Dream wedding florals
My husband and I absolutely loved working with Erica for our wedding. For the year leading up to our wedding she was so helpful on determining our floral vision. I am a very visual person and she included photos of similar work but also different flower images to really help me narrow down what I liked. Even though she had similar wedding visions in past, she made ours completely personal to our style.
On the day of the wedding the florals turned out even better than I could have imagined. From my bouquet, to all our tables and candles. She exactly understood my vision. I am so grateful we found Erica and had her on our wedding vendor team! We will be recommending her to all our friends who get married in NOVA area :)

Perfect Wedding Florals!
Creations in Bloom provided us with the perfect wedding florals! Erica was able to translate our color palette into the most beautiful flowers for our bright, spring wedding. Our parents, guests, and even the brunch venue the next day all provided lavish praise for how beautiful the florals were! She was very accommodating as we made some changes as the day approached and she even helped us locate flower boxes to help us transport the flowers after the wedding. Erica was a dream to work with and the final product was breath-taking. We can't recommend Creations in Bloom enough!

Words could not explain how great Erica is! I called her in near distress because I was worried that my color scheme would not work out well. She reassured me that everything would be beautiful. Our wedding florist was fantastic. Erica created stunning floral arrangements that added a beautiful touch to our special day. We had a general color scheme in mind but really didn’t know what types of flowers/greenery/arrangement style we wanted, and Erica made it look beautiful.
Working with her was a breeze. She was pleasant and accommodating throughout the process. When our ceremony had to move indoors due to weather concerns, she quickly adjusted the floral design (previously a large arrangement for an outdoor pergola, pivoted to an indoor arch).
In summary, we were very happy with our wedding florist. Her ability to create beautiful arrangements and her flexibility in accommodating last-minute changes made our day even more special. We highly recommend her services. Thank you for contributing to our wonderful day!

Our perfectly customized wedding!
When I first reached out to Creations in Bloom, I had no specific vision for my wedding. I envisioned the keywords such as simple, unique and elegant, but it’s not until I first spoke with Erica that the vision started forming. She spent part of her morning discussing my preferences, what I like vs what I don’t enjoy, observing what I already had in mind and then leading me up to the specifics. I grew up on a farm in Czech Republic which means I have a fair knowledge and ton opinions about flowers – all in Czech language, which means the English names don’t ring a bell. She was incredibly patient, giving me space to google individual plant names/ pictures. Her skill to listen and observe seamlessly truly impressed me and I was also really surprised how we just “clicked,” I felt like I was talking to a friend, brainstorming, searching for the IT. When needed she quickly provided substitute options knowing some of my favorites were not going to be in season in September, all while being highly considerate of my budget. This was “just” the interview process – it truly showed me how much she cares and loves her work and her priority is foremost a happy customer.
She put together a thorough proposal which didn’t miss a single item from our discussion, and truly it’s when I really started seeing the wedding in my mind. I also want to note that besides the standard bouquet and all the wedding arrangement things, she went above and beyond to also align our experience with hint of Czech culture, just as we wanted.
I first officially met Erica at the wedding doing “Erica” things, being seamless while creating magical, beautiful displays. The flowers were fresh, all arrangements held up well and everything lasted at minimum 2 weeks following the wedding. Our house smelled incredible and I dried all the eucalyptus to decorate our house.
I’m so grateful our venue recommended Erica, she has a special company with extra feel and passion for this business and I do not regret a single dollar I spent on beautiful fresh flowers that give you so much joy and energy. In a short time frame Erica built trust and the outcome was memorable.

I knew nothing about flowers, and she was able to figure out my vision perfectly, suggesting spray roses, blue delphinium and eucalyptus to fit my white, blush, and blue color scheme. What really stood out to me is that she rearranged her schedule to move and repurpose our ceremony arch florals to our reception head table, when our wedding planner said she wouldn't. Couldn't Be Happier!
Creations in Bloom was such an easy decision when choosing our wedding florist! My older sister had used Erica Wrenn for her wedding and we were just so impressed by the beautiful arrangements that she created for her, that my family knew we had to hire her again! Erica was the sweetest and so easy to work with. I really wanted to include pinecones in my floral arrangements and she was so accommodating to my request. She also provided wonderful input/ideas for us, as we had a winter wedding and needed guidance on which flowers were available during that time of the year. She was so patient with my many questions and adjustments along the way and listened well to all of my requests. Everything turned out so beautifully and I received many compliments about my bride bouquet. I was indecisive about a certain pink flower to go into my bouquet and so once it came in, she emailed me a photo of it right before the wedding to make sure I liked it before putting it into my bouquet. I really appreciated how she really wanted to make everything just perfect for our day. Her kindness and professionalism went a long way. Now my sister-in-law just booked with her for her May wedding, so we all just love Erica’s work! Everything she created looked beautiful in our venue and matched our style perfectly and we are so grateful we booked Erica for our wedding day!

