March 29 2026 Wedding

Book this venue for a stress free wedding. I got married here March 29. Cross creek ranch was absolutely amazing!!! If I could recommend one thing from my wedding to any other bride it would be booking this venue. From day one the staff of ccr has been absolutely amazing! I was so anxious during the planning process but the coordinators are experts in the field and will guide you through the entire process. The planning meeting/ picking out colors and details was so helpful. We went with the all inclusive package and are so grateful we did.

During my wedding day the florist took what I would call artistic liberty…. adding bright yellow roses that I absolutely hated. Luckily once our coordinator Crystal learned about this she took charge and let me know that some of the florals from the larger arrangements created by the venue could be used for our bouquets. She then completely reworked our bouquets and our large arrangements were still full and beautiful!! This was way above and beyond what we expected. The florals turned out amazing! I can’t stop looking at photos of them. In addition our officiant was running late and I didn’t know about it until after the wedding because they took care of it without stressing me out.

During the rehearsal we brought additional decor items and the wedding day everything was already set up beautifully! This venue really takes all the worry and stress out of the wedding day. We booked Chris Brown as our DJ and they worked together beautifully! We were prompted and guided for everything. Crystal had our plates ready for dinner, drinks ready for toasts, guided our rehearsal, guided our cake cutting and cake photos, among other things.

Everything is wheelchair accessible which was surprisingly hard to find in a venue. My little sister is in a wheelchair and had absolutely no problems navigating.

I also appreciated this venue had plans in case of rain that were all beautiful!

Bride CCR Review

I got married here in September and I cannot express how happy I was with my venue choice! Crystal went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was perfect. The entire planning process was smooth and there all-inclusive option was ideal for someone like me who hates planning. They were so accommodating and helpful the entire wedding process! If planning a wedding feels overwhelming, let Cross Creek Ranch save the day—it’s a magical, all-in-one venue where all you need to do is show up. The property is absolutely stunning, and they provide EVERYTHING, from gorgeous décor to perfect organization.

Shoutout to Crystal, my literal knight in shining armor on wedding night. I rolled up as a ball of stress and she quickly calmed my nerves. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to her.

And Heather? She’s a miracle worker. She brought every idea I had to life, answered a million questions, and made planning a total breeze.

When my bustle broke mid-reception, these two swooped in with a hundred safety pins and saved the day so I could dance the night away.

During the wedding planning process I corresponded with many different vendors. The CC team was by far the most responsive and easiest to coordinate with, I can't say enough good things. Absolutely amazing!!!!

I could not have asked for a better venue or team to put together my wedding. We got married this past Saturday, 12/21/2024, and Heather and her team made the entire process so absolutely easy and seamless! They met any and all expectations I had, and then blew those expectations out of the water, ensuring that not only all of our requests were met, but any unexpected issues (like my necklace breaking, a press-on nail popping off unexpectedly, and my groom misplacing his shirt) were taken care of so quickly and efficiently, it was like they never happened at all! I absolutely recommend this team of superheroes and their venue, not only is it wonderful to start with, their decor and personalized touches really brought the wedding to the next level.

I’m so glad we chose CCR for our venue! We planned our wedding from out of state and it was so much less stressful to work with a venue that manages many of the details (flatware, catering coordination, table decor, etc.).

We opted to use them for floral and they were beautiful! Loved repurposing the aisle decor to tables too.

Having a day of coordinator allowed me to enjoy my wedding day rather than work it! The staff is experienced and reliable. They have a process that streamlines planning and work with several vendors that will give you a special price and know the venue/team well enough to have a very smooth experience.

The venue is beautiful, and I appreciated having several options to pivot to in the case of inclement weather.

No regrets!! Thank you Heather and CCR team!

Katie, Crystal, Heather— You will always hold a special place in my heart!!

Cross Creek Ranch made my wedding day the most seamless, stressless, absolutely beautiful day of my life!!! Working with Crystal, Heather, and Katie was a dream— they were so communicative, so helpful, and had so many great ideas when I wasn’t sure if something would work or look how I wanted it to. From menu choices to activities to floral, centerpieces, aisle dressing etc. they had it all depending on your budget! They encouraged us to be 100% open and honest about how much we were willing to spend on our day, and they had so many beautiful options to work with all different kinds of budgets. They often run specials and deals for the last few days available in various months, as well as their prices accurately and fairly reflecting the busy wedding seasons. I would recommend this venue and these lovely women to anyone interested in “planning their own” wedding, without actually having to do much of the work yourself. I was kept informed and updated on everything from our initial conversation over email to the end of the night when we were packing up to head home after the party!! All-in-all, Cross Creek Ranch made my dream wedding become the most dreamy day of my life. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the best of the best.

