I wish I had enough words in my vocabulary to describe the feeling I was left with by the end of our wedding, but the truth is that we’re still riding that wave of emotion, and we’re still feeling all of the love from what was hands down the best day of our lives. There will never be enough words.
Mike and I got engaged Labor Day Weekend 2020, and we were venue shopping within the next two weeks because of the heavy competition to book a wedding two years out in the thick of COVID. As a couple who spends as much time in the great outdoors as we do in our Brooklyn neighborhood, we were seeking the perfect balance in a venue.
For a time, it didn’t seem possible to find the aesthetic we were hoping for while also being able to fit 200+ guests. A few weeks later my Mom found Red Maple Vineyard, and we were booked for a visit.
We all knew immediately that this was the venue for us.
The only venue that we physically saw was RMV, and we sent the team an email two hours later confirming that we wanted to spend this important day at RMV with their magnificent team.
Rustic, warm, and beautiful. We were lucky enough to utilize all of the grounds because of the gorgeous weather, but I knew that there was a glorious semi-outdoor space that we could rely on for the ceremony if need be.
Our guests all come from different backgrounds, different walks of life, and some actually flew in from different countries, but all of them felt right at home in this warm and welcoming space.
I could rave forever about what RMV has done for my family, but I’ll bring it back to what it meant working with this team as one of the people who got married there.
There was never a point that I regretted booking my wedding at RMV.
The communication was consistent throughout the two year planning period, and all questions were answered in a flash.
The entire staff was absolutely incredible to work with!
I wish I could name each and every person who contributed to making the day as special as it was. As I said earlier, we had a variety of guests who attended from all different walks of life, but everyone came up to us and continued to call us later on wondering how we found RMV. The feeling was unanimous; all guests named our party as the best wedding they’d ever seen.
The food was amazing all night long, and they catered to every dietary restriction you can imagine (including the wedding cake).

It was really amazing getting to sit down with Gary during our tasting.
He was incredibly helpful and transparent about how the timing should work throughout the day.
Special shout out to our day of coordinator Bailey who was our oxygen that day.
She made us feel like family the minute we met her, and she took amazing care of us all week leading up to the wedding.
She held everything together when one of our vendors showed up about one hour late which threw off the timing for the rest of the day.
There was a point where my hair piece was half out of my head during the reception and I needed help getting it out and un-tangled from my hair, and then I had to figure out how to re-do my hair.
I told Bailey and within five minutes, she was back with Jen.
Thank you Jen for fixing my bridal hair in a flash! You’re a lifesaver.
My husband also left something valuable at the venue and Bailey found that item for us while she was gearing up for the next wedding that day.
Finally, my bridal attendant was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire evening.
Thank you Red Maple Vineyard for making our dreams come true.

RMV was the most insanely perfect setting with the most warm, kind, comforting staff possible. From the time we booked the tour to the day of the wedding, the RMV staff was absolutely incredible. Amy was so responsive to all of our questions and requests through out the entire process, and seemed so genuinely happy to help. Every time we stepped in the venue, for food tasting, for the tour, to ask questions and for the day of, every single person made sure we knew they would take care of us. We were told multiple times to kick back and relax, they had us. And they stuck to their word. Everything operated seamlessly. The food was incredible, so many people told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The venue itself is visually spectacular. You feel like you are in a little slice of heaven. There is no need to go crazy with decor or flowers because the raw space is exquisite. We had around 270 people, with a large band, and everyone was partying with the perfect amount of space on the dance floor. Melissa and Liz coordinated the day of, and were such a calming presence when nerves were high. They are fantastic at their jobs. I wish I could live this day over and over again, and I would have it at RMV 10/10 times. If you have the opportunity to get married here, make the right decision and sign that contract! -

We really had the most amazing wedding. They have so many little details that set the venue apart- our guests complimented us on so many little touches that are just things RMV does for every wedding like string lights in the reception area.
The food is amazing, drinks are strong, staff is helpful/ friendly/ professional.

