Perfect Wedding Ceremony
We had our wedding ceremony here in June and it was most perfect venue. From the start, Hannah was so lovely to work with. We had contacted her only a few months prior to our wedding, as a last minute decision to have a ceremony, and not only did she answer every little question we had almost immediately with such patience, but she also provided great input, which helped us immensely throughout the process. Our wedding day was cloudy and overcast, but the venue was truly so beautiful that we still managed to have our dream ceremony. Coyote Hills is so wonderful in the sense that they provided so many options for decor, in addition to the greenery and waterfall, which served as the perfect backdrop as we said our vows. All of our guests also loved the venue and complimented the scenery! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an outdoor venue that makes it feel like you're in a magical garden. -

Outstanding venue for events
We recently had an afternoon/evening welcome party before the wedding ceremony at Coyote Hills Golf course. It was attended by the guests travelled from across the country. Everyone loved the location, the ambience and the food. The service offered by Hannah and the team was outstanding.Coyote Hills Golf Course's reply:
Hi Raghu,
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was truly a pleasure celebrating your son and daughter-in-law’s special day with you and your family. We’re so happy to hear you had a great experience. Wishing the newlyweds a lifetime of love and happiness! -

Amazing experience!
We had our wedding in April here and it was such a smooth process working with the team here at coyote hills. They are super professional and respond in time with patience. We had an intimate wedding with about 35 people in total, and they were able to accommodate to our needs to make it cozy and beautiful. On the wedding day, we were assigned a day-off coordinator who made sure everything was taken care of and we could enjoy our wedding day without any worries. Oh did I mention I started planning our wedding 3 months ahead? I could not have done it without the amazing team in Coyote Hills. I would recommend this venue to anyone! -

Perfect wedding!
Had my wedding at Coyote Hills and it was a perfect wedding. Every penny was worth it!
I worked with Hannah, who was extremely communicative, organized, and helpful. She answered all my questions and made everything easy to digest for me. I went into the wedding planning completely clueless, and she was able to walk me through everything and prepare everything exactly as I wanted it. She replied almost instantly to every email, and never forgot any previous conversation or decision made!
The day of the wedding was spectacular. All the staff was very kind and helpful. In the contract, it says that venue workers aren't obligated to set up personal decorations and guestbook items, but we were running out of time -- and all the venue workers pitched in to set up my DIY decor! Wedding ceremony and reception was coordinated by the day-of-coordinator which Coyote Hills provided, and everything moved and flowed like a well-oiled machine. The catering staff was great and the servers were on top of things. Food came out fast, all of the allergies and accommodations were accounted for; the cake was sliced up within 5 minutes, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. A food tasting was also included in the package, which was very helpful since it allowed us to accurately pick which food items to serve to guests!
The ceremony site is breathtakingly gorgeous. The waterfall and nearby bridge makes for great photo-ops. There is a lovely terrace for cocktail hour, and there is a front area that is easily accessible by car which makes for the perfect grand exit. The staff also directs guests to the ceremony site and will even transport guests there via golf cart.
All of my guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to!

Gorgeous wedding venue with amazing food & service
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, thanks to Coyote Hills being such an amazing venue and their staff for their excellent service including Hannah Schade as our point person. The ceremony space turned out as gorgeously as hoped with the waterfall backdrop, as well as the draping and chandeliers by their contracted vendor Glam Event Stylist that just elevated the look of it all. The reception space was truly everything we needed and offered something for everyone, whether dancing or enjoying the photo booth and dessert area or even relaxing in the bar area or terrace. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and we are still getting so many compliments from friends and family about it. Everything seemed to run seamlessly, and the service from staff was very much on point. My husband and I felt attended to during dinner, and we certainly had our fill of the food thankfully. We also greatly appreciated the attention and promptness of replies to emails from the start to the days leading up to the event. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had our very special occasion at Coyote Hills, and we hope to book them again for future events (baby shower? :)) -

Glamorous and Whimsical Garden Vibes!
Coyote Hills was able to make all of our dreams come true with being able to use both their outdoor and indoor reception spaces. We had the opportunity to have a beautiful outdoor space for dinner and all of the emotions of the speeches and first dances, but then the indoor space for more of a late night club vibe which was extremely fun! We got the most gorgeous photos on the golf course and underneath the greenery/bistro lights/chandeliers. We also were able to utilize the green wall in the back for our neon sign which was so great for photos. The coordination team was so helpful with answering all of my questions and helping me choose the colors I wanted and the design. We loved the bridal show as well because it introduced us to more vendors we could use. The food was incredible and the service on the day of was perfect with staying on schedule. This is truly a hidden gem of a wedding venue and we can’t thank them enough for making our reception a night to remember!-

5 Star Team and Venue
We fell in love with the outdoor ceremony space this venue offer. The greenery and waterfall backdrop is perfect for any wedding. The rest of the facilities on site such as the complimentary parking lot, restrooms, private changing areas, cart shuttle service, etc. were great and convenient for our guests. Lastly, the staff did a phenomenal job making sure the entire event ran smoothly and efficiently. We loved working with the club's events team to plan and host the wedding of our dreams! We really appreciate the level of personalized care they provided to us during the entire process! They provided a helpful list of preferred vendors early on to help us in the planning process. Also, the day of the event the staff was absolutely wonderful! Attentive, nice, and friendly. They made us feel very well taken care of which made the day that much more special!Coyote Hills Golf Course's reply:

