Wedding cakes

Conti Bakery did an amazing job for the cakes at our wedding! When we went there to speak with Senada we didn’t have a clear picture of what we wanted. Senada made some suggestions and together we came up with the perfect design for our cake. I then went back alone to speak with Senada about making a Groom’s cake. As a surprise for Kyle. He is a huge Batman fan (as you can see). I wanted a cake that he would love but was classy as well. She totally understood what I needed and did not disappoint! He was surprised and thrilled. The cake had such meticulous detail. They made two amazing cakes that tasted DELICIOUS!

I loved my wedding Cakes

The Perez Wedding

Our cake was included in our venue from Conti’s bakery. We were able to schedule an appointment to taste all cake flavors, fillings, and give ideas of shoes we’d prefer. I had to change the colors a couple of times and they were very accommodating. Choosing a flavor was difficult as everything was so delicious! The day of the wedding, when I saw my cake I was in awe. It was stunning and delicious!

Delicious & Affordable

Delicious and affordable cake! I had a blue velvet and cream cheese cake to go with my winter wonderland theme. I also had an additional yellow cake with an Oreo mousse. My guests raved about great the cake tasted. Many asked where I purchased the cake because they would like to purchase one for themselves.

I used Conti's Pastry Shop for my husbands surprise groom's cake this June and they were absolutely fantastic! They were able to recreate a themed cake from a picture that I emailed them perfectly! The cake was such a hit at the wedding as well as absolutely delicious! This surprise cake really made our special day extra special!

I've used this bakery for a birthday cake. I loved it so much that they did my wedding cake! Everyone is still talking about how delicious it was. Any other cake I get from now on will be from Conti's! Thanks so much

Had my bridal shower cake done at Conti's it was absolutely gorgeous and it tasted like heaven. Had cake tasting for the bridal shower and wedding. Senada is very professional and her customer service in the best. I'm sure my wedding cake is going to be as great as the bridal shower one.

Conti's did a fabulous job with our wedding cake! We showed them a picture of what we wanted and came out exactly like the photo. Plus the cake tasted sooo good! We received so many compliments. The best part is that they are very affordable.

We got married on 9/1/16 at Pelham Bay Split Rock. The cake vendor they used was Conti's and let me tell you from the first email they were fantastic!! Planning a wedding from Texas and doing everything by email was difficult. The one vendor that was the easiest was Conti's. I sent Gianna so many emails of my cake designs and every time I felt like I was their number one client! They were professional, accommodating, and patient. We added a grooms cake last minute and the price was affordable and the cake was amazing. Both cakes were stunning and the taste OMG!! We expected them to look good but not taste good. Man were we wrong!! It was the best cake I've tasted and I wish we lived closer so we can order all event cakes from them! Best bakery hands down!!!! Thank you for making our wedding day amazing with such beautiful yummy cakes!!

From the moment my husband and I entered Conti's we knew we would enjoy the cake. Send was great help since day one and had amazing ideas for our wedding cake. The finished product was AMAZING! Our cake was beautiful and Pedro and I would like to thank you, Senada and the Conti's staff for the delicious and beautiful cakes that we had at our wedding on 08/12/16.
The taste testing was very helpful and delicious. Send was very thorough with providing us with detailed information that we needed to know. Her advice was great on the mixtures that we selected. Once again thank you Senada for everything! Conti's is highly reccomended!

Our wedding cake was by far one of our favorite aspects of our wedding. Several of our guests raved to us about how delicious it was! For our main three-tier cake, we chose the lemon chiffon infused with sherry, with a vanilla custard filling and buttercream frosting. We also ordered an additional sheet cake, which had cannoli cream filling. Both flavors were phenomenal. We worked with Senada during the planning process, and she was very positive and receptive when we were describing what we envisioned. The design was beautiful, especially the sugar flowers and ribbon that matched our color scheme. In addition, I've also had the pleasure of working with Conti's in the past for customized birthday cakes. Each time I've worked with them, the cakes have been delicious and beautifully designed, and the customer service was excellent. I look forward to working with this bakery again soon.

I have been a customer of Conti's for years, but I did recently order my first custom cake from there for my bridal shower and it was spectacular. Their service of making it as close to what you envision is amazing. The taste and cake itself is always mind glowingly delicious. Their delivery was on time and flawless. Pricing is reasonable!

