  Life savers

  I would love to give them 10 stars!! I came as a walk in 2 weeks before my wedding when the dress I had bought elsewhere was tailored incorrectly and looked awful, they had so many dresses to choose from and they fit perfectly, the seamstress fit me into her overbooked schedule and made sure I had a bustle and shortened straps and they all went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and make sure I had the best wedding dress on such short notice. I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend them to people near and far, a one stop shop with the best staff.

  Above & beyond service

  I was chosen as the Charleston winner of the free bridal gown! Let me just say that, Coni and her girls went above and beyond to help me find my perfect gown! They were so accommodating and helped me feel so beautiful on my special day!!!

  Bridal gown shopping

  After trying on several dresses in Charlotte and Pittsburgh, I found my wedding dress at "home" in Morgantown at Coni & Franc. From the minute my mother and I walked into the store for our appointment, I was impressed by the staff and selection (they have dresses at a variety of price points and from both well-known and up-and-coming designers). Julia was more than attentive -- extremely thorough and thoughtful. Not once did we feel like we were rushed; we definitely felt "special." Within hours of leaving the store, Julia placed the order for my dress and immediately called me with the ETA. I'm so happy to have purchased my wedding dress here, and even better to be able to support a locally owned business that's been part of the community for years. Thank you, Julia and Coni & Franc!

  Enjoyable and fun times with Coni and Franc

  From the start of searching for my wedding dress to days away from the big day, Coni and her team were professional, nice, genuinely honest and provided great feedback to help make my decision on what to wear and how to wear my dress. Accessories were also decided with the help of Coni, I couldn’t make up my mind until she helped me. The alteration process was smooth and the results were perfect. Few days away from the big day and I was stressed out but Coni was able to help alleviate that stress. Awesome team! Recommend them to help you with your big day!

  I purchased a dress at Coni and Franc, and I was very pleased with the outcome of my dress. The fitting was spot on and the seamstress, Promise, did an amazing job. My only two gripes were the proprietor being dismissive of my dress ideas for my bridesmaids and insisting I have all of my bridesmaids match in a dress she conveniently had, and the seamstress left my bridesmaids to figure out my bustle instead of demonstrating it for them, and disappearing before I could ask her to do so.

  They had a great selection of gowns and accessories to choose from. They are a bit on the pricey side, but they also provide alterations and gown storage. They were extremely helpful and attentive. Coni is great!

  late fixing my dress but it was beautiful

  My dress was gorgeous!! I had an amazing time picking it out and they were very helpful in that regard. However, come alteration time they were late fixing it. I am an out of state bride and I had a very busy upcoming week. I came to pick up my dress and do a final fitting at noon the Monday prior and called to confirm my appointment. I was told that the seamstress was still working on my dress, despite the fact that my fitting was two months prior, and that I should come 2 hours late to the appointment. The dress was still not finished when I got there and they hadn’t added a bustle. It also needed some extra minor adjustments. I assumed this would only take an hour and they assured me that they’d get right to work due to my busy schedule. However, they did not complete it until 7pm that night and I have to drive 3.5 hours to the town my wedding is taking place that night.
  
  However, my dress was beautiful and it fit perfectly the day of! I would still recommend it given how attentive they were for my fittings and how judgement free they are. They also have an amazing selection and I practically tried on the whole store twice just to pick the 3rd dress I tried on.
