Best cheesecake

We’re from Virginia and decided to get married down in Charleston. We had stopped here to pick up our cake sample and I decided to get a goodie while we were there. Their pumpkin cheesecake bars are amazing and they made them for us for a January wedding. Being a New Yorker, my cheesecake standards are through the roof and that by far was one of my favorites. Truly amazing.

Accommodating

Croissants went above and beyond to ensure that we were still able to pick up our cake and mini muffins before they were forced to close the restaurant due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They came in early and prepared our cake for pick up, and it was just as delicious and beautiful as I expected it to be. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were recommended to use Croissants Bistro & Bakery for our wedding by our amazing wedding planner Leslie Menich and we are SO HAPPY we did! we had every type of mini dessert you can think of and the most beautiful wedding cake that tasted just as good as it looked! We had everything from cake pops, tarts, cannoli's, and our delicious carrot cake as our wedding cake. Everything was done exactly as we wanted it and couldn't be more appreciative to Pamela and team for making our vision a reality! Pamela was a pleasure to work with- very professional, timely, and made everything a great experience!

Dont go anywhere else!

This place delivers! I ordered a minion cake for my wife during our families annual vacation. I didnt know who to choose since we are from Elkton MD. I made the right choice, the service was exceptional and everyone loved the cake! I wouldnt go anywhere else and when we come down again I will always choose them! Thank you again for the cake!

Value of Ease and Piece of Mind

My husband and I had a destination wedding at Garden City Beach, SC. I worked with Croissants Bistro & Bakery for our cake/cupcakes. They turned out wonderful! The manager is easy to get in touch with and confirmed all details ahead of time. They cake was set up perfectly and looked beautiful. Definitely recommend this business.

Delicious Cake

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Myrtle Beach. I sent Pamela and her team a bunch of pictures and a vision of what I imagined the outside of the cake to look like. My husband's only request was carrot cake. They took my vision and blew it out of the ocean (pun intended). It was so incredibly beautiful and everything I wanted on it was included and so much more. The simple request of carrot cake was mixed with cream cheese and was melt in your mouth delicious. My husband absolutely loved it. My guests were extremely impressed bc usually wedding cake isn't that good but ours was amazing. We only communicated via email which made it easy send attachments and also not have to play phone tag. She kept everything a secret from me, I dropped my cake topper off at the hotel for her and I didn't get to see the cake until the reception. It was an amazing surprise. I'm so grateful for her and her team for making my multi random screenshots of a vision and making them into something much more than I imagined and taking some simple carrot cake into a delicious cream filled cake. It was the perfect cake! Thank you all so much for your hard work!

Couldn't have asked for more!

They are super nice, and will literally make any cake you want!! I asked for gluten free with almond fill, and it was absolutely perfect.

Great experience

We live in Richmond, VA but got married at Wachesaw Plantation in Murrells Inlet, SC. Planning a wedding is stressful, but an out of state one even more so. Dealing with Pamela made things easy! Both the wedding cake and the groom's cake got lots of amazing compliments. Nothing but wonderful things to say!

Pamela was amazing! She made my cake exactly how I wanted and our only communication was through email! The woman knows exactly what she’s doing. My cake was beautiful and so delicious. I highly recommend them for wedding cakes.

Fantastic!

Working with Pam and the team at Croissants was a great experience! We live out of town so we couldn’t just pop in with our questions, and we had to pre plan everything over the phone and email. Pam was responsive, professional and so accommodating! My husband has a dairy allergy and they were able to create an extremely flavorful vegan tier on our cake so that he could enjoy! It was awesome! In addition to our wedding cake,
I wanted to try cake push pops, something they hadn’t done before, and they pulled it off without a hitch. We also had them make custom cookies for our welcome party that got raving reviews from our guests. We highly recommend this bakery for all events. They made our wedding vision come true! Also, they’re great to just go and grab coffee and a snack in the bistro!

Wedding Cake

Our cake turned out FABULOUS!! We live 7 hours away from the beach so were unable to do the tasting. (though it was offered) They worked woth me through phone and email to get exactly what we wanted and it waa beautiful.

AMAZING! Hands down, the best!!