Choosing Cross Creek Ranch for our wedding was the best decision we made in the entire planning process. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, stress-free, and absolutely magical. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our love.

Awesome Experience from Beginning to End!

When we first visited Cross Creek Ranch to inquire about holding my daughter and her fiancé’s wedding there…I don’t think we really understood what the “all-inclusive” experience would entail! But let me tell you they literally took care of EVERYTHING besides some minor decorations we provided. They were very detailed and made sure my daughter got every detail she desired for her wedding.

Cross Creek Ranch by far has one the most beautiful venues we have seen…from the bridal and grooms cabins to the beautiful outside wedding areas full of trees to the beautiful barn where we had the reception. The bridge is definitely one of our favorite features! Their wedding day was simply unimaginable…it was so beautiful and every detail of the reception was GORGEOUS! The staff went over and beyond to make their wedding day flawless and it truly was!

I could go on and on! Thank you so much Katie, Crystal and Heather for making my daughters wedding day dreams come true! ❤️

Amazing and beautiful

My husband and our family and friends had the best time for our wedding. Crystal and Heather are angels on this earth. My husband and I had to miss our rehearsal for an emergency and they kept everything together and took care of our family and friends. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. It was our dream wedding. Beautiful and amazing!!!

To say CCR was amazing is an understatement! They went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding day! I honestly don’t know how brides plan weddings at venues that aren’t all-inclusive. Having florals, catering, bartending, decor, and a wedding consultant all provided by CCR made the process easy and less stressful. Let’s face it, it’s one of the biggest days of your life so there’s going to be stress. So here’s my tip for you brides out there: Let CCR take off some of that stress for you! They will not disappoint!! Shout out to Crystal!! From day one when we visited the venue she made us feel comfortable. Her personality made it easy to talk to her and her expertise had us at ease, with excitement to take on this next chapter of our lives. Anytime we had questions or concerns, we could call or email and someone from the team would reply same day, within reason. I had pieced visions of what I wanted for certain aspects of our wedding but I wasn’t sure how everything would tie in together. Especially since I couldn’t find pictures of what I wanted. I don’t know how Crystal did it, but she took all my bits and pieces and just knew what I was trying to accomplish AND THEN made it 100x better! The venue was gorgeous: just beautifully coated with the perfect arrangement of winter greenery and florals, custom garland, centerpieces, and decor. It was more than I could have ever dreamed of! They were flexible with the weather. Prepared to take it indoors, if needed, and they did a great job at playing it by ear with the guests as the weather started to get colder. We did the chicken and steak dinner and it was delicious!! Our leftover passed Hors D'oeuvre we’re brought in for the reception and beautifully placed. CCR had easels/stands for our favors, signs, and guest book and memory tables. That alone made it so much easier than needing to haul that stuff in. We got so many compliments on the decor and the food. I can’t speak enough to the amazing experience we had!!

This venue is IT!!! All of the staff is so helpful and friendly. They were so knowledgeable, professional, prepared, and fun!! Above and beyond

We planned our wedding in a 3 months time span (booking venue to having wedding). CCR did a phenomenal job! We were able to tell them the general style/ colors we liked and they handled all the details from there. The decor completely fit "us" and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. We chose the steak and chicken dinner, cooked by the owner, and it was one of the best meals we've had. Couldn't recommend this venue more!

Professional, beautiful venue, lots of options to customize your wedding space

Cross Creek Ranch was such a beautiful venue. I loved the natural, wooded atmosphere. It was beautiful during the day as well as at night with the outside lighting. The staff are attentive and know how to throw a wedding. They helped with the planning as well as all the small details. I really appreciated the fact that they want your entire family and party to enjoy the day of the event. They deal with the vendors as well as the day of planning, making sure everything runs smoothly. Absolutely Perfect

I am SO glad I chose Cross Creek Ranch for my wedding. First of all, the ladies there are incredible. As the bride, they'll have your back and make sure you get your vision (which is great if you have more vocal family members). They provide all the major things: catering, basic décor and centerpieces, linens, and have tons of add ons to customize your day. Crystal was my day of coordinator, and her communication through every step leading up to our day and the day off were on point. They definitely know what they're doing and you can't beat the value of everything you get with them! To top it off, you don't feel like just a client. They are very personable and genuinely invest in making your day feel special.

INCREDIBLE! Cross Creek Ranch brings your dream to life!

