THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. What an incredible venue and staff! You all were fabulous. The grounds are amazing and perfect for a wedding. The outside ceremony was beautiful. Special call out to Cassie (events catering sales director) who helped us with the wedding tasting (FOOD WAS AMAZING), catering, bar selection, linen colors and chair details. The upgrades we made were so reasonable and incrediby well worth it. The room and outside were BEAUTIFUL. Thanks to the GM's Wendy and Brandon for watching the weather for us like hawks. They were monitoring for us this past Saturday and were sooooo flexible. If a scattered shower were to come through they said they would just have someone wipe down for us and that we could delay ceremony if necessary. IT WASN'T necessary :) and was perfect outside. Thanks to the food and beverage manager and executive chef of food. Mark Malowski. Everyone thought the appetizers and food were amazing!!! Thanks to all the banquet servers (I know two names, Kayla and Renee but I know there were others). You all were soooo good...and of course thanks to our bartenders (Carlene and I don't remember the other name). You all kept the festivities pouring, so MUCH FUN!!!! I highly recommend the liquor upgrade :). Just want you all to know how much I appreciate you and how special you made my son's (and now daughter) special day!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE. Magical Experience
Cassie was amazing! She answered all of our questions and utilized her expertise to help create a truly magical experience. I had such a great time planning my wedding with Cassie by my side. The food exceeded my expectations and I was glad we could choose from multiple packages to accommodate our budget and needs. The entire Crescent Oaks staff was very cordial and made it such a memorable experience! -

Crescent Oaks is an outstanding venue for any event! We held our daughter’s wedding ceremony, reception, and rehearsal there on April 14 &15, 2023. From our first conversation with Cassie Thomas, the venue event director, I could tell this would be a fantastic experience. I was a bit anxious, as her dad and I live in Indiana, and our daughter lives in Tampa. We planned for our daughter to visit the venue and host a conference call with Cassie. Her calm, positive, and professional approach allayed my concerns. We arranged to taste food options in late October when I would be there for our daughter’s birthday, and we were impressed with the variety of options and the delicious preparation. Cassie worked with our third-party vendors for day-of coordination, music, lighting, and photography such that they were able to provide those functions and create the “wedding of her dreams” as Meredith put it! This is what the mother of the bride wants to hear when the big evening is over! The food and beverage service, under the direction of Mark Malowski, was outstanding, with our guests commenting on the excellent preparation and high quality of the food. The banquet lead server, Miss Kayla, was kind and efficient, creating a flawless dinner service. Cassie was there throughout the evening, providing a guiding touch quickly and effectively as needed. I must say that the general manager, Brandon Cuddy, goes above and beyond! When I was there a couple of days before the wedding working on some floral touches, I needed some scissors, and he stopped what he was doing and helped me out – I had not met him previously, otherwise, I would not have asked! The venue is beautiful – the ceremony took place outside on the covered veranda (also an answer to a prayer because I was worried about rain), with the reception moving indoors where we had an exquisite setup.
We were able to pull off this beautiful wedding across a 1,109-mile distance due to the outstanding level of collaboration and communication with Cassie. As I said earlier, I was blessed to hear my daughter utter those words, “my wedding was perfect – there is nothing I would have changed” after everyone but the bride and groom and her dad and I had left. Thank you to Cassie and the Crescent Oaks team for creating her dream wedding ceremony and reception!

Jacob and I are SO incredibly happy we choose to have our wedding at Crescent Oaks. The food was great!! Exceeded our expectations. The staff during the day of our wedding was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Especially, Carlene she is amazing!! Top notch staff you have there with excellent customer service. Cassie Thomas… there are no words for how grateful Jacob and I both are to have had her every step of the way through the wedding planning process. She was so informative, caring, always answered every question, whether it was from myself or from my in-laws. I can’t help but gush about how lucky we were to have had her. I just felt at ease knowing she was there. She is simply THE BEST!!!❤️ If I could give more than 5 stars to Crescent Oaks, I would. We had the absolute best time at our wedding. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Cassie was so wonderful and easy to help us plan our wedding here. She referred us to amazing vendors whenwe didnt have one, listened to our every wish, and on that night she had drinks ready for us and our own platter of apps while we took it all in during cocktail hour. This was such a beautiful venue and we would highly recommend! -