Croissants was AMAZING to work with!! Pamela was so nice to talk to and our wedding cake and wedding cheesecakes....yes, I said CHEESECAKES...we absolutely beautiful and tasted AMAZING!!! Hands down I would use Croissants for any wedding cake, cheesecake, bakery needs!!!

Amazing!! Best cake I've ever had

Amazing, best risk ive ever taken. Took a chance and ordered my wedding cake from croissants after reading some good reviews. My husband and I live 5 states away and got married on the beach in myrtle beach. croissants made it very easy and stress free,they communicated via email and phone they delivered and set up on time.... I showed them a picture of the cake i wanted and they made it reality. The cake looked beautiful and tasted even better 5 stars. The only downfall is i was so satisfied with this cake that i want more and can't go get more because they're states away from where i live.

Blown away by our cake!

Pamela was great to work with through the entire wedding cake journey. Our cake was absolutely beautiful, super delicious, and everything we wanted it to be... Many of our guests said it was the best cake they've ever eaten (and we totally agreed).

Unique flavors & great design!

I came in wanting a fairly plain square cake so that it could be decorated with the flowers to match our event and Pam was more than happy to work with my vision. In addition to her very reasonable pricing and flexibility she also was able to offer us more interesting flavor combinations than we'd been able to find elsewhere and we loved her samples. It was an easy pick to go with Croissants and a pleasure to have them be a part of our day!

Flexible to our need

We wanted a reasonable priced cake/cupcake display for a small wedding and croissants did a perfect job of providing exactly what we asked for. The cake was delicious and we got many comments.

Tasteful and Elegant

My husband and I were married in October of 2018 and we had Crossiants provide our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were so delicious we are still talking about them!! I would recommend Crossaints to anyone and wish I lived closer so that I could have a piece of cake from there more often! We worked with Megan and she was so helpful and professional! The cake was spectacular. It was all anyone could talk about how good it was. Heather was fantastic. We even wanted different flavors for each layer, she had no problem with it. Croissants exceeded my expectations so much it is incredible they were able to fulfill my wedding dream. Thank you again and would highly recommend.

Croissants Bakery did an amazing job on our wedding and groom' s cake. We simply provided pictures of both and were able to pick the flavors. Our guests raved about the taste of the cake and lightness of sponge. Croissants also created several cakes and small hand held desserts for our dessert hour. We received emails and phone calls from friends about how they enjoyed taking them home and how good they tasted.

I absolutely loved our cake! Going in, we had no idea what we wanted but Heather took her time helping us figure out what we wanted and came up with a beautiful design! Our cake was delicious and I can't wait to dive in to the top layer in a year!

Heather Cameron at Croissants is incredible!!! She is a monster talent. Our geode cake was the hit of the night, AND Heather was willing to work with us in a very non-traditional request to share the dessert table with another talented baker. Both Heather's cake and our more simple second cake were absolutely stunning and delicious, and we can't thank her enough for being such an integral part of our truly special day and night.

Croissants provided a beautiful three-tiered cake for our recent wedding at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club. We went for a tasting and were very impressed with the selection of both standard and unique flavors. We decided on vanilla cake for all layers with vanilla, almond, and lemon fillings. All delicious! The cake was very reasonably priced as well.

My husband and I got married in Myrtle Beach on 12/10/16. We are so glad we chose Croissants for both our rehearsal dinner groom's cake and our wedding cake! Heather was AMAZING and so easy to work with. She knew exactly what we wanted and created two of the most beautiful (and delicious) cakes ever! Highly recommend this bakery for your wedding cakes!

We had our wedding cake made at Croissants this past June and everything about our experience with them was absolutely amazing!!! From the cake tasting consultation to the actual finished product itself, everything was perfect and they were all very professional...They have the best red velvet cake that I ever had!!! I eat a lot of it too...Quality!!!

Croissants Bistro did an excellent job creating my wedding cake and cupcakes. I sent Heather a picture of the design I had in mind for my desserts and they turned out better than I had imagined. It was very easy to work with Croissants while I was planning from NC. The cake and cupcakes were amazing but it was the presentation that really blew me away. I was very impressed with what the bakery created and very pleased with their services.

