you MUST book Creative Foods

I can't rave about this team enough. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Creative Foods catered our entire wedding (and night before) for ~170 people in an empty warehouse venue in Brooklyn (26 Bridge). Everything looked fabulous, guests were raving about the food, the dessert was truly a hit, and Mehmet came up to us all night to make sure we had something to drink and eat. 11/10 - must book!!!

We love Creative Foods Catering!

We couldn’t be happier to have worked with Creative Foods for our wedding. Finding a caterer for our blank-space venue was a daunting experience, but once we found Creative Foods and had our tasting, we knew they’d be the perfect option for us. Their prices are unbeatable compared to other NYC options, and yet their food was amazing. So many of our guests were raving about their meals. Michelle was so great to communicate with, always responding promptly and never missing a detail. And Mehmet did an incredible job on the wedding day, working closely with our planner and ensuring the food came out above our expectations. They tailored the menu to our requests, and handled all the rentals that we needed. We’d definitely recommend Creative Foods Catering - you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing 5 Star Service

We used Creative Catering as our food/catering vendor for our recent wedding in Long Island city Queens in August 2025. Michelle and Mehmet were both amazing and the nicest people on earth. Starting from the initial planning stages they helped us come up with a custom menu that fit our needs for dietary choices, and they were very flexible in coming up with new food dishes they did not have on their menus. Creative Catering worked with us and were extremely helpful and are incredible at what they do. As for the wedding day itself, they were extremely organized, and the food was excellent / fresh / hot, and we have gotten so many compliments from our guests that we had amazing food and beverages/bar service. The catering and wait-staff and bartenders were also phenomenal: they were extremely professional and courteous and so happy for my wife and I on our wedding day. We truly felt like we received five star restaurant service at our wedding. On top of the delicious food and great service from start to finish, Creative Foods was an excellent value and we definitely received what we paid for and even MORE. I highly recommend Creative Foods for anyone that is getting married in the tri-state area. You won’t regret it!

Everything you'd want from a wedding caterer!

Creative Food Catering was a pleasure to work with. I had my wedding out of state and did not see anything in person until the day of my wedding. They did a amazing job assisting me with tables, decor, food, and venue layout. I also go so many compliments about how good the food was from our guests. They also worked with us on creating a menu that met our needs and budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

We feel lucky to have worked with Mehmet and Michelle on our special day. Not only did they help make an NYC wedding affordable, the service and food were stellar across the board. From the special at-home tasting to their responsiveness/ease of working together to their diverse menu choices to taking such care of everything on the actual day - you can really tell they truly care about all of their clients and do their best to make each event as special as can be. In addition to our own positive feedback, we received so many compliments about the food from the guests as well - the appetizers, filet mignon and desserts were particular knock-outs, and guests were also so grateful CFC was accommodating to any special needs. On top of that, maybe the best thing about CFC is how KIND they are. Mehmet continued to check on us throughout the night, and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and sweet to our guests all evening - this is the kind of team you want on your side to cultivate an absolutely special day. One Of The Best Vendors at our NYC Wedding

Mehmet and Michelle were two of our favorite people to work with and they run an outstanding catering business. CFC provided everything we could have wanted from a catering team and then some. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food from cocktail hour through dinner and dessert. Our wedding in Brooklyn featured CFC sushi bar, which was a big hit during cocktail hour. We also had family style dinner service which was a fan favorite as it allowed guests to enjoy all entree options. Michelle and Mehmet were always so easy to get in touch with and were very accommodating of our requests. I will never forget how they put together a small to-go platter of all the food from our special day, which we were able to enjoy late at night after all the celebrations were over. It was so thoughtful and the most delicious late night snack. Thank you Mehmet and Michelle!

Can't Recommend Enough!

Creative Foods Catering did an incredible job catering our large wedding (184 guests), and we’re still getting compliments on the food! From the start, they were so responsive and patient with our many questions, helping us feel confident every step of the way. They came to our apartment for the tasting, and from the moment we met Mehmet in person we knew he would do a great job. They not only answered all of our questions, but graciously and patiently worked with our families too to make sure everyone was happy. We had a lot of allergies and dietary restrictions and they did such a great job making sure there was something for everyone.

They provided full-service support, not just with catering, but with set-up and clean-up for the entire event, including the ceremony. Their team truly thought of everything and helped create a flawless experience. We couldn’t have asked for better vendor. We highly recommend!

Love this vendor!

We hired these guys for our wedding…we wanted something a little unconventional and had floating stations rather than a traditional sit down dinner. They delivered and more! The food was incredible, genuinely some of the best food I’ve ever had. The service was great, the staff was kind and attentive. The BEST caterers

I can’t express how lucky we feel to have had Creative Foods cater our magical wedding. We originally thought we’d missed them, since when I first inquired they had another event on our date - but Michelle and Mehmet were willing to split up and do two events in one night to accommodate us. We appreciated this so much!

The food was absolutely outstanding and so plentiful. Creative Foods offers so many more choices than the other caterers we inquired with, at a very reasonable price for NYC. Our guests raved about the food, and everything was prepared perfectly! One of the highlights for us was the included tasting - we did this in May before our October wedding, and Mehmet came to our apartment and cooked all of our chosen menu items for us to try. It felt like having a private chef, and we so appreciated getting to try everything since in the whirlwind of the wedding day we didn’t always take the time to eat!

Communicating with Michelle and Mehmet in the lead-up to the wedding was a dream as well. They were so responsive, helpful, and receptive to our many requests.

Overall, we had an incredible experience with Creative Foods and I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for making our day so special (and delicious)!

Easiest to work with, made our dream wedding come true!