If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue- LOOK NO MORE! Seriously, planning every tiny detail of a wedding never appealed to me, the thought of multiple vendors and a planner etc etc was so overwhelming I put off the wedding for years! Then I came across Cross Creek Ranch and I loved the idea of an all inclusive venue. They literally made this SO easy and seamless- we had one planning meeting to pick out details and that took maybe an hour. Heather and Crystal are top notch at what they do! They went above and beyond at every turn and were always quick to respond when I had questions leading up to the big day. Crystal was my day of coordinator and YALL… when I say she is a rockstar, I mean it in every sense of the word! She not only made sure everyone stayed on schedule and things moved along smoothly, she also made sure I had a plate of what food I wanted along with what I wanted to drink already at my table when we made our entrance into the reception. My bustle on my dress broke and she was there to save me- literally went back into her office and made a make shift bustle with safety pins so I was still able to dance all night without anymore wardrobe malfunctions. The team at Cross Creek will no doubt make sure that your day and night is one to remember forever and always- as it should be! If I could give ten stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cross Creek Ranch is literally the one stop shop of wedding venues!! They took care of EVERYTHING I needed from day one. After booking almost a year in advance, they were in constant contact with me, answering questions, easing my fears, and being excited with me! They take care of almost every detail, and they offer a fully customizable experience. They were all so kind and respectful, and they made the process so smooth and happy. I never had bride stress, because I knew they were on top of it! They allowed me to use their signs, centerpiece details, and everything else they had available without charging me extra. They took care of my decorations, food, alcohol service, security, and so much more, and their preferred vendor list is top notch. I wish I could get married again because Cross Creek Ranch is amazing!!! Thank you for the best day of my life!!

Amazing Team & Venue

The team at Cross Creek Ranch is immaculate! Crystal and Heather helped our vision of our wedding come true. Their advice and suggestions on decorations and wedding day tips is really what made our wedding. They were quick to answer any questions we had and tend to our needs. Our flower arrangements and decor around the venue was GORGEOUS and more than we expected! Crystal was extremely attentive on our wedding day and literally solved any issue we ran into. Cross Creek is truly a one stop shop

My fiancé and I were visiting venues a year ago and the moment we stepped on across Creeks’s property we knew it was the place for us. Heather was the first person we spoke to and a year later she was the coordinator who made our day a carefree and incredible day. The girls at Cross Creek are true pros who think of every possible detail to make the wedding day seamless and stress free. Every person that attended our wedding had glowing reviews of the food (which cross creek organized), the venue atmosphere, and floral arrangements (which cross creek also put together for us). It was the perfect venue for our perfect day.

I cannot begin to describe how incredible our experience with CCR was. The gals there are so sweet, funny, helpful and responsive. The entire wedding planning process was seamless as they were quick to respond with every question, flexible with our requests, and on top of everything. Perfect venue to get married!

I can't gush about Cross Creek Ranch enough. They really know what they are doing. They take care of almost everything for you, so we got to the venue day-of and felt completely comfortable knowing that everything was ready and would run smoothly. It was absolutely gorgeous. They even made a special effort to find and include two types of flowers that my husband gave me on our second date. We elected to have our ceremony and reception outside and it was so perfect. Heather was our coordinator for the day and she was so amazing. Heather and Crystal both made us feel so special and heard during the planning process. I would 100% recommend having your wedding here.

1) CCR is turn key – literally, Katie and her team do EVERYTHING! From florals, linens, decor, food, day of coordination, etc. As a bride planning wedding #2 due to COVID, this was super important to me as it helped with decision making. It was also cost efficient and allowed me to see the full picture with my wedding in terms of vision and decor (knowing one vendor was handling it all).

2) CCR provides options – there are three different spots to host the ceremony. I really liked this because my vision was to get married outside on the lawn, but I felt at peace knowing I could still have my "outdoor wedding" under the pergola should there be some bad weather. And then of course, if all hell broke loose, there is still the option to host the ceremony inside by their gorgeous fire place. There are also options to have cocktail hour inside or outside. Again, this was awesome because I was never worried about the weather.

3) Preferred vendor list – CCR has a slew of preferred vendors who are all familiar with the space. I booked my photographer, videographer, cake, hotel and alcohol all through their preferred vendor list – which again, made the planning process super easy. All of their vendors were a blessing to work with and had the same customer service as CCR.

4) Katie, Heather and Crystal – these three ladies are like Charlie's Angels. They kick ass and take names. While all three help you along the way with planning your wedding, you do get assigned one the day-of to help with coordination. Katie, Heather and Crystal were timely with their email correspondences and always made time for me, which I really appreciated. This type of 1:1 customer service is rare when planning a wedding, and something I think separates CCR from other venues.

So easy and beautiful!

