the staff we some of the the most kind and accommodating people I have ever met. They took care of everything and were very flexible when I had last minute changes come up. They helped to relive so much stress from wedding planning and made planning everything so easy. Many of our guests have told us that this was one of the most fun weddings they have been to. The food and drinks were amazing. The DJ kept everyone on the floor all night. The flowers were beautiful. The photographer was amazing and the place was decorated beautifully. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to!

  1000% recommend!!

  I cannot say enough good things about the Crystal Ballroom. Me and my husband just got married there 2 weeks ago and everything so perfect. I was a little nervous at first about everyone being at their tables for the ceremony, but it turned out great, and we we're able to have everyone stand for a ceremony exit with ribbon wants. For our first dance we added on the "dancing on a cloud" and it made it so much more magical. Everyone loved the evening, and everyone working our special day was amazing

  Absolutely Amazing!

  When I first found The Crystal Ballroom I was ecstatic! It was exactly what we were looking for. Nothing too crazy and over the top but still very nice and romantic! After we booked them, I had started reading reviews about how the owner is “a piece of work” I had NO issues with her whatsoever! You can definitely tell that she is a business woman, but when it came time to setting up and the day of the wedding, she was wonderful! I was not told I couldn’t have drinks on the dance floor, none of my guests were “yelled” at, like some reviews have given. I would recommend this place from the experience that I had!

  We just recently had our wedding here. We did the all inclusive package. Everything was wonderful from the initial planning to finish. The food was amazing. Our guests are still commenting on it. The photographer was amazing. Diane and Scott at the venue were amazing to work with and so very helpful. I have 0 complaints and would recommend this venue over and over again. Thank you for making our day flawless and fabulous.

  Wonderful Location

  My daughters wedding reception was held here almost 2 weeks ago. The all-inclusive package was chosen for the reception. Diane and the rest of the staff were amazing, kind, attentive and very helpful. They were very accommodating and willing to work with us when we had to make some last minute adjustments. At the reception we had lots of kids. We had approx. 15 kids aged 3mon - 11yrs plus another 10 more that were aged 12 -17 and the hall was very understanding. They were very responsive whenever we had any questions that came up. The hall was beautifully decorated! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. The staff, food, decorations, vendors (everything) was amazing!!!

  Rude owners

  The owners were very rude to us and came up with stupid rules that they did not tell us until the day of the wedding. I don't recommend this venue

  Owner is rude

  I do not recommend this venue. They are very rude and unprofessional people. They told us we could not have drinks on the dance floor because it was a "fire code" which is total BS. They have posted photos of weddings before ours and after ours where guests had drinks on the dance floor. She would not speak to my husband, and when she had to she was rude to him. The security guard that comes with the venue was also way overkill. No need for a freaking bulletproof vest at a wedding reception.

  Awful experience

  I would not go to this venue for any event if you have childred. Diane, on of the employees, clearly dislikes childred. I attended a wedding reception there. The evening started off with my son and about 3 other children getting yelled at for standing in the rocks outside, and then she proceeded to say to the parents "if anyone had any sense to tell them to not play in the rocks". Then she spent the evening yelling, and I do mean yelling, at 2 children, possibly 3-5 years old for running in the venue. She literally said, "There is no running in this venue! Do you understand!". I know, because I was standing right there. About an hour later, she went up to the BRIDE AND GROOM, and started yelling at them for the kids crawling under the tables. This led the mother of the bride to go up to her and tell her not to bother the bride and groom about these problems. After that, Diane sat down with the bride and kept on complaining to her. I ended up standing up from my table to go pull the bride away from her. It ended with the bride in tears over the situtaion. Never in my life have I seen a manager or employee of a venue yell at the bride and groom on THEIR day and reduce the bride to tears. Completely unprofessional in every way. I was very disappointed with her and would not recommend this venue to anyone for any reason because of the 1 employee.
