  A perfect venue

  Cousiac Manor is a perfect and very special wedding venue. We loved the flexibility of the space. It was very affordable for such a unique and beautiful venue.

  Amazing experience!

  So easy to work with! Cousiac Manor is a beautiful venue with many options for your ceremony location (love that especially with how VA weather is!) with a great price for what it includes and how long your rental is for. Couldn’t have pictured our special day anywhere else!

  Excellent!!

  Cousiac Manor was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get married! It is absolutely stunning. Pictures really don’t do it justice. All of our guests were extremely complementary of the venue and it’s beauty. The owners and staff were great to work with and it was also more affordable that many places we looked at. The kids at our wedding had a great time because there was lots of room for them to run around and play. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an outdoor venue. We had an excellent experience!

  Beautiful venue!!

  My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding day at Cousiac Manor! Our guests raved about how gorgeous the venue was and we loved the versatility we had there. The owners were able to answer any and all questions we had. They also worked with us to schedule various times to visit the venue before our wedding for planning purposes. We loved that we had access to the venue starting Thursday before our wedding. This was a huge perk for us. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for waterfront and rustic.

  I loved our wedding here at the cousiac manor this place is well priced and beautiful! This place is Every thing plus more. U can get ur engagement photos done in the sunflower feild. They have tons of cheap rentals to complete ur wedding day, also includes ur rehersal dinner. The owners are really laid back and understanding. Its the best place to have a beautiful outdoor wedding everyone loved the venue.

  If you are looking for a beautiful rustic venue with a view. The Cousiac Manor is the place for you!! There are many different options where you can get married. All while looking at the Pamunkey river. I've known Sydney and Stacey for years, they are very easy to work with, and will do everything they can to make you happy!   THE absolute best!

  Cousiac Manor and their staff were the absolute BEST! Throughout my entire wedding planning process, Sydney was very receptive, friendly, and accommodating to all of my requests! The venue is absolutely breathtaking and thanks to them, my now husband and I had an incredible wedding. I could not have asked for a better place to get married. 1,000% recommend!!

  Beautiful Venue, Great Service

  Cousiac Manor was the most perfect venue for our wedding. We were able to comfortably fit 200 guests, and even on a windy and rainy day, the place was absolutely beautiful. Compared to other venues, Cousiac is an incredible value when you consider the duration of your rental, customer service, and unique location. Would highly recommend!

  Beautiful and affordable

  I loved this venue. The view, the dance floor, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to attend other weddings there.

  I honestly could not have picked a better venue then Cousiac Manor! They were very helpful with every question I had for them and very responsive. My original wedding date was postponed due to Hurricane Florence and they allowed me to reschedule my wedding a week later. During that time before I made the call for rescheduling they kept me up to date about the weather and their preparations for it which gave me so much relief and I never felt like I was in the dark with them. For a girl who grew up in the country this place absolutely made me feel like I was home.

  My daughter got married at Cousiac in April. It was so beautiful. The owners were great to work with, answering all our questions & allowing us to visit a few times to make plans. We couldn’t have been happier with this venue. From the beautiful ceremony under the arbor, on the water, to dancing under the stars, it was such wonderful day! There were many compliments.

  I got married here last month & I could not have picked a better location. The setting is so perfect with the river even for a July wedding. My fiance and love being outdoors and enjoy the river, so this backdrop truly met our theme. The owners and Sydney were so flexible and helpful even with all my emails! I also was able to visit several times prior with vendors, which was helpful. This is a perfect venue, thank you!

  Words cannot describe how pleased my wife and I are with this venue and the service that they provided. Things went smoothly from our first tour through the wedding day. Sydney (manager) was great. She responded to all of our emails promptly and helped ensure that we had everything we needed and more including helping pick vendors and behind the scenes details such as floor plans and licenses/permits. The venue itself was breathtakingly beautiful and we received several compliments on the venue. It was more affordable than most venues we looked and I couldn't recommend this venue more!

