Cruiseport was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our coordinator Alyson was so knowledgable and organized. She had amazing ideas and truly made planning our wedding a breeze. She brought our vision to life and set up our decor beautifully. Honorable mention for the food as well, it was so good and our guests continue to talk about it months later!

5 stars is an understatement for this venue and their staff. Working with event managers such as Ellen, Jamie and others from Cruisport made my weekend even more spectacular than I could have ever imagined. The room looked beautiful, everything was placed exactly where I wanted and the service was outstanding. I am still getting texts and calls from guests about the staff from Cruiseport. Ellen checked in with me multiple times throughout the night to hand me a drink or help with anything I needed. She set up the candy bar, late night snacks throughout the night without having to bother me with the process. I would recommend this venue to anyone, anyday! Thanks Cruisport for making m wedding the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!

The Cruiseport was gorgeous, and the service was not to be beat. I have never been to a wedding that went so smoothly from start to finish, the staff was amazing as well as extremely professional, especially Tamie, the venue planner. I recommend this venue to anyone looking. My only regret is not paying for an extra hour at the venue. None of our guests wanted to go home!

I'm so fortunate that all of my wedding hires were the best of the best. This is true with the Cruiseport! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with.Tanya was my event planner and she was fabulous!!!!! She met with me many times and answered all of my questions some of which I'm sure I asked more then once! Really the venue there is breath taking. You don't have to decorate much since the room is so beautiful. They require you use Vinewood as the cater and initially I wasn't sure but they make the best food out there!!! We ha salmon, chicken, asparagus, mushroom risotto, 3 different pastas and 2 different salads.... All of the food was soooo good! I want to go back as a guest so I could eat more food! Being the bride/groom you get so busy but they packed up our dinners for us she we could eat them later!!! Trust me the cruiseport is one of the best places out there!!!

We had the absolute best experience with The Cruiseport! Everything was seamless from the first meeting to walking down the aisle. Kelsey was beyond amazing and made our lives stress free! We can’t say enough about how perfect the night was—would recommend The Cruiseport over and over again!

It's hard to find the words to express how fantastic our experience was, with not only the Cruiseport, but with Ellen in particular. Her email responses were prompt and friendly. She was incredibly patient with my million questions and took the time to get to know not only me, but my groom and my parents. Being a teacher, my hours are pretty set in stone, but Ellen was very flexible with meeting times. Everyone was completely comfortable and relaxed for our big day. During the reception I would see Ellen out of the corner of my eye taking care of every detail. I used a lot of the Cruiseport's preferred vendors, Audrey's Flower Shop and Beniot-McCarthy photography and both were excellent as well.

The Cruiseport Gloucester far exceeded our expectations in all areas, from the atmosphere of the room, to the taste of the food, to how stress-free their team makes wedding-planning. Specifically we wanted to thank Kelsey for making our wedding so easy for my wife and I, where each time we met with Kelsey, we felt a huge sense of relief and re-assurance that everything would be perfect. Kelsey took care of us with organizing, keeping us calm, facilitating, assisting with decorations, everything you could imagine! While Kelsey was amazing, the Cruiseport overall had excellent staff all around, everyone was very accommodating and kind. Almost all of our vendors worked with the Cruiseport before and all revered their relationship with them. All of which had nothing but great things to say. As for the food, although I personally only had the main dish (was too busy partying), I heard nothing about positive feedback on the hors d'oeuvres, main dishes, and snacks. We very-much recommend the Cruiseport Gloucester to anyone looking to get hitched, you won't regret it!

I really can't say enough about my experience at the Cruiseport. Our wedding was absolutely perfect! We had some different ideas and Kathryn (Ellen, Beth) were extremely accommodating to our "vision." They handled every aspect with the utmost professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend any couple that is looking for a gorgeous waterfront venue, an exceptional staff to make every step of your process an easy one, and to know that your wedding will be everything you imagined, to check out Cruiseport. My one complaint.....my wedding is over! Thank you to the entire staff for everything...you made our day more perfect than imaginable.

My wedding team of Bridget and Sheree were nothing short of amazing?? My wedding day was the best day of my life and I owe it all to Cruiseport! While planning my wedding I was also packing up to move to another state the day after my wedding, starting a renovation and also preparing to start up a new territory for my job and I can honestly say the only thing I didn't need to worry about was my fabulous wedding planner and venue! Thank you to everyone who created a magical and flawless wedding experience at Cruiseport! I would highly recommend this venue as well as their yaught the Beauport Princess to anyone looking for an Amazing rehearsal dinner and wedding day!

