My wife and I hired Andrina to help us plan a wedding in Carmel Valley, CA at Stonepine Estate. Andrina was the BEST fit for for us. She was really responsive, flexible with our schedules, and approached everything with optimism and reassurance. I think we would have fallen apart this last year without her, I have no idea how anyone plans a wedding like this on their own. Every time we got anxious, Andrina would remind us she's keeping us on schedule and to just do small to do lists at a time. She understood our vision, and executed perfectly in design.
When it came to the wedding weekend, Andrina and team ensured everything was perfect and exactly like we envisioned. If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it, they had everything completely under control.
I can't recommend Andrina for your next wedding planner more, we would hire her 100 times over. If we ever do a vow renewal, she's our first call. Best money ever spent!!! -

I loved working with Andrina to plan our wedding! If you’re getting married in the Carmel/Pebble Beach area, look no further - she’s truly a local expert. Not only is she very professional and amazing at what she does, but she has a caring and warm energy that had such a positive impact on the overall wedding planning experience. I was not someone who was really looking forward to the wedding planning process - I’m indecisive but also a bit of a perfectionist. Andrina was there every step of the way, giving advice, checking in, and being a sounding board for all ideas. She was able to translate my disorganized thoughts/inspiration/ideas into an absolutely stunning design, and nailed it. Her recommendations for all the details that go into a wedding day are spot on - she even recommended a wonderful jeweler in Carmel where we bought my husband’s wedding band.
Our wedding day was better than we could’ve ever imagined - the C&C team handled everything so seamlessly and if there were any issues, I still don’t know about them to do this day. We were able to completely trust Andrina and her team, and they took care of everything to ensure we had a magical wedding day.

Planning a destination wedding from Florida to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California could have been overwhelming, but partnering with Andrina of Confetti and Cocktails made the entire experience pure joy. After reading her reviews and studying her work on Instagram, my daughter and I interviewed her virtually—and we knew immediately she was the right person for us.
From the start, she truly listened. She understood who we were, what we valued, and the kind of experience my daughter wanted for herself and her beloved guests. Her deep expertise—having grown up, lived, and worked in this community—gave us instant confidence. We also loved that Confetti and Cocktails is a mother-daughter business; it shows in the warmth, intuition, and care she brings to her work.
Andrina tailored everything beautifully, even creating a separate but cohesive plan for the groom’s Welcome Party at another venue. Every detail was thoughtful and seamless.
Our year-long planning experience with her was nothing short of stellar. My daughter cherishes sensory details—the nuances, the magic, the feelings behind each moment—and Andrina delivered all of it. 5 stars is not enough!!
From the very first meeting my girl Andrina made me feel completely at ease. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming especially when you are as type A as myself, but her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care turned the entire process into something joyful and stress-free.
Every detail from the timeline down to things so mall as meal indicators and even the way they coordinated with all our vendors Andrina handled everything with such grace and precision. She truly understood our vision and brought it to life more beautifully than we could have dreamed possible.
On our wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly and if it didn’t we had absolutely no idea . We didn’t have to worry about a single thing the Confetti and Cocktails incredible team took care of every moment so we could be fully present and soak it all in. Guests are still talking about how perfect and magical everything felt.
What stood out most was their kindness and passion. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that energy shines through in every detail. We’re endlessly grateful for their hard work, thoughtfulness, and artistry in creating the most unforgettable day of our lives. Working with Andrina from Confetti & Cocktails was such a gift, especially coming from out of town. She kept us organized and on track throughout the year, always offering thoughtful vendor recommendations and advice that fit our style. She struck the perfect balance of being communicative but never overbearing, and she consistently went above and beyond her contracted duties. When small things came up, she was quick to find solutions and compromises that worked for us. Mother of the Bride’s Dream
Confetti & Cocktails is an absolute pleasure to work with! Andrina is friendly, upbeat, and professional. The best decision I made was to hire Andrina and her team for full-service wedding planning. As a working mother, and self-professed control freak, having someone who knew Carmel inside and out was key. This was an event we wanted to savor, not stress over. Andrina helped us select several venues and all the necessary vendors to bring my daughter's dream day to life all while staying sensitive to our budget. Andrina’s previous vendor experience meant we received guidance on vendor contracts and she even negotiated one or two custom packages on our behalf. Vendors were responsive to her communication and this kept the planning process on track. Looking back on the wedding day, one word kept coming to mind for all of us and that was FLAWLESS. It was like stepping onto a movie set that someone else was managing and all we had to do was grab a glass of champagne and enjoy it. I’m convinced this was due to Andrina’s previous working relationship with all the vendors. This was a well-oiled machine! When thrown a few curve balls, Andrina successfully managed them and I was none the wiser. Exactly how you want it. Even the tear down was managed to a T. Vendor equipment rentals were prepared for pick-up according to details and all personal items supplied were returned to us packed for the trip home. I look forward to working with Andrina again and highly recommend her. -