Michelle and Mehmet from Creative Foods are an amazing team. We got married in June at Greenpoint Loft, and I was very nervous about booking a DIY/blank space wedding venue, but Michelle and Mehmet made it as easy as ever. They handled both the food and the bar for our wedding, and from our first phone call to the tasting to the big day, they were incredible to work with.

Being a very Type A person, I had millions of detailed questions, and Michelle answered all of them with such enthusiasm. She didn't nickel and dime us for any add-ons we requested and was extremely flexible throughout the process. On the big day, Mehmet was on top of everything, checking in with us and ensuring we had everything we wanted.

The food was delicious, and we received many compliments on it. They provided excellent tips, like having passed desserts instead of a dessert table, which was a big hit. Michelle and Mehmet were a dream to work with, and I highly recommend Creative Foods!

Amazing and affordable caterer!

The Creative Foods Catering team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and did a fantastic job at our wedding in May 2024. From the onset, we were super comfortable working with them, who were so organized and communicative that we ended up with truly our dream wedding (and we're people who really value both an event running smoothly and the warmth that it can create!) A few months in advance, Creative Foods actually came over to our apartment in NYC to do a "taste test" which felt like a truly luxurious experience (they prepared our lineup of meal selections and we got to try everything from appetizers, to mains, to desserts). On the day of the wedding, we never even had to think about the schedule, as the team was always ten steps ahead and thought of everything!! Delicious food and professional team!!

Phenomenal from Day One

Book Creative Foods Catering Now! From the very first email we received from Michelle and Mehmet, they made it clear they were the perfect choice for our wedding caterers. They were incredibly responsive, detailed oriented, flexible and kind. Our only challenge with them was figuring out the menu because all of their food was so beyond delicious! Every single one of our guests (including guests with dietary restrictions) raved about all of the food, from cocktail hour to dessert. Everything was tasty, beautifully presented and during cocktail hour food was constantly circulating. Creative Foods Catering was incredible from beginning to end. Mehmet and Michelle are just lovely to work with -- so kind, responsive, helpful, and professional. Their prices are very reasonable, which prompted us to book a tasting with them, and we were blown away by the quality of the food so signed a contract immediately. At our wedding, nearly every plate was clean after dinner and multiple guests commented on how outstanding the food was. Not to mention the service - the Creative Foods team is fantastic. Amazing experience!

We hired Creative for our wedding and working with them for the past year has been such a pleasure. Mehmet came to our small apartment for a private tasting, and the food was delicious. Their prices are also extremely reasonable, which is obviously appreciated since planning a wedding is not cheap. Michelle was also very responsive over email whenever we had a question or concern, and directly worked with our day of coordinators to finalize the floor plan for the wedding day. On the actual wedding day, our guests were raving about the food, especially the pistachio lamb chops, the filet mignon, and the dessert shooters! Creative ran such a tight ship, and the service was absolutely impeccable. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable food and service

Absolutely LOVE mehmet and Michelle!!! The food was delicious. They satisfied all of our guests and accommodated lots of dietary needs. I had a few extremely picky guests but everyone cleaned their plates and got seconds. We barely had any leftovers but what we did have, I ate cold the next day while hungover and even cold it was still delectable!!! Affordable, kind and professional

Creative Foods Catering is run by a powerhouse couple and was one of the best decisions that I made throughout this process. Michelle is in charge of organization and interfacing before the wedding - she is honestly the most organized person I have met in my life and I have never met someone so quick at responding to emails! Mehmet is in charge of the day-of catering and he is so kind and attentive!

They are affordable compared to other NYC area caterers (I honestly couldn't have made the financials for my wedding work without them at the venue I selected) and unbelievably flexible. They are kind and they cater delicious food. Choose them for your wedding!!

Dream Team

Creative hasn't worked with our venue before but didn't stop them from making such a seamless and wonderful experience for me and our guests. They are a pleasure to work with and were very responsive up to the day of our wedding. They were so thoughtful and had bridal apps prepared in the bridal suite as well as take home entrees for me and my partner which was a nice touch considering we were running around the entire day entertaining guests. Best Catering Company

Choosing Creative Foods Catering was the best decision we made. From the initial tasting to the actual wedding day, everything was so seamless and easy.

Mehmet came to our small apartment to do the initial tasting which was so convenient for us. Our communication with Michelle going forward was effortless. She was responsive, clear, and professional. Michelle took care of all the rentals from the rental company which was ideal since we were already dealing with so many different vendors.

Even during the wedding day, we were so busy talking to our guests that we didn’t get a chance to sit down in our seats at all the whole night. Mehmet came up to us to remind us and urge us to eat. He even packed up the appetizers and the dinner that we didn’t get to enjoy at the end of the night.

I cannot say enough about how thankful we are that we decided to go with them. Besides the food and drinks that everyone was raving about for days, the hospitality and care they have for their clients goes beyond the level of service I expected.

Great to Work With!

We had such an easy time working with Michelle and Mehmet of Creative Foods. They were highly responsive to our needs and handle all the legwork related to both the meals and rentals. They adapted seamlessly to our requests and our guests really enjoyed the food, especially the passed hors d'oeuvres. Definitely book them for your wedding!

Creative Foods Catering is the best!

I used to think that all wedding food was mediocre, but that was before I worked with Creative Foods Catering. We worked with Michelle and Mehmet for our wedding and were blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. They were a dream to work with from day 1 and they provided the most excellent service, food, and dessert, coffee bar, etc. I heard rave reviews from so many guests. I would absolutely work with them again and will be sure to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Affordable and AMAZING

I am so happy we used Creative Foods Catering for our 2022 wedding! First and foremost, everyone who works there is so lovely! They were so helpful and communicative through the whole planning process. We had so much fun at our private tasting! And the food options are so wonderful and they are happy to make accommodations where ever they are needed!

