Lush, naturally gorgeous greenery, stunning flowers everywhere, and that enchanting waterfall created a backdrop so spectacular we needed ZERO extra decorations! It was effortlessly, naturally breathtaking. The ballroom was equally elegant and inviting.

The Food: Culinary Standing Ovation! Guests are still blowing up our phones raving about the food! This wasn't just wedding catering; this was a gourmet dining experience. Every single bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly prepared, and presented beautifully. And the DESSERT STATION?! OUTSTANDING doesn't cover it! It was a showstopper, a decadent paradise that had everyone swooning. Pure indulgence!

The Staff: Beyond Amazing! Every single member of the team was attentive, professional, warm, and genuinely seemed invested in our happiness. Service was seamless, intuitive, and utterly flawless.

He didn't just manage the event; he orchestrated pure magic. His attention to detail was military-precise, ensuring everything ran smoother than silk and perfectly on time. But here's the moment that cemented him as a legend: HE FIXED MY BUSTLE! In a moment of slight panic, when neither I nor any of my bridesmaids could figure it out, Evan stepped in with calm expertise and saved the day! From the very first time we walked the venue my husband (then fiance) fell in love the the ambiance of the venue. Evan was super flexible and was able to work within our budget and also give us tips and tricks on how to save with all other expenses. On the night of he was the perfect coordinator making sure everything and everyone was taken care of! Leaving me and my husband to be able to fully enjoy our most magical day! The food was delicious and they were even able to sneak us some to bring home. All the staff were so extremely pleasant and helpful. 20/10 recommend!

Our Son's wedding was a stunningly beautiful event and Evan (event director) made the entire evening move along seamlessly.
The ceremony took place in the garden, surrounded by waterfall feature & beautiful gardens- a dreamy atmosphere.
Onto cocktail hour with abundant varieties of amazing food & drinks.
The bridal sweet was also abundant with food & drinks.
From the bride & grooms first dance, to our incredibly delicious dinner courses, that guests were raving about, to the cutting of the wedding cake, & the generous, delicious Viennese hour, the guests had a fun, & memorable evening.
Oh and yes, there was a full dance floor full of guests having a blast.

Cortlandt Colonial was the perfect venue for my husband and I. Not only did they accommodate our food allergies, they went above and beyond to make sure we had delicious food to enjoy at our wedding. The guests raved about the diversity and quality of the cocktail hour and the dinner (especially the cocktail hour). The waterfall and garden was a picturesque place for the ceremony and guests really enjoyed being able to go outside during the reception. The service was impeccable and so well organized. Evan is a delight to work with and he walks you through every detail. We would definitely recommend Cortlandt Colonial Restaurant and Ballroom!

WOW...Amazing...The Best!!! Evan and his staff catered our wedding this October 2019. Evan's attention to detail, his organization and his friendly and extremely helpful personality all made our dream come true. If You have any type of event, especially a wedding, and are looking for a classy and beautiful venue, look no further and check this place out. It’s convenient to all local transportation and located in beautiful Westchester County NY. It has amazing and delicious food.

Cortlandt Colonial Manor has an outstanding staff and is situated with beautiful outdoor areas, a waterfall and large banquet hall. Although we didn't spend time in the restaurant area, it looks beautiful and cozy and we hope to come back to have dinner there soon.

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The day went perfect. The food was amazing (We heard from all our guests who raved about it)

Evan was incredible, as were the staff we had! They made our day absolutely amazing, like a fairytale.

My daughter was married there on May 27. The reception was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Evan was extremely pleasant and accommodating throughout. There was so much food and it was all delicious! I would recommend this venue to everyone. Evan helped create a wonderful memory for us all!

thos place is awesome for any event you want to have. To start off the owner Evan Liaskos goes above and beyond. He is very professional, friendly, informative, and flexible in any requests you may have for your big event. The food was amazing and there is plenty to go around. The staff were very responsive and helped my bridal party throughout the night and assisted my wife as she walked down the aisle with my father n law. The venue is super spacious; we especially took advantage of the bridal suite just take a moment to sail the special moment in. Overall, we highly recommend this place because Evan and his staff make sure that the night goes smooth and to your liking.

Cortlandt Colonial gave me the wedding of my dreams. I had a beautiful June wedding surrounded by family and friends. The ceremony took place under a lovely gazebo with a beautiful waterfall off to the side. Evan and his team made sure everything ran smoothly from day one to the wedding day. During the first meeting, Evan blew us away with the food and wedding package options, all being reasonably priced. Every package included an open bar within in the price. A few days before the wedding I dropped off the party favors and all the decorations I wanted on the tables and in the ballroom. When I arrived, everything was perfectly placed and looked amazing. I was so happy that his team decorated for me, it was one less thing to worry about. Before the wedding started, Evan talked to the wedding party and explained when to walk down and where to go (also extremely helpful). He made me feel relaxed with being completely organized throughout the day. Along the lines of being organized, Evan gave recommendations for DJS & photographers that he previously has worked with and highly recommended. This narrowed down the process of trying to find professionals with great reviews.
After the ceremony came the amazing cocktail hour. There were over 50 appetizers and they kept refilling them! There was something for everyone! My brother-in-law loved the shrimp and pineapple appetizer. The tacos were phenomenal (and Evan gave me my own personal plate of them!). My co-workers kept telling me how delicious the food was and left there stuffed. Friends that have gone to multiple wedding said mine was hands-down the best. There was so much food. After the cocktail hour came a salad, a pasta dish, and the main entrée. The sole was a favorite on my husband’s side. My family preferred the prime rib. The team accommodated everyone by cooking the meat to people’s own preferences and even handing out seconds. Family friends were so impressed that they are planning to have their wedding here

We were married November 7, 2016 and as we are approaching our 1 year Anniversary we are reflecting on the special moments and people that helped us capture our vision. We decided that our day would be memorable and on a Monday no less. Evan was our choice because of his integrity and charisma. He takes pride in providing his clients with a memorable event they treasure. He is honest, forthcoming and value conscious.

Overall the food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We chose to have a brunch reception with a few twists; inspired by the fact that our favorite meal is breakfast and we wanted to offer the appeal of having traditional entrees like prime rib, grilled vegetables, smoked salmon, penne vodka - quite the brunch spread indeed! My husband has quite a few favorites but two standouts we loved are the omelette station and debuting Evans “Hot Diggity Donuts” totally decadent and delicious .