Our dream wedding!
When my husband and I went to Coyote Hills Golf Course for our initial tour, I teared up because of how beautiful it was! I knew at that moment that this was where we had to get married. We got engaged before the pandemic in December 2019 and had to reduce our guestlist dramatically. Hannah, the event sales director, was so amazing at helping us navigate this whole process. She answered all of our questions quickly and thoughtfully! She was so sweet and helpful throughout every moment. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly with the additional help of Reanna, Jay Lu (the banquet caption), and Chris (the Head of Food and Beverage). The food was delicious and the signature drinks that we requested were such a hit! We also ordered late night tacos and ice cream. It was so delicious! Everyone was raving about it! Coyote Hills is such an incredibly beautiful and magical place with great staff and service! We would love to celebrate here again and are already dreaming of our potential future kids getting married here! =) -

September Wedding
We had our wedding here this past September and it was magical! We had the ceremony + reception outdoors under the pergola and it was SO dreamy!! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the space was and the quality of the food (buffet style.)
Before the wedding, our wedding coordinator (Cody) was absolutely charming, responsive and helpful. He answered all of our concerns and questions in a timely manner. He is absolutely the best! We wish he was there on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, we had a day of coordinator, Rihanna. During the rehearsal she was helpful in ways, but wish she was a bit more thorough. On the day of the wedding, there were times where she couldn’t be found and left my bridesmaids to handle some of the unexpected things that had occurred. It happens, and that’s OK! However, she pulled through with our LAST MINUTE table numbers as we forgot to bring ours. Thank goodness!
Overall, the wedding was beautiful and would I recommend this venue? Absolutely!! I’d marry my husband all over again and look forward to having another party for other occasions at this venue!
Thank you Coyote Hills for everything!Coyote Hills Golf Course's reply:
Thank you so much for such kind words, Emily! It was such a pleasure getting to know you and Sam. We are so glad you chose Coyote Hills to help bring your special day to fruition!

This venue was amazing. The waterfall and the arch for the ceremony was made us pick this place. Every part was so beautiful and the weather was beautiful. The food was also amazing. The Venus staff helped make everything go smoothly and on time. -

Thank you coyote hills!
My Fiance and i got engaged in April of this year and among the joy of knowing I get to marry my best friend..I felt the stress starting to creep in of how in the world are we gonna make this happen??? Coyote Hills was the first venue we found on WeddingWire and we were immediately in awe of it! We started joking about hoe funny it would be if the first one we found was the one we ended up booking...little did we know! I emailed back and forth with Cody and within 2 days he had an appointment for a tour and consultation booked! We went and met with Annie and she was the BEST! She was very informative and willing to answer all of our questions and concerns and really made us feel listened to and special :) She really sealed the deal for us and we booked within the week! And I'm so glad we did, the grounds are STUNNING, the packages are amazing and the staff is full of some of the most caring and understanding people I've ever met. They really make you feel like you're the only couple in the world and that's just amazing to me! They were even willing to work with us on prices, my Fiance and I are paying for the wedding ourselves so we were a bit cautious when it came to pricing, but Cody and Annie immediately silenced those fears and did everything in their power to work with the price and make us feel comfortable and give us the best deal possible and still gives us our dream wedding! I could go on forever about everything I love about Coyote Hills..I can't imagine having booked anywhere else!Coyote Hills Golf Course's reply:

Excellent Wedding Venue
Choosing a venue is the most important aspect of wedding planning. Everything flows from that decision. With that said, we are so glad we chose Coyote Hills Golf Course for our October 2018 wedding! Throughout the entire process, I was consistently impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything right. Although we had the pleasure of working with several of their staff over the course of the planning process, our main contact was Cody. He was very attentive to all our questions and updates. He worked hard to make everything as easy on us as possible, and we so appreciate that! All of the staff the night of our wedding seemed to be on point. Also, the food was delicious – we know this because we actually got to eat our dinner the night of the wedding and all our guests kept telling us how incredible the food tasted! Coyote Hills is a well-oiled machine, and if you choose them for any event, you won’t be sorry. Thank you, Cody and the Coyote Hills team! -

Beautiful Venue
Coyote Hills was a beautiful venue. We got married in the outside ceremony area overlooking the waterfall and had the reception in the club house. Everything was great and Robyn and Cody really made everything come together. They worked with us within the packages, substituting out some things we didn't want with some additions that we preferred. We highly recommend! -

Every bride-to-be’s dream
I wanted to leave a review for Coyote Hills and for Cody. My fiancé and I are from Northern California and initially we wanted to plan a destination wedding in Southern California. We visited 5 venues and hands down Coyote Hills had the best service and value out of all of them. Cody was so kind, professional and made you feel excited about planning a wedding! Every time I would email him, he would always respond by the end of the business day. I appreciated how responsive he was. Unfortunately, due to some issues we were having with close family members not being able to travel, we had to choose a local venue and could not go with Coyote Hills. Some major points that stood out about Coyote Hills:
1. They are very flexible and easy to work with.
2. Their team is responsive and professional.
3. They have a unique and beautiful ceremony site.
4. Their wedding packages are a good value.
Thank you again Cody for being so awesome and patient with us. -

