February Wedding

We had my son and DIL wedding last weekend. Everything was excellent. The food was wonderful and I highly recommend adding the carving station. I suggest an upgrade for the appetizer. Grace, Riley, and Linda were very professional and accommodating. The one-stop venue is a great value and takes a lot of stress out of the process. Thank you Grace, Riley, and Linda for a special day for our family.

Beyond Exceptional!

We just celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and today is the anniversary of our 1st date three years ago. We're in the area and hope to swing by so I thought it appropriate to share my Google review from a year ago. :)

From the moment we walked in The Conservatory one Sunday earlier this year, we knew instantly that we wanted our wedding to be held here! Kandice toured us without an appt, making time to answer questions galore! The Conservatory team of wedding professionals in every instance, whether in person, by phone, text, or email, responded quickly & thoroughly. Every detail of our wedding was handled with such care & detail and the event diary/binder worked well so the entire team has access and could easily communicate with each other in preparation for our special day. Planning sessions were well organized. Decor, floral, food, and beverage options were plentiful and appealing. Every single detail during rehearsal was explained, early setup was possible as part of rehearsal as there was no conflict with another event. We were married on a holiday weekend which worked so well. Guest parking was plentiful as well! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The team, especially Joanne and Linda, and venue exceeded expectations we didn't even consider! Todd and I have replayed the day over and over and still are amazed by the efforts of The Conservatory Team! There are two days in my life I will always remember... my wedding day is one of them, thanks to Joanne, Linda, Susan, Riley, Kandice, and everyone else who touched our event. The DJ (Scott) was assigned to us did a fabulous job! We had 75 guests; timing and flow through the event was smooth and so enjoyable. We had comments from guest that our wedding was absolutely The Best, most organized, fun, with love captured in every way... this would not have been the case anywhere else! The Conservatory Team created an atmosphere of love and we are so appreciative!

As a side, my daughter also held her wedding here 2 months after ours. Just as wonderful!

April Wedding

My son and DIL had their rehearsal dinner at the Conservatory and then were married at their other property in Kennesaw, The Grande. We were blessed with not only a beautiful day but a wonderful experience by the very professional staff of Waterstone Events!! I cannot recommend them enough, everything was beautiful, the food wonderful and everyone was considerate and pitched in to make it a perfect day. We highly recommend Waterstone Events for your wedding needs.

The Best Experience

I can't thank Linda and everyone at the Conservatory enough for making our small wedding dreams come true. The whole experience was more than anything we could of asked for. The food, decor and even the amazing DJ Lenard were amazing. Our day turned out to be so beautiful that we will forever cherish.

The Wedding of My Dreams!

I can't say thank you enough to Kandice, Linda, and all other Conservatory staff members who helped my husband James and I pull off the wedding of our dreams!

As much as I can gush on and on about this venue, I will just say that I echo the sentiments of the five star reviews before me. I am a very detail oriented person who specializes in concept to delivery services for companies of all industries and levels-including Fortune 500 clients. Needless to say, I had very high standards and expectations of the venue and staff.

Thankfully, they not only assuaged any potential concerns I could possibly think of, but they really listened to our vision, and were flexible with it every step of the way.

I can honestly say I did not have to stress one bit thanks to Kandice, who was intuitive, responsive, and adaptive to my "bride style" (read, overbearing :). Kandice was such a dream to work with that I still get teary eyed thinking how incredibly smart and instrumental she was in making sure I got everything I desired on our special day.

And Linda, our day of coordinator was an absolute delight! It takes a LOT to impress my mom and from the moment they met, Ms. Linda had her heart! Linda also made sure to listen to me and was such a quick thinker with some of the day of tweaks and modifications we made to ensure our guests were comfortable, and so I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Additionally, I'd like to thank all of the staff that played a role in our beautiful wedding and reception. From the immaculate cleaning staff did to make sure we had a pristine venue, those that set-up the venue so beautifully, along with the servers and bartenders. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so on top of things.

I could go on and on, but I will just say that if you choose The Conservatory, you are giving yourself an opportunity to actually be a relaxed bride, as 95% of your wedding is taken care of with this option. Your only focus will be things like the officiant, photographer, wedding favors, and standard (basic) logistical decisions.

Our wedding guests are STILL raving about the delicious food (the herb roasted potatoes are a MUST), cake and the venue's overall charm.

The Best Experience

My husband and I chose The Conservatory last fall for our November 2022 wedding after my hair dresser recommended them to me. What got us is how much is included for the price. We truly had an amazing experience because of how helpful and inclusive the venue is. Everything came together and turned out STUNNING for our special day. Our guests had the best time. It was smooth, seamless, and fun. Special thanks to Joanne for the beautiful florals (I knew nothing about flowers, and she took my vision and made it perfect), Riley who coordinated our rehearsal and wedding, and Lenard who was a super fun DJ.

Conservatory at Waterstone, 55 person wedding

The Conservatory at Waterstone was a wonderful place to work with. Almost 100% all inclusive with the package we chose, the only vendors we had to find ourselves were our photographer (they had a short list of recommended ones for us to look at that had experience with the location and good reviews) and our officiant. We were able to contact them essentially 27/7 through text and they would respond as soon as business hours allowed. They even try to save you money by lowering your package included guest count so you only pay the specific number you go over, i.e we went in inviting 75 people and based off their experience they dropped us to 50 saving us a lot of money since only 55 people showed up. I felt the staff were very upfront and honest. Also the food included is to die for. The venue is in a convenient location and handicap accessible for indoor ceremonies with added seating accommodations if you do choose to use outside. We had actually intended to be outside but due to the forecast we had to move it inside, however we were allowed until 9am the day of the wedding to make the final call. We had a day of coordinator included who was also present for the rehearsal and she was absolutely a delight to work with. I can not give enough praise to this venue nor its staff, they told us the day we signed contracts that they want you to "show up and let us handle the rest" and I give my word that is exactly how it went. I highly recommend them.

My review is a bit late but... Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end!!! Venue is even more beautiful in person. The food was even more delicious than at the tasting! They really took care of us and had a great value!

This venue is all inclusive which made everything SUPER easy AND super affordable. Our day-of coordinator, Linda, was amazing and took care of everything! We were able to enjoy our day without a single worry! Our DJ, LeNard, was so energetic and really kept the party going. He was very personal and vibed so well with our guests. He was just the best! The space is so beautiful and the food was delicious. We'd recommend this place to everyone.

An incredibly memorable experience! So happy!

