From the beginning to the end Lia was working out the details. Yes, it comes at a cost, but we heard so many good things from all who was invited, the happy hour the chefs-d'oeuvre were outstanding, the main course was even better. Lia was especially nice letting Karen (the bride) decorate the main dance room with her lovely touch.

Working with Ellen at the Crowne Plaza was one of our best decisions for our wedding. Even with some back and forth with coordinators during the process, she was more than accommodating with every email, call, and panicked late-night message. The entire staff checked in on us throughout the day before and of to make sure all of our needs were met. I HIGHLY recommend the venue for their customer service, great food, and beautiful space

I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza for a wedding venue! Sharon was our wedding coordinator and was amazing. She helped us through every step of the process! The packages that Crowne Plaza offers were so much more inclusive than any of the other venues we looked at. Having some of the vendors pre-selected truly helped reduce the load on me and my husband through the planning process. Sharon and the Crowne Plaza worked seamlessly with any additional vendor I selected, and our wedding truly ended up being the day/ evening of our dreams. All of our guests were raving about the food and the venue choice - you can not go wrong by choosing to have your wedding here!

My husband and I were turned onto the Crowne Plaza by a family friend who works in the wedding industry in Pittsburgh. He told us the venue was beautiful, affordable, and the coordinators were the best in the city, and his advice definitely did not disappoint! I worked mostly with Kelli and she was amazing! She is organized, easy-going, and flexible to work around anyone's crazy schedule. When it came down to details, Kelly broke things down so the decisions seemed simple and came easy. Our package came with a variety of things included which made planning that much easier. All of the girls had a big hospitality room to get ready the morning of, which gave the hair stylist and makeup artist plenty of room in addition to room for the girls to relax. The staff sets everything up and takes everything back down. We have gotten numerous compliments on the venue, food, and service! We could not have asked for a better venue!

I can't even give the Crowne Plaza and staff enough stars for our experience with them! Kelli and her assistant made all of my dreams come true the night of my wedding. Seeing how they made everything come together brought tears to my eyes, they went above and beyond to make our wedding a night we would never forget. My experience with Kelli from the moment I booked her to the very end was amazing. She was quick to respond to ALL of my emails and as a bride you have a million and one to ask! She even had no problem dealing with my crazy great uncle who wanted things a certain way. The staff for the wedding was incredible, always helping and making sure not only my husband and I were happy but every single one of our guests as well. The food was incredible!!!! We did a buffet which I wasn't so sure about in the beginning, turned out to be the best choice ever because it made everything so easy and simple. For everything you don't think of for the special day they have covered and will ask you before you get the chance. For all you Brides who are on the fence about a venue to choose this is no doubt the best choice to make. I can promise you that you will not regret it for one moment!!

Where do I even begin?!? The Crowne Plaza was the perfect place for our wedding. The location, price, service, and the wedding coordinator (Kelli Gorecki) cannot be beat. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at the Crowne Plaza. Everything was absolutely beautiful and wonderful. Because of Kelli we had complete confidence in our wedding. She was always available and responded to every crazy call and email from me quickly and with so much kindness. Kelli is truly one of a kind. She helped us so much. We chose the Crowne Plaza over the other hotels because we could just sense that magic from Kelli when she was talking to us about our potential wedding. She went out of her way whenever she needed to and even when she didn't need to, to make every detail we hoped and dreamed for happen. She did it with kindness. This place wasn't the type of place where you ask for one thing and they tell you that will be an extra charge, that will be an extra charge, etc. She helped us plan extra details within reason to help us stay in our budget. So many of the details were taken care of to make it a low stress planning experience for us. We got married under a beautiful arbor structure and I know she bought that off of us. So anyone looking to have an outside ceremony, I believe they still have the tools to make your wedding just as beautiful. They provided a wonderful room for us to stay in the night of our wedding and I was able to rent it out the night before for after our rehearsal. Our rehearsal was awesome and we were able to stay out late drinking on the patio with our out of town guests and wedding party. They were very accommodating to us, our wedding party, and our guests. Once our wedding was over, us and our guests that were still up for partying some more were able to all go drink in their hotel bar super late. I had the best night of my life and it was so much fun. I owe my beautiful and fun wedding to Crowne Plaza, my vendors, and especially to Kelli.