BEAUTIFUL venue! The staff was so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, from booking till the day of. The ceremony and and reception was beyond what we could imagine, we got married in November and the foliage on the pergola was green and full, and with the drapes it was such a nice touch. I cant tell you how many compliments we received, saying how breathtaking our ceremony site and overall venue was. Can't be happier that we got to have our wedding here. -

Wedding - June 2017
What caught our eye with Coyote Hills Golf Course was their outdoor ceremony area. It is picture-perfect for any wedding, with lush foliage, modern wooden architecture, and a tranquil waterfall. We had ~250 guests and event staff reassured us that our party size would fit comfortably within the outdoor and indoor spaces. During our planning process, some of the event staff changed and we were assigned a different staff member to primarily work with us. Brooke was wonderful; always excited to see us and discuss details of our event. She made us feel like important clients and took interest in making our day special. Brooke even gave us the idea to use flashing foam sticks during our grand entrance, an idea from her own wedding.
Everyone we encountered at Coyote Hills was friendly - event staff, bartenders, food services. When deciding on specifics for our wedding, Coyote Hills worked within our budget, adjusting packages to fit our needs, which already included coordination services and cake vendors. Coyote Hills offered food-tasting events to help choose our wedding menu; however, decisions were difficult since it all tasted fantastic.
We are so happy we chose Coyote Hills Golf Course for our wedding location. It is now a place that we hold dear to our hearts and we cannot thank them enough for their part in making our day absolutely perfect. -

The most difficult (arguably the most important) part of a wedding is finding the venue itself. Where do you want your magnificent day spent for your guests to enjoy and your wife to-be to forever remember? After visiting countless venues and clicking through endless websites of potential settings, we encountered Victoria at Coyote Hills. I mention her name first because she stood-out out of all of the event managers we came across. It was always a pleasant experience every time we met with Victoria. She always brightened up our day and always had good news to tell us. Other venues we visited only saw us as an appointment in their calendar, someone to pitch a sale to. Victoria wasn’t like them; she took her time in getting to know who we were, what we’re looking for, and how she can align Coyote Hills with us. During our first meeting, we booked our date and were so relieved to have finally found our venue. Throughout the whole time leading up to our wedding day, Victoria worked with us and our coordinator to make sure everything goes as planned. She gave us tips on the floor-plans, invited us for a delicious food tasting, and was always there when we had a question or needed to add/change anything in our package. Everyone at Coyote Hills mirrored her personality; everyone was always polite and never hesitated to help us. All of our guest admired the venue and was honored to be sharing the day with us. It was all thanks to the dedication of teh team at Coyote Hills and Victoria's high-spirited charm that our Wedding day transpired wonderfully. The only advice for those taking on the journey of wedding planning is to enjoy every moment, the stress is worth it, to remember it will be over soon (and you wish it wasn't), to take lots of pictures of the process, to slow down and live in the moment. Time will go by too fast, and before you know it, it's time to go home. Thank you Coyote Hills and Victoria!! -

Brooke Kelly went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect! She was AMAZING! Everything ran so smoothly and the day was a success for everyone. The venue is the most beautiful venue I have ever seen and I received so many compliments on it. We also got compliments on how great the food was also. We were very impressed with them. Looking forward to having dinner there for our 1st anniversary next year! For couples looking into Coyote Hills, the price listed included the food and appetizers, cake, 1 hour hosted bar, wedding and reception site fees, upgraded linens and chair covers, sweetheart alcove with chandelier for the bride and groom, and full wall draping for reception and ceremony site. -

We are still incredibly impressed with how beautiful the ceremony area was for our daughters' wedding and the rehearsal dinner as well. The reception area was equally impressive and the food was delicious. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and nearly a month and a 1/2 after the wedding, we are still hearing our guests saying that it was thee most beautiful and fun wedding that they have ever been to. We cannot say enough about our wedding coordinator, Robyn Rocca. She was over-the-top accommodating and such a dream to work with. She was consistently attentive and quick to respond to our MANY questions along the way, and always so sweet and with a smile. The value for the price is not comparable. We searched high and low before we found this venue and were shocked over the value for all that you get, along with the beauty that surrounds it. Thank you so much to Robyn and all the staff at Coyote Hills Golf Course for giving our daughter and son-in-law their dream wedding. We highly recommend this venue to everyone! -

We could not have asked for a better costumer service and a more beautiful venue than Coyote Hills. After looking at different venues in Orange County we settled with Coyote Hills because of how wonderful, genuine and kind their staff was and for the many options they had regarding packages. When we booked with them we had Cori helping us out, who was so responsive and full of great ideas but then Cori left and we had Robyn work with us. We went with an outside catering package, but Robyn was always on top of getting everything put together, and making sure that we are happy. Everytime I called the office, someone was there to answer and I never felt dissatisfied.
The venue is beautiful! We were able to take out pics outside and enjoy pictures at the sunset. We had open bar there (and the bartenders were great!) using the Grill which was a lovely place for guests to gather at prior to the dinner. Once we went to the hall, the place looked beautiful! the service our guests received from Coyote Hills staff was a 5 start quality.
My husband and I were so fortunate to have worked with both Cori and Robyn.
This is a great investment for your wedding.
Thank you Robyn for everything!
Best,
Saousan

Choosing Coyote Hills as my wedding venue was the best thing I did! The space there is beautiful and the food is amazing. Their coordinators were always very helpful! They were very accommodating when it came to my budget and they offered so many different packages and had flash sales at every wedding show (which I took advantage of). I definitely recommend them to anyone getting married as a venue of choice. -

