We cannot say enough good things about Crispin Hill and its incredible owners, Chelsey and Heather. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation and made our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable.
Heather is the chef and is exceptional at every part of it. If you get married here, your guests will undoubtedly rave about the food. She also gave us our initial tour of Crispin Hill, which immediately sold us on the property.
Chelsey, handles everything besides the food and bar, answering all planning questions, leading the rehearsal, and serving as the day of coordinator. Throughout the entire planning process, she was the most responsive and organized vendor we worked with (and we had an amazing vendor team overall). Crispin Hill has every detail thought out, and when you’re planning a big wedding with endless decisions to make, their structure and documentation are such a gift.
The venue has incredible lake views (honestly better than being right on the lake), and the entire property is meticulously maintained. We have photos by the hydrangea bushes that look absolutely perfect. There are endless spots on the property for amazing photos, which was a huge perk.
During the reception, a staff member named Jenna, checked in on us and our immediate family. She brought us drinks, water, and even found my flats when I needed to change. It’s those small touches that make the whole experience feel elevated and personal. We felt totally taken care of.

Our wedding at Crispin Hill was a dream come true! Chelsey and Heather were the best to work with in the planning process, giving us all the tools we needed to make everything organized and go so smooth. Everything there was absolutely stunning! The food was some of the best things we have ever had and our guests continue to rave about the experience. They were able to accommodate our dietary needs and even do so for our guests so everyone could enjoy our day with full bellies. The staff was literally the best people we have ever experienced in our life, we felt like royalty all day. Everywhere I turned, someone was there to help me and making sure everything we needed was done including food and drinks brought to you as you enjoyed your family and friends. The staff treated us and our guests like family all day long. Everything about Crispin Hill was exactly how we envisioned it and worth every penny we spent. The only thing I wish we could have more of was time. When everything was done we were so sad that it went so fast! I would recommend this wedding venue to anyone and everyone. Best wedding venue in the Finger Lakes!!!
Crispin Hill is well known to be an incredible wedding venue, and after experiencing it as a bride I can attest it is even better than what you hear and read about! From the organization, planning, and recommended vendors to the amazing food and service on your wedding day… it is unmatched!! We are so thankful that we chose Crispin Hill for our wedding venue! The venue is stunning and Keuka Lake was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. Chelsey and Heather do such an amazing job at Crispin Hill, are extremely organized, and make your day feel so special. The staff was also so attentive all night and the food was incredible. Crispin Hill was the venue of our dreams and they did not disappoint!! The cost felt incredibly fair for the current market. Price was per plate for guests for food and drink based on the package you want to choose, and then they offer optional add-ons (things like renting additional spaces on-site and champagne toasts etc). Because of the cost flexibility, we were able to get everything we wanted without going over budget for things we didn’t feel like we needed.
The preferred vendor list Crispin provides was sooo helpful. Every vendor we chose had worked at the venue before, which is the most underrated benefit. They all already knew where to go and what to do so we never had to worry about anything.
The owners were kind, responsive and very understanding of special circumstances. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too! Special shout-out to Chris on the golf cart who brought us around the venue since my husband tore his achilles just weeks before our wedding. And another shoutout to Jenna who was always making sure we had drinks! Our guests also only had amazing things to say about all of their interactions.
The food was comparable to a high end restaurant. Perfectly cooked steak, chicken and salmon. The appetizers were a huge hit too!!
Pictures don’t even do this place justice either. It’s absolutely gorgeous. We also had an abnormally hot day, and besides some extra sweating during the ceremony for the wedding party (guests had large umbrellas provided by venue too!!), everyone was able to stay cool and hydrated. Plus the barn really cools down at night with the windows and fans!
We truly had no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend this venue to everyone!!

I helped plan my daughter's wedding at Crispin Hill in July of 2025. Chelsey and Heather are fabulous to work with. They are very organized, yet flexible and accommodating within that structure. We had plenty of opportunity to make choices and customize the wedding throughout the planning process. The venue is incredibly beautiful. We used the whole property- the farmhouse, lounge, ceremony site and reception spaces. They were all gorgeous! Both Heather and Chelsey are on site throughout the wedding day. As the MOB, I felt like I was free to enjoy the day and focus on the wedding as all of the details were being handled! Our experience at Crispin Hill exceeded every expectation we could think of. From our first day touring the venue to the day of the wedding, Chelsey and Heather made us feel comfortable, organized, and excited for the big day. We feel so grateful to Chelsey and Heather that they helped alleviate that stress through their organized checklist and hands-on coordination (and amazing responsiveness). Chelsey was also able to wrangle and organize a very excited and rowdy bridal party moments before the ceremony. The planner book was exceptionally helpful in planning a wedding with busy work schedules/ lives. The vendor list included within the book was also a huge help. Not to mention the vendors are extremely familiar with the venue, which resulted in a seamless day.
The venue itself is in a beautiful location, with plenty of spectacular views and opportunities for scenic photos. The set-up for the ceremony is picture perfect, with a backdrop of the lake for all in attendance. The indoor and outdoor areas provide a great balance for all guests.
The day-of service was excellent- every single staff member went out of their way to accommodate us, in addition to our guests. They were so friendly and helpful and truly helped to make our day incredible. We felt like celebrities! There were certain moments of the day that we were told would be private to the two of us (right after the ceremony, final private dance) – and those moments were just that. The staff was so incredibly respectful of our day and the little moments to be shared between us. It was the perfect balance of moments of just the two of us with periodic check-ins, making sure we both felt attended to and taken care of, along with the best party ever.
The food was also outstanding- we received SO many compliments from guests. Not to mention the option of buffalo chicken dip for the cocktail hour was a huge hit! Our signature drinks (Spicy Margarita and Red Wine Sangria) were both delicious, with a wide variety of options in between.

Our wedding was this past Friday, and we truly don't have the words to express how amazing our experience planning/having our wedding at Crispin Hill was. From the start, Chelsey and Heather were extremely welcoming, organized, and responsive. As soon as you lock in your date, they get you set up with a portal that has all important dates and things to know. As you get closer, they send you a book with literally everything you need to bring/do/know when it comes to your wedding day, making planning so easy and as stress free as possible. They even give you a huge list of vendors that they've worked with before and recommend (who were all amazing as well!)
As the day got closer, I was texting Chelsey constantly to which she always answered within minutes and always had an answer or easy solution to my questions.
When our wedding day had finally arrived, everything we had planned truly came to life-even better than we had imagined. Chelsey set up everything just how I asked and made sure it looked perfect, even adding little details that I didn't think of. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! The lake views are dreamy, and the different spots for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing flowed seamlessly. And don't get me started about the rest of the staff! From the waiters to the bartenders, our guests even noticed how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They assigned us a personal assistant on the day of who was AMAZING! Constantly checking in, getting us drink refills and waters when we needed it. We felt like celebrities and so well taken care of on our wedding day.
The food was also a 10/10. Heather is a phenomenal chef! The appetizers were delicious (my favorite being the strawberry brie jam app)- seriously the best thing I've ever tasted. Many guests told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, whether they had the salmon, chicken or steak, everyone was raving about it!
The attention to detail and the hard work the Crispin Hill team puts into this venue are clear in every part of the day. They really think of EVERYTHING! We truly don't think there's a better place to get married. We have gotten so many texts from guests telling us it was the best wedding they'd ever attended and that they can't stop talking about great the venue was, and neither can we!
We're still riding the high from such a perfect day, and it wouldn't have been possible without the Crispin Hill team. If you're thinking about booking here, do it. There's a reason they book out years in advance!Crispin Hill's reply:

