Shaheeda is amazing! She has such a calming presence while doing makeup. She made me feel so comfortable and checked in many times while completing makeup. My makeup made me feel pretty and confident. My mother, MIL and I all looked so beautiful and our makeup lasted all night.
Her prices are fair and trial was included. I did not have to provide any makeup products! She was responsive and flexible with scheduling. -

Fantastic experience! MOG wedding day makeup
Shaheeda did an amazing job with my makeup on my son‘s wedding day. She was prompt, professional, and provided an overall wonderful experience! I received countless compliments throughout the evening! She did a fantastic job with bride and her mother’s makeup as well. We highly recommend! -

Shy is one of my close friends who I trust to do my hair and makeup for anything. I wouldn’t have picked any other MUA for my special day. Shes been practicing on me since I was a teenager and I couldn’t be more proud of her work. She did a trial run and traveled all the way to Jersey to make sure everything was perfect! I let her do whatever she thought was best for me and it came out better than I could have expected. Shy made sure I looked like a QUEEN on my wedding day! -

Shaheeda was so great during the trial & day of wedding; super sweet as well! Her & her partner, Jamanda, were awesome that day & very easy going. They worked their magic on everyone! When Shaheeda finished with my makeup it felt so light & not cakey at all, which I loved! I would 100% recommend her for any occasion you may have. -

Where do I start??? Shaheeda and her co artist for the day Paulina did an excellent job. My maid of honor, bridesmaid, mom, flower girls and I all loved our make up and hair !! Both artists paid attention to every single detail and answered every single question with genuine care. Our make up and hair also withstood a North Carolina heatwave day at the end of June with both the ceremony and reception being outside. Both hair and make up still looked flawless by the end of the night. We were highly impressed by everything and will always recommend !! -

Shaheeda and Jada were wonderful! Spending the morning with them was a delight, they kept everyone calm and the morning running on time (we even finished a little early!). They took the time to help those of us who had difficult requests with hair and makeup and made everyone look so beautiful. Our hair and makeup stayed all day and all night through the reception. I was the only person that had received a trial, and more than one of my bridesmaids told me after the fact that they did a fantastic job and they were so satisfied with their look. Having them on our vendor team was a pleasure and I would hire them again for any event that I need beauty done for. Excellent job! -

Shaheeda is friendly and easy to talk to, which made the entire process enjoyable. Her warm personality and impressive work ethic truly stood out.
If you're like me—someone who only knows how to wash their hair, rarely wears makeup, and isn't quite sure what look would complement their facial features—I highly recommend scheduling a trial with her. It was invaluable in creating a game plan for the big day. The trial helped me understand how to prepare my skin and hair, as well as how to effectively communicate with a hairstylist. For the first time, my hair turned out exactly as I had envisioned!
On my wedding day, I appreciated Shaheeda's patience and her efforts to understand my unique makeup needs. My makeup stayed put all day and night, even with my oily skin.

Amazing experience!
Shaheeda was so friendly and communicative from our first phone call! She’s so sweet and listens well to what you want hair/makeup-wise and gives great suggestions when you need them. The other ladies she brought with her were also wonderful- everyone was so positive on my wedding day and they arrived early/were ahead of schedule even with me + 6 bridesmaids and 2 mothers which helped me feel relaxed. Shaheeda did my makeup for my wedding about a year ago and I still rave about her every time I look back at photos. My makeup not only looked flawless, but it lasted ALL NIGHT. I even knocked out with it still on and when I woke up, it was still almost completely intact (see attached photo). I would recommend her to anyone for any event. I started my own business and needed a photoshoot as well as my make up done to launch my Instagram page. Shy helped me in every way she could from doing my make up and the photoshoot, to helping me choose the best ways to launch my business and market my clothing! I will never hire a professional service again!
I was pressured for a review but kept avoiding it in order to remain pleasant. I had 7 pounds of make up which aged me horribly in my photos. My full lips were lined so tight I looked like a geisha. My hair was dry and frizzy she kinda did what she wanted vrs what I asked for and sent example photos of. It took so long I was almost late to my own wedding. The only thing I liked was the eyeshadow. She tried to make me buy the clip ins I knew nothing about and hair dye that she failed to bring.

Thank you for your honest review; now, we can make the proper changes and adjustments to fit our client's needs.
I want to give my apologies for making you late on your special day. I understand we were pressed with time due to the large amount of services that were provided and the constant smoke breaks that you requested to take.
Our bridal contract agreement states that a trial is mandatory to ensure we understand your vision. We never want our clients to feel like they are not heard. I would have loved to have given that opportunity. But I know that was not in your budget, and the offer was declined.
I apologize if you felt as if you were pressured into posting a review. We send out two review messages to our clients because we would like to hear feedback on what we can do better, even if it's good or bad. We don't want our clients to feel forced to post a review; that was never our intention.
We are very sorry you felt like you did not get what you wanted in your services; I would have accommodated you back half of the hair service if I had known the first time I tried communicating with you.
I also apologize for the extensions. A lot was going on, and I wanted to make sure I didn't ask you to purchase the extensions. We would never force our clients to buy hair, especially if they know little about it.
Because of the inconvenience of us running out of time, I did your beautiful daughter's makeup after you left for free and even gifted her six long lashes I mistakenly purchased. I also gifted you a gift to show my gratitude and appreciation.
I am entirely shocked and disappointed we could not handle this in private, but I understand, and again, I apologize.
