Cross Creek Wedding of Our Dreams!
We cannot say enough good things about Cross Creek Ranch. I went into wedding planning knowing almost nothing and definitely wasn’t the kind of bride who had a clear vision or Pinterest board mapped out. From day one, Cross Creek made the entire process feel approachable, organized, and honestly enjoyable.
Their planning and design teams are incredible. They have so many resources to help you discover your style and wedding vibe, and they truly manage the process end to end. Everything stayed on schedule, nothing felt overwhelming, and we always felt supported and taken care of.
The day of coordinators were exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, kept everything moving smoothly, and made us feel like the most important people in the world that day. They were calm, reassuring, and thoughtful in every moment. At one point, they even helped one of our wedding guests who broke her shoe. The way they took care of not just us, but our guests as well, really says everything about their team.
Their preferred vendors are also top notch. We loved every single one. The photographer, makeup artist, transportation company, DJ, and caterer were all amazing. We would absolutely use them again for future special occasions.
Most importantly, our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. It genuinely exceeded our expectations. The Cross Creek team made sure we actually got to enjoy our day together and built in moments for us to pause, soak it all in, eat our food, and enjoy our drinks.
Weeks later, our friends and family are still buzzing about our wedding and saying how much they want to relive it. That alone says everything.
It was an absolutely beautiful day, and it is all thanks to Cross Creek Ranch. We will be forever grateful for the experience they gave us. -

Beautiful all-inclusive venue
Everyone at Cross Creek did a wonderful job of making our wedding day beautiful 🥰 the planning was easy, which was the idea with an all-inclusive venue, and our wedding day was completely stress free. I highly recommend booking here if you are considering venues for your wedding. -

Cross Creek made our wedding dreams come true! They are so helpful, and organized when it comes time to plan. The detail meetings were always so informative. They can make any aesthetic or theme come to life. They took most of the wedding planning stress off us (I say most bc its a wedding LOL). They thought of all the details so I didnt have to. All we had to do day of was show up and get married! They took over the rest. The day went so smoothly because of Holly and her team! Any questions or comments she was on top of it! Helping us, bridal party & our families! They were all so kind, and attentive! The property is stunning, and theres no one spot there you cant take a good picture. I would recommend cross creek to just about anyone! -

Absolutely Phenomenal!!!
Cross Creek Ranch was the most perfect wedding venue we could have possibly hoped for! As a couple who both work full time and live about three hours away, the coordinators at Cross Creek made sure we were kept in the loop about decisions that needed to be made and were there to guide us through every step of the planning process. The food from the catering company they work with was delicious, and they were flexible with our requests. The decor they provided was stunning and exactly matched our vision, and design coordinator Lisa was a huge part of that -- she brought our Pinterest board to life! The day-of coordinators Jenn and Val were absolutely phenomenal, and made sure our day was truly special. Every little detail was thought of, and the venue itself is obviously gorgeous! Absolutely would recommend coming here if you want top-tier customer service and attention to detail. Thank you! -

Holly and her team did a great job from start to finish. They supported our needs and quickly answered any questions we had while planning event from Michigan. Day of wedding was so smooth, and everything was taken care of. Bride and Groom loved event, and we were told it was the best wedding our friends had attended in years! Cannot say enough about how much everyone loved Holly and her attention to every detail. Event was 100/100! -

From start to finish, our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch was nothing short of perfect! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person—from the coordinators to the décor team, catering staff, and reception crew—went above and beyond to make sure our night was seamless and magical.
One of the things we appreciated the most was how stress-free the entire experience was for us. All of our options were laid out so clearly, and we were given such a wide variety of choices for décor and backdrops. At the same time, we had the freedom to add our own personal touches, and the venue was fantastic about working with us on anything we wanted to implement ourselves. Everything was so well-organized, especially when it came to working with vendors. Everyone communicated and collaborated perfectly, making the entire process smooth and effortless.
A special shoutout to Valerie, who was an absolute angel throughout the night! She made sure that both Tyler and I were taken care of, ensuring we got all of our photos without ever making us feel rushed. She kept everything running smoothly while still allowing us to truly enjoy each moment. Her attentiveness and kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are beyond grateful for her dedication.
The venue itself is breathtaking, but I have to mention how amazing the getting-ready spaces were—especially for the bride! The bridal suite was more than I could have asked for, with plenty of space for both large and small bridal parties. My bridesmaids and I had such a wonderful time getting ready that morning, and it was the perfect space to relax, enjoy the moment, and prepare for the big day.
We couldn’t have asked for a better evening, and we will absolutely be recommending Cross Creek Ranch to all of our family and friends. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that is beautiful, well-organized, and staffed by the most wonderful people, look no further. Cross Creek Ranch delivered more than we even knew we were getting when we signed our contract with them - from the initial tour through planning and the day of, the whole staff was very responsive, accommodating, and so enthusiastic (in a lovely and not overbearing way!). Not to mention that we planned our whole wedding remotely from CT and TX! Holly, the general manager, was so great on our tour day with helping us decide which venue was best for our guest count/ideas and on the day after our wedding as we picked up leftover items. Lisa did a phenomenal job with design, and this is coming from someone who felt a little overwhelmed/unsure on vision for the wedding. She took what ideas we did have and fleshed them out beautifully. (Not to mention she also saw my look of being a bit out of sync with our moms on the design day and advocated for my design choices along with my husband - thank you!). Haley did an awesome job at keeping us in the loop throughout the planning process and answered all of our questions/coordinated with vendors in a timely manner, even when there was an unexpected change in the cake vendor. Alicia and Annika were our day of coordinators and are so, so lovely. They made us feel cared for, touched base with us on any needed changes on the day of the wedding, and handled all of the little details with an unbelievable amount of ease. They even took a photo for our photo guest book and left a sweet message - we're so happy we had them. The vendors - Alessi Bakery, Alta Fleura, Vesh catering - were all great (our guests commented multiple times on the quality of food and cake!). You can tell CCR loves what they do and they do a fantastic job with it. -