We could not have asked for a better bakery to make our wedding cake! We worked directly with Senada to create the most beautiful, delicious cake we could ever imagine. The cake tasting was my favorite day of the wedding planning. We went in, sat down, got coffee and Senada brought over all different cakes and fillings for us to mix and match and create the perfect cake. We ended up choosing a three tier cake. The bottom tier was chocolate cake with nutella and oreo mousse. The middle tier was red velvet cake with cream cheese and cannoli frosting. The top tier was a vanilla cream cake with raspberries and chocolate mousse. Send matched the flowers on the cake to the exact flowers we had in our bridesmaid bouquets and it was not only the most delicious cake Ive ever had in my life but it was gorgeous to look at. She even matched the cake tray to the color scheme of our reception! As an added bonus, she is even making a replica of the bottom tier of our cake (our favorite flavors) for us to pick up on our one year anniversary so we don't have to freeze anything after the reception!
Our guests LOVED the cake and they are still talking about. It was a hit.
Contis is a beautiful little pastry shoppe that we will be visiting again and Senada was a dream to work with. Smart, funny, friendly and incredibly talented at everything she does. We would recommend this bakery to absolutely everyone we know <3 Thank you so much for making the most amazing cake we could have ever though of. xo

Met with Christina with my fiancee at the time and she was such a sweetheart!
She was excited to hear our ideas which made us feel really comfortable.
Cake taking with her was really fun.
As for our wedding cake, it came out exactly how we envisioned it so we could not be any happier. It was delicious!

Amazing!!!! Conti's was the bakery used by our venue and was included in our contact. NO WONDER, JUST AMAZING !!!! We consulted with Lisa and she made the whole experience fun and easy. When we went for the cake tasting, she lays it all out for us to try and mix and match. It wasn't your average tasting. We where able create our own non traditional Red Velvet with Nutella filling. WE LOVED OUR CAKE! Lisa was inspired by our wedding invitations and designed our cake after our it. Lisa exuded such confidence that we just gave her the complete design control. We had no idea what our cake will look like until the day of the wedding and she did not disappoint. It was gorgeous. The perfect colors, and the flowers were exactly of our actual flowers we used throughout the wedding. It was as if our baker and florist collaborated to create magic.
We saw Lisa again at a bridal show and she remembered us (by name no less) and we chatted up again for a while. It truly felt like talking to a friend, I loved that. We have made her Conti's our go to place to get sweets. Everything was beautiful from the design, to the way the cake was displayed. We had a unique idea for the cake stand to be placed on cylinders and when I called Lisa to let her know about it her words were if "my cake" does not look stable they are coming off the cylinders. Which made me feel at ease she was as invested in our wedding as much as we were. You don't come across too many people who truly love what they do and Lisa LOVES her job and it shows through her work and business. Lisa was beyond helpful and friendly. I can't wait to return to her shop and pick up some goodies. Thank you Lisa and the bakery shoppe for everything my wedding was perfect and everyone loved the cake and design. Thank you a million times. !!

All I can say is beautiful does not describe the cake and cupcakes for 115 guests at my wedding in Chelsea piers. The setup was outstanding and once I ordered I didn't have to manage anything else, including delivery. Conti's managed everything with my venue so that it was one less thing to worry about! My cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling and chocolate cake with cannoli cream filling and it was absolutely delicious and stunning! Cupcakes were vanilla and decorated impeccably, I didn't even want to eat one they were so beautiful! Truly works of art! Also could not beat the price for the quality!

My husband is Italian and his family has been going to this bakery forever so it seemed fitting for the wedding cake. The tasting was delicious and Christina was a breeze to work with! We showed her pictures of what we wanted and the final result was 100x better!! Guests were commenting how beautiful the cake was and I caught people taking pictures of it. It also smelled delicious and tasted fantastic!!

Conti's bakery was the best thing I found in the Bronx that could make my 3D cake for the event. I made an appointment for cake tasting, and brought my cake design. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and she told me of ways to save money on the cake. I was not charge for delivery as the venue was near the bakery. Cake was delicious, I had two separate cake and different flavors. Guests love the cake on display and the one served as well. I will continue going to Conti's for future events.

This is the best cake I have ever eaten. I ordered a cake & cupcakes for my daughter's college graduation party and it was the great. Their service was and it was reasonably affordable, they did an awesome job with my ideas and were able to incorporate into a cake.