Croissants did a fabulous job with our Minion Bride and Groom/Beachy wedding cake..it was perfect!!! We couldn't have asked or even designed a better cake (even tasting wise). Also, they were wonderful with catering us for our small brunch reception. Made it very comfortable (even on a busy morning/afternoon) and provided us with a private menu which was fantastic. Would recommend Croissants to anyone and everyone for any catering/baking need!!

Heather assisted us and was such a pleasure to work with. I recommend anyone getting married to order your cake from them. The prices are reasonable and the cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious!! I cannot wait until my 1 year anniversary so we can eat the top layer :)

If there was a nuclear disaster, I would lock myself in at Croissants and live whatever life I had left eating their cakes and goodies! Seriously, their cakes are THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD and I am old and have had alot of cake in my life. We didn't want a traditional wedding cake. Instead, we opted for 5 smaller cakes with different flavors--all incredible. Our wedding was small, and everyone got to try all the different kinds of cake which was wonderful. The cakes were decorated differently but coordinated and were BEAUTIFUL. They were delivered on time. We simply could not have had a better experience. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Heather's cake from Croissants Bistro is the best from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington by far-hands down. You HAVE to put this on your list to try as it is not too sweet, it is moist and her flavors and designs are great! Everyone says that no one eats wedding cake, well let me tell you, Croissants wedding cake was so good that we didn't even get a piece. Guests were eating a piece of cake and several cupcakes. We liked the flavors so much that we chose the cake and then an assortment of cupcakes --you can't go wrong with whatever flavors you pick. They are great to work with and the cake was ready right on time.

Being from out of state and relying solely on reviews, we were not sure what to expect for our beach wedding cake. We were set up with Croissants by our wedding coordinator as our only option so we had to go with it without having any tasting sessions or anything. I worked directly with Heather during the entire planning process and she couldn't have been more easy and pleasant to work with. She listened to my ideas but gave suggestions that I took (they are the professionals here).. now the wedding day.. we barely had to discuss much of anything and the cake was there, on time, set up without any issues at all. It was GORGEOUS! Way more than we could have dreamed. And we ordered a white almond ombre cake that our guests are still talking about.. Actually we had some left over the night after the cake some of the guests came over to our hotel room and basically begged for another piece. If you are looking for an amazing tasting/looking cake, with even better service, you definitely found the right place. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area. Thank you so much for giving our guests something to talk about and making our memories amazing.

Heather is absolutely amazing!!! She listened to exactly what we wanted and made us a beautfiul and delicious wedding cake. I had real flowers from the florist set aside and she put them onto the cake when she arrived. It looked like a cake you would see on Pinterest. I also ordered a bagel cake for my husband which turned out perfect. Heather was also awesome at communicating with me. She always emailed me back right away and was always available to help. I would highly recommend Croissants for your wedding cake, you won't be disappointed!!!

Croissants Bistro & Bakery did an amazing awesome job, with my cake/cupcakes for my recent wedding. The presentation of the cake/cupcakes, was way more than I could have dreamed of. They went above and beyond our expectations. Our guest raved about the quality, presentation, and moist delicious flavor and texture of the cupcakes. Croissants was my location for my wedding day bridal brunch. There were 35 guest present, and Heather at Croissants created a special menu with 5 choices for my guest to choose from. The atmosphere, food, location, and presentation were perfect and we had so much fun. We will make Croissants a must stop on our visits to Myrtle Beach from here on out.

Every bit of our correspondence with Heather was wonderful! She worked with us during our wedding cake consultation to produce a design that we were extremely excited about, and the the final product was just AWESOME! And everyone raved about how delicious the cake was! Heather called me the week of the wedding to confirm everything before they started working on the cake - this was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. They are professional and meticulous, and everything is made so fresh. Would highly recommend Croissants for your wedding cake if you are in the Myrtle Beach area!

Heather helped both my mother and I with my wedding cake and my fiance and her mom and aunt with his groom's cake. I went in there with no real idea what I wanted and left with a design I absolutely love and even a drawing of it to show my fiance. It was excellently priced, I visited a bunch of bakeries in town and Croissants was the most professional, best price, and most accommodating bakery in town. I recommend them highly to everyone I know, even to my fiance's family who then got his groom's cake from them. I will be using them again for birthdays and friend's showers, that is for sure.

