  Craig and his assistant/ wife Kelly made our experience really special. He made us feel absolutely comfortable even though my husband and I aren't fans of having our pictures taken. He was very knowledgeable and creative with his work. Some of the angles and shots that he got blew us away. Craig and his wife traveled to north of Baltimore from Richmond the day before the wedding. They were able to scope out the grounds and find some beautiful back drops for our pictures. Our wedding was on an old plantation with big open fields but he found a nice secluded area for our first look. He created an intimate moment for us to see each other. Craig and Kelly worked off of each other really well to make the picture taking process light and fun. During the ceremony and reception, it just seemed like he was always in the right place at the right time to capture some great memories. They were a lot of fun. After the wedding, he got our pictures back to us expediently. Our wedding album that he made, came soon after and was put together really well. We would without a doubt use him again.

  I have been a fan of Craig's work in photography for a long time and was thrilled when he was available for my wedding! Craig was so easy to work with since day one of planning with him. Craig is very creative but allowed me to give as much input prior to the wedding as I wanted. Craig encouraged me to share Pinterest photos of his work and others to figure out the type of photos/poses I wanted him to capture. Craig requested the names of family and bridal party and utilized my website to get to know everyone prior to the wedding day. That was such a personable touch that I didn't expect and my family really appreciated. He was able to give directions by using names and my dad said he felt like he knew him for years. I really appreciated that Craig went to the venue prior to the wedding and had a set plan for all the locations he wanted to take advantage of at the venue. I provided Craig with a pretty extensive list of picture ideas (mostly groups of people I wanted). He stayed the whole reception and managed to get most of the desired pictures. With inevitable stress on the day of your wedding Craig (and his wife who assisted) were refreshingly calm to work with. They were honestly one of my favorite parts of my wedding day. They had great ideas of unique shots and we're happy to try whatever we suggested. The sun was beaming on our wedding day and knowing that can cause some difficulties getting pictures outside I was a little worried, however all the pictures are gorgeous! We had some squinting bridesmaids but there was nothing that could be done about that. I can't emphasize enough how beautiful my photos are and how many compliments I have received. Craig posted a photo a day on Facebook for the first week which was so exciting for my new husband and I to look forward to everyday. Craig gave us all the photos on a us. within about 4 weeks (if not sooner). He also agreed to do my wedding album and it is absolutely stunning! Can't sing his praises enough!!

We took our engagement photos in Richmond, VA at Belle Isle and our wedding photos at Old Town Hall in Fairfax, VA. Craig explored our venue and hotel before our wedding to make sure he knew where the best photos would be. He even took picture out in the street with traffic to get some really good shots! Craig has great attention for details and was very creative in his shots. His wife Kelly worked as his assistant/second shooter. She also has a great eye and helped make everything run smoothly.   We were so lucky to have been given Craig's services as a wedding gift from my sister-in-law. Craig and his lovely assistant/fiancee Kelly, were absolutely fantastic to work with. They instantly made us feel comfortable and at ease, capturing all of the important moments beautifully. Craig arrived a little early to scope out the venue since he hadn't seen it (it was a private residence not typically used for weddings), and found the perfect spot for our first look, which was out of the way of early guests, catering crew, etc. Not only did those pictures turn out amazing, but it was an incredibly special moment and allowed us the time before the ceremony to take most of our portraits together. Craig stayed on schedule, not taking too much time for formal portraits as I had requested, kept us laughing and comfortable. Kelly was on hand with lip gloss for touch ups, my sweater if I was cold, even held my tissues for me! Also important to note: during the ceremony and reception, I barely even noticed Craig was there. I never once felt like he was intrusive and after seeing the ceremony pictures, I realized how he must have been running around like crazy to get all those shots. It was important to me to be able to enjoy the wedding & be in the moment without feeling like it was a big production. Our pictures are gorgeous and came sooner than we had expected which was an added bonus. Overall we had an incredible experience working with Craig. Thanks a million!

  Craig shot our engagement photos and our wedding. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with him. He exceeded our expectations. He’s professional, flexible, approachable (made us both feel really comfortable), has creativity and enthusiasm to spare, and is really interested in what is important to you and open to executing new ideas. He is photojournalistic in style and was able to capture so many moments throughout the event. He was also very creative in using the venue and coming up with unique, really beautiful shots utilizing the buildings/landscape. I ended up with so many beautiful pictures I can’t decide which to frame, which is a really good “problem” to have. He really captured the overall essence/spirit of the event so we are left with these really beautiful moments that will keep our memories of the event alive in our hearts and minds for many years to come. I highly recommend using Craig for your wedding! He is so reasonably priced and delivers such a great product!
