Amazing customer service! 💕

Melissa and Casey were an absolute pleasure to work with! They listened and were there for us throughout our wedding process. Even when we had to postpone due to Covid they had no problems accommodating our change! My husband and I can’t wait to see our wedding video we know it’s going to be amazing! Exceeded our expectations!!!

I highly recommend Crissman Videography! They shot our wedding at the Texas State Aquarium in October. All of the communication beforehand was prompt and informative. At the event, they were professional, friendly, and unobtrusive. I was told 12 weeks for the video and 12 weeks later I had it in my hand. My husband and I are extremely happy with the footage and editing! It couldn't be more perfect!

Wonderful choice

We kept going back and forth on whether to get a wedding video done, and so we decided about a month before the big day to get a videographer. We choose Crissman Videography because he made us feel like he knew what he was doing and his website and packages available were amazing. So glad we choose Crissman. The team was on time, ready to go and captures all the moments including the rare moments. I booked them for the ceremony and the reception and again so happy of the outcome. I received 3 videos and although the entire wedding was captured (which was great because I did not know what happened before I came out) the highlight video was the best. Casey and his team worked really hard of getting some absolute great video of everything. I am so glad to have chosen Crissman Videography and highly recommend them for your wedding. Thank you Casey for video to remember our special day forever!!

Fantastic videographer!

Casey Crissman was our videographer for our wedding in March of 2019. He is a professional in work output and in person at the ceremony. He is very personable and knows what he is doing and wants to make the best product for you. During the ceremony I didn’t even notice them. They didn’t get in the way at all. All interaction I had with him on my wedding day was super easy. Also all communication I had with him before and after the ceremony has been great. He responds to your questions in a timely manner and answers the questions you ask. I watched the ceremony with my family and my dad said he did an excellent job in showing the right moment at the right time. I thought so too. The ceremony was edited beautifully. You can hear mine and my husband’s voices on the video plus all the other people who spoke or sang at the wedding. The sound and video quality is movie grade. I’m so thankful I spent the money to get Casey. The highlight video is something special you can show your friends and family or put on social media. It will be well worth the money spent to have Casey Crissman video your special time. We are so very thankful that Casey was able to video our wedding. Thank you Casey Crissman!

Wedding Video to Cherish

We used Crissman Videography as the videographer for our wedding and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Casey and his assistant! He was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and after the wedding before we received our finished videos. Crissman Videography had competitive pricing and 2 videographers, which made a huge difference in the quality of the video. We hired Casey for 8 hours of coverage and received edited ceremony and reception videos and a highlight video with 2 songs. We also upgraded our package to include all unedited footage, which I would highly recommend. This way, we were able to have video of our guests enjoying the reception and see other memorable moments throughout the night. All in all, Crissman Videography captured our wedding day perfectly and created a video that we will be able to share and enjoy with our family and friends for years to come. We would highly recommend Casey and his team to any bride or groom looking for an easy to work with and talented videographer!

Wonderful choice for wedding videography

We kept going back and forth on whether to get a wedding video done, and so we decided fairly last minute (about two months before the date) to get a videographer. Crissman Videography made us fully happy with our decision to do so, and gives a great example of what a wedding video should be. Their team shot all the moments (both large and small) and were able to capture everything beautifully. In our package we also received a highlight video, which was an edited montage video of our day. It turned out beautifully, and gave all our family who couldn't make it a true feeling for how special the day was. Thank you to Casey & team for the hard work and wonderful professionalism. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Crissman Videography! Very professional as well as personable. Casey contacted me immediately after i posted a message needing services. There were a few other companies that contacted as well but Casey was detailed as to what he could offer and how much and he was offering much more at a better price. He also had the ability to have a second videographer shooting feed to ensure that all of our special moments were captured. I greatly appreciated that! I could go on for days about how great they were but see for yourself and just hire them. You won't be disappointed!

