BOOK THIS DJ IMMEDIATELY! I can't say enough good things about Core Elite Entertainment/Devin/DJ Penny. He was super responsive over email and listened and followed through on everything we asked for. He perfectly mixed an abbreviated track for our first dance. Even though he was only booked for reception music, he arrived early and provided audio equipment for the ceremy. He expertly adjusted to the addition of a last minute speech. His announcements were super professional and clean.
Once the dance floor was open for the evening, it was super important to me that it was bumping all night, and DJ Penny DELIVERED. He did an incredible job of monitoring how the crowd was responding to the song and mixing into something else if they weren't feeling it, or letting it play longer if it got everyone moving. In addition to the quote in my recap, a true highlight of our wedding is when I took a brief break from the dance floor and found a groomsman chugging water and wiping his brow, saying "man, this DJ will not let us rest! Banger after banger!".
He is an absolutely incredible DJ, and an amazing value! Cannot recommend more highly!

Amazing DJ's!
Our DJ from Core Elite was amazing!!! They arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go. I did not have to worry about the music at all as they kept the music going and the dance floor full. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I added extra lights the day or two before our wedding and they accommodated no problem. I cannot recommend this DJ enough and am so happy we went with Core Elite Entertainment for our wedding!

A 10/10 Experience with Core Elite Entertainment
Devin and Core Elite Entertainment did an absolutely amazing job DJ-ing our wedding!!! Keeping the dance floor lively was one of our top priorities during the wedding planning process, and Core Elite Entertainment crushed it. I cannot tell you how many weddings my wife and I have been to where the DJ either plays the entire song or picks music that kills the energy. Devin - Perfect Wedding DJ
Devin is awesome and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, he was the ultimate professional. He was organized, calm, and completely in sync with our venue team, so we didn’t have to stress on our big day. His transitions, especially during the ceremony procession and the first dances, were absolutely perfect.
During the reception, the music was spot-on: a perfect blend of old and new songs with a great mix of all genres. Many people commented how they’ve never seen so many people dancing at a wedding. He had an amazing read on the room, knowing exactly when to switch things up to keep the energy going. The night flew by because we were all having such a blast. We’re really glad we found Devin and cannot recommend him enough for any wedding. Thanks for everything!

You’re about to make a GREAT choice with Core Elite Entertainment and Devin Lowery.
We thought: unless you’ve been to a DJ’s event, it’s going to be hard to know 100% if they will make or break your event. It’s really on faith that your DJ will show up and maximize your event’s flow and fun. But Devin’s best reviews were totally true- and I’m so grateful to be able to contribute another top review as well.
I want to do my part and assure you that Devin’s services were an absolute gift to us at our wedding. Nothing could have been improved in any small way.
Devin is an MC with a fine tuned sense of crowd control. We submitted some specific timings for ceremony songs and thankfully Devin knew to extend or shorten them when needed- like a psychic he just knew how to fill the unexpected delays. I (the groom) took waaay too long to greet my bride’s parents below the altar. Devin kept the music rolling and perfectly faded out when I finally get my bride up to our officiant, keeping the momentum alive. I can’t imagine how awkward or rushed it would have felt if the music stopped for 20 seconds before “dearly beloved…”
His equipment was tuned, connected, and clear throughout the whole night of ceremony and celebration. His musical intuition guaranteed we got every possible ounce of appropriate energy from each song. When the crowd started slowing down he’d fade immediately into the next, better song for the group dynamic. Some songs played longer, some shorter, and we never wanted to leave the dance floor. And we didn’t.
I can’t thank Devin enough- he is completely responsible for turning our dream wedding into the best party of our lives!

Devin did an amazing job at my wedding! Literally the best at what he does. Everyone had the greatest time dancing and he chose the best songs to keep us on the dance floor. Devin was without question our most timely and responsive vendor throughout the wedding process. He is kind, easy to communicate with, and works to make sure he provides you with the most perfect day! The online form he asks couples to fill out for their wedding day playlist made it so much easier to figure out what all songs and transition music we needed. Devin is exactly the kind of DJ you want at your wedding or event. He is super likable, has a great personality, infectious smile, & is highly skilled at MCing & music selection/management. Simultaneously, he does not at all steal the show from the bride, groom, or whomever is in the spotlight. He will make you and your event shine brighter!
In addition, he always responded right away (often just a few minutes after) we emailed him during the days & months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, he arrived early, set up seamed seamless, he played all the songs at all the right times for the ceremony and special reception moments. He is intuitive, so he’s good at watching the crowd and will fade songs out if people aren’t into it. He will honor all your requests. I highly recommend Core Elite!

