  As a guest, didn't even realize there was a wedding coordinator there. Which is the best trait to finding the good ones. The event seems to run itself. Calmly as if she was one of the guests, she would mingle through the vendors, band and DJ and drive the event from within. I wouldn't usually notice, until I started DJing weddings and also have been part of a lot of our friends' wedding planning, preparation and execution, I've met many different coordinators. You have the clipboard coordinators, schedule oriented coordinators, the guest oriented coordinators and the vendor oriented coordinators. I think the latter is the best kind because the vendors are the ones that need the most coordination. The guests will congregate toward music, food and an amplified voice which are all run by the vendors. Melanie did a great job of handling the vendors and making sure the transitions were smooth from the ceremony to the last dance. Full stars.

  Melanie was absolutely wonderful in planning and coordinating my wedding. When decisions had to be made or problems needed to be resolved, she was on top of it and dealt with every situation with finesse. She is very easy to work with and she contributes many great ideas from decoration to etiquette to the sequence of events on the day of the wedding and ensuring everything keeps on time. I would highly recommend Melanie for both planning a wedding and coordinating events for your special day.