I have been married now for just about two weeks, and not a day has gone by where I have not received a phone call saying how wonderful my wedding was and how Cruiseport was absolutely fantastic . And I completely agree... The warm staff was there to answer any questions we had and Bridget was outstanding in organizing every detail. The venue was spotless, clean and well kept. The porch was beautifully adorned with flowers and heaters that helped the guests mingle outside till evening . I felt like a princess with the wonderful service that was provided. I would highly recommend Cruiseport to anyone who is getting married in the near future.

The only thing i can say about this place is how IMPECCABLY gorgeous this venue is! The scenery is perfect. A bit of industrial Gloucester but all elegance. Our wedding/event planner Ed is so great! He is laid back and never failed to meet every single small detail we requested. He is easy to communicate with, which is an important part when a bride has so many details to achieve! Thank you again. All of our guests want us to make it a yearly event! So maybe we will see you next year. Thank you again, we had the most amazing wedding ever.

We were beyond thrilled with the Cruiseport for both our ceremony and reception! It is a stunning space that is extremely well maintained, and it is easy to have a beautiful wedding because the venue is gorgeous as-is. The views are incredible, as well.

Kelsey was a huge help as our onsite coordinator. She went above and beyond, and was so easy to communicate with. She was our fairy godmother—we highly recommend working with her! All of the staff at our wedding, from the waiters to the parking staff, were extremely professional and kind. Everyone at the Cruiseport made the entire process easy for us, which is really important when you are busy planning and wanting to enjoy the big day.

The food was absolutely delicious. We got so many compliments and people saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. We especially got compliments on the cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception, which our guests said was very classy. They appreciated the convenience and wide selection the stationary hors d'oeuvres, especially the cheese.

The Cruiseport was, for our moderate budget, extremely affordable, and Kelsey was very helpful in finding ways for us to save some money and still have a beautiful wedding. If you're on a budget, I recommend booking the Cruiseport during the off-season for amazing savings.

Another aspect our guests appreciated was having the ceremony and reception in the same place, especially since it's cold in here in the winter. It was easy for everyone to park or do valet parking, and then sit back to enjoy the whole evening in one place.

We have nothing but glowing words for the Cruiseport. I highly recommend having your wedding there!

I cannot say enough great things about Cruiseport Gloucester. From the very beginning stages of planning, everything was easy and clear. There were no hidden costs, etc. The co-ordinaters that I worked with were unbelievably responsive to emails and calls with questions. Cruiseport worked with us to ensure that we got everything out of day that we wanted. We have received so many comments on how unbelievable the food was and how beautiful the venue was. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Everything was perfect at Cruiseport!!

First off, aside from being an absolutely beautiful venue, the Cruiseport staff was AMAZING! To say they are on their A-game would be an understatement. The entire staff was so warm and helpful. Everything from the reception set-up, to the small stuff such as having our signature drinks waiting for us as we entered the boat for cocktail hour, made us feel very special. We truly felt like royalty that day. I highly recommend having cocktail hour on the boat, as it was so much fun and the view was incredible. Jordan was our wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING! She is kind, personable and was super patient with the 100 questions I asked during the planning process via phone/email. Additionally, her email responsiveness was so quick, which is greatly appreciated. Also, she provided really great decor ideas that I hadn't even thought of, which I ended up utilizing and were a big hit! The day of the wedding, there were some last minute changes that came up for the reception and Jordan was extremely flexible and accommodating. You will be lucky to have Jordan as your wedding coordinator! Lastly, the food was delicious. I had the fish (because Gloucester) but wow the filet was amazing. If a beautiful, coastal New England wedding is your vision...run, don't walk to the Cruiseport!! 10/10.