I admittedly am not a visionary and didn't even know where to begin with choosing my wedding florals. I had previously spoken with other florists who wouldn't even assist me because I didn't have a vision in mind. Erica went above and beyond to curate a floral combination for me that I absolutely loved and created a sample arrangement for me prior to my wedding. She also gave me suggestions for other arrangements like the sweetheart table decor that I was having trouble deciding on. Her pricing is fair and reasonable and she is a delight to work with. Full disclosure, I know nothing about flowers. I called Erica and had an idea of the color scheme I wanted, and that's it. So I am not exaggerating when I say she had to start from total scratch to figure out what I would like. And she knocked it out of the park! Our floral arrangements were unique, fun, and beautiful. They brought the perfect pop of vibrant color to our ceremony while fitting in with our relaxed atmosphere.
Due to COVID, I had changing guest counts, a changing layout, and was making oversights in my stressed out state. I requested what felt like dozens of edits to the proposal because of all that, but Erica was totally patient and professional, even when I'm sure I was driving her nuts.
I got so many compliments on my flowers, and Erica was a dream to work with. You will not regret hiring her!

Working with Erica was an absolute pleasure! In the beginning I only had a vague sense of what I was looking for and she helped me narrow down my options and bring our vision to life. We booked Erica very last minute, but she hit the ground running to get the process started. We were impressed immediately at her ability to put together a plan so quickly and within our budget range. I knew she did beautiful arrangements just by looking at her Instagram, but I was absolutely blown away when I first saw my bouquet. It was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. From the beginning Erica helped us to feel a part of the process without adding any stress to our wedding planning experience. By far she was the Florist that made us feel most involved in picking flower types and helping us to understand what would work best for what we had envisioned. She showed us options that0 fit in our color scheme, considering the 'vibe' I wanted to go for, season, and how long the flowers would last. At our request, she was also able to get beer hops vines for us and incorporate them. The flowers were honestly one of my favorite things about our wedding - they were SO beautiful.

Erica at Creations in Bloom was amazing, she completely exceeded my expectations with all of the flowers and greenery she did for my wedding in September. I sent her a few inspirational photos I found on Pinterest and she completely out did herself from the bouquets to the arbor and to the centerpieces. The Most Beautiful Florals!
I could not say enough positive things about working with Erica at Creations in Bloom! I got married in August and didn't know exactly what I wanted in terms of florals, just that I love pink. :)
Erica had an incredible vision and put together floral arrangements that were just perfect with the theme of my wedding! So many people, to include our venue owners, mentioned that they were some of the most beautiful arrangements they had seen and were absolutely gorgeous! I had a relatively small budget for florals and Erica really made it work! I am so appreciative of her services and highly recommend her to anyone (in fact, I recommended her to one of my bridesmaids, who also decided to book her for her wedding!). :)

Erica did such an amazing job with all the floral arrangements for our wedding! We had an indoor wedding in December, so having pretty flowers and greenery to elevate the décor was extra special. Erica was so knowledgeable and patient with me during the brainstorming process - she understood exactly what I wanted (even when I didn't) and quickly made adjustments to our plan when I came across new ideas, all while working with us to meet our budget! In addition to the beautiful bouquets and center pieces, Erica created a lovely circular arch for our ceremony (which was nicely recycled for the reception as well). On the wedding day, everything was executed perfectly and calmly. Thank you so much Erica for making our wedding so pretty!

I had a wonderful experience with Erica from Creations in Bloom! She met my now husband and me for coffee back when we were just thinking about flowers and helped us narrow down what we wanted. We had a large bridal party and the bouquets turned out beautiful. I also wanted to have flowers in my hair and ended up with the perfect flower crown. I also was able to get a flower crown a few months before my wedding so I could have it for my hair trial. Erica was flexible with us making minor changes up until our wedding weekend. I would definitely recommend working with Creations in Bloom!

Amazing, Everything I imagined!
We were so happy with the flowers Erica did for our wedding, I came to her with a very specific vision and the inability to explain what that vision was with great detail. She knocked it out of the park and went through multiple flowers with me until I could decide exactly which ones were what I had been picturing. Wonderful Wedding Experience
We were so happy with Creations in Bloom. Erica was a pleasure to work with. She did our rehearsal dinner flowers, the church flowers, the bridal party flowers and the reception flowers. And let me tell you.......it was alot of flowers!!!! Everything was delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful. All flowers were fresh and vibrant. Creations in Bloom did an outstanding job providing gorgeous bouquets, boutonnières, and wrist corsages for my daughter’s wedding. The floral choices were perfect for the wedding party coordinating so well with the colors used. All bouquets were fresh and appropriate in size. An extra effort was made to honor the bride’s request to include lilacs in memory of her grandmother. We were so touched with that detail. We were extremely pleased with the service.

