    Lovely venue

My son was married at Crossroads. It's very spacious, inviting, and has a lot of attention to detail. There are lots of nice touches, you will not need a lot of extra decorations. There are lovely places to gather from high-end fire pits outside to couches inside, so it accommodates lots of people, but still feels intimate. Highly recommend.

    Couldn't be more happy

After walking in to your the venue, I instantly knew I wanted to book it for my wedding. Jen and Becky were so helpful from beginning to end. I was floored honestly by how amazing they were. They were quick to respond to any questions I had, and answered a lot I didnt even know I had. I'm blown away from how amazing the Crossroads team is. I would refer anyone and everyone to work with them. The venue is beautiful and needs very little decoration and so spacious so you don't feel cramped at all. I could rave on and on about Crossroads. They made our day more than perfect! Plus the vendors they suggest to work with for catering and florals, listen to them!! Everything went off without a hitch, they made our day perfect. I wish we could relive it again and again!

    Gorgeous venue!

Jen and Becky were incredibly helpful in the wedding process! They have so many planning tools and ideas to help you create your perfect day. We got married in January so we needed a completely indoor venue that didn’t fill crowded and this was the perfect choice. It is on the pricier side, but it was worth every penny! They have a lot of different options outside and inside and they even gave me the idea to do a big barn door reveal when I walked down the aisle (ask them about it!). They have made lots of upgrades recently including a new grooms room always have a lot going on at the barn. ON wedding day, Becky and Jen were there to answer questions and help with anything we needed.

Thomas Family Farm was the perfect place to get married! They included linens, tables, fun rustic accent pieces for the reception area (barrels, doors, etc.) and were so helpful and wanted to make our Big Day the best possible! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fun barn wedding that can have the reception and ceremony at the same location!

If you are looking for a rustic barn like feel, this is the place to get married. When I first saw pictures of the place I thought it looked amazing, then when I actually went to see it to make sure it was where I wanted to get married I fell in love. They provide your table and chairs and the table clothes for your tables. You really don't need decorations the venue alone is a decoration. I'm just having centerpieces, but everything else is done for me. I can't wait for my wedding day. This place is the best for a BIG wedding! :)

This venue is so big and beautiful, it was definitely our dream venue! It was SO nice that the venue itself is so beautiful that I really didn't have to add much decor-great money & stress saver! They add so much more value than other venues by offering the tables, chairs, linens, additional tables, decor, and the employees that aren't technically your wedding coordinators, but are so willing to help out with whatever questions I had without additional cost! We used their sound system and projectors for an additional cost, but they were worth it and very high quality. I recommend bringing additional signage to guide your guests to the entrance and parking though...we had an overwhelming amount of guests that commented on how long it took them to find the entrance and parking. Everyone had a great time when they got there though! Thanks you Thomas Family for opening up your beautiful venue to us! -The Fitzhughs

Beautiful ceremony and reception venue! Debbie and her team were great to work with. They included so much in the rental (tables, chairs, linens, decor).

    Summary:
Spectacular venue, frustrating communication, but very much worth it.

    Details:
The venue was absolutely breathtaking. We loved it at first sight, and it did not disappoint. They continue to improve it, just recently adding beautiful long farm tables. Guests had different spaces to dance, visit outside, and roast marshmallows around beautiful fire pits.
Our "day of" venue contacts, Delaney and John, were wonderful. They took care of any attention the bathrooms or other facilities needed, wrapped/unwrapped the white curtains, and even opened the barn doors during my ceremony for a grand entrance.
We had a venue visit a month ahead; Debbie and Marv were very helpful, patient with our questions, and had great suggestions about which setup/items might work best.
Working with Crossroads, we did have difficulties with communication via email (phone calls were discouraged). My questions via email often did not receive responses until a second or third follow up. Trying to schedule the venue visit took multiple email requests. After I sent my confirmation the week-of, the owners requested paperwork that I had already sent; subsequent emails explained that I had been confused with another bride. Perhaps most frustrating, we received a list requirements for the day-of 3 days before my wedding. It was all well worth it for a picture-perfect venue, but certainly took patience.