I could go on and on about how great Core Elite entertainment was for our wedding. We booked Core Elite two months prior and I must’ve messaged Devin 8-10 times changing my mind about which package I wanted. Each time, Devin responded promptly and answered every question I had and even offered his insight about Sunday weddings, reception length, etc. In the end, I decided to book him for the entire wedding (not just the reception) in addition to wireless uplighting. BEST DECISION EVER!!
Prior to the wedding, he checked in with me about the song list and verified that the song I chose to walk down the aisle to was the correct version, which was very important to me. I had three songs for the processional and we went over the timing of the song changes.
On the wedding day, Devin showed up on time in a suit, set up everything quickly and started playing music right away. During the ceremony, the correct songs were played and the transitions were perfect; the reception flowed exactly as planned and the uplighting looked amazing.
He had two sets up: one for the ceremony/reception and one for the cocktail hour. This worked perfectly for our venue as the cocktail hour was downstairs and everything else took place upstairs. He’s also very friendly and worked well with our wedding coordinator.
Our reception was amazing as we danced all night and had so much fun! Core Elite brought an excellent emcee by the name of Ebonee and she kept the dance floor open ALL NIGHT LONG!!
Like I said, I can go on and on about this company but all in all, it was best decision ever. You will not regret booking with him.

Devin and his team were AMAZING! They made our wedding a huge party, which is exactly what we wanted!
He listened to every single one of our preferences and absolutely killed it as our DJ. Nobody wanted to leave the dance floor all night! He was an absolute pleasure to work with - extremely professional, responsible, and FUN. We got tons of compliments on the music and couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He also handled the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour, which was exactly perfect, just the way we wanted it.

Wonderful DJ Experience!
The Core Elite Team is awesome. So thorough beforehand to make sure they have everything that you want or don’t want for your music experience! Even though our reception was in the middle of the day, they kept the party going and everyone has a great time. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Awesome DJ!
We had Core Elite Entertainment as our DJ for our March wedding at the Tate House and we are so glad we went with them!! Devin was always super quick to respond and was so helpful with any questions we had. The wedding questionnaire he sent out was very helpful too as it helped us narrow down which songs we needed to pick for the entire event. He played everything we asked for during the ceremony and reception and did an awesome job gauging the crowd and keeping them dancing during the reception with a great mix between slow and fast songs. We also loved that they only played clean songs. Additionally, during the reception, we could actually hear what he was saying unlike some other DJs we have heard at other weddings! Core Elite was so professional and we would definitely go with them if we ever needed DJ services in the future. I cannot recommend them enough as they helped make our wedding so special! Thank you Core Elite!

DJ Devin's performance was everything we needed on our special day. Booked this dj just 3 weeks out of our wedding date and he got onboard and delivered an experience we'll never forget. Awesome DJ!
Devin (the owner/dj Core Elite Entertainment) did an awesome job DJing our wedding (ceremony and reception)! His pricing is reasonable and he is very professional and prompt with emailing/communication (especially with last minute thoughts you may have). He offered a very helpful form to submit all of our song requests and he helped our day run very smoothly. He also offers photo booth packages with a separate attendant which our guests loved. The photo booth itself was very nice and emailed/printed very high quality pictures. Would definitely recommend him!

Amazing energy and combo of cultures!
Core Elite did and AMAZING job with combining all the Venezuelan hits with all the fun classic wedding songs. Everyone was on the dance floor from the moment it was open until the send off. I keep hearing from guests days later about how much fun they had and how great the music was. 1000/10

Core Elite Entertainment was one of our best investments for our wedding! Thanks to them our guests had a wonderful experience and made lots of fun memories. We have nothing but good things to say about Devin and Core Elite Entertainment. We got married in October of 2021, had around 175 people attend our wedding, and Devin knew exactly how to handle the crowd and ceremony. Throughout the whole process, from selecting Core Elite as our DJ to our wedding day, Devin was nothing but the utmost professional. Not only was he extremely quick to respond to emails and phone calls (We are talking within MINUTES!) he listened to our every request and executed them all flawlessly. Bonus: As wedding planning got to the end, Devin was very patient with song choices for the ceremony-even down to the last week! One of our biggest wedding wants was a big dance party and boy did we get it!! Devin had great feel throughout the night and played great song after great song. We had absolutely no complaints and would recommend 10/10!! We even tried to already recommend him to one of our best friends and he was booked so definitely don’t wait!