Kelli and the Crowne Plaza staff were nothing short of amazing and made our reception wonderful. The planning was as simple as reception planning can get and the desserts and centerpiece flowers are included! Definitely a great value and wonderful service! Our guests had a blast as well. We looked at various venues when deciding where to hold our reception, and after our initial meeting with Kelli, we knew that the Crowne Plaza was the perfect choice. Kelli, Shauna and staff at the Crowne Plaza South were absolutely accommodating and helpful during our wedding planning process. Anytime that we had a question, Kelli always responded back in a very timely manner, which took a lot of stress off of us. We had a lot of special requests, and Kelli made sure that all were taken care prior to our big day. The day of our wedding, the venue was absolutely gorgeous. Both the foyer and ballroom looked like what we imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests on how great of a facility the Crowne Plaza was to host a wedding. We definitely made the right choice!!!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect!! Kelli was amazing, and was a huge reason we chose the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South for our wedding venue. From our first meeting, we could tell that Kelli knew exactly what we were looking for and was the perfect person to make our wedding everything we wanted and more. And she absolutely did just that! She was always willing to answer questions and offer advice and support, and always responded to emails/phone calls within a day. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL. The food was excellent and we received many compliments from our guests about it. We had a few special requests for our wedding and Kelli and her staff were all very accommodating and easy to work with. If we had to do it all over again, we choose the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South every time. We couldn't have been happier with how our special day turned out.

Where to start!? Kelli and the Crowne Plaza staff went above and beyond our expectations to make our reception not only perfect but a memorable evening for ALL of our guests! Kelli was very responsive throughout the whole planning process and did everything she could to take the stress of wedding planning off of us. The package is all-inclusive while there are still options to upgrade. During the dinner service, my husband and I did not get to eat much; what we did eat was delicious! A server noticed we didn't eat much and set aside some of the food for us to eat once the evening was over. Our guests did not have anything but positive remarks about the food, service, and rooms. We cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day more perfect than we could have ever imagined!

Having our wedding at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South was HANDS DOWN the best decision my husband and I made while planning our wedding. The way our reception turned out completely exceeded EVERY expectation we had. IT WAS A TOTAL DREAM COME TRUE. Kelli was just incredible to work with and made the whole planning process so smooth--she is very kind, easy to work with, organized, and very professional. My husband and I have absolutely NO regrets from our wedding day and we owe so much of our big day's success to Kelli and her team! Our wedding was PERFECT. More than I could even imagine. I even teared up when they revealed the finished product to us during the cocktail hour. I could not be more pleased. And kelli was AAMAZING. She handled ALL and any issues we had immediately and with kindness. She really is the best there is to offer. My husband and I keep telling g people that they should hold their receptions here because it literally doesn't get any better. People are still coming and emailing to say it was the best weddi g they had ever attended.

She was the main reason we selected Crowne Plaza for our reception, and we are so glad that we did. It was truly breathtaking when we saw the venue all set up on the big day. Everything was perfect and no detail was overlooked.

The food was incredible. We received countless compliments from our guests on how great the food was. It came out on time and was cooked perfectly. The banquet staff and bartenders were great and took great care of not only the bridal party, but the guests as well.

Our wedding reception turned out exactly how we imagined. It was perfect! Kelli was awesome to work with as a Wedding Specialist. She was very responsive and helpful. We could trust her, which is very important when planning a wedding. We loved the preferred vendors that came with the wedding package. Donati's Florist did an excellent job with the centerpieces and the flowers for the ceremony. Signature Desserts made a beautiful and delicious cake. We would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for a wedding reception. We also picked this venue over others because of the size of the room and the fact that we didn't have to share the space with another wedding.

I just wanted to (finally) take some time to tell any newly engaged couple venue shopping for their wedding reception to seriously consider the Crowne Plaza! From the first time my husband and I contacted Kelli about meeting with her to see the venue through the night of our reception, Kelli and her staff were AMAZING. She gracefully fielded any question or off-the-wall request I had and never failed to ease my nervousness as the big day approached. The food was delicious, and everyone raved about it. The Crowne and Kelli made huge efforts in making an all-inclusive reception package but were also very flexible and accommodating with any "outside" vendors we used. When my husband and I got our "sneak peak" at the ballroom while the guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the beautifully decorate foyer, even our greatest hopes at what we envisioned were upstaged by Kelli and her staff's hard work at ensuring our special day was unforgettable. One of my favorite pictures is a high 5 between me and my husband upon seeing all of our plans come together in a way that only Kelli could orchestrate. All of the staff and servers were very attentive. When we describe our wedding day to people, we honestly have no complaints whatsoever with the Crowne. Do yourselves a favor and stop your venue search there! Thanks again, Kelli, for making the best day of our lives even better!