Andrina Lopes is amazing to work with. We planned a wedding 3000 miles away, and had to do everything from scratch, with a separate wedding venue from reception hall. Andrina was with us every single step of the way, and even brought her mom in to help us work through tablescapes and designs. She has an incredible team throughout the entire process, and working with her for 14 months prior to our big day, Andrina really did become family.
C&C is as full service as it comes. They are fantastic with wedding prep. My wife and I are thorough, and we wanted to meet with 3+ photographers, caterers, bands/DJs and Andrina had a ready list available. And when we wanted to incorporate some fun into our special day, Andrina had great suggestions and helped us put our vision in to practice.
On the wedding day itself, we could not have asked for a better team, and that starts with Andrina. She had a full staff assisting us on our wedding day, she was ever-present but at the same time she was behind the scenes handling everything. I think the most amazing part of the entire day (besides seeing my bride of course) was watching the magic unfold, and the months of planning come together so beautifully. We could not have asked for a better day, nor a better planner. We got married at Stonepine Estates and Andrina handled everything with them so beautifully.
My only regret is that we have to say goodbye now that we had our special day. But hoping this review will help others find the perfect wedding planner for their perfect day! -

We recently got married in Carmel Valley and Andrina was the BEST coordinator ever! We did not sign up for full planning services as we had already booked most of our vendors by the time we found her. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. She helped plan our timeline and tailored it to our wedding. When she had leftover table chargers from a previous wedding that she thought we might like, she saved them for us to use so we didn't have to buy our own. She helped print our wedding stationery since we are not local and had all the details perfectly arranged at our venue. When we didn't know where to begin with choosing linens to rent, she helped with design and completed the order for us. All of these seemingly small details took so much stress off of us. Andrina was always responsive to our emails and made herself available for phone calls and video calls. She joined us for our tasting, venue walkthrough, and rehearsal and was beyond professional. Our wedding day went so smoothly because Andrina and her mother were there with us at every step to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. When my dress clasp broke, they were there to help. When our cocktail hour ended, they had drinks ready and waiting for my husband and me. When I told her at the last minute that my whole family had Converse we wanted to change into at the reception, she collected all of them the morning of the wedding and had them ready for us when the dance floor opened. We are so pleased and happy with how our wedding day went and we know that it would not have been possible without the help of Confetti & Cocktails. Since our wedding day, people have asked us if anything went wrong-- our response has been that either nothing went wrong or Andrina was able to problem-solve any issues that arose and keep that information from us so that we could enjoy our day. She was such a fun and calming presence on our wedding day and we are so glad that we picked her over a different coordinator we were considering. We cannot recommend Andrina and Confetti & Cocktails enough! -