Our wedding on January 5th at The Carriage House was truly a dream come true, all thanks to Cross Creek Ranch and their incredible team. From start to finish, our experience was flawless, even as we navigated planning from out of town and facing two hurricanes in one month. We originally booked our wedding for January 2025 in August of 2023 while living outside the Tampa area, but after moving to Tampa in July of 2024, the team made our transition seamless.
Our event liaison, Haley, was always available to answer questions with kindness and patience. Our lead coordinator, Klaudia, ensured that everything on our wedding day ran smoothly, making the final preparations stress-free. Our assistant coordinator, Valerie, was incredibly supportive throughout the day, continuously making my husband and me feel special. Bria, our house mom, created a warm and welcoming environment while we got ready, and my bridal assistant, Amber, was so attentive and reassuring in moments when I felt overwhelmed.
The attention to detail extended to every aspect of our wedding. Our florist, Alta, crafted the most breathtaking bouquets and boutonnières, putting so much heart into her work. Lisa, our design lead, guided us effortlessly through the decor selection process, offering a wide range of options to fit any style or vision.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning—pristine, well-maintained, and simply magical. The team was prepared for any weather scenario, ensuring a perfect day regardless of conditions. Our reception space was elegant, and the cocktail hour felt like a scene from a movie. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful everything was.
To top off our incredible experience, my husband and I stayed on the property in their charming “Little House” for our honeymoon night. It was the perfect ending to our celebration, allowing us to enjoy our sparkler exit and retreat to a cozy, romantic space right on-site.
The women at Cross Creek Ranch are truly exceptional. They are dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and celebrating their couples, making the entire planning process and wedding day as smooth and joyful as possible. Cross Creek Ranch helped give me the wedding of my dreams. I truly cannot speak highly enough of this venue and its staff.
The venue itself is simply stunning, and the grounds are well-maintained. After our initial tour, we fell in love with the Enchanted Forest ceremony space and the Carriage House Stable, and it was very easy to get our wedding date booked and contracts signed.
My wedding had to be postponed from October 2024 to January 2025 due to Hurricane Milton. During the process of deciding to reschedule my wedding, the team was so transparent with me, and I absolutely felt like Bonnie, the owner, and Holly, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our new wedding date. I cannot thank these two enough!
The entire coordination staff was very responsive throughout the planning process. It didn’t matter if I needed help reviewing wedding insurance or needed a recommendation for a vendor; the CCR team was just an email, and they always replied quickly. Lisa and the entire design team are incredible, and they really think about everything. The decor and flowers for our wedding turned out even better than I could have imagined. Their silk florals are very high quality and allow you to have as many florals as you want.
Our day-of coordinator, Valerie, was the absolute best. She was so sweet and took care of literally everything. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and could just spend the evening enjoying ourselves. The other staff, including Amber, Trish, and Breonna, were so unbelievably helpful; they made sure my dress looked perfect, my veil was secured well, and even helped fix the bustle on my dress before the reception. I really don’t know what I would have done without them!
All of the vendors that Cross Creek uses are exceptional. Catered by Vesh, Alta Fleura, Grant Hemond and Associates, and Alessi Bakery were all phenomenal, and the Cross Creek Ranch staff took care of a lot of the communication for these vendors, which was a huge help. Cross Creek’s preferred vendor list helped me find the perfect fit for my photographer, hair and makeup artist, musicians, and officiant. They have really thought of it all when it comes to giving couples every resource possible to plan the perfect wedding.

Best experience ever
This is the best venue and team a bride could have. Everyone is extremely nice, easy to talk to , fantastic at problem solving. The best day made perfect by all the wonderful team that worked tirelessly to ensure everything went perfect and according to plan. They are the best !!! My husband and I got married FAST, and Cross Creek was able and willing to work with us on a tight turn around. They made everything quite easy and kept the momentum moving forward so I didn't have to - how rare is it as a bride for the vendor to be the one reaching out to you and making sure everything is good to go? Their team is very helpful, and they honestly kept me from losing my sanity in the time before our wedding. The whole thing was beautiful and as seamless as could be possible. Highly recommend. -

My experience with Cross Creek Ranch was spectacular. I give them a 10/10. My husband and I are from Maine working with Cross Creek almost entirely remotely; the experience with planning was seamless. They are an all-inclusive venue, meaning they have vetted venders they work with that I did not have to go find, such as the fresh florals (Elsa is perfection and saw my vision), the DJ (DJ PT was so on top of his game and kept the party going), VESH (everyone raved about dinner), Alessi (my gluten free cake and the whole dessert bar was demolished by my guests), decor/ design of the whole wedding (Lisa saw my vision with the help of Pinterest and gave me a beautiful design), and my lead coordinator (Valerie with the assistance of Holly were a dream team; I did not worry about ANYTHING the day of my wedding). I basically only had to find my photographer, alcohol, hair/make up, and transportation for my guests independently. The whole team at Cross Creek was very responsive and quick throughout the whole process; they answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. I spoke to many people along the way, but everything was written in my portal and everyone seemed to have great communication that there was nothing missing or have fallen through the cracks. I felt like I could reach out to any of them at any time during planning and they were able to help. The whole team was professional, but SO welcoming and accommodating. They really listened to my ideas. My wedding was a DREAM, despite being on a pretty low personal budget. Another great thing about Cross Creek Ranch is you are able to have a STUNNING wedding on a strict budget, like I did; it is very affordable. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Cross Creek Ranch again. THANK YOU all for giving me and my husband a gorgeous wedding and it was great working with you. I wish you all the best. -

Karlie and Elliots wedding was Beautiful!! Everyone that helped out was Amazing!! Valerie and the staff went above and beyond to make sure this wedding went off without a hitch! The flowers, decorations, food, DJ, servers, food staff were all Excellent!! The photographer was very prompt and took Wonderful photos! Special signs were made for the bride and groom and families! Photo window with the bride and groom’s names and date of wedding for the guest to do pictures! The bar tender was awesome and very friendly! The wedding was 2-24-24. I am the mother of the bride and all I can say is my daughter could not have picked a better venue than this one! So, if you are looking for a venue look no further! Oh yes, and the little house where my daughter and her girls got dressed is just adorable! The whole venue is beautiful! So for all you future brides, you will definitely love this place !!! And, the cake was delicious! I believe it was made there in town. -

I can’t even begin to describe what an amazing venue Cross Creek Ranch is! From the very beginning they were responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning experience. My husband and I had the most magical wedding! It was absolutely perfect. The food, drinks, music, desserts, and decorations were perfect. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about our wedding! I wanted to give a special thank you to Valerie, our wedding day coordinator! She is AMAZING!! And I mean that wholeheartedly! The entire staff that worked our wedding were phenomenal!