I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South to any brides! Kelli, my planner, was so helpful answering all my questions and was so accommodating for all of our and our parents special requests. She made everything stress-free and allowed me to really enjoy all the planning. Colleen was the manager on duty and was there all night at the reception and right there when I had any questions or needed anything. This allowed me to have fun all night and not worry about anything going wrong. The whole weekend of my wedding the staff at the Crowne, from the front desk, servers, bartenders to housekeeping made me feel like the most important person staying in their hotel, even though I knew that wasn't true. They were all so friendly and helpful. We had a huge bridal suite, which made the whole day feel like a real fairy-tale. One of the things I liked most about using the Crowne was everything that was included in the price. I used the bakery they had included in the price, which was delicious and so easy to work with, they organized the delivery, and I used the florist included and they were amazing as well. It made it easy to have everything there and not have a ton to take home at the end of the night. All of my guests have been raving about how great and hot the food was, which doesn't always happen. I don't know how they did it but all the steaks were hot and done perfectly. Everything looked beautiful and all of my guests said it was the best wedding they have been to, which says a lot because we have a ton of weddings in our family. This venue is a must see!!!

What a wonderful experience! This was my first wedding and I was at a loss. Kelli was amazing guiding me through this experience! The room was gorgeous! The lighting made it magical! Dinner was hot and delicious! So many guests approached me gushing on how much they enjoyed dinner!

We recently had our wedding reception at the Crowne Plaza and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a great venue in the Pittsburgh area. It is MUCH more reasonably priced than the venues we looked at downtown. Kelli Gorecki is the coordinator they have on staff, and she is phenomenal. Not only is she extremely competent, but you can tell she loves what she does, and always has a smile on her face!! Having her as a coordinator the day of the reception was immensely helpful - my husband and I were able to enjoy the reception and spend our time with our guests instead of worrying about small details (we planned the whole thing from out of town). Having the reception at the hotel was perfect for our out of town guests too (and the hotel handled the room reservations seamlessly). The wedding package comes with a ton of things (i.e. - cake, floral centerpieces, decorations) and contributed to hassle-free planning as well. It's a great value for the price. The food is really good too. We heard nothing but good things from our guests, and highly recommend the Crowne Plaza based off of our experience during our wedding reception!!

Kelli was the absolute best wedding coordinator we could've hoped for. She helped make sure everything was perfect for the day of our wedding. The reception room looked absolutely incredible, everything came together perfectly. All of our guests continue to tell us that this was one of the best, most fun weddings that they have been to and I think having it at the Crowne was part of the reason. We loved having the reception at a hotel location which encouraged both local and out of town guests to stay the night, giving all guests more time together to celebrate the wedding. Everything went smooth during the reception, the food was great and we danced the night away. We also utilized the outdoor tiki bar for an after party which was an added bonus of this venue.

We are so happy that we selected the Crowne Plaza for our wedding venue! From start to finish Kelli was amazing in helping us with all of the planning. Every time I contacted her with another change she had an updated contract or room layout to my inbox almost immediately. She took all of the stress out of the biggest elements of the day! We had a lot of extra items at our wedding, from building our own 12 foot structure to hold place cards, to serving drinks we brought for the cookies, to putting extra kid bags on tables, and she was on board with every crazy idea we had and figured out how to make it work. It was just so nice and calming to work with Kelli and it was no surprise that everything went absolutely perfect. Dave and Nicole, who were managing the event itself, were on top of everything! I did not pass a server or staff member that did not stop to make sure we were good and ask if we need anything. The bartender even paid attention to what me and my new husband were drinking and started pouring as soon as she saw me headed over. Our guests keep telling how great the food was too! And the hotel room they gave us as the newlyweds was the icing on the cake, with a fireplace and hot tub. It was nice to have such a relaxing space to be together after such a wild day! There was not a single thing I would have changed about our experience at Crowne. They are flexible, organized, quick to respond, and just so nice to work with. They really did help us have the best day of our lives! I just can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Kelli and her whole team!

