Amazing Experience!
Crosstown Press was amazing to work with! Steve and Lynn made our invitation vision come to life. We received so many complements on how beautiful our wedding invitation was. They also helped us with our programs for the ceremony. They have incredible insight and expertise as they have many years of experience. Would highly recommend! -

Finding a reliable vendor to do wedding invitations is difficult, but Crosstown Press is definitely the most reliable vendor out there for handling invitations for your special day. We worked with Lynn and Steve, who were very welcoming and were helpful in designing our wedding invitations. They made sure every detail was correct down to the last letter, and were responsive in both email and phone whenever we had questions throughout the process. We visited vendors as well, but Crosstown Press definitely gives you the personal attention and delivers high quality invitations, and superb customer service to boot. We'd definitely recommend them for any and all stationary services. -

We used Crosstown Press for our wedding invitations. It was so nice to be able to go into the shop to touch and feel the invitations instead of doing it online. You really get the professional treatment from the entire staff from start to finish! We had a custom invitation created for our wedding and were so happy with the results!! We actually missed something in the proofs and they took care of it within a few days at no charge. A great value at a wonderful family run business! -

They allowed me to sit in their location and did not bother me as I looked through invitations after invitations. This a small thing but from the many places I went was not the case and I was so thankful they allowed me to look through hundreds of books. Once I was ready they were so helpful and really made sure that every aspect of my save the dates and invitations were done perfectly. -

A friend got married in August, and three days before her wedding, she called me in a panic because the wedding programs she ordered online arrived and were "all wrong" (her words). As a dutiful bridesmaid, I confirmed that she wanted me to "fix" it, and I contacted Crosstown Press. I explained that we needed new programs in a similar design overnight. They created beautiful wedding programs of an incredible quality, and my friend was thrilled. I found the price to be quite fair, and in line with other professional services. Though it was more than my friend originally spent, the quality was FAR superior, and most importantly, the programs were done correctly. I had already booked a stationer for my wedding, but I will always keep Crosstown Press in mind for paper good needs, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for invitations or other paper goods. They really were a pleasure to work with. -

I fell in love with our wedding invitiations, ceremony programs, and reception place cards that Crosstown Press made for our wedding. Prior to visiting Crosstown Press, I was discouraged because I could not find any wedding invitations I liked. I feared that I would have to settle. I had a vision in my head, but no one could seem to make it happen. I found exactly what I was looking for once I visited Crosstown Press. Upon mailing our invitations, I started immediately getting calls and texts from our family and friends who LOVED our invitations. I could not be happier with all of our final products and will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you to Steve and Lynn and the entire staff at Crosstown Press! -

I cannot say enough positive words about the service I received from Crosstown Press. Lynn helped me every step of the way and was extremely patient and helpful. Everything I needed printed for the wedding, I came here. We just sent out our invitations and they are beyond beautiful. Lynn sat with us for hours customizing every single little detail, down to the different shades of gold available for the text. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crosstown Press for any printing needs, especially wedding invitations. From this day on, I will NEVER go anywhere else to have anything printed besides Crosstown Press. They have been in the business for so many years and they are truly the experts. The customer service is top notch. I can't even imagine how I thought I was going to have my invitations printed online. If you are thinking about using their services, trust me, you will not regret it! -

High quality invitations, great to work with! We also got our place cards, table number cards, favor cards, etc. with Crosstown Press. It was great using one place for everything so you can stick with your theme/colors all the way through. Steven and Lynn are both so nice and Lynn was great in getting the proofs edited and sent back for me to review very quickly. Steven is willing to work with you to stay in your budget. The quality of our invitations was top notch...everyone complimented them!! -

Crosstown Press was amazing to work with for my wedding invitations and wedding favor labels. Lynn who handles the invitation orders was so quick to get back to any questions I had via e-mail and even helped to create a custom label for my mini maple syrup jar favors. I highly recommend Crosstown Press as they do all of their printing in house and do not send the invitations out as some other places do. -

When we were shopping for invitations for our wedding we were overwhelmed. Onced we arrived at Crosstown Press, they sat down with us, asked us what we invisioned for our wedding, and helped us pick the perfect invitatio for us. We couldn't have been happier with the quality, professionalism, and price of our invitation. Honestly, everything was perfect and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. -

I was so happy with all of the stationary we purchased through Crosstown Press for our June wedding. It was so easy to work with Lynn to email back and forth regarding our edits and proofs for invites, programs, menu, envelopes, and table number cards. I received very prompt responses via email and phone. I have received so many compliments on all of the stationary and was very happy with the entire process. -

I was behind schedule on planning so when I went to Crosstown Press and we started talking about timelines, I realized that I needed my invites immediately in order to get them out and get my numbers back to the caterer...
Lynn helped me design the exact invitation that I wanted, showed me different paper that would save me money but still be beautiful, and got the proof to me the next day. Within a few days, 100 invitations were printed at no extra cost and they were beautiful!
My only "complaint" is that the green ink was a little too olive for my taste at first but it ended up being fine! Very happy! -

Crosstown Press did a beautiful job on our wedding invitations. I was worried about ordering invitations on line as I wanted to be able to see in person and touch them to know what I was really getting.
Lynn was great to work with from our first visit to the day we picked them up. She never rushed us and let us go through the tons of books they have to get an idea of what we wanted. When we finally placed our order, she spent lots of time working on the language of the invitation to make sure it said what we wanted.
We were also sent proofs of the invitations so we could tweak things that we wanted and Lynn sent us a few options to view.
When we finally picked them up we were very happy with the finished project. Our guests have really liked them too.
I would return to Crosstown Press if I needed invitations again in the future. -