I contacted Heather for a wedding cake and a birthday cake. Both of the cakes were absolutely fantastic. At the last minute, I contacted Heather to change the delivery location and she did not hesitate to honor the request. Planning my Destination Wedding was hectic to begin with but when it came down to who I was going to purchase a cake from, how it was going to look and taste, how I was going to get it to my reception, all of the worries that a Bride goes through just hoping that the best day of your life goes as perfectly as your dreams; I was at a loss since I do not live in the Myrtle Beach area.
I searched the internet, viewed photos, read reviews, made lots of phone calls and asked lots of questions. Once I called Croissants and spoke to Heather; told her of my wants, needs and concerns, she assured me that she could take care of it all. I was a little skeptical at first, but as time got closer to the Big Day, I emailed and called Heather to make sure everything was going as planned and much to my surprise she was always eager to calm me down either with an email or on the phone to let me know all was going as planned. I even made a request a few days before the wedding to change to the filling in the cake and Chef was happy to make that change for me, which I couldn't have been more pleasantly pleased.
I had not seen the cake until I arrived at the reception which they delivered earlier that same afternoon and was so very pleased at not only how the cake looked but how it was displayed as well. The display could not have been more perfect after a beach wedding that was perfect!
The cake I chose was beach themed as well. It was decorated with picket fencing, starfish and seashells all made of white chocolate and fondant. The colors were all awesome and natural, not fake looking.
If you are a Bride or have an occasion that you need an absolute wonderful cake experience, look no further than Croissants Bistro & Bakery. I would recommend them for anyone and any occasion, they do what it takes to make your life easier and without all of the worry that your day or your occasion is a perfect as you dreamed.

Excellent cake...sent her a picture of the color frosting we wanted and she was dead on. Frosting was it die for! Our guests are still talking about how good our cake was and it was very reasonably priced!

They were able to give me exactly what I needed which included timely email contact, returning phone calls, answering all my questions and providing me with additional information, Heather also offered a payment plan if needed. Heather at Croissants was great to work with! We had a wonderful experience with our tasting (multiple times) and they really do a great job of making you feel special. Our cake was perfect, the chocolate cake pops were a hit, and the key lime pies/tarts were the best we've ever had. Really felt like it was a "worry free" experience that we truly enjoyed. I am from Myrtle Beach, SC and have gone to Croissants several times. The bakery is delicious and the food is absolutely amazing. I knew before I was engaged that they would be doing my wedding cake. The owner, Heidi Vukov, was wonderful to work with and really made my vision for the cake come true and more. We went with the Marzipane flavor with buttercream frosting which everyone at the wedding could not stop raving about. We ordered a lot more cake than we needed, but it was gone after several guests went back for seconds. That says it all! We had Croissants to cater our mid-morning brunch wedding at our home this past spring. They could not have done a better job! They were so professional, upbeat, and easy-going. As a bride welcoming 150 people into my home for the day - the food, drink, and staff from Croissants were not things that I had to worry about for one second - they know their stuff! They helped us put together a brunch-themed menu of bite-sized foods passed appetizers and tasting buffet and a beautiful lemon cake. They also hooked our guests up with a great bloody mary bar with extra candied bacon and bellinis made with homemade peach juice that was to die for. They were the perfect addition to our wedding and our guests loved every bite! We highly recommend working with them for any event.

I gave Heidi an idea, and she saw exactly what I wanted. The cake was beautiful (even my husband loved it, and he didn't think he would care what it looked like), and it tasted WONDERFUL! Everyone keeps talking about how good it was.

I worked with the bakery long distance so our communication was primarily via email (sometimes phone) but the cake ended up being just what we wanted and it was the best carrot cake I've ever tasted. Definitely recommend them!

They completely took my vision for my wedding cake and brought it to life! Also it was delicious! Used Croissants for the grooms cake also and they did a phenomenal job with that as well.

This bakery is the best. My whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, especially not being from SC and communicating via email. The cake was moist and delicious. I highly suggest the chocolate cake with salted caramel mouse.

The rehearsal dinner cake was absolutely perfect. After working closely with Heather on the design, she was very creative in incorporating every detail I wanted into this special cake. It turned out beyond perfect.

Our wedding cake was absolutely breathtaking.. It captured the essence of the dream cake I had always imagined and not only that it was delicious!