The day of, the table they put together was beautiful. And the food was incredible! All of our guests commented on how great the food was all night!

Amazing food!

Creative Foods Catering is the BEST catering in the tristate area. We hired Mehmet and Michelle weeks before our wedding after our original caterer canceled. I was beyond stressed, but Creative Foods came through! Their food is amazing, and the staff is wonderful. We did a multi-course sit down dinner with late night bites and everything was so yummy. The tasting before the wedding was also fantastic. We would 100000% use them again!

Amazing experience

From the very beginning when it came to emailing about pricing and planning our tasting a year before our wedding, all the way to our wedding day, Michelle & Mehmet were absolutely amazing. Our tasting was personal and lovely where they created a private dining experience at their upstate NY location. Throughout the year, they were always patient, detailed and responsive with me (the anxious bride) when I needed to make changes to things or had general questions.

The day of our wedding, Mehmet and the entire team were so attentive and helpful, working wonderfully with our day of coordinator. Everyone got their food promptly and not even exaggerating, ALL of our guests could not stop telling me how this was the best food they ever had compared to other weddings they have been to. And they absolutely LOVED our signature cocktails (Manhattan & Strawberry Margarita). Mehmet was also consistently checking in on me and my husband throughout the entire night to make sure we were having fun and everything was running smoothly for us.

I cannot recommend Creative Foods Catering more for weddings and just events in general. The food, the staff, the bartending, the set up of our entire space-- everything was so personal and warm. They made our wedding day so magical and it was truly PERFECT. Thank you Michelle & Mehmet!!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Michelle and Mehmet were amazing to work with! We had our wedding at Sound River Studios and they made sure everything was perfect, from the food to the drinks to the rentals! They made the entire process seamless and were with us every step of the way. Mehmet was present the entire event and checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. He even brought my husband additional food during dinner that he knew he liked. When we entered our venue two hours prior to cocktail hour to take pictures, we expressed we were hungry and they brought us out food immediately to eat. The food was AMAZING, as were the desserts! The staff they had at the event were also so kind and professional. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend for your wedding or any event. Thank you Creative Catering for making our event everything we could've dreamed of!

The best caterers!

Creative Foods were the best caterers we could have asked for! Not only was the food and service absolutely delicious and amazing, but Michelle's communication and responsiveness was top notch. Michelle and Mehmet were so kind and helpful as we worked to plan, prepare, and ultimately execute the big day. They were so flexible and responsive with our requests and also gave feedback and advice when asked. Our guests truly loved the food and the dessert bar is such a fun and delicious touch! We worked with Creative Foods at The Bordone LIC (a raw space) in which they helped bring our vision to life. On the day of our wedding, there was a heavy downpour right before the ceremony began. Mehmet and his team helped to make sure the ceremony chairs were brought inside and kept dry and then set up right before the guests arrived. They really made our day!

Amazing service for affordable price

Creative Foods was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Not only was it the most affordable catering option we looked at by a mile, the food was great. We did a station/extended style cocktail dinner and Mehmet and his team executed our vision flawlessly. They were so responsive and helpful throughout the wedding planning process allowing us to adjust our menus. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly and we could actually enjoy our food. Cherry on top, their servers and bartenders were so friendly and attentive. The very best caterers!

Working with Creative Foods Catering was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. We booked them for our wedding at The Green Building right as the pandemic unfolded in March 2020 so we did not get a chance to do a tasting then. We ended up postponing our wedding to August 2022 and CFC was so supportive throughout those 2 years. We ended up having our tasting in the Spring of 2022 at their beautiful tasting room and had an incredible time. We did end up asking for special changes to the menu to better reflect our culture and they were so flexible and receptive. During the weeks leading up to our wedding, Michelle was incredibly helpful! She communicated so many important details via email and managed our rentals order. On the wedding day, the food was delicious and hot! The CFC team worked very well with our venue and coordinator and the service their staff provided was wonderful! People often underestimate how much the staff can impact the guest experience. All of our guests raved about how great and kind all of the waiters were! Kudos to CFC for providing such amazing food and service! Thank you!!

Creative Foods Catering was elegant, flexible, caring, on top of everything.

We could not me more grateful to Mehmet and Michelle Kucuk for making our special day so amazing. They were wonderful to work with since we first met for our tasting. Both helped us stay in our budget without compromising our vision, elegance, food taste and setting. They helped us use AllSeated to design our wedding and food/seating accommodations for each of our guests. Our guest loved them. They were so easy to communicate with and during the wedding they pleasingly surprised us several times (like when Mehmet placed the spotlight for the pictures when we cut the cake). Truly they were on top of every detail. We loved that they were constantly checking on the bride and groom needs. Food was beautifully decorated, delicious and abundant. Best Catering Company!

My husband and I are so thankful we had Creative Foods cater our wedding! Their food and service is impeccable. Mehmet and Michelle were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. They are so kind and wonderful to work with. I felt at ease the day of the wedding. I loved all their food selections and the tasting was such a fun experience. The crab cakes and pasta station were my favorites and my guests could not stop raving how amazing our wedding went. The presentation of the food looked so elegant and I loved how they set-up the various stations such as the dessert and cheese/fruit station. They even helped with the set-up of our signature cocktail signs. Their team is fantastic and was so attentive for the day of the wedding. Perfect caterer!

