Coreene did such a great job making my vision come to life. I had some dried flowers that Coreene put in my hair and had some goldish/copper eye shadow that really helped my eyes pop. I couldn’t be happier with the hair and makeup services from Coreene for my wedding! From the moment we started, she had such an upbeat and pleasant demeanor that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to really get to know me and understand the look I was hoping for, and she listened carefully to all of my ideas.
Her work was absolutely flawless. She worked efficiently without ever making the process feel rushed, and her attention to detail was incredible. My hair turned out even better than I had imagined and held perfectly all day long through all the excitement of the wedding.

I was a pandemic bride and had to reschedule my day 3 times. Colleene was extremely flexible, understanding and patient with me. We did 2 separate bridal trials (due to the dates shifting and therefore my tastes shifting) and she executed my vision both times perfectly. She also really helped with building out the perfect beauty timeline for my party. Everyone, including my mom who is picky, was very happy with how they looked. And we were able to remain on schedule for the packed day we had ahead.

Coreene was fabulous to work with!! Everything turned out exactly how I envisioned, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The airbrush makeup stayed flawless for 12 hours throughout the ceremony/reception/after party and my hair still looked great the day after without any extra styling. Having the trial beforehand helped us plan and execute my look for the day - mostly on my part so I had a better expectation for my experience the morning of the wedding.
She’s communicative, punctual, and has a calming presence all of which is definitely a plus for anything wedding related.
If I lived closer to Portland/Vancouver, I would totally switch my regular hair care to her! I highly recommend booking her for any of your makeup and hair care needs!

I had a great experience hiring Coreene as my hairstylist. She was willing to travel and was able to bring an assistant along, which meant that the morning didn't feel rushed and we had plenty of time to get everyone taken care of. I was a little nervous because we had to reschedule my trial to just a few days before the wedding, but it all turned out great! I got tons of compliments on my hair, and I loved the way she incorporated the floral pins I provided in everyone's hair in a unique way. Overall a great experience and I'm so glad I went with her!

Coreene and her team made the hair and make up for myself, my maid of honor, and the moms so easy! I'm not a make up person at all, and was worried about not looking like myself for my wedding day if I got professional make up services. Wonderful Experience!
I had Coreene Collins do my hair and makeup for my wedding this past August 2021. I first contacted her through her website, and she responded promptly within the week with a phone call consultation. From there I felt she was the right stylist for me by how flexible and forthcoming she seemed on the phone. We met in person for a bridal trial and it was a great experience. She listened to my feedback and was receptive to my vision for what I wanted for my wedding. I felt cared for and safe in terms of the pandemic the entire time I was with her. She was extremely accommodating by doing my appointment at the salon, allowing me to potentially get dressed for the wedding at the salon, and keeping our initial appointment time because even though we did get done a bit early at the bridal trial I was concerned about keeping the day of planned well. Coreene did a magnificent job and my mother was over the moon as well. I couldn't have asked for a better stylist to help me through this and I would definitely recommend her to any future brides.