Cross Creek is a literal dream come true. At first we were a little intimidated by the price, but everything included and the exceptional service we received made it absolutely worth every penny. The package included catering as well as floral, and you can feel confident in these as well as their other preferred vendors. This venue is able to transform to match whatever style you can imagine. Traditional or themed, the space is clean and classy and their designers will listen to what YOU want and tailor every detail down to the furniture in order to fully realize your vision. The staff is attentive, friendly, and of course professional. They made us feel special with each interaction. Holly is amazing. There were some staff changes during our planning, but we were so happy to have our event land in her exceptionally capable hands. Her warm enthusiasm matched our excitement and it is clear she is passionate about what she does. Cross Creek set a high standard for quality and made the whole planning process as well as the event itself practically stress-free! Overall we felt truly pampered, and my mother highly recommends them: so you can focus on enjoying your special day, and confidently let Cross Creek handle the rest. -

CCR is honestly amazing and you should definitely have your wedding here. I had zero stress on my wedding and knowing that we had Holly and her team putting everything together was a literal godsend and I don't know how people get married without planners. The fact that it's all inclusive is a mega plus. The grounds are amazing. I got to live my fairy princess dream wedding. Nothing bad happened. Lisa who did our design meeting got everything perfect. You literally pick everything you want in a 4-5 hour design session and they take care of everything. I loved that all the florals (sans the bouquets and boutonnieres) were silk. No waste and sustainable. On the day of the rehearsal, I saw something another wedding had and I wanted it and Holly made it happen. There was a little issue with my brother's boutonniere and Holly fixed it in 2 minutes. Bria, our house mom, took care of us in the morning. Haley helped me gather my things; it felt like I was a celebrity. There were so many people there to make sure everything was perfect. Anita helped the boys and they all talked to each other on head sets to communicate and make sure that everyone was aligned. The timing was incredible. They talked and handled any and all things regarding vendors. They got us in touch with the preferred caterer so we could do our tasting. They linked us up with Alta for florals. They made sure the DJ reached out to us. They do all the setup and decorating and teardown. They kept everything on time. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. The entire team that supported me and my husband that day made it perfect. I had the best time. I want to get married exactly in the same way 100 times. Everyone said that we had an amazing wedding and it wouldn't have been as great if we didn't go with CCR. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! We love you Holly! -

Cross creek ranch goes above and beyond to make your wedding day literally perfect. My wedding day was the best day of my life.. my guests and I were all blown away at the attention to detail and how perfectly everything was organized. Our day of planner, Megan, was so considerate of everyone’s needs. All the vendors were amazing too, especially Vesh catering and Rad red photography. I just wish I could do it all over again!!! The best day
Cross Creek Ranch is an above and beyond venue that handles everything for you leading up and the day of the wedding. We had such an easy time wedding planning with them as we attended design meetings, floral meetings, cake tasting, food tasting and more! There were so many options to choose from giving us the opportunity to make our wedding vision come true without having to DIY our own centerpiece etc. The staff at CCR were there for us every step of the way and just a phone call away when needed. The day of my wedding was seamless and beautiful! I didn’t need to worry about any of the timelines etc. Cross Creek Ranch truly exceeded our expectations! HIGHLY recommend! -

The team at Cross Creek Ranch was incredible! My wedding day involved being in a tornado watch and a torrential downpour for the majority of the day but they still made my outdoor dream wedding come true at the last minute when the sun came out! The whole team was involved from my lead coordinator Valerie, the design team, the decor team, the other coordinators and my house mom Christine. They exceeded my expectations and truly gave us a wedding straight out of a fairytale. All of the vendors and outside resources they use from caterer to bakeries, to florist, and DJ are top notch and myself and all of our guest could not rave about them enough. I could go on and on but they truly made getting married the easiest and most stress free process I could’ve wished for! -

The perfect all-inclusive wedding
The most beautiful and breathtaking venue! Specifically, we were at the French Country Inn. The price is hard to beat for an all-inclusive wedding venue. The only thing you have to do independently from the venue was to get your own photographer, officiant, hair/makeup artists, and to purchase your own alcohol for the guests. The decorations exceeded all of my expectations and I received numerous compliments about how well decorated the venue was and especially how beautiful the ceremony outdoor portion was. All of the staff made everything run so smoothly and made the day perfect! Lead coordinator Valerie was the absolute best! Her personality is as beautiful as the venue. What an amazing wedding day! -

My wife and I got married at Cross Creek on 9/17/22. The entire experience from signing our contract to saying our I do’s was perfection. The staff and coordinators at this venue are the best in the business and they know exactly what they are doing and give you top notch service. Our wedding coordinator was Alexis. As like the rest of the staff Alexis went out of her way to make sure my wife and I had everything and more we possibly needed for the big day. She was there through the entire ceremony and reception and made sure everything went smooth. She even went as far as offering to drive to Walmart to buy clothes for us after midnight when a backpack was misplaced. Overall the staff, the venue, and the experience are THE BEST YOU WILL FIND IN FLORIDA. If I could rate them higher, I would! -