Creative Foods catered our wedding on June 10 at Greenpoint Loft and we could not be happier with the food, care and service they provided! Michelle and Mehmet were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, always responding promptly to our many questions and inquiries. They offered so many options at pretty affordable rates, so we were easily able to compose a menu that really spoke to who we are as a couple, as well as satisfy the different palates of our guests. The day of the wedding, our guests would not stop raving about the food. Everything was delicious (don’t sleep on the pistachio-crusted lamb chops!) and the bartenders and waitstaff were all wonderful, helpful and professional. We highly recommend Creative Foods for any wedding or big event!

Top notch quality & service

We booked Creative Food Catering at the onset of the pandemic without ever trying their food. Their reviews were great so we took a leap of faith, and we are so glad we did it.

We selected most of their Mediterranean choices, many of which are literal family recipes. It was such a unique menu -- definitely not your run-of-the-mill catering company! Even weeks later our guests are still raving about the food.

Michelle was amazing to work with -- always responsive, accommodating and so friendly. She also helped us secure a few other vendors, and her recommendations were top notch. They are a full service catering company so that made things easier on us during the planning process.

Their staff was attentive and checked on us so many times throughout the night - ensuring that we also got to enjoy our special day. We'd give them 10 stars if we could.

Fantastic Food and Amazing Service

Michelle and Mehmet from Creative Foods Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with. From day one, they answered every question we had and were so accommodating with any changes we wanted to make. Their customer service was amazing, their pricing was very reasonable, and beyond that the food was incredible! We ended up going with a family style dinner for our wedding, with passed hors d'oeuvres and a Mediterranean station, and every element was perfect. One particular favorite was the pistachio-crusted lamb chop dish during the cocktail hour (though writing this, I want to mention every item on our menu). Throughout the wedding day, their servers made sure that my husband and I got to eat, bringing us appetizers before we went out to mingle with guests, and checking in on us periodically to ensure we got to try everything -- we did, and it was all perfect! Fantastic!

The creative foods team was a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, accommodating and so friendly. They food at our tasting was amazing and on the day of our wedding it was even better. Everyone at our wedding keeps raving about the food especially the dessert, tea and coffee station. The staff checked in on me soany times during the night ensuring my Husband and I ate, that we were comfortable and just to make sure we didn't need anything. Amazing team and delicious food

It was such a pleasure working with the Creative team for our wedding at The Green Building. We worked closely with Michelle on the menu and rentals. She made the process super easy and helped guide us to make sure every last detail was considered. Our wedding was postponed a couple times due to covid, so we really appreciated the team's close communication and flexibility throughout. The day-of went smoothly with Mehmet and Kate running the show. The food came out better and more delicious than we had sampled or even imagined. We received compliments from our guests -- the coconut shrimp, bistro steak and mushrooms were big hits. We struck gold working with the Creative team and can't thank them enough for making our day extra special.

We cannot recommend Creative Foods highly enough. You should definitely hire them for your wedding!
First of all, the food is delicious! They have excellent menu options and people are still raving about the slider station during cocktail hour. Also, the cheesecake bites — chef’s kiss!
They are incredible professionals who know how to plan and execute beautiful events. When we started planning, we had no idea how much of the event work the caterers are actually responsible for — basically everything. We’re so glad we entrusted our event to Creative Foods. Set up and clean up and service and everything was perfect. They were also very flexible when we had to push it back a year due to the pandemic.
And, last, but certainly not least, they are very affordable. They were the best quote by far and we’re so glad we went with them!

Creative Foods Catering is the BEST

Mehmet, Michelle, and their team are the best around and we would recommend Creative Foods Catering to anyone and everyone. From the beginning, we were very pleased with their responsiveness and their help with choosing a menu that would work well for our wedding reception – including an Italian food station and a Polish food station during our cocktail hour. When we had to reschedule our reception multiple times, they were flexible and supportive which meant everything to us. When we finally were able to celebrate our reception in November 2021, we knew it would be a great night but WOW – the food, the drinks and the service were amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests. Some favorites were the mushroom ravioli, the mac and cheese shooters, and the mini cheesecake bites. We are so appreciative to the Creative Foods team and couldn’t have hoped for anything more!

DELICIOUS Food and Wonderful People

WOW! Let me tell you about Creative Foods... We decided on them as our caterer for our wedding in NYC last month, and they were AMAZING. First of all, Mehmet came to our apartment and served us a personalized menu tasting. Our fourth-floor, walk-up, tiny-oven apartment on the Upper West Side. That's above and beyond in itself -- and the food was excellent! We signed with them that night, and ended up having absolutely no regrets. Michelle was very communicative and helpful every step of the way, and especially when we had a last minute scare with the seating arrangement. On the day, they delivered every course and station as planned, and everything was delicious. Almost everyone we talked to specifically told us how good the food was! Diverse menu, quality food, excellent service, wonderful people. We can not endorse Creative more highly!

5 star service for a wonderful price

When it comes to our family and weddings, good food and plenty of quality drink is NECESSARY and Michelle and Mehmet 100% provided just that for our family and friends. Wedding costs quickly rack up, and Creative Foods is the only caterer out there that provided us quality premium meals and open bar, catered to our likes/needs without breaking the bank. Our event space (620 Loft & Garden) in NYC can be challenging when it comes to space and large furniture rentals (ie my beloved farmers tables), but somehow Michelle & Mehmet made transforming our event space from ceremony to reception a breeze. Our families till this day still rave about the wonderful food, drinks, desserts, and above all service they received. They're the true 5 star deal!

Amazing food and super friendly owners!