We were fortunate in November to take full advantage of the outside courtyard for our family pictures.
We heartily recommend Cortland Colonial and trust that you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had a fantastic wedding. We ended up having a very short time frame to work with ( you may be able to imagine why, lol), Evan was able to get us in with what we wanted and work with the church times. All of my guests were full and very happy. The room was set beautifully and the staff was very attentive. We would definitely recommend Cortlandt Colonial to someone else, especially if you are not trying to break the bank on a 3-4 hour event.

My daughter had her wedding at Cortlandt Colonial in June 2017. I am so happy she chose to have her reception here. We looked at several different venues in the area and there was no contest once she saw Cortlandt Colonial. The venue was amazing with an indoor and outdoor space for guests to enjoy, the waterfall, gazebo, and landscaping were gorgeous. The newly renovated bridal suite spacious and luxurious.



Evan made my daughter feel like a princess, answering all of her many questions during what can become a stressful time, Evan made sure we ALL enjoyed the planning process as well. (YES the Mom of the Bride was even put at ease!) The day of the wedding guests went outside for the most incredible cocktail hour ever. The food and the amount of food offered to our guests was amazing. Our guest could not believe how many different Hors d'Oeuvres there were to choose from that were all delicious. Many guests still come up to me and say they had never had such great food at a wedding before. The dinner was delicious, and believe it or not they came around and offered seconds to everyone!!!!!



Evan and his staff are so good at what they do. Everything ran so smoothly. Months later I have people still telling me what a great wedding it was and how much they enjoyed the food.

I would 100% recommend Cortland Colonial for any wedding or party! As a matter of fact I have already booked them for a large banquet/annual sports dinner for later this year.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Evan and his ENTIRE STAFF were such a pleasure to deal with! Most places you get at least one staff member whose not thrilled to be there but that was not the case here! I even made sure we included them in our wedding pictures as they just added to our amazing day! From the very first email, to visiting the venue, taste testing, planning, and having our day, Evan made everything super relaxing and easy. He helped us with things not even related to his venue and made sure we were prepared for anything and everything! Just absolutely outstanding customer service! .... The venue itself was Beautiful!! I personally loved that everything was connected, the bridal suite, the banquet room, the cocktail pavilion and the garden with waterfalls and flowers etc. I've been to other venues that things are all separated and it just doesn't make sense to me, why walk a mile -in potential rain- to get to the ceremony to the cocktail hour etc? The DJ has a cubby also which makes it great so he's not sitting on the dance floor. Just overall a great layout! ..... now, most importantly...the food- was AMAZING! The amount of food and the variety is unbelievable!! I truly mean that, I was told by someone that was there prior to our wedding that they give you so much and I saw it on the brochures but until you're there enjoying it all you really have no idea! The pene ala vodka was a favorite (it's actually caused a friend of ours to want Cortlandt Colonial Manor as her wedding venue), but overall it's a nice thing to have your guests immediately tell you how impressed they are with the venue- even weeks following our wedding we received complements... we plan on doing our 10yr anniversary there and I can't wait! It has become a family favorite place for us!! I can guarantee anyone who chooses Cortlandt Colonial Manor as their venue, will not be disappointed!

We cannot recommend the Cortlandt Colonial highly enough! From our very first visit, Evan was meticulous with every detail, almost serving as a mentor with all things wedding planning. It was such a relief to know that he had our best interest in heart. We visited many different wedding venues throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange County. To us the choice was obvious; Cortlandt Colonial. Many venues operate multiple weddings at the same time. At the Cortlandt Colonial, we were the only one happening, thus we were priority number one. The price was extremely reasonable, the venue itself is wonderful with the extra outdoor space and even a cover if the weather is poor, the newly renovated bridal suite was luxurious, but possibly our favorite aspect is the fact that Cortlandt Colonial is also a restaurant. Now, every anniversary we can revisit the place where our dreams came true and have a special dinner. Not many wedding venues can say that. We recommend the Cortlandt Colonial to all, especially our family and friends, because we really want to go to another wedding there!

Evan made our wedding dreams a reality. The ceremony area and reception hall were set up beautifully. The bridal suite where my wife and I were able to take a breath from the fun was so comfortable and elegant. The food was absolutely fantastic. The taste and presentation were impeccable. I have never been to a wedding where there was as much food and as delicious as ours. Our family and friends are still talking about it and many have since gone to Cortlandt colonial for brunch and dinner. Many friends and family said they were stuffed before the main course because cocktail hour was so filling. Evan took care of us throughout the entire event. He was friendly, easygoing, and professional. The staff were amazing as well. They took excellent care of our guests. We would recommend the Cortlandt Colonial time and time again. We are truly grateful for the beautiful day we shared!

Our wedding was an incredible exoerience, and one of the main reasons for that was the venue and its owner, Evan. Evan made working the details out easy. We had to orgaize our wedding in NY while living in Maryland and Evan made it work for us. During the wedding everything ran smoothly. Evan was on site himself, making sure everything was going well. He was also running parts of the wedding (making it easy for us to enjoy ourselves). He also is the chef and his food is outstanding. There was an incredible amount of food, which ordinarily could make the food less tasty...not in this case. I still to this day have not had the steak as delicious as his. The rest of the food (hors d'oeuvre, main, and dessert) was incredible. Crapes with pumpkin ice cream anyone? The whole experience was wonderful. The price was more than reasonable, especially for that area, and the staff was professional. We had a blast. Would recommend Cortlandt Colonial Manor to all.

I am soooo happy I chose Cortlandt Colonial for my wedding reception. To start, Evan is there from start to finish. He really goes above and beyond; always there to keep you on track; there to help you with any ideas or suggestions you may need; has lists of other services you may need (flowers, music, photography, etc). The day of my wedding, everything went so smoothly. The staff was amazing; always there before you needed them. The food is unbelievable and it was a nice touch where seconds are offered if your not quite full or want to try something different. The overall experience was 5 stars.

