  Incredible Photographer and Videographer!

  We could not have asked for a better photographer and videographer!
  
  We found Rob by chance to take photo and video for our wedding in 2023. We cannot believe how incredible all the photos and videos are! Rob captured everything from the beginning of the day, to the wedding, to the party highlights, all of our favorite moments in such a beautiful way!! With the videos too it felt like we could relive the day over and over again, which as Groundhog Day fans, we truly love! From the little touches of music timing in the video, to the big pieces of the video and picture quality (and quantity), it solidifies in our minds that Rob was the best investment in our wedding day!
  
  If you are wondering if Rob is worth his prices, he is worth every penny (and to be honest, he should be charging more). The technology he uses is better than anything we expected to see from a wedding photographer, and he has the knowledge and eye for details to utilize it. We were not sure if one person would be enough to capture photo and video, and Rob proved that it was possible! Rob was everywhere, all at once, capturing every moment without being in the way of "the moment".
  
  Thank you Rob for being excellent at your craft and being a wonderful person to spend our wedding day with! We are so grateful for these captured memories and will always treasure them!

  Jen was just incredible. She made both my wife and I feel relaxed as we were not the most comfortable in front of the camera. I do recommend that you do the engagement shoot as this made the wedding day easier. She captured every picture we wanted and then some. She was completely professional and delivered a great product.

  Rob was amazing to work with! I loved the light, color, and emotion in his work before we booked him. After our wedding we both were so impressed by his friendly, calm, and personable demeanor. He has great ideas and attention to detail. We would highly recommend his work to anyone. It is worth the money to have our memories captured this way! If we need any videography work in the future, Rob would be the one we would want!!

  I wanted a photographer and videographer who knew what they were doing and could produce good products; were professional, friendly, and easy to work with; worked well together; and were reasonably priced. My DJ recommended them based on what I was looking for. I talked with them on the phone and then my fiance and I met with them in person. We saw examples of their work and had a great time talking with them. After our meeting, my fiance said that they were so professional and we should definitely work with them. Also, Rob could do both a multi-angle, full-length video of our ceremony as well as an overall film capturing the whole day.
  They were easy and a pleasure to work with before, during, and after our wedding day. One of our friends commented how professional they were on the wedding day. She said that they weren't distracting and they worked so well together - making sure they both got important views and not getting in each other's way. They really do work well together! They are also attentive to requests you make, so be sure to communicate your expectations and wants. Also, check with other important people (like parents) to know their expectations and share these with the photographer and videographer.
  The videos have moved people to tears and are seriously professional - just like a movie (which is what Rob said it would be). And he went the extra mile, too!
  Overall, I am very glad we chose them to capture our memories and be the recorders of our very special day. I highly recommend Jenn and Rob at Crain Studios!

  Crain Studios did the videography for my wedding at the Hagadone Event Center in Coeur d'Alene this September. We could not have been happier with the results! Rob was very helpful and communicated well before the wedding. He was extremely professional and great to work with at the wedding. He stayed until the very end of my wedding just to get every last special moment. And the results were amazing. My husband and I got to watch it a week after our wedding and it brought tears to our eyes. It is so special! I would recommend Crain Studios to anyone!

  Crain Studios exceeded all expectations when they presented my fiancé and I with our wedding videos! We could not be more happy with what they produced! One of our favorites is the "congratulatory video" of all of our friends and family. Rob captured the most special parts of our wedding and made videos that were perfect reflections of the day. Not only are the videos amazing, but both Rob and his crew are great to work with! They are flexible, creative, and fun! Everyone at the wedding had great things to say about Rob and his friendliness and professionalism. I am so happy with the quality and content of our videos and couldn't have asked for a better experience or better service. This was the best money I spent when it came to wedding planning! I highly recommend Crain Studios for any event. They will not disappoint!