Michelle and Mehmet were absolutely incredible every step of the way. We wanted an "extended cocktail hour" style dinner for our wedding, not a sit-down, and they helped us craft the perfect menu. They gave us an intimate tasting and everything we tried was fantastic! At first we were going to bring in dessert from another vendor, but they wisely let us try their mini cheesecakes and shooters and we were immediately convinced we should serve their dessert. On the day of, Kate was our point person and she was friendly, accommodating, and on top of everything. She even set aside leftovers for us and had someone grab them for us when we accidentally left them behind. The bartenders were masterful and made sure nobody went thirsty. Our guests all RAVED about how delicious the food was and how nice the staff were. Creative Foods Catering will make your wildest dreams come true!

Amazing service, amazing people, and amazing food at an unbeatable price!

Mehmet and Michelle were absolutely wonderful throughout all our interactions. They were patient, understanding and very easy to talk to. Michelle helped us throughout the whole process from renting the furniture to planning out our seating chart. Mehmet assisted us with all his food suggestions and helped so much on the day of the wedding. The food was amazing and absolutely delicious and very consistent. From the first tasting, to the cocktail food and the dinner food was as good as we remembered. Although we did not have as much time to eat the food that was served to us on our wedding day, all our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about all the food that served. They even set aside a box of food for us since we didn’t get a chance to eat everything. So thoughtful! We can easily recommend them for any catering occasion that you might have but for weddings, they were a joy to work with. Their prices were also very reasonable. Best Wedding Full Service Caterer EVER!

Mehmet & the team are the absolute BEST! Our wedding day went so smoothly because of them, and we were so beyond happy with the food and service that they provided. The guests were raving about the food and even said the beef was one of the best that they've ever had!

Perfect experience

It was an honor to work with Michelle and Mehmet for the most especial day of our lives. Leading up to the wedding they were awesome to work with, they were true professionals in every way. Especially if you are getting married in NYC it’s essential to have a great company who really understands the industry.

Creative made such big logistical parts of our wedding absolutely seamless

You know a caterer is good when you have their food at a friend's wedding and just know you have to hire them for yours years later! Working with Michelle and Mehmet was so easy, I couldn't have ask for a better team. They are extremely professional and easy to talk to. Michelle answered all of my constant questions during the planning process and Mehmet made me feel so at ease on the day of the wedding. Not only was the food great (especially their signature dessert shooters), but they also took care of so many logistics for us, including serving our own alcohol. We are so grateful for Michelle and Mehmet at Creative Foods. From Day 1, we knew we were in the right hands. They are extremely professional and the food at the wedding was more than delicious. Our guests are still talking about it! They Do It All - Great Experience!

Mehmet and Michelle were so amazing to work with! They were extremely flexible and easy to work with, especially between rescheduling our wedding multiple times, changing venues, and eventually downsizing. Not only did they provide the food, but they also helped with other elements of our wedding such as decor, rentals, staffing, and more. On the day of the wedding, Mehmet was so attentive and made sure that my husband and I had food and drinks all night! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was and how amazing the staff was. I highly recommend Creative Foods Catering, they are true professionals!

Easy decision: Go with Mehmet & Michelle...

We absolutely loved working with Mehmet and Michelle for our wedding. While specializing in the food and beverage area, they were happy to provide guidance for other areas and key details in terms of our planning process.

We immediately felt confident in Creative Foods based on their extensive experience and Mehmet and Michelle’s calm demeanor and reassuring presence. They were patient with all of our requests, flexible to provide exactly what we were looking for, and overall helped simplify our planning process tremendously.

The food, as promised, was incredible on our wedding night. We received a ton of compliments. Creative’s staff was courteous and professional to all of our guests, as well.

We overall had a tremendous experience with Mehmet and Michelle and would easily recommend them for any catering needs.

Delicious, cheap!

I could not believe how good CFC was for how inexpensive they were. We used most of our budget on the venue, so had limited options... and I have to say, we got INCREDIBLY lucky to have found them. The food was delicious, I always felt like they were taking care of us, and they handled all rentals and waitstaff hiring so seamlessly it was never a stress point at all. They accommodated us bringing in over 100 cupcakes without any fuss, and they made sure I ate on the day of my wedding, which I know not many brides get to say!

Wonderful service, delicious food

We were married at the Greenpoint Loft in early December 2019. From the start, Mehmet and Michelle were professional, responsive, and helpful. We knew from the moment Mehmet arrived in our apartment and served us a delicious 5 course meal that we would not be going with any other caterer. Their prices are just unbeatable in this area, and what you get for the cost is amazing - Michelle gave us so many suggestions including our fabulous wedding coordinator, Blossom Events. They were flexible with our menu items until the end and even refunded us for people that canceled the week of the wedding. Creative Catering served as the backbone for our entire, perfect wedding - Mehmet and his team were there all day and night. The tables looked beautiful, the stations were flawless, the bartenders were attentive and our favorite part was the delicious dinner and dessert station. We chose the salmon, filet mignon and mushroom ravioli and people are still talking about how fantastic the food was! Highly recommend the pistachio crusted lamb chops, slider station and dessert shooters. Creative is truly top notch service and food at lower than NYC prices. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great food at great value

We had Creative Foods cater our wedding in Brooklyn, NY for ~100 people at The Green Building and they were fantastic.

Mehmet came to our apartment for a tasing which helped us sample a variety of menu options. Both Mehmet and Michelle were extremely responsive and accommodating during the entire process - they let us stop by a second time to try additional items when we couldn't decide between a few options, and were very flexible for dietary restrictions among our guests.

The food at our wedding was delicious - especially the mushroom ravioli - and nicely plated.

All of this was offered for a price that was extremely competitive relative to other caterers we considered.