The moment you arrive at the Red Maple Vineyard you slow down. Maybe it’s the hills rolling toward the Hudson River, or the scent of grapes and earth, or that quiet hum the vineyard seems to carry. Whatever it is, the moment you step onto the property, you feel it — that mix of calm and anticipation that only special wedding venues hold.
Nicole Puckette Photography and I photographed a wedding there recently, and the day still lingers. Red Maple Vineyard sits tucked in the heart of the Hudson Valley, surrounded by vines, tall grass, and the kind of light that photographers dream about. The setting feels like a living painting — soft colors, open air, and laughter drifting through West Park.
Later, as guests began to arrive, music floated down from the hill and the entire space came alive. Red Maple has this rare gift — it manages to feel both grand and intimate at once.
Nicoles stye and mine reminds me how much photography depends on connection. She moves quietly, gently, finding the smallest, truest moments — a hand on a shoulder, a laugh that catches halfway through a breath. At Red Maple, our approach fit perfectly. Every corner of the place invites authenticity; there’s no need to manufacture beauty when it’s already there.
By sunset, the vineyard glowed. The vines caught the last of the day’s light, and the valley filled with music, love and laughter. Guests danced under the string lights, and for a while, the world felt perfectly still. The staff at Red Maple Vineyard created an experience that felt deeply personal. Every plate looked like it had been designed with care: farm-fresh ingredients, local wines that tasted of the season, and service that moved quietly, gracefully, without ever rushing the moment. The staff felt like part of the celebration — attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to be there.
When it was time to pack up my gear, I took one last look from the road below — the lights flickering like fireflies, the sky fading to blue, the river somewhere just beyond the trees. There are venues that host weddings, and there are venues that hold them. Red Maple Vineyard does the latter. It doesn’t just give you a place to celebrate; it gives the day a soul. I have more than 15 years' experience photographing weddings and I definitely recommend them, 100%! -

It's difficult to put into words how incredible our experience at Red Maple was. Just like any bride, I was so stressed about all the details leading up to our big day, but when I say every single member of the staff at RMV went above and beyond to make the day perfect, I mean EVERY SINGLE PERSON - from the owner Gary to our amazing coordinator Melissa to all of the bartenders and servers. The food was unreal, the drinks were delicious, the scenery was absolutely magical. But truly the most impressive part was how smooth everything went from the moment we got there in the morning. We are so glad we had our wedding at Red Maple. The grounds and the barn/pavilion are gorgeous, and of all the places we visited while looking for a venue, Red Maple had the best rain backup for the ceremony. The food is also fantastic, and we have some picky family members who all really loved it. Working with the team here was great. They have things down to a science which takes off a lot of the pressure of planning the logistics of the day, but they are also flexible if it’s important to you to do things differently from what they recommend. Everyone was also so nice and fun day-of, and they did such a great job that to us and our guests the day felt totally seamless. -

Red Maple Vineyard is the best decision my husband and I could have made for our wedding venue! Before visiting, the pictures looked promising in terms of the aesthetic we were looking for, and when we arrived at the property we immediately fell in love with it. Not only are the grounds stunning and the food delicious, but the staff clearly knows what they are doing and they made our day perfect in every way. We got lucky with beautiful weather so we were able to really use the entire venue to the full extent possible, and we have been getting nonstop compliments on how beautiful our day was. I also want to mention that their new cellar restaurant & bar across the street is also fabulous and we look forward to spending future anniversaries there. Red Maple Vineyard was an absolute DREAM. Simply put: the grounds/pavilion are stunning, the staff are incredible, and the food is the best food you’ll ever have at a wedding (food was very high on our priority list!) I could write an entire essay about what an incredible time we had both planning our wedding and during the big day. From the moment we toured with Gary, we knew we wanted to get married there. Their staff were so communicative, and helped us plan some untraditional things like our own chuppah and a Pittsburgh cookie table (thank you Amy!!) Planning was a breeze, they really try to make everything so easy for you. The actual day was so stress free. Michelle made sure everything ran on time, and people got where they needed to go. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever went to, and we have to agree - unbiased, of course We were (and still are) over the moon with how everything turned out – even better than we had hoped for. I really can’t properly convey how much we love RMV. Thank you all so much!! -