This venue is BEAUTIFUL and nearly all inclusive! The ladies here literally do all the work for you, making your wedding day stress free! The vendor list they provided was life saving. I chose all my vendors from that list and they were all fantastic and worked really well together. Our wedding day was perfect and really couldn’t have gone any better. The Perfect Day at CCR

I cannot say enough good things about Cross Creek Ranch! Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful and charming, the staff is amazing and took tons of the stress of wedding planning off my shoulders. They do pretty much everything for you- catering, decorations, florals, and also provide a comprehensive recommendation list of local vendors to help you fill in the rest. We were forced to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, but the CCR staff went above and beyond to help us re-schedule and keep us informed during really uncertain times. When we finally got to have our big day everything went off without a hitch thanks to Heather and her team’s experience and professionalism. All of our guests had an amazing time and I’m still getting comments about how lovely the ceremony and reception were. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Amazing! Hidden Gem!

I cannot recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough. All of the ladies that work together to make your dream come true are absolutely amazing. My now husband and I are both teachers and we were planning a wedding during the school year. I literally didn’t have to do anything, which was such a blessing during the school year. I chose to bring some additional decorations, but you don’t have too. We met with them once and they were able to execute our vision perfectly! Our package was comparable with other venues but Cross Creek Ranch included our ceremony, ceremony decor, catering, linens, reception decor set-up and breakdown, bar staff, security team, day of coordinator, centerpieces, table numbers, cutlery, non-alcoholic drinks, etc. They gave us a list of vendors for cake, DJ, video, and stocking the bar that they work with often and you could tell they were a team. Our day was flawless. Our families are still raving about our wedding 8 months later. I highly suggest just checking them out. They have even more packages that include bridal party floral. I totally regret not taking them up on that offer! Your wedding flies by, you want to have the best memories and I’m so blessed Cross Creek Ranch gave us that!

Harry Potter Wedding

We absolutely loved working with them! My wedding was beautiful. They helped fit the wedding to what I wanted creatively. It was so nice to have multiple options just in case of weather without having to book multiple venues. There all in one made the wedding so less stressful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even help make some cool effects during our wedding. They have multiple options of vendors they have worked with in the past. We ended up using a lot of what they suggested and we loved it. The venue is absolutely stunning. So many amazing choices in flowers and decor. We used the fire pit for s’mores. So many beautiful options for table setting and decor. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot express how wonderful this venue is. My flowers were breathtaking! They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smooth on my special day. My coordinator went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t stress about anything! She even brought an ice pack to put on my neck at one point!!( I got married in August and it was hot outside!). The professionalism was impressive in the way they handled the other vendors. The venue is beautiful with so many photo opportunities! I highly recommend Cross Creek!

Hands down the best choice!

Cross creek was amazing from day 1! Always so quick in to answering all the crazy bride questions haha! They are a all inclusive venue - and fully all inclusive. They make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of for you & makes everything perfect!!!! Even with bad weather, they give other options- and make sure it’s all taken care of! One stop shop - everything was perfect

CCR was not only beautiful and made our day memorable, but the journey getting there was easy and positive. Every meeting with the coordinators, my husband and I felt great and laughed so hard. We felt confident that everything was on track. The day of our wedding, I got sick but the staff took care of me and helped our day continue on and it is still the happiest day just like we imagined. You will not regret having your wedding at CCR!

CCR was absolutely AMAZING! The wonderful ladies that work here - Heather, Crystal, & Katie - took care of us from signing the contract to our wedding day! CCR answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) quickly and helped us with everything. They do florals, catering, set up, day-of coordination, and much more. You’re really getting your bang for you buck. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous and is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the pond.

Our April wedding was incredible and we couldn’t have imagined it elsewhere. We will always cherish this beautiful place and the wonderful memories it gave us. And they even let us throw tortillas to include a Texas Tech game day tradition!

We couldn't recommend Cross Creek Ranch more! You will not regret it!

Amazing, Beautiful, and Perfect

All inclusive venues are the best! The minute we stepped foot onto the venue both Heather and Chrystal were so welcoming! After speaking with them about all the things included with the price, our stress level just completely went away. My wife and I recommend going to the open houses to taste the food. We love Babes Chicken with a passion but when we went to the open house a couple months before our wedding we were not impressed. So we were able to switch our food that close to the wedding, and everyone was in love with the food we choose! The day of the wedding Chrystal had really helped make the wedding run smoothy and we truly had nothing to worry about. 10/10 service! My wife and I wanted to get married in March because we hoped the spring time would come a little early and Cross Creek would be beautiful, but even when it was cold and cloudy that venue was gorgeous! This venue is perfect for anytime of year!

Magical Location

Absolutely beautiful setting. When my daughter walked in she immediately knew and felt this was the place she was going to get married at. Everyone was so helpful, patient and professional. Heather, Crystal, and Katie made her wedding day an absolute dream come true. Crystal took our vision and turned it into a reality. Heather's florals were nothing short of gorgeous. Breathtaking Venue

I don’t think I can say enough great things about Cross Creek! We fell in love with everything when we went to tour a year before our wedding. Heather helped with our planning and day of corrdination, and she was so helpful and I didn’t worry about a thing. Everything is beautiful at Cross Creek! The center pieces and set up was more than I could imagine it would be. We picked cross creek for a lot of reasons but the fact that we didn’t have to worry about finding outside vendors like for food as an example. Just made my life easier! I tell everyone that I know that’s getting married about the wonderful ladies at Cross Creek!