We would definitely recommend Creative Foods for your wedding.

Incredible price, incredible food!

When we arranged our tasting, my fiancé and I walked in with the decision that, unless their food was inedible, we were hiring CFC for budget reasons alone. Imagine our delight when the food wasn't just edible — it was amazing! Humble staples like chicken parm and roasted potatoes were delicious, the hors d'oeuvres were all so good we barely were able to pick two, and the deserts! Good lord! It was a feast.

Over the next months, having signed the contract, I found Michelle to be attentive and very responsive by email. All of the back and forth was smooth and direct, and I never had to chase down answers. It was a remarkably stress-free part of my wedding planning!

The day of, everything went perfectly. I had multiple guests specifically mention how much they loved the food (the mac 'n cheese shooters were a particular hit) and a lot of pleasant surprise over the family-style service, which I hadn't seen any other caterer offer. Service was wonderful, the rentals were perfect, and the food was if anything even better than at the tasting. And all of this at a venue with no real kitchen!

All in all, Mehmet and Michelle are wizards and run an amazing catering business. I cannot recommend them enough.

Above & Beyond!

We are so happy we turned to Creative Foods for our catering & rental needs. Our venue was a raw space so it could have been very overwhelming to coordinate everything separately but they made it super easy and took care of so much. They worked with us from the beginning to help us make our event unique. We wanted to have a vegetarian menu and they went above and beyond to make sure our meal was substantial & meat-free. They also helped us craft our movie stations so we could have old movies playing with popcorn for our guests to snack on. They helped us with these extra rentals & requests and made it truly stress-free. It turned out beautifully and we are overjoyed! Their staff was so very wonderful and helpful from beginning to end. And the food!!! It was so phenomenal, it exceeded all of our expectations. We had so many guests rave to us about the food - especially the mushroom ravioli & the dessert shooters. We are so happy we found Creative Foods and I can’t recommend them enough, especially to brides & grooms who have a unique vision and don’t just want a run-of-the-mill experience. They truly went above & beyond to make our event unique!

Great quality and Cost Efficient!

Creative Foods Catering rocks! From beginning to end of the planning of our wedding planning, they made us feel comfortable and confident. Working with them not only brought us the experience we were looking for; but enriched our faith in professionalism. All the skills that are necessary in their field were very apparent throughout a process that can be intimidating and anxiety ridden. The staff not only knew the intricacies of planning such events, but their people skills generated good will at every turn.

We continue to receive comments from guests about how everything was. All was such a special day and we will cherish the memories for a long time. Creative Foods Catering are well placed in the industry, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that would listen!

Fantastic Caterers!!!!!!

Hiring Creative Foods Catering was one of the best wedding decisions we made. From the very start, Mehmet and Michelle were kind and accommodating. We had a tasting at our apartment and the special touches that Mehmet put into it were incredible. The food was delicious and we knew that if he could make a tasting that special, then Creative Foods were the right people for the main event. I was married last week at 26 Bridge in Brooklyn. The space needs a strong catering team to help move it from ceremony to reception. Mehmet worked seamlessly with my month-of-coordinator to insure every detail went smoothly. It was incredible how the staff flipped the space so quickly and effortlessly. The food was DELICIOUS. The cocktail hour stations were beautifully set up. We had 4 passed hor d’oeuvres and everyone keeps talking about them! One of my guests said he must have eaten 5 sliders. Mehmet was especially attentive to me and my husband due to food allergies. He checked in with us during the dinner course and made sure we were happy, and we were! The dessert was also arranged with care. A week later my friends are still talking about the mini-cheesecakes and churros. The staff were all super nice and attentive. Aside from the food we had all staff, linens, serving ware, silverware, etc. through Creative Foods. This was a key factor in making wedding planning easy! Highly recommend to everyone!

Delicious Food & Great Service

I found Creative Food Catering through my wedding venues recommendation list and am so happy that I moved forward with them.

Michelle and Mehmet were so great to work with. Mehmet came to our home for a tasting, which was amazing. Michelle handled everything from there. They were both patient, answered all of our questions and managed last minute notes.

The family style dinner was delicious.

Exactly what we needed!

Mehmet and Michelle were a killer pair! I 100% fell behind on finding a caterer for our wedding, but was lucky enough to find Mehmet & Michelle. Mehmet came to our apartment and did a private tasting for us that frankly rocked our culinary world. Even better, the tasting fee went towards the cost of the overall bill if you chose them. The day of the event went off without a hitch with them even being incredibly careful and considerate to our guests (apparently larger than we expected) food allergies and specifications. Everyone loved everything and it really pulled the evening together! You definitely cannot get a better bang for your buck than Creative Foods.

10/10 Would Recommend!

From the moment we came into contact with Mehmet and Michelle, we could not have been happier with their level of service, quality and professionalism. Here is just a glimpse into our positive experience:
In-home Tasting— If you choose to use Creative Foods as your caterer, they will come to you for a small fee and conduct an in-home tasting. Many caterers today, in our experience, did not offer tastings at all. Mehmet prepared a delicious, full-experience, tasting from their stations/passed hors d’oeuvre menu in addition to entrées and desserts. He was prepared, on-time and friendly. And the best part, we didn’t have to travel!
Wedding Day Execution— We had a fairly complicated and quite large (225+ attendees with children) wedding that required two venues, but this did not deter Mehmet and Michelle whatsoever…Many caterers were a little taken aback by the complexity. They executed both venues flawlessly. In fact, multiple guests after the event told us that this was the best wedding food (and service) they had ever experienced. We did a plated salad and buffet-style arrangement—everything stayed fresh, cold/hot and delicious. They also did an excellent job anticipating food portions… something that was very important to us given the amount of guests!
Service— Michelle was our main contact over email. Michelle was such a pleasure to work with as she was responsive, helpful and incredibly patient as we created our final menu. Mehmet was on-site for our wedding and personally came up to us and our parents multiple times during the reception to check if we needed anything and the food/bar/overall quality was up to our standard. When a glass broke near the bar, Mehmet was the first person on the scene to help clean it up.
There aren’t enough kind words to describe Mehmet, Michelle and their entire staff! They truly made our wedding as magical as possible and I would encourage everyone to consider their services when booking their wedding vendors. (edited)