Coyote Hills Golf Course was the perfect venue! We wanted a beautiful ceremony site with a natural backdrop and this venue was breathtaking! Waterfalls, lush green, pitched structure of wood beams featuring Wisteria vines. It was like being transported to another world! The staff at Coyote Hills is also excellent. They are professional, helpful, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding around 200 people. -

Coyote Hills is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Southern California. The view during ceremony is absolutely breathtaking, and there are so many locations to take photos throughout the property. The bridal and groom's suites are spacious, the reception room is stunning as well (especially when it's draped and uplit!) and the food was FANTASTIC! Both the catering team and their coordination team are absolute pros, but without making it feel like they're a wedding factory. Their response time was quick to every single email or phone call that I placed and the pricing was very reasonable. HIGHLY recommended! -

Coyote Hills was a wonderful location for my daughter's wedding last weekend! The staff are very professional and friendly especially the banquet managers, Pete and Myra. Pete and Myra know their job and doing it extremely well. The sales directors Michelle and Amanda were very nice and accommodating of all of our needs. They always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. I also, have to acknowledge a waiter named Jeff who helped my elderly Aunt all evening. He really went above and beyond. My husband and I left the event being thoroughly happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Coyote Hills for your event! -

We were lucky to have such a great outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at Coyote Hills Golf Course. The location was simply beautiful and the photos came out great, with a waterfall on rocks, a wooden bride and natural landscaping that looked perfect, we barely needed decorations. The wonderful women of Coyote Hills helped make our event run so smoothly. The staff was great and super friendly, and all heaped make our night one to remember. Thank you all. -

We had our wedding at Coyote Hills on December 29, 2012. My husband and I had our wedding budget laid out and set in stone before we started the actual planning process, and Coyote Hills was one of the venues that not only met our budget limit but also the ONLY venue on that list that really caught our attention. The second we stepped onto the venue for our tour, we fell in love.
When Coyote Hills says that you don't need a wedding coordinator - trust me, you don't need a wedding coordinator. I couldn't believe it myself, so I found myself emailing them every few months to confirm that we would not need a day of coordinator. They had the wedding rehearsal down, and the actual wedding flowed smoothly (they were even flexible with moving our ceremony indoors at the last minute due to rain, and also working with our dj/lighting to ensure the new ceremony room looked absolutely amazing!)
The food was delicious (we were expecting typical banquet food - dried chicken and steak, etc...but our food tasting appointment said otherwise - and all of our guests after the wedding mentioned how good the food was!), their responsiveness to all my random questions through the planning process was excellent, and we couldn't have asked for more.

We had an unforgettable wedding at Coyote Hills. We got married on Saturday morning on April 21, 2012. We had a year of planning for 60 guests. My now husband and I always wanted to get married at a golf course since we both love to golf. This was the first and only venue we saw. The reason why we chose this venue was because we fell in love with the location, scenery and atmosphere. We were very much impressed with their waterfall background behind the altar, which makes gorgeous pictures. Since we only had 60 guests we were able to have our reception in the back room of the club house, closest to the ceremony. The room was more than enough for our guests. I believe the back room was more intimate, private and better looking (we even had our own private entrance from the ceremony to reception).
On our wedding day Ashley and Greg (food and beverage manager) were our primary helpers. Our wedding went amazingly smooth thanks to Ashley and Greg. The ceremony and reception was stupendously perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Greg even went above and beyond for my wedding singer. When my wedding singer arrived late, Greg was so nice to valet her car. Food came out as scheduled and was yummy too. Thank you so much to Ashley and Greg for your patience and diligence.
We are very pleased to have had our wedding at Coyote Hills. It was a once in a lifetime event and glad we chose the perfect venue for our special occasion. You have truly made our wedding day a day we will never forget. Thank you Coyote Hills team.

My husband and I got married 10/29/2010 and I must say arguably Coyote Hills was the perfect place to get married. Our Friday evening wedding was just a dream come true.
For starters we must give a huge thanks to Stephanie Mervine (Catering Sales Director) and Dan Murray (Food and Beverage Manager). They were so helpful through out the whole process. Utter professionals at their jobs. I can honestly say with them in control it went on without a hitch (not even a hiccup of bump in the road). All because of those two people.
The ceremony site was so tranquil with the waterfall in the background at sunset, and the reception area was great with a beautiful patio overlooking the golf course.
Additionally my husband and I have been to many weddings lately and the one thing that always gets us is that the food is not up to”par”. After the wedding all our guest could not stop commenting on how great the food was. Yes, I know everybody is going to tell you that your wedding was the best, but honestly we could tell it was true because our guests we so enthusiastic about it the food.
So in closing please consider Coyote Hills because you will have the best when working with Stephanie and Dan. It costs a lot of money to put on a wedding now a days, and that’s hard to come by in these economic times. Coyote Hills was worth every penny and then sum.
Thank you Coyote Hills for everything