Not only is it the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen, but CCR has the most amazing, hard working, thoughtful staff I’ve ever encountered in my 30 years of life. They made the planning process easy and fun! I could not say enough things about them. Megan was our lead coordinator and she was hands down amazing!!!! Valerie was so awesome too! So many of our guests were just over the moon with how the staff treated everyone. I’m sad that it is all over mainly because I won’t get to interact with all of these great people anymore, almost makes me want to get a job at Cross Creek LOL. The design team almost had me faint at how beautiful of a job they did!!!! They put so much detail into everything. Worth every penny and more. Highly recommend staying at the French Country Inn the night before with your girls. They provide a house mom all day and if you get Bria you hit the jackpot! This venue is gorgeous! I didn’t even know an all inclusive wedding venue was a thing until we toured the property. We only visited this venue during our wedding venue search and reserved a date that same day! I love that they take out a lot of the stress of planning a wedding, I can’t imagine trying to do all the stuff they took care of on my own. The wedding day was executed flawlessly. We received so many complements from guests and wedding party about how smoothly everything went and how beautiful the property is. The staff really do go above and beyond to bring your wedding vision to life and accommodate your preferences. We also really enjoyed visiting the venue with our parents when they had open venue tours and we even participated in the free dance class they offered couples. We are really happy we had our wedding at Cross Creek. -

My husband and I are so glad we chose Cross Creek Ranch for our wedding venue. We had multiple venue tours booked and this was the 2nd one we toured. After our tour we decided to cancel the rest because we knew Cross Creek was the one! The venue is GORGEOUS and their team is amazing! They took all of the stress out of wedding planning for us and made sure our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be. The designer, Lisa, even went out of her way to order special flowers to create my dream center pieces! Everyone on their team was so sweet and extremely organized. A few of my guests even told me it was the most organized wedding they had ever been to! I will forever recommend Cross Creek Ranch to future brides and grooms! -

Best day of our lives!
I could not express enough how much my husband and I LOVE Cross Creek Ranch and their entire staff! They made our special day entirely flawless, it went by so smoothly and was quite literally the PERFECT wedding. We had a few non-traditional things to throw in to the day and the staff handled all of them! They were as hands on or hands off as we wanted, places where we weren’t sure what we wanted the team was able to jump in and offer their suggestions, and the places where we knew exactly what we wanted, they made it all happen. Our wedding coordinator Valerie was a god-send, truly! She was so amazingly kind and we could tell she was genuinely excited to see our special day come to life - almost as much as we were! All in all, we genuinely have nothing but good things to say about Cross Creek Ranch and their entire team as well as list of vendors. They all worked flawlessly together to create the best day my husband and I have ever had. We will cherish the memories of our wedding day forever! -

Could not recommend more!!!
Cross Creek Ranch was awesome. It is on the more expensive side but definitely worth the money! It is almost all inclusive which makes planning so easy. They help you plan everything to the smallest details and execute it magnificently. Months later my guests still tell me how beautifully everything was. They also are very easy to work with and are willing to work with you. They even send you reminder each month with things you should get accomplished which for someone with a busy schedule makes life easy. The design team and league coordinator work with you closely to make sure everything is perfect. On my wedding day, they had staff to handle everything, so I had to worry about nothing. Every time I needed something my attendant would pop up out of no where. I felt like princess all day. They made my day magical!! -

Cross Creek Ranch helped give me the dream wedding I always imagined and more! I fell in love with CCR the moment I toured the French Country Inn. It was the perfect vibe, an intimate space, and within my budget. It’s difficult to find an all inclusive venue this amazing in Florida for the price.
I never had to stress about a thing! The team at CCR took care of everything. They coordinated all vendors, sent me detailed timelines of the planning process, and made planning a breeze! Don’t get me started on how fun the design meeting is!
Once we were down to the wire, I had a lot of questions and details to finalize. The CCR team was so responsive to all of my emails and questions.
The day was perfect! The DJ kept the party alive, flowers were beautiful, and the food/cake was amazing. The wedding coordinator (Valerie) was always one step ahead and kept the day moving seamlessly!
I’d give CCR a 5,00000 star rating if I could. The photos speak for themselves. -

Beautiful venue with great service
We got married at The French Country Inn. It was just what we were looking for—a bit rustic, surrounded by nature, with a high end vibe. The design meeting was super easy and fun. They were so accommodating and really made our vision come to life. Lisa was also able to make last minute changes due to accommodate guests with no problem. DJ Rafael was engaging, fun, and played just the right songs to keep people moving and dancing. But the person who made the day perfect was our Coordinator, Valerie!! She was on it!! She took care of every detail so that I we didn’t have to worry about a thing. -

A Fairytale Wedding
Where to even begin! Cross Creek Ranch is a hidden gem that gave us a fairytale wedding experience, and we could not be happier! We initially looked at having a Disney Fairytale Wedding, but when we found Cross Creek, it felt like a Disney Wedding without the Disney price tag. We got married in the Enchanted Forest and had our reception in the Carriage House Stable. Choosing an all-inclusive venue was the best decision! Everything was handled for us for the most part, they had amazing vendors to choose from, and we didn’t have to worry about putting stuff together ourselves and figuring out what to do with it when it was done!
We toured with Bonnie, and worked with her initially when signing contracts and everything - she is so, so sweet. Jill was also very helpful in going over everything in the contract with us in detail and answered every question we had about it so we didn’t feel like we were missing anything.
Lauren and Lisa were our designers. Lauren definitely understood more of the theme we were going for and made suggestions that wound up using the day of! They were both so easy and nice to work with. We went into the design meeting not knowing what to expect or really what we wanted (other than a general theme) and were afraid we would be overwhelmed by all of the choices, but we worked so quick and they understood everything so clearly that we wound up finishing early!
Our coordinator was Holly. We cannot say enough about her! We truly truly loved working with her. She made us feel so calm in our final planning meeting, answered everything at our rehearsal, and was there for us throughout the entire wedding day. She became what felt like part of our family - not just there to assist us. Holly is truly incredible.
The rehearsal went so smoothly. Everything was covered in great detail so everyone knew what to expect the day of. My girls and I stayed overnight at the French Country Inn and we loved every second of it. It was so nice to be able to spend the night with my closest friends laughing and having a great time and to know they were just a few steps away if I needed them. It was a great place to stay!
The day of, we had a house mom looking after us. I feel so bad because I don’t remember her name and she was absolutely incredible! She was there with tissues, offered to take photos, laughed with us, and helped us through the timeline of the day.
The only two complaints that came out of the day were with the Bridal Assistant and a piece of the decorations. I don’t remember her name either, but when it came time for her to help during our portrait photo session she seemed very absent and it took a bit for her to come where we needed her or to understand what we needed. She also was completely lost on how to bustle my dress. Thankfully, I had my sister there and she knew. While it wasn’t an issue, it would have been nice to move a little faster during photos or to have my dress bustled faster to enjoy our alone time in the cottage. We opted to have a “you should be here” table just outside of the ceremony site. When we went to tour everything, it wasn’t set up, so I didn’t get to see it beforehand and it wasn’t ready for our photographers to capture photos of. This posed a slight issue as it wasn’t set up exactly to our liking, but we didn’t know because we didn’t see it so we couldn’t correct it. It also took away from having that moment looking at it ahead of time instead of feeling rushed to look as I walked past just before walking down the aisle.
Overall, absolutely everything was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. It truly felt like a fairytale and we can’t recommend choosing Cross Creek enough! -