What really sets Crispin Hill apart, though, is the incredible team. Chelsea & Heather are experts and professionals in their craft. They went above and beyond at every step, from early planning all the way through the final send-off. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process.
The planning assistance was exceptional—helping with timelines, vendor recommendations, and layout ideas. They made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even fun. On the day of the wedding, everything ran like clockwork, thanks to their expert coordination. The day after we were attempting to find anything that we wish could have gone differently and we couldn't; the whole day was impeccable.
And the food—we’re still getting compliments from our guests! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a wedding venue where the cuisine is truly a highlight, but Crispin Hill absolutely delivered.

Absolute perfection!
Our wedding at Crispin Hill couldn't have been more perfect! The venue itself is gorgeous and so intentionally curated. Chelsey and Heather are incredible and were the reason we chose to have our wedding at Crispin Hill. From our first virtual meeting to the big day, their outstanding organization and communication brought us so much comfort throughout the wedding planning process. They have a carefully curated list of preferred vendors and checklist of due dates for every step along the way that made planning the wedding a breeze, even though we weren't local. Planning a wedding can be stressful but Chelsey and Heather made it so easy and honestly enjoyable. While Crispin Hill is a dream venue with stunning views of Keuka Lake, the true value is in the dream team that is Chelsey and Heather.
Chelsey was a rockstar on our wedding day and helped make it so enjoyable and stress-free, even though the weather didn't cooperate and it unexpectedly rained during the ceremony and reception. Having the ceremony inside the reception tent while it rained turned out to be so beautiful, romantic and more intimate. Chelsey and her team did an amazing job handling the last minute changes, it wasn't stressful at all and it ended up being even better than we could have imagined. My daughter and son-in-law were married on October 4th, 2024 at Crispin
Hill. The day was nothing short of perfection. Every detail was taken care of by staff at Chelsey's direction.
Heather's food was spectacular from start to finish. Many friends at the time were blown away by the appetizers and dinner, with many remarking that the meal was the best they'd ever had at any wedding they'd attended, including some local country clubs! Still this week, four months out, a guest remarked how unbelievable the food was. Another friend who had a special diet marveled at the wonderful meal prepared for his needs, a first for him at any wedding he has ever attended.
Working with Chelsey was a pleasure. The planning book provided with deadline and vendors seemed a bit overwhelming, but it was a time saver
overall. Chelsey handled some last-minute issues for us with ease. I can't
recommend Crispin Hill enough. The staff was friend, remarkable, and seemingly everywhere taking care of everything! Look no further for a venue. You won't be disappointed. It was a dream come true for my

Chelsey and Heather are running an absolute dream of a wedding venue. My husband and I just got married here on 9/20/24. We are still in awe of how beautiful our day was. I spent the night before in the farmhouse on the property and there was ample room for me and my bridesmaids. The space was so bright and had stunning lake views! We really enjoyed the morning as we got ready! From the moment the day begun we were taken care of and checked in on. The ceremony ran perfectly with Chelsey’s expertise and attention to detail. Cocktail hour was full of happy faces, beautifully crafted cocktails and elegant hors d’oeuvres. Dinner hour was perfection thanks to Heather! 130+ guests had hot meals in front of them within 15 minutes of everyone sitting down. Our friends and family raved about the delicious meals all night! My husband and I enjoyed a platter with each meal option and agree that the food was absolutely divine! We enjoyed several hours dancing in the gorgeous, modern barn. The bar staff was incredible, making sure there was no line and everyone had a drink in hand as fast as possible. As the night came to an end, Crispin Hill staff swiftly packed up our belongings, making sure we did not lift a finger! I cannot recommend this venue enough. The entire planning process was a dream. I felt excited and very informed from the moment we booked to the moment the wedding day was over! This venue has it all, making your planning process seamless. Relatively early on in our wedding venue search we knew we wanted to get married in the Finger Lake area. We had a few visits set up and upon leaving the finger lakes that weekend back to the Philadelphia PA area we knew Crispin Hill was where we wanted to be. Just from the very beginning it was truly a first class experience. From the start of the email/txt communication with Chelsey the consistency, timeliness, and detail of the communication was truly above and beyond. We are sure there are dozens of couples communicating with Chelsey at any given time, but you would never know. Any correspondence was met with true professionalism, she knew who you were and what your date was, and just intimate details, which is truly hard to find! Our visit to CH had us blown away as Heather took us through the venue, the Farm House, and all the CH had to offer and again - you would think we were the first they had ever given this tour to with the level of enthusiasm and attention to detail the experience was. It certainly made Aimee and I feel very appreciated throughout the entirety of the process. The grounds at Crispin Hill are truly breathtaking and Chelsey and Heather's vision just oozes out of every detail that is extremely well thought out across the entirety of the property.
Probably what Aimee and I loved and appreciated the most about CH was the level of organization driven by Chelsey and Heather. Their handbook that is provided to you answers nearly every question or concern you may have. Or they provide a well thought out recommendation - all in the thoughtful eyes of alleviating stress of your wedding day. Aimee and I wanted a lot of guidance along the way where we had the best opportunity to have an absolute spectacular day with the least amount of room for issues to pop up and that was exactly our experience. Their preferred vendor list made it easy to select vendors that not only knew the venue, but also knows the expectations of making it on CH's preferred vendor list which again as the bride and groom just takes so much off your plate in terms of level of expectation and follow up that maybe some other couples experience with other vendors or venues.
We have to call this out as a true example of a venue going above and beyond to have the wedding you always wanted. Of course after two warm cloudless days on Keuka Lake our wedding day had storms in the forecast. To say it was touch and go would be an understatement. I think we leveraged every weather app created to make the best informed decision on next steps. Chelsey and her team knowing that our true want was to have an outdoor ceremony had that area of course ready to go, but also moved all the dinner tables out of the way and had the tent area completely prepared for a beautiful ceremony free from the elements outside. The level of work involved in this as someone who deals with operations I was truly impressed. We ultimately chose the outdoor ceremony and of course the heavens opened up, but we still had a beautiful ceremony and the CH staff was quick with wiping down chairs and providing all of our guests with umbrellas. Not only Aimee and I were impressed, but our guests were all quick to point out the level of effort the staff put forth - all while with a very positive attitude! And after all - they say its good luck :)
Heather's food is absolutely phenomenal - again we had multiple guests commenting on how wonderful their meal was. One of our guests pointed out this was the first wedding they had ever been to where their food came out steaming hot. And of course the presentation was amazing and something you would see and expect at any fine dining establishment.
Throughout our wedding the staff was impressive. The level of engagement and enthusiasm just shows the excellent culture that Chelsey and Heather have created with their staff when it comes to expectations, professionalism, and friendliness. The wait staff, the bartenders, facility teams, etc. were all so bought into making your wedding day a first class experience for you and your guests.