I know everyone says their planner was perfect but seriously look no further!
I could not recommend Andrina and her team enough! She planned the perfect weekend for us and it was beyond our wildest dreams.
She starts the whole process by having you prioritize your wedding vendors/activities and how you envision your day. This helped her accurately allocate your budget to those areas and she’s able to suggest multiple vendors ranging in prices that would fit within your budget. She was able to communicate with each vendor and help us in getting discounts where she saw fit. This was all a huge help as we live out of state and didn’t know any vendors in the area! We initially only signed up for her partial planning package as she was fully committed, but she went above and beyond and we were able to add on her services for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party. (She got us set up with glow golf at pebble beach and it was the most unique and fun welcome party ever!)
Next is the design piece… they knocked it out of the park! I am not very artistic and don’t have the best eye for design, but i had a vision and wasn’t the best at articulating it or putting all the pieces together. Andrina helped us create a mood board and altered it piece by piece until it was perfect. It turned out to be exactly what i had in my mind.. .but better! I also let her have free rein to design our rehearsal dinner/welcome party and it turned out amazing and just on brand for our weekend!
She is very detail-oriented, kept us on schedule, and even procured all the little details for us like custom cocktail napkins, bar signs, dog stir sticks, and even our own late-night bite station with Togo boxes for the guests.
Wedding planning can be a very stressful thing, but i promise, if you give your trust to Andrina, she will make it as seamless as possible. -

Wow where do I even begin?! Booking Confetti and Cocktails was the best wedding decision my husband and I made when we were in the planning process, and we are forever thankful to Andrina and her team. Right away we never had to worry for a second working with them, and they made our wedding weekend better than we could have ever imagined! As a mom planning our first daughter’s wedding could be stressful. Letting go of control of the before and day of details was the best decision ever! Having Andrina overlook and take on the days before vendors and the day of details was so stress-free. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding and our guests the entire time, Andrina checked on us to see if everything was to our liking throughout the night, and my daughter and son-in-law's vision and requests were followed exactly as they wanted it.

Truly the BEST!
No words can express the amount of gratitude I have for Andrina and the Confetti & Cocktails Team. Andrina made our vision come to life. From the smallest details to the flow and timeline of the day Andrina worked like magic making our dream wedding a reality. Our wedding planning process started with design. I created a Canva Board to capture my vision and to coordinate colors and details. She was quick to come up with the best-fitting vendors and how to capture all the things working around our budget. She was beyond knowledgeable and thorough. In the vendor meetings, she asked all the questions and coordinated with detail. We did not have the easiest Venue to work with, but Andrina leading up to the day and on the day went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She is the planner who will not just make your vision come to life but will make the day come to life. All the details we discussed, and special moments she made happen. We hired Andrina to be our wedding planner after she came highly recommended to us from anther couple who used her help for their wedding. Even after hearing their glowing reviews, Andrina still managed to exceed our expectations! We contracted her for a partial planning package where my fiancé and I would do most of the legwork for the first part, and then three months from the wedding day, Andrina and her team would take over much of the work.
In the early part of the planning process she got us started off on the right foot with lots of vendor recommendations and was available for promptly answering questions and reviewing the contracts we were signing with vendors. Many of the vendors we ended up hiring came from her lists of recommendations. All the information during the planning process was organized on her planning website and when it came time for her to take over the logistics, it was a seamless transition. Once the final months came around, her coordination with all the vendors was detailed and efficient. She easily handled the coordination of a team of vendors by sending out detailed instructions, timelines, and finalizing any last minute details. I felt completely confident that she had the whole day under control and would handle any issues that might have arisen.
As the bride, I was excited to make all the aesthetic choices for our day, but Andrina’s opinions and experience definitely came in handy whenever I had questions deciding certain details. She understood my vision from the very beginning and enthusiastically helped me bring it to life, while understanding and working with the budget we had set for ourselves.
My favorite part about working with Andrina on this project was her enthusiasm and positivity. There were times I worried whether or not I was on the right track and a quick chat with Andrina either reassured me that everything was going great or solved any problems I might have been having. She was so genuinely excited to help my fiancé and I with our special day that I was able to let go of any stress and really enjoy the day with our friends and family. It all went so perfectly, and we couldn’t have done it without Andrina and her team! -