    Very disappointed with wedding experience

My wife and I got married Feb 5th, 2022 at Crossroads/Thomas Family Farm (TFF). The purpose of this review is to WARN FUTURE WEDDING/EVENT PLANNERS THAT THERE ARE MANY BETTER VENUES, WITH FAR MORE ACCOMODATING ALCOHOL POLICIES, THAT WON’T SCAR YOUR EVENT.
TFF’s owner, Debra M. Thomas, is so unprofessional, her alcohol policies are arbitrary. In short, Debra requires the use of her brother to serve alcohol for any event. He is the most unfriendly and unprofessional guy you’ll meet. HE ULTIMATELY MADE AN ARBITRARY DECISION TO END ALCOHOL SERVICE WITHOUT GIVING ANY WARNING OR REASONING, LEAVING A SCAR ON OUR WEDDING. There are easily a dozen other Snohomish event locations that allow for professional bartenders and policies that ensure your event will be handled professionally. DO NOT HOLD YOUR EVENT AT THOMAS FAMILY FARM.
    Here Is what happened:
-Debra M. Thomas, owner of TFF, requires the use of her brother to serve alcohol. No other person/entity can serve alcohol (Debbie is TFF’s owner). During the event, I had numerous guests describe how unfriendly the bartender was. A bar manager / relative of mine said he was so unfriendly that he’d never get a job at a decent establishment. Strike 1 for any event.
-The bartender stopped serving alcohol before the contracted 9:30pm time. He gave no warning or reasoning. Our wedding had 80 guests, mostly all over 50-years-old, with only a handful of 20-year-olds. The next day, my wife and I had 25 relatives over to our house and asked if anyone saw anyone stumbling/drunk. Not one person said they saw EVEN ONE PERSON. During the event, when I asked the bartender why he made this decision, HE DIDN’T GIVE ONE DATA POINT. There was no warning given to my wife and I either. At the event, I asked Becky Harper, TFF’s coordinator, why the bartender made the decision, she said she didn’t know, then said “I WOULD NOT HAVE STOPPED SERVICE.” In the months before the wedding, Becky described 300-person events that got out-of-hand with alcohol. I can’t imagine our 80-person, nearly all over-age-50 wedding could have been any tamer. To this day, we have not been given any reason. TFF has every right to not serve an individual who’s intoxicated but no one appeared intoxicated. His random decision affected our ENTIRE WEDDING. Strike 2.
-The bartender wouldn’t serve my 82-year-old stepfather because ‘he was drunk’. Not only does my father-in-law not have more than 2 drinks, he walks with a shuffle/stumble normally. He was SO insulted. I wanted an apology from TFF. After the event, I offered to bring my father-in-law to TFF’s facility to prove it. Debbie, the owner, didn’t respond. Strike 3.
-When I challenged the bartender to give me data and allow either our day-of coordinator, my wife, or I to address any TFF concern, he only said “take it up with my sister,” who wasn’t at the event. He then called me a drunk. I told my wife, wedding party, and 25 relatives the next day what he said and every single person was astonished as I barely had anything to drink. He was incredibly unprofessional by not providing data points and so insulting calling me drunk. Strike 4.
-TFF has no policy to allow for ‘escalating warnings’ that allows event coordinators/payees to address TFF concerns before taking actions that affect an event. After the event, when I made this recommendation to Debbie for future events, she didn’t respond. Strike 5.
-I asked Debbie for apologies, I recommended that TFF adopt better alcohol policies, I recommended TFF should allow for friendlier bartenders. Debbie didn’t respond. Strike 6.
-When we repeatedly asked Debbie to take accountability for the black scar the bartender placed on our event, she only replied saying she was going to ask a lawyer if TFF was required to refund anything. No accountability. No apology.
We’re still aghast that Thomas Family Farm was so unprofessional. My wife and I would not recommend ANY EVENT be held there. BEWARE.