Was very pleased with the video we got. They got everything I was wanting. Very good angles and quality. Took about 4 months to receive but it was worth the wait.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND USING CRISSMAN VIDEOGRAPHY!! Casey was a pleasure to work with and really brought out our personalities in our video!! We had a blast on our wedding day and Casey was there to capture all of our amazing moments! We also set up a 1:1 time with him before the wedding to do personalize interviews where Casey asked us a bunch of questions like how we met, about our first date, etc. to really give our wedding video a more intimate feel. We are so excited to see the final product and would absolutely recommend using Crissman to capture your special day!! Thank you Casey!!!

100% satisfied! I absolutely adored Casey and his assistant. She was so sweet and full of life not to mention, Casey knew how to get business done! Our wedding was a little bit crazy because we had a little too much fun but they both were right there with us capturing every beautiful moment! I would recommend them to anyone and every one! They are a very professional duo and make sure that your day is perfect. I didn't even notice them a majority of the time because they were that good! If I had any other events that needed a videographer, I would choose them over and over again.

Casey Crissman did an amazing job for our 10/22/16 wedding! He created a beautiful highlight film of our wedding & reception that we can look back on for years to come as well as share with family & friends. We've had so many loved ones tell us how beautiful the video is! Casey was so easy to work with & it was like he was invisible while filming for us. I found Casey online by doing a simple wedding video google search in the DFW area. I loved his videos posted on his website, so I reached out to him and he got back to me the same day. His prices are very reasonable and even though he is based out of Austin he had no problem doing our Arlington wedding in the DFW area. He showed up on time and was very professional. I've been to so many weddings were the videographer is very intrusive and almost ruins the ceremony due to being in the way. NOT the case at all with Casey. When I got the video in the mail it was wonderfully edited and I was even more happy with his service. Very Very pleased and if I ever need a videographer for another event, I will definitely be calling up Casey again.

Do yourself a favor and BOOK Casey Crissman Videography. We were SO pleased with the result of our highlight video, ceremony and reception video, and the unedited disc that made us laugh for HOURS. This will be something we treasure for a lifetime. Casey was SO professional, kind-hearted, patient and timely with any questions, concerns, changes, etc. There is nothing that he could have done better and our expectations were completely surpassed. Not only was his work of the utmost quality...it was a fraction of the price of anyone comparable. Choose Casey and thank yourself later!

WOW WOW WOW! Where do I even begin... If you're looking for incredible quality with a budget friendly price, Casey is your guy! He was so professional and quick to respond to my emails. When it comes to wedding planning, there are so many moving parts and I can honestly say that I was never worried or stressed about the video - Casey had everything under control which was such a huge relief being able to enjoy the most fun filled day of my life! During the spring/summer months Casey was heavily booked so we did have to wait about 2 months after our May wedding to receive our video, but man was it worth it! My husband and I could not stop grinning as we watched our film and re-lived the happiest day of our lives. It was so cool to go back and watch the full ceremony and reception but the icing on the cake was definitely the highlight reel. Casey edited our highlight film ever so perfectly and truly captured our personalities and most memorable moments from that day. We just can't thank him enough! Not only do I recommend that every bride hire a videographer, but I also recommend that they hire Casey Crissman!

Hi, my name is Ariane from HTX. Got married on May 7th of this year. I did all the planning for our wedding, searching for the BEST VENDORS is really a challenge plus you have to think about the budget but don't want to compromise the quality. At first I was hesitant to get a videographer because it was simply out of our budget. But, I also don't want to regret. So I decided to look for THE ONE. Aaaand, I found CRISSMAN VIDEOGRAPHY! I read the reviews, watched the wedding videos on his Youtube account and checked out the prices and I told myself, THIS IS IT! I asked my fiancé now my husband about it and he liked it! So I emailed Mr. Crissman, I was really hopefull that he is available for that date, and luckily he was! He is an amazing person, he replies to my emails quickly, very flexible with all the changes I made, came on time on the day of the wedding, very nice and most importantly VERY PROFESSIONAL! Sent me emails even after the wedding, and gave updates of the video, I mean, who does that? Right? I thought after the wedding vendors doesn't usually keep in touch with you anymore, but Mr. Casey is not one of them. And we were so lucky we chose him. The finish product was THE BEST! It surpassed our expectations! I kept pushing the replay button because it was like I was there once again. I was in awe. Thank you so much Sir! To all the bride to be, and is still uncertain if they want to get a videographer because the cost is beyond your budget, I would rethink because I did and I never ever regreted it. It was WORTH IT especially if you get CRISSMAN VIDEOGRAPHY. I would honestly recommend him to my family and to all the soon to be brides out there! THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR! Your the BEST!