Coreene made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. She was very professional from our first phone consultation. She made sure she knew what I needed for my big day and what type of look I was going for. I booked a bridal trial to make sure we were on the same page and if we needed to make any changes. The trial felt like it went by so fast because she kept the conversation going and was super easy to talk to. I wish the bridal trial was included in the bridal hair and makeup package/price but I totally understand why it is separate. On my wedding day, she got to the venue early to set up and was super organized! I normally don’t wear a lot of makeup or do much to my hair so it was a different experience but such a magical one. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do my hair and makeup. I got so many compliments on the day of and my bridesmaid kept saying how amazing Coreene was. Coreene made me feel like the best version of myself on our wedding date this past Thursday (9/3/2020). She worked with me when I had to buy a new wedding dress and change the WHOLE look I planned for my original dress. She came up with suggestions, chatted with me like a friend while she designed my hair, and it all came out EXACTLY how I wanted, like a work of art. Then the makeup -- wow!! DID NOT SMUDGE at ALL. I was honest with her and told her that I was a lip biter, so she brought out the strong stuff for me. No running mascara, no lipstick stains on my teeth, and it was 90 degree weather that day. No. Running. Make Up. AT ALL. My hair stayed bouncy, and I had TWO styles prepared for my day to go with my two dresses. I cannot emphasize how amazing Coreene is. Loved Coreene!
My wedding planner recommended Coreene for my wedding this summer and I am so glad they did! We ended up having to postpone our large wedding and elope instead and Coreene did my hair and makeup for my elopement (and will be doing hair and makeup for the big event next year). She was awesome! I don't wear a ton of makeup and she made me look beautiful without looking over the top. I showed her a few photos of hairstyles I liked and she recreated something that worked perfectly. She is communicative and was flexible with our changing plans as we worked out what to do with COVID. Coreene was a DREAM to work with. For some context, I had myself, 6 bridesmaid, my mom and MIL all getting hair and/or makeup getting done for the wedding. Not only am not someone who spends a lot of time on hair and makeup in my day to day routine, I am little type A and needed confidence we could all get done in time to leave for the venue. Frankly, picking a hair and makeup artists was stressful. I asked one of my bridesmaids to help and she found Coreene. She put all my nerves at ease. As soon as we signed our contract, she provided schedule for who would be getting which service and at what time. She also brought with her two other stylists so the whole thing was achievable. Best "Pinch Hitter" / "Clutch" Vendor ever!
Coreene was my saving grace!! I had a HORRIBLE test run with another vendor in the Portland area. After much debating, I finally decided to go with another makeup artist 2 weeks before my wedding.
I reached out to Coreene and she was prompt with with e-mail communication. Within 4 emails we had addressed what I expected from a makeup artist, what her standards were, what image I was looking for, the head count of my bridal party, discussed and reviewed pricing, and set an appointment for a trial run.
She was fabulous her approach is direct and very kind. During my trial she adjusted my hair 3 times in my trial as I was finnicky about my hair and I didn't want her to change a thing about my makeup once it was completed.
On the wedding day she and her partner in crime showed up to my room and turned it into a salon, complete with table, chairs, and lighting. She and her team were a great addition to the shenanigans for me and my bridal party the day of the wedding. Hands down, she was my saving grace the day of the wedding!!

Coreene's work is beautiful, truly perfect and exactly what I envisioned for our wedding day. She listened to what I wanted, natural and simple. I had a fantastic experience working with Coreene. She gave me a wonderful vintage 1940's look with a femenine liner, natural looking lashes and a bold lip. She worked quickly and expertly, and I would go back to her in a heartbeat if I ever needed more makeup work done.

If it wasn’t for Coreene I don’t think I would’ve felt as beautiful on my wedding day! She’s unbelievably friendly and was an amazing resource for me. When I told her my goal for my wedding was to “feel like a princess” she asked me “which one?” And literally helped me turn into Princess Belle for my big day! She works quickly and efficiently. She even worked in an extra bridal trial for me when I told her I got hair extensions at the last minute. She never made me feel like a burden, and was so helpful. She brought peace to moments of panic on the big day too! She’s more than a hair and makeup artist.. she’s a friend. Not hiring Coreene will be a big mistake and I’m SO glad I did!

She did an amazing job with my engagement photo shoot look, and wedding makeup. She listens to your concerns and is very flexible and willing to accommodate you.
I would book her. What are you waiting for??

Coreene was awesome and absolute joy to work with. I wanted a natural look and she made it came true. My wedding day happened to be one of the hottest day (over 100F) and I had a outdoor wedding. I was worried that by the end of the day, with the sweat and all, I would look awful. But my makeup and hairstyle somehow magically stayed in place and no touched up required. Coreene and her assistant took care of everyone in a very organized and professional way (not to mentioned they stayed calm in a hectic day). Thank you!!

Coreene and her assistant Sarahi did hair and makeup for me and my bridal party. I met with Coreene a few months prior to do a hair and makeup trial, and I am really glad I did. It was nice to get to know Coreene before the wedding, and brainstorm on how I would look.
Prior to the wedding, Coreene emailed me a proposed schedule of getting everyone's hair and makeup done. This was so helpful in planning out the day, I am really glad she does this. Day of the wedding, Coreene and Sarahi showed up right on time and immediately proceeded to get started on people's hair and makeup. They ended up getting through everyone faster than scheduled, which worked really well for all the other things we had to get done.
Throughout the whole process, Coreene was really easy to talk to and overall made the hair/makeup process very stress-free. I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for a hair and makeup artist for any occasion.