Amazing food, service, and prices

I can't say enough good things about Mehmet and MIchelle at CFC. I was first impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness - so easy to reach, so quick to respond to every query, so clear with their prices, and so flexible with different food requests. Mehmet came out to our Brooklyn apartment and cooked a feast for us that was so delicious that we signed up on the spot (their menu is expansive but we highly recommend the lamp chop and coconut crusted shrimp appetizers.) To top it all off, they were the most reasonably priced caterers we found in all of our searching - after the sticker shock we experienced from other NYC area caterers, it was a huge relief to find a quality caterer at a truly affordable cost.
On the day of our wedding, Mehmet and his team set up the room to perfection, remembered everyone's special food requests, were efficient and professional and so, so accommodating. Make sure you book CFC early - we did almost a full year in advance - because I think they book up quickly.

So helpful and was an easy choice!

I really struggled finding a caterer that not only had delicious food options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike, but was also within budget. Fantastic and allergy friendly!

Creative Foods Catering was recommended by a good friend of mine, they catered her wedding back in 2016. Anyway, they were INCREDIBLE! We had a cocktail style wedding and Michelle and Mehmet went above and beyond to make sure it included everything we wanted.

We had a number of guests with food allergies (myself included). They sent us detailed menus with what food contained what allergy and made edits on the day to accommodate certain guests.

The food tasting was phenomenal. We had the tasting at my parents house, they set everything up beautifully and really paid attention to the items that we liked and loved. Mehmet was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions about how the cocktail style party might work.

Throughout the process, they were both incredibly responsive and made any edits or changes to the menu that we requested. The day of the wedding went incredibly well and a number of our guests made an effort to let us know how much they loved the food.

They were one of our favorite vendors to work with!

So amazing! Such a great find.

Creative Foods Catering made our wedding amazing! From the first email, I was able to breathe a sign of relief that we found a caterer that could do what we wanted, within our budget, and still with a ton of personal flair. Great value, great service

One reason we chose a "raw" venue is so that we can choose our own caterer. We wanted dinner to be good. I feel a lot of all inclusive venues have really good cocktail hours and bad dinner options. I really liked our caterer, Creative Foods. They offered more affordable options compared to other caterers and I really liked their food options. The total ended up being $100/person, but they have different packages (They're package advertises $40/person, but that didn't include extra staff, linens, extra tables like cocktail hour tables, and some other things I don't remember). The one we got included 3-4 different passed hors d'oeuvres and the (I think) two main dishes, no options. They were pretty flexible with allergies and helped a lot with organizing the place since they worked with the venue before. If you do choose a raw venue, choosing a caterer that has worked with the venue before is pretty important. They know what to expect and how to work around the fact that the venue may not have a full kitchen. Some extra charges included extra staff, like bartenders and a coat check person.

Best of the Best!

Michelle and Mehmet were wonderful to work with. We had a lot of ideas on the decor and every step of the way, they both were there saying, "Yes!" This was unlike any caterer in the New York area. They are affordable and really care about all of your needs.

One of the highlights was having Mehmet come to our apartment in the East Village and do a tasting. It was such a fun experience and the food was phenomenal. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Love Love Love!

Mehmet & Michelle are seriously the best team. From the tasting that they did AT OUR HOME(!!!), to the excellent communication they kept up leading up to the day, to the wedding day where they brought us food in our suite while we got some alone time after our ceremony& provided delicious food to our guests, they impressed us through & through. Michelle and Mehmet are absolutely wonderful. Finding a caterer is one of the most daunting tasks to accomplish when planning a wedding and Michelle and Mehmet make it so very simple. They are a full service catering company, their food is great (especially the hors d'oeuvres), they are so easy to work with and rest assured that the staff will be top notch. Creative Foods 100% know what they are doing. They have simplified the process by creating "packages" and are totally willing to work with you to create the dinner and service you envision. Michelle and Mehmet were super responsive to questions and guided our decisions with our budget in mind. Everything on the day of the wedding was executed exactly as discussed. We decided to do a family style dinner and let me tell you, the food was not only great, but it came out in abundance. The dessert table at the end was also a big hit. Michelle, Mehmet and their team were truly fantastic. From the initial call, Michelle was super professional and responsive to all my questions. They are a full-service catering company, so that was much easier than to try to get separate food, service and rental vendors. They had a ton of packages to choose from, with the prices and fees up front so there were no surprises. They had a large menu to choose from, and their prices were very affordable for the New York metro area. In the months leading up to the wedding, Michelle worked closely with my coordinators and I to get the logistics right. It definitely helped that they had a lot of experience in my venue, The W Loft, so they already knew what kind of space they were working with. Michelle and her team were very accommodating to last minute guest count and table setup changes, and made us feel like we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, everything was set up and perfect by the time guests arrived, and her staff made sure my (now) husband and I ate and stayed hydrated. The food was delicious and plentiful—many of our guests said they had to skip dessert because they had already filled up on the hors d'oeuvres and entrees! We had our reception on my family's farm in upstate NY on 9/8/18, and we had to find a caterer who could serve our 200+ person outdoor wedding without a traditonal chef's kitchen on site - it was a daunting and big decision but I am SO HAPPY and SO GRATEFUL that I found Mehmet, Michelle and the team at CFC! We were sold from the very start once I spoke with Mehmet - we spent almost an hour on the phone discussing all the logistics and he patiently answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He went above and beyond for us - he even came by my family's farm before we signed the contract to take a look at the space and give me his thoughts (and confirm it would be no problem at all), and then again the weekend before our wedding to do a final run through (which made me feel so so so at ease during such a stressful time). We signed our contract immediately after our tasting - there are so many packages to choose from to fit any budget that we really were able to make a perfect menu to fit our budget and crowd. They handled everything for us - cocktail hour, reception, dessert, cut & served our cake, alcohol, staff & service, sourced & set up most of our rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.), and went above and beyond! And the food - the food was AMAZING. We chose to have family style service and there was enough food for everyone to have some, and the staff came around with extras! I was so impressed with them: at my outdoor wedding, without a traditional kitchen, on a somewhat cold night - the food was absolutely delicious, there was something for everyone, and most importantly all my guests were happy. Choosing a caterer is arguably the most important vendor for your wedding day and I truly don't have one negative thing to say about CFC. They went above and beyond for service, the food was incredible, and they were delightful to work with from the start. They are a wonderful team and I will recco them to everyone (not only brides) !!!