My daughter's wedding was just this past Friday night and WOW! I know it may be unusual to receive a review from the mother-of-the-bride but I simply have to say how wonderful the every single member of the staff was! Start to finish, every detail was attended to and easy to understand. Believe me when I say they've thought of everything! However, if you do have some ideas for additional personal touches you'd like to add to your evening, they are very happy to accomodate! I could never say enough about Ms. Linda. She was our coordinator on the day of and she's an absolute angel. Patient and kind and thorough - she was a superstar! Thank you all so very much for an incredibly memorable evening!

Virtually a one stop shop - Stress reducer for sure!

Upon meeting with Joanne for our tour, we fell in love with the facility. They do a great job of helping you set expectations, and they handle basically everything except for a photographer and your favors. They are incredibly kind. Being a same sex couple we did not know what to expect. The Conservatory did an amazing job of treating us like everyone else, even going as far as editing their forms to groom/groom. We were treated like any other opposite sex couple and to us, that meant more than anything. They are clear and concise in what is included, what it will cost and there are NO surprises at the end. They made our day special. We were not rushed the day of, and the coordinators took special care of my husband and I as well as our family. If you're going in not sure what to expect, or if you know exactly what you want, the people here are amazing.

They also provide the catering, and the food was top notch. The service provided was excellent. They sent us with lovely to go boxes of food, and a bottle of the delicious champagne from our toast.

Dream come true

Had our wedding here last night and it was an amazing experience. This venue is perfect for those that want to have a beautiful wedding without having to sort through vendors and plan each thing out individually. They made things so easy from the beginning. They reached out whenever it was time take another action ( dinner tasting, cake tasting, choosing decor, etc). I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Suzan was our day of coordinator and she did a great job of keeping things on track and making sure we were happy. They thought of everything! They even packed us up individual to go plates of our wedding food to have the next day. The packed up our cake. Helped us with a DJ...i mean man. No complaints. I've received so many compliments about the food and decor. One friend even told us our wedding was her dream wedding! So thankful we found this place and since we did it on a Thursday the wedding was even more budget friendly.

Flexible and affordable

Everyone at the Conservatory was so helpful and did everything they could to make our wedding day perfect. They give you a day of coordinator who does it all- she tells you where to be/when, and takes all the stress out of a wedding. I am the most Type-A person and the Conservatory managed to be so professional and put together I felt no need to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. They know what they are doing! And, of course, the food was just amazing (we are still hearing about it from our guests!) and the venue is just so beautiful. A perfect blend of modern and classic.

Amazing wedding

Our Experience was Wonderful

Working with the staff at the Conservatory was wonderful. They were reasonably priced, very flexible and organized. My only area of discomfort was their reluctance to work with my wedding planner. They even made the comment that they haven't worked with planners before. Everything worked out in the end and my guests and husband had a wonderful time at the wedding.

More than we could have wished for

Thank you SO MUCH for providing a wonderful venue! The Conservatory was perfect! The DJ, Food, Bartender, Planner and everything was stress free thanks to your employee’s and beautiful venue. The planner who kept everything right on time was wonderful. As the parent of the bride I was able to enjoy the entire day stress free day and everything went off perfectly. Everyone who attended has also said how much they loved the venue and the great time we had.

Wow! I have been blown away by everything The Conservatory provided for our wedding! We opted for their best package for easy planning. The Conservatory was timely to schedule all the meetings on their end. Communication was 8/10, the only improvement I suggest is a faster email response rate, but nothing went wrong! Every meeting and every step of the way, they really made is super easy. If you are an organized, detail-oriented person, this venue will make your wedding planning a walk in the park! If you are not good at planning, the Conservatory tells you what to do, just take notes and do what they say! They're not a full-planning service, but they are very good at their jobs. Also, my sincerest thank you to Lindsey, my day of coordinator. She is wonderful! She blended into the background when needed and stepped up like a boss woman when needed. She really helped my day to go smoothly and the Conservatory is lucky to have her as one of the coordinators. Maria and her flower team did a great job on all the flowers - the archway, all the decor flowers and greenery, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, you name it, they do it! I showed one inspiration photo of what I wanted and it was really close to it! It was beautiful. I have friends getting married and I feel sorry for them because their venue is no where near as accommodating or easy to work with.

I just had my wedding here over the weekend and I absolutely LOVED everything about the team and the venue. Not only were they responsive to all my ridiculous requests but they understood the stresses of planning from across the country (I live in CA) and always made us feel comfortable. Our day of coordinator, Michelle was a godsend! I don't know what we would've done without her. She was literally everywhere on our wedding day! She was able to think ahead and address our needs before we even realized we had needs. Our DJ, LeNard was also incredible. He kept the party moving and the music was great. The food was wonderful as well and the flowers were more gorgeous than I ever anticipated! Overall, 10/10. I loved this venue and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Waterstone!!!

Where do I start?!? All of the staff are awesome! I don't have a single complaint and would not have chosen anywhere else to get married. The communication throughout the planning process was phenomenal. There was always someone available to answer my hundreds of questions and always with a great attitude. They are very accommodating and will work with you to make sure your wedding is unique. Sherry, Maria, Michelle, and Jessica are all outstanding. The planning with Sherry was excellent, the flowers by Maria were absolutely beautiful, the coordination by Michelle was flawless, and the communication with Jessica was great. I never wanted for anything the day of the wedding and all of the guests were taken care of. The value of this venue can't be beat. One of the best things they offer is a to-go plate for the bride and groom. Although, it's a small piece of the wedding, you don't appreciate it until two hours after the wedding is over and you're hungry. It's nice to be able to actually enjoy eating the food you picked. I can't say enough great things about this place and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area. Five-star service and even better people.

Words can't express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at The Conservatory at Waterstone!! From the time we reserved our wedding date to the end of our ceremony and reception, we were pleased every step of the way. Everything was explained thoroughly regarding what was included in our package and even when I still had a million questions I was never made to feel like a bothersome bride. I honestly can't pick one thing because the day from start to finish was just perfect... pre-wedding (rehearsal and getting ready day of in the beautiful and spacious bridal suite), ceremony set-up, reception details, dinner, and everything in between. I had been warned to expect at least one thing to go wrong, but I can honestly say besides the weather (an chilling 48 degrees), everything went smoothly. Michelle, our day-of coordinator with the venue, was absolutely amazing. I can not recommend this venue enough for one-stop wedding planning. Thank you all for making our day perfect!!!