A dream come true!
Crispin Hill is the most magical wedding venue from top to bottom starting with the most beautiful views of Keuka lake from every inch of the property. Chelsey, Heather, and the Crispin Hill staff were amazing. Everyone was so attentive, professional, and made us feel very special both on and leading up to our wedding day! The food was immaculate, served hot to us and all the guests, and plated like a meal out of a magazine! We were assigned a CH staff member to attend to the groom and my needs all night, keeping us comfortable, well fed, and hydrated. The whole day was a dream come true and we cannot thank CH enough for bringing our vision to life! I have no other words other than the day was absolutely perfect!! From top to bottom, Heather and Chelsey have perfected the wedding game! The food made by Heather and her team was absolutely delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests. They even give the couple a family style version of all three meals to try for dinner and a plate of appetizers to enjoy after the ceremony! An absolute fairy tale!
What a dream come true! I felt like I was in fairy tale while getting married at Crispin Hill. They exceeded all my expectations from beginning to end. The owners, Chelsey and Heather were amazing and easy to work with. When you start your journey with them, they give you a notebook with recommendations, tasks to complete and checklists. This helps to keep you stay on track with your wedding planning.
Chelsey and Heather's organization skills and attention detail make for a splendid combination of elegance and romance. Not only did I notice the details, but the guests appreciated them too. Everything was meticulously thought of and executed perfectly. I highly recommend this venue.
I stayed in the farmhouse on the property the night before. Therefore, I was able to wake up relaxed and ready to start my day. The farmhouse provided the most gorgeous backdrop for my photographer. My fiancé was able to arrive to the venue by noon with his wedding party to hang out in the lounge. Guests could arrive about 1 hour before the ceremony to mingle and enjoy some cocktails on the patio. If someone had limited mobility, the staff was able to move them around the venue via a golf cart. This came in handy for our older family members.
Chelsey and her waitstaff timed the ceremony perfectly and directed the bridal party as we walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, Chelsey directs you into the farmhouse for a private moment with your new spouse. The chef, Heather had appetizers waiting for us. This private moment for me and my new husband was so nice and incredibly needed.
As guests walked to the cocktail hour, our signature cocktails and hors' d'oeuvres were beautifully displayed. The food was to die for! All the guests raved about the food, which is not normally the case at weddings. Heather graduated from a culinary institute so her food was superb!
The dinner tent was decorated with greenery around the edges with two large chandeliers and white lights. The 12 ft wooden tables are gorgeous and provided natural beauty. All my guests said they this was the best wedding they have ever been too. And I can't agree more. Crispin Hill made my wedding the best day of my life.

The perfect venue
From start to finish, Crispin Hill proved to be one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. Chelsey and Heather made planning easy by having us fill out forms that made us think through everything in the least stressful way possible, providing a curated list of preferred vendors and a planning app that compiled all the details and deadlines into one place. They were also incredibly responsive anytime we reached out with any little question.
The venue is stunning and photos taken literally anywhere on the property were beautiful. The food was incredible as well!
The most impressive part of the venue for us was the service on the day of the wedding. We got so many comments from our guest on how smoothly and seamlessly the wedding was run and how genuinely happy the staff was to be working there. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and everyone had what they needed.

The DREAM Wedding Venue!!!
I can't put into words how much I recommend Crispin Hill as your wedding venue. First, the views and property are absolutely incredible. The ceremony site, barn, and tent all have gorgeous views of Keuka Lake and it is the perfect setting for a Finger Lakes wedding.
My fiance and I live in Pennsylvania, and it was important to me to have a venue that was extremely organized, communicative, and who made it easy to plan from far away. Chelsey made long distance wedding planning amazing!! She is so organized, accomodating, friendly, and responds to your questions so quickly. She has very clear lists, forms, and items in the planning portal that kept me organized and confident in my wedding planning. She set up all of my decor for me, which was also so wonderful because me and my family/friends could relax and get ready in the morning instead of worrying about setting things up!
Another highlight about this venue is their INCREDIBLE FOOD. Heather, the chef, accomodated all of my guests allergies and dietary restrictions. My guests not only said this was the best wedding food they've ever had (especially the vegans and vegetarians), but they gave the best kids meals to my neices and nephews. Dinner was served quickly, the food was hot, and the guests were happily fed within 30 minutes after cocktail hour.
Lastly, I have to shout out to the staff at Crispin Hill. They were so friendly and attentive to my guests, and I received so many compliments about their service. They also treated me and my fiance like royalty! They constantly refreshed our drinks, told us when our meal was ready as we were saying hello to guests, and checked on us all night to see if we needed anything. They also cleaned everything up for us at the end of the evening which was incredible!
Crispin Hill was a dream venue - you will get the BEST wedding experience! I literally have zero complaints/regrets. In fact, I wish we could attend another wedding here to experience it all over again. Book this place now!!! -

It’s difficult to put into words how amazing Crispin hill is. After touring the venue, we knew right away that this was where we wanted to get married. The location is beyond beautiful as it overlooks the lake. Additionally, the on-site rental property is stunning and so convenient for getting ready. From the very beginning Chelsey and Heather were incredibly responsive, organized, accommodating and kind. We were provided multiple planning tools, timelines and an easy to use website that made wedding planning a lot less stressful. Wow. I cannot say enough about the impeccable, fairytale venue and team that is Crispin Hill. Chelsey and Heather are incredibly kind, talented, accommodating and were amazing to work with. We were engaged in 2020 when the world is uncertain, and Chelsey and Heather made the planning process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I was a very detail-oriented bride, and Chelsey and Heather worked with me with every single idea to make our day so incredibly special and our visions a reality. Crispin Hill is a dream. Chelsey and Heather are a perfect team, working together to craft an organized/smooth weekend, delicious food and drink menu, and incredible experience for everyone involved. Chelsey thought of everything, providing us with forms, lists, etc. to help us stay on top of planning all of the little details of our day. She was also incredibly patient and helpful as I texted her often with questions and ideas in the days, weeks, and months leading up to our wedding. Heather's food was outstanding - our guests are still raving about it. The service was excellent in every regard - cocktail hour, dinner, even at the bar - the Crispin Hill staff took such wonderful care of us and our guests by attending to every detail. From arriving for hair and makeup in the morning to leaving the next morning (after enjoying a gorgeous sunrise on the property), we truly enjoyed every single second. Chelsey, Heather, and their staff nail all of the big things, but it was the small details that really left an impression on us; for example, as I went inside to have my dress bustled for the reception, someone brought in a plate of appetizers to enjoy. The venue and property are just stunning; again, our guests can't stop talking about it.
I can't think of one reason not to have your wedding at Crispin Hill. My only regret is that we can't do it all over again!