Best dj ever
We hired DJ Penny in 2019 for our 2020 wedding which was postponed. Devin was extremely easy to work with and well organized in the time leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, our expectations were exceeded! Our guests can't stop raving about how we had the best DJ ever. I don't think the groom or I got off the dance floor once in three hours. Great at reading the room and playing music that matched the vibes. HIGHLY recommend!

I wish I could give Devin more stars! He was by far my most communicative vendor throughout this whole process. His system was so organized! He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident and there was no need for anyone to micromanage or even worry about him the day of. He did music for my ceremony (outdoor) and reception (indoor) and the transition between the two was flawless. Our preacher unexpectedly left after the ceremony so Devin stepped in and did our welcome and blessing! Not to mention our dance floor was packed and lively the entire night! Such a wonderful experience with them, they were so easy to work with, very responsive, kind, professional and made sure everything was what we wanted! They allow you to select all the songs you want for everything from the ceremony prelude to the grand exit. We gave them a few songs we wanted for various parts of our ceremony and reception and then just a basic feel for everything else and they nailed it. Such a nice variety with the right feel for the moment, and lots of guests enjoyed dancing, even some of my family that aren't big into dancing. And all the songs were family friendly for the kids that attended. My husband is a big metal fan, and the type of music he usually listens to was not appropriate for a wedding and he still really enjoyed the songs they selected. Highly recommend them, we don't regret hiring them in the slightest.

I highly recommend Devin and his team. From the beginning, Devin was super responsive and communicative, and responds to all of my emails within the hour. He is also very accommodating with any last minute changes. The track list I filled out along with other music he added were a big hit at my wedding! The mirror photo booth was the bomb, and I got countless compliments from guests about how cool it was! Devin is the best. We had originally asked him to do our reception only but had to change plans at the last minute. He was so kind, flexible, and calming when, only 2 weeks before our wedding, we had to ask him to do our ceremony as well. He spent a ton of time and energy working with us to find the songs we wanted in versions we liked and it was all perfect. He did a phenomenal job with both the ceremony and reception. My only regret was not getting to thank and commend him at the end of the night! We are so grateful to and for Devin and will reach out to him first if we ever need a DJ in the future!

I called Core Elite Entertainment for photo booth services for my wedding on June 19, 2021, after another company canceled last minute, after I've already paid for their services. Devin the owner and operator came to the rescue. He is extremely professional. The cost for the photo booth fits well into my budget.
Next, Devin arrived at the venue a hour before our wedding for set up. His mirror photo booth was a hit at the wedding. The mirror booth setup looks like a Hollywood Red Carpet. My guest enjoyed taking pictures. Several guests stated Devin and his assistant provided awesome customer service. Devin and his staff even stayed an extra hour to make sure all guest had an opportunity to take pictures at the photo booth.
I highly recommend Core Elite Entertainment services because of their cost, customer service, professionalism. You will not be disappointed if you select this company for your Entertainment.

When we got married the most important thing to us was having a celebration where everyone hit the dance floor. Core Elite Entertainment turned that into a reality. We used Core Elite Entertainment for our wedding ceremony, rececption, and lighting. All of it went flawlessly. He has a template for you to fill out that walks you through it every step of the way. My mom wanted to do a special mix of songs for the mother/son dance and he worked with me so that it was exactly to her liking. For the reception the dance floor was packed all night long! Seriously from the moment it opened up until the wedding was shut down the dance floor was rolling. We had so many guest tell us it was the most fun of wedding they have ever been to and DJ Penny is a big reason for that. You can take my word for it, but if you want video evidence? Devin was great! The longest he ever took to respond to my email was about 1-2 hours and it was because he was at a wedding! He created a mash-up mix for my father/daughter dance in less than 24 hours. He was very flexible when my backyard ceremony became an indoor ceremony due to weather. He also worked with my videographer to get audio for my video. My fiancé and I have very different taste in music but Devin was able to play it all. He kept us dancing all night, it was so much fun!!

The CoreElite team was awesome
He was incredibly detailed and flexible. He worked with my wife's requests to create a full playlist for our reception. This was the only vendor that I have ever worked with where commuting through email was never an issue. The average response time was faster than some automatic emails (no joke around 7 minutes). During the reception, he really had a feel for the room and could tell how long to keep a song on and when to move on to the next one. We had a full dance floor the whole reception and we had an amazing time.