Best venue ever!!! You will LOVE them!

Where to begin to even describe how totally amazing Cross Creek Ranch is?! They truly are the best venue ever.
We looked at multiple venues and were even about to put a deposit down on a different one when we decided to check out CCR - thank goodness we did this! We immediately fell in love and booked the venue that day.
Katie, Crystal and Heather are AMAZING! They are the most friendly, fun, loving, kind, professional, knowledgeable people out there. I had a million questions throughout the process and they always answered in a very timely and professional manner. They had incredible suggestions when it came to planning the details and their job was to take care of us, and boy did they do that - and more! The team has incredible service - they became our family throughout our 8 months of engagement.
CCR is an all-inclusive venue with amazing prices. We brought in our own alcohol and a few decorations, but everything else was taken care of by them. We had a planning meeting where we were able to select flowers, linens, centerpieces, etc. and it was so much fun! They have an amazing selection of items so you can truly make your event custom and exactly what you had always dreamed about.
The day of the event was the best experience. They took care of my husband and I and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and was perfect.
I cannot find the right words to express my gratitude and love for Cross Creek Ranch. If you have any interest at all, GO see them and check it out! You'll fall in love with their beautiful venue and team right away. Five stars times a million for this venue! I will always be incredibly thankful for all they did to make my dream wedding a reality!

The ladies at Cross Creek Ranch are amazing! They went out of their way to make sure our wedding was fantastic. From last minute delays on meetings to having to change days and times they were so understanding and awesome! Our day of was a breeze thanks to all of their staff! We had the best experience with Cross Creek Ranch! If I had my wedding to do all over we would choose them again! They seriously made our wedding planning so effortless. Worth every penny

First off this venue is absolutely beautiful and their staff is amazing! They made our wedding so stress free! With all the rain we got this fall so far they called me on Tuesday explaining that we could not be married at the arbor on Saturday as it was way too muddy but they had already started to work on plan b and had everything already being worked out. They made sure our guests had plenty of attention and that things went smooth through the entire event. Everyone in my wedding party kept committing about how calm I was and I have to say it’s all thanks to Crystal and her team. Thank you for all your hard work during our wedding and making our day that much more special!

The staff at CCR is absolutely amazing. They are helpful, smart, courteous, and have the wedding day down to a science. I have been dreaming about having my wedding at Cross Creek since I was in high school! The venue is 'rusticy' and SO beautiful. I could not have been happier with the staff and outcome of our special day. Crystal, our wedding coordinator, is willing to do anything to make your day perfect! Absolutely worth every penny. This is by far the best price for a beautiful venue and is set up to make things as easy on you as possible. Compared to similar style venues nearby, this is way cheaper and bundles in the catering so you have one less thing to worry about arranging and paying for. The options are all fantastic examples of good food in the area, as well.

We love Cross Creek Ranch! It is such a beautiful venue. We liked their all inclusive package, which meant we didn't have to find a bunch of other vendors. They were very thorough in the planning of our big day. We loved that the floral arrangements were included and also thought the food vendors that they worked with were great choices. Mmm Hucthins BBQ! On the day of the wedding Heather was on top of everything. Our cake topper wasn't delivered with our cake. Before I could finish the sentence that it was missing, she was on the phone to the bakery. and the topper arrived in plenty of time. She helped our ceremony and reception run smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We highly recommend using them for your wedding, it is a great deal and worth every penny!

People at Cross Creek Ranch did an amazing job . Wedding planer area awesome !. They helped us with everything from vendors information, wedding planning, the decoration etc . They really make sure your wedding day goes very smooth and stress free. The venue is beautiful and the decoration, flowers they provide is excellent . We got many complements from the guest . We did not need to break the bank to have a beautiful wedding.

Where do I even start!!! Cross Creek Ranch is just the perfect place to have your wedding. Our wedding was October 14, 2017 and it could of not been any more perfect. Crystal was our wedding coordinator, she is worth GOLD! She made sure everything went so well on our big day. She is just so so sweet and it wouldn't have been the same without her! Our ceremony was out in the arbor. The weather was perfect, the decorations with natural flowers that the venue provides just looked amazing! Cross Creek provides your centerpieces, set-up, clean-up, linens and so much more. All of our guest loved the venue and service Cross Creek provides. I am just in love with this venue and how kind everyone is there. They really want to make sure your big day is one of a kind. You will not regret booking with them. One of the best decisions I made while planning our wedding was definitely booking with them.

