They were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Every request, big or small, was met with a smile and handled with such care that we never once had to worry about a thing. The staff anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, allowing us to simply enjoy the day.
The service was impeccable — drinks were always full, plates were served with grace, and the timing of every part of the evening flowed effortlessly. Our guests are still raving about how friendly, accommodating, and efficient everyone was.

My husband and I got married on 7/26/25 and from the moment we toured Crest Hollow Country Club with Ryan, we fell in love and knew it was the only place to begin our marriage. We also met with Jerry, the general manager, and worked with our incredible event planner, Samantha, who both made us feel like family; it was clear that our wedding was as important to them as it was to us, and they wanted us to feel like family. They did, from the moment we started working with them. The grounds themselves are absolutely stunning; I originally thought I wanted a destination wedding, and at Crest Hollow you get the feel and luxe of a high end resort destination wedding without needing to travel! There are 3 outdoor gardens to choose from for an outdoor ceremony, and we chose the stunning West Garden for ours. It is both private and intimate and has a stunning backdrop of natural greenery. We were married under a beautiful floral arch and had the most picture perfect July day-no humidity, just a light, gentle breeze! Prior to that, I was able to get my hair and makeup done, and get ready, with my bridesmaids and mom in one of their beautiful bridal suites. My bridal attendant, Kimberlyn, was so attentive throughout the entire day and night; she did not leave my side and was absolutely incredible. My husband's attendants for his grooms suite, Henry and Sam, were also wonderful, and together all 3 ensured we had such a smooth and perfect day. Our cocktail hour was located outside around the pool area, just beyond where our ceremony took place, and we arrived in style via golf cart. Our guests are still raving about the incredible cocktail hour with all of the specialty stations (e.g., live sushi making, raw bar, etc.). And it had the most beautiful backdrop situated around the pool, really making you feel like you are on a tropical vacation. The pool area is bedecked with cool couches and lounges, giving it a Miami feel, and beautiful florals and palm trees. Our reception took place in the Starlight Ballroom, which is one of three to choose from. It comes with an outdoor gazebo that we turned into an outdoor lounge for cigars throughout the night; this overlooks the pool, so makes for a beautiful view at night. The Starlight Ballroom has a cozy yet elegant feel, and was recently renovated. Our incredible bartender, Willie, made sure the drinks were always flowing, and we opted for an incredible tequila bar, complete with an ice luge! Truly every detail was thought of. My husband and I joked that most weddings usually have something that go wrong, but ours just kept getting better and better. It was truly flawless with no issues, and we were able to just enjoy ourselves and have the best night of our lives. We opted for both a specialty dessert selection and a fun after party complete with bar food snacks. Guests that did not stay for the after party were able to take to go containers home to enjoy the food on their way home. Truly the best night of our lives, and Crest Hollow made it possible. Definitely look no further, they are the best in the business!

This venue is stunning, the staff is dependable and helpful!! I had such a great time celebrating the wedding of my two friends. Especially with the help of Karen, the bridal assistant who helped out so much in cultivating an amazing experience. She was there through every step of the way and took amazing clips and pictures of the bride, groom and guests.

We had our 5/26/24 wedding at Crest Hollow, with an outdoor garden ceremony and cocktail hour and an indoor reception in the Emerald Room. We knew as soon as we toured in 2023 that this was our spot - the venue is gorgeous and our primary banquet managers (Ryan and Samantha) were incredible. They worked closely with us for a year, answered all of our questions, and made our vision come true. Our guests had a blast and the food was delicious and plentiful.

Crest Hollow was the first venue we toured on our venue search, and we fell in love the moment we pulled into the drive way. Leading up to our September 2023 wedding, we worked with Mark and Maria, and they were both fantastic! Super communicative and easy to work with! Our Maître d' was Al and our bridal attendant was Natalia - both were absolutely FANTASTIC and made the entire day run so smoothly. If anything went wrong during they day, we didn't know because they were both on top of it. We had our outdoor ceremony in the English Garden and our reception in the Emerald Room. Both were decorated exceptionally. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour by the pool. The food was also incredible! Our custom mocktails were also a huge hit. Everything went so perfectly, and we cannot recommend Crest Hollow Country Club enough. Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so special!

Let me start off by saying that we chose this venue because my sister got married here a few years ago and everything turned out absolutely amazing so, of course, we wanted the same for ourselves! From our very first meeting with Samantha, the Banquet Manager, we were treated with kindness and genuine care. Samantha was beyond fun to work with - her wit and easy going attitude calmed all of my bridal nerves and allowed me to laugh through some of the things I could have cried about. She provided every bit of information we needed, she gave advice when I was torn between decisions, she answered ALL of my many emails with patience, understanding, and humor, and she made all of our meetings something to look forward to instead of them all feeling like a chore. Every bit of planning was that much easier because of her and her constant reassurance that it was going to be our favorite day. As for the day of the wedding, I literally could not have gone through the day without the help of our bridal attendant, KAREN! She was everything I could have needed on that day and more. From the minute we met her to even the next day when we picked up our things, she was the kindest, sweetest soul I ever had the pleasure of experiencing. She helped me with breathing exercises when my nerves hit before walking down the aisle, she hand fed me in the bridal suite to ensure that my dress wouldn't get dirty, she made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times, she followed us through the cocktail hour so we didn't get tied up talking to one person for too long, she bustled me up numerous times since someone stepped on my dress and ripped one out, she held my dress, she held my flowers, she held my hand, she was HANDS DOWN a key part of what made our wedding day so perfect and so seamless and so unforgettable. I could thank her everyday for the rest of my life. The wedding was just everything my husband and I could have ever hoped for. The Crest Hollow Country Club and it's amazing staff went above and beyond to make sure of just that and it is going to be a day we look back on fondly. My heart is so happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend this place over and over again.