I decided to go with Core Elite not just because of their price, but I had seen them at a previous wedding and they did such an amazing job!!!!! And they did PHENOMENAL at my own wedding. They didn’t play anything I didn’t like. They kept the party going so well. Devin and his team were a must-have for my wedding. I only told him our ages and a general idea of what we liked, and his set list ended up being perfect for everyone, even with the wide age range of guests. Devin was beyond professional - I had such an easy time communicating with him and he was extremely accommodating in figuring out certain songs we needed! Stop looking, you found your DJ
Devin and Core Elite were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had, in my estimation, pretty hard to handle requests. Our biggest fear was that people would just sit at their tables after dinner. Full disclosure, our families aren't lame but they aren't usually the party hard type either. Devin did a wonderful job of sticking to the theme and keeping the party live. Honestly it was much better than we had ever hoped...sorry to all the people who thought they were going to have a quiet dinner at Canoe! Seriously, these guys are a value at twice their price; which coincidentally is the rates of most the other DJs we met with. Send them an email and hope they are available for your date. Devin was really professional & great to work with! We had an initial call with him where he walked us through his process and answered any question we had. Besides the big ticket items (first dance, father/daughter, mother/son dances, speeches etc.) we gave Devin very little guidance, but he was able to pick out the perfect mix of dinner music and party music for our reception. He was a great MC as well, he could really grab your attention when needed, but wasn’t overbearing. We got a lot of positive feedback about him from our guests, too!

Party of a Lifetime!
Devin was amazing! We had a NYE wedding with a traditional ceremony/reception in the morning and a separate event to ring in the new year. Devin worked both events flawlessly. We only had to spend about 15 minutes taking about details and he nailed every single one! People were still dancing at 2 am (including me!). He was by far our favorite wedding vendor to work with because he was no stress, super professional and delivered above and beyond what we expected.

I cannot speak highly enough of Devin and Core Elite Entertainment. From the moment my husband and I met Devin, I trusted him with our wedding. He DJ'd both our ceremony and reception and I couldn't be happier.
The Core Elite team were incredibly professional, prompt at responding, and on time to both meeting us the first time and wedding day. Devin helped keep us on track for getting the music he required together. The packet to fill out was incredibly helpful and he gave suggestions whenever we needed. We honestly only provided around 7 songs for the reception (which was 2+ hours) to give him an idea of what vibe we were going for and he created a whole playlist. I truly loved every single song he played. At the end of our reception, I had to give him a hug out of how much I loved the night of dancing. I cannot thank Devin and the Core Elite team enough for being so wonderful!

Flawless reading of the room!
I had The Core Elite Entertainment play music for both my ceremony and my reception. The ceremony was wonderful and the music was perfectly timed and faded with each procession.
Devin was amazing at choosing what songs to play and when during the reception. We had a little bit of a unique music genre choice and he had all of our favorite songs playing while everybody was up and dancing. When everyone seemed to be getting tired he seamlessly transitioned back into more casual music for socializing.
I have to personally commend him for working with the short stick our wedding planner unintentionally gave him. We had planned for the cake cutting and bouquet toss to have certain songs playing, but our wedding planner panicked when several guests began leaving due to having work the next day or a long drive home. She rushed us through the cake cutting and didn't inform Devin at all! But as soon as he caught on he spliced our cake cutting song to the chorus and it was so seamless I doubt anyone noticed.
He was definitely a steal at the price he offered us! Definitely a pro in his field and so grateful we had him for our wedding!

Devin and his team were a huge asset to our big day. I booked DJ Core Elite quite early along in our wedding journey, as the music was of utmost importance to my groom and I. From the beginning Devin was so understanding, responsive and professional. Every time I sent him a query his response was prompt and detailed. The music at our wedding was on point and there truly wasn't a moment during the evening was the dance floor clear. I was shocked to see that some guests were even on their feet during cocktail hour! Each and every song that corresponded with the evening's events was correct and sounded great. Not to mention, he was on time, prepared with much of his own gear, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend DJ Core Elite to family and friends.