There aren’t words to describe the level of organization, professional, and attentiveness that Chelsey, Heather, and their team put into your day. If it wasn’t for seeing photos of other weddings at Crispin, you would truly think you’re the only wedding of the year with how special they make you feel!! Chelsey makes the planning process SO seamless. I was never stressed leading up to the wedding because of all of her helpful checklists and deadlines - you feel assured you will not miss a thing! Also, work with the preferred vendors!! They are preferred for a reason. (Especially Wonder in Adagio for photography - Sara Jane works so closely with Chelsey and knows Crispin Hill in and out).
Our guests have not stopped talking about how great of a venue Crispin Hill is, and that it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. Again, the organization and attentive staff was noticed by all! The FOOD!! Heather knocks it out of the park. Everyone raved about their meals and were so impressed that while serving 140 guests everyone’s meal still came out hot.
I can not recommend Crispin Hill enough. They are the full package, and have perfected the wedding process. If you are considering Crispin, it is a must!! -

Our wedding was on May 27, 2022. The whole day was perfect! Although it rained most of the day, it stopped just in time for our ceremony. Chelsey was closely monitoring the forecast so we could still have our outdoor ceremony. She was so organized through the whole planning process and helped us every step of the way, which is a HUGE help for brides. Her and the staff were so on point all day! Cannot say enough about this venue. The views are incredible and they’re always doing upgrades to make it even more beautiful. My husband and I live out of state and were looking for a venue that could do it all for us; we knew coordinating with several different vendors would be difficult. Crispin Hill not only takes care of EVERYTHING, they also have an incredible list of vendors whom they trust and work with closely. This made it so easy when setting up music, finding florists, and deciding on a photographer. Everyone was familiar with how to work at and with Crispin Hill which ultimately lead to an incredibly smooth day. We didn't have to worry about a thing and could focus on soaking up the moments! Chelsey and Heather are strong with organization and communication. They help with every step of the way. The views and the venue are beautiful. Everything flows so people can enjoy different spots, but can always find their way to the bar or the dance floor. Their staff took care of set-up and take down. Though they had everything we needed, they still had room for us to add our own personal touches- which we appreciated. You NEED to book with Crispin Hill, especially if you live out of town. Our wedding at Crispin Hill was an absolute dream. Growing up spending time at Keuka Lake, we knew that we wanted to get married around the area. As soon as we got to Crispin Hill to check out the venue, we knew it was our spot. The views are simply stunning and the property is beautiful. I cannot put into words how great Chelsey and Heather are. They were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They made the day so special. Chelsey is so supportive and organized with coordinating everything. Heather is a phenomenal chef and our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the food was. After our food tasting, my husband and I couldn’t decide what we wanted to eat for dinner because everything is so delicious. So Heather made us a special dish with a little bit of everything. Their staff and recommended vendors are incredible. Our wedding was originally scheduled for the summer of 2020, then the pandemic hit so Chelsey and Heather worked with us to reschedule for the summer of 2021. They were so patient and understanding the entire time. The morning of our wedding, it was raining. Chelsey worked with the vendors to set up for the ceremony indoors. Shortly before our ceremony was to start, the sun came out. She then helped to move everything back outside. It’s just amazing how hard they work to make sure your day goes as planned. Chelsey and Heather have this way about doing things that makes you feel as if you are the only couple to ever get married at their property. Choosing Crispin Hill was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. -

I grew up in Geneva, and although my husband and I now live in Seattle, we wanted our wedding to be in the Finger Lakes. It's easy to find a rustic barn-style type place in upstate NY, but to find that setting paired with a professionally-trained chef and built in wedding coordinator is unheard of. From the very beginning, Chelsey and Heather were phenomenal to work with. All their recommended vendors were fabulous - floral, photographer and band are arguably the most important and choosing people who already knew Crispin Hill intimately made everything seamless. During a very stressful 2020, they graciously allowed us to reschedule our wedding to 2021 and were communicative and professional throughout that entire time. Chelsey is highly organized (which attracted me to Crispin Hill in the first place) and every detail is finalized before the big day, so you don't have to deal with anything during the actual wedding. My husband and I are both planners and even with all our organizing you can't control everything - during the wedding one of our shuttles went to the wrong town to collect guests - Chelsey calmly informed us what was happening and then took care of it. She spoke with the driver, adjusted the ceremony time, and calmly navigated us through it, which we were so grateful for. I also have a number of food allergies and am on a restricted diet; I was worried I wouldn't be able to eat much at the wedding, but Heather put together an amazing platter of food for me that I felt confident was safe, and it meant so much. We had multiple guests remark that this was the best wedding they had ever been to - from no line at the bar, to the amazing venue, to the attentive staff - literally everything operated so smoothly and professionally - it was perfect and amazing. It was a long wait to get to this point (over 2 years) but everything paid off and we are so happy we chose Crispin Hill for our special day. If you do not get married at Crispin Hill, you're doing it wrong. My husband and I got married over Labor Day weekend. I am from the FLX area but we live in Charlotte, NC now. We wanted to get married in the region that means so much to me (and my now husband) so we needed a place that could work with us from a distance. We went to look at a few places around Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake. I saved Crispin for last because I think I knew it would be the one just from the few times I had connected with Chelsey already. As soon as we stepped foot on the property, we knew. It is gorgeous, with views of the lake, it has history, the farmhouse is stunning, and everything is in house related to dinner and food which makes things so much more simple. Not to mention Heather is the chef. SHE IS SO TALENTED. We just loved Chelsey and Heather. They are a dream team. The expertise and skills they bring to the table make them the total package. I can be a little type A and I am a sucker for details. They have their operation so buttoned up and truly think of EVERYTHING before you do. Even something as small as making sure no guests have their backs to us during dinner. We went with as many vendor recommendations they had who were available and it was SO seamless. We did not have a wedding coordinator and quite honestly, I felt so weightless on wedding day and everything was done so perfectly. People thought we did! Our guests are still telling us they felt so taken care of. They have an online portal to keep everyone organized, due dates, reminders, a timeline, required items, checklists, invoicing, etc. They even spent the time to walk us through the menu for selections over Zoom, because we could not do a tasting in person due to Covid. We felt like royalty and were taken care of before, and especially on wedding day. While your guests are also a priority, Chelsey, Heather and their staff want you to remember who the day is all about, and want you to enjoy your day, too. They are responsive, professional, and truly experts. Although my husband and I were just one of many to get married at this beautiful place (they had 3 weddings during our weekend alone, but you would have never known)....they made us feel special and we look forward to staying connected with them and their beautiful family forever. -

