Phenomenal!!! 5 Stars ALL around!!

Stephanie and her team at Cover it With Class were an absolute wedding dream-come-true! Timely communication was incredibly important to my mom and I as we were planning my wedding and we knew we could always count on Stephanie to promptly answer all of our questions. Stephanie has a great eye for design and she went above and beyond to make our wedding vision a reality! I would recommended Cover it With Class to any and every bride!

Made our wedding look classy & opulent!!!

Stephanie at Cover It with Class was wonderful to work with. She had great ideas on how to balance out the centerpieces, table runner, pip and draping for behind the head table, draping for ceremony & reception, chair covers, set up and tear down. My mom and I were so worried about how are we going to set up our DIY decorations, then I found Cover It With Class, and our lives were saved! They set up and tore down all of the DIY decorations we had and what we rented for them. It was so nice to have a professional handle it, so I know it was done how we wanted it. Also, my parents, wedding party, and myself didn't have to stress about set up or tear down.

Beautiful Backdrop

Steph has a wonderful selection of backdrops that we got to pick from. She did a great job setting up and adjusting to a rearrangement of our venue tables.

Our band was able to set up behind the back drop with no problem (you could not see them at all during dinner). She came right after dinner to tear down and was very accommodating even though we were running behind. We can not thank her enough for all her help!

Princess Bride

Stephanie is just amazing!!!!!! I told her that my vibe was the movie Princess Bride and she had this beautiful lace for our linens that everyone commented on! She also sits down with you and gives you ideas of how to further create your image!!!!!! She is such a professional, but also a wonderful person! Linens are not something you think of, but hers became the main ‘decoration ‘ at our wedding!

Beautiful, Professional

We used Cover it With Class for our linens and up lighting. She helped us pick exactly what we were looking for and gave us advice on up lighting to bring color into the venue. It looked absolutley beautiful! She was very professional in responding and answered all my questions quickly. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

I loved working with Cover it with class! The first reason is they are very responsive. I remember working with them at 10 at night when I found out the week before my venue did not have table length floor linens. They were able to help me with what I envisioned for my day of and were also gave some pretty amazing suggestions I would have never thought of. The day of my wedding we found out that my venue did not have matching napkins for my linens. They ran back to their warehouse and made sure to grab napkins so I wouldn't stress at all the whole day! They were easily one of the best choices I made. I would 100001% recommend them to anyone.

Cover It With Class created a beautiful reception for our wedding. I first saw Stephanie's work when I attended a vendor's night at Tuscan Hall Banquet Center. Stephanie turned my vision of a winter reception into a reality. Words cannot express the beauty of the room. Stephanie was easy to work with and was exceptionally creative with different options in creating my vision. Whether you are looking for complete reception decor or simple centerpieces I would absolutely recommend Cover It With Class for your decorating needs.

Stephanie was so easy to work with throughout all of the planning process. She made accommodations as necessary without making an already stressed out bride feel like it was an inconvenience to make any changes, which I greatly appreciated! She is reasonably priced and does her work in a timely and efficient manner. She is very easy to speak with and gives suggestions when you aren't sure the direction you want to go in. We even had a moment of panic two days before the wedding when we realized that our venue wouldn't be providing napkins. Even though Stephanie was on vacation at the time, we called her on her cell phone, and she took care of everything! I would highly recommend her! :)

We were so happy with our choice to have Cover it with Class do all of our linens. Stephanie is great to work with! She is personable, creative, and extremely accommodating. She captured the idea of what we wanted and had suggestions that really brought all our ideas to life. We had a snag happen with our venue two days before the wedding and although Stephanie was on vacation in Florida, she handled everything that was needed long distance. I can't say enough about her. She has tons of integrity and makes the entire experience stress free. Cover it with Class is a perfect name for Stephanie's business if you want a very classy wedding!

Cover It With Class was a big part in making our daughter's wedding the most perfect and stress-free day! Stephanie was amazing! First, her attention to detail was fabulous; Stephanie made our vision for our tables/place-settings a reality! Second, she had an amazing selection of linen colors and fabrics...just the combination we were looking for. Certainly as important was the meticulous service Stephanie provided. This was most important to me...we never had to worry about anything! Stephanie gained our trust by her organization and communication. No detail was overlooked! I was a DIY bride, but Stephanie was excellent. She was so accommodating to meeting me where it was convenient for me to pick up my rentals. I recommend going to the Wonderful World of Weddings Bridal Expo at the Wisconsin State Fair grounds. She offers a bridal show price that cannot be passed up for the beautiful pieces she has! That's where I heard of Cover it with Class and I was sold instantly. Her presentation is beautiful and really shows of what she has to offer! My wedding looked amazing, thanks to her!