First off we cannot express how much we enjoyed having our wedding at this lovely venue!!! They really went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! I cannot recommend the Conservatory enough! They are amazing!! They were responsive and kind every step of the way. They are an all-inclusive venue so that took so much stress off of me. It is beautiful there. Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone raved about the food and cake. The best thing I can say is that the day of my wedding I was completely stress free. Michelle, the day of coordinator, took care of everything to the point where I really didn't even talk to her until the ceremony started. Our DJ came as part of our package and LeNard was awesome!! He took in some of our geeky touches and decided to play songs that matched it. That is one of the things that guests talk to us about! Our photo booth was through the venue and it turned out great also! I just can't recommend this venue enough! They are affordable, nice people and we had the best wedding!!

Can I give this venue 50 stars?!?!?! Hands down best venue! The whole experience was stress free, organized and very professional. EVERY one of our guests loved the wedding. From the beginning, you feel like family. They do EVERYTHING for you. There will be many things your’d never think of, but they do and everything is written down. The food was top notch and not your typical wedding food. The Flowers and Décor were more than I expected. You really get more for your money with their package. We used the phot booth and all of our guests loved it. Our DJ Lenard was awesome. He really got the guests excited and up dancing. I’ve planned many wedding myself and it was nice to find a venue that I didn’t have to micromanage. I really enjoyed that the seating was away from the dance floor so our guests had to get up and mingle and dance. I could go on for days about how awesome everything was. Thank you Sherry, Susan, Michelle, Maria and the WHOLE team!

When I was choosing venues, I looked at venues all over the state (we are from Athens). Originally I wanted to get married in Savannah, but I just couldn't find the perfect venue for us. We drove to venues in Auburn, Greensboro, Dahlonega, Atlanta and the Conservatory and finally we narrowed it down to 2 choices which would have been completely different themes. I showed pictures to my mom, my MIL, my MOH and the best man and took votes and it came up a tie. Finally I woke up one morning and went through both options in my head envisioning how the day would play out at both venues from the time the guests arrived to our final exit and I decided the Conservatory was what ultimately fit my vision.

When we started the planning, I was a little irritated at first because they kept talking about out of state brides and giving them priority even though we lived 2 hours away. In the end, this never interfered with any of our planning meetings because they were always able to get us an appointment that worked with my husband's work schedule and allowed us to meet with our other vendors in the area on the same day to minimize our driving. They take care of almost everything venue, food and decoration related which makes it so easy on brides but they do still allow you to have some creative control and bring in anything you want if you're a DIY or Pinterest bride. Maria (the florist) isn't the most friendly person to work with, but her work is amazing!

The venue itself is gorgeous and I got so many compliments from guests on how pretty it was. The food was really good and the cake company they contract with is awesome! The day of coordinator Michelle is so sweet and she keeps everything on track so all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your day! Our wedding went perfectly as scheduled and everyone had a fantastic time. I am so glad I chose the Conservatory and would choose them all over again if I had to!

Our wedding was more amazing that we could have imagined. We truly believe the success of our wedding is mostly due to the Conservatory and their great staff.

We became good friends of the venue as we would go by a couple times a month to check out other weddings. We were always welcome and eventually stopped calling to let them know we were stopping by.

Weddings of course can be stressful; the Conservatory helps to alleviate the stress. Nearly everything is included: venue, food, flowers, drinks, DJ, cake and day of planner. The only vendors we had to hire were a photographer and officiant. The Conservatory had great recommendations for both. One of the great things about the venue is they allow you to put your own touch on the place. We've seen more than 30 weddings and all were different.

My fiancé and I visited roughly 25 venues before deciding on the Conservatory. The Conservatory was the only one that gave us "The Feeling".

Michelle gave us the tour and was also our day of planner. She made everything easy and we are forever indebted to her.

We held our wedding at the Conservatory on March 11th, 2016. The day went off without a hitch thanks to the amazing staff! The venue was beautifully decorated (their flower specialist, Maria, is AWESOME!) and they were extremely accommodating to us-- even allowing us to book the entire day (they even had an employee present bright and early at 8AM when we arrived!). The food was super delicious. Everything was on a timely schedule which, being me, absolutely loved. I could not have asked for a better wedding day! Thank you to everyone at the Conservatory :)

Looking for a wedding venue? Do not look any further... THIS IS IT! The Conservatory at Waterstone is THE BEST wedding venue I could have ever imagined. My husband and I married there recently and we could not be more pleased with the work of their staff. Joann, who is the owner, is such a sweetheart and ensured that all of our needs were met in preparation for the big day. Susan did an excellent job coordinating the event for us. Michelle was our guide on the day of and she made sure that everything on the big day when smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding. The DJ, floral, food, drinks, cake, and decor were exceptional. With this all-inclusive venue, I can honestly say that it was a STRESS-FREE experience... these ladies literally took care of everything and handled our event with care. Not to mention, the pricing is extremely reasonable for all that is included. Thanks to The Conservatory for making our day so memorable and special!

My wedding is still on going but I have booked this venue for my Jan 2017 ceremony. I toured the faculty and just loved it. The staff their have been great to work with so far. They are very detailed and lay everything out for you. I have been impressed so far with the reservation process. They even recommend outside vendors (photo, DJ's, hotels, ect.) that they have worked with many times in the past with great quality work. A co-worker used this venue last year and only had good things to say which help seal my decision to pick this location.
Update 2/7:
I have gotten married and everything went smoothly! The decor was beautiful, coordination by the staff was excellent And the food was good. I highly recommend this venue. It was the best day ever and smoothness of the staff at the Conservatory aided in that.

The Conservatory did an absolutely wonderful job for my daughter's wedding in October 2015. All of the ladies we worked with were extremely helpful in assisting us with decisions that needed to be made. Leading up to the wedding I had no stress or worries and the day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother. I was able to enjoy every moment! All of our guests loved the food, the delicious cakes and the beautiful flowers. I highly recommend the Conservatory.

The Conservatory was great! Sherry, Susan, Joanne, Maria, Sara and last, but not least, Michelle made our day great!!

By the time of our wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better day - everything was perfect and all of the details were exactly what I wanted! Maria made our flowers beautiful, Sara made a GORGEOUS cake and Michelle helped really direct the day so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not to mention ALL of the pre-work/help from Sherry, Susan and Joanne! I pretty much planned my wedding by myself and was so grateful I picked The Conservatory to be our venue because they helped me along the process and allowed me to stay "sane" in those last few days leading up to the big day!

Did I mention that pretty much everything is included when you book this venue and they have vendors if you don't have your own photographer, videographer, DJ, etc. I did have a lot of my own, but it was nice to have other options just in case. You get to have tasting for the food, cake, drinks in addition to your meetings about items (cake, flowers, etc.). They do not overwhelm you with meetings - it was the perfect amount. Depending on your cake size/design, a portion of the cost is already included in the package, as well as your flowers/bouquets. Overall, just a great deal!

