Copper & Crystal provided the perfect drink service for our wedding in SLO and left our guests raving about the experience all night long. They helped us craft our perfect signature cocktails and were super helpful every step of the planning process. From crafting our drink menu and building our shopping list, to the actual service during the wedding, everyone we worked with at Copper & Crystal was super kind and professional. Our guests, and most importantly the two of us, were able to get our drinks quickly all night long, and our signature cocktails were exactly what we wanted. A huge thanks to Copper & Crystal, their bar service team, and everyone at the company for helping make our wedding such a special night. We would highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a fun event with great drinks and better service. -

Copper & Crystal provided bar service for my wedding earlier this month and delivered absolutely perfection! CJ and her team were a blessing to work with and so helpful throughout the planning process. They provided a recommended shopping list for us ahead of time which was super helpful, so we could make sure to get all the alcohol/mixers/ice/glassware in appropriate quantities based on our guest count.
The C&C team also worked with us to create the signature cocktails we wanted, and they were excellent! The drinks and bar service on our wedding day were all so great. The whole event went super smoothly and I have nothing but amazing things to say about C&C. Thank you so much for making our wedding reception so amazing!! 100% recommend Copper & Crystal -

I was recommended C&C through our venue and other vendors and holy moly am I glad we went with them! They are incredibly professional and helped us every step of the way. No question went unanswered and they even were 100% down to do a speakeasy drink with a password, our guests loved back and forth with them. The bartenders we had were so fun and I almost wish I had another event in the area to hire them again! -

We had Copper & Crystal as our bartenders for our farewell brunch the morning after our wedding. The whole team was easy to work with and made sure our mimosa bar stayed full! Overall, a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding weekend! -

They were incredibly responsive during the planning process, even when we had last minute changes or took forever tom ake decisions, and then gave us a super helpful shopping list for what to purchase ahead of time. We can’t say enough great things about Copper and Crystal. Through a wedding postponement, drink choice changes, and guest count variations— Copper and Crystal helped with every change in a professional and friendly way! CJ was so responsive, helpful, and kind. She made the whole process go smoothly. CJ and Ryan bartended our wedding day and our guests loved them (as did we)! BEST bartender ever!
CJ at Copper & Crystal is legit the most fun & stiffest drink maker you will ever meet. When we were forced to downsize our large wedding due to Covid-19 & turn it into a small *socially distant* weekend event, CJ was there to make sure our events were properly liquored. She was so pleasant to work with on details leading up to the weekend & and gave us the most easy to follow shopping list to make the last minute change a breeze. She learned her way around our custom bar instantly & we were so glad she was there for both our rehearsal dinner & wedding reception because it felt like she was one of our guests & we can’t imagine our weekend without her. Copper & Crystal is THE ONLY bartender you need for your event, big or small, we did the small & can assure you it is well worth it!! -

I have had the ultimate pleasure of working with CJ from Copper & Crystal on numerous weddings and events hosted at the Flying Caballos Ranch. In addition to being the Venue Manager, I have also served as the Wedding Coordinator for majority of these events.
CJ has conducted site visits at the ranch with and without clients to confirm everything they would need for the bar area. Leading up to the wedding day, CJ is not only easy to communicate with, but is prompt in replies, asks questions, and is very detailed in the planning. As a Coordinator, I very much appreciate the attention to detail and desire to make this an unforgettable experience for all of the guests in addition to the couple getting married!
From the moment Copper & Crystal arrives on the wedding day until departure, the entire team is professional, courteous, responsive, and attentive. From set-up, to service, to tear-down... everything is always executed on time and done with a smile :)
I highly recommend Copper & Crystal for any wedding or event… you won’t be disappointed! -