Everything about our August 2021 wedding at Crispin Hill was perfect from the start of our planning, to the end of the wedding night. Chelsey and Heather truly are the dream team. The moment we toured the property we knew it was the place we’d get married, and our intuition was validated over and over again. Chelsey made the planning process so easy and stress free. Her system is incredibly organized and she answered any questions we had quickly and effectively. Heather’s food was unbelievably delicious. Our guests cleaned their plates and are still raving about their meals as well as the cocktail hour appetizers and drinks. During our wedding day the staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfectly set up from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception. I (the bride) have been trying to find a way to summarize how unbelievable our experience was with Crispin Hill in a nice, concise paragraph and I simply can't. So please bear with me as I sing their praises in an unorganized but heartfelt way.
My husband and I were one of the "fortunate" ones who were getting married during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our original plan was to do a destination wedding weekend in SC and we had been planning the event for a year and a half when COVID hit. We decided in June, 4 months before the original date, to cancel our plans down south and instead get married closer to home (Rochester, NY). The same day we cancelled the wedding down south, we stumbled upon Crispin Hill and loved what we saw online so we gave them a call. Right away we were impressed: Chelsey answered immediately and within no time we had booked a new date at their venue, 3 months away.
Needless to say, we had a lot to do in very little time and Chelsey and Heather were beyond accommodating. They helped us reach out to vendors on their preferred vendor list to see who was available (and let me tell you, every vendor on that list that we hired was outstanding), they helped us find new vendors when businesses dropped out last minute, they helped us find a place for the after party AND rehearsal dinner, and the list goes on and on and on. Essentially, they guided us through the entire planning process and helped us get over every road block (and there were a lot of them). Little by little the wedding started to come together and it was all due to their organization, expertise, and patient communication. They made planning for a wedding during a pandemic as stress-free as it could be. They knew all the regulations (which changed constantly) and with what they have built at that property, they were able to execute all the mandated regulations while still making it functional and beautiful.
And man, was it beautiful. I will admit, I was very anxious about how everything would play out. I am somewhat of a control freak and as I said, we had spent a year and a half planning our original wedding and we only had three months to plan this one. We had to put complete trust in Chelsey and Heather and the community of vendors they had created and we are so glad we did. Our guests were blown away that Crispin Hill was our plan B. The venue was stunning, the food was incredible, the staff was so kind and fun, and it ran without a hitch. Countless people came up to us saying it was the best wedding they had been to and that it ran smoother than weddings they had attended that weren't during an ever-changing pandemic. What Chelsey and Heather have created at Crispin Hill is truly remarkable. The wedding they helped us build was better than what we were planning originally, for so many reasons, and if we had to do it again, pandemic or not, we would choose Crispin Hill time and time again. They gave us one of the best days of our lives during one of the worst times of our lives and we truly cannot thank them enough.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue in words that I would personally describe as romantic, and "modern rustic", Crispin Hill is the place to book. Not only is the venue absolutely breathtaking, you have an experienced and professional team behind it all. I'm telling you....Chelsey and Heather are your people! If my planning process was this smooth and this well guided by these two during a global PANDEMIC, I can't imagine what it's like in a "normal world"!
With Covid causing so much stress and tears, the ladies at Crispin truly made me feel at ease and were with me through every obstacle this virus threw at us. They followed all safety precautions and took the safety of their customers and staff very seriously, which was very well respected. I know that this business is their pride and joy as it truly shows. They will want you to be happy with everything, and will make sure of that! As a bride, you couldn't ask for anything more.
Everything about this venue is exquisite. Every little detail that Chelsey and Heather put into this place did not go unnoticed. I get comments from friends and family weekly on the amazing food, the view, the venue, really everything about it!
I chose almost all my vendors off of their recommended list, and each and every one was perfect. I felt so comfortable knowing my photographer, videographer, DJ, shuttle service, and more had experience with this venue many many times. This helped my planning run as seamless as it did. Their recommendations were wonderful and I didn't need to waste time researching hardly at all.
I almost forgot to mention the farmhouse that you have the opportunity to stay in the night before. This is an absolute MUST. Waking up the morning of the wedding with my bridal party at the venue made everything so easy for us. Not to mention it's the most beautiful home I've probably ever stay at, with a view you can't beat.

We Couldn't Have Picked a Better Venue
It is so hard to put into words how grateful we are for choosing Crispin Hill as our venue. Chelsey and Heather are absolutely AMAZING at what they do and are just overall good people in general.
When I first stumbled across this venue online, I knew I had to see it in person for myself--it almost looked too good to be true. It was the first venue I visited and after that, every other venue I couldn't help but compare it to Crispin. I grew up in the finger lakes region and I could not get enough of that lake view; it was simply breathtaking. When I booked my official wedding date to be held there on July 24, 2020, I was so excited and could not wait for the day to get here!!
However, just months before our special day, we were hit with covid. Like most people, there were so many uncertainties. Everything seemed to change on a day-to-day basis and as our wedding day began approaching, we feared for the day we had dreamt of for so long.
Despite everything that was going on, Chelsey and Heather worked with us and constantly kept us updated with everything that was going on and all the New York State guidelines. Chelsey is AMAZING at communicating and is super organized. Not only were they flexible and willing to work with us during this time, they were SUPER accommodating to ensure all our guests were safe and comfortable. They made sure we were still able to have our special day, while also making sure it was done in the right way--all in accordance with the NYS regulations.
In addition to that, Crispin gives out a list of recommended vendors. We went ahead and chose mostly people who worked closely alongside Crispin. This was SUPER helpful once covid hit because most of our vendors had open communication with Crispin and knew exactly what to expect, making it easier on us (And by the way, all the vendors they recommend are AMAZING).
On the actual day of the wedding, everything went as smooth as possible; this was thanks to Chelsey and all the amazing staff at Crispin. They are all experts when it comes to weddings and all the small details that no one else would think of. I would not have thought of all the little details if it weren't for Crispin!!
Also, the FOOD!!! Heather is in charge of all the food and is SO amazing!! We got SO many compliments from all our guests about how delicious it all was! She has mastered the timing of it all to ensure no one is waiting or hangry throughout the night! She is also really good at making sure any guest with special dietary needs is taken care of.
Overall, our day was truly so special. Being a covid bride has been so extremely stressful in so many ways. That being said, Crispin was the reason that we were still able to have our wedding, and have it even more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed. It would not have been possible without all the support and reassurance that Chelsey and Heather were able to give us. They truly are experts at what they do.