The most AMAZING wedding venue ever!!! The place is very spacious and very well-maintained, with multiple options for ceremony sites to match your style (all of which are equally beautiful). The fact that it is an all-inclusive venue definitely made the wedding planning much less stressful for us, especially living out of state. The concierge and design team kept in close contact with us the whole time, guiding us throughout the whole wedding process. Alta, the florist, is the sweetest soul we’ve ever met! She took so much time and care to listen to exactly what we wanted for our floral arrangements. From the moment we set eyes on the property and met the amazing team, we already knew this was the perfect venue for us. We felt so taken care of (portable fans and glasses of water provided for us throughout the photoshoot to keep us cool and hydrated, snacks and appetizers catered to us in between the programs to make sure we are fueled and don’t forget to eat, accommodating our request to have a private “first touch/vows/gift exchange” without actually “seeing” each other, giving my groom and I enough time just by ourselves right after the ceremony so we can have a small private moment together before going back to greet our guests, and so much more). There were multiple last-minute changes we requested that they easily accommodated, including squeezing in an additional slot for a toast (my father decided at the very last second that despite his fear of public speaking, he would get up and provide a toast for us 😭). The whole team all worked so hard to make our day so very special. Every little detail so well thought of. We can’t thank Cross Creek Ranch enough for all the love and support we received (Nicole, Alexis, Annika, Lisa, Alta, etc). There’s no other place that could match this venue. We will forever recommend them to everyone we meet!!! -

I am SO happy we went with Cross Creek for our wedding day. Everything was well planned and perfect! The planning leading up to the day was well managed, and the staff were super helpful in giving me an outline on what should be done/decided at what time. There was never a question I couldnt get a quick answer to. The design meetings and detail meetings were well run, and I always felt prepared for what we would be going over. All of the vendors that they recommended were AMAZING as well! The day of, there was always someone with me and my husband to make sure we were on time and tended to anything we needed. Our day of coordinator was Annika, and she was the best. Literally a dream venue, well worth everything!! -

From the first moment I saw this venue online I knew it had to be mine! Going to their open house tour definitely solidified it. When looking around for venues I was extremely picky about where our wedding was be we needed a church or something similar and they had the most beautiful open air chapel. I wanted all inclusive and they had that, I also knew that a hotel wedding was totally not our style. From the moment we signed our contract the CCR team was very responsive and always offered suggestions that would make our wedding better than the wedding of our dreams. The design team is truly one of a kind Lisa and Lauren took our vision and made it come true. The day of or wedding March 18 2021 we stayed on property in the French county Inn and aside from it being absolutely stunning we were also given an incredible house mom Kristen who took care of us while getting ready and made sure we all ate and were prepared four our day. Our day of and lead coordinator were truly one of a kind Emily and Valerie felt like family and were the warmest most welcoming people I'd had ever met, oh yeah the wedding itself was absolutely gorgeous! I can't thank CCR enough for treating us like family and going above and beyond to really kick off our happily ever after! -

Wonderful and Beautiful
The whole experience with Cross Creek was wonderful from beginning to end. Besides the beautiful grounds, better than any other venue we toured, it was the customer service that persuaded us to choose the venue. When COVID ruined our original plans, the staff and owners stepped up in a way that I don't think any other venue would have done. This venue is everything we could’ve asked for on our wedding day. So beautiful and every detail we wanted and envisioned truly came to light because of their help! When my Fiancé (Now Husband!) and I went and toured Cross Creek Ranch on their open venue day, we immediatley knew it was where we wanted to say I do forever. This place is a literal dream!
Even during the COVID 19 Pandemic, the entire planning process was so exciting, fun, and stress free due to their amazing staff. From the initial meeting to our sparkler exit, their level of professionalism was absolutely outstanding. CCR went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect (and then some!) for our special day.
We had our wedding at the French Country Inn and was SO blessed to have Valerie as our lead coordinator, who is now a very dear family friend! She made sure everything was flawless down to every last little detail and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for Ken and I. She truly is an angel and her loving spirit is contagious.
The Inn is the perfect size for an intimate wedding, and the greenery setting is breathtaking for photos. You are able to customize your wedding completely. Not kidding, our wedding looked like it came right out of my dream Pinterest Board! My guests were completely blown away with how beautifully designed the venue was. You truly feel as if you were in a fairy-tale.
Our wedding day was the BEST day of my entire life. I wish I could keep re-living it over and over again. I can't thank Cross Creek Ranch enough for the memories I will always hold in my heart.