Andrina played a pivotal role in making our wedding at my parent's house (with 90+ guests) an unforgettable, seamless event. Must-have if planning wedding at Pebble Beach Resorts, or Carmel, CA area.
Hello! We worked with Andrina and the Confetti&Cocktails team for our spectacular wedding at Pebble Beach Resorts. Partnering with her was a no-brainer because she is a preferred vendor with Pebble Beach Resorts, has worked there for several years herself in sales, and she's an expert in the Carmel/Monterey/Pebble Beach, California area. She helped a lot in tailoring a big corporate venue to the needs of a family-focused wedding. We built a package around her month-of-coordinator service since our venue was nearly all inclusive, I have experience in art&design, and my family is in the entertainment business...but if you did not have all this , I would recommend looking into her partial or full planning services -- especially for couples looking into more bespoke, ranches, or farms. She is a professional who values delivering warm and fuzzy client experience, seamless event planning, and work/life balance. Although our wedding wasn't huge or that complicated, she came fully staffed with a team of 3, and did not take any other weddings for the month! She was really fun to talk to, empathetic about family matters, and organized. We were planning our California wedding from Boston, and she always had a time available to chat. Andrina and C&C think about everyone involved in your day -- from your grandma to your DJ. Oh also, she has an excellent palette for food tasting! She was kind and patient with my parents and family, who are Vietnamese, and made their priorities her own. We would love to work with her again. -

Andrina is the best!
We cannot recommend Andrina enough. She planned our 180-person wedding in Carmel and did an absolutely fantastic job. From the first look to the last song, we had a blast and so did our guests.
Andrina’s professionalism, design abilities, organizational and management talents, and overall fun, warm demeanor made the entire process a breeze. From the first phone call, she was able to capture the vibe and aesthetic we wanted - and worked incredibly hard to ensure everything was amazing. When problems popped up in the months beforehand, she was able to resolve them quickly while keeping us in the loop the entire time. We were particularly impressed with her impeccable attention to detail, whether it was color schemes, contract fine print, or correcting errors in vendor orders. She also has such a strong understanding of how to approach different wedding struggles and logistics (our photographer said we had the best day of schedule she’d ever seen!) and has close relationships with many other local vendors who were all thrilled to get to work with her again. On top of all that, she’s such a lovely, kind person who was so easy to work with.
The design was beautiful, and the day (and whole weekend) were flawlessly planned and executed. While wedding planning is always stressful, when it came to the wedding itself we were confident that Andrina had a plan, had our back, and would take care of any mishaps – though of course there weren’t any!