I have to give a HUGE thank you to Cassie and the staff at Crescent Oaks. I had my wedding there a few weeks ago and everything was perfect! Cassie helped with the entire process from start to finish! I felt at ease my entire wedding because I knew everything was going to run smoothly!The ballroom was set up perfectly, the bar staff was absolutely awesome and the food was amazing! Crescent Oaks Gulf Club
We were so blessed to find this wedding venue. It is definately a unique one of a kind place. We seen our wedding dream come to life. We are extremely happy with the Crescent Oaks team was very responsive, attentive, and flexible with our budget. We would do It all over again with the same people and the same place. What a day to remember forever.❤ -

Was amazing experience
I really have amazing wedding in crescent oaks was nice place all my family and friends loved it and Cassie Thomas was really good assistant to make it easier on me and my husband thank you a lot and I really recommend that place for everyone willing to have good memories for their wedding -

The team at crescent oaks were absolutely phenomenal! They were always making sure everyone had exactly what they needed and set up the facility beautifully!! There was so much space for guests to mingle and dance around! They even open the porch to guests which made those who were socially distancing due to CoVID super comfortable. I can’t recommend this venue enough. The team and location were perfect. We love golf do getting married on the course was perfect for us. The team was flexible and super accommodating. I loved every aspect of having the wedding there. We had an open bar and a single dinner choice to keep things simple. Everyone complimented us on how delicious the food was and how helpful the team was. It was stunning and perfect. -

Cassie at Crescent Oaks was amazing to work with planning our big day. She always responded to emails so quickly, and gave us options for things we weren't sure about. She helped us plan our day exactly the day we wanted and recommended many of our other vendors that were all amazing. Cassie is great and Crescent Oaks is a beautiful, elegant venue with lots of photo places on the course. -

Oh my, where do I begin!? I just had my wedding reception at this venue on April 13 and it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! Working with Cassie for this special event was amazing. I fell in love with Cassie right from the start. Not only did the beautiful venue win my heart Cassie did also. She was so sweet and so much fun to work with and out of all the venues I looked at- there were ALOT from Dunedin to Tarpon Springs, Crescent Oaks had the best value for the money. They did such a beautiful job making my reception turn into the vision I had in my head. Working with Cassie as well as Rich the kitchen supervisor/Food director was such a pleasant experience. They were just so nice and during our food tasting, Rich gave my son Apple pie a la mode and he absolutely loved it so Rich promised to give just my son this exact thing at my reception and he did just that. My son did not forget about this promise for a whole year and Rich fulilled this also and made my son feel very special and happy. I just love this venue so much and I could literally go on for days but I can promise you will not regret working with this venue. The food was delicious and we had many deifferent dietary needs at my reception and they accomodated everyone of those needs without a question! They were truly awesome and I HIGHLY recommend this venue and especially Cassie and Rich for your event needs. I want to live my wedding reception over again because I just cant get over how amazing everything looked! Please check out the pictures from my wedding reception. You will not regret having your event/wedding at Crescent Oaks. I promise you that. if I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Thank you again to Cassie and rich and the entire crew who helped us host our reception a couple weeks ago!!! -

I celebrated my 40th Birthday Party here. The staff was incredible - responsive, creative, friendly, warm and inviting to everyone. I planned my Daughters wedding from Ohio. Cassie Thomas was very helpful in making sure all the details were covered. The venue was very nice as well. Chris, who was in charge of the set-up and running the actual event, was very instrumental in making sure everything was done as we expected. I couldn't ask for anything better. I highly recommend Crescent Oaks and their team. They made everything so beautiful, smooth running and most of all, low stress on me! I can't thank them enough. -

Everyone raved about what a great wedding it was and how good the food was. Thanks to Rich and Cassie for working so closely with us to make sure the wedding was just the way we wanted it to be. The venue was recently remodeled, and was beautiful. We highly recommend any event you may be thinking of with Crescent Oaks. Thanks to COCC, Rich and Cassie for making our day so special!