Amazing!
I wish I knew where to begin when writing this review. CCR was AMAZING and worth every penny. I stressed over NOTHING (besides the pandemic, but even with that they were amazing.) They are so detail oriented and I couldn’t even change a thing about our wedding if I tried. Valerie was our lead and she is literally an ANGEL sent down from heaven. She made sure everything was perfect. Same with our officiant Nancy spooner- if you are looking for the perfect person, she is it!!!! DeBreanna was our house mom and made sure we were fed and hydrated. Lindsay and Annika- the most amazing assistants in the game! The owner Bonnie even stopped in when we were getting ready in the main house to say hi.
I’m so sad it’s over I want to get married all over again at CCR!!!! -

We had our wedding on the first Saturday of the new year. The process of getting married can always tend to be a little overwhelming and especially everything with COVID. Cross Creek Ranch was an absolutely incredible venue for our wedding. They guided us through every step of the process, from touring, booking, planning details, decorations, and our big day itself. Through the pandemic, they kept in contact with us and eased our worries as we navigated through the unknown of 2020. The design process was absolutely incredible. They have EVERYTHING! We showed up and they basically replicated all of my wedding dreams based off of my pinterest board. Which was amazing. We didn't have to describe the fine details, they captured it by getting to know us and using our pinterest board! The wedding day itself was incredible. They thought of every single detail. My bridesmaids and mothers got ready in the house with me. They treated us like royalty. It was unlike any experience I have every had. Any worry I could possibly have, they already had a solution and plan for. I couldn't have dreamed of a day more special if I tried. Every single one of their staff members is incredible and work so hard to make sure your wedding is exactly what you envision! I was in absolute awe over how well they execute every fine detail. Everyone talks about being stressed planning a wedding. I was NEVER stressed with Cross Creek. It was like having my own personal wedding planners constantly. They have a whole team of experts that take care of everything. My day of coordinator, Valerie was incredible. She treated me like her own daughter and took care of everything so that we could truly enjoy our special day. The bridal assistants Bria and Kristine were extremely kind and accommodating. The other coordinator Annika was also amazing and helped to keep everything running smoothly. The vendors that Cross Creek recommended were also incredible. I honestly can't say enough how grateful I am that we chose Cross Creek as our venue. The owner Bonnie even stopped by to wish us well on our Wedding day. That place is such a well oiled machine and I couldn't have asked for anything better. If you are considering Cross Creek as your venue, just go see it! Cross Creek Ranch was the perfect venue. The staff maintained their professionalism at all times from the initial planning phase to the sparkler exit at my wedding. CCR went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had the most wonderful night. I went to CCR looking for an all-inclusive venue and what I found was an extended family that was so friendly, professional and accommodating. I was absolutely clueless going into the wedding planning process and was living out of state so I opted for the marathon day with Angela where we planned the entire wedding in a period of 8 hours and she was AMAZING. Our entire experience with Cross Creek was absolutely incredible! I am the kind of person that gets stressed out calling the dentist. When I began wedding planning I quickly realized all of the things that go into planning a wedding and all of the things that I would need to do before the big day. Needless to say my anxiety immediately sky rocketed. Luckily for me I stumbled across Cross Creek Ranch. I am SO glad I did. When my now husband and I stepped on to the property I knew it was the one! From the day we signed the contract we felt like family! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I was able to send my Pinterest board to the designers (Lisa and Anastasia) and they truly made it come to life!!! Every step of the way they checked in with us and made sure we were on track. Don’t even get me started on the day of the wedding... everything was incredible and so well put together. All of the decorations and table settings we put together at our design meeting truly came out looking like it was straight out of a magazine! Our house mom, Lina, kept us on track all day to make sure hair and makeup was done on time and steamed all our dresses! She was so kind and helpful! Holly was with us after the BEAUTIFUL ceremony and made sure we stayed hydrated in the florida heat! She helped me carry my train all over the property while we took pictures and that was no easy task!!! Oh and how could I forget our fabulous wedding coordinator Annika! She was so wonderful and was there the whole time to make sure we were where we needed to be and help us out in any way that we needed ! I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. My daughter got married here on 10/10/20 and I don’t have enough adjectives to tell you how wonderful this place is! The venue itself is stunning, from the moment you arrive on property you are surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful gardens. There are lights hung everywhere so in the evening the place seems to twinkle.
She chose the Enchanted Forest for her ceremony and it was magical! So pretty and serene. The reception was in the Carriage House Stable and it was wonderful! The attention to detail and the amazing service they provide are second to none!
You choose EVERYTHING involved in setting the scene for your day! It truly is a very inclusive venue. From the color of the napkins, to the table arrangements, to the backdrop behind the sweetheart table, to the chandeliers! You pick what you like! I’ve never seen anything like it! You even decide what kind of table number is on the tables. Who knew there were so many ways to write a number!
Of course I can’t forget the staff! From our first phone call until the last guest departed, they were there helping us. They are warm and friendly and excellent at what they do!
Lisa was our designer and she and her team helped us make all the choices that brought my daughters vision to life. It was so incredibly beautiful to see it all in real life on the wedding day! Better than I could have imagined!
Special shoutout to receptionist Brooke for always being cheerful and helpful whenever I called!
Lindsay was great at answering my millions of questions and never seemed anything but happy to help.
Annika was the most amazing wedding coordinator! She anticipated our every need. She was calm and made it all seem to happen effortlessly! We put ourselves into her hands and never regretted it! She knew where everyone was and where they needed to be. Holly was our other fabulous coordinator and between them both( and their amazing staff!) we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment.
The servers and bartenders were warm, friendly and helpful.
We got so many compliments from our guests about how perfectly everything went and how gorgeous it all looked!
One thing I would absolutely recommend is renting the house on property for the day. It’s an extra that you’ll never regret! It’s an actual home that the owners used to live in. It’s beautifully decorated and warm and open and a great place to have for the day of ! You even get a Housemother! Lina was ours for the day, she was wonderful! She put out breakfast, then lunch. She’s steamed everyone’s dresses, provided tissues when we got teary, and just in general made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.
We had hair and makeup done there. It was a fun to be surrounded by all the women who loved her !
Honestly I could go on and on! Cross Creek Ranch is like no other place. You don’t know what you’re missing if you don’t go and check them out! They made my daughter’s and my dreams come true! If we lived closed I’d be begging them to hire me! -