Stephanie was great to work with! She was prompt at replying to messages throughout and provided us with everything we asked for. The day before the wedding I contacted her in a panic because as we were decorating the hall I realized I forgot to count the tables/chairs in the bar area of our venue in my final count. I needed extra table coverings and chair covers for the extra tables. Stephanie was so accommodating to add the extras to my order and everything arrived safely the morning of our wedding. So thankful she was so accommodating when my "bride brain" got the best of me. :)

I worked with Stephanie/Cover It With Class for our company's Corporate Christmas party at Whispering Springs in Fond du Lac. Our event was a huge success in thanks to the linens, and added touches she provided for our "Winter Wonderland" themed event. Stephanie was so flexible and easy to get a hold of, which was extremely helpful in assisting me plan the perfect party. She had great suggestions for the type of linens I was looking for, from the pipe and draping for our photo booth, to the glitter covers (gorgeous!) for our tables, she knew exactly how to make my vision come to life. Would definitely use Cover It With Class again, and suggest her to anyone looking for quality linens and a great company to work with - definitely worth every penny!

I have no words to describe how great this vendor was. I am forever grateful for the services they provided. Stephanie was extremely helpful in picking out exactly what we wanted. She is very experienced and was willing to go above and beyond to meet any and all of our needs/wants. We loved the smores bar (all of our guests did as well)! I highly recommend that whomever uses this service goes with the set up and tear down options. We truly were stress free in knowing that everything was taken care of in a professional and swift manner. The prices were more than fair - I cannot express this enough! Now, reflecting on the wedding, there really is no dollar amount that would be enough to pay for the peace of mind we had.

Stephanie is seriously amazing!!!! She came to my venue as soon as she could and set everything up. I changed my mind a lot and she would let me know what would look good and what she didnt think would. Stephanie and her team did a great job with our chair covers and various accent table linens. She was prompt in her email responses and flexible with meeting times. She gave her honest opinion of ideas presented during our initial consult. Her team was prompt with set-up and clean-up. Her team did exactly what she had promised in our emails. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was decorated perfectly. We met a couple time to figure out the ideal centerpieces for us. We got so many compliments about how gorgeous our venue looked and how much everyone loved the centerpieces. Stephanie, owner at Cover It With Class, was awesome to work with! Stephanie has everything you need to make your wedding or other event absolutely beautiful. She has able to match our colors perfectly and had numerous specialty linens that transformed our wedding into the winter wonderland we had hoped for. She was very accommodating, even on a couple last minute requests. We received lots of compliments on how stunning the venue looked and a large part of that was due to the awesome linens and decor Cover it With Class was able to provide.

Due to Stephanie's expertise, she was able to make suggestions and even anticipate linen needs that we never would have thought of on our own. Cover It With Class helped make our day perfect and we would definitely recommend them for your wedding or other event! Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Stephanie went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. She was attentive, creative, and always willing to go the extra mile. When my husband and I walked into our reception venue, we were blown away. It was everything we could have ever asked for. Sequined linens, the popcorn buffet, the mercury glass votives - every detail was exquisite. We received compliments the entire night, from both our guests and other vendors. Cover it with class saved my wedding! The owner was able to help me with all my linen needs in very short notice. She was very friendly, professional, and thorough. She responded to all questions promptly. She made sure that everything was taken care (from set up to take down) and even helped with items that I would have missed on my own. All of my guests raved at how beautiful the reception area turned out. It was stunning and made my big day a dream come true. Stephanie and Cover it With Class provided a great service for my wedding. They took all of the stress out of purchasing items for decorating the reception and having to set up and break down everything. They did it all and at a great price. Stephanie was also very prompt with phone calls and emails and really helped to put us at ease with all the last minute details. Also, the smores bar was a huge hit at our wedding, and so affordable for such a unique treat.

Cover It With Class was amazing! I worked with Stephanie and she was awesome..she answered any questions I had very quickly anytime I text or called. Our reception would never of turned out so beautiful if it wasn't for her Ideas and all her help. Everything was a success!! And the flowers are the cheapest around and everything else is very reasonable To me it was cheaper to rent than buy because otherwise you are stuck with lots of stuff once your day is done. (ex: candles, candle holders) I don't know what I would of done without her!! Thanks again Stephanie!!

Cover it with class provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I rented spandex chair covers with spandex bands and rhinestone centers. I got countless compliments at my wedding reception. My guests all thought they looked very elegant. They also came back exactly at midnight to clean up. I appreciated they're flexibility and attention to detail. Stephanie and Sarah were extremely flexible throughout the whole process - from meeting with me before I signed a contract, to exchanging chair covers before and after our wedding. Stephanie even drove all the way to Milwaukee to pick up the chair covers, saving me a trip. They were also amazing to work with, especially after the wedding. We had a major water leak in our ballroom the day before the wedding and some of the chair covers were stained. Stephanie worked with our ballroom vendor to correct the situation and did not charge us extra for things that were out of our control. I will gladly recommend Cover it With Class to ANY friend looking for a quality product and wonderful service!