Casey was so great to work with, he was quick to respond, incredibly positive and happy the whole time and great value for money. We had him do the videography for our April wedding in Austin and he did a great job for us! It was important to us to not have a lot of cameras and things in the guests faces, we wanted it to be natural and he did a great job of that, and also turned off a light for me when requested on the dance floor, and the video still turned out great! He went above and beyond to create a little reception dancing highlights video for me for free and also transferred the files to me through dropbox which proved to be more of a process than expected- but he happily stuck with it in order to make sure I was happy! I definitely recommend him, I already have to multiple friends but he was already booked for one of their dates- make sure to get in there and grab him fast! Thanks Crissman Videography for a great job!!

There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found Crissman Videography...Casey and his crew truly did an amazing job on capturing every single moment of our special day that Chris and I will be able to cherish forever. Everything was honestly so easy from beginning to end...his professional manner and extreme kindness made it all such a pleasant experience. You don't find that kind of workmanship in everyone and it was such a breath of fresh air to know we were working with such a caring team of people.

The whole process was seamless...Casey was always prompt in returning emails and answering questions and would even just randomly check in during the planning process. He worked with our budget and made sure that we had covered everything that I wanted to be apart of the big day....and when the day was finally here Casey and his team were so professional and "so out of the way" you didn't even know they were there...I felt so comfortable knowing that they were there catching every special moment on camera. They are honestly there for you and do an amazing job!

The end product was simply amazing...the highlight video still brings me to tear each time I watch it. Turn around time was fast and all of the footage is priceless. His talent is incredible and he has a great eye on putting it all together. The extra drone footage that he included with the flyover shots of the church and venue added even more dynamic to the already awesome video! We absolutely loved everything about it!

I promise you will not be disappointed with Crissman Videography...do yourself a favor and stop looking! This is the guy for you! From his professionalism to the quality of work to his overall caring demeanor you will be so happy that you chose him to capture your special day...I know we were!

WOW! My thoughts when I saw our video. Casey did an AMAZING job putting it all together! I am so glad that we chose him to capture our wedding on video. From the first day I met him he was very professional and prompt to respond to any questions we had. We are just blown away with our final video product. Our video consist of a "highlight video," the ceremony, and the reception (he also included copied of the "raw/unedited video"). When watching the video it is just amazing the artistic edge that Casey put to it. Believe me the investment is well worth it. If there is one thing you want after your wedding it is the video. With all the excitement there are so many little details that we missed now looking at the video it is priceless (like my 4 year od son running by our wedding cake and poking his finger and eating icing lol). Just look at his work it speaks for its self!

Casey did a wonderful job at our wedding. He was on time, and very professional at his job. The final project was more than what we imagined. oh my goodness! I cannot even begin to describe how happy we are that we went with crissman videography! He was amazing to work with from the begining. Very understanding and kept us up to date about everything from start to finish. we are so happy with our finished product! it is amazing i cannot stop watching it. I have been showing it off to everyone i can. The quality is amazing and well worth the money spent. If you choose to go with casey you definately are making probably one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding day!The tunr around time was not bad at all! I read reviews where people have had to wait months and months till they got their video. It took casey about 5 weeks for us to recieve ours. Once again he is amazing and his work is just as amazing! Simply put; you must use Casey Crissman for your wedding!

My wife put me in charge of hiring the non-edible/floral vendors for our 10/05/13 wedding. We had a fallout with our original videographer 6 weeks before the big day, and I had to scramble for a quality replacement. I found Casey's number on Craigslist. Thought it might have been sketchy like some of the others I saw but he was the complete opposite. He totally checks out. Look at his webpage, the wedding wire reviews, the youtube works he has done, etc. He offers unparalleled value for the end result you get. Our wedding was in Dallas, and he works out of San Antonio.