I truly feel like I owe the best day of my life to Chelsey and Heather at Crispin Hill. Thank GOD a friend recommended Crispin Hill to me, since we love Keuka Lake, because I knew nothing about this place beforehand, and I was honestly dreading the search of the perfect venue. Crispin Hill was the first and only venue I looked at... as soon as I saw pictures and videos online, I got a feeling it was right. When I went to meet them and take a look around in person, that feeling was confirmed and ever since then I got excited just thinking about our wedding there and how the day would play out. I could immediately picture our friends and family having the BEST time there, and this place being so special to us as a couple. Chelsey and Heather were a true delight to work with right from the getgo - they felt like friends who we sincerely trusted. In everything they said and did for us, we knew they wanted US to have the wedding we dreamed of... it wasn't about just running a business. Come March, when the pandemic hit, Chelsey and I talked often. She was always available and supportive. We stayed patient and positive, and I'm truly so grateful for her during those months that were full of worry. Once we officially postponed to a later date in which we could have the wedding we really wanted (not a shell of a re-planned wedding), the excitement outweighed the worry and Chelsey and Heather were the BEST in making it all happen. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to follow all the NYS guidelines and create a space that felt safe, but still felt exactly like the wedding we had originally planned. Now onto the actual day.... I literally cannot say enough about how enjoyable it was. My husband and I had the most relaxing, fun day of our lives. Crispin Hill just has that vibe the moment you step on the property - relaxing, beautiful, fun. Our guests kept coming up to us making remarkable comments about the venue... and we are still getting texts and phonecalls reliving the day and raving about Crispin Hill. We stayed in the farmhouse the night before the wedding with a few friends, and absolutely loved it. I wish I could live there, the house is so beautiful! The bridal suite is out of a magazine or movie. I would 100% recommend staying in the house either the night before or the night after a wedding - it really made the day all the more special. Onto the ceremony... the location is gorgeous... when I turned the corner to face our guests and my husband standing at the arch, with the lake and beautifully cloudy sky in the background, I was overwhelmed with how picturesque it was. Then... the reception. Amazing. Even with the guidelines of wearing masks while not seated, the spaced out high-top tables for cocktail hour, and the limited seating at the farm tables for dinner... it still was the best. With all of those precautions, we had multiple guests comment on how safe and comfortable they felt. The cocktail area space(s) were incredible - there were so many beautiful places for guests to hang out. Many guests said the hors d’oeuvres and cocktails were delicious. Dinner was spectacular! We had fast service and the quality and taste of each meal made by Heather as the head chef was VERY impressive. We had many comments about how great guests' meals were! The party after dinner was SO FUN. Crispin Hill is one of the most unique venues we've been to (and we've been to many weddings in the past few years) because there are so many cool places that guests can hang out and enjoy themselves. We spent most of our time dancing (even with masks, it was so much fun!), but many guests enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, the many hightop tables spread out around the gorgeous property, the firepit, etc. My husband and I had people coming up to us all night remarking on how great this venue was, loving the landscape and views, asking how we heard about this place, and saying that they will recommend it to others. Chelsey was so on top of everything all day - she truly is excellent at what she does. She remains SO professional, calm, encouraging, and positive through just about anything. I cannot thank her (& Heather) enough. Also, from the beginning they recommended amazing vendors that they love to work with - and we trusted their word on everyone they recommended, many of which were available and we used. The whole team was incredible! Chelsey and Heather have truly created the most magical of all wedding venues in the Finger Lakes/upstate NY region. They've put their heart and soul into making couples' wedding dreams come true, and we're so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience. If you are one of the lucky couples to stumble upon this small piece of Finger Lakes paradise as a potential wedding venue. Look no further. I repeat- book now and you will have the best wedding experience. My now husband and I fell in love with the property when we visited- and since then to our wedding day they continued to make updates to elevate the natural beauty and get the most out of the space they have. From the outdoor ceremony overlooking Keuka Lake to the vast red barn which they renovated into an adorable cocktail reception area that used to be the horse stalls, the top floor of the barn is the dancing floor/bar/music space, and down below is Heather’s kitchen. Everything is perfect. I like to refer to it as romantic chic with a rustic feel. The reception tent adjacent to the barn has the most gorgeous wooden farm tables and the view of the lake is breath taking. And then the farm house—we would live in the house forever if we could. It is stunning. Always clean, inviting and smells of Mrs. Meyer’s soaps (my fave). It has plenty of natural light for beautiful photos, plenty of space for small to large bridal parties and the most beautiful master bathroom with a claw foot tub and even a bidet! (Trust me you have to try it out).
Okay now that I have certainly enticed you into the beauty of the property let me tell you about the amazing owners and our personal experience. Words cannot begin to express the gratitude and appreciation and immense love we have for the owners~ Chelsey & Heather. First off, they are beautiful people themselves and pour their heart and soul into running this business. The approach they have is always making sure their bride & groom have the best experience possible. Chelsey serves as the wedding coordinator and Heather is the chef. From beginning to end the process is seamless and very meticulous. I am a Type A personality and I SO appreciate Chelsey’s attention to detail and had the most fun filling out her Google Docs that essentially served as the master blueprint and communication tool of our wedding day. I 100% believe this was the key to such an amazing day/night. Chelsey’s communication with us was impeccable and I never felt like she was unavailable. She deals with so many couples and I always felt like she knew the details to our day and always was very personable. She is one of the sweetest human beings and we are so grateful for her dedication to making our day so special. Heather is a culinary chef and absolute MASTER at making the most delicious food. Just by reading the menu our mouths watered and to see the beautiful creations in person was a fantastic experience. When we went to our tasting we were blown away by the amount of food that is served- no one will be starving. The flavors, textures and vibrancy of the dishes were stunning and it felt like a personal culinary experience. She is equally a beautiful human being and we appreciated her dedication to prompt delivery of the dishes to ensure they did not get cold and the attention to detail with place cards and meal stickers. We also were very impressed with her philosophy in regards to dietary restrictions and making sure every single guest was satisfied and able to eat their dinner to their liking. Taylor and I are foodies and nothing she makes disappoints!!
Lastly, I also want to point out that our wedding day happened in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic. Taylor and I were unsure we were even going to have our special day. Above all- this is where Chelsey and Heather shone in their dedication and flexibility to their couples. I can’t say it enough but they exceeded our expectations in every single way. They were adherent to all safety guidelines and ensured that the proper signage was present, procedures were followed, masks/ hand washing stations provided, and available seating for every single guest during cocktail hour. Everyone felt safe. Taylor and I will forever be grateful for this wedding venue and the two people who make it so special. Crispin Hill – Quality Makes a Difference!
We fell in love with the site, and beautiful views of Keuka Lake in Penn Yan, NY. My finance’s only child was getting married and we wanted it to be special. Little did we know last fall, our decision to go with Crispin Hill as the wedding venue would be so important and enable us to safely move forward with this celebration amid Covid-19. Pandemic, masks, social distancing was not part of our vocabulary or wedding plan.
Chelsey and Heather, owners of Crispin Hill, are personable, easy to work with, and know weddings inside and out. We are forever grateful for the invaluable guidance this team provided us throughout the entire process. We can’t thank them enough for helping to create a perfect wedding during a pandemic.
1) A normal wedding requires lots of communication, planning, and coordination, a pandemic wedding is infinitely more. Chelsey & Heather absolutely excel at this! They were never more than a text away – this is huge and made all the difference in the world when we needed answers. From the beginning, they created a shared google drive for us to work with them. It included a great list of other vendors we may need, time frame charts, to-do lists, etc. This structure and helpful information; was just what we needed to get to work. Once the pandemic took full force, their newsletter updates and replies to all our text messages kept us up to date on all the changes that were happening and options available to change the wedding or date.
2) Crispin Hill met the obstacles and constant changes brought on by Covid-19 with optimism, creativity, steadfast tracking of NY state & county requirements with a sincere focus on the health and safety of our guests and their staff. They turned themselves upside down reconfiguring their venue for easier social distancing, more availability to be outside with a new tented dance floor, increased signage, and adjusted to the ever-changing guest. They worked closely with us to ensure our guests were provided a safe, personable way to celebrate one of life’s most treasured events.
3) Crispin Hill - Beautiful, scenic location overlooking Keuka lake
House ~
We had the bride and bridesmaids stay in Crispin’s beautiful rental house the night before the wedding. This provided an extra layer to the celebration and ease of getting ready, the morning of the wedding. This wound up being more convenient than we even anticipated. It also provided beautiful shots for the photographer and videographer to begin the day.
Ceremony ~
The site has an amazing background view of Keuka Lake, a beautiful white stone path, and decorative huge wine barrels & trellis for your florist to decorate. The rows of white chairs for guests are comfortable and were set further apart for safety. Chelsey does an amazing job making sure the bridal party is organized and knows what to do so everything comes off perfect and looks beautiful.
Cocktail Hour ~
Amazing food and lots of beautiful areas for our guests to mingle in small groups…. deck with tented tables, and a gorgeous view of Keuka Lake; a new tented area with little tables outside of barn that worked perfectly to serve the hors d'oeuvres; lots of outdoor tables, some tented with bar stools lining the 3 stone paths. The many tents and cool breeze off the lake helped keep guests cool and comfortable.
Reception ~
Heather is an amazing chef – everything was delicious, hot, and served right on time. She spent time helping us decide the menu and was very conscious and organized about keeping track of guest food allergies or concerns. She helped us personalize everything with our own drink choices for the bar, menu options, and a great food tasting in Jan to help us decide the menu.
Lawn after Dinner ~
A firepit, a couple of lawn games, and Adirondack chairs throughout the property – was enjoyed by many of our guests. Great way to have fun and stay socially distant. The servers are incredible and quickly got dinner dishes away and made the whole tented area a relaxing, beautiful place for people to gather.
Barn & Dancing ~
The red barn has 2 huge windows with gorgeous views of Keuka Lake, hanging lights throughout the ceiling, a perfect place for dancing and cutting the cake. This is what initially sold our bride to be in the fall on Crispin, little did we know how much more they would do. Huge fans placed in the barn helped keep our dancing guests cool.
Crispin Staff ~
Top-notch, all friendly, personable and worked with the bridal party and family wonderfully! They did a great job making sure our guests felt taken care of from the moment they parked until the end of the night, They hustled to make sure our timeline was kept, food came out hot, guests drinks were served quickly and water was readily available at all time.
This makes a big difference for a party, and we are grateful Crispin Hill only hires quality.

