Wonderful Experience

Tammy went out of her way to accommodate us. Everything was beautiful and we had an awesome experience! There were absolutely no hitches at all. The only issue was the bride's and groom's dressing rooms were hot. It was August, though!

Amazing day and unforgettable

Tammy is amazing and is really incredible at her job! Tammy is one of a kind and she made my daughters wedding day amazing and unforgettable!! It was a fairytale wedding and we will never forget it!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rehearsal and wedding

Tammy was SUCH a big help when it came to starting the whole process. She had sheets and timelines of everything to make me feel less stressed out and walked me through it all. Showed me what she would recommend and where I would be able to save money. My parents were the biggest worry and she seated them in opposite directions, which was wonderful. And minute detail that I didn’t think of she already knew and already had a solution. We booked her as our day of wedding planner to ale sure everything ran smoothly (which was the best decision we could have made) I loved working with everyone from country home weddings!

Everything we needed for a perfect wedding event!

This was a perfect venue for our daughters wedding. Country Home Weddings is beautifully decorated and is set up for easy flow of ceremony, reception and rehearsal. Tammy's place has really good floor plan. The food area is hidden away discretely, and the bar/drink area is also situated in it's own space...perfect!
Our daughter took advantage of the outdoor gazebo area for pictures, which turned out great....especially with the Fall colors. In summary, this venue has very thing you need, from "rentable" decorations to a wedding coordinator (if you choose). We couldn't have been more pleased.

Great experience!! Beautiful venue

Tammy is the best! Professional, knowledgable, helpful, etc. She even accommodated Brandon with wanting to be baptized during the rehearsal. Over all just a great experience to start a new life for Rebecca and Brandon!!!

Great Venue

This place is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in the Amarillo/Canyon area. I definitely recommend this venue to host your wedding day!

Country Home Weddings is fabulous! They take care of every detail you could think of plus all the ones you might forget to think of! It is a beautiful location...truly a little gem in the Texas Panhandle. I would highly recommend choosing Country Home Weddings. They are professional and the wedding turns out flawless!

Country home wedding was amazing to us. Tammy and her crew went above and beyond to make us happy. All of our guest loves the garden and the barn, they thought everything was beautiful. One of my cousins is wanting to have his wedding there once he gets ready for his day. Tammy makes sure your day is exactly what you want, and I love that! I'm so glad I found this venue. I couldn't imagain my wedding being any more perfect! Tammy, Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

Country Home Weding Venue is very beautiful location. My wedding was in Septemeber and I love the idea of being able to move the ceremony indoors if the weather was bad. Fortunately the weather was nice and everything went perfect. Tammy did a wonderful job making everything go as planned. Her and her husband are super nice and helpful. We also had them do the catering and it was absolutely delicious. The smoked brisket was so juicy and tender, the chicken tortellini was spicy and fruit was juicy and sweet. We had Tim Money do the music for the ceremony and dance. He did a wonderful job considering I sent him the info the day before. Thank you Tammy for making my wedding perfect ??

What girl does not want a dream wedding? Well ours did and she got it! Tammy and her crew were wonderful and took all the stress out of the wedding preparations for us. From the beautiful venue itself with immaculate garden and gazebo for the ceremony and the amazing barn there was nothing that wasn't well thought of. We were so happy with the overall service, food, music, decorations...What a great experience! We could have not been happier on the happiest day of our daughter. Thank you for making this day so special and perfect!! If we had more daughters, we would do it all over again, that's not even a question. Five stars all the way!!! Chris and Franka Daniel

This venue was everything I've ever dreamed of! The garden is so beautiful and lush. And Tammy (the owner) is so wonderful and kind. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing place to get married!

Tammy really helped us out and helped make our special day amazing! They took care of just about everything! They also helped out with difficult family members and made sure that everything went smoothly! Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

My wife and I got married here December 19, 2015. And it is just absolutely beautiful!! Tammy, the owner/coordinator is the best wedding coordinate in the country! She knows her stuff, was able to customize a unique wedding exactly how we imagined. The catering is 2nd to none! The price was well worth the flawless wonderful time had by all!! Thanks country home weddings!!

Fantastic Venue and wonderful experience

This venue was just exactly what my daughter had been looking for! We loved the history as well as the simple beauty of the gardens and the reception place. It has it all! The wedding was beautiful, music phenomenal, and everyone had a really great time. Tammy was very helpful in all the planning phases and her knowledge and expertise put us at ease. She was flexible and very considerate in all the changes we made prior to the event happenings. Overall it was the perfect place for family and friends to celebrate with Shelby and Josh Davis!

It was a beautiful ceremony outside and the reception building is gorgeous! We loved how our wedding turned out. The food was also to die for! Best food hands down! Definitely worth having them prepare the food.

Unprofessional

Tammy was unprofessional as soon as she received her last payment. She was controlling and rude. After so many years of being a wedding coordinator, you would think she surely would know not to be the instigator of tension within the bridal party and the family. She was hired to assure things ran smoothly. Her and her snippy attitude was what created any issues within our wedding party. She talked back to us, she was demeaning to us and our pastor. She rudely started the wedding when our bride needed literally ONE minute to finish a curl! She wouldn’t let out processional walk in, in the order she had made them practice twice the night before. Tammy snapped at us when we said something about it. She was putting her other old decorations up DURING the wedding. Her brother (the DJ) continued to play music for several minutes while the bride and father were awkwardly standing at the alter. He did not announce anything until we asked continuously throughout the entire night, even though she assured us he had a script. Our guests made comments and later told us that the announcements were muffled and could not be understood. We payed way too much for the way we were treated. The only good thing was that the venue was pretty, even though there were cobwebs everywhere including the brides room!

Beautiful location, terrible experience with owner

We had our daughters wedding at this venue yesterday. We paid for venue rental from 5pm-10 pm Friday night and from 10 am-12 pm Saturday. The venue itself is beautiful and was perfect for our event, even though the decor is quite dated. The only issue with the venue was the owner arranged and gave tours of the facility to several groups of new prospective clients yesterday while we were finishing setting up AND the bride and bridal party was there getting dressed. The first group was there for at least an hour while we had younger girls there coming back and forth from the room getting dressed. We had to close the door and stay in the room just to maintain privacy in the room and venue I had PAID TO RENT FOR THE DAY. We had the photographer show up and was starting photos at 3 pm and at 2:30 I had to get ugly to get her and her prospective client out of the building I paid a SIGNIFICANT amount of money to rent. If you choose this venue check your contract and add the addendum that there will be NO TOURS during your rental time. It was very rude and she was very rude when I told her no more tours because we were starting photos. She bluntly told me that is how she runs her business, very poor business tactics. I would never recommend this facility to a single person due to the owners attitude and her business "policies".