The day of, she helped with everything from helping our guests get seated at the ceremony to checking in with my husband and I throughout the day to see if we needed anything. The Crowne Plaza had one of the best packages available. I originally contacted the hotel to talk about a room block, but my husband and I were blown away by their offer. The package included fresh floral centerpieces, a custom cake, refresher room, complementary bridal suite, room block discounts, as well as food, linens, and bar services. The planner, Kelli, was absolutely wonderful. She was there through every step of the process offering helpful tips and expertise along the way. The front desk staff gladly handled all of our issues, including the maid of honor's ID falling down the elevator shaft and my veil ending up on the roof. Within minutes, we had both back in perfect condition. Kelli stayed through dinner to make sure everything was perfect, and the bar manager was there to finish out the evening. They handled set up, tear down, and everything in between. Kelli coordinated with all of our other vendors for set up during times when weren't able to be there.

The food was absolutely perfect. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the chicken was delicious. They were very willing to work with our guests requiring special options, such as gluten free and vegetarian. We received so many compliments on the food, which was really important to us. The bar service was wonderful, even allowing us to bring in non-alcoholic beer for a guest. The security staff was pleasant and very helpful as well. We had a guest from another wedding wander into our after-party room looking for free snacks, and security took care of it almost immediately.

It is safe to say that the Crowne Plaza South exceeded all of our expectations. Kelli is a true asset to the team of well-managed and excellent workers. We couldn't have asked for a better day.

I can not say enough great things about Crowne Plaza South!!! My now Husband and I chose this venue based on it's location convience and amazing wedding coordinator, Kelli. Half way through our planning I found out Kelli was expecting and would not be back to work in time for our wedding. As any bride, I was extremely nervous about this! However after meeting her fill in I was 100% certain my wedding was in good hands, and it was!!! Shauna was so attentive, she met with me several times during the process and kept in contact via email, text, and phone calls. When I saw the ballroom for the first time on wedding day it took my breath away. It exceeded my expectations! It was everything I visioned and more!! The entire staff at Crowne Plaza was extremely nice and accomodating! I really can not say enough nice things! The transformation of the ballroom before and after is amazing! My wedding was a fairy tale. Also, the food was amazing which is a huge factor! My guests are still commenting how good the food was and how quick the service was! No one likes to sit around at a wedding, I made it clear that I wanted everything served in a timely mannor and that certainly happened!! I would have my wedding reception there all over again if I had the choice! Kelli, Shauna, and the entire staff really have exceptional talent at what they do!! The Crowne was an easy decision because the florist and bakery vendors were included in the package. So there is no "shopping around" to find affordable vebdors.

My wedding was amazing! The Crowne plaza did an excellent job! Everyone raved about the food, every part of cocktail hour and dinner was delicious! The bartenders were very polite and fast. The wait staff worked efficiently and were on top of everything the guests asked for, they were especially attentive to us. The hotel was great with the accommodations for our guests! The wedding coordinator Kelli was my savior! She did a fabulous job! She had wonderful ideas, always had answers to my questions and had solutions at all
of my problems.

Service and food was out of this world. It was very delicious and the service was wonderful. The Crowne Plaza was an awesome venue for our reception. Only a few things were wrong. The chicken dinner we ordered was wrong. I am not sure what chicken dish we ended up with, but it wasn't chicken asiago. I asked for a glutten free plate for one of my guests and the staff knew nothing about it. They had to make him something on the fly. Other than that, Kelly was always helpful and the place looked amazing!

It was so easy and an enjoyable experience working with kelli! She always listened and did exactly what we asked. When we walked in the room for the first time we were both taken back at how beautiful it look! It was way past our expectations! I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza. They're easy to work with and very accommodating. As the mother of the bride I never felt like I was imposing when I needed to have my questions answered. The food was delicious and served hot. The florist and DJ that was recommended did a great job. Also, having the Tiki Bar outside was great because once the reception was over the party continued.