My wedding was fairy tale! The staff catered to us through the whole day. Plenty of spots to create beautiful wedding photos. The food was amazing!!!

From the moment we stepped foot in Crest Hollow CC in October of 2020, we were treated like nothing short of Royalty. In the heart of Covid, while wedding venues everywhere were closed or laying off staff, we decided to travel to Long Island from Westchester to view some venues. We arrived to Crest Hollow, were greeted kindly & asked to wait in the lobby while our salesperson finished up his tour of another couple. We were given freshly baked snacks by the incredible Chef & refreshments as we waited. Shortly thereafter, Henry, who is typically on the operations team, saw us waiting & immediately offered to show us the property. While the kindness of every staff member we met, as well as the beauty of the grounds spoke for itself, Henry's natural hospitality, knowledge of the events process from start to finish, patience & flexibility displayed on that first day, left not a doubt in my mind, as the bride-to-be, that this was the place my husband & I were meant to celebrate our wedding. Despite seeing many other venues, and having another venue tour scheduled for later that afternoon, my mind was made up. We returned to Crest Hollow, worked out some logistics, & booked our event. Prior to leaving, we specifically requested to the Director of Operations that Henry work our event. Every vendor that we hired was a direct recommendation of the venue & Henry took the time to give an overview of each specific vendor. After hearing what our vision was, he helped us narrow it down to the best vendors to fit our preferences. He would check-in on us every month or so just to see how we were doing and to answer any questions we may have had. At one point, as Covid impacted our jobs, the finance department worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with a suitable payment plan, and Henry checked on us until he knew we were on the other side of that challenging time. The number of stories I could share about the level of service leading up to our wedding is countless. Needless to say, as the wedding grew closer, & final planning meetings came to a close, I knew that with the team of vendors I had hired, as well as the close care provided by Henry & the staff at Crest Hollow, that our wedding day was in the best hands. Never in my life did I think I would be so calm on the day so many little girls dream about since they were kids. We arrived at the venue after our church ceremony, we were immediately greeted at the door of our vehicle by our AMAZING bridal attendant, Karen, as well as our fabulous maitre d', Al. They brought us & our bridal party to the suite and provided refreshments. They immediately welcomed & provided cocktails to any guests who arrived early & made them comfortable prior to beginning our NEXT LEVEL cocktail hour 30 minutes early. Our guests have not stopped talking about how "you haven't been to a cocktail hour until you've experienced that one". They raved over the feeling of being in the Caribbean as they sat poolside enjoying their amazing & endless food. The reception blew them away equally as much. The food. The bartenders (& the drinks). The aesthetic of the reception space. The day could not have gone smoother. The communication Crest Hollow staff has with their recommended vendors is next to none. There was no room for error in this amazing day. The staff at CHCC is elite & I would redo this day a million times & change NOTHING. If you're considering Crest Hollow for your wedding, look no further.

We just had a great wedding at Crest Hollow country club. Thankfully we had perfect weather to enjoy the garden for the ceremony and cocktail hour by the poolside. My guests loved the food and the experience. The staff was great! They help organize everything on they day.

My wedding was just held on 11/11/21 this past week. Many couples have told me “The bride and groom never enjoy their day because its so hectic”. Well thats the complete opposite for me. My husband and I enjoyed every moment thanks to the wonderful staff. We did a first look before the ceremony so we got to enjoy our cocktail hour and interact with our guests more. My bridal attendant Kim was a complete angel. She helped me from the moment I arrived at Crest Hollow and stepped foot out of the car. She helped me with my veil and my shoes and always made sure I had something to snack, eat, or drink. She made sure my dress and veil were good to go along with my fathers tie right before we walked down. My husbands maitre’d was so attentive as well and he was with us all day helping us get through the day. Our food was amazing! Our guests raved how good and how much food was served. My guests also raved how beautiful it was inside and said it was super classy. I have nothing bad to say about my venue and I would recommend it to anyone. My banquet managers were Kristina and TK so thank you for your patience and time. Thank you Crest Hollow Country Club for giving me the best day of my life.

So many people mentioned to me how beautiful the venue is, how great the food is, and how nice everyone is who works there. We got married here in September 2021 and it far exceeded our expectations - we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We had a few bumps in the road during the planning phases (our designated Crest Hollow Coordinator Joe retired well into our planning, 6 months before our wedding date and we had to start from scratch) so we really didn’t know what to expect. We were planning our wedding remotely from Florida in the midst of Covid, which made it extra difficult, but Ryan Matland took over for Joe and was extremely professional, attentive and accommodating. He made sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of and for that we are truly grateful.

On our wedding day, we were blown away with how perfectly everything went. There were no hiccups whatsoever and everything was flawlessly executed. Our ceremony was gorgeous, the cocktail hour by the pool was breathtaking and our reception in the Emerald Room was one we will never forget. The service was 5 star and couldn’t have been better (Kim, my bridal helper and Al, our day-of coordinator, were INCREDIBLE), food was excellent, and organization was supreme. We can’t say enough about Crest Hollow and highly recommend it for a perfected executed event at a gorgeous venue. Thank you for making our wedding day a dream come true!

