James and his team were so wonderful to work with! We had them fly up for our wedding in the Big Island and were extremely satisfied with our same-day edit. We were able to share our special day with people who couldn't make it to our wedding with a short, beautifully made video. I really can't express how happy we are. Thank you so much for everything!

Amel and James were awesome! They both were easy to work with, great and prompt communication, open to suggestions and looks out for you and your events best interest. I live in California and we had a destination wedding in Hawaii so it is really hard to book vendors without meeting them. James and Amel answered all my questions in a timely matter and being as detailed as I am, they were very patient with me. Their professionalism built my trust. I booked their company for the screenbooth services. Screenbooth is better than a photobooth! It has the option of video and/or taking your pictures. It also has each guests name inputted in the system so they can select their name, like a virtual guest book. This is a great feature to help identify those family members or friends you might not know as well when looking through the pictures/videos. Because the screenbooth is not limited to a physical photobooth, you can take a really big group picture!!! I think we were able to get in over 20 heads...LOL!!!I If you are looking for something different then the ordinary photobooth, then the ScreenBooth from Crane Media Productions are your people!! You won't regret it!! Thank you Amel and James for capturing fabulous memories for our guests and treating our guests like they were family!

Creative, on time, professional. James and his crew were awesome. We were very pleased at how our video turned out, and our guests loved it too! Worth the expense to capture lasting memories!

James of Crane Media and his crew were GREAT!! Professional and easy to work with throughout our WHOLE wedding planning/day of the wedding. Also, their prices are very resonable. We had numorous compliments of our video slide show and same day edit video. We are extremely happy how everything turned out. Highly Recommended!!

Crane media is above and beyond my expectations!! From the moment we met with James he was so personable and made my husband and I feel so comfortable! He made it easy for us to just let go and leave our wedding day memories in his hands and he never failed to amaze us!! All of our guests loved his work and we will keep recommending him to all of our family and friends!! Worth every penny!! We can't thank him enough!!

James and his crew were awesome!! They were the first ones to arrive and were so helpful! They were wonderful to work with.. My husband fought with me over and over again on how we shouldn't get a videographer because he didn't want a camera filming him in his face and he would feel weird because he knew they would be filming him but during the wedding... we didn't even notice them! It was like they were invisible!! We got the package with same day editing and words cannot express how happy my husband was to have that.. It was so perfect because we had a private ceremony and we showed the highlights during the slide show and when it was finished the entire ballroom was crying because it was so beautiful!!!! We couldn't have been more happy! James has exceeded our expectations by a mile! We are so happy we chose them to be our videographers.. They are AWESOME!!!!

James and his team was very professional at the movie shooting. We had movie coverage from hotel to ceremony and all the clips are beautiful in the final movie. I also requested a early production because of my wedding party. James could do that with additional charge and the movie was delivered in time.
Overall, I am satisfied with their service and the quality of the movie. Recommend to my friends getting married in Hawaii.

They were very professional and the same day edit was perfect and really captured the special moments leading up to our reception. James did a wonderful job on our wedding video. Every time we watch it, it brings back all the emotions and feelings we shared on the day of our wedding. No one could have pulled off the artistry and talent that he did. The editing was amazing and he managed to capture all the special moments throughout the day.

My husband and I were planning our Hawaii wedding from Portland, OR and were not familiar with any of the wedding vendors in Hawaii. The only person we had signed a contract with at this point was our wedding planner, Kelly Sugano, at A Perfect Day Hawaii and the Halekulani. They each provided us a list of vendors (including videographers) they would recommend and have worked successfully with in the past. And after meticulously visiting every vendors website and looking through their work, I knew Crane Media would be the one to capture our wedding day.

I called James from Portland and explained to him our situation of planning our wedding from afar and gave him an idea of what we wanted. He took the time to discuss with me on the phone the different options. And even at that point of agreeing on a particular package, he was still flexible in allowing my husband and I to make changes to what we wanted one month before the wedding! He was even patient with us when we were late on getting our pictures together for the slideshow.

James has an amazing artistic touch and eye for detail. Looking at his work, he truly captures the moments that last a lifetime. It was the type of video we knew we could look at in 20 years and still feel the way we felt that day. We ended up hiring James and his team for our "getting ready" coverage, ceremony coverage, reception slideshow and reception coverage.

The day of our wedding went through seamlessly. He and his wife captured the "getting ready" while other photographers were also in the room and not once did I feel like it was too much. It actually helped myself, our wedding party, and families to enjoy the special moments and take the day in stride. My husband and I are still amazed at what a great wedding we had. There wasn't anything we would change and James and his wife played an integral part in making our day so special!

James Chun of Crane Media took the time to note special details during our wedding as well as took the time to get to know us personally in order to customize and tailor our wedding video highlights to our personality, taste, and uniqueness. Professionals through and through, I would highly recommend them to my family and friends alike. When you decide to work with Crane Media, be sure to trust their judgement; it may not seem like they are capturing enough of the right scenes or settings but they are doing a lot more in the background than you may initially realize. It was a pleasure working with their team. Heartfelt thanks to them for capturing our big day so masterfully!

Crane media did a fantastic job on our wedding! They were very flexible and very professional. They even were able to add pictures at the last min when I forgot to include them! They even have a unique Photo/Video booth which was a big hit at our wedding! All of our friends and family couldn't stop talking about it! If you have a big event and want a very reliable, reasonable and friendly, Crane Media is your video expert!