I was an absolute nightmare trying to find the perfect venue for my wedding and as soon as I met Kelli she made the decision easy for us. She is seriously the BEST! She is very quick to respond to many questions that I had in the process and makes you feel like you are the top priority which I felt was truly lacking in other Pittsburgh Hotels that we visited. Kelli and her staff have a very "make it happen" attitude that is greatly appreciated. I had some different ideas and specific decor requests and she set everything up perfectly exactly how I envisioned. Not only is the staff easy to work with, but I received many compliments on the food with people saying it was the best food they've ever had a wedding. The cake and flowers that come in the wedding package were absolutely wonderful too. The florist and Bakery staff were also easy to work with and worked with my ideas and instead of having me just pick something generic, they come up with something specific to YOU. In the morning, my friends, mom and myself got our hair and makeup done in the smaller conference room at the Crowne and the staff kept coming in and checking to see if we need anything, brought us waters and made us feel very relaxed. Choosing the Crowne Plaza was a great decision for our wedding and I can not say enough good things about them! If you don't have a venue yet please give them a visit!

My hubby and I searched high and low and talked with many 'coordinators' at the beginning of our planning process. There were some gorgeous venues, but the you could quickly the person who you were speaking with thought it was just a job - except Kelli. She is amazing. She was just as excited as us that we were getting married. She was flexible (we substituted a few things) and always available. She was very patient too and made the venue a beautiful beach paradise for our wedding. I cannot urge you enough to go see her, she is accommodating and always has a smile - you won't be sorry :)
The entire team that works with her is awesome too, the cake is to die for and our flowers were breath taking. People are still raving about them, and I make the 45 minute trip to the florist for any occasion I can!

Can't say enough good things about the Crown Plaza South. Kelli, event planner and Bryan, general manager so pleasant and professional to work with. Great value, the food was excellent, room set up very pretty, wait staff and bartenders friendly and efficient. I'm still receiving compliments on how nice everything was! Also, about 20 of us had Sunday brunch there the next day and that was great as well. Everything we wanted for our daughter's wedding. We wouldn't change a thing!

We had our reception at the crowne plaza. We had about 160 people attend. Everything looked amazing and we didn't have to any of the work! They include cake, flowers, linens, food and bar is all one price. They also have a 5 hour bar where most only have 4.

If you want a fabulous wedding that will not cost you an arm and leg, this is the place to go. Kelli who is the director of catering and also the wedding coordinator is superb. She has definitely found her calling and that is make your event or in our case wedding to go as smoothly as possible. She was always helpful and is a truly lovely person. The appetizers were delicious and many of the guests said they would have been happy just to eat those. The actual dinner was beyond expectation. They do not skimp on size nor taste. The food was fantastic. All the guests were impressed and said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have attended. I love the staff and especially Kelli....a big thank you to them all for making this a memorable day for all.

The ability to personalize EVERYTHING was so wonderful, but the full service offering was just incredible. They really mean full service too--we didn't pay extra for anything--it included flowers, cakes, desserts, appetizers, meal, alcohol, and top notch service.

one of my bridesmaids didn't tell me about a recent food allergy and couldn't eat what we had selected. As we were making the rounds by the tables I noticed, and told one of the wonderful employees. No joke, within 5 minutes a new plate was in front of here and she was thrilled.

also, Kelli really will bend over backwards to make magic happen. They do all the set up of favors, photos, and anything. They are so accomodating and provide as much space as possible in the hotel for the bridal party to be made comfortable. And, beyond that, their price was great.


Helpful hint: have a plan in place for taking home/sharing/donating the desserts because there WILL be extras. If you plan on giving it to Hotel Staff, make it very clear to management so that the great food from Signature Desserts can be enjoyed--there will be extra EVERYTHING, and your guests will be THRILLED.

We highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South as a venue for wedding receptions! Kelly Gorecki the Director of Catering / Weddings is a true professional. She was responsive, reliable and it was obvious that she has a passion for what she does, which translates into a beautiful event! The menu options were good and the quality and taste of the food was spectacular. This venue offers flexibility and packages that would accommodate all types of weddings. We will never forget our special day in a special city in a special location. We are already talking about having another wedding celebration in 10 years and of course we will have it at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South!