From the first time I spoke with Casey to the moment he gave us our full wedding package, he was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He clearly outlined what you get for your money. Great deal. He communicated with me all the way up until the date, showed up early, was completely prepared, and acted/dressed professionally. His assistant was the same. Some of our guests even commented on how they were capturing the angles in creative ways without becoming any type of distraction. We did not want people to miss the moment because we were trying to capture the moment. He stayed until the very end. Casey knew what he was doing.

Our finished product did not disappoint! The three cameras added great value to our ceremony and reception highlights. The editing work was just what we wanted with shots of all the small components my wife and her mother put into it. Everyone is very impressed with the short (approx 5min) videos that review the entire night and can be shared online. Overall, 5 stars all the way. Even gave a nice follow up call after he sent us everything.

I will highly recommend him to anyone needing videography work within his servicing areas. My wife and I thank you for the memories!

Casey filmed our wedding and did a fantastic job. Not only was the video very good quality and edited in a tasteful, joyous manner (he perfectly incorporated the music we wanted) but he was really nice and courteous onsite as well.

You know, when you're getting married everything's chaos and the reverend wants to talk with you and your dad wants a word before you walk down the aisle and you can't find your glasses... at times like that it's really useful to have a good, professional guy who can slip in and mic you up without any fuss. Casey is that guy -- tactful and professional onsite, great product, and he delivered it within a month of the wedding. He even included a 2 minute highlight reel which was the perfect thing to show friends and family that couldn't come. Even our snobby filmmaker friends were very impressed.

The services and wedding DVD provided by Casey, from Crissman Videography, were an unbelievably valuable gift that we will value for a lifetime. I can not say enough to recommend and praise Casey. For an astonishingly affordable price, Casey made us a DVD with edited footage of the ceremony, reception, and a short highlight video. I especially have to praise Casey's artistry in composing the highlight video, which was a gorgeous montage of moments from the whole day. His work is stunning; I can't believe how gorgeous I look, how handsome my husband looks, and how lovely our guests and setting appeared in Casey's video. The colors are vibrant, the focus is crisp, the timing is sharp, and the best moments were captured. Shortly after the high of a wedding, it is inevitable to come back to earth; however, Casey's highlight video always sends me soaring back to the heaven of our wedding day, letting me relive the extraordinary joy and love I felt when exchanging vows in the company of family and friends! I never get tired of it! When I'm 80 years old, I'm sure I'll enjoy it more than ever, and I'm so glad I'll have the highlight video to watch on our anniversary 1 year from now, in 10 years, and hopefully in 50 years! We had several post-wedding parties out of state for people who couldn't attend the wedding, and we showed off our glorious wedding montage video each time. The highlight video truly made guests who couldn't attend feel like they were there on our Big Day! Casey was professional, responsive & helpful before, during, and after the wedding. Before the wedding, he actually rescheduled a commercial so he would be available to shoot our wedding. He was flexible on pricing to give me a package I could afford, and then after the wedding he surprised me by giving me much more than I paid for! He arrived early, came prepared, and agreed to stay an extra hour for a great price when my reception ran overtime. Hire Casey, it's one of the best choices you can make!

MY WIFE AND I ARE BEYOND HAPPY!!!!!! The wedding pics we have from our wedding are great but when friends/family/random strangers come over to visit we show them the video that Casey made!!

We can not sing his praises enough but we are going to try our best.

---Some Specifics---

Multiple Cameras:
I can not over emphasize how much of a difference this makes. I've seen some wedding videos where one camera is on a tripod and the whole event is from one angle, the camera never moved. Casey used multiple cameras and it really made the video more dynamic and engaging. Casey, himself had a camera and would move around to get different angles and shots. Casey also has an great eye for cinematography i.e. taking video of objects or events in a certain way that makes them look great on video.

Professional and Responsive:
Every conversation or meeting I had with Casey he presented himself professionally. He was quick to respond to calls, emails, and texts. He was prompt to our ceremony and reception.

Unobtrusive:
My wife and I wanted to enjoy ourselves as much as possible on the day of our wedding and didn't want to have to be dealing with vendors all night long. Casey did his job and we hardly noticed he and his assistant were there, which is how we wanted it. We put our trust in him to do a good job and he did a GREAT job!