I love the feel of this location! It was everything we wanted and we immediately were sold when we visited! We got our outdoor wedding and the indoor reception with the industrial/rustic/"New Orleans" feel. It was perfect! Thank you all again for a great place to have wonderful memories of!

I can NOT say enough about this gorgeous venue and the wonderful ladies that work there! The all inclusive type deal they offer takes SO MUCH stress off of the bride! My wedding was even more beautiful than I had envisioned. I can't thank the ladies enough! Maria did an outstanding job with my flowers; she literally recreated the picture I showed her I wanted. Susan was AMAZING and so accommodating. Not to mention, to have the rehearsal dinner there, they charged such a low rate for room rental!

The day of the wedding the wedding director was so good to me. Everywhere I turned she was there to make sure I was okay and for the reception she made sure I ate, and that my drink glass was always full.

Words can't describe what an amazing venue the Conservatory at Waterstone is! You will not regret choosing this place for your wedding! Outstanding!

We had our wedding at the Conservatory in February and I would recommend the venue to everyone! They are a pleasure to work with and will make your life so easy. Everything they did was perfect. My flowers were amazing - everything I wanted and more. The food was delicious. The cake... was absolutely perfect... from my vision of how I wanted it to look and to how wonderful it tasted. It is such a huge stress relief to work with an all-inclusive vendor. Anytime I panicked with questions or concerns, they were quick to ease my fears. And can we talk about the price because what you get for what they charge you is amazing! My husband and I loved working with the Conservatory and thanks to them our wedding was perfect.

We loved everything about the Conservatory!! Everyone had a blast at our wedding, we got so many compliments on how great the food tasted, and how awesome the ambience of the venue was. The dance floor was full the entire night. We had close to 200 people there, and everyone fit perfectly. Joanne and Susan are both extremely helpful, professional, and flexible during the entire wedding planning process. Any time we had a question or concern they were prompt in answering and always had a solution to help us out. Sarah was fantastic, our wedding cake and groom's cake came out more perfect than I ever could have imagined, and both tasted delicious! We changed the original wedding timeline that they had to have the cake at the end of the night instead of right after dinner. This was possibly the only thing I would have changed; just keep the timeline the way they have it because our cake was at the end of the night and no one was in their seats and not everyone got cake (this was my bad not theirs, I changed the timeline). The coordinator that we had the night-of was unbelievable, she took care of everything for us and made sure people were doing their jobs and everything ran smoothly. Maria, the florist, is also wonderful and accommodating. Our bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful, I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she made them nearly identical. When we left the reception to go to our hotel for the night, they packed us two more dinners and two pieces of cake to take with us, since we barely got to eat. Even hours later the food was still on par and it was really nice to have a meal to eat at the hotel! The price is fantastic for everything that you get with this place, I would have paid above and beyond for what we got. If we could have our wedding over again, I would definitely do it here!

I have not even had my wedding yet and the service I have received so far has been beyond amazing. Even though they are always biay with weddings and events, they make you feel like your wedding is the only one in the world! As soon as I walked into The Conservatory I knew it was the place to have my wedding reception. The staff is so friendly and is willing to do anything within reason to make your wedding day unique and special to you. They have an in-house florist, in-house baker, and they prepare the food themselves. All of these services were FANTASTIC! It took so much stress off knowing the majority of the planning was done through The Conservatory. They even customized a buffet dinner for us, which is now becoming a part of their normal menu. The venue is just beautiful and is just great if you are not wanting the typical banquet hall feel. We 100% made the right decision choosing to have our reception at The Conservatory.

The staff at the Conservatory at Waterstone really did help make my special day "perfect"! Where to begin? I’ve been an event planner for more than 15 years; I’ve planned events with 3000 guests to 50 guests. All sorts of venues, themes, budgets… you name it. I was prepared to be quite busy and overwhelmed with planning what I considered to be the most important event of my life and my check list was quite extensive… little did I know it all existed in one place…The Conservatory at Waterstone in historic Acworth, Ga.
Upon arrival I was blown away by the ambiance this place holds, its historic charm and open space invites a good time. The outdoor ceremony area is perfectly set with lush greenery, an arbor, white chairs and a perfect little set of brick stairs to say your “I do’s” on while your friends and family surround you. The inside has two bars, a loft overlooking the dance floor, brick that dates back to the 1920’s, exposed beams and duct work in the ceiling and much more. It is rustic and elegant at the same time, simply put, it is perfect.
Now onto the good stuff… they offer by far the best wedding package I’ve ever come across. It includes all the big items, which saves a bride time and money (and sanity). It is a one-stop shop and these ladies have nailed it! Flowers, food, cake, etc… yep it’s all in there! And better yet, it’s priced very fair and competitive.
My entire experience was wonderful; the ladies that work and manage this place are truly a blessing to all brides. They go above and beyond to make your day perfect and to ensure that the only thing you have to worry about is where to hide your lip gloss in your dress. Everything else is covered, trust me on this. Their attention to your details and to your needs is nothing I have ever experienced. If you are planning your wedding and you want it to be perfect, easy and a complete dream, go here. Sign on the dotted line… you will not regret it.

The moment I walked into The Conservatory, I knew I wanted to have my wedding there. The setting is very intimate and elegant. Joanne was so easy to work with, and told us to send her pictures of the cake and flowers that we would like. She also set up a tasting to help us choose the food we wanted. It was a tough decision because everything was delicious. The staff made planning our wedding as stress-free as possible, which was especially nice since we planned it in a very short amount of time. On our wedding day I was amazed that my cakes and flowers were exactly what we wanted...absolutely beautiful. I had asked to have a grooms cake that looked like a firefighter helmet. I sent in a picture of my husbands actual helmet, and I could not believe the end result. It was perfect and delicious! Our day was amazing and I could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend The Conservatory to anyone planning a wedding.

The Conservatory at Waterstone is an AMAZING wedding venue. They literally take care of 90% of the wedding planning for you. The place is beautifully decorated, so you don't have to worry a ton of decorations (although, they completely welcome any small touches you would like to add to personalize!).

They are your caterers as well, and the food is absolutely delicious. They have you attended a tasting before your event to make dinner selections and it was SO hard to for us to choose, as all the selections were just to die for.

The wedding cakes The Cake House at Waterstone produces look GORGEOUS, and they are so delicious as well. You just give them a photo of your ideal wedding cake and they make it happen!

They provided a DJ for the reception, and my officiant came as a referral from the venue. And, lastly, but not least...they take care of the FLOWERS! I don't even think I gave them very much direction on the flowers for our wedding, because I was so undecided about them myself! They ran with what little information I gave them and the flowers looked phenomenal!