Andrina and her team at Confetti and Cocktails are the greatest wedding planners ever ever ever. We wanted an intimate wedding and I was worried that a planner would not be as invested as they would for a larger wedding - that could not have father from the truth. From the initial call, all the way through the wedding day and beyond, she has been our designer, therapist, and dream maker. Her professionalism, quick response times to my million questions, and advice on all things wedding related were so helpful during the planning process. She knows the best venues and has great relationships with vendors near and far. The design creation was so fun. She sent a personalized mood board of things we had discussed on the phone and I got to go through and choose the ideas that spoke to me. Then we got to meet at the showroom and put all the pieces together. The day of, Andrina came prepared with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. She managed all the vendors and helped everyone stick to the timeline. All I had to do the day of was enjoy getting married. Everything went so smoothly and the day was exactly what we had hoped and planned for. I literally cannot put into words just how wonderful of a person Andrina is and how talented she is. I just want to start out by saying that Andrina is a phenomenal! To add some context, I recently worked with her on my wedding, which took place my house. I’m also DIY bride, so when I was looking for a wedding coordinator I needed someone who I could trust to make my vision come true on the big day. From the first time I talked to Andrina on the phone, I knew she was the one. She is friendly and personable, but also very organized and professional. I knew I could talk to her about any of my concerns or crazy ideas without feeling judged and she was always there with great advice.
Soon after meeting her I told her that I was having trouble finding a caterer. Even though it wasn’t in our contract, she selflessly helped me procure one. She got several quotes, set up the tastings and helped us narrow it down to our final choice. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her.
She came to the house and helped us create a floor plan, which wasn’t easy considering the landscaping was only half finished at that point. She made sure that every space was utilized to the fullest and everything flowed like how it would at any other venue.
She checked in on us consistently the several months leading up to the wedding. We had multiple calls to narrow down details and she even joined in on calls with my vendors. She put together a spreadsheet with a timeline and day of details and shared it with all my vendors to make sure they were all on the same page.
Having our wedding at the house was logistically difficult for many reasons, one which was the parking. Andrina made sure to let all the vendors know about the parking situation and even dealt with one of my neighbors who was worried about the neighborhood parking because they were also having a party the same day as our wedding.
The day of the wedding, when we got back to the house after our first look, I literally gasped when I saw how beautiful everything was. She made the space even better than what I envisioned. She knows what she’s doing and she made the decisions I trusted her to make.
I could probably go on and on about how fabulous she was to work with, but I don’t think anyone wants to read a 10 page essay, so I’ll stop here. If you are thinking about hiring her for your wedding or event, don’t even hesitate! -

I had 5 months to plan a surprise event for my husband that had a very specific vision. When I explained to Andrina what I was thinking and that even the location needed to be absolutely perfect she went into action mode.
From the first time I met her over the phone to the night of the event I felt cared for, heard, and that my vision was of utmost importance to her. When small ripples would have sidelined me she was at ease and calmed me with reassurance that it was all going according to plan.

I wish I could click even more positives for Andrina! She was absolutely incredible! I had been handling the planning myself up until a month before the wedding when I started feeling I would need help to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day. Andrina helped take over the communication with all my vendors. She helped me fill in all the gaps I had in service! She helped me through a particularly difficult situation with a vendor I had chosen before meeting her. FYI ask Andrina for suggestions she has incredible people working with her! She managed the day beautifully I got to enjoy the entire day without worrying about anything! She is such a joy to work with and her assistant and the banquet captain she pulled in last minute were the best! They worked so hard to make the day perfect! Andrina helped coordinate a very quick and impressive flipping of our ceremony space to reception setup. She did this without the caterer (which normally a caterer would help set tables with glassware, silver and such). We provided her
with some assistants as well as her own and they worked some serious magic to make the transition smooth! The setup was beautiful! She had the best little touches around the site! (The desert table and welcome table were so sweet!) When the night wound down, she had already had everyone clean out trash and rentals so we could keep on partying!! I can't say enough good things about Andrina! Everyone loved her!! Hire her! -

I honestly could not imagine our wedding day without Andrina. I was originally working with a different company and Andrina took over all the details and planning of our event literally days before our wedding. She was kind, professional, and so accommodating to our needs. It truly felt like she had planned our wedding from the very beginning. Her execution was flawless; she met with us at every location we stopped by for pictures, drove us personally from our ceremony site to our reception site, and even made sure we had something to drink and were comfortable. She even held onto some of our personal items to ensure they were not lost and reminded us of details I would have never considered! In addition, Andrina navigated some challenges with specific vendors with ease and grace. I truly felt like I could actually enjoy our special day without having to worry about the details. Many people in my bridal party as well as other guests made comments about how wonderful of a job Andrina did. From my perspective, this is a very difficult business and to possess both professionalism and a warm, kind, personality is quite unique. Andrina has it all and I plan on recommending her to friends and family in the future. If you want to have a wedding planner who you can trust and who has your best interest at heart, she’s your girl!