Excellent!!!! That is my overall grading for Crest hollow. We initially booked with the venue in 2018. We instantly connected with the event planner but unfortunately, due to a family emergency he had to move to another state. We were informed of this by the wonderful event planner, Ms. Alana Monti, who replaced him. The transition was seamless. She is incredible!! When the pandemic occurred and we postponed our wedding, Alana was very supportive, kind and empathetic. She kept me centered. She was very responsive to all of my communications to her, big or small. Working with Alana was the least stressful part of our wedding. She is an absolute angel. Our wedding day was magical thanks to her. Our wedding guest raved about the food. Al, the maitre d', and Kim, the bridal attendant, were wonderful! We were very well taken cared of. I was truly blessed to have had such a wonderful experience. Alana, we cannot thank you enough. You are the consummate professional with a golden heart. Thank you for listening, being available, the counseling, kind and supportive words and being in our corner. You understood what the day meant to us. Thank you to everyone at the front desk who greeted us warmly every time I came in, particularly Carl. Thank you to the chef, food was excellent, and every staff member I ran into. They always greeted me with hello. Crest Hollow is the best; they truly work with you and your budget. They are very transparent. My fiancé and I had been through a lot with postponing our wedding twice because of Covid and then ended up getting married on a potential hurricane day. We had a lot of emotions but Crest Hollow surpassed any expectations we had by giving us our dream wedding. Henry Rodriguez was with us the whole way and he was awesome! He saw my
vision and made it all happen! Henry and his team gave us everything we asked for and more! What a fantastic day!

Crest Hollow Country Club did my brother’s wedding thirty years ago, my daughter’s prom 15 years ago and now my wedding. All events were flawless with great planning and beautiful scenery along with a great staff.

So today is my 1 year wedding anniversary to my wonderfully loving husband, and I just wanted to take a moment to thank Crest Hollow. This day brings back overwhelming memories of pure happiness for me, my family and friends. One whole year later, who knew the world would be in the state that it’s in today.

Uliana was our banquet manager, and she could not have been more helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. We booked all the way back in 2018, so we got to work with her for a good 2 years. I’ll be honest with you I wasn’t the easiest bride, one could say I’m a little anxious. Uliana made sure I felt completely comfortable from taking the tour, signing the contract to all the planning. Sandy (my bridal attendant) and Joe (our maitre d) were with my husband and I the day of our wedding. They helped keep my mind at ease, made sure we ate throughout the night and had everything we needed. My guests could not stop talking about how wonderful all the staff was and how beautiful the grounds were. And of course we can not forget about the food!!! It was all so good, my guests couldn’t believe how much of it there was.

Crest Hollow helped make our wedding dreams come true and we now have memories that we will never forget. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it!

I cannot thank everyone at Crest Hollow enough, they truly worked hard to make our day special! The planning process went smoothly thanks to our manager Tom. He made sure all our needs were met and handled everything from beginning to end. Sandy and Mike are also amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed and more on our wedding day. They both made the day as stress free as possible. My guests were extremely happy with the array of food during both cocktail hour and dinner. It was nice that there were so many options, there was something for everyone. I still have guests talking about what an amazing time they had! Crest Hollow gave us A+ service along with memories that we will never forget! My husband and I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for more events in the future.

The grounds are breathtaking. There were so many places to take photos, it was wonderful! My guests absolutely loved cocktail hour by the pool and the food was delicious. The staff was excellent and helped me with anything I needed. My reception was in the Plaza room, it was set up beautifully and there was always staff around who were very attentive. From beginning to end our manager, Leo, was very professional and the venue provided a wonderful experience. I am so happy I chose to have my reception here!

Banquet manger Eric is amazing I haven’t had such pleasant experiences with another banquet manger at crest hollow but Eric has made everything so much better

My husband and i had our wedding at crest hallow on august 23,2019. Overall we had a great experience. Out banquet manager Michael was great to work with he was so nice and helpful. Crest hallow was the first venue we saw as soon as we walked in i fell in love with the place. We saw a few others but crest hallow was always first choice so glad we got married here. Staff was so nice the food was amazing the place is beautiful. We are so thankful with Michael for helping us have an amazing wedding

My wedding is in April 2021 but right off the bat my fiancé and I loved the crest hollow and the attention they give each couple and the service they provide and our coordinator Mitch is a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait for our wedding day.

I feel so compelled to write this review and share my amazing experience at Crest Hollow Country Club. From the moment my Husband and I walked through those doors and met our wedding coordinator,
Michael Donahue, we knew we didnt need to look any furthur. Michael was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, warm and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The grounds were some of the most beautiful grounds I ever saw in my life from waterfalls to the foliage. Every step of our wedding was planned perfectly because of Michael. Unfortunately on our wedding day it rained and a lot of guests had backed out leaving us screwed a lot of money. But Crest Hollow came through and added wonderful additions to makeup for our loss. The food was outrageous, my guests actually thought cocktail hour was dinner! The service was like nothing I have ever seen. My bridal attendant and staff made me feel like the only one in the place, like royalty! I honestly cannot rave enough about this place. My guests said it was the “best wedding they ever been to.” I am forever greatful for all of their amazing efforts. 5 star place all around!

Since my fiancé was out of town, my mom and I went to Crest Hollow Country Club, to see if we would book my reception. I had no intention of signing the contract right there and then in Michael’s office, but we did. (After showing my fiancé via facetime Crest Hollow we decided to book the reception.) Michael, was patient, funny and explained in great details all that Crest Hollow has to offer. As my wedding is approaching, Michael has been a great help with all of the changes that is currently happening. If I am treated like the only bride during preparations, I am sure I will be getting superior service the day of my wedding.

Working with thomas was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend tho vendor for your wedding, as long as you are okay with knowing there will be other weddings proceeding on the same day in separate halls. Sandy was the best maitre!

