  Crescent city soul band

  Very Amazing band! Was very interactive with bride/groom and guests. Can’t say enough good things about this great group of people!

  We danced the entire night

  Amazing band with great sound! We searched and searched for a band for months, got recommendations as we listened to many songs by many bands. We decided on Crescent City Soul Band and we are all so glad we did. Our daughter's reception was at Houmas House and everyone danced the entire night and told us how great our band was. Wendy is great and very easy to communicate with. The horns are amazing. Great song list and we would hire them all over again! We went with the 10 piece.

  Mother of Groom

  Wendy and the band were fantastic. Lots of out of town guests who had never been to New Orleans. Everyone was dancing the entire night. High energy for the entire reception

  Everything you want in a Band!!!!

  Being a huge fan of live music, having a band at our wedding was a must. I did tons of research and asked around for recos and Crescent City Soul was ALWAYS at the top of the list. CCS was truly everything we looked for in a band and MORE! Wendy was beyond professional, responsive and flexible to work with (not easy planning a wedding during covid). And to top it all off we JAMMED the night of our wedding!!! I think the dance floor was packed the entire night. Friends and family are still talking about how amazing the band was! Would 100% recommend CCS for any event (not just wedding) that you are looking to have a good time/dance at! Not to mention - amazing price point for the caliber of talent.   allison and bryan wedding

  Crescent city soul band was awesome and Allison and I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and yall made our so wonderful last night and everyone enjoy the band and got everyone on the dance floor and dance

  CCS exceeded our expectations! Wendy was amazing to work with and very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She also gave us great recommendations during planning our reception. The songs they played were perfect for a mixed crowd of all ages. Family and friends who rarely dance were dancing all night. It was perfect and everyone had a great time! I highly recommend them!

  Working with Wendy was an absolute delight! She made everything so easy and was great to work with. The whole band did a phenomenal job and we are still hearing rave reviews from all of our guests. They really know how to read the crowd and get everyone pumped up! I would absolute recommend them for any wedding or event!

  We loved having Crescent City Soul play at our wedding. They were very easy to get in touch with, and always returned my calls in a timely manner. They are very professional, and are willing to meet your needs. They played all of our favorite songs, interacted with our guests, and entertained everyone. I loved how they encouraged our guests to sing in the microphone, allowed me to dance with the band, and walked around the dance floor to engage the crowd. It was an amazing night and Crescent City Soul played a major part in making my reception memorable. My guests are still raving about my fun, talented, and energetic band.

  Crescent City Soul did a fantastic job at our wedding. They far exceeded our expectations. Wendy was a breeze to deal with - she was prompt to respond to emails and confirmed that the band was on the same page with us well in advance of the wedding. We had several friends & family compliment the band on playing an ecclectic mix of classic rock, oldies, modern pop, and classic New Orleans songs. I would definitely recommend Crescent City Soul for people looking for an upbeat, vibrant wedding band.

  These guys were great- My mother in law loved them, and it may just save me in the future!
  
  Seriously, Wendy was so easy to work with and the guys were so professional. It made things so easy for me. I had a great time, I was actually able to enjoy my reception because they did such a great job.

  Wendy and the Crescent City Sould Band were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. We searched all over for the perfect band for our wedding that didn't cost a small fortune (believe me, it was hard). I was so excited when I came across CCSB - they had great reviews, the music was just what we were looking for, and they were within our budget! My guest are still raving about how AWESOME the band was! We seriously danced the night away! By far one of the best vendors from our wedding day! Thank you Wendy and CCSB for all the great memories!

  BEST BAND EVER!!!! This band was fantastic!! They got everyone up and dancing! They involved the crowd, but not in a corny way. Very responsive and even learned FIVE songs just for MY wedding reception!! I was SO impressed with them! I had people raving about how fun the reception was and I know that the music is what made it! I would absolutely hire this band for any other event that I have! HIGHLY recommended!

  Wendy and the rest of Crescent City Soul were the perfect musical touch to my wedding! Their songs were current and fun and so enjoyable for all! All of my requests were met and a friend of mine who attended my wedding booked Crescent City Soul for their wedding because they too thought they were awesome!!!!