Red Maple Vineyard is a dream come true. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew this place was unlike anything else. The details provided upfront gave the most comprehensive understanding of everything this venue would include for the wedding day. We booked our wedding date 2 years in advance. We quickly found our photographer, Sam June who has shot numerous weddings at RMV as a preferred vendor. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Amy VanDetta was incredible at answering countless answers and emails. She was a joy to correspond with. Her kindness, thoroughness and professionalism was always noticed. In our final walk through with Gary, we were put at ease knowing we were in such good hands. Gary always made us feel special as the bride and groom. The entire RMV staff was so warm and inviting, our matrid’ Liz and bridal attendant Angela were both incredible, top star service all around. Our guests RAVED about the food, especially impressed by the cocktail hour passed hors d'oeuvres. Although our wedding day had torrential rain, we were blown away by how special Plan B worked for the ceremony. The entire venue has so many beautiful areas and we felt very lucky there was plenty of indoor space for all our guests to enjoy during all the rain. We look forward to enjoying RMV and RMV Cellars into the future during public events! It feels really special to be part of the RMV family as we began our next chapter as husband and wife. -

Red Maple Vineyard is not only an incredibly gorgeous backdrop for a wedding - it’s so much more thanks to the kind, creative team that thinks of all the big and small details, the most delicious food and drinks, and the expert coordination to bring it all together.
We got married there in mid-August and still can’t get over the magical ceremony space overlooking the Hudson, the natural beauty surrounding the cocktail hour and reception spaces and all the special touches.

The Magic of RMV!
We were lucky enough to host our family and friends for our wedding at RMV on 5.5.23! From the moment I saw Red Maple online I knew I wanted to get married there. My now husband, parents and I went to visit RMV and one other venue and there was no contest to RMV. If you are looking for upscale, rustic this is the venue. Amy, Gary and their team go above and beyond to ensure the day is exactly how you envision it. We are still receiving compliments on the food, venue, staff and overall experience months later. The entire planning process was flawless and relaxed with Amy and Bailey was an amazing day of coordinator. I woke up the day after our wedding wanting to redo it over and over and a huge part of that was due to how amazing the venue and staff was. You truly cannot go wrong with RMV! You and your partners wedding will be a dream come true here.

Red Maple Vineyard is the best & most beautiful place ever! I was following them on Instagram and when we were ready to book a venue, I contacted them. They only had one available date left for the 2023 season and I took it. As soon as I walked into the venue, my mom and I were blown away and we both immediately knew this is where I was getting married. My wedding was on Friday April 21, and it was the first wedding of 2023. We got very lucky with amazing weather, and everything was perfect. My guest raved about the venue, food, drinks, and staff. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious, and we had the pizza station during cocktail hour, and it was a hit! Some of our guests did not leave the pizza station. We also did wine tasting and that was so unique and amazing. They had just debuted their malbec and it was so good! RMV exceed my expectations and they made our wedding day so special for us and all our guest. It was truly the best day ever! -

Red Maple is the perfect wedding venue! The entire property is stunning, the staff is exceptional, and the food/drink is next-level (family + friends still talk about how delicious it was). They helped us realize the wedding of our dreams. Amy was so thoughtful and made the planning process so incredibly easy. Michelle was an absolute superhero on the day itself - professional, kind, relaxed, and caring. We felt like we were in such great hands from the beginning to the end.
Another great part of Red Maple is that they have the best indoor/outdoor options for the wedding ceremony itself. If weather is permitting, getting married on the hill overlooking the property is a literal dream come true. But if it rains, they have a stunning indoor option as well. You never have to scramble last minute.

Red Maple Vineyard exceeded our expectations in every way. We got married in October of 2022 and spent almost 2 years planning our wedding through COVID and they couldn't have made it any easier or more enjoyable. Amy and Michelle were incredible to work with leading up to and the day of our wedding. They provided great guidance and information to help us bring our vision to life.
On the actual day, everything went smoothly including our outdoor ceremony on the hill with the most beautiful backdrop (though their backup plan in case of inclement weather is also great!). The staff were very well organized and prepared for the day. They worked with all our vendors so well and all of our guests had commented on how much they loved the food, the venue, the service, etc. We knew that at the tasting a few months prior that the food would be good, but the day of we were blown away by the quality and flavors from cocktail hour all the way through the afterparty. We are still gushing over how amazing this place is from top to bottom, and cannot recommend them enough. -

When I first visited Red Maple Vineyard on a day opened to the public, I knew that is where I wanted to get married. It was a 2 year wait but it was worth the wait and the money! It rained on our wedding day and the ceremony had to be held indoors, however it was just as beautiful! Food and drinks are out of this world! Nothing but Deliciousness! We can not say enough of the entire staff. They were all amazing! especially Michelle, Amy and Maddy! Accomadating, attentive to every detail and super friendly! They made our wedding day the Best Day of Our Lives! Beyond our expectations!