Me and my fiance are getting married in two years and didnt even know where to start. we saw a couple of venues. This was the last venue we decided to check out. We went there open minded. The place is beautiful i thought the plates were going to be expensive. Meeting with Leo he put us at ease and looked at different rooms. The place is beautiful. We made sure the date was available. I called him and told him we definitely want to book the venue.

I got married at Crest Hollow County Club on April 19, 2019. Michael was my banquet manager and he was the best! He always reassured me that I could call him anytime to ask him anything. He was always smiling and so personable. Cocktail hour was DEEEELICIOUS! My guests still talk about how much food there was and how good it was. I fell in love with the ambiance of CHCC and I am beyond happy that we chose to get married there. From start to finish everything was exactly how I imagined. Our bridal attendants were more than perfect. They were by our sides all night long and the second I finished my drink I had a new one in front of me. They both kept us informed of what was going to be happening next and made sure everything had a smooth transition. Thank you CHCC for the wedding of my dreams.

Working with Crest Hollow was an amazing experience. I had the absolute pleasure of having Amy as my banquet manager and she was simply the best! Every meeting went smoothly and was enjoyable. Everyone at Crest Hollow was nice and easy to work with. The day of the wedding the manager and his team were amazing. They were on point all night and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Even when some little things went wrong, which they always do, they were able to fix them quickly and with a smile. I would highly recommend this venue for any event but especially for a wedding.

I had my prom at the crest hollow back in 1997 and I LOVED it so I knew that if I got married I would want to have my wedding there and I am!

Crest Hollow was amazing!! From our banquet manager Mitch to our Maitre'D, Matt and bridal attendant Sandy, we were completely taken care of. Mitch helped us from the moment we chose Crest Hollow for our wedding, He was always available to answer any questions we had and was very prompt in his responses. He made sure everything we wanted was communicated to the staff and we were so grateful for his help. Our maitre'd, Matt was amazing, He kept us on schedule and was there to help us with anything we needed. Sandy, our bridal attendant was always around to help us with anything and everything, even holding my dress and bouquet while I moved around to take photos. Our wedding went smoothly because of all of them and we are so glad we chose Crest Hollow as our wedding venue.

Crest hollow country club has been one of the best and beautiful venues, I have seen and experienced. I will be getting married October 2019, and I have been treated like the only bride getting married there! ulianna has been excellent. She helped my sister planning her big day last year!!. which it was amazingly beautiful. we had been crest hollow customer for more than eleven years, when the first one of my sister got married there. it had become a family tradition to all of us since I'm the 4th one getting married at crest hollow and 3 of our good friends.. there's no words to described the gratitude we al have for making that especial day, stress free, beautiful and to remember all our lives.

Crest Hollow Country Club did the most amazing job for our wedding! I can not stress how incredible of an experience we had with them from touring the facility all the way to the end of our wedding! The food was phenomenal, the prices were more than fair, the staff and I mean ALL of the staff from the receptionist to the planner to the chef to the servers to the bridal attendant and more were professional and friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. My husband and I felt that they didn't just meet our expectations but instead went above and beyond them. I loved every bit of the day and Crest Hollow holds the most special place in my heart of all of the work they did in making our wedding not only a success but one that our guests have not stopped talking about.

They have been very helpful in the whole process of our wedding planning. So far, they are very responsive and attentive to our needs. I'm looking forward to our wedding this summer!

The Crest Hollow service team were the actual embodiment of a "Dream Team!" I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to assist us on our wedding day! Bob and Sandy were a dynamic duo & treated my husband & I like royalty. Sandy even got me flip flops when my feet were hurting during the reception! Mitchell helped us decide on the Crest Hollow in the first place and we owe him the biggest thank you newly weds can ever give. He did so much for us & we are eternally grateful.

Crest Hollow was TOTALLY AMAZING!!! On the day of the wedding we changed from an outside setting to inside (it was cold as h** that day LOL ) and they were able to accommodate us. From the moment we arrived on the day, everyone was so attentive and hospitable and just GREAT. Marina, my bridal attendant was incredibly helpful and courteous, she made me feel so comfortable (and whenever I asked a drink....bang I had one LOL). Everyone had a great time and really loved ambiance and the venue. I can't speak highly enough for Crest Hollow!!! Uliana was so awesome!! I 100% recommend them....so amazing!!

I would like to start off by saying that my wedding was amazing! My husband and I recently got married on the 19th of august. The event was above and beyond our expectations, from the ceremony to the reception! It would not have been possible without a special team. Crest hollow was the first and only venue my then fiancé looked at for our wedding ceremony and reception. Michael Donahue was our sales manager. The first time we met him, he was very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He made the wedding planning process SO easy. He really put us at ease. He was there from the very being to the very end and supported us each step of the way. He was always accessible and helpful with questions that we had at any time. On the day of our wedding our maître D’ and butler Jordan and Matt were amazing. I did not have one bit of stress and we were able to enjoy our day because they really put us at ease, and coordinated the entire event. The staff here are extremely pleasant and I would recommend Michael, Matt and Jordan to anyone who is planning a big event. I wish I could do it all over again! The event was unforgettable. All of our guests wished we could have done it all over it again! The property was beyond beautiful.

I'm beyond words with how satisfied I am with Crest Hollow. Let me start by saying we're the kind of couple who wanted to have our ceremony at a vineyard. There weren't many options for our budget and we were very discouraged doing venue shopping. Lots of Long Island venues do not accommodate Indian cuisine. Also, a lot of places that do are just tacky. Crest Hollow is a very elegant place without it being overstated. The hospitality of the employees there is impeccable. TK and Uliana worked with me and gave me a reception out of a dream !! They were extremely patient with us, even though we could be indecisive at times. They guided us to make the right decisions for the kind of crowd we were having. I have to say I feel so happy and spoiled. My husband and I have been getting an influx of compliments on the food and atmosphere. The bridal attendant, Lindsay, was such an amazing help. She made sure everything went by without a hitch. We booked our reception with Thomas Reitano, he was a pleasure to work this and be around. Booking a venue is hard and you want to make sure you're doing the thing - Thomas saw us more than once before we made our decision and was happy to answer every question. After booking we had a family emergency and needed to change our date, Thomas was extremely kind with our situation and helpful to sort out our issues - I would def recommend dealing with him!