Prior to coming to her for my wedding hair/makeup trial i had a horrible experience with another makeup artist who just threw makeup on my face. Coreene on the other hand took the time to find my right shade, asked my experience about wearing makeup and made the experience personable.
On the days leading up to my appointment she was EXTREMELY flexible, i had changed my location in which I was getting ready about 3 times!! From the first day we met Coreene we loved her. She worked with my daughter to find the right hairstyle and make up look for her. By the time her wedding day came along both of my daughters and myself felt very relaxed and confident that the whole wedding party would look beautiful and everyone did. There were some bumps completely out of all of our control and she solved them and handled them professionally. She and her assistant also made my bridesmaids look gorgeous and handled some probably overwhelming personalities in my wedding party very well. We got married a few hours outside of the city so I was worried about finding someone willing to travel and she made it out there on time and completely prepared. If you're thinking about booking Coreene, definitely do it before you miss your opportunity because she books up fast! I couldn't have asked for a better hair and makeup artist. I was a little worried that I'd be too done up because I don't wear makeup in my everyday life but I shouldn't have worried. My makeup was absolutely flawless and looked AMAZING in the photos I took myself and also my preview photos that my photographer sent me. I looked like the best version of me. She also did an incredible job with my hair. It was everything I could have hoped for and I intend to go back to her for cuts and colors.

It was important to us to work with as many woman owned businesses as possible for our wedding and find vendors who supported marriage equality. Coreene is super professional, serious about her craft and was excited to help us! She was extremely responsive, was a very clear communicator, and was really helpful trying to sculpt a look that she thought would look good on me. The only makeup I ever wear is eye makeup, and Coreene really helped me to understand the feel of the wedding we were shooting for and how my makeup would play a role in that during our trial. I ended up getting a second trial just to confirm the look. Once you pick your look at the trial you can't really stray from it, so you need to really be certain that the look you pick in your trial is what you want.
She was willing to drive to Mt. Hood with her assistant, and took care of both both of our wedding parties. They showed up on time and finished early! Coreene did the makeup for my wedding party and her assistant did both hair and makeup for my wife's wedding party. She also provided me with a bridal goodie bag filled with things I might need later.
My makeup stayed on all day and I felt really good knowing that Coreene and her assistant took care of everyone in a professional way. Thank you!!

We were slated to leave at 7 am and she was very flexible with arriving to my home, being there very early at 4:30 am. My mothers were running behind schedule but with her speedy skills, Coreene was still able to finish all three of us by 7 am. I had my bridal trial a couple of months before but changed my mind about my wanted look for the actual wedding day. I communicated this to Coreene and she was still able to give me the natural look I wanted that morning. Risky for sure without having to do another trial, but it all worked out. I also paid up front for the bridal makeup & hair and received the bridal trial free of charge.

They were able to come to my venue and do the hair and makeup for my mother and I as well as the makeup for my 5 bridesmaids in the time allowed for our setup. I am so happy with how everything turned out! The makeup and hair held up really well in the heat outside except for the lipstick. I was hoping that it would last longer but it flaked off pretty fast. I had to constantly retouch. Regardless though, everything looked beautiful! Coreene is very friendly, patient, professional, and is great at what she does. I had other services done with her prior to the wedding also at the salon like hair color and eyebrow waxing for example. Everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend her services!

I had emailed a few hair and makeup artist that I had reviewed and Coreene was an easy choice for me. Her pictures that were on her page and all of her reviews sold me. I was on the other side of the state and couldn't meet right away with her. She always emailed me right back and was very helpful. I honestly am so thankful that I chose her for my hair and makeup artist. She did such an amazing job on my makeup and hair. Choosing Coreene as my bridal stylist was one of the best decisions I made through out the wedding planning process. Coreene was so kind and patient with me since day one and I couldn't be more thankful for the outcome on the day of the wedding. My make up was flawless and my hair stayed intact through the night and I was complimented on both countless times that evening. I knew that wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Coreene. I felt so beautiful that I didn't want to take my makeup or hair down at the end of the night. As talented as she is as a make up artist and hair stylist, Coreene is also gifted with the perfect amount of patience and honesty. She would always lend an ear when it came to wedding drama and her advice helped me out multiple times. She even offered to take me from my hotel to the venue on my wedding day, after she saw me panicking outside the hotel because my ride was running late. I will always appreciate what she's done for me and I know that I will continue to use her services from here on out.

Great experience with Coreene!
She was flexible in setting up the trail makeup and hair session which meant a lot traveling from out of town with limited time and drove the whole way to Mt. Hood for the wedding day. Many of the other salons that I contacted for information and pricing when beginning my search were not available or even open being that my wedding was in between Christmas and New Year's so it was nice to find someone who had such great reviews that was available and flexible with their schedule.
It was really important to me to look like myself and look natural, Coreene did a great job and the style held it's shape for the whole night.
Would highly recommend!

Coreen and her team we amazing! They were extreemly professional and accommodating. The team showed up at 3:30AM to start work on myself and the bridesmaids for a 7:30AM completion deadline. Results were stunning. Coreen also came to the ballroom location for one last touch up before the reception. I highly recommend Coreen and her team.