4) Vendor partners were excellent and made setup easy and classy
From the Crispin Hill vendor list, we chose DJ Don & Moon, Foote Florist, and Finger Lakes Shuttle. All of these vendors were professional, easy to work with, and helped make the wedding day perfect. We are grateful we went with vendors that work well with Chelsey & Heather and were able to adjust to all the last-minute changes.

Chelsey and Heather are amazing!
I wanted to share my venue experience for my fellow “corona brides” in case anyone is struggling to rebook their postponed wedding.
As a 2020 bride, I waited my whole life for my special “time.” I sat back eagerly throughout my 20’s and early 30’s and watched close friends and family celebrate milestones such as enagements, new homes, weddings, and babies. I literally couldn’t wait for it to be “my turn” and had the wedding planned in my head for at least the last 10 years 😂
When I finally met the love of my life two years ago-I wanted to pick a venue by Keuka Lake since that was where he grew up.
I found Crispin Hill by chance, by a google search for Keuka Lake venues. However, the second we stepped foot on the property, I knew this was the PLACE. Not only is it beautiful, but the owners - Heather and Chelsey are literally wonderful! My experience with them pre- COVID was great, but after COVID they have exceeded my expectation and have gone above and beyond for me this year to still make “my time” special.
We set a 6/26/20 wedding date- a date that had very special significance to me and my husband. When COVID threatened to take that day away from us, Heather and Chelsey stepped in. Without even thinking- they offered us to still have a small, intimate ( and socially distant) ceremony on our original wedding date- OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF THEIR HEARTS at a time when so many were out of jobs and loosing money.
In addition, they graciously were going to allow us to move our wedding and re-do the ceremony on 7/31/20. Although we ended up postponing (again) to next summer, Chelsey and Heather made the process as easy (as something like this)as can be. They respected our decision to want to be able to celebrate with the “right way” with less restrictions and more family next year. Changing our date and updating our contract was literally hassle-free.
I share this because am so grateful to have them. I have heard horror stories from other brides who have literally lost thousands of dollars and time on venues who refuse to cooperate. Their actions show to me that they are GOOD people and are not just in this business to make a quick buck. They care about their clients and I am so LUCKY that I choose them.

Making the decision to hold our wedding at Crispin Hill was the best decision we could have ever made. Chelsea and Heather thought of every detail this perfectionist could not have even imagined. The two are not only experts in the wedding industry, but also in customer service, calming anxious brides, creating delicious and perfectly executed meals, and delivering on their promises to give you a perfect day. We never had to wait long for answers to our questions, they were extremely flexible and responsive during the planning process. The best part though, was the work they did on our wedding day. I can't stress enough how helpful it was to have Chelsea there to guide all the moving parts into place with precision and a careful eye for detail.
In addition to the amazing work of Heather and Chelsea, there is of course the gorgeous property! Our views and photos were incredible. I would highly recommend renting the house to get ready in as well. Logistics wise, the location was a dream. Crispin Hill is seven minutes from the farthest hotel in Penn Yan, and a four minute drive to downtown. It was easy to book hotel blocks and we had options for easy transportation to and from the venue. We are so thankful for Chelsea and Heather's dedication to and expertise in their craft and for making our wedding a standout favorite among our guests. -