  I can't say enough good things about Crain Studios. I was nervous picking a photographer because we were planning our wedding from the east coast. I was not able to meet Jenn in person until the wedding day. Jenn and her lovely assistant immediately made me feel at ease. She was fun to work with and clearly knew what she was doing. Our pictures turned out beautiful! I could not have asked for a better experience.

  Words cannot describe how ecstatic I am with how our wedding videos turned out!! Rob managed to capture every single little detail of our wedding day, and that made the videos so much more special than I could have ever hoped for! We got our wedding videos back so quickly, and it was just like reliving the day again. I am so happy with my experience with him!

  Jenn Crain is fabulous!! She has the unique ability to make you feel completely at ease throughout the day while you're being photographed and watched constantly. I did more research on photographers for our wedding than anything else, it was my #1 priority! Crain Studios was the absolute top choice based on quality of photos and value. I saw her photography and knew that she created the exact feel that I wanted our wedding photos to have. Her brother's videography is stunning as well - but as much as I tried, we weren't able to fit that into our budget - I'm still sad about that! We had told her that we didn't want to spend hours with photos, but that they were important to us. We were able to get all of the bridesmaid photos, sneak peek, and family photos done in one hour, and I did not feel at all like the quality suffered. All day, she and her second shooter were everywhere! Any time I saw something happening, they were right there getting photos of it. She worked many of the photos into various parts of the day, such as snagging my bridesmaids and me for quick individual photos during the reception - took only 5 minutes! Jenn showed up while we were getting ready in the morning and stayed until our exit that night. I am so glad I went for the all-day photography, she and her second photographer put in a long day for us! To top it all off - she gave us a preview of our photos less than a week later! They are absolutely stunning. I keep looking at them thinking how lucky I was to find her! I can't wait to get the rest!!! Which is another plus - I have heard from so many others that they waited months to get their wedding photos back, but Jenn's is much less than that!

  We had already hired our photographer, who did an awesome job, when we met with Rob Crain for videography, so this review is for videography services only:
  
  Rob was absolutely great to work with, smiling, laughing, and if he doesn't actually love working with couples on their wedding day, he should go into acting. We have children, he engaged with them, never got frustrated when they didn't exactly cooperate and was simply a joy to have with us on our day.
  
  His videos are amazing, crisp color, and sound. I couldn't have asked for anything better. We didn't know if we could afford video, but we made it work, and we are sooooo glad we did. Pictures are important (my main priority) but there is so much, to my regret, that you forget (even though it is your wedding day), that can only be captured through video.....voices, bantering, how retarded we looked on the dance floor. Having those memories to watch time and again, so you don't forget......well, it's priceless....and we can't imagine having had anyone else capture them. Thanks, Rob, for making our wedding day and lifelong memories even more special by putting your heart into what you do!

  Rob was an amazing videographer! He was extremely attentive, prompt, and professional. He worked well with our photographer, family, and the bridal party. It is clear that Rob has a passion for what he does, & the videos reflect his talent. We could not have been happier with the finished product. I would recommend him to anyone!!

  We are extremely happy with the videos that we got. The video quality and sound are excellent, and the presentation of the disks and case are attractive. Rob and his partner were very discrete about taking the video, but captured the day perfectly. We could tell he really enjoys the work he does, and takes pride in it. We received more than we expected and feel he went above and beyond.
  Getting video of our wedding was definitely worth it, because so much of the day was a blur of activity that my memories are hazy. The edits were perfect at capturing the whole day in a form that's easy and enjoyable to watch.

We weren't sure if we wanted to hire a videographer but after stumbling across Crain Studios and seeing the beautiful creations Rob has put together we called right away. Rob was prompt to answer any questions we had and helped us put together a video package and pricing that met our budget. He and his team stayed flexible over our multi venue wedding day and were nothing but professional. His passion for what he does is obvious and we were more than impressed with how our video package turned out. 5 stars is the largest rating available but we'd be willing to rate much higher.