Kelli Gorecki from the Crowne Plaza in south Hills is a outstanding wedding specialist in Pittsburgh. I was a nervous Bride and read all reviews from all different hotels and venues. Kelli was the one who had the best reviews and I read them all!!!! you still never know until you meet the person. Kelli is professional and down the earth. She takes all your worries away and CAN HANDLE anything you throw at her. She made my Wedding special to me and my husband. I would recommend Kelli Gorecki to anyone who wants a wedding specialist who goes the extra mile, who is always positive and will do anything in her power to make sure it's the wedding you always hope for. My wedding was April 23,2016.

We loved having our reception at CP South! Kelli, the coordinator there, is fantastic. She was so easy to work with and fun. She was very flexible with our few requests, and the set-up she did the day of the wedding turned out beautifully. The service was great, all of our guests were served quickly. The food was good, what would be expected when serving 200. The prices were good, a little more than we wanted to pay, but definitely a good value compared to other similar places.

The Crown Plaza was a great option for our recent wedding. The events coordinator, Lia, and her team were incredibly flexible and helpful with all aspects of the planning. I'm a little bit type-A so I wanted to set up the table decorations myself, even though Lia's team offered to do it for us. This actually took some stress off of me as I had the opportunity to set everything up the night before and her staff was there to assist. The event went off without a hitch - the cocktail hour was perfectly set up when we arrived from the church so our guests were able to start eating and drinking right away. The ballroom was beautiful with uplighting and ambience that was perfect for our taste. Everything was perfect and we couldn't be happier!

I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for a wedding reception. KELLI/Shauna were great to work with! They were very accommodating and were prompt in getting back to me when I had a question.

The crowne plaza was just about perfect for our big day! We would highly recommend them. Kelli was the best to work with and always so nice and friendly and made the bride (me) feel so comfortable and at ease with everything that needed to happen the day of! She put everything together for us with the help of the florists team at the botanical emporium. All was just about as perfect as it could be!! Thank you Kelli and the crowne!!

When trying to find a vendor for our wedding, my now husband and I had no idea where to start. We live in Virginia and we both grew up around Pittsburgh and decided to have the wedding there. We had looked at a few vendors and weren't really liking what we saw, and so we decided to look at some of the hotels in the area. Not only was the facility beautiful but my parents had just been to a wedding of a friend of mine I was not able to make it to that had it at this location. They had remarked about the food as well as the atmosphere. The fact that Kelli in the wedding office took care of so much for us was such a relief. Our visits home were so few and far between and had been a mad rush of getting as much as we could on these visits was extremely stressful. Kelli always responded in a timely manner and had many great suggestions for us. The package that we selected included all of the food, open bar, flower arrangements done by a local florist for all of the tables and the cake from a local bakery. The florist provided a 20% off because we were using the hotel for business so that helped us getting our bouquets and other flowers we needed. The bakery was delicious! I had worked at a restaurant when I was younger that had their cakes. The owner did our cake tasting and was super friendly and flexible. Not only was our cake beautiful and unique in its flavor (tiramasu filling!) but kelly made sure that everything was laid out perfectly along with it. The day before the wedding, we had dropped off a bunch of things for the tables and guest book and such, and Kelli and her team set EVERYTHING up. We didnt have to do a thing! I would highly recommend going the hotel route if youre looking for wedding vendors. Although it may have been a little more money, it was well worth it in the fact we had to worry about nothing and everything was flawless. We had many remarks about how beautiful everything was. We would highly recommend the Crown Plaza south to all!

just booked the venue. haven't had the wedding yet but kelli is already great to work with. fiancé and I fell in love with this venue. its perfect. has so many inclusions which means less hassle and stress for me. which means happier fiancé too.

Kelli Gorecki, the Crowne Plaza's Wedding Specialist, was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her charisma and upbeat personality sold me on the hotel as my wedding reception location! She made every wedding detail simple and to the point, which kept the whole planning process relatively stress-free. The ballroom was decorated beautifully, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly on our big day. Would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South to future brides!!!

This venue was great until I had to cancel my wedding because of Covid 19. The wedding coordinators stopped responding to emails and phone calls which forced me to have to talk to the GM. GM was great but not very responsive and did not provide me updates on what was happening. Very disappointed in how refunding me my money was handled. I was so excited and looking forward to having my wedding here but it seems like me canceling it was a blessing in disguise.