My wife and I were married on April 15th. We visited a few other venues before we went to the Cortlandt Colonial. We had been to several weddings at the Cortlandt Colonial before ours. The venue is gorgeous it was recently updated with new carpeting and lighting. They have a large bridal suite for your use before,during and after the wedding. Outside there are water falls, a patio area and beautiful landscaping, creating perfect backdrops for photos. We meet with Evan ( Owen/Head Chef) who gave us a tour , then sat down with us to hear about our vision for our wedding day. Their wedding packages include just about everything, from your choice of linen's, the wedding cake (from Homestyle bakeryin Peekskill) even tips. Their food is absolutely delicious. (You have to visit their restaurant and see for yourself if you have never been). They made sure our guest did not leave hungry, even offered seconds to those who were still hungry after dinner. The service staff was outstanding, we were treated like family from the moment we first met with Evan. On our wedding day George (Evan's father) was our Maitre'd. He was phenomenal. George was within earshot of us all day and had what we needed before we could even ask him. Our wedding day was a little chilly, they had a canopy up over outdoor patio area ( where we held cocktail hour) and it was heated to keep our guest comfortable. This is a family owned business and it truly shows. I am absolutely convinced our day would not have been half as remarkable if we chose another venue. We had the time of our lives and our guest still talk about our wedding. I couldn't recommend any other venue other than Cortlandt Colonial.

From the food tasting to the actual day Evan was amazing! We had our ceremony and reception here on June 11, 2016. Evan was our Matre D and made sure everything went smoothly. Our bridal attendant was great! The service was phenomenal. The food was delicious! Our guests said it was the best wedding they've attended. You get so much good food and a great staff!! My wedding day was amazing a big thank you to Evan and his wonderful staff!!

We had both our ceremony and wedding at the venue.

Evan (owner) was beyond amazing! He not only served as our caterer, but also walked us through the whole wedding process, AND was our Maître'D for the day! He also personally delivered our appetizers on wedding day, AND made sure we got to eat in the midst of our full day (sooo thoughtful!)! He also packaged all our extra food which we thoroughly enjoyed for the next few days after our wedding. The food, the atmosphere, the wait staff; everything was PERFECT for our Spring 2016 wedding. We can't thank Evan and his team enough. There is a reason they have such great reviews and we know why. We highly recommend Cortlandt Colonial Manor. We can't WAIT to go back!!!

Cortlandt Colonial Manor was perfect for our ceremony and reception. I urge every person looking for a venue to go check this place out and talk to Evan. From start to finish Evan helped us build our dream wedding by giving us ideas, suggestions, and most of all helping us to determine what we wanted and what wasn't as important to us. His price was very reasonable and he is willing to work with you and your budget. I have people still calling me telling me how amazing the food was. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that this is some of the best food you will ever eat. Our cocktail hour was deemed by many as "the best cocktail hour I have ever been to" and some even said "there was so much food that the whole event could have ended after cocktail hour and I would have been satisfied." His entire team is experienced, professional, and extremely helpful. Cortlandt Colonial also provides so many necessary components of your wedding from linens, to lighting, to place cards....you name it. I would recommend this venue to any and all looking for great place to get married.

Even weeks after the wedding our guests continued to remark on how wonderfully everything was organized, how seamless and smooth everything felt, how professional and helpful the staff was, and how delicious the food was (nothing to say about how much food there was). Evan was there every step of the way, helping us plan through all the details. On the day of the wedding Evan was there from the beginning to the end of the event, making sure everything was going well. We couldn't have picked a better person to work with or a better venue.

Every bride has a vision on what will make her wedding day complete. Down to the bridesmaids colors and what flowers to pick, depending on the season.

My husband and I were married on June 26, 2015. I loved being a June bride. And my color was pink. All of our floral arrangements, linens, signature drinks, were linked to my summer garden vision. Evan helped me, by giving me suggestions. For example using custom pink colored paper to print out their venue directions, that I put in every invitation I sent out. My invitations were a pink background with water-colored flowers throughout the invitation.

My husband and I wanted to do something sweet for our guests, so we had a candy buffet. Evan was able to help provide glassware, that I was able to bring home to fill with candy for our candy buffet table, that he did an amazing job displaying for our guests.

Our guests still to this very day, talk about our wedding at The Ballroom at Cortlandt Colonial Manor. They all rave about the food, service an ambience!

From the first moment we arrived at Cortlandt Colonial Manor and met Evan, we were in love. After he gave us a tour of the venue, we stayed for dinner. Our choice was made!

Cortlandt Colonial is a fantastic place to get married! Evan was the best matradee ever! The service was phenomenal . The food was delicious! Our guests said it was the " best wedding they've attended". The venue only holds one wedding which provides all the attention to the bride, groom and guests. Evan and staff made sure we ate at our wedding and the drinks were flowing. After we were served our entrees the wait staff came around with seconds . It was unbelievable no one went home hungry! Evan not only gave us the wedding of our dreams, he went above and beyond for us. He even gave us suggestions for our honeymoon and reminded us of what needs to get done before the big day. They made our wedding the most memorable day of our lives, not only for us but our guests! We recommend this beautiful place to everybody who is getting married.

Where do I start?!
Evan and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the first time dining there to the day of the wedding I could not have asked for friendlier staff to work with. I researched and received pricing from a number of other venues but they couldn’t even compete with what Cortlandt had to offer at such an affordable price. It wound up being the only place that we looked at and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. I loved the family atmosphere, quaint ceremony, beautifully redone cocktail area and ball room. The ceremony went off without a hitch and the food was above and beyond! The area that they have for the ceremony is absolutely beautiful. From the well maintained gardens and flowers to the gazebo and waterfall, you couldn’t ask for a nicer area for pictures. They were very accommodating with the food choice as my (now) husband is lactose intolerant and a few guests were vegan. They even came out offering seconds and offered the other options on the menu if you wanted to try that instead of what you had originally. Every stage of the wedding flowed right into the next, and never once felt like we were rushed. We had our own waitress that catered to our every need, who was absolutely wonderful, and our own Bridal Suite to get ready and relax in. The only thing I would suggest about the Bridal Suite is a place to hang the Wedding and Bridesmaid Dresses. Other than that it’s perfect, very spacious with a separate entrance and bathroom. If you are planning on having a smaller wedding and you don’t want to pay a ridiculous price for so-so service, Cortland Colonial is the place for you. I would recommend them to anybody looking for great service, great facility and great food.