My now husband and I had a four year engagement (by choice, believe it or not!) and we looked at a lot of venues. But when we stepped foot into RMV, we knew. Our Dream Wedding
Red Maple Vineyard made our wedding an absolute fairytale. From our first visit through the entire planning process, RMV went above and beyond our expectations. All of the staff are professionals through and through and genuinely awesome people. They made the process so easy that I did not need to hire a planner. The food is incredible, from the locally sourced grazing table to the entrees with vegetables grown on the property (HIGHLY recommend adding the grilled pizza station, still actively thinking about it). Words cannot express how incredible our experience was with Red Maple Vineyard and the team behind the venue. First off, the grounds are stunning – from the barn to the reception pavilion to the hilltop, all of it is beautiful and charming. There really is no other venue like it. Our guests raved the day of and are still talking about it. We believe the venue truly made our wedding day special and memorable. Second, the food is exceptional – delicious farm to table fare; the flexible way they handle food allergies allows them to pivot quickly so there’s no worry about receiving timely guest input. Finally, it’s the team that makes the venue extra special. From Amy to Michelle to Liz and Maddie, there really is no other team that can compare. They all made us feel like we were their only wedding even though they have several every weekend. Maddie was gracious and patient, hosting several tastings for us so we could choose wine for our favors and event. We hosted a wine tasting at our wedding and all the guests raved about how fun it was and how great Maddie was as a host. On the day of, Michelle and Liz were on top of it – monitoring the weather and making sure everything was running smoothly. They were super attentive to all of our needs. And last but not least, Amy, from every contact, was a pleasure to work with. She was super responsive, helpful and pleasant. She made great suggestions and even went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect – she even helped us create lovely gift tags for our favors. Red Maple has terrific vendors that they partner with – every single one of the vendors they suggested was a dream to work with. Red Maple also has the perfect plan B in case of rain – the indoor/covered space is nearly as beautiful as the hilltop. Truly, RMV thinks of everything and we cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I wanted to find farm-to-table options for our wedding in the mid-to-lower Hudson Valley area, and we feel so lucky to have been able to snag a date after the pandemic postponed so many ceremonies. From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew in our gut that this was the place. The ease with which they made the whole planning process was incredible, their staff can take care of so much, and between the backdrop of the Hudson, the charm and texture of the winery building & courtyard, and the versatility of the reception Pavilion, it was an absolute no brainer. Many of the vendors we spoke to who have worked here also raved about the venue to us, so we were especially excited to share this beautiful place with our vendors who haven't been here before. Aside from the fact that you can rest assured to have an easy time planning your wedding, RMV also work to source straight from their farm or locally, they are a zero food waste operation - all the scraps and leftovers get composted to the land or fed to their farm animals, and above all else, they donate their time, money, and support to other causes, such as helping the food insecure in the Hudson Valley area. My favorite part about it all is the fact that they open to the public on select days for music and dining, and we will absolutely look forward to returning to our venue in the future. Amy was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and Michelle (our day of coordinator), Miranda, and Liz, were all so attentive to us and our families the whole day. Even though West Park is a bit of a further travel for some of our older guests coming from NYC, every single one of them felt like it was worth the amazing wedding RMV helped put together for us. Between the available options of amazing food, drinks, services, and space, RMV has quickly became one of our favorite places. If you plan a wedding here you will be taken care of by amazing and experienced hands. -