The food was amazing! Everyone kept saying it was delicious and the service was fantastic! Also the bartenders were quick and kind in putting out quality beverages. Highly recommend them for your next event!

What can we say, we are so incredibly happy/satisfied we went with Creative Foods as our caterer. Their professionalism was exceptional from our initial tasting all the way up to and throughout our wedding. Mehmet and Michelle were a joy to work with, while their staff was also fantastic; everyone had a great attitude and were very courteous to our guests. We were faced with some weather obstacles on the day of our event, and the staff handled everything so efficiently and quickly, keeping us at ease and allowing us to just enjoy the day.

Last but not least -- the food was amazing! The cocktail hour (everyone's favorite part of a wedding) offered so many delicious options, and we were happy to find a platter of food waiting for us in the staging area after we took post-ceremony photos. The entrees were exceptional as well (delicious teriyaki salmon, filet mignon, and pan-seared chicken), and everyone was raving about the dessert - the shooters are a must-have!

Great food, organization and so easy to work with. Everyone commended on how good the food was. Would definitely recommend them!!! Great food and great price.

Mehmet and Michelle are incredible! They make amazing, delicious, reasonably priced, attractively displayed apps, dinner and dessert! Mehmet came to our home for our tasting and we were sold from then. As we got closer to our date, Michelle did so much to put my mind at ease with all the little details and was incredibly responsive/patient. The day-of was perfectly executed, food was yummy and I did not have to worry about one thing (except for enjoying it all)!

A+++!! My wife and I are so happy that we chose CFC/Mehmet/Michelle to cater our wedding!! CFC was one of a few catering groups that was recommended to us by our venue (The Foundry). We decided to choose CFC for several main reasons: 1) Highly recommended by trusted references, 2) Awesome menu!, 3) Very reasonable pricing. From the very beginning Mehmet and CFC had been so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. My wife and I wanted to incorporate a few dishes from our culture (Russian) and Mehmet and CFC was so flexible and accommodating the entire time! The menu tasting was a lot of fun and a memory I'll enjoy for a long, long time.
During the wedding the food was OUTSTANDING (especially the steak!!). I have had multiple friends/family call us to tell us how much they enjoyed the food!
My wife and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY that we chose CFC for our wedding and I am certain you will be too!

I can't recommend Creative enough! We had a two year engagement, and booked Creative about a year and a half before our wedding. Throughout this entire process, they were a dream to work with. We had so many questions and they responded kindly and promptly to all of them. They really worked with us to customize our menu and make the day perfect. Our wedding was last weekend and the food was wonderful, the staff was fantastic, and everything ran smoothly. We would book them again anytime!

Michelle and Mehmet did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. Extremely patient and responsive throughout the entire process. Michelle is very detail oriented and was able to keep up with all my changes especially during the last few weeks of planning. Mehmet did an amazing job the day of my wedding, everything was done smoothly and professionally. Everyone raved about the lamb racks! Highly recommend!

First of all, thank you Michelle and Mehmet and the Creative Foods staff for catering our wedding. They were extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process from start to finish. When there was a small hiccup prior to our reception (not caused by Creative Foods), Michelle and company went out of their way to dind a solution - and that they did. That is the type of service that is to be expected from them. They went above and beyond to ensure our special day was enjoyable and carefree. Worth every single penny and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Top notch food and top notch staff created a fun environment for everyone.

We are so thankful that Creative catered our wedding. The food was phenomenal and the staff were warm, friendly, and exceptional. The passed appetizers at the cocktail hour were so delicious, and Michelle personally brought us a plate-full of the apps and our signature drinks just as we finished signing our marriage license, so that we wouldn’t miss out on those. She also checked on us throughout the night, which mean a lot to us. The room flip went so smoothly, we hardly even noticed that anything was happening. Our tables were beautifully set and elegant. Everyone was really pleasant and easy to work with during the planning process, too. Mehmet even entertained us with a wonderful private tasting in our home. With regard to price, you can’t beat the value that Creative offered—it was worth every penny. We had so so much fun celebrating, and we owe Creative a big thanks for that! We will recommend Creative to any of our friends who are getting married.