Erica was so wonderful to work with, from beginning to end. I went into our initial meeting only knowing that I didn't want a some bouquet and I wanted to incorporate pinecones. She helped me to make what I felt was such an overwhelming decision. I do not know ANYTHING about flowers, and she listened to what I liked and didn't like and made the most breathtaking bouquets. She was also willing to work with me to make a special boutenniere for my husband. He is a total car guy, and I wanted to add a gear to his boutenniere to make him feel like he had parts of the wedding that were "him". Not only was she willing to take on this challenge, but it came out amazing and my husband absolutely loved it! I would recommend Creations in Bloom to anyone who asked!

Our first call, where we knew nothing about flowers or arrangements, Erica talked us through the process and offered a lot of wonderful suggestions! She listened, stayed within our budget, was kind, patient, professional and wonderful to work with. I will admit that I was a bit nervous about ordering flowers without seeing the exact bouquet beforehand, but I had confidence when I looked at her portfolio on her website. And when I saw the bouquet on my wedding day, I could not stop smiling! It was perfect! Even more perfect than I could have dreamed and I am so in love with it!

I am so glad we choose Creations in Bloom for our wedding flowers! Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly as we had discussed. Her pricing is excellent for the quality of flowers and greenery we received. She’s also so sweet and a pleasure to work with. She emailed us a month before our final order was due so we had enough time to change our order and not stress. Like others have said, she does a great job during the initial meeting of walking you through her previous work and possible flowers based on the season. We met with three other florists and she was the only one to clearly explain and show me what I would be getting (I knew nothing about flowers) and actually get me excited about this part of the wedding. We had a great experience using Creations in Bloom as our wedding florist on August 12th, 2017. Erica was so helpful, friendly, and was great to work with. She met with us to discuss our options for flowers and made sure to help us choose flowers that were within our budget. She even met with us a second time closer to the wedding to confirm the flowers we wanted to order since I was having second thoughts on the flowers I had initially chosen. Erica did a great job and our flowers turned out beautifully. They looked great and were very fresh. Many guests were happy to take some of the beautiful centerpieces (pieces of art!) home, and some guests reported their flowers lasted up to two weeks! We met once, I told her what I wanted and she delivered exactly what I had imagined! She was able to make sure I got the flowers I wanted as well as the look but stay within the budget I had set. She was even willing to let me use my own mason jars! When I first started to think about selecting flowers for my wedding, I wasn't all that thrilled. I'm not a huge "flower person" so it seemed sort of overwhelming. But my mind changed once I met Erica. When I first met up with her to talk flowers, it was such an education! She walked me through all of the different types, what goes well together, and what was in season when my September wedding would be taking place, and it got me really excited about not only selecting my flowers but seeing what she would ultimately produce for our wedding day. Erica was amazing - from our first phone call to the wedding day itself, I really felt like she understood what I was looking for and was very flexible in accommodating our budget. She suggested similar, less expensive flowers, for the same look at a better price. She is dependable, super easy going and the flowers were GORGEOUS! Highly recommend! Note - the amount spent was just for my bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 8 boutonnieres, flowers for my hair and the cake. I ordered bulk flowers for the centerpieces. A GREAT value and beautiful work!

Erica (Creations in Bloom) was amazing! She did our flowers for our May 2016 wedding which we planned from out of state. Through a couple emails, phone calls and a pinterest board Erica executed exactly what we envisioned and everything came out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Several guests commented on how beautiful and fresh the flowers were (especially the peonies!). I also want to note that she was the only florist I talked to who took our requested budget seriously and designed a thoughtful plan that was perfect.

We were an out of state couple planning a wedding in Leesburg Virginia and we met with Erica from Creations in Bloom, not only was she flexible with her schedule to accommodate ours but she was professional and so helpful with putting my ideas on paper. She was quick to respond to my many emails and was willing to change anything I needed to as well.
Her final product was absolutely amazing!! My bouquette was gorgeous!! Erica , thank you so much for making our day so amazing. I would recommend you to any bride who is looking to make her day special.

Out of all the wedding vendors that I worked with, working with Erica at Creations in Bloom was the easiest, most worry-free experience I had. Even though I know very little about flowers and flower arrangements, she made everything very simple. We worked through a book of flowers to help me choose exactly which flowers I liked and didn’t like. She was very conscious of making sure my choices were season appropriate and, most importantly, worked within my budget. I never once had to follow-up with Erica or remind her of dates and times, she was always one step ahead of me and I never worried once about our flowers. Erica’s table arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres were beyond beautiful and worked so well with our rustic barn wedding. Her style is effortless, elegant, timeless and natural, and without a doubt one of the best parts of our wedding. Her flowers truly added the finishing touch to our venue and made our 10/3/15 wedding unforgettable.