Best Day Ever!
Crispin Hill was the first and only place my husband and I looked when choosing a venue. As soon as we set foot on the property, we knew that this is where we wanted to get married. The pictures do not do it justice! Chelsey and Heather are amazing people to work with and make sure that no detail goes unnoticed. Chelsey provides everything you need to make sure that you don't miss a single thing for your big day. She is your wedding coordinator and there to help you at a moments notice! They provide you with a list of vendors they prefer to work with which was SO HELPFUL for someone planning a wedding out of state.
The food was absolutely amazing! All of our guests said that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Heather takes such pride in serving outstanding food and it is evident in her plating, presentation, and exquisite preparation of meals.
The venue is so much more than a rustic barn wedding. They truly make the venue feel like it has been part of your family for decades on your wedding day. The house and all the grounds are absolutely stunning. The view is one of the best in the finger lakes!
My husband and I are so happy that we chose Crispin Hill and recommend it to anyone thinking about a wedding in that area! They are hands down the best! -

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. When we found Crispin Hill we weren’t sure what to expect from being out of town. The venue itself speaks for itself with the views and the charm. Chelsey and Heather were awesome and so easy to work with. Our guests came up to us all night saying how delicious the food was (everything on the plates was gone) how great the venue was and how awesome the band was. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. -

Perfect Venue
I would choose Crispin Hill 1,000 times over. Chelsey and Heather went over the top to make us feel welcome and helped with every step of the process. Chelsey was extremely responsive and answered each of my many questions through the process.
Our guests still rave about the amazing meal (the food really was out of this world). The view is spectacular and the farmhouse was equally beautiful. The day was seamless, we didn't have to worry about a thing and all of our guests were cared for. Our experience could not have been better.
I would rate this venue a 100 out of 10. My husband and I couldn't be happier we chose to get married at this amazing site. I would recommend Heather and Chelsey to anyone. -

Amazing!!!
I just got married at Crispin Hill on 9/14 and it was the most magical day/night of my life!! Working with Chelsey and Heather was easy and they were quick to respond to all my questions throughout the process. Their staff really took care of us the night of the wedding and they were continually checking in and making sure we were all set on drinks etc.
The FOOD everyone was absolutely raving about the food - the steak and lobster was better than steakhouses I’ve been to and everyone was amazed that their food actually came out hot. Every person that we spoke to said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and we truly felt the same.
The venue is beautiful, the views are unreal, and you don’t have that cookie cutter wedding venue feel at all. If you are on the fence between different venues just pick Crispin and you will be sooooo happy with your decision!! -

Chelsey was an awesome person to work with! She was always great about getting back to me quickly with my many questions. I love that she had a timeline ready for us and we loved how smoothly everything went the day of the wedding. We also loved the food tasting with Heather- her food is so good! My fiance and I knew we were going to get married on Keuka Lake, it was just a matter of figuring out where. After some research, we set out to look at venues. None of them felt right, until we visited Crispin Hill- the moment we set foot there, we knew it was the place we were going to get married. It is such a beautiful, peaceful location, overlooking Keuka. We loved the fact that the ceremony and reception would be in the same location, and couldn't get over how beautiful everything was!
Chelsey and Heather were so amazing. From the first time we met them to see Crispin Hill, they were warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and truly interested in helping us plan our wedding. Chelsey was so quick to reply to all my questions, whether email or text. We loved chatting with Heather about the menu, and the food that came out that day was perfect. Choosing Crispin Hill as our venue was the first big decision we made in wedding planning, and it was the easiest decision we made since we knew our wedding there would be perfect! -

Chelsey was so great at guiding me through the wedding planning process and listening to my incessant questions. Heather did an amazing job with our food. From the tasting to the rehearsal dinner, then cocktail hour and dinner the food was excellent and our guests agreed. The bridesmaids stayed at the farmhouse the night before, and everything ran really smoothly the day of our wedding. Thank you so much for making our day special!

Allison Sent on 11/19/2017When we were searching for a wedding venue, we wanted an outdoor area in the Finger Lakes at a venue that was rustic and somewhere we could add our own personal touch. One visit to Crispin Hill and we knew that was the place for us! Overlooking Keuka Lake, Crispin Hill provided fantastic views, and the farmhouse set-up was accommodating for the outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour at the stables, reception on the patio, and dancing in the barn. We also stayed at the house (a beautifully remodeled farmhouse) for the wedding weekend, which was great for the wedding party (most of us, out of towners) and also made getting ready for our special day that much easier. Chelsey and Heather were responsive, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the process (which ended up being 8 months of communications). Chelsey was the wedding planner, coordinating with our vendors (DJ, musician, baker) to make sure everything was in place and the day flowed effortlessly. Chelsey and Heather allowed us to set up our own décor around the farmhouse, in the barn, and at the reception area. Since we had a beer theme to our wedding, beer selection was important, and Chelsey went above and beyond to try and get specific beers for us, working with her distributors to give us many options. Immediately after we said our “I do’s” and walked toward the reception area, she was waiting, with beers in hand, to congratulate my wife and me. Heather prepared the meals for us, and even modified a dish to our liking. The food was fantastic, and even before we sat down, a portion of each dinner item was already waiting for us. The staff at the venue were attentive and friendly, and our guests really enjoyed the drinks the staff mixed up. The venue was beautiful; everyone at Crispin Hill was attentive; the food was delicious; and our day was perfect. We’re still talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how perfectly everything turned out.

Beautiful Spot!
We had a wonderful wedding at Crispin Hill – where to begin! Chelsey and Heather are the co-owners and really want you to have a special day. They are professional and very well organized. They have an excellent website and tools to help you plan your special day. We also appreciated their staff on the day of the wedding – they did a great job.
The Crispin Hill facility is great. There is a lovely farmhouse where you can get ready and rent to stay if interested. There is a lovely field with an arch for the wedding and a great spot on the property for cocktail hour. Then you can enjoy dinner under the tent on lovely large wooden farm tables and the adjacent barn holds a bar and is great for dancing. The views of Keuka Lake and the hillsides nearby from the property are incredible. The meal was outstanding – delicious farm to table food – wonderful choices and just excellent.
We had a fabulous wedding – many thanks Crispin Hill!

Angela Sent on 12/11/2016Heather and Chelsey really shine when it's show time. No matter how much planning goes into a wedding, you have to prepare for a few bumps in the road as it all unfolds. In my experience, this is when we most appreciated the experience, professionalism, and flexibility of Crispin Hill. Heather is an absolute master of her craft. Our rehearsal took longer than we'd hoped, but you wouldn't know that we had delayed her meal by an hour because we walked into a rehearsal dinner that could have come straight from a magazine; it was beautiful. There were also a couple setbacks to our timeline the day of our wedding, but the Crispin Hill crew didn't break a sweat! Their calm demeanor and ability to improvise makes all the difference in the world to a bride on her wedding day. Chelsey served as an excellent liaison between the wedding party, our guests, and their wonderful team. She offered assistance during times I didn't even think I'd need it, but not sure what I would have done without her. Above all else, the Crispin Hill property and views are breathtaking. Spending your entire wedding weekend at one (very comfortable) location has so many perks. If you're looking for a rusty-chic venue with a one-of-a-kind view, we highly recommend Crispin Hill. We are so grateful to Heather and Chelsey for a perfect day! -