We would definitely recommend Crane Media to any future couples looking for quality videography. I was so lucky that they were available for my wedding. I decide to have a videography in last minuts(a week before the wedding) and they even did very good job and they were very nice to us. They have a great creation and service. I recommend them.

Crane Media Productions, LLC and their staff, far exceeded our expectations of a wedding vendor! They were with us each step of the way from service consultation to the delivery of our DVDs. Exceptional customer service! They captured every memory of our wedding that we can now relive, and also a lot of memories that we missed.

I think Crane Media is really the best in the business. James Chun is truly an artist. So warm, wonderful and professional. He was he first vendor that I spoke to and after seeing a sample of his work I was blown away. My own final edit was unbelievable, everyone that has seen it is moved to tears. The music, the details important details, the way he shoots, and edits. They even give you a menu like a movie DVD. I cannot tell you how blessed we are to have had them capture our special day:)

I am so happy I went with James Chun. He did an amazing job. He is so good, I didn't even notice him most of the time while getting ready, walking down the aisle or even in the reception hall unless he spoke to me. When I watched my wedding highlights, till today, I was/am so amazed of the song choice and the video. I think we had the BEST wedding highlights video than anyone else, no joke!

Being so nervous its hard to remember all the details of the actual ceremony. They did capture them and more. I could not wait to share the video with friends and family. It will something we will now be able to remember thanks to the wonderful footage and sound.

I love Crane Media! James and James were so great to work with. They arrived on time, if not earlier. They were so easy going and fun to be around. The slideshow came out perfect and the ceremony highlights right after was just the icing on the cake. My father-in-law couldn't stop raving about 'what an awesome video' it was for the rest of the night. James had the ceremony highlight video up online in less than 24 hours. I love love LOVE the video and so does everyone else! The song James chose for the video was perfect. Crane Media is so awesome at what they do.

Lawrence, James, Ben, and Ralph did an outstanding job! 24 hours after the wedding, they had our wedding highlights they produced online for viewing! Plus they were working on Kauai and not on Oahu where they are based out of. Everyone loved the slideshow and wedding highlights. Outstanding job! Not to mention the picture screen booth at the reception....everyone loved it as well! One piece of advice to all of you out there looking for a videographer....go with Crane Media!

James was so nice and patient with us. Even though we had a hard time picking our pictures for the slideshow, he was so nice and flexible that we fell in love with what he did! He and his assistant arrived really early and started working immediately. He is so incredibly creative, and the ceremony highlights showcase how creative he really is! Our guests loved the slideshow, and those that were not able to attend the ceremony still got to enjoy the ceremony! The best part is that those guests that couldn't make it to the wedding can still view the ceremony highlights he posted on his website. This is especially important to my husband, because we can now show our ceremony to his grandpa, who is ill and unable to travel from the Big Island. I highly recommend Crane Media, especially if you want your most memorable moments captured:)

James and his crew were great! We had 2 cameras for both our ceremony and reception and I did not notice them at all. The slideshow they produced for our reception was wonderful and we received many compliments on them. My husband and I also enjoy the final video we received of our wedding day. I highly recommend them!

We chose James Chun and his crew from Crane Media as our videographers for our wedding. They were very professional, easy to get along with, very organized, and knew what they were doing. They worked well with our photographer and all of our other vendors as well. You can tell that they've been doing this for a long time and we were happy that they were familiar with our venue, the Halekulani, as well.
The same day edit and slideshow was unforgettable and they did an awesome job. It was so fun and exciting to see this at the wedding and we received many impressed comments from guests. Thank you James!

James and his team from Crane Media produced a video slide show, day of edit, and raw footage of our reception for our destination wedding...and we couldn't be more pleased with the results :) On the day of the wedding, we were impressed with how quickly Crane Media was able to produce such a high quality video that captured so many special moments. Our guests believed we had acted the scenes out the day before, because the shots they produced looked like they were from a hollywood movie. We showed the SDE to our friends and family at our second reception back home, and those guests also agreed it was the best they had seen.

My husband and I are also thankful that James was very flexible and patient with us. He listened to what we wanted, changed the package and schedule to fit our needs, and delivered. Even with the raw footage, his team captured some beautiful moments in a very intimate way. We will cherish the videos Crane Media provided for many years. Thanks James!

I had the pleasure of having James and his team capture the memories from my wedding day in January 2012. Right off the bat they were friendly and made me feel at ease. The DVD took about 5 months to complete, which is typical. Despite a small, but easily fixable mistake on our DVD, it turned out to be truly amazing. The quality of sound and footage was fantastic. There were a few moments that I wish they had included, like some of what our Officiant said during the ceremony, but they captured most of the main events that took place. Overall I would recommend Crane Media for your wedding day.

The video took about 4.5 months after the wedding to get to us, but the quality definitely captured our special day. There were clips that were filmed that I was hoping to see in the video but we didn't. Also during the filming of the Bride getting ready the videographers continued to carry conversations with the make up artists rather than with the Bride & her group.

I hired Crane Media for the one hour ceremony coverage. Overall I am pleased with the quality of the video I received. However, I was very disappointed in the professionalism of the videographer. My wedding was at sunrise, and although I am aware that it did require my vendors to wake up early, I did not expect any of them to be disgruntled. To this day, I still do not know what my videographer looked like because he was gone about two minutes after we walked down the isle. Additionally, it took two months for my one camera/ twelve minute video to be sent to me, only after I inquired about it. I recommend Crane Media if you want coverage of more than the ceremony and if your ceremony is after noon. However, if you do not meet both prerequisites, I would look elsewhere.