Basically the only things left to me for our wedding were finding myself a photographer (which, they actually have referrals for that too!), attire, and invitations!

It was so unbelievably simple and amazing. And amazingly, for all the services they provide...they DO NOT break the bank!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the Conservatory at 20. Thank you so much for an amazing night!

My wedding was actually 8 months ago, but better to review late than never... I'm not a very detail oriented person, so this part of wedding planning really stressed me out. Thank goodness for these amazingly helpful ladies at Waterstone--they took care of literally everything (except photographer). All I had to do was share pictures of some flowers and ceterpieces I liked and they made it happen, all within our budget. Sara the baker is also incredible (get the pound cake and red velvet, trust me). We've actually used her for other events since having her cake at our wedding. The guests still rave about the cake.

We unfortunately had a severe medical emergency during photos before the ceremony, but the staff were all on point to corral guests who had started to arrive (and opened a little pre-ceremony cocktail hour) while paramedics attended to the situation, and they did a great job keeping the group calm and making sure we were all okay. Everything was fine in the end, thank God, but this really could've been a disaster and the wedding might not have happened.

The food was really good too, and you can't argue that the place isn't beautiful. It's a very unique venue that doesn't need much dressing up. The brick walls, wood floors, iron railing and subtle lighting make for a very warm, intimate setting. It was a very memorable evening (for multiple reasons) and we did it all without breaking the bank.

The Conservatory is THE perfect wedding venue, rain or shine. All of the staff at the Conservatory made us and all of our guests feel like VIP'sl. They exceeded our expectations across the board, and that's really hard to do, because our bar is usually set pretty high! Jennifer, I have no words - you timed the ceremony perfect and we still can't figure out how you did. And everyone is STILL talking about the delicious food, (and we had some fussy eaters). The signature drinks were exceptional - and even matched my flowers. When I looked through your cake album, every single cake was beautiful. I closed the book and told you to "surprise" me. I didn't expect to cry so soon, but as soon as I walked in the doors with my gown over my arm, I saw Sara's work of art and out it came...In fact, I am tearing up writing this now. Everyone at the Conservatory gave so much attention to detail and were constantly asking us what we needed. Sara even came out to me on the dance floor with a fresh drink! Getting married at the Conservatory was a dream come true for us! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The Conservatory was AMAZING when it came to everything they provided for our wedding day! They truly made it one of the easiest experiences when it came to planning a wedding. The costs were clearly lined out, and Joanne (the owner) made plenty of time to sit down with me and explain any of the extras that I had requested.

As a part of our wedding package, they provided the following: Ceremony and reception venue, flowers, decor, DJ (ceremony and reception music), catering (appetizers, entrees, wine & beer), and a spectacular wedding cake. All of this, and I was still able to add in special touches to make it all feel like it was 100% personalized!

It was so nice to work with one team to make the choices - like having a wedding planner! They also provided coordinators for the ceremony and reception, and they both helped the day move along flawlessly.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this venue is. It included the ceremony, reception, DJ, florist and baker! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. There is so much to say about this venue and the wonderful people who work there I don't know where to begin! After looking at MANY potential venues all over Georgia, we knew the moment we visited the Conservatory and spoke with Joanne that this was our place.
First thing to mention is the incredible value. Nothing we found compares! With the catering, cake, flowers, and DJ all included in our package I didn't have to worry about finding all these vendors myself and they were all amazing! They also don't nickel and dime you like other venues. The food was fantastic! We received so many compliments on the food. The flowers and cake were beautiful and I had to work with them via email for all of it. They took our pictures and descriptions and brought them to life better than they were in my head. The pastry chef was even able to cater to my multiple food allergies and made me my own little special cake. The DJ they provided was outstanding and did a great job keeping everyone entertained and up on their feet dancing.
Lastly, I can't say enough about the service. It was beyond top-notch. Joanne and Jennifer were on top of every little detail and kept things running so smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying our special day. I felt like I had a personal attendant...as did my finance...as did my Mother and his Mother...you get the picture. They were spectacular. They made the day and we can't praise or thank them enough.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with the Conservatory...you can't go wrong in choosing to have your wedding here! I was trying to plan a wedding from out of state, and so much could have gone wrong, but these folks took care of every detail, handled every obstacle and made sure the day was perfect! Our younger son was married two years ago and the price of his wedding was a lot more and their customer service was terrible. Here at Waterstone, we were greeted by a professional staff who followed us around to make sure our needs were met. The groom's grandparents are 88 years old and the staff took them by the hand and walked them to the food line and prepared their dishes and continually brought them drinks throughout the evening. While the wedding party was waiting outside to be introduced, they were served appetizers and drinks. Our table was called to eat but I was holding my granddaughter (4 months) as both her parents were in the wedding. One of the staff asked if she could hold the baby so I could eat. The bride and groom commented that they did not have to go get food or drinks either as they were being discreetly watched by staff members. Great place, great food and great people! Can't go wrong here!

As a Father of the Bride, I must say I was a little skeptical at first. But upon arrival, we were totally enamored with the venue and the layout. More importantly, the service of the staff was impeccable! Everything from the food service, to the bar service, to the DJ….It was all top notch. The guests’ comments were golden! The Waterstone knows how to put together one heck of a wedding!

For you dads out there, I would seriously look into this venue if you are looking for a great place to walk your daughter down the aisle. This place is top notch!! Great food, great cake, great service and DJ entertainment!!!

I highly recommend! 5 STARS!!!!!!!

I do not even know where to begin... the Conservatory was an absolute pleasure to work with. I loved the all-inclusive way that their package is set up. Throughout the planning process I was constantly asked if I was stressed out. Because of the Conservatory, my answer was always no. They were prompt in their responses and incredibly willing to cater to my every whim. All of this aside, the venue is beautiful and unique and the food is to die for. My husband and I got engaged in June of this year and decided to get married in October of this year. Needless to say I went into a bit of panic mode knowing it would be difficult to find place with such a short time span. How I lucked out! I loved the Conservatory from the minute I walked in, it was beautiful and elegant. Joann was very friendly and helpful even though we didn't have an appointment she gave us a brief tour and set an appointment for us to come back the following Monday. After spending a whole weekend looking at other venues and their prices, I knew the Conservatory was the best value for what they did. After only meeting with Joann twice and the pastry chef once to discuss what we wanted, the day went off without a hitch. Everything went so smoothly, Joann and her team know exactly what they are doing. The food was excellent and all the details were better than I had envisioned them. I have already recommended the venue to school friend and she will be getting married there next year. A big thank you from myself and my husband (and my parents) for making the day stress free!