DVD:
Casey gave us a DVD that was beyond our expectations. The DVD had a menu and we had our ceremony, garter & bouquet, toast & cake, our formal introduction & Dances, and highlights (which is a 4 min masterpiece of editing, music and cinematography). The DVD is very professionally done and as soon as you pop it in it looks like you just got a movie in from netflix (or blockbuster or redbox, lol). In a word it is AWESOME!

Video Editing:
This is where Casey's talent came through and really made our wedding video AMAZING!

Hiring Crissman Videography was the best decision ever. The turnaround time was fast. I just received my Wedding video and couldn't be happier. I keep watching it over and over and over again. I am so thrilled to share it with my friends and family. Actually with anyone who asks to see it! I can't get over the quality and clarity of the film. It looks outstanding. I must say Casey really exceed my expectations and working with him throughout the wedding process was so easy. He was always very pleasant and prompt at answering any and all of my questions. And believe me I had many.

On the wedding day he and his team worked well with my other vendors and made myself and everyone feel at ease and comfortable in front of the cameras. So much that at times we forgot they were filming. Casey made sure to capture every special detail of our wedding and did a beautiful job in telling our story. I would absolutely recommend Crissman Videography to anyone who is looking for a videographer. I can't wait to hire him again for my next special event. Must go now, have to watch my video once more! :)

Casey works very well without a lot of instruction but is willing to get specific shots so don't be afraid to tell him what's important to you. I believe it is his mother that helps him so they don't miss any shots. They are very good at not being obvious and they never once asked us to pose, as the videographer that was hired by the grooms parents for the rehearsal dinner did all night! My second daughter is getting married next year and we've already decided to use him again.

Crissman Videography was wonderful. They were professional, responsive and we enjoyed having them at our wedding. They captured all those special moments and did not miss a thing. They had two cameras which I recommend. We just LOVED the highlight video they did for us. Some people said they thought they were watching a commercial it was filmed that well. Casey defiantly has an eye for this and it shows in our videos. His rates and talent are exceptional.

Most important is that Casey and his assistant(Mom) are wonderful and very patient people, which is a must in this profession. They have the gift of capturing the most precious moments that are often overlooked. The video that was put together for my daughters wedding is breath taking...Awesome...A+ from beginng to end. I highly recommend their services....which in turn will be an ultimate gift...

My husband and I are extremely happy with our video! It was so perfect! This is something I was really worried about because I, of course, wanted my wedding video to be perfect. After watching the first 10 seconds of the video I knew I had made the right decision by going with Casey. My husband and I cannot stop watching our video!
The money we spent was definitely worth it because we now have the ability to replay our wedding over and over again for the rest of our lives!

Crissman photography had 2 or 3 cameras at our wedding. His packages are great. When we got the DVDs, we were pleased with the overview, but when we watched the ceremony, we could hardly hear. Both my husband and our officiant were miked. Casey let us know that he places new batteries in each of the mikes at every event, and that the mikes must have been turned off. He said they still had full power after the ceremony and that they must have been shut off manually. It was just odd because both mikes did not record. Thankfully the acoustics in the venue space carried the sound so we are able to hear what was said, albeit faint. Other than that little mishap, the video coverage was fantastic.

He was awesome. He was able to the important moments, and everytime I watch the video I feel like I am there! Even after the wedding he still was faithful in delivering everything he had promised (that is a big deal!) He went above and beyond his duty and work.

Great Investment

I found Chrissman Videography right before my wedding when we realized that none of my groom's family or friends could make the wedding. They were quick to respond and came to our rescue to provide great coverage of our special day. We are so happy to be able to share our wedding with those that could not make it and very thankful for the great videos we received. This is by far my favorite keepsake of our wedding and such a great investment to start our many memories to come.

This vendor cancelled 2 weeks before the wedding and did nothing suggest a new vendor or help find someone on such short notice, just sent a quick sorry I can't make it email. Incredibly unprofessional! I'm a bride that lives 3 states away from the venue with an incredibly demanding job, so this was quite stress-inducing. Luckily, our amazing wedding planner stepped up and provided tons of help finding a new videographer at a similar price-point.
