I want to thank Mariam and her team for all their help during our wedding in Havana. It really showed her expertise and professionalism in planning and pulling our wedding day together. I am a Cuban leaving in Australia and kept in touch via email and messages constantly. If you're thinking on organising something yourself, I wouldn't recommend it. Mariam has all the contacts and experience in the field to make a dream come true. Thanks for going above and beyond for us!

Miriam was excellent. I was a little nervous about having my wedding in another country, but Miriam helped us make great selections for decor, photographers, our wedding cake, and venue. She was very responsive in working with us remotely and was a invaluable when we arrived for the wedding. I would absolutely recommend Miriam as a wedding planner. My entire family loved her! -

Amazing experience and beautiful wedding!
Our experience with Miriam from Coordinate Cuba was amazing. Miriam went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had a beautiful wedding. She found us taxi’s helped our guests find accommodations, found all of the vendors from flowers to makeup.
Our family highly recommends Coordinate Cuba for a wedding planner. Our daughter had the most beautiful dream wedding we could imagine. We are so grateful to Miriam for making it happen! -

I will never cease to marvel at the fantastic job Coordinate Cuba pulled off the day of my wedding in Havana. Months ahead of my wedding day, I communicated with Mariam, the head of the team. Being from Cuba myself but leaving abroad for almost 10 years, I was a bit skeptical about how my wedding planning was going to be. Mariam and her team made sure to cover every single detail I could think off and many I didn’t know about. Their professionalism and knowledge about how to figure out what the best options for my taste were, who to contact in Havana to find services and how to work with my budget, were some of the things that made me trust them almost immediately. My special day was truly special, and I can not thank them enough. My family in Cuba and my husband’s family that came from Canada had a blast. The venue, the decor, the flower arrangements, the photographer, the make up artist and the cake were all coordinated by Mariam. I am more than happy to recommend her to anyone who’s looking for the best on their big day. -

Hello! We absolutely love Miriam! We are from Dallas TX USA and we planned most of our wedding in Havana Cuba from the states. We got engaged In Havana and Miriam helped my now husband propose from start to finish! It was magical and amazing. We have known her for 2 years now and love her as a close friend. She was always responsive and has excellent relationships with the vendors. -

Dream Wedding in Havana
Mariam is fantastic. We were able to plan a beach vow renewal long distance and she delivered exactly what we wanted, including the nice weather. We had a small gathering of family and friends at the Club of Havana and the set up was beautiful, the altar, flowers, music and the drinks and food afterwards were all fantastic. We had a pre photo shoot and a post convertible ride around the Malécon. Mariam transported all our flowers to the house we are staying at and they really brighten up the place.
Mariam was like a friend you haven’t seen for a while, she’s warm, caring and fun. I’d recommend her to plan all your events!

I cannot say enough good things about Coordinate Cuba! Mariam runs an incredible company and there was literally not a single thing that could have been done better. She is quick to respond, very professional, and took care of every detail for us....... many things we never would have even thought of! She is also very personable and lovely to be around.
She made our elopement seamless and absolutely perfect. We had a very small wedding, but she still treated us like we were top priority! I had zero stress leading up to the wedding, and on the day of.
If you are thinking of getting married in Cuba, think no more! Absolutely do it, and make sure secure Coordinate Cuba to do your planning! You will be so happy that you did! It’s a gorgeous country with a rich culture and history, it’s incresibly safe, and the people are fantastic. When beginning the process of wedding planning, my husband and I considered a destination wedding. In June 2018, we decided to visit Havana, Cuba after hearing great things about it and we really enjoyed our visit, the beauty of the country and city, and the kindness of the people. We decided we couldn't plan a destination wedding without help, and we found Coordinate Cuba and Mariam through online reviews. We planned our wedding in 6 short months, and Mariam was absolutely fantastic. Words cannot describe her professionalism, the excellent and timely communications we received from her via email and chat through WhatsApp. She accommodated all of our ideas for the wedding as precisely as we envisioned them. We picked our wedding location and she conducted meetings with them and communicated the finalization of setting our date and recommended vendors such as cake bakers, photography, videography, live music, makeup artist, officiant, venue decorators, etc. She handled all of our wedding favors, by negotiating with distributors/business owners, and she sent us pictures of every detail along the way. It can be very stressful planning a wedding from afar, however, we had absolute belief in Mariam and Coordinate Cuba that our wedding would be perfect and our guests would not be disappointed. We arrived in Cuba 2 days before our wedding, and as soon as we arrived, Mariam came to greet us and take us to the wedding location to review final details. The next day she arranged a photoshoot for us with our photographer in Havana and a makeup rehearsal with the makeup artist. All of the recommendations she gave us for professionals such as photographer and makeup artist, etc were absolutely wonderful as well. On the day of the wedding, Mariam and her team were with us the entire day/evening and guaranteed that everything went according to schedule. If you are considering a destination wedding, please do not hesitate to consider Cuba as a destination, and please book Mariam/Coordinate Cuba ASAP. We recommend her without hesitation, 100 %! Our guests had the best time and they've told us it was the wedding of the century and the best time they've ever had at a wedding. The wedding was so surreal, like an absolute dream. We couldn't believe it was actually happening--it felt so magical, thanks to the hard work of Mariam and her team!! -

For months we planned my wedding from the U.S. and I entrusted everything in her hands. When I arrived with 41 of my family and friends for the day I’ve dreamt about since I was 5, she did everything in her power to make sure all of my dreams came true. Mariam helped us plan everything from the church, to the reception venue, the food, cake, video, decorations, everything! She also was fantastic at communicating with us to keep us up to date with details and how we were tracking against our budget. We were told that planning a wedding is one of the most stressful things that we would do but with Mariam everything was taken care of and easy. Anastasiya Sent on 03/04/2018When we decided to have our wedding ceremony in Cuba, we didn’t have even slightest idea how we want it, so Mariam was a blessing for us-she offered us options for wedding venue, venue decoration, car, music, wedding bouquet etc!it was super easy for us, as we only had to choose! Plus she was super flexible during organising-we asked for the boutonnières for the three male guests of the wedding ceremony, which was not discussed before and she gladly agreed! She helped to choose the music for our first dance and it was the famous tango from The Scent of a Woman! She arranged an iron on the wedding morning, right after our call on a super short notice! We hired photographer ourselves and she coordinated with him directly, provided the time of the ceremony, our address and pick-up time. She was just amazing! She was a great support for us and she made us feel really special! She arranged everything in such an amazing and organised way that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing!
Overall, Cuba is the best location for a romantic escape wedding, and Coordinate Cuba is the best people to organise it! -