I could not have asked for more out of a venue for my wedding. I had some money troubles and the ladies at the Conservatory were accommodating and very understanding. The space is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the wait staff makes you feel like a celebrity during the event. I did not expect my wedding to turn out so wonderfully (again, money troubles) but I felt like a princess from the moment I walked into the Conservatory on the day of my wedding to... well, I still kind of feel it... that's how great they are. If I could, I'd do my wedding over and over again and always have it at the Conservatory. I am beyond pleased with this venue and I thank my lucky stars to have found it.

This was an amazing venue! The price was wonderful! I was so impressed with how little stress I recieved from the planning (and we had a 200 count wedding). They handled every part of the planning with confidence and it went smooth. I could not have asked for a more perfect day. The food was fabulous, They have a new in house cake maker, and she did fantastic! We had a ton of flowers and even with our date being right after valentines, they were still beautiful. I received nothing but wonderful comments from our family and friends all night about the unique venue, amazing food and well organized help. Thank you Conservatory for making josh and my wedding day perfect and stress free!

I had a brunch wedding on Saturday, 10.29.11 and everything was absolutely beautiful! The flowers and table set ups were amazing, Joanne and Jackie were wonderful throughout the planning process and the entire staff the day of my wedding were very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding so I had no stress! I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for an all inclusive venue on a budget. You don't pay the high prices but you get outstanding service and results!

After researching and visiting many reception sites, our daughter and her fiance chose The Conservatory at Waterstone Grill for their reception. We are so happy with that decision! What a beautiful place it is - from the unique antique English serving cart and the gorgeous, hand-finished buffet and hutch; the brick and hardwood floors; the upstairs seating area with overlook, and the covered patio - the Conservatory has it all!

All the guests raved about the food, the service and the beauty of The Conservatory and thought it was an ideal location for a wedding and reception.

The owners, Joanne and Jackie, made sure that everything was perfect and just to my daughter's liking. The decorations, centerpieces and attention to every detail made for a stress-free, effortless and enjoyable evening for everyone. The DJ that they suggested was awesome and kept the evening energized and fun. And the all-inclusive, budget-friendly price (no surprises here - it's just what they said it would be!!) allowed us to have everything we wanted without breaking the bank!

This is a wonderful venue and a big winner in every aspect!! You will not be disappointed if you choose The Conservatory!

The Conservatory at Waterstone Grill was a fantastic place to get married! We had both our ceremony and reception there and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. They offer a budget-friendly, all-inclusive package (everything but the photographer), which worked out perfectly for us. Joanne, Jackie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, including creating gorgeous table centerpieces that were far more gorgeous than I could have imagined!

The venue is gorgeous and very unique and the food is to die for. We're still getting compliments from guests raving about how good the food was (especially the feta cheese dip and the pork tenderloin). The cake, from Confection Perfection, was also very good.

The DJ the venue uses was a blast! Most of our guests were non-dancers but he managed to get a bunch of people out on the dance floor and even got out there himself a few times.

We highly recommend the Conservatory at Waterstone if you're looking for a unique and budget-friendly venue.

Our wedding at the Conservatory at Waterstone was outstanding! The Conservatory at Waterstone offered everything we could have wanted in our wedding! They offered an amazing food and drink selection. All of my flowers were hand picked with me in mind! Both my cake and the grooms cake looked and tasted amazing! Our wedding day coordinator, Michelle, made everything very simple and the day went so smoothly because of her! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for your dream location for your wedding!

Choosing the Conservatory at Waterstone as our reception venue was probably the best decision we made for our wedding. We found a very reasonably priced, beautiful and unique venue that surpassed everyone's expectations! We were both out-of-state for the year before our wedding, and the staff accommodated our circumstances easily. Communication was reliable and prompt via e-mail. The staff was receptive to questions and multiple adjustments on details like flowers. The reception went off without a hitch, and my husband and I received first-class service from the day-of coordinator. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I was with my experience. We only had our reception at this venue so we cannot speak about this venue's service concerning the ceremony. However, they were incredibly professional and accommodating in the entire wedding process. The food was amazing and the cake was the best I have ever had (I've been to 10 wedding in the past year alone). They truly cared about making your day special and the price was incredibly reasonable. Their DJ was great and the venue is simply beautiful. They even gave us to go boxes for our food and cake as the day went by so quickly. If I had one critique it would be that I wish we could have had the venue for longer. All the awards they have won throughout the years are certainly justified and I come from a very critical and hard to please family.

I love our venue! I can say a lot of good things about them! They provide flower, cake and DJ. Much less stress in planing. The food is FATASCTIC! We had herb crust chicken, blakend fish and fliet Migon. They were cooked perfectly. probably better than some I had in a restaurant. The Cake is Awesome too! All the people there are very nice and helpful.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful the Conservatory at Waterstone was for our wedding! This is the best bang for your buck in all of the Atlanta area! Not to mention that it also happens to have the most personality-brick walls and floors, wrought iron staircases, custom wooden benches-all beautiful! Did I mention that nearly everything is done at the venue: catering, cake, flowers, DJ, set-up, take down, linens, serveware, alcohol, bartenders, wedding and reception coordinators--and I'm probably missing things. If you want nearly a stress-free planning, this is your place!
Joann and Susan were incredibly easy to work with in planning every aspect-every time I called or emailed, I received an answer within a few hours. Sara (the baker) made the most BEAUTIFUL cake ever-&it was DELICIOUS! Maria did an outstanding job on my peach &green flowers-&stayed within the budget while making everything look incredibly lush &beautiful! Oh--&the food was also wonderful--everyone talked about how good the food (& cake) were.
I decided to get married outside, despite the 30 degree weather, & it happened to snow-which made the wedding so much more memorable! The venue had heaters set up to at least keep the bridal party warm, & kept the guests inside until the last minute.
Jennifer, the ceremony director, really knew what she was doing & got everyone in their right places (important, since it was freezing)--& she's incredibly fun!
DJ LeNard Morrell was awesome--he planned with us for weeks before the wedding, and then got out on the dance floor and taught us dances during the night. And he plays good music!!
Everything was perfect--all the guests were really impressed by the venue, the service, quality of food--everything! Waterstone really takes care of all who attend! There were constantly hosts walking around asking how they could help, refilling drinks, kept us on a timeline-everything was organized so well!