Thank you Coyote Hills for a dream wedding. My daughter and her fiancé wanted their wedding and reception outdoors. We looked at nine venues in North Orange County, and fell in love with the beautiful setting at Coyote Hills Golf Club in Fullerton, CA. The traditional strategy at Coyote Hills is to have the ceremony outside under the wisteria-covered arbor, surrounded by beautiful gardens, with the “alter” area opened to a beautiful double waterfall. The reception is then moved to the banquet facility, which overlooks the lush grounds.
Kassy wanted to combine the ceremony and reception in one spot; under the arbor. She wanted the site to be fully set up for the reception, with the guests seated at the tables for the ceremony, and then flow right into the reception. Although they had never done an event with that strategy, the catering sales team worked with us to make it happen. Stephanie and Brooke recorded every detail according to my daughter’s wishes.
Three weeks before the wedding, we met with Dan Murray, Food & Beverage Director at Coyote Hills. We wanted to see the arbor site at night to have a clear understanding of the lighting. Dan was in the middle of two events that Saturday night, and stood patiently with us under the arbor and answered every question we had. Dan made it clear that he would do everything to make the wedding special . . . AND HE DID!
We arrived at Coyote Hills at 10:30 am on Friday 9/17/10, to unload all the boxes of decorating items. We found Dan physically working with the crew setting up tables and chairs. The first thing Dan did was ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Dan has a very helpful attitude.
After seeing the tables under the arbor, we realized that the larger tables would be better; Dan explained that the linens would also fit better. He had the tables changed. Great idea. Our 100 guests were comfortable and there was plenty of room to move around and mingle.
When we returned at 2:00 to start decorating, Dan was right there asking if we would like anything to drink. The tables were all set and everything was taking shape. My daughter designed her own table centerpieces and did not need the “house” centerpieces. Dan had lined the aisle that approaches the arbor with the “house” hurricane candles, and added a special touch of including 3 additional votive candles in between each hurricane lamp. It was beautiful after the sun went down.
The catering team coordinated with our wedding cake vendor (Kassy's girl friend). We supplied our own cake knife and toasting glasses; which Dan made sure were properly placed for our event, and he made sure that were returned to us at the end of the reception. We changed cake table styles at the last minute with complete cooperation.
Then, with our friends setting up the decorations and candy table, my daughter and I retired to the bride’s dressing room with complete confidence in how Dan was coordinating the event. The bride and groom dressing rooms are clean and spacious.
The catering team served sparkling cider in the dressing rooms, assisted with the ceremony entrances, served appetizers, wine, dinner (the chef made 3 special non-dairy meals for our guests), and cut the cake with transparency and efficiency. Our guests were well attended by the crew, and Dan catered to the needs of the bridal party. Every family member was pleased by the service provided by Dan. His calm presence was everywhere; making sure we had everything we wanted. My son and his wife, who had been married out of state two years ago, said they would have loved to have Dan manage their wedding!
Coyote Hills definitely provided much more than an event site. At the end of the reception, the crew helped us box and load the decorations and gifts into our cars. Our guests are raving about the site and service. We truly experienced the best! Thank you Coyote Hills, Stephanie, Brooke, and especially, Dan Murray for the most fantastic wedding experience imaginable! -

The setting at Coyote Hills could not have been more perfect for my special day. The waterfall glistens behind you as you say your vows to your beloved. The beautiful flowers and vines growing on the wooden trusses is magic. Through all of my searching nothing compared to this picturesque venue. My wedding pictures could not have turned out more exquisite. They are filled with a vibrancy and color. The lighting, the water, the bridges and spectacular trees surrounding the area make your pictures glow with warmth and beauty. The entire staff at coyote hills joined in to make my day memorable and stress free. They made my family feel like their family, comfortable and taken care of. I could not have dreamed up a more perfect day for me and my new husband if it had not been for the help of this tremendously stunning venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course. -

What a magical day for my family and friends to share in our wonderful celebration. We chose Coyote Hills Country Club for the view and the value. We had our ceremony their site and it was beautiful. The waterfall backdrop and flowers and all around scenery made our day special.
We had our reception inside their clubhouse. Our guest went to the restaurant for cocktails and appetizers while we had our wedding photos taken.
The staff was so accomodating and made sure we were well taking care of. We had a couple different sales associates planning our day, and they were all so helpful. This made our day so enjoyable and after a year and a half of planning, it was nice to be able to relax and have fun and celebrate.
We selected friends to be our photographer and videographer. We did use the Country Clubs referals of the cake and DJ. We were happy with everybody.
The service was very attentive. We would like to thank Dan the Matre d' and his crew for making my mom and family enjoy our special day. I am still receiving comments and calls of how beautiful our day was. I would reccomend Coyote County Club to anyone. In fact my cousin is already looking at having her wedding there as well.
Thank you Stephanie and Amanda for letting us have the wedding we dreamed about, you all made it a reality.

We booked Coyote Hills 1 year before event. The coord. changed to Stephanie, and overall she honored what we were promised. The site is breathtaking for the ceremony, the waterfall was spectacular. The Diningroom held 240 with a dance floor a little tight. Dan- the diningroom manager was unbelieveable. He was the most calm, hard working person. He went above and beyond for us, for pre-set up to midnight take down. He had boxed up all toppers, gobblets, top of cake, jewels from the cake, and made sure I had all of them before he left. The passed appetizers were unbelieveable, we had 5 different, but the only neg. comment is they ran out... Sarah the BarTender was absolutely wonderful, kind and could handle any situation that came up with some of the guests. Overall, I would recommend Coyote Hills Golf Course! -

The Ladies of Coyote Hills were wonderful, they answered all the questions I had and even helped with some that I didn't think about. Everything went smoothly on my big day! They set up my Candy Buffet, Memory Table, Place card Trees....everything was taken care of, I could not have asked for better service and I didn't even need a DOC! The food was fantastic, we had Chicken w/ caper cream sauce and fish which I think was Maui Maui. The cake was ordered through Rockwell's and that was fantastic (another review). It was just a great day! -