Conti's provided our wedding cake as part of the package deal with our venue at Pelham & Splitrock Golf Course. They were great! Closely located to our home it was really easy to find them and discuss what we wanted. We decided to put our own cake topper and they were very accommodating to that. The cake was absolutely delicious. We didn't want anything too sweet and overpowering considering that everyone has different tastes so we chose a standard white cake with a light chocolate mousse filling and it worked out!

This is one great pastery shop. The partner is the one that interiewed me regarding my wedding cake, she is so hilarious and professional at the same time, which made me feel at eaze. Professional, warm, cordial, open to suggestions, this is how we were received. How the cake was: Beautifully decorated, delicious, moist, mouth-watering, delectable! We went for a chiffon cake infused with liquor, first tier, chocolate with cookies and cream mousse filling, second tier, raspberry mousse, to die for! Third/last tier, cannoli mousse! Not one bite went to waste! THIS is cake!

Our cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious! Omg!!! They got it perfect!! Our experience with the bakery when ordering our cake was great. We ordered our cake from the Bronx and they delivered to Connecticut that day. The cake was out of this world. A strawberry shortcake, white cake filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries with a buttercream frosting. The cake was no ordinary wedding cake. There was not a piece left, people were even asking for seconds. The service was amazing. It was covered with sugar fall leaves, and served on a tree stump base, which was unexpected and BEAUTIFUL! Conti's was a great choice for our wedding cake, and we will definitely be back for a cup of coffee and slice of strawberry shortcake.

Conti's Pastry Shoppe is the epitome of 5 star status. They set the bar for my happy wife and I. We have had the pleasure of tasting their delicious cakes before and when we decided it was time to get married it was a no-brainer for where we wanted our cake from. My wife and I were so pleased with Contis cakes that we actually left the entire design up to them and boy did they come through. My daughter got married in June 2010, we were thrilled to have Conti's Pastry shoppe make her wedding cake. The cake is a very important part of the wedding, all I can say is, it was amazing!!
I am so happy to see they have a photo of her cake on the web site. Look for the beautiful four tier cake with the gold flowers.

I love Conti's - Sal and Christina are totally awesome. Our venue's wedding package included the wedding cake - of course, I was initially concerned because I had no idea what to expect. I learned that Conti's was providing the cake, and went to investigate, buying some pastries for a party. They were awesome. When our venue arranged a menu tasting, they included a sampling for the wedding cake. They sent over two different types of cupcakes and three filling options that I had pre-selected, and we were able to mix and match until we made our decision - chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling (made from crushed fresh raspberries!) - AMAZING. I dream about that cake.
I gave Sal and Christina a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and they totally nailed it. Totally beautiful.
Somewhere along the way, I decided I wanted to do a groom's cake - my hope was to have a cake that looked like Playstation 3. Because Conti's was doing our wedding cake, I stopped in and met with Sal. He was ready for the challenge, which included staying within my budget, and put me in touch with Christina, the designer. Working with them was a fantastic experience. Their excitement and dedication made me confident that the cake would come out perfectly - and, it did. My husband was so surprised and the cake was a huge hit. I will go to Conti's for everything and will recommend them to everyone.

Conti's did an awesome job on my wedding cake and even provided fresh and delicious italian pastries for all of the tables at my reception. Sal (owner) and Christina (cake artist) were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They are responsive and professional. They offered me many options to fit my budget and were much more reasonable than other wedding cake vendors, but with better results!! The tasting was a fun experience for all! Conti's has perfected the old italian style rum cake I was looking for. Christina created exactly the cake I had pictured for my wedding, simple and elegant. She is truly an artist capable of creating any type of cake the couple desires. The cake was delivered on time and looked perfect. Guests said it was as delicious as it was beautiful. We will certainly be back for future anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions! Thank you very much.

My wedding was supposed to be 8/28 but because of the hurricane we had to move the venue to the next weeked. I must say Conti's accommodated me in every way, and what's most important my wedding cake was yummy...chocolate with cannolli filling, fonded in white with little silver pearl like beads on it...I brought my own cake topper which they used perfectly! I would recommend Conti's, great place and yummy cakes and pastries.

Conti's did a great job making the cake exactly how we wanted it, adhering to the theme of the day. We were really happy with the finished product and more importantly, it was delicious. Two big thumbs up! I highly recommend.

Delicious Choices from Classic NY Bakery

We were happy to find that a wedding cake from Conti's was included in our venue fee since we had been visiting Conti's for years with our family. They were able to accommodate a tasting for us on a very busy Saturday. Everything was delicious. We loved the cake, especially the oreo cream filling!