There are not enough good words in the dictionary to describe the Cross Creek Ranch experience. From my first phone call inquiry to the time I left the reception, the girls at CCR were AMAZING!!! After our first tour, I knew that is where I wanted to marry my best friend. Cross Creek Ranch staff did everything we asked and more to make our wedding spectacular. We even kept a secret from the entire wedding party/family and got to leave the reception in a helicopter. The girls were amazing working with us to make sure this went off without a hitch, while keeping it a secret.
They check in frequently throughout the pre-wedding time frame, with great documentation that is easy to reference. I knew exactly what I was paying for & how the day would work. The girls also review all of the small & big details before hand so there are no last minute questions. I also did not have to call a caterer once. They have menus to pick from and coordinate with outside vendors. We had a chance to go in a few months before the wedding to look at their decorations, try out different centerpieces and make our wedding just the way we wanted. Once our day arrived, I did not worry about anything! They truly do EVERYTHING you could ever expect. Heather, Crystal, and Katie decorated the entire venue just the way I pictured it and made our floral arrangements better than I could have asked. I had tears in my eyes when they posted our floral preview on Facebook a few days before the wedding. You cannot beat an all inclusive venue, amazing staff, and a venue that only does one event per day. Our wedding was their whole focus that day, no rush or confusion. Let me start this by saying – YOU. NEED. TO. BOOK. THIS. VENUE!! We got married at Cross Creek Ranch in September 2017 and the staff and venue exceeded our expectations, time after time!! From the first meeting, to the event meeting (and a follow up due to my indecisiveness), to the rehearsal, and our magical day of – the staff was incredible and made sure we were taken care of and happy 110% of the time. I worked mainly with Crystal – and she is a doll and so fun to work with!! She has great insight and ideas, and worked so hard to make our day exactly like I had described to her. Seriously, all of the staff was a joy to work with, and they never seemed bothered by my millions of questions and emails – they always provided me quick, kind, and helpful replies. I can’t say enough about the staff! And y’all – the venue is just BEAUTIFUL!! From the newly redone ceremony site, to the pretty bridal suite, to all of the outdoor nooks and crannies - fire pit, lawn, swings, ivy covered awnings, the bridge, all of the gorgeous trees… and of course the reception hall – the entire location is just to die for!!! All of our wedding photos are just beautiful with the gorgeous backdrop of Cross Creek Ranch! They did such a great job on all of our floral, too!! The centerpieces, altar and aisle floral was top notch!! Did you know they also set up and clean up, AND provide a day of wedding coordinator??! I brought several boxes of décor with photos for Crystal to set up for our big day, and she made all of my ideas come to life, and set it all up just like I had envisioned!! I could seriously go on and on about this venue and it’s amazing staff – it was seriously one of the best decisions I made when planning the wedding of our dreams. And let me tell you – that’s exactly what we got with Cross Creek Ranch – the most magical, beautiful day of our lives!!! Thank you Cross Creek Ranch!!

Seriously, the best venue a bride could ask for. If you want stress free planning and amazing coordinators, this is the perfect place! They were so perfect and helpful anytime I had questions. Having your food, floral centerpieces, wedding coordinator, linens, and 3 ceremony sites to pick from, makes planning a wedding so easy! Heather, Crystal, and Katie were amazing to work with!! Heather handled everything the day of the wedding for us and I could not have been happier! She treated me and my husband so well and made sure we had the perfect day! I challenge you to find a better wedding venue at such reasonable prices. I was referred to Cross Creek Ranch by my "adopted" family from Paesano's Ristorante locally who caters at CCR. What a GEM!! Are you looking for a picturesque Pinterest wedding? Look no further. Greenery, a pond, swing sets! This venue is STUNNING.
First, all the women at CCR are angels in disguise. They are SO kind and accommodating and have such a way to translate what you have in your mind into real life. They truly make the process so easy. They also email you back quickly (no matter how many insane questions you have).
In addition, this is really all-inclusive. In one meeting, I handled centerpieces, ceremony pieces, linens, and food. The only floral they don't include is bouquets and you can bring along any additional decorative pieces you want on the day of.
My ONLY critique is that I really wish they would allow the bridal party to get there a lot earlier to be able to unload cars, mop up the sweat, and then have plenty of time to fix hair and makeup and take photos. I think they give a 3 or 4 hour window prior to event start time to get to the venue. I would recommend to bring everything you can the day before for the rehearsal! I brought most but not all of my items--the day of I had a lot more than I anticipated so it was a bit rushed for me but that is truly my only complaint. I absolutely LOVED working with CCR and have recommended it to as many people as I can who are planning weddings/events.