I just had my wedding here this past June and I must say, I was impressed. I chose this venue a year before my wedding. Ever since I saw the outdoor ceremony area, I knew I wanted to get married here. It's absolutely beautiful outside, with the garden area and waterfalls, and it's only $3 a person for an outdoor ceremony. And They have amazing prices for the reception as well! The wedding cake from Homestyles Bakery is included with the package, center pieces if needed or you can chose your own, signature cocktail, and a wedding planner who helps you along the way!
For someone who had 100 + people at her wedding, I was nervous about the price and what my parents had to pay. But overall I was so impressed! They make you do payments, which helped a lot. And in the end, you pay the balance. With the help of the Evan, the wedding planner, who also owns the restaurant, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams. The cocktail hour includes 30 + different entrees, the bridal suite is huge and the bridal party, the bridal family, and the bride and groom are able to enjoy themselves during cocktail hour in this beautiful room. The garden ceremony is absolutely beautiful with seating of over 100 people and a beautiful gazebo, the outdoor garden is filled with fresh flowers during the spring/summer and the beautiful water falls outdoor sold me.
They just re did the reception area, which included lighting and new wall decoration. I absolutely fell in love with everything from the water falls, to the reception hall.
I had such a good experience here from meeting Evan, to picking our cocktail, to picking our menu with the food tasting (which I brought my entire family to), to the rehearsal. Evan really knows everything about weddings, and you know he's very professional and knows the business well.
I just wanted to thank Evan and his team for an amazing experience. I highly recommend Cortlandt Colonial to all brides. I couldn't of picked a better place for my wedding!

Cortlandt Colonial was a fantastic place for our wedding. Evan who is the owner of the venue went out of his way with every detail for the wedding. The whole process was easy and we had a very stress free experience. The staff was friendly, the food was fantastic with many choices, the venue was recently renovated with new lighting, and beautiful flooring. Our wedding was August 8, 2015. We booked this venue the day we went for our food trial - that's how amazing the food was! Evan was a great help throughout the entire process, as well as his father George. They were both there during our last meeting where we picked the linens (which are included) and finalized the last remaining details. This venue gives the best value and includes so much in it's package deals. Tips are included. The wedding cake is included (they use Homestyle bakery in Peekskill, NY and OMG they make the best cakes & desserts I've ever tasted!). Centerpieces are included. They have a huge bridal suite to relax & keep all your bags secured, as well as a place to eat during cocktail hour. Both Evan & George gave us their cell phone numbers so we can reach them with any questions quickly & easily. When you pull up to the venue, it doesn't look like a wedding venue... but once you step inside and the decor is all up - it truly is a wonderland! The garden ceremony area and waterfall are GORGEOUS. A perfect place for photos. And the venue's new chandeliers and new stone floor in their outdoor patio look great. On the day of our wedding George was the Maitre'D and Evan was the Chef in the Kitchen. George had the day go SO SMOOTHLY!!! And evan cooked the food to perfection! The venue looked absolutely beautiful. We purchased their most basic package but the service they give you feels like it's the highest level package they provide. They are Greek family owned, so their motto is "you don't leave their home hungry" - which is why after you finish eating your main course, they come around with steaming, freshly made dishes... and asked all our guests if anyone wanted seconds. It was amazing. The guests all said they've never seen that at a wedding before!!! It's truly special to treat your clients like family. I'm so grateful for everything Cortlandt colonial did for us. They made our wedding day unforgettable. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

This place was beyond what I could have imagined. Not only are the price affordably but they also have some of the best food I have had at a wedding. All of our guest were stuffed by the end of the appetizers but the main course was so great that they just kept eating. Not only that but they went around and asked guest if they wanted seconds of any of the entrees. They were also very accommodating when the hotel they recently finished wasn't done in time for the wedding. They provided shuttle services up to Newburgh for the occasion. My parents loved it so much that they are hoping to plan a family party there.

Absolutely the best in the area. The food was excellent & in abundance. They even offered our guest the opportunity to try multiple of the main courses. Evan was there with me every step of the way & made the evening go off without a hitch. I highly recommend Cortlandt Colonial!

This place was so amazing! Evan the event coordinator and owner was so incredible. He really made my vision come to life. He made all of our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. His staff was also extremely friendly and had great attitudes. The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests still tell us how much they loved the food 3 months later. I have never been to a wedding with such a large variety during cocktail hour. The outside location for the cocktail hour was so beautiful, we felt like we were in a secret location. Just breathtaking. This place is beautiful and Evan will go above and beyond to make your day special and unique. If I could do a wedding over again, I would go back here.

This place is amazing! I loved everything about this place. I really didn't want to go to a venue where I was just overpaying for a view that nobody really pays attention to. Evan was great and the best event coordinator. He really takes pride in his work and makes every guest feel comfortable. He truly made my vision come true. My guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything was and how great the food was. His staff was so friendly and helpful too. The outdoor cocktail hour area is gorgeous and makes you feel like you are in a secret location. We recently went to a wedding at a golf course near by that charges double of what the Cortlandt Colonial charges and the food could not compare. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Evan and his entire staff was amazing. They made sure that the day was about me and my future husband. Whatever we needed or wanted they made sure we had it. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing. It started raining and Evan moved everything inside quickly and kept me relaxed and calm the whole time.

Choosing this venue is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I honestly feel that it is impossible to put into words how amazing our experience working with this venue was and how incredible our wedding day was...but I am going to try. First, I want to say that working with Evan was one of the best parts of planning our wedding...which was extremely stressful. Evan was always there to guide us with recommendations for everything you can imagine, including money saving tips and phenomenal vendors we are glad we booked! Additionally, Evan took my vision of the perfect wedding (rustic and country romance...which I had assumed would only work in the barn style venues we could not afford) and gave me exactly what I wanted. It was incredible how beautiful everything looked and how it all fit the theme perfectly! I had so many compliments about how gorgeous our venue was. I was literally in awe of everything on our wedding day. Evan, you will always hold a special place in my heart for making our wedding such a memorable and unforgettable experience. we had our wedding August 21, 2014 and it was marvelous, Evan and his father were awesome, my wedding party was completely perfect because of Evan. The food was totally amazing and my guest had plenty and dessert was out of this world. I have recommended lots of people for weddings, sweet 16 and other parties and everyone love it too.

We got married on September 14th, 2013 so the review is long over due. Time flies! The service at the venue was excellent. Since the first time we met Evan and his staff, we were very comfortable and we fell in love with the venue. The outside was beautiful and the packages offered were great.

We wanted an outdoor wedding and after viewing numerous spots in Westchester County we knew this was the spot for us. The grounds were impeccably maintained. There is a beautiful waterfall which was the perfect backdrop for our reception and pictures.