My husband and I got married at the Coyote Hills Golf Course in early September 2025. We loved their beautiful outdoor ceremony space and large reception hall. Coyote Hills Golf Course is a stunning wedding venue! My husband and I looked at several different venues in the area, but Coyote Hills is unique in that there is an arbor in the ceremony area, covered with beautiful wisteria vines, and with a backdrop of waterfalls, pond, trees and flowers. It looks amazing in our photographs.
The reception area is beautiful too, with a balcony outside with a panoramic view of the golf course. My husband and I did not have time to do taste testing, but the salmon and chicken we chose for entrees turned out very good, especially the salmon. The vegetables were under cooked though. I also noticed that service during the reception did not seem very adequate. The coffee was placed along the wall for self-serve (which most guests were not aware of) instead of being poured at the tables. Water was also not refilled.
One major gripe I have with the venue is the bridal suite. It was only available for 2 hours up until the start of the ceremony, after which it was opened to the public for the golfers and other guests. There was no place to lock up our stuff so my family had to bring the personal items to the car before the ceremony started. Also, since the hair and makeup took over 3 hours, we had to do this at our house before heading to the bridal suite at the venue.
The staff at the event planning office at Coyote Hills were very nice and responsive.
Overall I’d say there is some room for improvement for this venue, but I’d still highly recommend it. -

We just had our wedding in the beginning of Oct (friday) and I have to tell you Coyote Hills Golf Course has a great team right now. Every idea that we had was executed and even exceeded our expectations. We decided to have a gourmet burger buffet and it was absolutely amazing! The Head Chef planned it very well. Even the kids meals were great.
We had around 250 guests and I have to say it was a little tight and there were a few mishaps with seating in the beginning but Dan(f&b director) was helpful took charge immediately to fix the situation. My parents were very appreciative. Brooke and Steph help us with the details and we could not believe how well it turned out. They were on point in answering any questions or concerns for us and even aloud us come in to set up at a reasonable time. The reception was beautiful and lit up with candles and the lake outside, and we were just so happy that night! Although I was unable to use the ceremony site, I highly reccommend this venue for a reception! So helpful and accommodating and they will work with you! Many Thanks...Denise and Tim -

I love coyote hills!! It is a beautiful place to have the ceremony and reception. The wedding coordinators are very knowledgeable and they take care of all of the set up! They supported us through the entire process. With the package we went with our cake and limo were included. I would suggest that you should at least consider this venue. -

Coyote Hills is perfect place to have your dream wedding at a affordable price! We truly enjoyed our wedding at this location! The waterfall is beautiful and the golf course greenery is gorgeous. Our coordinator Victoria worked magic to ensure we have the best wedding ever in the middle of Feb the day after a terrible storm. She also made sure to work with in our budget! The only thing I wish differently is if we would have been able to taste all the hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour like we were told we would. My bridal party and the myself and my groom did not get to experience any of the Hors d'oeuvres while we were taking pictures. That was a little bummer. Other than that everything turned out beautifully and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a dream wedding at an affordable price. -

The ceremony site was gorgeous and provided a perfect backdrop for our pictures. There were a few bumps in the road at first when we began our planning, but everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding. Our wedding started at 4 and we were actually ahead of schedule! I love that I got to walk through the reception area to get to the ceremony site. I didn't get to see it all set up earlier than that, and I am glad I got to see it when there wasn't anybody in there. The cocktail hour was perfect. We had an open bar for that hour and tray passed appetizers and they were delicious! There was never a need, because there were always servers walking around with fresh trays of food. We were very impressed with the service during dinner. We had a seated dinner and with almost 200 guests we were very pleased to see that everyone was served in a timely manner and the food was very good and cooked perfectly! We had chicken, and I do have to say that I was scared that it was going to be dry and not very good (I think that is a common fear among brides when you are feeding that many people!). The chicken was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatos were fluffy and moist and the vegetables were cooked with the right amount of crispness! Dan the food and beverage director is amazing and is certainly an asset to the team at Coyote Hills. He was there all throughout the night tending to our every need. He went above and beyond to ensure our night was perfect and we are eternally grateful! -

Great staff and great setting! Food not so much
Ambiance and setting are A+: The look of the venue is very important. The major reason I chose Coyote Hills for our wedding is because of their beautiful outdoor ceremony site which overlook a waterfall. The site did not disappointment and all of our guests rave about how amazing the venue looks.
Staff is A+: We initially worked with Robyn and was then transitioned to Cody. Both were extremely pleasant to work with and very professional. I had a lot of questions and changes throughout and they patiently answered all of our questions and made the updates necessary.
Food is a C at best: While we understand that it's hard to cook for 220 guests, their kitchen is supposed to be pros. The horderves are good, but their salad and main courses were not so much. We had two main course choices - filet mignon and white fish. We asked for medium for the filet mignon, but maybe 25% came out at medium, 75% were well done or way beyond well done. The white fish was also overcooked and was really dry to eat. Although food is not the most important thing in a wedding, I still felt a bit ashamed for serving my guests this level of food, especially considered how much we've paid. I had read other reviews which complements their food quality, which I did not understand. Maybe this speaks to their lack of consistency in food quality. -