Crest Hollow was the best venue for our two weddings! We had Leo as our banquet manager and he was extremely helpful during the months leading up to our wedding days. For our Hindu wedding day, we had the terrace room for our ceremony and the plaza room for our reception. For our Catholic day, we had the cocktail hour poolside and the plaza room again for our reception. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the Plaza ballroom was renovated right before our wedding, and it looked beautiful during our receptions. We also had access to some of the gardens for our photo shoots, and our pictures turned out beautifully! We were able to get two separate bridal suites and were so thankful because we had enough space for outfit changes and for family members. In addition, our bridal attendant and maitre’ds were awesome-they made sure we were taken care of and helped keep us on schedule.Everything went smoothly on both days! Since we were early, they opened up our cocktail hour thirty minutes early instead of having guests waiting around and we truly appreciated that. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour, the food and the beauty of the place. Even 7 months later, we are still receiving so many compliments on our wedding! We could not have been happier with this venue and highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to have their wedding ceremony or reception. The crest hollow gave us our fairytale wedding. They were extremely understanding and helpful when my husband got deployed and we had to move our wedding date. Our banquet manager Uliana was amazing. She handled everything from beginning to end and made sure all our needs were met. The entire staff was attentive and organized our day went without a hitch! The day of, our bridal attendant and Maitre’D greeted us when we arrived at Crest Hollow after our ceremony, and brought us to our suite. Thanks to Helen, they took care of EVERYTHING. There was food ready for us​ in our suite​, they made sure our photographers came to meet us, and they really made sure we were relaxed and ready for our reception. ​We practically had our own ​Crest Hollow ​party planning team with us​ since the day we booked our event, and including the day of​. Throughout the entire event, if we needed anything, they were there, and we can’t thank everyone at Crest Hollow enough for making our day so special. First and foremost I want to thank Michael our banquet manager, from our first meeting we knew that the Crest Hollow was where we wanted to have our wedding. With every visit we were greeted with pleasant and happy staff members. When sitting with Michael to discuss our wedding day details we were given a plate of cookies and delicious glasses of iced tea. Michael was extremely open and honest with us in what the Crest Hollow had to offer. We were able to customize our wedding day to make it absolutely perfect. The beautiful grounds was the perfect back drop for our photos, we were able to take pictures right in front of the Crest Hollow a well as by the pool at night. The pool and little beachy sitting areas made it feel as though you were at a destination wedding. The Emerald Room is the room to go for, with a large beautiful outdoor patio area with a waterfall and seating for guests to enjoy themselves. An unexpected surprise to the the room was when I walked in and saw how beautiful all of the little details came together. One surprise that the Crest Hollow took upon themselves was to set up a little lounge area by the back bar of the room. Our guests raved about all the food options during cocktail hour, there wasn't one thing they didn't like, even the dinner options were amazing with 7 different entire options, there was something for everyone. I also have to rave about Sandra my bridal attedant she was absolutely amazing, while we were taking pictures outside she brought plates of hot hors d'oeuvres for our bridal party as well as drinks to enjoy. Our mater'd was also top notch at one point my husband and I realized that his grandmother does not eat chocolate we asked our mater'd if there was anything other dessert options that could be brought out. Next thing you know grandma had a bowl of lemon gelato in front of her. The saddest part of our wedding being is over is we no longer get to see Michael. Thank you Crest Hollow for the best day ever!!

My husband and I recently hosted our niece's wedding shower at Crest Hollow. Not only is Crest Hollow absolutely a breathtaking venue (every garden, beach and ballroom is beautiful and well maintained); but, the banquet managers, staff, chefs, and maitre-d's are A* and will not disappoint. The food is superb and plenty, and the wait staff are courteous, friendly and also very accommodating. I want to especially give thanks to Michael Donahue who went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, particularly throughout my husbsn's health crisis. He took the anxiety off my shoulders and made my event magical. I love Michael, who treated me and my husband like family from the beginning. I highly recommend him! He's an expert in all things wedding, event planning, quick to give you useful advice and very resourceful on top of compassionate and empathetic to your needs. I can assure you that you will have a red carpet event st reasonable prices and Michael works to bring your vision in alignment with your budget! He gets the job done...you cannot go wrong with Michael Donahue or Crest Hollow for your special event. In fact, I look forward to hosting more events in the future at Crest Hollow with Michael.

I will begin by saying that the venue is incredibly gorgeous and has plenty of space for pictures and videos. When my now wife and started venue shopping, the CHCC happens to be the very second we visited and it was recommended to us by our amazing friend Sharyn. We fell in love with the place and Helen took really good care of us and made us feel welcome right away. Something the first venue we visited had no idea how to do. Helen gave us a tour of the entire facility while answering all of our questions. She understood that we were doing everything ourselves and worked with us and our budget and made the entire process very smooth for us. Finally the day of arrived and we were complete nerve wrecks, but Henry and Kathia were all over the place for us and needless to say very organized and professional. They definitely know how to make your day go smooth. In terms of food, lets just say that even two weeks after our guest still rave about how amazing the food looked and tasted. Family and friends would not stop complimenting the food which made me very happy as the second thing people enjoy must in weddings is the food or is it the open bar? Regardless, we enjoyed our special day and are very happy that CHCC was the right venue. To the entire team both front and back of the house all we have are compliments. We just got married in June and highly recommend booking Crest Hollow Country Club as a venue. Crest Hollow is absolutely beautiful, from the interior rooms to the outdoor spaces, there is no where that is lacking in elegance and style.