Devin was a pleasure and easy to work with before the wedding. He was very accommodating and provided helpful suggestions that I did not even think about to keep the reception portion entertaining. Devin was also not pushy or tried to over sell himself for me to book him like how the other DJs were, which I respected a lot. He let his music/video samples show his talent. He knew how and what songs to play during the wedding to get the guest up on to the dance floor.
He was very good at reading our body language during the first dance and parent dances. He made sure the dances didn't go on too long before it got awkward or guest getting bored. I got multiple compliments from my guest on how good the music was and that he was a funny , but professional, MC. One of my main worries was having static sounds or no one being able to hear us during the wedding ceremony. The sound was perfect during the ceremony. Not one static noise and everyone was able to hear us say our vows. He did not have any sound issues during ceremony and reception. I am extremely pleased that I hired Core Elite Entertainment Group for my wedding.

Devin did a fantastic job as our DJ! He kept the party going and we had multiple guests comment on how fun the music was. He was also extremely responsive and professional. Devin performed D.J services for my now husband and I on July 14th at the Vines Mansion in Loganville Ga. We can't thank Devin and his brother enough they helped make my wedding day wonderful. He helped make sure my music vision come to light. Every part of the wedding music just flowed so smoothly from one part to another. Myself and my guest danced and danced until it was time to leave. The music choices were awesome. He let me m.c. My own wedding. The spotlights he used in our reception area were beautiful with my color scheme for the wedding. I was blown away.
I think he had just as much fun him and his brother at our wedding. He was working but, very involved and having a good time.
We will definitely recommend his dj services to others and for future events.

We feel so lucky to have found Devin and Core Elite Entertainment! He is so friendly and has a great presence that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. His music selection and equipment is top notch and he provides services beyond what we imagined. His level of professionalism is incredible. We gave him minimal direction and he created a playlist that kept everyone entertained. He arrived early and really made our tiny crowd happy. We had a small group under 50 people and he gave us the same effort as if we were 250 people. He is very gracious and kind. If I could give the Core Elite a 10/5, I would have!! Devin did audio and music for our wedding ceremony and reception, was great with all our requests (some difficult-to-find songs, ceremony/reception in different locations) and looked SHARP! :) He always responded promptly to all my questions and requests. These guys were awesome. We had guests come up to us afterwards and ask who they were, so they could book them for their own events. They were very flexible, played all the songs we wanted, including some very obscure Chamorro songs we added at the last minute. They also had great taste in adding more (we didn't give them a long enough list to cover the whole event).

My husband and I were married on March 24th, 2018 and had been engaged only since June of 2017 (together since 2012). With our just under 9 month engagement, we knew we had to act quickly to find our venue, DJ, florist, etc. DJ Devin Lowery (Core Elite Entertainment) was the first and only DJ we met with!! He Wow'd us with such professionalism, knowledge and experience that we immediately knew he would be our wedding DJ!! My husband and I had the hardest time making up our minds on some of the songs that we wanted to hear at our wedding and Devin was so incredibly patient with us while we made our selections over the months prior to our wedding! With one song left to decide on, we sent him the song choice just 2 days before the wedding and he flawlessly added it to our playlist and timeline!! His execution was perfect and song selection based on our interests and guests was beyond perfect!! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding and DJ to make it all run smoothly!! In addition, he "hosted" the shoe game at our reception and the guests laughed so hard at the way the questions were proposed to us :) we are soooo incredibly thankful for you and your team Devin and highly recommend your company for anyone planning a wedding or event!!

The Core Elite Entertainment Group provided amazing service on my wedding day! Leading up to the wedding, I had a million questions, and they were always very quick to respond to my emails in a professional manner. The day of my wedding, everything was flawless. We had an outdoor ceremony, and I don't think I have ever been to an outdoor wedding where the audio was so loud and clear. They also provided a small clip-on mic for our officiant, which I felt really made a difference, that way every single guest could hear what was going on. As for the reception, they knew exactly what songs to play to keep the dance floor full. My guests had a great time. Everyone went on and on about how awesome the DJ was. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for everything you did to make my wedding flow so smoothly!

Working with Devin was a breeze! He had everything covered from the uplights, to the order of ceremony music list, and even song playlist to help you along if you get stuck! He came well equipped. We booked Devin for our wedding October 15, 2017. He had our family feeling the music from start to finish. We had him pick the songs for the bouquet and garter toss and he picked the perfect songs. If I had any questions I would email and I heard back same day! He was very flexible we needed to add an extra hour and he was able to make that happen for us. Devin was very professional and personable we definitely had a great time with him and would definitely choose The Core Elite Entertainment Group again!