If I had to do our wedding over 100 times I would pick Cruiseport every time. Through the venue search we found that many places had hidden fees or felt pressured into booking right away. We never felt that way with Cruiseport. They are very reasonably priced and their packages come with so much. The ballroom itself is gorgeous and can be decorated to fit any vision. My favorite part was working with Kristen B. She is THE BEST!! She made us feel so comfortable through the whole process, answered my millions of emails, and made sure everything was perfect. I forgot my wedding cake the morning of and she was about to go to a bakery to get one for me. People like Kristen are so hard to find especially to work with. I am beyond thankful for her and the staff at Cruiseport. You truly made our wedding day perfect. It wouldn't have been possible without you!!!! xoxo Kelly & Chris

Gloucester Cruiseport was the location of my Labor Day weekend wedding. When we booked the venue over a year ago, I knew we made the right decision. Tanya was our event coordinator there and she was AMAZING. I have a bit of a type A personality, a little bit of a control freak and she was so calm, so confident, and worked so hard to make sure our vision came to life. SUPER easy to get in contact with. A phone call was answered that moment or returned the same day or a day later. An email was responded to almost immediately. Our meetings were organized, to the point, and VERY professionally handled, yet always with a friendly smile and hand shake. The food was amazing, the staff attentive, the atmosphere just perfect!!! We cant say enough wonderful things about the Cruiseport GLoucester and Tanya. Book your wedding or any other event there and your every need, want, or request will be taken care of!!!!!! Every aspect was amazing!

The Cruiseport was amazing to work with, very professional and really simplified the planning process with their attention to detail. The beautiful room and our wonderful coordinator, Ellen, made it the perfect day. I would highly recommend this venue based on the value, quality and staff.

Ellen was our wedding coordinator for our special day. She not only coordinated our event, but she provided advice related to all parts of our wedding. Her upbeat personality made working with her so easy. I felt as if I gained a friend through this process. She was prompt to respond to any questions we had up until the day of the wedding. During the night of the wedding, she checked on us numerous times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and were satisfied. Also there was a male member of the Cruiseport that made sure all out needs were take care of. We could not be happier with the gorgeous venue and service provided to us.

I cannot say enough good things about the cruiseport! Not only is it so beautiful inside and outside the, people that work there are so professional, helpful and at your service. Kathryn was our wedding Coordinator and she was amazing she helped make our day so perfect and special! I emailed and called so many times over the year before I was getting married and they were always so patient and helpful with all of my questions or needs. The place itself is just so beautiful I got so many compliments and I was so happy with our special day. I would highly recommend the cruise port to anybody getting married at any time of the year!

CruisePort Gloucester was amazing to work with! Ellen was a fabulous coordinator and so very helpful from the beginning to the very end. The food at our rehearsal, cocktail hour and reception was absolutely delicious and the wait staff were so friendly. I received nothing but compliments from our guests on how amazing everything was. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to have a classy (yet affordable) wedding.

Cruiseport is such an amazing venue for such a great price! They are very upfront with their prices and do not play games like other venues by hiding taxes and gratuities. They give every bride a coordinator who ends up saving your life. What really made us fall in love with it is the fact that it is already so breathtaking and doesn't require decorations. Did I mention that their caterer, Vinwood, is absolutely amazing as well? We are foodies and the food was to die for. Our guests are still raving about the whole wedding so thank you Cruiseport and Vinwood for making us look so good!

We had the absolute best wedding day at the Cruiseport! Alyson was an amazing coordinator who answered every question so quickly. We chose to do the sailing cocktail hour. All of our guests loved this and we had a beautiful sunny day! Everything was just like we pictured it and the food was delicious. Some of the best espresso martinis ever! We stayed at the Beauport Hotel and they were great to communicate with for our room block as well.

My son and his wife were married here in April. The Cruiseport is gorgeous, breathtaking. They worked with Kristen the wedding coordinator who was fantastic. They live in California and she worked with them to make it all perfect like it was the only wedding she was doing. The food was A plus ( in fact even better). We all loved everything about this venue. We highly recommend it.

We had our wedding here on April 9, 2011 and Cruiseport is AMAZING! The day that I first when to check out Cruiseport, I had been to 5 other venues. The second I stepped into Cruiseport I knew I was having our wedding there - no matter the cost! I had looked at every hotel in Boston, tons of country clubs, but Cruiseport offers something really different and special. Their views are breath-taking and the space is gorgeous - very open and flexible. Floor to ceiling windows with a view of the ocean - it's incredible. They use Vin Wood as their caterer and it is a delicious choice!

All of the staff at Cruiseport is professional, helpful, flexible and truly cares about each event. I'm an event planner for a living and I had high expectations and was very picky. Cruiseport did not ever fall short. They helped make our wedding perfect - our guests were in awe! Book them quickly - they are sure to be the new hot venue for any event, but especially weddings!