If you are looking for the PERFECT wedding venue, look no further than Cross Creek Ranch in Dover, FL! The level of professionalism, patience and attention to detail that the entire team takes to create the wedding of your dreams is outstanding! The venue offers different settings for your special day. My daughter and son in law fell in love with Enchanted Forest where they could see their vision of their special day taking place. The Designer; Margo took the time to listen, get to know and create my daughters’ vision of her fairy tale wedding. Her attention was not only to the bride to be, but to myself and my husband and what we envisioned for our little girls’ special day! From that point on the team took care of everything guiding our daughter on the decisions to be made. The concierge, Lyndsay coordinated meetings with the florist and baker for my daughter. Valerie, the Lead Coordinator built this friendship with my daughter that turned into the most amazing experience I could ever imagine. Valerie became part of our family! She made sure that everyone in the wedding party was informed, comfortable, aware of their responsibilities and made sure we all had fun at the same time! Valerie made herself available 24-7, no kidding, she was beyond amazing! The bridal party spent the day at the main house where we were well taken care of by our appointed “house mom” Brenda. She made sure all of our needs were met and kept everyone comfortable. Did I mention the owner even stopped by to bring us fresh cut flowers from her garden? A special thank you to Annika that helped myself and the maid of honor search through the 3 layers of bustling my daughters dress that was quite a job! You can plan on your guests being taken care of at every turn! The staff was so friendly and made sure that everyone stayed well hydrated and fed. I was told on multiple occasions by our guests that they did not want the night to end because it was such an elegant but comfortable event! I would have to agree, it was so much fun! I truly could go on and on about this venue, from start to finish Cross Creek Ranch was above and beyond any expectation my husband and I could have had. The venue itself is gorgeous, but their ability to place such special people in positions to make our day so, so perfect for our only child was such a blessing. Thank you to everyone at Cross Creek!

Where do we even begin. Back in July, of last year, Bonnie and Sean McSharry saw our viral engagement on the field of a Yankees vs Ray 4th of July game. Reached out to us and offered us an unbelievably incredible gift of a donated wedding. We thought it was too good to be true, until later visiting the site in Dover Florida. Man oh man, what a day! We were greeting by all the lovely staff and felt so welcomed, shed a few tears at this incredible offer and couldn't believe that we'd get to have our wedding there just a few months later in February 2020 then began the journey of planning which was made effortless by all the staff. We met Jill who greeted us with open arms!
We were shown the property by the sweetest ladies; Lindsay and Annika.
We were in constant contact with Lindsay who was always willing to answer all my questions!
Had our design meeting with Margo and Angela, walking us step by step through the whole process! Taking away all the stress and making it so enjoyable and fun.
Margo hand deliver my dress at the airport which I am forever grateful for!
Valerie was our wedding planner and I have never met a sweeter soul than this woman. She's patient, flexible, accommodating and just the best at answering questions and getting things done!
Holly was there in the morning to get me and my bridal party all set for the wedding day! Feed us and made sure we were on time and so grateful for her!
I was speechless at how effortless they made the whole day, everything turned out beautifully and we felt no stress the whole day!
The cross creek team made the venue beautiful and made it look so effortless! I still cry thinking about this day and the amount of love that was around us!
We are forever grateful for all the hard work and love that Cross Creek showed us! We so so much recommend them!

Beautiful, personalized, and perfect
Cross Creek Ranch was, hands down, the best decision we made for our wedding. From the first phone call all the way through the wedding day, they showed us nothing but excitement, love, and care, and truly treated my husband and I like family. Not once during the year leading up to our wedding did we ever worry about a single detail. Any questions we had were answered practically instantly, and any scheduling concerns we had (especially since my husband lived in another country), were accommodated with no issues or stress. The whole planning process was fun, easy, and personalized. When considering booking an all-inclusive venue, and before visiting Cross Creek Ranch, our only concern was whether the wedding would still feel “like us”, however, I can assure you, with Cross Creek Ranch, you are NOT getting a “cookie cutter” wedding. The design team at Cross Creek REALLY took the time to listen to us, review our Pinterest board and understand “us” and our style, and went beyond our wildest dreams to deliver the most beautiful, magical wedding. On our wedding day, all of our guests kept commenting on how the wedding “screamed us”, and LOOKED like us, down to the last detail. Our day of coordinator, Valarie, is the kindest, sweetest person we have ever met. The moment we met her, I knew she understood us, and that our wedding would be perfect. She went above and beyond, as did Lindsay, to ensure every detail was perfect, in order, and that we felt not an ounce of stress. I cannot recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough. The grounds are stunning, the team is incredible, and I cannot express enough how much we appreciate Cross Creek for treating us as family. We could not have had a better wedding anywhere else. -

If it was not frowned upon, I would married here every weekend! :) CCR has been FLAWLESS in every step of my wedding, from start to finish. Big kudos to all who helped us in the fruition of our wedding, especially Valerie, our lead coordinator. Valerie made extra care in ensuring we wouldn't be stressed the day of and weeks leading up to the wedding. Lindsay was also super helpful in answering any and all questions we had. Margo helped design everything. She was absolutely phenomenal in carrying out our vision in designing the wedding. There were others as well but the point is, CCR was able to help from every angle with someone tailoring to my specific need. Many of my guests complimented the venue, from its uniqueness and sophistication. While it gives a rustic feel, it's beyond a typical "barn" wedding. We got married at the chapel on the property, which was absolutely beautiful in detail. The stable was very roomy (we had about 90 guests actually show) and there are various rooms sanctioned for different purposes (front room, photobooth, buffet). They were able to fulfill my requests with the set up of the room and were very helpful in deciding the small details, which can be very overwhelming!! The wedding was incredibly magic and beautiful. I speak of high praise of CCR because I don't regret it one bit. My husband and I already have time-demanding jobs and CCR made it so easy and smooth in the planning process, that it did not feel stressful. The venue is very prepared, organized, and upbeat. If you are looking for a venue that is different from the typical ballroom or beach style wedding, please check this venue out! They are truly amazing!! :) -