Tom was our banquet manager, and he did an incredible job! During each meeting with Tom, he was always extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and organized. He made sure our wedding day included everything we wanted and paid attention to details. If we ever had a question, he would respond quickly and was always willing to work with us.

On the wedding day, many of our guests arrived to Crest Hollow earlier than the cocktail hour. The staff was extremely accommodating and let the guests enjoy the cocktail hour early so they were not left standing and waiting in the lobby.

Our maitre‘d, Henry made the flow of the wedding flawless and made sure everything was perfect. He showed us our reception room (the Plaza room) set up before the guests entered in from cocktail hour, and asked us if we wanted to make any last minute adjustments. The Plaza room was a perfect size to fit all of our guests while also feeling very intimate.

All of our family and friends raved about the food and ambiance of Crest Hollow, and we enjoyed our wedding so much! The staff’s professionalism is unbeatable, as they accommodated all of our needs. We will be forever grateful to Crest Hollow for making our special day a memorable day for not only us, but all of our guests.

From the moment my wife and I walked into Crest Hollow Country Club, we knew that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. The outside areas with beautiful greens, vibrant flora and spectacular waterfalls to the stunning, elegant ballrooms made this venue stand out from the rest that we visited. Mitch, our banquet manager, was introduced to us by way of a mutual friend, but he truly treated us as if we were family. His advice was incredibly helpful, offering tips and suggestions that helped us along the crazy paths to the big day, including the hiring our wedding vendors and getting every little detail ready for our nuptials.

The day of our wedding went off absolutely flawlessly. The ballroom they set aside for our ceremony was set up beautifully and our reception ballroom was exactly what we wanted - big party feel without being too over the top. Huge thank you to bridal attendant Sandy and maitre d’ Declan who did a phenomenal job of navigating myself, my wife, our bridal party and our families through every single aspect of our wedding day, including the first look, pre wedding photos, signing the license, the ceremony, the reception and everything in between. They made sure my wife and I had some time to be by ourselves and eat something in between the ceremony and stopping in to the cocktail hour. We had been told leading in to the wedding that we would have to make sure we ate something that day, but with this little breather, we got plenty of time to do that and to be with each other on our special day.

I recently had my Mom's 60'th Birthday at Crest Hollow Country Club and I fell in love with this Venue Upon arrival. The entrance was breathtaking and my first meeting with Michael Donahue was a hit. He made sure all my needs and concerns were met. Let's just say my checklist was completed and all areas covered. The staff was very pleasant and on the day of the event (July 4th 2017) my Mom's day was simply magical. My Guest was in awe of the assorted food arrangement at the cocktail hour. We will definitely be back at Crest Hollow Country Club Next year for my 40'th and I can't wait to start working again with Michael Donahue.

Our wedding was at Crest Hollow on 7/21/17 and we were blown away by the entire experience. We had our ceremony in the English Gardens, a poolside cocktail hour, and reception in the Plaza Room.

Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. After our first meeting, even before we signed on, we knew we'd be in great hands with Helen Tull, our banquet manager. She answered every question (we had many) and quelled any concerns about planning our big day. She is pleasant and professional, has great energy and works so hard to make sure that you truly have the most special day. Helen was flexible and worked around our busy schedules to meet with us. She made sure that we were providing as many details to Crest Hollow as possible, so that our day went exactly how we envisioned.

However, that was NOT the case - it was even better than we could've imagined! It's now two weeks later and our guests are still gushing about the beauty of the venue and grounds, the amazing service, and the magnitude AND quality of the food.

We can't say enough about Helen and the incredible staff at Crest Hollow. We were especially grateful for Sandy, the bridal attendant and Ralph, the maître d', who stayed with us from the moment we arrived for our first-look session to the end of the night. There was so much warmth and attentiveness from them throughout the evening that, even with 300 guests, it was a beautifully intimate event.

Crest Hollow....Where do I begin. We celebrated my Dad's 80th Birthday here. One of the most beautiful event halls I've been to. Georgeous decor in and out. Greatest cocktail hour with every imaginable appetizer. Even a Taco Station. Overwhelming! Our personal Maitre d' went the extra mile to help us out. Banquet manager Michael is awesome. From putting the menu together and set up. He took care of EVERY detail and we couldn't be more pleased. The party was wonderful and enjoyed by all who attended.

Crest Hollow Country Club- what can I say about this place... No words can express how grateful I am that my husband found this place. When we visited it last year, we knew this was it. We had found our venue. We booked it right away and were able to get a magical day. We got married on 9/3/2016 and I am sooooooooo happy this is where I had my reception.

My banquet manager was TK and he was the BEST! Him and my fiancé hit it off and became the best of friends. TK was just amazing on providing us information about the place, communicating, and being there to answer all my questions. When our day was approaching, TK, made sure everything would be perfect.

What made our day better was knowing how mesmerized everyone was by the beauty of the place, the great food/cake, and the drinks. August 5, 2016 was the most perfect day for my now husband and I. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside by the pool and the staff and my bridal attendant Sandy and maitre de Ralph attended to our every need. It all started in November when we were searching for venues. We had no clue what we wanted or even which season to get married in. Once we stepped into Crest Hollow and met Helen we knew we were in the right place. Hellen has a passion for what she does, she wasn't like other people we met with from other venues. Helen truly cares about you as a person and knows how special this day should be. Once we decided on the Starlight room (gorgeous room with your own outdoor patio over looking the pool) she and her staff were there till the very end to answer any question we had. Our questions didn't only come from us. My parents called and asked questions and they were extremely patient and communication was ALWAYS there!