Coyote Hills might have the most beautiful ceremony site in the world. See the photo we posted. It's incredible. The service was great too. They actually had a complementary golf cart shuttle service from the clubhouse to the ceremony site for those who didn't feel like walking the 75 or so yards.
The reception ballroom is nice too, and the bar/grill is perfect for a fun cocktail hour.
The catering department does a good job setting things up, but over the course of our reservation and planning process, we worked with three different coordinators, and many of the things that we were told would happen, didn't happen...
The seating chart we were given was inaccurate and the groom's parents ended up sitting numerous tables away, the host bar was not handled as contracted, there was supposed to be a second bar which never was set up, the chair sashes were tied incorrectly, and they lost our cake monogram. We knew going in that no weddings are without problems, and in the grand scheme of things, these were relatively minor, but they were a result of the constant changing of the guard in the catering department.
That said, the food was great - portions HUGE. We had the top sirloin and chicken piccata. They were both very good. The two of us had chicken cordon bleu. However, our understanding is that the best dish in the room was the vegetarian lasagna that the chef had for our no-meat guests.
Dan, the food and beverage director, was excellent - very helpful and conscientious.
The room is classy and beautiful. Our 250 guests fit comfortably, yet we didn't feel like we were in a warehouse.
The bottom line is, the reception came off very well and we all had a good time, but even if we hadn't, the ceremony site still made the choice the right one. -

Overall, Coyote Hills did a great job with my wedding. The beginning was a little rocky, but they've changed management since then. Brooke was wonderful to work with! I wasn't sure how involved Coyote Hills would be at my rehearsal, but Brooke helped to coordinate the whole thing. On top of that, she was also there on the day of my wedding (so nice to work with the same person). She set up all the correct chairs/tables and did everything I requested. I only had my ceremony there and my one complaint was my aisle runner looked a little dirty. Not sure if they didn't change it from the ceremony before or if it wasn't dirty and maybe just see through, but it didn't have that crisp white look. Besides that, I'm very happy with the service I received. Brooke is wonderful and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous!! -

Fell in love with this place at a open house event in March. Upon seeing the pergola and ceremony site, I knew it was the perfect venue for us.
Appears that communication between their staff is not consistent. They could improve upon better communication and organization between all the wedding staff. Being passed between Michelle and Sarah led to some confusion of final details. We understand they can be spread thin during peak wedding months but it's no excuse to mess up, especially when we pay on time each time and in full before the event even starts. So they don't forget to take your money on time, but may forget other aspects of your details. They are very friendly to the paying party, but may be short with your coordinator.
As bride & groom most things appeared smooth and accurate. It was upon hearing feedback from our coordinator and the person who paid the majority of the costs that the below issues were brought to our attention:
We signed the ladder waiver on 9/13 at our details meeting, but day of, our coordinator had to re-sign because you couldn't find the original signed copy. This resulted in the ladder not being on site in a timely manner for her team to set up.
Vegetables accompanying the entrees were very meager, just 1 carrot and 1 squash, compared to the tasting we went to, which had more generous portions. Aisle runner was brought out too late. Guests were already present and could not sit down because the aisle runner was not set up.
They did have the correct damask sashes (we asked for black, white was given), had to ask for 2 extra columns for ceremony so there would be 8, 1 mirror was square vs round, 3 round mirrors were chipped and looked bad, the dinner entree didn't start getting served until 7:25pm we were on time with the scheduled timeline so there was no reason for salads to be served on time but then have entrees served 30 mins later. The server, Jeff, was outstanding. Never received our gold vouhers as promised -

I guess the service was great before our wedding date because they used to have another catering manager. The day we came to book for our wedding, they changed catering manager who is rude and unwilling to explain or help us at all . It seemed that she just wanted to kick us out as soon as she could. And on our wedding day, she came late 45 minutes and the tables were not set up like the way we discussed before. Service was ok. We got some feedbacks from our guests that their unfinished food were taken away without asking while they went to get drinks ( Some said that they had only one or two bites ). Nice place for shooting wedding photos. If you really want to have your wedding there, make sure to have Dorla ( Not sure if her name is spelled correct !) because she is super nice. We were unlucky to have her though.Coyote Hills Golf Course's reply:
At Coyote Hills Golf Course we strive for customer satisfaction. This review is not indicitive of our standards or the way we take care of our guests. In researching the details of this event we did discover some discrepencies in this review and did feel that is was neccessary for us to respond. The Catering Sales Manager that initially booked this event in November of 2008 was not new to the Coyote Hills staff and had been working in our catering office for 2 years. When reading this review I was puzzled by how our Catering Sales Manager was described as "rude" and "unwilling to explain or help us at all". If that were the case, why would they have booked their wedding here? When Mr. White (The Groom) booked his wedding with Coyote Hills he had asked for a discounted rate in exchange for advertisement on his website. We lowered his Ceremony Site fee (more than half of what it normally is) and the food and beverage minimum was lowered, too. We were also able to do this because his expected guest count was 50ppl and he only needed one of our Banquet Rooms. He also agreed to have an early morning ceremony which allowed us to be more flexible with the pricing. We did our very best to accomodate he and his fiancee, but as time went on there were more discounts and freebies that Mr. White and his fiancee wanted. At some point, we had to tell him no. We did however, move their reception to our larger Banquet Room and did not charge them for it. Lastly, our Catering Sales Department is not supposed to be "setting up" or working the events. We have a food and beverage team that takes care of the execution of each event. Lastly, since this wedding took place 4 months ago and we were not aware that the White's were disappointed with their wedding reception until we read this review, we were unable to research the claim of their plates being cleared from the table before their food was eaten. -

