  The flowers were fantastic

  Mark did a phenomenal job with the flowers for my wedding. He was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. He has a lot of knowledge knows what looks good. Quick, efficient, clear communication as well. I highly recommend him, he helped make my wedding day just as I imagined it!

  Mark and the team gave me the flowers of my dreams!

  Mark was fantastic to work with and took my vision and ran with it! I never dreamed of how beautiful his work would be, I couldnt be more pleased. Knowing very little about flowers and not having a clear vision, he was able to take my limited direction and really create something beautiful and perfect for what I wanted.

  Recommend to everyone and especially every bride!

  Mark made my floral dreams come true for our April wedding! I cannot recommend him enough - not only did our wedding day surpass our wildest dreams, but he made the entire planning and engagement period feel like a breeze! I was so blown away by the quality of our flowers and all of the plans that I had been dreaming about for so long! I can honestly say that I think he made our flower budget go very far. If I could hire mark and his team a million times, I would. He was lovely and timely in all of his responses, thorough in his work, and the final product on wedding day blew me away!

  Absolutely Amazing in Every Way

  Mark was so fun and easy to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. We didn't have a full vision in mind for floral, and Mark did an excellent job showing us all the different options and helping us throughout while staying within our budget. The final product looked absolutely amazing and elevated the beauty of the whole wedding.

  Made the Vision Come True - Beyond What I Could Imagine

  Mark and his team were absolutely fantastic! He was so easy to work with and had some incredible ideas on how to bring my wedding day vision to life. He even found a very creative way to include my favorite stuffed animal in the work! Everything looked beyond what I could have ever imagined. I was absolutely blown away. He was so professional and personable, and I wholeheartedly recommend him and his team. I only wish I lived in Roanoke or even in Virginia so I could work with him again!

  Awesome Experience!

  We absolutely loved working with Creative Occasions. Mark was excellent at creating a vision and then making it happen. We went ALL OUT with the flowers. Even though the event itself was small, we wanted do as much as possible with the flowers. The final result was wonderful. It looked like a fairy garden.

  Wonderful experience

  Mark and his team completely captured the vision we wanted for our wedding day! All I had to do was give the colors we wanted and an outline of our vision and he did all the rest! He is extremely talented and personable, all it took was one in person meeting for him to perfectly produce what we wanted! Would highly recommend

  We hired Creative Occasions Events, Flowers and Gifts to provide floral arrangements and linens for our daughter's wedding. We knew from the moment we met the owner, Mark Frye, that we were in good hands! Mark is exceptionally talented and creative, and takes the vision you have for your event and turns it into something truly amazing. Most of all he is the kindest and most wonderful person you could ever hope to meet! We knew our florals, linens and other centerpieces would be beautiful but we were completely blown away when we saw how he transformed the venue. We were so thrilled with everything and received many compliments on the flowers. Mark is simply the BEST!

  Florist extraodindare!!

  We used Mark and his team as our florist for our wedding on October 1st at Natural Bridge, Virginia. Since we live in North Carolina, we had to coordinate everything remotely. We met with Mark only once and ironed out all the details. We spoke by phone and emailed back and forth several times just to be sure all the details were tied up. Mark was incredibly accommodating with last minute changes and even offered to pick up a vegan dessert for my son and his wife to bring to the reception venue since the bakery was right across the street from his shop. That saved me a trip into Roanoke and the stress of having to worry about it! His work far exceeded my expectations! My bouquet was absolutely stunning and the table arrangements were just as beautiful. Not only is he an artist, but he's a wonderful human being and I'm so thankful he was available. I would highly recommend him for any of your floral needs.

We could trust him with everything from start to finish! On the day of the actual wedding, he came to the venue twice because it was so windy he wanted to make sure my arch flowers stayed put for the wedding. If you are thinking about booking Mark for your events for decorations and/or flowers, do it! You will not be disappointed!

  I could not have been more pleased with Mark and his staff from Creative Occasions! Mark has exquisite taste and vision and his work shows it! Classy is an understatement. I knew things would look beautiful but trust me I was blown away when I entered the venue as it was beyond my expectations. If you are looking for florals look no further contact Mark today, you will not regret it. He and his staff were professional and on time and so very easy to work with. It took so much stress and headache off my plate while planning for my son's rehearsal dinner. I can't say enough about just how pleased and over the moon we were and are! Thanks Mark!!!

  The moment I spoke with Mark on the phone, I knew I wanted to work with him. He is the sweetest person with the most positive attitude! I changed my quote so many times and he was so easy going about it the entire process. Our florals turned out BEAUTIFUL. One of my absolute favorites parts of the wedding were how amazing everything turned out. Mark was so easy to work with and so unbelievably humble. I don't live in the area but if I did I'd probably start a monthly subscription of getting florals from Mark! Definitely recommend him for any floral needs!

  Mark at Creative Occasions was great to work with! He worked with us to create bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres that captured our Fall theme and included our favorite flowers. We had a few changes along the way and Mark was able to accomodate those changes seemlessly. The flowers held up beautifully throughout the entire day. I would definitely reccomend Creative Occasions to any couples who are planning on having flowers at their wedding!

His bubbly personality, attention to detail, and the overall experience of working with him was so enjoyable throughout our entire wedding planning process. As you know, wedding planning can be super stressful, but Mark made the process fun and it felt so seamless from start to finish! I cannot thank the Creative Occasions team enough!   So thankful for Mark Frye! He was always prompt, warm, and creative! He seemed to have read our mind and then some! The color, the arrangement, the placement, etc. etc., absolutely perfect! The work was stunning and beyond what we had expected! And not to mention, the roses were huge and O how lovely the fragrance!!! Mark's work celebrated our wedding, and made our ceremony and reception/one-year anniversary lovely and beautiful!

  I LOVED my flowers

  Mark went above and beyond creating the floral masterpieces for my big day. I had the most perfect flower crown, a stunning swag piece on the arbor, and the most beautiful bouquet. My girls flowers were also very lovely. Would recommend Creative Occasions to anyone looking for special even florals.

  I was a COVID bride. My original date was 5/30/20 and I had to make a last minute decision is March to postpone. Mark at Creative Occasions was nothing short of amazing and was so helpful through everything. I didn’t even have a vision when I met with him but he built the most beautiful floral pieces for me with all my scattered ideas. He was even able to accommodate last minute things that I decided to add with the new date. The weather was terrible for my outdoor wedding so it had to be moved indoors and he brought an arbor to hang all my altar florals on and it was BEAUTIFUL. He also made my Sheppard hooks work inside as well! He is a wonderful person and such a sweet soul. I can not imagine choosing any one else to help me fulfill my dream wedding.