  My husband and I got married here in June. It is an absolutely breath taking venue with the most amazing views. Sydney was such a pleasure to work with, was always quick to reply to my many questions. She's willing to always work out a time for you to visit for pictures or for a planner to view the grounds! I could not be happier with Cousiac Manor. Our guests had nothing but nice things to say. Our engagement and wedding photos turned out beautiful because of the venue grounds! If we could do it over again we'd use Cousiac Manor!

  If you go to visit this venue prepare to fall in love! The view is breath taking, and you just feel so at peace staring at the river. Everyone loved the venue, and said it was the perfect place. Sydney and Stacy are so wonderful to work with, and are quick to respond to your questions. If you want a barn/river wedding this is the prefect venue.

  I can't say enough positive things about Cousiac Manor! We just had our ceremony and reception there and it was an amazing day from start to finish. The staff at Cousiac were all extremely nice, helpful, and quick to respond to our questions throughout the planning process. It's a great value for all that you get in the contract -- and they were kind enough to let us set up for our Saturday wedding as early as Thursday, which was super helpful! The property itself is so gorgeous you don't need a ton of decorations-- but Cousiac has an inventory of cute items available for rent if you choose to do so. The "getting ready areas" for the bridesmaids and groomsmen were comfortable and pretty. If you're looking for a beautiful, "rustic-elegance" wedding venue, book Cousiac!! Thanks to everyone there for helping make our wedding so special.

  This place is BREATHTAKING!!!! I LOVED working with Sydney and Stacey to plan my special day! They were so attentive and took extra time with us to ensure everything would be PERFECT! This venue has it ALL! Waterfront, manor home AND a barn venue. I'd definitely recommend booking!

  My husband and I fell in love with this place! The beauty alone was good enough for our special day. The owners are very nice and are easy to work with. They are speedy with responses and keep you updated on all information. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  Cousiac Manor is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were married there on September 11 and it was a dream! Sydney and Stacy are not only incredibly easy to work with, but so welcoming to their guests as well. Sydney was our main point of contact, and a huge help in planning our day. She was quick to respond to emails and even has a preferred vendor list to help couples during the planning stages. She was even willing to do extra research for me when I was looking for a local bakery, and we could not be more thankful for all of her help!
  
  Cousiac allows you to use any outside vendor and has a list of its own rentals, including farm tables, whiskey barrels, linens, and extra lighting. The venue comes with bathrooms for guests, as well as separate dressing rooms for the bride and groom.
  
  The farm itself is the most perfect backdrop. We were married under the magnolia trees with the Pamunkey river in the background and held our reception in the barn. Literally every guest asked the same question, "How did you ever find this place?!". It is the ideal setting for a wedding. Thank you Cousiac for making our wedding a fairytale come true!

  I can't say enough how much we loved Cousiac Manor! Not only was it breathtakingly beautiful, it really was a great value. As a family owned business, they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and allowed us many visits before the big day. When I booked, my biggest concern was rain, but since then they've built a beautiful covered pavilion as a ceremony backup site, and the additional charge is a STEAL compared to renting a tent. They also have TONS of optional rentals, like French doors, chandeliers, & beautiful farm tables, that again are a steal to rent from them, especially since they make sure it's all there waiting on the big day. Renting this venue was the best decision I made Throughout all my wedding planning, and I highly recommend to any brides :)

  Our wedding was July 24, 2016. From day one Sydney n Stacy were there for us every step of the way. From suggestions on catering and bakery's to the set up for ceremony under the 100 year old magnolia trees to the reception in the beautiful barn. We were able to take our engagement pictures at the venue, n I love them n will cherish them forever. I couldn't have asked for a better venue experience than here at Cousiac Manor. We highly recommend them, they will do everything possible to make your wedding dreams come true. Thanks Sydney n Stacy, you are the best! Judah n Dawn Rollf

  This venue was a dream come true! The owners are nothing short of amazing to work with and we couldn't have asked for more of a magical day. Everything was perfect, very clean, and very accommodating to our needs. There wasn't anything we had to worry about, they truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of for us! We are truly thankful....our wedding day couldn't have been any more wonderful!! We highly recommend this venue to anyone!