The catering / food was excellent and the service team was great. The cocktail hour was amazing. He carved animal figures with some of the items, he had a perfect spread outdoors, and the amount of food provided was amazing and robust. Evan went above and beyond and provided an experience we will never forget. He gave us great ideas for wedding favors, he calmed us down whenever we were nervous, and he guided us throughout the entire process. He was always available, even when he was not at the venue. He was funny, comforting, and someone who was not stiff or boring like other hosts we had met. Evan kept with our theme to have a purple and white wedding and he had the proper lighting to accommodate and he also provided the linens. We loved his passion and he was the only one who offered a personalized experience to go along with what we had in mind and how we wanted our wedding to be. Other places we visited offered half of what he did for twice as much. He also worked the room with our guests to make sure everyone was happy throughout the entire reception.

Overall, I can't think of a better value or better place to host a wedding. We got really lucky and it was a nice sunny, yet cool September afternoon / evening and we enjoyed every minute of it.

From the first time my (now) husband, Brian and I walked into Cortland Colonial we knew that this was exactly what we were looking for! The first time we met with Evan Liaskos (owner/chef) he made us feel welcome and provided us with all the necessary information that we were going to need to make the very big decision of where to have our wedding. Evan walked us through what a typical event would be like, showing us both the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space and the cocktail space (that would could be heated for our April wedding) and beautiful ballroom... and then make specific mention that not all weddings are or need to be "typical" so anything could be changed to fit our idea of our perfect day!

Evan and staff were available through the entire planning process and helped with ideas and any made us feel at ease getting everything done in time for the big day!

The day of our wedding was PERFECT! Evan made sure that everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony was beautiful in the garden, the cocktail hour was VERY plentiful and delicious and all of our family is still raving about the dinner and how AMAZING it was (some people were initially questioning if there would be an actual dinner since the food at the cocktail hour just kept coming!).

From the first meeting with Evan, my husband and I knew that we wanted to have our most special day at Cortlandt Colonial. We chose to visit his establishment before we went anywhere else, but after meeting with him and hearing what he promised to do for us, we did not see the need to waste time looking at other venues. We knew we wanted Evan to host our day.

From the day we booked the ballroom through the end of the reception, Evan was one hundred percent accessible at all times. As everyone knows, planning a wedding is not the least stressful event of a person’s life, but he made every step manageable and easy. He was reachable at all times, and we were never overwhelmed with planning a six hour event for close to one hundred and fifty guests. Friends and family could not stop remarking about how well organized the event was from start to finish, thanks to the coordinated efforts of a truly professional staff.

What my husband and I still hear the most, however, are endless compliments about how delicious (and plentiful) the food and drinks were. My husband and I have already vowed to return every year on our anniversary to remember what an amazing experience we had on our wedding day.

My husband and I got married June 8th, 2013 at Cortlandt Colonial. From the first time meeting with Evan we felt comfortable and felt like he truly cared about our special day. Steven and I had the pleasure of having our wedding at Cortlandt Colonial Ballroom on July 12th. Something told me I would end up there when my best friend was checking venues for her wedding there 2 years ago. It was a magical place then and even better when the love of my life and I got to say "I DO" at the Gazebo. The garden and scenery was beautiful. The Bridal Suite was great and oversized. Evan was there every step of the way in directing all my 14 sorority girl bridesmaids throughout the ceremony and reception. The food was absolutely amazing!!! All of the guests could not stop talking about how great the food was and there certainly was quality AND quantity!
When it came to planning the wedding Evan was so helpful; he recommended our officiant and different vendors. If we had questions he was happy to answer them. The overall service was personable. The only thing negative I can say was at the end of the reception the rest of the cake was thrown out and guests wanted to take a piece home. As a whole it was such an amazing night for us. We can't wait to go there again.

When my wife and I started our journey about 2 years ago we found a wonderful venue recommend by a great friend of mine and that was the Cortlandt Colonial, the owner takes as much time with you as needed, very helpful, friendly and courteous staff, food is excellent, waterfall on the outside adds great effect for the perfect photos for your perfect day! One main factor is that its one party at a time to make sure its only about you.

I should start by saying that I didn't look at many wedding vendors. As someone who has lived in this area for many years I had already heard glowing reviews of this venue from others, so they were on my short-list before I even started. My family had our Christmas Eve dinners there for many years so I was already aware that the food quality was above average. I went to the venue with my now-husband for a quick look around, and when we both saw the brochure and the options were laid before us, he was convinced there would be no way we would be able to afford it (we were on a tight budget, to say the least). Needless to say, he was shocked when we finally saw the prices. Without question, this is the absolute best value for your money, and living in Westchester, that really says something.
I had already been planning for about a year, but we met with Evan about a week before the wedding to go over all the final details. He was super-helpful in getting things organized, and reminded me of a lot of things I otherwise would have missed. I didn't find that I needed tons of guidance every step of the way, but he knows what he's doing and it's definitely worth meeting with him beforehand. He even provided me with his personal cell # in case I had any last minute questions or concerns.
The ceremony space was beautiful and the amount and quality of the food they provide is second to none. My guests were raving about it all night, and even contacting me afterward to say how wonderful it was.
I have a feeling that a lot of people might consider passing this place by because it's not as large or typically weddingy-looking from the outside. DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU! You simply will not find better quality, better service, and better food than you will here.

We loved this place. The food is extremely good, actually way better than anything we were able to find in Lower Hudson Valley/Westchester/NYC Area. Conveniently located 10 min from West Point Academy, this place has style, excellent service, clean grounds, and an excellent value for the quality. This is the only wedding venue that I have ever been to where people that attended were able to complain that there was "too much food." No worries about the too much food thing, as Evan and staff will ensure you get a 'to go' container so you can take a dish for the road. The table staff were absolutely fantastic, we had guests that had special dietary needs and the staff & kitchen were more than accommodating for these people as well. The waterfall in the back makes for some awesome imagery (your photographer will love that you made their life so easy), and the dance floor is large enough to easily fit 100+ people without worrying about whether grandma is going to get knocked over after Uncle Fred kicks back a few too many and starts moshing to "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun."

Everything about our experience with The Ballroom at Cortlandt Colonial Manor and Evan was amazing. Our original venue closed about five months before the wedding and the owner of that venue pointed us in the direction of the Cortlandt Colonial. We met with Evan and not only was he highly sympathetic to our situation but he did everything possible to make the transition easy and smooth. The week before the wedding brought Hurricane Sandy. We were concerned about the venue having damage or no power and Evan was totally on top of keeping us updated and keeping Cortlandt Manor running. We ended up with more than we could have even imagined asking for. The food was amazing and there was certainly no shortage of it and the service was fantastic. Evan himself was at the wedding asking if we needed anything and if everything was alright and they even offered seconds so guests could try all the entrees if they wanted to. The pricing was great and there isn't one thing that I wished had been different. Evan is open to every possible suggestion and welcomes challenges and new ideas. He will tell you when you meet him that he wants every wedding to feel like the couple, not just a generic thing and he will do everything he possibly can to make it that way including helping you come up with ideas if you can't quite figure out how to make it "you". All in all it was an amazing thing, everything was exactly as we wanted it and no one left hungry or displeased about anything.