Awesome venue, good value

We fell in love with this venue because of the features - multiple stories, brick, wood, wrought iron, multiple rooms. But it was also a great value. They offer a few different all-inclusive packages and we went with the most expensive one and then I added a bunch of stuff. They were not accustomed to people wanting more than what is provided in the package, so the first couple vendor meetings were a little bit awkward because at first it was hard for them to understand my vision for the event, but they finally got it and ended up going a fantastic job with the added help of my independent wedding planners. I will say that at times I was annoyed because I felt rushed through the meetings and was asked to make choices for things I didn't really understand the implications for (it was my first wedding, after all). But it all came together in the end and was an EPIC event. The food was AMAZING and they actually sent the leftovers home with us! The drinks were also excellent! The lighting is kind of poor in the bridal suite for makeup/hair but the guys have a great space downstairs. They staff were very easygoing and accommodating on the day and were excited to see how it was all going to turn out with my extras. I had numerous people tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to and many raved about the venue itself. I highly recommend it but if you have a lot of guests who have trouble with stairs, it might not be the best choice. We absolutely loved it.

We LOVED this venue. It gave us everything we could have ever dreamed of! We went with the all inclusive package so we did not really have to worry about anything. A year later everyone is still raving about how beautiful our wedding was! They loved the different levels and the intimate feeling it provided!

We booked the Conservatory for our small wedding, about 28 people, and loved it. The pricing is well worth it, especially considering the simplicity that an all in one venue offers for wedding planning. Historic Acworth is an adorable little town, lots of good food and antique shops, and the Conservatory perfectly captures that charm. They were wonderfully accommodating- our 65 lb black lab mix was a part of our wedding and the staff had no trouble helping to make that happen.

The only problem we had with them was before the wedding, they would sometimes take over a week to reply to emails, and when they say they will process a payment, it will likely take up to a week to come out.

Other than that, they were simply perfect! Just days before the wedding they let us know that they'd gotten us a DJ- free of charge! The DJ, like all other recommended vendors, was professional and good at his job. On the day of they were perfectly organised, the food was delicious, the flowers were gorgeous, the decoration was perfect, etc. I could not be happier with how they hosted our wedding.

We had a few communication issues leading up to the wedding regarding payments and questions I had, but if you're not a control freak like me and can trust them to do what they do best, you will not regret it! The day itself was unbelievably stress-free. Michelle (our coordinator) and the rest of the staff made everything run so smoothly. Everything looked beautiful, the food was delicious, and all our guests had a great time. This place is a real hidden gem, I would recommend it to anyone getting married as an awesome one-stop-shop! The value vs. getting all vendors separate was unbeatable, too.

The Conservatory is a wonderful venue! Sara bakes delicious and beautiful cakes, our DJ Luis was very professional and made the reception so much fun, and Susan and Joann are very good at what they do. The food is also very good. They forgot a few minor details I asked for that were outside of their normal routine, but overall the reception was amazing and so much fun! They were very responsive to almost all of my requests and did a great job making sure the night ran smoothly so we didn't have to worry about timing or anything. Great venue!

This place was AMAZING. Let it be known, this place offers the BEST DEAL I COULD FIND IN THE ATLANTA AREA.

Not only is the style and decor breathtaking, but the staff is VERY accommodating, the food is wonderful, the cake was delicious AND beautiful, and my (now) husband's and my family and friends are still talking about how great a time they had there at our wedding.

These days, everyone is making weddings out to be a huge production and a massive ordeal. The Conservatory's staff makes it as easy as possible. Between the all-inclusive-style package pricing and the ease with which everything was done, I wouldn't change a thing.

Honestly, the moment I walked in there, I knew I had found the place for us. It honestly felt like we had set foot in a historic area of New Orleans, and the openness of the interior was refreshing. The outdoor ceremony area was beautiful and comfortable, especially with the linens hung from the arbors.

The staff was great-- Joanne, the owner of the business, was very hands-on and present for almost all of what we planned. I dealt directly with the in-house florist, Maria, and in-house baker, Sara. I wish Jennifer had been there to help coordinate before and during the ceremony, but Michelle did a pretty good job. (Apparently Jennifer was on vacation or something.) Michelle is the reception coordinator, and she did a great job of making sure we stuck to the schedule. It was all such a blur, but if not for her, I would have been totally lost!

Joanne was very accommodating when it came to adjustments to our contract and the services we needed and didn't need. We knew exactly how much everything would cost WELL BEFORE we received the final invoice.

All I can say is, the wonderful memories that were created there on our special day will be remembered forever, and I can't sing their praises enough. Thank you to Joanne and the whole team at The Conservatory for making our day such a special, memorable one!

On a scale of 1 to 10, this venue is a perfect 10. Having the event be practically turnkey made all of the details free of stress. I had several guests tell me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I also had almost everyone tell me how wonderful the food was. Jemma, the coordinator took care of all the little details and knew just what to do. The venue is so charming and couldn't have been better. The staff was so easy to work with. I highly recommend it!!

So glad we chose to have our reception here. It was amazingly beautiful and they handled so many of the details for us. Food, drink, DJ, centerpieces and decorations were all taken care of. Love this venue, the staff is amazing at helping organize everything. The one thing I would say is the tunnel of love is scary for older people to go down. Other than that its perfect! :)

The Conservatory was able to give us the most beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined. Between consant email communication wtih Susan and Shona and Jennifer being our main coordinator the day of, everything was perfect. All of our guests raved about the atmosphere and most importantly, the delicious food! I would recommend them to just about anyone in the greater Atlanta area planning a wedding. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable and it's all inclusive so you get the most bang for your buck! They made sure we were taken care of every minute of our beautiful wedding!

Waterstone went above in beyond in all aspects of my wedding reception! They allowed us to use the faciliting for pre-ceremony pictures, even though we didn't have the ceremony there. They did an incredible job handling our 300 person reception. The food was delicious! The flowers were even better than I could have imagined. They took my vision and make it better than I could have hoped. The reception DJ was wonderful- he played exactly what we wanted, without being too much of a "DJ". The cake was fabulous- in look and taste. I cannot say enough good things!... And the best part was the price. This one stop shop for ceremony and reception is the most affordable place I could find that met our needs.

Waterstone really made my day unstressful! I didn't have to worry about anything for the reception! My cermemony was at a church so we had to pick up our flowers but other than that we didn't have to do a thing. The planners were very helpful during the planning process and were really open to ideas. They were helpful with my decisions and made the process fun! I didn't know what to expect when planning for a wedding or how I was going to decide which flowers or center pieces, etc. to use but they were great in guiding me and finding what I like. They are very busy with other events so they aren't going to remember what you want off the top of their heads so if you are specific about how you want things, pictures will help! My bouquet and bridesmaids flowers weren't quite what I was expecting but they still looked beautiful and went really well with my colors. The reception was absolutely beautiful and the best time we had ever had!! Everything went smoothly and the food was FANTASTIC! I loved the stringed lights and the antique style of the building. It had a very romantic feeling. I would do it all over again and definitely recommend Waterstone for an event!