I was not looking forward to spending a lot of money on invitations, as I knew that they would most likely just be thrown away after the wedding. With that being said, I looked into a lot of different options and was ultimately referred to Crosstown Press. They do a BEAUTIFUL job with invitations and make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Although they were still more than I was hoping to spend, I quickly learned that they were very comparably priced. Many wedding guests complimented us on how classy our invitations were and they really were exactly what we were envisioning. If you want beautiful, classy, elegant, but not super expensive invitations, then I would highly recommend Crosstown. -

Two friends referred me here. I worked with Ali, and was given a quote. I paid a $200 deposit. After the fact, I decided to have them print the addresses on the outer envelopes. I wrote down the extra charge as $1 (but might have written it down wrong - it was $1.49 each). A few weeks later I got a voice mail that my invitations were ready! Two days later I left work early, & drove there. Due to traffic, it ended up taking 1 hr and 10 min. When I arrived, I was told they weren't ready. They had come in w/ color issues, were sent back out again, they came back wrong again, so they were sent out a 3rd time. I appreciate their attention to detail with noting the issue, but was frustrated that I was called and told they were ready, when they were not. Ali and the older woman there were quite kind, and felt bad. Ali offered to have the invitations shipped when they came in and I wouldn't have to pay until I was able to look them over. I said for them to call when they were ready, & that I was decide then.
I received an email from Lynn saying they were ready, & that they were sorry I had made the drive before. I decided to go get them but before I did, I called to confirm. Lynn answered & when I said who I was, she said, I emailed you and already told you they were ready. I said I understand that, but I just wanted to confirm before driving there because I had already made the drive there for nothing. She was perturbed I called. I also said that Ali had offered to ship to me. Lynn said we can do that but you have to pay first. I decided to drive there to get them so I could look at them. The invoice had a $14.95 charge for a printed guest list that I did not ask for (I already have one!). The invitations were pretty but we ended up having MAJOR issues with the outer envelopes. Some were torn at the point, and many of them did not stay sealed so guests told me they arrived unsealed. I used the glue stick CP had given me. A disappointing experience overall. -

I’m finally getting around to writing this review. Simply said, our invitations were the most disappointing aspect of our wedding process. I thought going to a professional place would be worth it and less aggravation but it turned out to be the exact opposite. The Crosstown staff lacked professionalism. Nothing about the process went smoothly. Options with font, wording, and coloring were not well explained initially which snowballed into a completely unorganized mess. After all was said and done, we spent almost $1000 on barely average invitations (that was with a “discount” for all trouble I seemed to have caused them). I actually cried about the wasted money. There’s nothing we can do about it now but I can at least warn other people. Do your research before you settle or put money down. There are so many other options and in my opinion you could do your own invitations better or by using an online website. -

Worst Experience I've Ever Had
I'm relieved to finally have our wedding invitations in our possession, so I can share the ordeal we endured. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company for their invites to think twice. It was undoubtedly the most frustrating and disorganized process I've ever experienced.
We ordered our wedding invitations from Crosstown Press, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. I'm only speaking out now because the invites are finally with us, meaning I never have to deal with this company again. To begin, they made countless errors throughout the process—errors that might have been overlooked if they had responded promptly. Sometimes we waited days, even weeks, without any updates. Their promise that we could contact them day or night turned out to be a complete lie—they only responded when we escalated our complaints. And each response brought more laughable mistakes. They didn't proofread; they even misspelled my name at one point. Every step was a challenge.
The first major issue was their timeline. We needed our invites by mid-April, but they couldn't meet that deadline and were often unresponsive. When they did reply, they introduced more errors, and we didn't receive anything until May. We had sent our menu selections by mid-April as the invites were supposed to go out shortly after. It should have been a simple copy-paste job, but instead, we heard nothing back. It was bewildering. They ghosted and gaslighted us until, out of concern, I suggested finding another provider. However, everyone else felt we were too far along to switch.
Transparency was non-existent. Throughout this ENTIRE PROCESS, they never once provided a price. When we first saw the invites, we asked for pricing, which they never sent. For over a month, we requested a quote, and they remained silent. Finally, after tolerating enough nonsense, my fiancé, having been ignored when I raised the issue (a bit sexist, frankly), got them to assure us on a Friday in early May that we "wouldn't be surprised by the price." Yet, they still DIDN'T GIVE US A PRICE. Then, on Monday, without our sign-off on ANYTHING, they printed the invitations. We hadn’t approved them, we hadn’t agreed on paper—nothing. And then, they sent us a bill three times higher than we expected. At that point, it wasn't even about the money; I was appalled by the entire process. We wanted our invites sent in mid-April, and by now, it was May. They had put us in a difficult position: we either had to start over with another company or accept the invites as is. I wouldn't have paid them a dime. The invites weren’t even what I wanted because their lack of communication left us no time to make changes. We then had to decide what to cut from the invites. Despite all the discussions about paper types, how could my fiancé know the cost when they never provided it? It was all lies and deceit. And once again, they stopped addressing me directly, speaking only to my fiancé, who reluctantly agreed to pay them since they had already printed the invitations. Who decides to print before confirming the price, after we had asked countless times? They offered weak excuses about their long business history, but it was all nonsense, and I am still furious. Not to mention, our invites look average—nothing special. We could have easily used a service like Minted for a fraction of the cost, which was my initial preference. Their timing put us in a bind. Can someone explain how they set the price only after creating the entire invites, expecting us to just pay? It makes no sense. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. They never apologized, only made excuses. We followed up numerous times, always to be met with more excuses. Now that we're done with them, I advise anyone looking for invitations to steer clear of them. And may I remind you—they still haven't apologized. It's disgraceful. -