I interviewed several girls before I met Coreene, and I was immediately impressed with her complete professionalism and organization. Coreene listened carefully and made sure to give me the look I was going for, and performed her work on the day with unbelievable diligence. It was VERY hot on my wedding day and Coreene went the extra mile to make sure my hair and makeup stayed perfect for the whole day. She was also a lovely, calm influence in the pre-ceremony chaos and I loved working with her. I have already suggested her to several of my friends, she was an amazing find!

I had previously booked with another makeup service in town and was very disappointed with the trial result. With less than a month from my wedding, I was starting to get stressed. My colleague recommended Coreene, who responded to my inquiry very quickly. Both my trial and my wedding day look were beautiful. She works with products that are meant for photography and events, very high quality. She even left me with a "touch up" bag full of goodies to help keep me looking great throughout the day! I love love love Coreene! She was great! I live in Alaska, but she made it so easy to communicate and she was very responsive. She was very clear on what you gonna get with the price and everything. She listened to what i want and the result was wonderful. She worked with me with my schedule and was very flexible with my last minute request :). I got my hair and makeup both done by Coreene, as did my bridesmaids. She made us all look gorgeous and was good at tweaking the little changes I wanted after my pre-trial (a good six months before). She also gave me blotting papers, hairspray, and a bit of extra lipstick so that I could touch myself up as needed throughout the evening. I don't normally wear much makeup, and when I do I like to look natural, and she struck a perfect balance of making me look like myself while still using enough so that I looked good in photos. I highly recommend her services.

Coreene was fabulous! I did a destination wedding with no time or availability for a pre-trial session. Coreene willing chatted with my make-up specialist at home and welcomed her feedback regarding colors, style and look. Additionally, Coreene came to me at a wonderful destination but not the easiest or most convenient to get to and encountered snow en route! What a trooper she was! She was flexible and "playing" through a few different hair styles until we got the perfect one nailed down, she's such a professional that she kept me at ease in what would typically be a very anxious time in getting ready to walk down that aisle! She was immensely responsive which is one of the reasons I opted to contract her for my services - anyone who appreciates the value of a quick and professional response gets my vote every time. Coreene was incredible at my recent wedding. She was very easy to work with during our consultation and preparations. The day of she arrived on time and was set up and ready for each of us. I am not usually a heavy hair and make-up person, but Coreene gave me a very natural look while also making it a very special. My sister and mom both got their hair and make-up done and where very happy. I would recommend Coreene to any bride or women who is preparing for a special occasion. They gave us advice about hairstyles that would be suitable for the type of wedding I was having and were so flexible when people asked for specific styles -- everyone's desires were met beyond expectation! Coreene was so generous with her time and advice before the wedding. She made sure that I, the bride, was doing everything I could to maintain healthy, beautiful hair and skin. Coreene and her assistant Taylor did the hair and makeup for my daughter (the bride), her four bridesmaids and also for me (mother of the bride). We had fun! Our hair and makeup got rave reviews from family and wedding guests. Most importantly - friends have continued to talk about how beautiful my daughter (the bride) was - praising both her makeup and her hair. Coreene did my make-up as well as the maid of honor, bridesmaids, the mother of the Bride and did a wonderful job. I wanted a full glam look with fake lashes, which she executed perfectly! My mom and sister hardly ever wear makeup and she did a great job of making them feel comfortable and look made up and natural at the same time. She is so calm, flexible and sweet. We did all our beauty at the hotel we got married at, she showed up on time and was ready to go, we even finished before schedule. I would reccomend corrine to anyone I know. She was very reliable and listened to what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that my makeup would wear off because it was such a hot day but she reassured me that it would stay on all day. My makeup stayed on and looked just as good at the end of the night.

Coreene and her assistant were amazing! I did a bridal trial hair and makeup which was a great idea because I ended up completely changing the look after the trial. Coreene was able to pull off the look i wanted and last minute changes. Indecisive bride lol. Makeup lasted the entire wedding. My hair came out amazing. As did the bridesmaids and some other family members. They were even able to squeeze an unexpected updo in.

Coreene went above and beyond!
Coreene and her assistant Kerrin did hair and make-up for my bridesmaids, mom, and myself for my wedding this past weekend and were absolutely wonderful. I had a bridal trial with Coreene a few months before my wedding, and Coreene took all the time in the world to listen to my plans and hopes for the wedding. After the trial, I emailed Coreene with few changes that I wanted to make for the actual day, and she executed them perfectly! She even brought a different kind of fake eyelashes when I couldn't handle the standard strip kind. Hair and makeup for my entire party looked beautiful. I couldn't recommend Coreene more.
