Choosing Cotton & Magnolia as the florist for my daughters wedding was the BEST decision we made! Elaina brings her Southern roots and charm to every encounter and completely nailed my daughters vision for her flowers on her wedding day! The flowers were gorgeous and when I say everyone was in awe of the arrangements, bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and the cake decoration, I mean EVERYONE! They were absolutely stunning and spectacular!!! -

We planned our wedding in Florida from a different state which was stressful enough. Cotton and Magnolia was amazing from start to end. We communicated multiple times prior to the wedding and everything turned out amazing and more beautiful than I could have imagined. We also needed an arch which the company was able to provide and decorate with beautiful flowers. This was one thing we could check of our list and be confident that everything was going to work out on our wedding day. I cannot thank this company enough and would highly recommend. -

Our flowers were gorgeous and exactly what we wanted! Elaina was very easy to work with and was able to roll with my very little knowledge about flowers to create beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and a ceremony arch. Would definitely recommend! -

5-star florist budget friendly!
Elaina took my Pinterest vision board and re-created my dream!!!! My photographer and I could not stop raving over how beautiful the floral was and how perfect the colors worked together. She is a MASTER at her art and is budget friendly which I was blown away by! Elaina is wonderful to work with and quick with communication. She paid attention to the smallest details and really created a beautiful scene that helped bring everything together. She is a must hire for anyone in the Tampa Bay Area! -

Perfect Flowers for my perfect day

These people are the absolute best!! The florists are so incredibly artistic, responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. I had a vision and they went above and beyond to make it come true. I said “big” and it was larger than life. Every one of my guests was blown away. When I saw our reception decorated I almost cried. You MUST use Cotton and Magnolia for your wedding florist. Utter perfection. -

Words cannot truly describe how amazing Elaina is. Every single floral display at our wedding was breathtaking and exceeded all of my expectations. Elaina has such great vision and brought everything to life that we discussed. She was responsive, creative, flexible, and extremely kind. We had to postpone our wedding an entire year and still dealt with last minute changes but Elaina handled it gracefully and was very flexible. She is a breeze to work with and you will not be disappointed! All of my guests raved about the beauty of every arrangement. Highly recommend! -

Elaina was so great to work with! We had to change plans, venues and some vendors due to COVID. Elaina was very happy to help! I sent over many inspiration photos and Elaina was very patient with me :-). She was very mindful about my budget and suggested ways for me to still get what I want for my vision but to beat cost effective! The flowers were so beautiful and adored my bouquet! I had Elaina with Cotton & Magnolia create all of my wedding floral arrangements, I sent her inspiration pictures and she brought it to life. She provided an arrangement for our arch that was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what I wanted. My bouquet was perfect and she created exactly what I sent pictures of. She was very easy to work with and get in touch with, she arrived on time day of and all went very smooth. I highly recommend! -

The beautiful work of Cotton & Magnolia thoroughly impressed us on our wedding day! Elaina was extremely receptive to our requests and exceptionally easy to work with. She was flexible and helpful, and truly brought our vision to life! Her work is absolutely incredible. Elaina’s bouquets and arrangements are unique, gorgeous, and very fairly priced. We were blown away by her centerpieces, and loved that she had many modern decorative rental items which fit our aesthetic perfectly. Everything, including our wedding canopy greenery, centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and even the flowers on the cake, exactly matched our vision. Thank you again Cotton & Magnolia!

I don't even know where to start with Elaina. Working with her was an absolutely pleasure. When I spoke with her on the phone, I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her. Her calm demeanor, expertise, and confidence was evident from our first phone call (the phenomenal southern accent was a bonus). Not only did she deliver some of the most beautiful bouquets and floral decor I have ever seen, she also organized my entire event. I did not worry about one single thing on my wedding day. She had everything planned out like a general going to battle! She worked expertly with all of our vendors, coordinated family like a champion, and made sure I focused on the important stuff at my wedding... marrying the love of my life. This only scratches the surface of what she has done for me and Andrew, but I wanted to give her a social media shoutout as soon as possible. BOOK HER! She is worth every penny!!!

Elaina is amazing! She’s so sweet and communicative and she answered sooo many questions I had when I kept going back and forth about what kinds of flowers I wanted to include. Seriously, she’s a saint. I don’t know how I didn’t drive her crazy (well, I’m sure I did, but she didn’t show it, haha). I had reached out to several florists beforehand and some either didn’t answer or their prices were much higher. My flowers turned out gorgeous and Elaina added my ribbons and lockets to the flowers and they looked absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her! I will add photos once I get them back! -

I am so happy I hired Cotton and Magnolia. Elaina was so easy to work with. She was so accomdating during the proposal period of helping me make sure I got what I wanted and was comfortable with what I was spending. I don't live in town and she was easy to get a hold of and easy to schedule phone calls with. I was nervous leading up to my wedding day to see how everything came out and it was all exactly what I had in my head. Elaina was a dream to work with! She was very responsive and, most importantly, took my budget and made my vision for our wedding a reality - and beyond my expectations! Every piece was absolutely perfect - from my bouquet to the girls' bouquets to the guys' boutonnière to the centerpieces she made with wooden flower boxes I promised, and everything in-between! I really appreciated her doing everything she could to make my budget work without me having to sacrifice my vision for the day. Would recommend over and over again! Just the best. -

Honestly that a deal breaker for me; I prefer to like/get along with the people I'm going into business with! Anyway, I reached out because I had seen a wedding blog that featured her arrangements and it was so gorgeous. I definitely didn't think they could possibly be in my budget but Elaina worked with me and helped me get everything I want and for the best price I found. She also didn't have a "minimum" amount I had to spend, whereas a lot of other florists did and that really turned me off. You will be so happy if you use her for any of your floral arrangement needs!

She was super responsive - was able to read through all of my convoluted postings on Pinterest and ferret out just what I wanted. She worked with my budget, and gave me suggestions on ways to cut costs where we could without sacrificing anything. I was so happy with my flowers, and got so many compliments on them - my only regret is that I couldn't keep them forever. At least we got some good pictures.