Since the moment we step foot on the property of Cross Creek Ranch we were enamored. The property is amazingly beautiful. The buildings are just as beautiful, from the bridal cottage, to the barn, the grooms shack and the outdoor shelter.
We can't say enough about the staff. We worked Crystal for the most part and she did a phenomenal job. Our wedding was better than I ever dreamed it might be. She and her staff made sure everything ran seamlessly and perfectly.
The flowers used in both the ceremony and the reception were stunning and fresh. Ours were imported from Holland!!! I should mention that they were included in our wedding package. The food was so delicious and fresh, also included. The tables were decorated to reflect the theme of rustic glam to perfection, also included. We were able to add our own personal touches as well.
If you are looking for a hassle free, stress free and incredible venue to get married at, do yourself a favor and go check this place out. You will not be disappointed! Seriously, I wish I could do it all over again.

Look no further! If you are looking for easy wedding planning with less stress in a beautiful venue you have found the place. Katie, Heather and Crystal were amazing. We worked with Crystal the most and she went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and the process to get there was easy. The “all inclusive” option really includes so much and makes wedding planning actually easy! Things that are included at such a reasonable price include floral, décor, coordinating, bartending, linens, etc. I was hesitant when I read that décor was included but they had so much to choose from! We received so many compliments following our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

They were really amazing. Every person there was extremely helpful and seemed like they really wanted your day to be special and unique. BEST VENUE EVER. I never thought planning a wedding could be so EASY. Thanks to Crystal and other staff they helped make my day my dream wedding. Almost everything was included with the venue making it such a fun experience. I looked at ONE and only one venue, and fell in love and am so thankful I made the greatest decision. My wedding turned out to be PERFECT. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't thank them enough for the hard work they did. BEST decision EVER to have our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch. My husband and I got married here on 04/17 and it was a 100% chance of rain that day. Instead of frantically moving everything the day of the wedding, we decided that we would just do everything indoors the day before. Heather and the staff made everything go so smooth even in the pouring rain. It was absolutely beautiful and went better than we could have ever expected. We have received so many positive notifications about how the whole wedding/reception was extremely fun and beautiful. My husband and I recently got married at Cross Creek Ranch on April 22,2016. I have to say hands down this was a fantastic experience. I planned our Texas wedding from Pennsylvania and all of the staff made it such a stress free experience. Very responsive and helpful! Although we were unable to have our ceremony at the original location on the ranch due to weather all the lovely ladies assured me that they would make the outside backup pavilion just as lovely and they no doubt came thru. They assured me that it would still be just as perfect and I was very happy with all the little details. The curtain were gorgeous and all the staff did a great job helping with setup and decorations! Our bartender was fantastic and all of my guests said how yummy the pina coladas and margaritas were! I would no doubt recommend this to any shabby chic bride! The bridal house was very roomy and chic, such a nice little get away to get ready and had very simple decor that made photos nice. Lots of outdoor photo spots and a cute bridge for night photos as well. Thank you so much to the staff for making such a memorable day for me and my Mr.

My husband and I are so glad we stumbled upon the perfect venue for our wedding! From our first tour, the staff at CCR was so warm and welcoming. They were patient with us setting up multiple visits before booking and gave us all of the information we needed, most of the time without even having to ask. We never felt pressured or like we were bothering them like at other venues, And what more could a lazy bride and groom ask for than a wedding venue that basically plans your wedding for you?! We looked at other venues where we would have had to rent plates, linen, find a caterer, tents, etc. etc. so we loved that CCR provides a day-of coordinator, catering, linens, and floral arrangements in their pricing. They know how to do weddings right and truly make it a worry-free experience for the bride and groom. I felt Crystal and the staff at CCR went above and beyond to make my wedding beautiful, easy, and unforgettable. One of the most common compliments we heard on our wedding day was how gorgeous and unique the venue was and we couldn't agree more.

Heather and Katie are phenomenal! They were so easy to work with and flexible with any strange requests or changes we threw at them. They made planning a wedding from out of state a breeze. The whole venue flooded the day before and morning of the wedding, but the CCR team worked tirelessly to clear everything up in time for that night. I truly couldn't be more thankful for all their work, and everything went smoothly in the end. They took care of last-minute details I never even could have fathomed. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! This was the first place we visited on our venue search. We are not from Texas originally but we wanted the rustic ranch feel so people from out of town could experience a real Texas wedding. It was the perfect place to say our 'I DO's'!! The staff, Crystal & Heather were wonderful to work with from the very beginning. Very accomadating. They went above and beyond and then some throughout the whole process. I really didn't know how it was all going to come together, as a first time bride to be, you are very unsure of your choices and you want everything to look perfect. With their suggestions, it really did turn out to be the PERFECT WEDDING!! Crystal was our wedding day coordinator and everything from start to finish went so smooth, they have this down to a science. We were totally blown away, and will never ever forget our BEST DAY EVER due to the work and time that Crystal and Heather put into our day :) Thank you so much for everything!