She was flexible, and worked with us to incorporate some of our vases and decorations with the ones she supplied...it was beautiful! From the moment we met Erica with Creations in Bloom, we knew this was our vendor. She was so sweet and creative and really listened to our vision and made great suggestions on different ways for us to create the look we wanted while staying in our price point. She gave great suggestions and really captured all that we wanted. Creations in Bloom gave us undivided and personal attention and created beautiful arrangements and pieces for our wedding. She was able to accommodate all of our requests- including last minute changes and executed it with the utmost professionalism. We were so pleased with everything!!

We loved working with Erica! Flowers were not a big deal to me but they ended up being one of my favorite parts of the wedding. We had one meeting with her where she went through possible flowers for our colors and budgets and then she just ran with it. Super responsive and helpful, and set everything up seamlessly on the day of the wedding. Highly recommended.

We used Creations in Bloom for our recent wedding. I really knew nothing about flowers and floral arrangements so I was a little worried about how it would turn out. Creations in Bloom was wonderful to work with from the beginning, both professional and responsive (especially to the many emails I sent!) and the end result was beautiful!
At our initial meeting Erica was able to really get a sense of the style we wanted to go for and suggested different flowers and floral arrangements that would help convey that feeling. I was a little indecisive about the flowers I wanted and Erica worked with me to really make sure I was getting the look I wanted with them.
About two months before the wedding, my husband I decided we wanted a few more flower arrangements and Creations in Bloom was happy to oblige. The flowers turned out beautifully and I got many compliments on how everything looked. Creations in Bloom was also very reasonably priced (especially for the D.C. area) so that was an added bonus!

The minute I saw the flowers I was so relieved because everything tied together. They were fresh and VERY beautiful. She also took the time to set up everything for me which was AMAZING because I was so busy the day of the wedding.

I didn't have many preferences when it came to my wedding flowers, other than a few inspirational photos I found online. At our consultation meeting, Erica helped my narrow down what I liked, provided cost saving tips, advice on what would/wouldn't look good together, and truly understood the vision I was going for. I knew flowers wouldn't be cheap but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw our contract. Creations in Bloom is a great value in the greater Washington, DC area!

Working with Erica was fantastic! We met at this really cute coffee shop for our first consultation where I felt like I got to know her and her to know me. She had several books about flower and pictures from past clients and through a series of questions she was able to understand my vision. All of the flowers turned out amazing and Erica captured the vision that I had in mind. She was very flexible and adjusted my flower order 3 weeks before my wedding. Very personable, flexible and with a reasonable price! For sure would recommend!

Erica of Creations in Bloom made put together the most gorgeous flowers and greenery for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Honestly, she made my vision come to life! My husband and I met with her for a lengthy conversation in a coffee shop before the wedding and she patiently talked with us about what might be within our budget and what flowers were in season. She also showed us plenty of photos of arrangements she had made for other events and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She was so sweet and kind and we knew we wanted to work with her after that first meeting. Even though one of the flowers we wanted was not in season, Erica worked to find it and made it happen. For my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets, I wanted soft and organic, with lots of layers. Erica made exactly what I had dreamt up! For our reception, we did lush garlands down the center of our tables and so many guests commented on how gorgeous they were! I sent Erica all kinds of updates throughout the wedding planning process--changing what flowers I wanted included, adding bundles of ferns for the ceremony chairs--and Erica responded promptly and kindly to all my inquiries and questions. My mother-in-law also worked with Erica (all the way from down in Florida!) to do the flower centerpieces for our rehearsal dinner. As soon as we walked in and saw all the beautiful arrangements at each table, I knew that the wedding flowers the next day would be stunning, too. I absolutely would suggest using Creations in Bloom for any and all flower needs!

Erica was such a pleasure to work with and was responsible for helping me choose the most beautiful flowers for our wedding. During our first meeting, she brought books and pictures to show me flowers in season and that would go with our wedding feel. We had a very small wedding (25 guests total) but Erica's creations really helped create the setting for a fun, sweet, and intimate wedding. Every arrangement she made was unique and pulled together really well. My maid of honor and I loved our bouquets, we made sure to take them home with us! Our guests loved the reception centerpieces and we let them take them home as parting gifts. Our photographer even posted a photo on her facebook page of how lovely and sweet smelling the flowers were! Her creations made our photos pop. I would definitely recommend Erica as the florist for your wedding!

She gave me her professional advice, combined it with what I wanted for the bouquets and created pieces that were absolutely perfect for our bridal party! We LOVED working with Erica! She is great and super professional. We had a lot of changes a week or 2 before my wedding and she was more than willing to accomodate for all of them and did it with a smile.