My outdoor tented wedding needed everything from linens, to centerpieces, to backdrop for head table, and everyone pointed me in the same direction, Stephanie and Cover it with Class. She was so efficient, professional, and easy to work with. She helped me plan centerpieces, had beautiful ideas for head table decor, had an extremely reasonable price for everything you need for a snores bar, and so much more. Best place to get linens, runners, rental, decor. Her staff came out at 6am to set up, then came back in a thunderstorm to tear down with smiles on their faces. 'CIWC made my wedding. AMAZING. They provided everything I asked for, but had some issues.

Stephanie and her employee were great to work with and very helpful right at the beginning of my contact. They were helpful with several changes that I made leading up to the wedding. As the wedding got closer there were a couple issues that occurred and communication wasn’t the best.

I was overcharged for the candy bar, but didn’t realize it until after I paid in full. Once I questioned it Stephanie said she would mail a refund on October 30th. I wrote a review on The Knot on November 28th saying I hadn’t received my refund. On November 29th I received my refund and Stephanie apologized for not notifying me of the delay saying she needed to consult with her lawyer and accountant first.

The thing that upset me the most was that they set up the candy/popcorn bar and didn’t tell anyone where the extra food was. Once the wedding was over we found bags and boxes of pounds of candy/popcorn left under the table. I spent good money on this as our party favor and to find out most guests didn’t get any really upset me. My personal attendants were there helping set up. No one told the venue, me, or the personal attendants where the extra food was.

After the wedding I had an appointment to exchange items we had of each others. I drove to her business and she didn’t show up. Her employee showed up 10 minutes after the appt time, but seemed confused to see me.

Overall, the candy/popcorn display was BEAUTIFUL and the sweets were DELICIOUS. Stephanie also provided cookies which were eaten up so fast. The linens for the guest tables were clean and beautiful. Stephanie allowed me to pick them up on Friday so I could set up a day early and they came to clean up everything after the wedding.
I still recommend this business even with the issues I had because I believe they are issues that can def be avoided.

Cover it With Class did a good job decorating our venue space. They followed my vision and make it look beautiful. However, I was not pleased with some of the service that was provided. When their employees came to our wedding venue the day of the wedding they were not dressed professionally. (They had wife beaters, sweat pants, old t shirts, etc) The only reason I had a problem with this is because they were there working among our guests. We rented our table linens through them and they were beautiful... however I was rather upset that they took down the table linens off of the tables immediately after dinner - leaving the bare table tops exposed throughout the whole dance. I didn't pay a discounted rental rate to only have the linens used for a couple of hours and it really took away from the beauty of our venue space to have the bare plastic table tops exposed for the remainder of the night. This was our major complaint of the night.... Also, I found it to be difficult to communicate with the owner of the company, Stephanie, throughout the time I was working with her. She did not return your calls or emails very promptly at all, but she was pretty friendly and knowledgeable to work with. I am torn on whether or not I would refer them to anyone in the future...

From Class to Sass

Wedding planning can be stressful and when I was referred to Cover it with Class I was hopeful that working with them would help ease this stress, but I was mistaken. First off, the communication was not what I would have expected from a “professional.” She was often late and unprepared to our meetings and didn’t seem to value our time. Better yet, she was over two(?) hours late to set up for our wedding! Upon arriving extremely late, she had an awful attitude towards me on my wedding day minutes before I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. Her excuse for arriving late was that she had a fully packed schedule, which makes me believe that she is not good at time management and overloaded herself.
Flowers are one of the most important visuals of a wedding and I was very saddened to see the sloppy craftsmanship of all the flowers. She didn’t listen to my preference, she used cheap alternatives for the main bouquets, and lastly, I was not able to salvage any of the arrangements for keepsakes because they wilted shortly after the ceremony. To top it off, she forgot to create my throw bouquet and argued that it was not included even though we had talked about multiple times and it was on the quote.
The throw bouquet was not the only thing missing. There were multiple decorative accoutrements missing, such as candles, a backdrop curtain, and greeneries. We had paid for these items and when we contacted her after the wedding to get a refund, she continued to argue with us. It took months of back and forth after the wedding to finally get a refund which was less than what we thought was appropriate. She also refused to take any responsibility for the above and other mistakes.
Your wedding is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your lives and dealing with decorators and florists should not be on your priority list; we unfortunately had to constantly be on the phone with her throughout the day of the wedding. We understand that things can happen and not everything will go as planned, but what we had to deal with in regards to Cover it with Class is not acceptable and we would not recommend them to anyone.