My wedding was "AWESOME" Evan made me look good. He took a $6,000 dollar budget and gave me, my bride, my family and friends a priceless memory for $5,600. the hands on personal service was "EXCELLENT" from first hand shake when you meet Evan, to the last hand shake when you leave the wedding. You feel like family, that means the world to a new married couple. We wanted a perfect wedding, some people say that impossible. Not for Evan, nothing is impossible at "The Cortlandt Colonial Manor. We would renew your vows there, have a sweet 16, Christmas party, you name it. The food was "TOP SHELF" the liquor was "TOP SHELF". The staff, well let me tell you. We got "THE 'A' TEAM" to serve your guest. You don't have to believe this review, schedule an appointment with Evan your self and feel the love...!!!!

I can't say enough about Evan and his staff, they were absolutely wonderful. Very professional, great place for any party, Evan and his staff made sure no one needed anything they were their with us the whole time, they even made different food for my grandchildren at no extra cost, I thought that was great. The food was amazing, the whole day and evening was wonderful, absolutely beautiful, all because of Evan and his staff.

I planned my wedding 3k miles away, so having someone that knew what they were doing was needed. The weather turned out to be perfect for the outdoor wedding by the gazebo and waterfall. There was so much food during the cocktail hour, everyone had plenty of choices. The room was transformed with the table clothes, napkins, flower arrangements and lighting, such a nice touch.
When dinner was finished, all I heard where raves about their meal (being the bride, we all know how important that is). The cake cutting took place and than the cherries jubilee show began, while that took place the international coffee cart came out. There was so...much food I wish I had my lounge pants on.

Where can we start... There are so many positive things to say about Cortlandt Colonial, along with Evan and his Staff! From day one, Evan was wonderful with sitting down with us, answering our questions and assuring us all of our needs would be met. We enjoyed meeting with him and his father George, several times in our 2 year wait, just to discuss where we were at and what was to come next. On Our wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect; I know this is thanks to Evan and his staff. The food was delicious; the cocktail hour was filled with an abundance of foods! The penne ala vodka appetizer course was "to die for" each of our 3 dinner options were really wonderful, they even came around and offered seconds to anyone hungry (not many could have been by this time). The topper was our ice cream bar, which was devoured by everyone. The decor turned out beautifully, it really fit our pink wedding theme! Everything was in its own place and set up for us so it really made it very easy to enjoy our special day. It was so comforting to see Evan's smiling face, knowing he was watching by to make sure everything was perfect. Evan and his staff treated us like royalty, which is not something you can find at many venues. Did I mention how amazing it was to have the waterfall at our wedding?? You won’t find that at many venues, what an eye catcher!! We are already thinking of events we can plan just so we can have it at CC again. The absolute best decision we made when planning our wedding was picking Cortlandt Colonial!!!

My husband and I could not have asked for a more memorable day. Evan, together with his family and staff, went above and beyond to ensure that our May 2011 ceremony and reception were absolutely amazing! The very first night we met Evan while having dinner at the restaurant and got an impromptu tour of the ballroom, pavilion and garden area we decided this was where we wanted to have our wedding. The quality of food, service and attention to detail we received for a package that was within our budget is unbelievable. Working with Evan made the planning process stress-free; he streamlined what we needed, made suggestions along the way and even recommended the florist he had used for his own wedding. Seriously, we got a caterer, wedding planner and day-of-coordinator all in one. When the day finally arrived, we were confident everything was under control. Even though there was a chance of rain, we had no worries knowing Evan would track the weather minute-by-minute on his iPad. It makes a big difference when you trust who you are working with to make any last minute decisions/changes that may be necessary in case any unexpected things come up. Thankfully, the day turned out beautiful. Evan worked with all the vendors making sure the day ran smoothly. As I walked down the aisle, I was delighted to see the beautiful flowers planted in the garden area. The garden and waterfall added another dimension to the backdrop for our day. And most importantly – the FOOD was delicious. We had a couple of additions to our cocktail hour and dessert table to reflect our Hispanic/Portuguese backgrounds. My family and friends could not stop commenting on the cocktail hour, dinner selections, the option for seconds and a chance to taste all three entrees offered. Our guests also enjoyed the late night dessert hour and international coffee table under the pavilion with intimate tables set up under the waterfall. It was the perfect end to a perfect night. We look forward to celebrating many anniversaries, family celebrations, holidays and even casual nights out at Cortlandt Colonial for years to come.

thank you so much for the personal attention given for all of our weddings. Aimee's in May 2011 was the final wedding done by you. This includes others back in Dec.2009 Amanda's and ours in 2001. Which in 2001 my daughters being in my wedding back then chose to have there receptions there to years later. Which no alternate place was a consideration for either daughters. the best part is one wedding goes on at a time and FULL attention is on the brides wants and needs. Me and My husband got married in June of 2011. We struggled with finding a venue due to our budget. A friend recommended Cortlandt Colonial. We fell in love with the place right away. Evan was amazing with making sure we were organized and had everything that we needed for our special day. He was always available when we needed him, and always called us back in a timely manner. On our day, the staff was amazing and everything went so smooth. My husband and I did not feel stressed or disorganized the whole day, we knew the staff had everything under control. When we were searching for a venue, we wanted to be the only wedding at the time. Evan and his staff at Cortlandt Colonial were awesome! Evan is great and works with you during every step of the way. He is great at keeping you stress free and at customizing your wedding. There was a certain appetizer i wanted during cocktail hour and Evan made it happen. We were having my friend sing our wedding song and once again there was no problem and everything was all set when we got there. The food here is so delicious and to die for. Consistent every time we visited the restaurant. Their wedding packages are affordable and the best value for your money in the entire westchester country area. I can wait to have other milestone parties here!

Evan Liaskos, the owner of Cortlandt Colonial was excellent. He went above and beyond. He far exceeded my expectations. He talked to us like we were individuals and not like we were a business deal. he repeatedly asked us what we wanted and how we wanted it done. He gave excellent recommendations for a dj and photography. Evan was very flexible with his time. Even if he was busy with another client he would seat us in the dining room and be sure we had something to drink while we waited. His staff was also very professional and courteous. I also liked how he had us do a food tasting before we made our deposit.