Keep in mind many venues don't have the beautiful space and the enormous outdoor area to take pictures. Crest Hollow does! pictures by the pool at night and how lit up the place was truly a dream come true for us. Oh, and the food!!! the options!!! We don't have a single complaint. Please, check out Crest Hollow and ask for Helen you won't be disappointed.

We got married at Crest Hollow on 5/20/16 and our guest are still talking about what an amazing wedding it was. Crest Hollow was the first and only venue we went to see when we were searching. I got married over two months ago at the Crest Hollow Country Club. I was looking forward to a garden wedding on their amazing grounds. Unfortunately, we had torrential rain all day and night so my ceremony had to be moved in doors. However, they created a beautiful indoor chapel which made it warm and inviting. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour. It was amazing--there was so much food (something for everyone). Our Maitre D' and bridal attendant were extremely attentive. JB, one of the managers, ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Our guests are still talking about the amazing time they had at our wedding. Anytime I mention to anyone that I got married at Crest Hollow, they rave about their experience (their wedding, birthday party, or holiday party).

I would recommend asking for what you want and know what is included in your package before signing a contact. However, they do try to accommodate your wishes so that you are a satisfied customer.

My wedding was this past weekend (10/24/15) at the Crest Hollow Country Club. I wish I could adequately put into words how AMAZING every single person who works there is and how above and beyond they went for us. Every detail was incredible and they were so attentive they really made me feel like a movie star for the day. The grounds are so amazing I have been told 1000 times since Saturday that it was the nicest wedding anyone of my friends had ever been to. Crest hollow also uses an amazing list of vendors which means you barely need to hunt for the right people.. they just give you a list of the best DJ's (hart to hart), photographers (fade to black), florist (Arlene with Stefans) etc. We were in the Emerald room which is just so pretty. I knew from the first time we were seeing it that it was the perfect place for the best party of our lives. The dance floor was my second favorite spot, getting married in the outdoor garden at night was my first favorite.

Anytime I looked up Michael (our maitre d) or Sandy (Bridal attendant) was there instantly to see if I needed anything. My drink was always filled and things were brought to me before I even realized I was about to need them. I made a few changes to things on the fly and even then they made EVERYTHING happen. Janine Dion and Hellen Tull worked so hard to make our wedding incredible and we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

I cannot thank everyone at crest hollow enough. If anyone is debating whether or not to have their wedding there.... trust me- just do it. It will be the most beautiful, fun, amazing night you could ever possibly have.

I absolutely LOVE this place. It is beautiful. The banquet managers are the best here. They are very accommodating to the couple. They always tell me I can have whatever I want. Their prices are great & so is the food. I can't wait until my wedding day.

Winter wedding wonderland? I got engaged two weeks ago and just booked Crest Hollow for my wedding this winter. They have tons of evergreen trees on premise and were the only site we researched that BOTH fire pits and heaters that can be moved onto the patio. This is especially important for a winter wedding. My future husband and his friends love cigars so having s warm place where they can smoke outside and still look into the party was a really nice touch! Their prices were also incredible! I cannot wait to have my wedding here! I will write more as the time gets closer!

We can't say enough about Crest Hollow! One word...Helen! Helen was our banquet manager and she was on top of every detail while planning for our cocktail hour and reception. Her service was incredible as she responded immediately to every question/request we had whether it was via email or over the phone. She put our minds at ease if we were unsure or concerned about specifics of the reception. Helen is a professional in this business who knows exactly what she's doing and is such a pleasure to work with! If she wasn't available then one of her colleagues was always quick to help us.

As for the night of our wedding reception and cocktail hour, the services provided were exceptional from the banquet managers, Maitre D', bridal attendant, to the bar and dinner attendants! The food and the service was outstanding and to the highest quality. Our guests loved the food and the property and had such a fantastic time, including the Viennese hour. Every detail was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about one thing. For example, it ended up being slightly cold during the outdoor cocktail hour but CCHC was prepared by putting as many heat lamps in the area as they could and opening up an indoor space for our guests. We had such a great time! Thank you for making our wedding reception one we and our guests will never forget!

An venue for a royalty. As a professional project manager who has an eye for details, this venue is nothing short of perfection. They are an 8 out of 5 stars. The food...All the food was excellent! We received so many compliments on our wedding in June. The outdoor cocktail hour by the pool was amazing - guests said they felt like they were on vacation! We had our wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club this past weekend and I just want to start by saying that we couldn't have chosen a better venue!

Our Banquet manager Helen was absolutely wonderful. She was sweet, kind, incredibly accommodating, and has the BEST accent. :P She prepared us for the wedding down to the last detail and worked with our budget to make everything we wanted possible.

On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely beautiful and so well planned it all went so smoothly! Our bridal attendant Jamie and maitre'd Kyle were there every second of the day, making sure we had everything we needed and taking care of every little detail. We didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy the day!

I feel that everyone at CH really outdid themselves to make everything come together. The staff is wonderful. The venue is wonderful. I really couldn't be happier. If I had to do this all over again I wouldn't have done anything differently!