I love how the Conservatory is so open-minded to customize any wedding according to the couples' desires. They were very nice and accommodating at all the consultations leading up to the wedding day. On the day of, Michelle and her staff that night were so on top of everything! They packed us an awesome meal to go & leftover cake and desserts for the family. A couple things preventing me from giving a 5/5: the week of the wedding, I had a few last minute changes to the menu and decor assignments and I felt like I spoke to so many different staff members every day that week that I was so worried my messages would fail to get passed on to whomever would be working the day & night of my wedding day. Every time I would call or drop by, there was a different person each time telling me so & so would be in at such & such time on the day of my wedding so I was never clear on if my needs would be met. Also, I was told by the coordinator that we had a few minutes to mingle after the DJ announced us in & before my husband & I started our choreographed first dance. Instead, it started immediately which came as a surprise to me. My husband had to tell the DJ to start over so he and I can get into our positions. This bothered me but after the fact, it didn't seem to matter anymore because people kept mentioning how beautiful the venue was! Maria the florist is AMAZING!! I never thought flowers would delight me so much until I got my bridal bouquet.. it is simply stunning that I can't even get over it. The food was great too, every one seemed to enjoy it! Thank you so much everyone at the Conservatory!!

The Conservatory is a gorgeous venue! My wedding was perfect and Michelle, the day of coordinator, worked so hard to make it that way. I had a lot of DIY decorations that she and some other workers put out in the perfect places. At the end of the night she boxed up food for us to take to go which was awesome to have the next day! Maria made the bouquets exactly how I wanted, and they were gorgeous! Our cake and the groom's cake were beautiful and delicious! Susan was great with all of our planning meetings before the wedding. The only issue we had was there was another wedding booked earlier in the day on the same day of our wedding, and no one told us about it until our final meeting before the wedding. At previous meetings we had already arranged and confirmed that I would be coming in early (for a fee) to get ready. At our final meeting they realized that wouldn't work. While the owner wasn't apologetic for their mistake, she did offer another solution of a place they owned for me to get ready in. Everything ended up working out, and our wedding was amazing. Just be sure to ask if there is another wedding on the day of your wedding and make sure they actually check their calendar!

Jackie & Joann were great! My wedding was everything I asked for and more! I'm pretty much a laid back person but very organized, but they pretty much handled everything for me.

It was so beautiful the day of the wedding I could not stop looking around before the ceremony.

If you want a venue to take care of you every need this venue is the one, and you will have no worries.

The venue is so adorable. It's rustic an modern all at the same time. The staff was very friendly and flexible. My only issue would be that due to the weather, I had to move my ceremony indoors vs outside like I originally planned. Outside they have a nice garden are. The indoors option is not nearly as nice and a bit awkward.

The staff was great to work with! They were so helpful for the entire wedding and reception. Everything was almost perfect and beautiful. The flowers that Maria did were gorgeous. The DJ was awesome and kept the party going.
The down side was when I went to get some appetizers there was very little left. I asked a server if they would bring more for the wedding party when they were done with pictures? I was told yes they would refill it. There was no more appetizers and it was already cleaned up when the bridal party came in.
I was surprised that they used cheap paper plates for appetizers and cake.
The dinner was not very good. The walnuts were not candied. The pork with blackberry sauce was delicious but the smothered fried chicken and mushroom risotto was not very good with little flavor and not very hot.
The cake was delicious!
The bartender was great! Overall it was beautiful but very disappointed with the food for the money you spend.
I asked family what they thought about the food and they agreed it was not very good. Our tasting was much better.
The service that the entire staff fave us all day was excellent.

Our wedding is not cookie cutter and we are having some issues with the catering, but overall, it is a beautiful and unique venue and the people working there are very sweet and personable.

I am a Wedding Planner, and we just had a Wedding here. The Venue and Wedding was very Lovely, but they did not provide us with the meal that we ordered. They cancelled one of our Entree's on the day of the Wedding which was most embarrassing. They said they ran out of Appetizers early, but found out they did not. We had an outside Wedding Ceremony, but it was not quiet and as expected, as we had competition with motorcycles going up and down the street, and a hard rock band playing music just a couple of doors down from the Venue, which they promised to not be playing during our Wedding Ceremony. Due to a misunderstanding (I was told) the Venue started taking down our Flower Decorations at least 30 minutes prior to our cut-off time. They attempted to keep some of the Liquor we had purchased which was unopened. They will also take tours while you are getting dressed for your Wedding Day, and the other people will take pictures of you, so watch out for those camera's! ! ! Ms. Michelle and others are wonderful people to work with, and make you feel very comfortable. Other than these things, it is a good place to have your "Special Day!"

They will fake it till you make it

I would not recommend this venue. This venue comes with decor, a cater, a day of coordinator, a cake designer, flowers, and bar. How every you meet with a different coordinator every meeting then the day of you get coordinator you've never seen. When placing your cake order with Confection Cakes you set up a paid for appointment if you're are late they cancel, so I made sure I showed up on time. it was pouring down rain and they had a sign on the door that siad" call this number and someone will let you in." I'm picking and I was not a fan of any of the flavors but went with it anyway. Thankfully I got a grooms cake from somewhere else because all of our guest hated the Confection Cake but loved the other. The grooms cake even looked better. The venue ask you if you will be having a grooms cake however I'm not sure why because they will not display it, I stuck it in front of my cake. We also went with a limited pour but later asked to do unlimited. I was told I can up the pours during the wedding if need be. Not only were they constantly dumping guess drinks because you can't have them on the dance floor but then they limited it to 50 less pour than I signed for and refused to do the unlimited. I had a few guess who got beverages out of their personal coolers and the coordinator got in my face while talking to a guess about outside beverages. Food was severed in extremely small portions I'm talking 4oz for the meat and salads the size of a garnish, but they said everyone could get up for seconds..... why not give a reasonable amount to begin with? The table decor look as if it came from dollar general (witch I did find some items there) so I opted out of paying for the add ons however you have only two hours before the wedding to get ready and 30 minutes to clean up and they are pushy. I was told in every meeting that I would be ask if I wanted to add on 30 minutes for $150 as the night went. That was a 100% false I (the bride) was rushed though everything and told we will get everything done in the four hours. My Photographer was beyond stressed with the coordinator stepping in the way have having photo come to a halt. I know things don't go as planned at wedding however being argued with, having guess treated poorly and contracts not followed was not something I planned for. All included was not worth it on this one.