This was the most amazing place to have your wedding! Evan worked so well with myself and any questions I had, he answered in such a prompt and professional manner. I felt I was the only thing he had on his mind. It was great to know that you are the only event that is happening that evening and all their attention are going to be on you! I still have people who came to our wedding a year ago and comment on how beautiful the ceremony was (which was held outside), how wonderful the food was (it is amazing!) and how well everything was put together and smoothy it was performed. SPECTACULAR!!!!. I highly recommend anyone to this establishment for any special occassion. Everyone of my guest was in awe and most important the food was AMAZING!!!!. Evan Liaskos (chef/owner) he was very helpful and honest. It is rare that you meet business people that are honest, because they are about making a dollar. Evan Liasko was not about making a dollar he gave me good insight and also directed me to what I was looking for. The staff at Cortlandt Colonial were beautiful people. They were kind and efficient. Me and my husband had stated that any future event would only be done at Cortlandt Colonial.

We knew as soon as we met with Evan that this was the place for us. The setting is beautiful, the food is wonderful and Evan is a pleasure to work with. We felt so comfortable with Evan and knew that we were in good hands.He made sure that all of our needs were met and did so with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

As far as the food, what can I say?? It's amazing and we received so many compliments. Every course was better than the next and our Viennese table for dessert was absolutely amazing. We had the most amazing reception at CC and everything turned out perfect!!

I can't say enough how abolutely wonderful this venue was. The staff was impecable, the food fantastic and the venue white glove clean. Evan the owner who is also the executive chef ensured everything was absolutely perfect from the start of our ceremony to the end of our reception.

my husband & I were married at the CC on May 22,2009. Evan and his staff did an amazing job, they went above and beyond all of our expectations. From our first meeting, Evan patiently answered questions and when we decided to go with CC, he helped us thru every step of the planning process.

We had our ceremony performed in the garden and it was perfect, the gazebo is a lovely place to get married.

The cocktail hour food was so good, there was too much of it, us & our guests were very pleased.

The seated dinner was amazing, usually wedding food is only ok, but our food was just like it was at the tasting, we are still talking about how great it was. Everyone was floored as the wait staff walked around during the dinner course offering guests seconds or the option to try another main course meal!!

Evan was there every step of the way on our special day and we couldnt have done it without him, he coordinated all the vendors, directed guests, and even kept coming into the bridal suite to check on us!

I would recommend the Cortlandt Colonial to every couple who want a great wedding, excellent food, and an unbelieveable bang for your buck!

My husband an I got married at Cortlandt Colonial a year and a half ago and people still tell us we had the best food compared to eveyone else's wedding (we had about 10 weddings in the last 2 years). The food was absolutely fabulous and the fact that second helpings were offered was unbelievable. Evan is great to work with, he spent a lot of time going over our questions and concerns and he is very accommodating. We are in the industry and he was able to cater to our every request, from the choice of beer down to the fruit plate presentation. When I was stressed at the beginning of the reception, Evan was the first one to give me a gin tonic and calm me down! The outside garden with waterfall is a great setting for cocktail hour and nice if people wanted to step outside and relax during the reception. I would definately recommend Cortlandt Colonial for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Evan and his crew at Cortlandt Colonial. The best part was that we didn't have to worry about anything. We had our ceremony outside at the gazebo and our guests enjoyed the beautiful cascading waterfall. Evan coordinated with the Officiant, DJ, florist and photographer so all we had to do was show up and celebrate our day with family and friends. The reasons why we chose Cortlandt Colonial was the delicious and plentiful food and also the cost effective price. If you want a fairy tale wedding day without any worries, Cortlandt Colonial is the place for you!

The Cortlandt Colonial is the best place to get married. They have a garden in the back of the restaurant where the ceremony takes place. Near the gazeebo is a waterfall that comes down from a big huge rock boulder. It is a very romantic setting. The wait staff were very pleasant. The food was just delicious. The cocktail hour was just overwhelming. They had 40 somewhat kinds of appetizers. Two thumbs up for Evan the maitre'd-owner. All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the services. Thanks again, Evan and all the staff at the Cortlandt Colonial.

Perfect wedding...highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this venue to people. I had a lot of scheduling difficulties as my husband was going in a police academy and we had to change our date a number of times. Evan was great with this and really worked with us. We didn't have a large budget but we wanted our night to be perfect, we did not spend a lot of money on each plate and everyone at our wedding still talks about how nice everything was and how beautiful the room looked.

Evan the head chef and his father who run the place. They did everything to accommodate me and help me out. I loved the place. It has a restaurant attached to it, which made it great to accommodate special food requests. They always returned my calls when I had questions. They went out of their way to assist me with things that I wanted (like ideas of how to get an ice cream cake from long island to their reception site since I had a specific person that I wanted to make the cake or letting us have beer pong outside and heating the area so our guests wouldn't be cold outside)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Cortlandt Colonial. Evan, our maitre'd/consultant/wedding extraordinaire was awesome to work with and was always ready to return phone calls with questions answered. The food was amazingggg -- we still get rave reviews from wedding guests about the cocktail hour and viennese table. The price for everything is unbeatable. The patio out back was the perfect spot for our wedding photos. We chose to have our reception here and have not regretted it in the least.

My husband and I got married at Cortlandt Colonial on in November 2015. When we chose this venue, we were very impressed that a complimentary tasting was offered PRIOR to booking, which no other venues offered. The prices were extremely reasonable, and we felt we were getting our money's worth. You aren't nickel and dimed like some places. Planning was simple and Evan gave us the ability to be as involved as we wanted, with the assurances that if you aren’t a big DIY person, everything will come out wonderful. He was there to help guide us when necessary, even providing his cell phone number.
We had a large number of out of town guests requiring accommodations, so it was also a pleasant surprise that Evan’s father also owns the nearby Holiday Inn Express in Peekskill, and the hotel offered complimentary use of an 18-person shuttle bus. Evan promised us when we were planning that if additional transportation was needed, he would provide it. I’m pretty sure we had 80+ people staying at the hotel and we asked him to provide an additional shuttle or bus to avoid the necessity of people having to wait for multiple round trips. Evan then told us that the shuttle would be sufficient. We didn’t want guests to have to arrive at the venue over an hour early, or have to wait for multiple round trips for over an hour to return to the hotel. Evan agreed to cover the cost of the morning shuttle, but we ended up having to foot the bill for the evening shuttle, which was an unexpected cost for us. That was our only complaint regarding the entire experience. Our wedding day was otherwise perfect. Evan’s father attended to our needs throughout the day of our wedding, and made sure we had time to ourselves to eat, something we greatly appreciated. The amount of food was amazing. Without a doubt, I would recommend you consider this venue. We believe that we got a beautiful Westchester wedding without the Westchester Prices.