If you want a kosher wedding on Long Island, look no further than Crest Hollow. They have a second kitchen specifically for kosher events that is well supervised and run by Royal Catering. The food was awesome. At the test tasting, I ate the best salmon I ever had (and I ordered it at my wedding). The cocktail hour was a huge hit. I recommend you splurge on the "extras" like the Mashed Potato Bar or the Coney Island Hot Dog Cart. Both were huge hits with our guests. Being a kosher wedding, we didn't have any dairy. But my wife's family is italian, so Royal made tofutti tartufo and it was delicious. Everyone thought out wedding cake was dairy since it was so creamy and rich, but it wasn't. My wife and I were blown away.

Crest Hollow does everything professionally and aboveboard. They explain everything in detail so there are no surprises. Right from the beginning, our coordinator Mitch was very friendly. It was immediately obvious he had been doing wedding coordinating for a very long time. He knew exactly what we wanted, sometimes even before we did. He explained everything so we would understand it, wrote everything down for us, and told us about all aspects of having a wedding at Crest Hollow. Even when Mitch was unavailable, he connected me with his colleague (can't remember if it was Les or Len), who was equally friendly, open, and helpful.

The bridal assistant and maitre d were awesome (I wish I could have afforded to tip them more). They did everything we asked of them, but Crest Hollow is so on top of their weddings that we didn't need much.

Despite heavy snow earlier in the week, the grounds were very clean and all the walking areas were cleared. In fact, the snow drifts in the background made for some good pictures.

I could go on, but I have a character limit. To be honest, there were a few tiny sour notes, but not important enough to list. Go there, check it out. You'll be glad you did, and it won't bust your wallet either.

By far the best place to have a wedding! Jose was our maître'd and Marina was my bridal assistant. They were the best of the best! Everywhere I went marina was here to help me with my dress, hand me a drink, etc. She even noticed we didn't eat much food or any cake so she had new plates made up for us and sent us home with them! Jose was fantastic, helping us with every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our selves. I would definitely recommend and use Crest Hollow again for an event!

I wish I could give this venue a million stars. I can't believe how SPECIAL and AMAZING they made our day. We booked two years ago, with our banquet manager Thomas. He was wonderful, responsive, and went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams.
I can not speak highly enough of our Bridal Attendant, Sandra and our Maitre D, Jose. From the second we got off of the bus, they were there ready to tend to every and any need or want.
Sandra was by my side the whole night and always watching from afar to see if I needed anything. She was a pro at bustling my dress, held my bouquet for me (which I felt bad about, but I guess it was her job!), and I always had a full glass of champagne. At the end of the night, she was standing at one of the tables with two large glasses of water for me and my husband.

The grounds are amazing, our room (Plaza Room) was beautifully decorated, and they even surprised us with an all white lounge area in the back by our Photo Booth. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Crest Hollow was amazing! We worked with Eric and we loved this venue from the first time we saw it.This was the first place we saw and we kept comparing every other venue to it. Eric was great to work with and answer my gazllion questions. He was also very understanding especially when my mother was being difficult towards the end and gave me and him grief about paying in cash but in the end it all worked out. The day of, we ended up getting a HUGE bridal suite. We got one that was twice the size of the ones he showed us and what we thought we were going to get. The only issue on the day of was that our wedding ceremony was held at a different location. We didn't get an explanation and I didn't find out until I was walking down the aisle. It was still beautiful but a little disappointing since we practiced and frequently visited the other ceremony site. Aside from this, everything else went perfectly. Our bridal attendant was great and was there everytime we needed her. Our maitre'D was busy the whole night making sure things ran smoothly. It was a great night and I am so glad that I choose Crest Hollow!

We had our wedding reception here and not only is the venue beautiful the staff was equally amazing. They were ready to assist in anyway possible. I would definitely recommend this venue to friends and family.

I was married at CrestHollow Country Club a few months ago.
The wedding was amazing! The rooms are gorgeous. The outside is beyond compare anywhere.
It was like being at the beach.
They are so flexible about the food and it is so abundant.
Value is great. Maitre'D could have been nicer, just seemed so routine, and stuffy.
But overall they get 5 stars from me. Value was great too.

My wedding day on sept. 20th, was the best day of my life!

From booking the venue to the last minutes at crest hollow everything worked out perfectly for us. Leo was very professional with us, always listening and taking notes of all of my requests, and he also helped with suggestions and ideas.

I had a 50's themed wedding, Leo was kind enough to help accommodate my diner set-up and help us pull of the hit of the party.

My husband & I were treated like royalty that day, Declan & my bridal attendant took very good care of us, provided and helped us with everything we needed!

What else can I say about Crest Hollow other than the word AMAZING. They were the first venue we looked at during planning, and there was no reason for us to go anywhere else after that. From beginning our planning 2 years ago with our wedding consultant Eric, we knew we made the right decision. He was AMAZING every step of the way. The decor is what sold us, but we had no idea the service and attention to every detail would also blow us away!! The day of our wedding (which was 9/1/14) was like a dream. I felt like a princess from the moment I arrived. Marina my Bridal Attendant was wonderful. She did not let me even lift a finger, I swear. If she would have fed me herself, I WOULD NOT be surprised. Matt who was our maitre d was phenomenal!!! He made sure everything went so smoothly. Every little glitch was taken care of without us even knowing!!! I know its only been a week since our big day, and our guests are still calling and coming over and they cant stop talking about the wedding. But I swear they will be talking about it for so many years to come. We wont ever forget it. And we want to thank Eric, Marina, Matt and EVERYONE at Crest Hollow for making our day a dream come true.

Crest Hollow is a beautiful venue with many rooms and options to choose from. They can accommodate indoor and/or outdoor events. They also have gorgeous gardens and landscapes where you can take amazing pictures. Mark was fantastic! He was easy to contact and very helpful. I was even able to bring in my own center pieces the day before and the staff set it up for me!