I can seriously not write enough wonderful things about CCR. I loved absolutely everything about our experience!! They were quick to respond to my initial questions, our tour was wonderful, and I knew immediately this was where I wanted my wedding. I emailed them a million different times about a million different things, and Heather and Katie were so fast to respond and always SO helpful. We met with Katie for our final meeting, and she was so wonderful in getting my ideas down onto paper. Heather was the actual wedding coordinator for the day. When we arrived at the ranch for the rehearsal, we discovered that the ranch was soaking wet from all of the melted snow and that there was no way to have our ceremony under the outside area. I was on the verge of a panic attack, but Heather gently guided me over to the pavilion, explained in detail how beautiful it could look, and calmed all of my fears and anxieties. The ceremony was still perfect, even though we had to go to plan B. Also, I was a DIY bride who showed up with SO much decor I had made. I was nervous about getting it all set up, but Heather took it on with great ease and handled almost all of it. Whatever she couldn't handle was easily passed to my family members. The whole wedding flowed so smoothly. She did an amazing job with the flow of the ceremony and the flow of the reception! Even when we made last minute changes to our departure, she handled it all with ease. My family is still talking about how easy she made clean up too! And oh, did I mention the amazing value that this place is?? With food and flowers included in the price, you can't go wrong. Seriously, if you are looking for a rustic ranch venue in DFW... CHOOSE THIS ONE!!! I would choose it over and over again. Thank you CCR for my most perfect wedding day!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this venue and the people who work there. I knew from the second that I stepped onto the grounds that it was where I wanted to have my wedding. From the beginning the ladies that I worked with were so helpful and kind, Katie and Heather are amazing. On the actual wedding day the staff just blew my mind. The flowers that they did were absolutely stunning, the lighting was perfect and their service from start to end was flawless. There were a few crises averted thanks to them as well. My florist forget to leave flowers for my cake and they used flowers left over from our altar and made the cake look stunning. We also forget to bring sparklers and they stepped in and let us use some they had leftover. They were always one step ahead of us and it was great. My in laws were so not looking forward to the tear down but by the time got back from changing their clothes all of our stuff was ready to go, it just needed to be loaded into their car. Again, I can't say enough about this place, the grounds is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. You will not go wrong in choosing this place.

I was looking for a rustic venue with an outdoor area for our ceremony and Cross Creek Ranch is all of that and more! The price is great for all that you get. Not only do they handle the food but the flowers and the decor. I had a bunch of added decor that I wanted set up and Heather did an amazing job setting it up. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made the place absolutely breath taking. The flowers were beyond beautiful...we had SO many of our guest say how beautiful the place was.

The outside ceremony area is absolutely stunning. The alter is beautiful and they add beautiful flowers...it was perfect.

This venue is AMAZING! Highly recommend it. Our wedding on 8/2/14 was beyond perfect and I give most of the credit to Cross Creek Ranch!

This venue rocks! So much value for your money - the staff was great and my special day turned out beautiful! HIGHLY recommend them

If you are a bride who is looking for a place that has it all, look no further than Cross Creek Ranch. I knew right after talking with Heather, that this was my place. From flowers to catering and decor, Cross Creek takes care of it all! My guests went on and on about how my wedding was like a fairytale and it truly was. I was blessed with a rainbow over my outdoor ceremony and more than that, I was blessed with Heather and Katie to make my wedding day everything I had hoped it would be. My guests knew exactly where to go, when to eat, and how to have a good time! It was just perfect and I can't thank them enough for the hard work that they put forth on May 31st!

This venue is amazing! If you are looking for a place for a family friendly, open atmosphere and friendly staff, book this place immediately!! Our wedding was here in late May of 2014. They not only set up the inside beautiful! But also had the outside set up with tons of games for the younger crowd! Everyone had an absolute blast and the staff took care of every detail! They are amazing!!

I am so happy we chose to have our wedding here. The venue was gorgeous and all of our guest kept talking about how nice everything was. Plus, Heather, Katie and the other staff are amazing and so great to work with. They took the stress out of everything.

Our wedding was a blast and the venue was absolutely amazing. All the details were perfect and the whole day went smoothly and it was all thanks to Katie and her team. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and even have already!

If you're looking for a venue with a beautiful outdoor ceremony site and huge hall for a reception, visit the Cross Creek Ranch! The outdoor site is what drew us to the venue, it was exactly what we were looking for. But everything else about the venue is what sold us. Heather and Katy were easy to work with and they helped me create such a beautiful wedding!