Delicious is an understatement we enjoyed every minute from the cake tasting before the wedding to the actual wedding cake!! We also ordered a small replica for our 1 yr anniversary delish!!!

It's unbelievable to find a place that gives you great cake that taste as good as it looks. I met with the owner and showed hime a picture of the cake I wanted and what changes I needed. When I saw the cake on my wedding day I was blown away. It looked better than what I thought it be. And it taste great. Red velvet and cream cheese filling with a buttercream icing. Sugar flowers, bling, edible gold dots, I mean the works. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great cake and treatment like you're family. They will take care of you at Conti's. Thanks for everything.

Not exactly what we were looking for, but we loved it

I was super excited to create the wedding cake of my dreams, and Conti's definitely helped us do that. We tried tons of flavors during our tasting, all of which were delicious, and shared our ideas (including having our dog on top of the cake) and inspiration photos we had found online. They seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for, but when we saw our cake, they had more or less copied the photos we gave them rather than just being inspired by them. Still delicious though, and everyone loved the cake!

Sweet and Unforgettable Cakes

Our wedding Day we decided to have a two tier cake and five other smaller 10'' cakes. Our guests were blown away by all the delectable treats. Red velvet, Marble Almond with the black cherry mousse and Fondant. Amaretto Cake, Carrot cake, Fruit tart. It was to die for. The only thing is they forgot to send my cake topper with my cake. My husband and I were so wrapped up in ourselves we did not notice. Other than that service, taste, friendly, professional. Great choice.

Although Conti's Pastry Shoppe did provide us with a beautiful cake I was not completely happy with every aspect. I do believe they are pricey. Also they forgot a very important part of my order on the day of my wedding which ruined a birthday surprise I had planned for my husband, as we were getting married on his birthday. That is something that i can never get back.

Our wedding cake here was part of the package with our wedding venue (Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Courses). We came in and did a cake tasting at the shop with our families (which was fun and informative). We had an initial idea of what we wanted the cake to look like, and we worked with Senada (who was very helpful) to finalize the design. After tasting the various cakes and fillings, we picked a chocolate cake with fresh raspberry mousse filling. Our wedding cake was delicious (you really could really taste the raspberries)!

Something to keep in mind: The team here clearly knows how to make great cakes and are skilled at decorating them, but they are a little lacking on the business side of things. The shop was sometimes disorganized. For example, they called me the day before my wedding to rearrange the drop-off of the flowers for our cake (even though I had already confirmed everything with them). Bottom line: You'll get a lovely wedding cake, but there may be a few small bumps along the way. Just keep calm and carry on.

I was very excited to work with Conti's as they were the preferred cake vendor from my venue as well as several friends had heard of them and spoke highly of their work. We checked out that place and sampled treats from them several times before having a cake testing. They were very responsive through email and phone and offered many options for wedding cake designs.

I was disappointed in the actual product. It looked amazing. Only one small detail missing from what originally was agreed upon. We asked for one of the layers to be cannoli filled. My mother kept telling me it tasted like marshmallows. We never got to taste the cake in the madness of the evening but the venue sent us home with the topper and several slices of cake to eat.

Once I tasted it I realized my mother was right. The cannoli filling was sticky like marshmallows. I tried another slice and that one tasted more like canolli but still not like what we had during our cake tasting. The cake was also very dense. I was so disappointed especially as I had told people how good the cake would be. I understand quality control is difficult with a large cake but for a company that has been around so long I expected more. We had two other different types of cake fillings that we did not get to taste so I can not speak for how those turned out. Luckily we also had Viennese tables so people didn't seem to mention the cake.

Like I said we have had pastries from them that were delicious but was disappointed with the quality of this cake. I just got back from my honeymoon so I have yet to reach out to them about the issue.

The cake tasted amazing don't get me wrong. However, my wedding cake was crooked! I heard from the caterer they had hit a speed bump and had to go back to the bakery to fix the cake. Obviously there would be no time to bake a completely new one but at least they got back in time and provided me with a decent looking cake. Overall I would use them again for special events cause the Boston creme is just so yummy.

Bad experience in

I was planning to do my wedding cake there but I will not my friend have bad experience and they never solution the problem one of the owner was not professional at all, they not apologize to friends about that disgusting cake o the inconvenience the cake was hard not fresh was terrible and look like icream cake was so hard