We are incredibly thankful with Evan, who took care of everything from Day 1. Once the venue was booked, a weight was lifted off both of our shoulders. After meeting and speaking with Evan, we felt a sense of relief to know that we were being taken care of.

Throughout the process, Evan was always accessible for us. We were so happy with the service that we would make the drive just to have dinner at the place and meet with Evan almost every other month. How could we not, the food was always amazing and the place itself had a great atmosphere. It was very hard to not share this place with others. We brought friends and family for dinner a couple of times prior to having the Wedding.

Finally, our Wedding day came along. When we arrived to the reception after Mass, everything was ready and the final touches were being taken care of. Everything was beyond amazing. We were actually able to sit down and relax for a bit before the guests began arriving. We were greeted with drinks and appetizers. Our party had a great time indulging themselves with the endless appetizers being brought to the Bridal Suite. As guest began arriving, Evan, his Sister and their staff helped us through every step of the process. From greeting our guests, to helping us with the photo shoot, they were present at all times.

Everything that night went according to plan, and even better than we had ever expected. We were amazed at the amount of food being served to our 150 guests. Even after they were done with dinner, Evan's staff came around asking if anyone wanted to try another item in the Menu.

My Wife and I would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Evan, his Sister and staff for the magnificent service. They definitely outdid themselves. We are already considering booking this venue for future events. You cannot compare their attention to detail and amazing service to any other Venue. Look no further! This is the place to host your Wedding.

I couldn't ask for a better venue. Unlike most popular venues, here you are more than just a number we were ray and Judy. During preparation and planning and during the wedding we received undivided attention. They even gave us their cell phone number. Even during a panic my wife called the venue at 1am the day before the wedding and Evan, manager/head chef/wedding planner, was able to calm my wife down and assured that everything will turn out beautiful. He was a man of his word. Week later we are still receiving compliments. These compliments include but not limited to the amount of food that was served(no one left hungry, to go trays were even given out), the custom made cigar bar, huge pineapple tree edible arrangements, and the staff. They even hosted our rehearsal dinner, which I highly suggest. Evan or his staff will walk the entire wedding staff through the ceremony before serving us a plethora of food. You can not compare this service for its price any were. Believe us we looked.

Everything went perfectly! The food and service was amazing especially trying to fix my dress bussel! Everyone couldn't believe you get secondary if you want to for dinner! So thankful that this was my venue!

Evan and his team were fantastic! We had our wedding there in December and he and everyone else at CCM were so helpful. Fun Fact: The cake topper I ordered never arrived before the wedding. I had brought another one as a backup but hadn't told anyone. They just knew to use the other cake topper. They even took my bouquets and use them around the room as additional decoration. This place was also a great one stop shop because it included the cake and linens and you can even use their centerpieces if you want. Made less for this bride to worry about. We got so much value for our money and everyone had an amazing time and ate delicious food and drank so much! Our guests are still raving about the wedding. Thank you Evan and team!

Working with Evan was a wonderful experience! He was always available to review plans and take questions whenever I called. His team made my wedding AWESOME. The food was great and people still talk about the enormous amounts we served. I would definitely recommend Cortlandt Colonial to any couple on a budget not willing to sacrifice quality.

My husband and I recently got married here. The wedding package we got was very affordable, even with an open bar and an international coffee table with espresso, cappuccino and cookies. The wedding cake was included in the package and made by a local bakery, Home Style Desserts, who did a great job.

I was unsure of how things would go until the wedding day itself, since sometimes the catering hall manager, Evan, could be somewhat hard to reach. However, when it came to the day itself, we had his full attention and that of the staff. They bent over backwards to make the day as special and as close to perfect as possible.

The venue itself is lovely. There is an outdoor area for ceremonies, with a little waterfall and a gazebo. It is great for pictures. As it was November and pretty chilly out, we opted to have our ceremony under the heated awning. That seemed to work out very well. I don't think our guests were cold, though I am not sure they'd tell me about it if they were! I know that I wasn't cold, and I am very sensitive to cold. The chairs were set up perfectly, and the ceremony looked--and was--beautiful.

After the ceremony was a fabulous cocktail hour with plenty of food. Everything from seafood to veggies to meatballs, and those cute "food animals" that Alyssa mentioned. Food was delivered to me and my husband in the bridal suite so we could have some time alone before wandering into the cocktail hour to mingle with our guests.

Dinner was fantastic. They made cream of pumpkin soup at our request, and it was more delicious than we'd expected. I have dietary restrictions, so they made me a special chicken marsala. We were able to offer our guests several meal options that they did not have to sign up for ahead of time, which was a definite plus. We had a meat option, a chicken option and a fish option, as well as vegetarian options available upon request. No one has complained to me about the food yet. ;)

Evan was very helpful to us, offering good suggestions for a local salon and local florist when we spoke with him before the wedding, and tending to my needs and those of my guests during the wedding. His sister, Irene, was also very helpful. The staff was very nice and friendly and attentive.

The bakery messed up by not delivering a special cake they'd made for me and my groom with a wheat-alternative flour (we had "normal" wedding cake for our guests, but we were supposed to have a different one for ourselves that I could actually eat). To make up for it, Evan prepared a gigantic dessert tray for me with rice pudding, Jell-O, and fresh fruit. I barely had time to eat it, but I appreciated it so much!

These folks are a class act, at an amazing price for the Westchester area. I recommend them very highly.

Great experience, great working with Mr Evan from the beginning to the end, outdoor back is very nice and adds a lil sumthing different.. pleasure having my wedding here. Just save some extra money to add more to the hall, if needed.

Evan was such a pleasure to work with, he seem to make it all easier for a bride with his detailed personality, knowledge, and his willingness for suggestions and advice on vendors, process of wedding planning and so forth. The venue is simple but open to dress it up a bit so save a bit of money to dress up the reception hall if u want a certain look. The outdoor back is beauty and ready for a great outdoor wedding..Everyone is personable but work very fast but overall it was a great experience working with Evan.