Although we were only serving wine and providing beer at our wedding, CJ was very accommodating and helpful with our wedding day! CJ was always so quick to respond to any of my questions and even made it easy to make some last minute adjustments to our contract. CJ made a point to save some Modelo for my husband, which was very thoughtful of her and he was totally grateful for. I booked Copper and Crystal for my wedding, which they provided bar services that included pouring and mixing of beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. One signature drink was a recommended drink off of their menu which was modified per my request and the other was a basic Jack and Coke. While correspondence and emails leading up to the wedding was with the owner, the night of my wedding was two separate bartenders working. The correspondence with CJ was explained in detail and very straightforward, response times were quick and had zero issues there. She provided me with a shopping list for all the alcohol per my guest count and even though I modified it based on what I felt was right, it was a great starting point. Without that list, I would have been lost. The two bartenders the night of my wedding were absolutely wonderful. Being the bride, I didn’t spend much time interacting with them, however, the little interaction I did have with them was great. In addition, I have had several guests tell me how awesome my bar service was! I had the option to book a bar service with my caterer, and save a little bit of money; however, the vibe of copper and crystal was much more of what I was looking for. -

We booked Copper & Crystal through our catering vendor, Gusto on the Go, and can't be happier that we did! CJ was very organized and helpful during the wedding planning process. She even helped with reviewing our alcohol purchases and glassware rentals! Our guests really enjoyed the drinks they made on our wedding day and the tableside service during dinner. We totally recommend hiring them! -

We had Copper & Crystal service the bar at our wedding with 80 guests at Biddle Ranch and they were fantastic!
CJ is communicative, transparent, and super helpful through the whole process! Her alcohol purchase guide was right on the money, as we had minimal leftovers but didn't run out of anything either.
Her two bartenders at the wedding kept up with the crowds, and I don't think I ever saw a line. They were having a fun and working hard, we got nothing but positive feedback from all of our guests about the bartenders.
We would highly recommend Copper & Crystal! -

They were flexible enough to work with making a satellite location for the bar area during the cocktail hour and kept a positive upbeat energy the entire night. They also put in the effort to know the beers and gin we provided, despite them being home brew and coming from a family member’s distillery. Speaking of which, we met up with CJ prior to the wedding and gave her some of the gin prior to the wedding so she could experiment with the cocktail recipes. This effort she put into trying different mixtures paid off during the wedding where we went through almost the entire inventory of gin and much of the beer. I would have them work our next event in a heartbeat. -

It was really great to work with CJ. She was extremely responsive and open to hearing out my needs and vision for our bar service. I threw a few service curveballs at her but she handled it very well. Her expertise and guidance went a long way and I'm so appreciative. She was one, among the sea of vendors I had that made things very easy for me Day of execution was on point and my guests enjoyed all of their drinks. Thank you a million! -
Francesca Sent on 10/31/2017I highly recommend Copper & Crystal Bar Service for you wedding or special event! I contacted them via their website about 8 weeks before my wedding and I was glad they still had someone available on busy Labor Day Weekend. CJ handled all the email correspondence and replied back fast and throughly answered all of my little questions. We spoke on the phone for about 30mins to go over all the final details and her advice was EXTREMELY helpful since I didn't have a wedding coordinator and was trying to calculate how much booze, wine and beer to buy. She kindly offered other helpful DIY tips, such as advice about buying plasticware. Pricing was upfront and the different package options were clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated the simple online contract/payment system (Honeybook). Also, I got quotes from a few other local bar tending vendors and Copper & Crystal was by far the best package deal and easiest to communicate with - so it was a simple decision and I am really glad I went with them!
On the day of the wedding, Luke showed up on time ready to go! It was 90 degrees in Cambria so everyone was extra thirsty by the time happy hour rolled around and Luke handled our ~90 guests like a true professional and made it look easy, even though he was definitely hustling the entire time! Everyone loved the Moscow Mules we had for our signature cocktails! He even kept pouring at our outdoor bar as the unexpected rain began to fall later in the evening! Thank you to the awesome team at Copper & Crystal for helping making our wedding a really fun party :) -

Copper and Crystal was supposed to be at our venue at 10 a.m. They didn't show up until after 2 p.m.
They had detailed recipes for our signature drinks months before the wedding. We provided many of these ingredients in labeled boxes. They did not include any of the ingredients, leaving our watermelon signature cocktail with only vodka and aloe liquor. When we asked where the ingredients were, their response was I don't know. They didn't even bother to ask anyone where the rest of the ingredients were. Eventually, by the time cocktail hour was over, they included the entire recipe.
They didn't have any water.
Their staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. I would not recommend this vendor.