Best Choice for the Best Day Ever.
Choosing Cross Creek Ranch was by far the BEST decision we made about our wedding. We fell in love with the venue when we saw it. The fact that they only work with certain vendors made me a little nervous at first but now I understand why and it works!! I did not have to worry about any vendors arguing or trying to take anything over. All the vendors love Cross Creek and Cross Creek clearly only works with the best so everything flows so smoothly!! It makes wedding planning so much easier!! Every person at Cross Creek makes you feel like you are the only couple getting married and makes you a priority! They think of EVERYTHING.....even things you don't think about it. They take care of you from start to finish! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Just stop looking at book them....you will not be sorry. And book the house to get ready. The house mother makes the day a breeze!!! Seriously, these people know what they are doing and will make your wedding day AMAZING!!!! -

My wife and I were introduced to Cross Creek Ranch by a family member while looking for wedding venues. When the day came when we were finally able to tour the property, it was a done deal after 10 minutes.
From then on, Cross Creek was with us every step of the way and made the pre-wedding day plans as simple as can be for mainly my wife but also for me and our family.
The countless team members that took us through the wedding process were knowledgeable and communicated well every step of the way.
Come wedding day, we were overcome with the support that each one of us had and for the warm family style feeling they brought to each of our guests. The property and accommodations were very comfortable and my wife and I found ourselves saying over and over again...“can we reply that day over and over again” because it went by too fast.
Our guests have been complimenting us for the past two months on how absolutely perfect everything was and were taking notes for future family members weddings.
We would recommend Cross Creek Ranch over and over again. Thank you all for making us feel at home and for the support and guidance along each milestone. -

There are not even words to describe how incredible Cross Creek Ranch is. From the very first conversation to the last hug at the end of our wedding, every single person we dealt with was amazing. Everyone was so kind and organized and we honestly didn’t have a single bad experience throughout the whole thing. Even the contracted vendors that CCR offers were all amazing. VESH catering was delicious and they were so professional! Alessi Bakery made our cake visions come to life and truly presented us with the most beautiful and delicious cake! Alta Flora did a wonderful job on the floral arrangements. It was overall an experience we will never forget. The staff at CCR is so kind and overwhelmingly accommodating. It was more than we even could have hoped for and we are SO happy we chose them as our venue. If you are in the market for any kind of venue, Cross Creek is your place! We will be forever grateful to them for making our wedding a dream come true! -

Book them, book them, book them! My husband and I are from the Tampa Area, but are currently living in San Antonio, Texas. Not only is planning a wedding stressful, but trying to plan a wedding from a different state can be a daunting task. From the moment we "virtually" toured Cross Creek (we toured over FaceTime) to the moment we walked through our sparkler send off, everything was PERFECT! Cross Creek truly takes care of every aspect of your wedding and made planning from Texas a breeze. Every staff member is so knowledgable, helpful, organized and SO sweet! My husband and I did not have to think about a thing throughout the planning process. From our Wedding Concierge, to our Vendor Coordinator, to our Design Team, to our Wedding Coordinators and the rest of the amazing staff, everything was covered. On the day of our wedding, Michael and I were able to soak everything in as Cross Creek handled EVERYTHING! The temperature surprisingly dropped into the low 50's on the day of our wedding, which we did not plan for. Cross Creek had blankets out for each of our guests (something we did not request or ask for.) They anticipated all of our needs without us having to worry about a thing. Our day was picture perfect and our dream wedding truly came to life. We could not recommend Cross Creek more and are worth every penny! -

An unforgettable experience
We had our wedding at the French Country Inn. Our coordinator, Margo was all around amazing. She made sure our wishes were met and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and memorable experience from start to finish. All vendors were great quality, from the bakery, florals, caterer, and DJ. We didn’t have to lift a finger on our special day! Great place for an intimate and romantic wedding day! -

Amazingly perfect venue and people! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. From the ceremony to the reception, everything was exactly what we wanted. Best day of our lives!
Cross Creek Ranch made all of my wedding dreams come true! The owner, Bonnie, is a perfectionist and her team pays attention to every little detail from the day you tour with them to your wedding day. They walked me through every single detail of the planning process and let me know when decisions had to be made. It is an all inclusive venue so they have certain vendors they work with that you can choose from- this made me a little nervous because I’m a little bit of a control freak and wanted to be able to take time and research my own, but Bonnie has already done the research and only works with the best, which took away the pressure of me researching and sifting through the hundreds of wedding vendors out there. There are multiple ceremony sites on the property to choose from which are all equally as stunning. We were unable to get the pastor at our church to be our officiant so we asked Cross Creek Ranch for a recommendation. They recommended Pastor Bobby Triplett and he facilitated the most beautiful ceremony, better than we could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend renting the Main House on the property to get ready with your bridesmaids the day of the wedding too. I was a little nervous and emotional the day of the wedding and it takes a lot of the pressure off getting ready there, and my bridesmaids had so much fun taking pictures in the house and around the property in their robes. My guests raved about how this was unlike any wedding they have been to before because there were activities to do- during most receptions you are either dancing or sitting down at your table- but at Cross Creek Ranch they have a dedicated area right next to the stable where you can just hang out and relax. There are games like jenga and corn hole, and even a fire pit to roast marshmallows and make s’mores which my guests loved! During the entire day, my husband and I had someone assisting us, letting us know when it was time for the first look, first dance, speeches, everything. They even give you a to go box of your food and cake which we had for dinner the next night. Overall, Cross Creek Ranch made my wedding day the best day of my life and I am so grateful for Bonnie and her team. -