The perfect venue and the perfect staff
We got married on 10.22.2021 and we could not thank everyone at red maple vineyard enough. I have never met such welcoming and kind people like that in my life. From how we were treated as the bride/groom to our guests we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. As for the venue, it’s so beautiful that it literally leaves me speechless. Every nook and cranny of the venue is decorated to absolute perfection. We felt like this venue was perfect for us because it was a gorgeous venue while it still feels homey and cozy. Everything about this day was utmost perfection from the staff to the food/drinks! We have received so many compliments about the venue and services at red maple vineyard. We cannot wait to come back to visit in the near future and it will forever be our favorite place. -

Red Maple Vineyard is just a stunning venue. From the outdoor ceremony setup on a hill overlooking the working farm and vineyards and sweeping views of the Hudson River and Dutchess County to the vintage cow barn and incredible reception pavilion, we knew it was our spot as soon as we laid eyes on it. With all that being said, there are a ton of beautiful venues around the tri-state area, what makes this place so incredible are the owners and staff. They are so warm and accommodating and really make you feel special. We had so many compliments from our guests about how someone from the venue went above and beyond for them over the course of the night. Oh yeah, and the delicious farm-to-table food prepared by their CIA trained chefs was a real crowd pleaser as well. We had to wait 2 years to secure our date at Red Maple Vineyard and it was absolutely worth it! -

It’s hard to put into words how lucky we feel to have been married at Red Maple Vineyard on 5/15/21. RMV was the first venue we saw and we knew right away it was the place for us! We immediately fell in love with the grounds, winery building, reception pavilion, & views and continued to fall even more in love throughout the entire planning process!
Amy was a pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding day, ensuring that no detail was missing! She is super responsive and professional and was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was forthcoming with information even when planning became difficult due to Covid and thanks to her stellar communication and organization everything was perfect on our wedding day! Any time we came to RMV for visits, tasting, etc. Gary, RMV’s owner, went out of his way to greet and chat with us and ask us about ourselves and our wedding day! It’s clear he has so much pride in RMV and loves to see couples happy! Michelle and Angela were absolute magicians the day of our wedding, and literally saved the day multiple times. Our parents raved about how they checked in on them all night, ensuring they had drinks, food, etc. at all times! I had quite a few incidents with my dress the night of the wedding, and Michelle came to my rescue SO many times throughout the evening, sewing and pinning my broken dress straps and even subtly sewing my bustle in 30 seconds time during my dad’s speech before we got up to dance - incredible. Aside from the obvious beauty of the venue, this level of detail and service from the day-of coordinators, along with the extremely dedicated and attentive staff and caterers, is what truly sets Red Maple apart!
Our wedding day could not have been more beautiful and perfect. The ambiance of RMV is pure magic and their team threw us the best party of our lives! Our guests could not stop talking about what an amazing wedding it was and we know it would not have been the same anywhere else.

Where do I even begin… The Stone family, Red Maple Vineyard and Cornerstone crew made our wedding dreams come to fruition, gifting ourselves, family and friends with the most love-filled memories that will last a lifetime. After Googling “wedding vineyard venues near NYC” and stumbling upon RMV’’s website, we were instantly intrigued. A few weeks later, we toured the property with Gary and Shae and were sold. The first and last venue we visited, when you know you know.
RMV made the entire planning experience enjoyable and stress free. Providing rich information about what to expect and answering all of our questions before we even thought of and asked them. Detail-oriented, organized and beyond pleasant to work with. Experts in their field, providing the best advice and options to choose from, while genuinely interested in your happiness. Working with RMV was a true partnership - more than a simple venue-client relationship, a family guiding a family. We so value RMV’s time, patience, leadership, kindness, expertise and love.

- The breathtaking grounds - From the cozy and character-filled winery building to the stunningly spacious new barn that conveniently allows you to peer outside at the hill of wild flowers and gardens encased by the old stone foundation. Trees wrapped with string lights and intimate seating strategically positioned in all of the right locations. The property is set up so perfectly to flow from one haven to the next. Not to mention the view of the Hudson Valley you get from the top of the hill/ceremony site - endless trees rolling into the horizon.
- The mouth watering bites and sips we enjoyed all day/night long. The food is outstanding and there are options for everyone’s preferences. I still vividly remember our feast at the tasting, and drool when looking back at the passed hors d'oeuvres from our photos. If I had to select my 5 favorites, I’d recommend the Texas lollipops, house beer (made w/ maple syrup from the property), banana cake (so unique - are friends/family still talk about it to this day), bbq chicken tacos and of course Shae’s rosé bar!
- Getting to thoroughly enjoy each beautiful moment of the day (literally from arrival to exit) because everything was thoughtfully prepared and taken care for us. Michelle - we cannot thank you enough for this!!