Coyote Hills was a beautiful place to get married at. The outside ceremony site was gorgeous and made for amazing pictures. The room set up looked great and captured what I invisioned. That said, there were many areas that were not up to our standards. Our wedding was to start at 5:30pm and guests were not allowed to sit until approx. 5:25. Many guests in the bar area were not told to be sat, so immediate friends/family ended up sitting in the back. Of the 3 passed around appetizers that were supposed to be served, only 1 was passed. The ice sculpture had our initials in the wrong order, our guests barely got one glass of wine as opposed to the promised 3 glasses per guest. It took 45 minutes from salad plate delievery for our guests to be served their entree. No one was around to help us when it came time to cut our cake. Guests had to search for a knife and cake plate and our photographers had to pour our champagne.
When inquiring about this, it took over 1 1/2 months to get some money back that we were promised when fault was found on their side. -

The Good:
The ceremony site was absolutely gorgeous. It was worth every dime. Our on-site wedding coordinators were very flexible in terms of payment and accomodating to our specific requests.
The Bad:
EVERYTHING ELSE. I cannot begin to stress how terrible the food tasted. Chefs should know better than to serve bad food. Our prime rib came out worse than dried beef jerky, our halibut tasted like overcooked fish sticks. What really annoyed us was the fact that one of our guests informed us that she had only received half portion of the halibut. And this person happened to be my aunt. However, to be fair, our guests loved their passe appetizers during cocktail hour.
The food and beverage coordinators were very unprofessional and irresponsible. We had specifically requested that a plate of appetizers be brought and left in the bridal suite, but that was quickly forgotten. They conveniently neglected to put up signs indicating the hours of our hosted call bar or even bothered notifying our guests, but instead charged our guests for drinks. We even carefully reminded them of the timing, and they still greedily took our guests' money. Had we not made a conscious effort to ask our DJ to announce the hours of free drinks, I'm sure none of our guests would've gone to the bar.
Our wedding cake was never served to every guest (NOT EVEN THE BRIDE AND GROOM GOT THEIR CAKES), and to make matters worse, we never received the customary top tier of our cake to take home. We were never approached by our food and beverage coordinator regarding their service or the details. The reception, food wise, was an utter disaster.
Fortunately, their service was commendable. All of our guests were served their meals quickly and quitely. Thank goodness.
All in all, Coyote Hills GC is an excellent venue for ceremony, but I would highly recommend going elsewhere for reception. If you must, I recommend that you do make sure every single detail of your reception planning is carefully and meticulously accounted for. -

I had my wedding here in June, luckily before the heatwave hit. The ceremony site was gorgeous, but mostly due to my mother's decorations. The day of the wedding, my mother had decorated the whole ceremony site and it was gorgeous. The waterfall and background add to the beauty of the site. However, I was disappointed because as more people started showing up, the man in charge of setting the chairs would was making a big deal about getting more chairs to set. As soon as he had to get more chairs, my husband was approached to put a credit card down because they saw more people coming than what was anticipated with the headcount. I completely understand but to hunt us down during the rush of starting our ceremony was really unprofessional.
Since the coordinators saw more people coming, I don't know how they were to manage the headcount. I specifically asked during our meeting with our coordinator, "how do you count the appropriate people that are eating for us to be charged?" Her response was, "the food coordinator goes by the amounts of plates that were handed out". I definitely think we were over-charged on our headcount and food. On top of that, nobody was served the cake. They cut our cake and set it on the cake table for people to come up and get it themselves. This I was not aware of, until the next day. Why do we pay for a cake cutting fee? We could have done that ourselves. People were waiting for the cake to be served to them, some went home and still did not try the cake. And then, if it could not get any worst, we never received our top tier and our personalized cake topper.
Some things could have been prevented if the staff and coordinators were prepared; as my husband and I tried to let them know what to expect from our wedding during our meetings and consultations. I don't think it helped that the day we got married, our coordinator was not there, she had her assistant step in that day. And it seemed like it was beyond her capability. -

There were so many problems with the Coordinator that I would not recommend using this venue to anyone. The food was cold, the shades did not work so we could not see the slideshow, they did not direct the guests were to go, our appetizers were being served to golfers, the bar was open and it was supposed to be closed and use the space for our guests and appetizers. When this was brought to the coordinators attention nothing was done about it. It goes on an on. -

Guest for my cousin's Wedding
Very happy that my cousin got married here with her husband and my family and I was part of the ceremony. The wedding is very beautiful and elaborate in such a wonderful landscape setting. The venue's microphone was going in and out the entire ceremony and I felt so embarrassed for them when they were up there. They were a good sport up there tho, kept their smiles.
I am writing this because I just found out from her that the venue denied all responsibility of the mic trouble. And she had to deal with the entire issue during her honeymoon. And at the end, they still didn't admit want to assume fault. I think that's very messed up. If you are a bride looking for a venue, this is a beautiful place, but beware on how they deal with problems.
Coyote Hills Golf Course's reply:
We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience at the course. We did offer the bride a partial refund for the event, but, unfortunately, our offer was declined. We strive to always make events at the club as beautiful and memorable as possible. -