Everything was perfect from beginning to end for our wedding at Red Maple Vineyard in October 2019. From the moment we walked on the property for our initial meeting, we felt right at home or like we were walking into an old friend’s house. We met with Gary who gave us a tour of the building and grounds. They had a tent for the reception, but Gary informed us that they were going to build a barn in time for the next year’s weddings. I have to say, we were sold even with the tent, but the barn is breathtaking. Red Maple Vineyard had everything we wanted, a beautiful venue with ability to be outdoors, farm to table dining (mostly), top notch booze, and flexibility. The venue and the barn are just amazing. All our guests kept asking “how did you find this place, it’s so beautiful and unique.” The cocktail hour can be indoor/outdoor and even in late October the weather was just warm enough to be outside for most guests during cocktail hour and for the fire pit and s'mores during the after party. The food was exceptional, all the hors d'oeuvres were delicious and the main meal was great too. The duo option keeps it simple and delicious. From the start of our venue search, we were coming across a bunch of places who obviously had contracts with certain companies and would not serve local beer/liquor. Now, we’re not beer snobs, but we wanted the option to have local beer and/or something a little more appetizing than your typical beer selection. Even better, they have a local beer on tap from Great Life Brewing that was so good, we got a keg of it for our pre-party a few months before the wedding. But, they do have your basic beers too, if that’s your jam. We mainly worked with Michelle and Gary who were so helpful and wonderful to us from beginning to end. They allowed us to come in the day before the wedding (luckily we were married on a Friday) and decorate. We went with a Dia de Muertos theme and left treat bags for all the guests to take as they left. The staff set them out for us as the night drew to a close. We were able to set out pictures of us and our families throughout the venue and we had a projector set up with some photos of us through the years. They were also flexible with our large band and music set up too. You basically get the run of the place for the day. They have the reception timed just right to maximize your time on the dance floor which was very important to me. I prefer weddings that move along so you spend less time in your seat and more time on your feet! Also, we had a 2 hour after party. That may seem long, but the time just flew by. My sister-in-law played the piano for the first hour or so and we had a sing along in the old cow barn while other guests gathered around the fire pit outside with s'mores and special bourbon we brought in. Bottom line, if you want your wedding to be different and memorable for your guests, Red Maple is the place to book. If you do book Red Maple, please invite us, because we want to go back as guests!!! -

Look no more! Book this venue NOW! We got married here this past weekend and it was the most magical night of our lives. It is the most beautiful and unique venue we have ever seen. Despite being freezing Friday night, we decided to get married on the hilltop overlooking the venue and it was PERFECT! The backdrop behind us as the sun was setting and we were saying our I Dos was BEAUTIFUL. Cocktail hour is in this charming vintage barn filled with antiques. Reception is in this STUNNING barn attached to the cocktail hour barn. The reception room is wood with glass sliding doors as walls and string lights strung all around. The place is so so beautiful, I can't say it enough and neither could my guests! In addition to being so beautiful, the service is PHENOMENAL. Gary is so professional and understanding throughout the entire process!!! Michelle was superwoman- she helped me throughout the planning and was my go to woman the day of. They are a dream team and will certainly make sure your wedding day is the best day of your lives!!! -

We got married at Red Maple Vineyard on 9/14/2019. Picking RMV was the best decision we made for our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning & the staff is incredible. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us. To be honest, I'm glad it didn't because the indoor option for the ceremony was better than the outdoor option - the staff set up votive & hurricane candles all over the barn and it made for such a romantic vibe. The grounds of the property are perfect for any type of picture you could ever want & we took full advantage of every spot we could. My bridesmaids and I got ready at RMV & the staff was so accommodating, they set up breakfast & coffee as well as a perfect area for hair and makeup. You truly feel at home when you're there. We opted into the bonfire after party, sparkler send off & rose bar -- all were incredible and added amazing little touches to our day. Lastly, the food - guests of our wedding still can't stop talking about how amazing the food was even a month later. From the farm to table station at the cocktail hour to the miso cod to the chocolate & strawberry cake - everything was delicious. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the venue - it was truly the perfect venue for our perfect day. -

We want to relive our wedding day over and over again thanks to everyone at Red Maple Vineyard.
When it came time to pick a venue, we had a pretty specific vision of what we wanted. After researching left and right, I fell onto RMV's website and my jaw dropped. This was it. I reached out to Gary and we set up an appointment to do a walk through. It was the first appointment available of the season (beginning of March as they were closed during the winter time) so there was still snow on the ground, no leaves or greenery in sight, the tent was gone so there was just bare ground (they were going to start construction of the new pavilion to replace the tent) and the venue was STILL beautiful. To be completely honest, I was ready to put down a deposit before I even saw it in person LOL. As soon as I stepped into that barn and was warmly greeted by Gary and his adorable farm dogs, I knew I was getting married at RMV. With only 5 Saturdays left for the upcoming year, I snagged a date and RMV became our wedding venue!
It goes without saying that this venue is STUNNING. The views, the barn, the pavilion, the details of the light fixtures, tastefully decorated rooms and flow of the entire property is to die for.
What really turned this picturesque venue into a magical experience for us are the people of Red Maple Vineyard. Gary, Michelle, Shae, Amy and the whole RMV staff are the real MVP's here. Every single person involved was caring, attentive, organized, professional and turned our wedding day into a day that was beyond what we could have ever imagined. You can tell they love what they do. Gary would send us email updates regarding the state of the grounds, animals and gardens. Michelle answered every question (I had MANY) timely and detailed. Our tasting was HEAVENLY. She made it welcoming and put me at ease since I knew there were so many decisions I had to make. She wrote everything down so I didn't have to, recapped the entire session in person and then sent a follow up that day with everything we discussed. I'm very Type A and this was a DREAM for me.
When the big day came--I knew I was in good hands and the team really knocked it out of the park. I had a number of opportunities to step back and look at the details of how everything came together and I was in awe of what they had done. I have no other words to describe how I felt other than incredible. Throughout the entire night, our guests kept complimenting the venue, the service and the food. The food is outstanding, fresh and beautifully presented. We were all well fed that evening lol-- Marc and I included! I was told by many friends and family that "you wont have time to eat at your wedding" or "you wont have time for yourselves at your wedding" and let me tell you--Marc and I ate VERY well at our wedding and we had alone time!! All thanks to the RMV team.
I can go on and on but I need to cut this off somewhere so I will end by saying thank you to all that helped make our dream wedding come true. From the bottom of our hearts- we will never forget what you did for us and the incredible experience you gave our friends and family!! -

We honestly cannot say enough good things about our entire experience with Red Maple Vineyard and Cornerstone Caterers. From the very beginning and throughout the entire experience, they were open, friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, organized, communicative, and thorough beyond the call of duty.
The property is stunning, the history is fascinating, the buildings are full of character and life.
We dealt most directly with Gary, Michelle, and Shay who were all truly wonderful. We were made to feel completely welcome at the first moment of our first visit. We were spoiled rotten with a truly remarkable food tasting (everything was sooooo good)! We were kept informed of various additions and implementations made to the venue over the course of the winter. They clearly have a great deal of experience at what they are doing and shared their knowledge and ideas with us without making us feel pressured to do anything we did not want to do.
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the beauty of the venue, how incredible the food was, and how impeccable the service was. The staff was constantly present, positive, and unbelievably helpful. Several of our guests said that ours was either THE BEST or among THE BEST weddings they had ever attended – and we attribute this largely to Red Maple and Cornerstone.
We would run out of adjectives of praise if we continued to attempt to describe our experience with Red Maple Vineyard and Cornerstone Caterers. They are worth every penny and then some!

There isn’t enough praise to bestow upon the amazing team at Red Maple Vineyard. It was the first venue we looked at and with one date left during our desired time of year, we booked it immediately. Gary, the owner, is a joy to work with. He was willing to make some small changes to the contract that we requested and was just consistently available, in control, and willing to help in any way he could. Throughout the year and half between booking RMV and our actual wedding date, Gary would send helpful emails with bus companies, bands and DJs, hotel recommendations, nearby places for rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches, etc. He’d also share RMV updates and photos, getting us all the more excited for our big day.
Michelle Marmo was our day-of coordinator at RMV. She was there to help with the rehearsal too (in the midst of setting up for another wedding, no less) and she also she oversaw our tasting. She was so laid back from the get-go that we wondered if she truly had everything under control. But boy, did she ever. The day of the wedding, Michelle was so on top of it. She was there, but also not suffocating—giving us space, while always making sure our champagne glasses were full. When we were too busy dancing and schmoozing to eat the delicious food, she boxed it up for us to take home. They just don’t come any nicer than Michelle. She was the exact kind of person you want running the show at your wedding: in control, but not controlling.
On top of that, Shaylene, Gary’s daughter, let us come by with our parents one day on a whim after we’d booked the venue and was kind enough to chat with us and give us some wine to taste. Truly, everyone at RMV treated us so kindly. Shay also did a beautiful job with our favors: jam and syrup from the farm.
It was so lovely to get married somewhere that was owned by a family; RMV oozes the kind of warmth and love you can only hope your wedding day is filled with. Beyond the people who run it, the venue itself is just beautiful. The outdoor spaces provide so many different backdrops for photos, and the way they use the stone wall and pergola to surround the tent makes it feel so much more special than your average wedding tent. Being at RMV, you feel like you’re somewhere even more far off than the Hudson Valley. Indoors, the main building offers so many comfortable seating options with different aesthetics, but each and every one incredibly beautiful and inviting. It’s homey and elegant all at the same time, which is exactly the vibe we were going for.
For our wedding, we wanted to bring in some things from outside Corner Stone (like cake and wine), and they were very amenable. We also did a lot of upcharges on the cocktail hour and meal, and they were generously willing to waive a few charges for us too. It’s clear they want to make their couples happy and will do whatever they can within reason to accommodate your requests.
One of the most special things they do for couples is during the cocktail hour, when they set aside all of the hor d'oeuvres for you on a balcony, so you can not only actually eat, but also share some quiet time and take in the beautiful scenery. It was one of our favorite wedding moments.
Everything on the day of our wedding went off without a hitch and we were just over the moon. We cannot thank the RMV and Corner Stone teams enough for everything they did to make our dream wedding a reality.

I can not say enough great things about Red Maple Vineyard and everyone that works there. They pulled off my absolute perfect wedding and did it all with smiles. There is no more beautiful setting to have a wedding ceremony than on top of their hill overlooking the Hudson river and their gorgeous barn. Then you walk down the hill to party the night away and you see the beautifully decorated tent and grand lawn and it all takes your breath away.
On top of all the beautiful vistas the RMV team are all amazing. From Gary the owner taking his time to walk me and my bridesmaids around talking about the venue and its hidden secrets, to Michelle working behind the scenes to keep everyone organized and on time, to Trevor being there all day to help the entire wedding party with whatever they needed, including a few laughs.
Everyone had a million and one compliments about the venue and the food, including a friend who says she wants her and her husband to get remarried just so they can have it at RMV.

From the venue itself to the food, the planning logistics, the flow of the day, or the people working there, everything was perfect and well organized, and all our guests had the best time. My husband and I are still on cloud nine and it will take a few days to get back to reality. We feel like we've lived a dream. The only regret we have is, it went so fast, we wish we could do it again!
I was a very stressed bride and Gary and Michelle achieved the impossible: providing a perfect day with me having to worry about nothing. I couldn't recommend Red Maple enough <3 -

I can't say more good things about the RMV team. From venue, service, food and experience, these guys are top notch! From the first day we met to up until the wedding day, Gary and team took care of every step with ultimate professionalism and style. The operations were sharp, the attention to detail was unlike I've seen plus the service day of was incredible. Our guests still comment on the number of staff the day looking after everything.
Plus - we had plan B (under the arbor) for the ceremony because of the weather and it was stunning people thought it was Plan A. Again, can't say enough good things and if you are interested please check out this venue! -
